In order to develop a high thermal conductive epoxy potting adhesive for dry-type transformer, we prepared a potting adhesive by adding self-made modified silica to epoxy anhydride system. The thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance were tested, and the suitable pouring temperature and best curing process of the potting adhesive were studied. The results show that when the filling content is 75%, the potting adhesive has high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation performance, the thermal conductivity is 1.494 W/(m·K), the dielectric loss factor is only 0.41%. When the pouring temperature is 70℃, the potting adhesive has good pouring process, the viscosity is low than 2 800 MPa·s within 2 h. The best pouring process for potting adhesive is 80℃ vacuum/0.5 h + 80℃/4 h + 90℃/3 h + 110℃/2 h + 140℃/5 h. Under the condition, the deposition of powder in potting adhesive is small, and the cured product has the best comprehensive performance.

为研制适用于干式变压器的高导热环氧灌封胶,在环氧-酸酐体系中添加实验室自制的改性氧化硅制备灌封胶,测试其导热性能和电气绝缘性能,并研究该灌封胶的适宜浇注温度及最佳固化工艺。结果表明:当改性氮化硅填充量为75%时,灌封胶的热导率为1.494 W/(m·K),介质损耗因数仅为0.41%,具有高导热性以及优异的电气绝缘性能。当浇注温度为70℃时,2 h内灌封胶的黏度低于2 800 MPa·s,具有良好的浇注工艺性。灌封胶最佳的固化工艺为80℃真空/0.5 h+80℃/4 h+90℃/3 h+110℃/2 h+140℃/5 h,在该条件下灌封胶中粉体的沉降较小且固化物有最佳的综合性能。

为研制适用于干式变压器的高导热环氧灌封胶,在环氧-酸酐体系中添加实验室自制的改性氧化硅制备灌封胶,测试其导热性能和电气绝缘性能,并研究该灌封胶的适宜浇注温度及最佳固化工艺。结果表明:当改性氮化硅填充量为75%时,灌封胶的热导率为1.494 W/(m·K),介质损耗因数仅为0.41%,具有高导热性以及优异的电气绝缘性能。当浇注温度为70℃时,2 h内灌封胶的黏度低于2 800 MPa·s,具有良好的浇注工艺性。灌封胶最佳的固化工艺为80℃真空/0.5 h+80℃/4 h+90℃/3 h+110℃/2 h+140℃/5 h,在该条件下灌封胶中粉体的沉降较小且固化物有最佳的综合性能。

In order to develop a high thermal conductive epoxy potting adhesive for dry-type transformer, we prepared a potting adhesive by adding self-made modified silica to epoxy anhydride system. The thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance were tested, and the suitable pouring temperature and best curing process of the potting adhesive were studied. The results show that when the filling content is 75%, the potting adhesive has high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation performance, the thermal conductivity is 1.494 W/(m·K), the dielectric loss factor is only 0.41%. When the pouring temperature is 70℃, the potting adhesive has good pouring process, the viscosity is low than 2 800 MPa·s within 2 h. The best pouring process for potting adhesive is 80℃ vacuum/0.5 h + 80℃/4 h + 90℃/3 h + 110℃/2 h + 140℃/5 h. Under the condition, the deposition of powder in potting adhesive is small, and the cured product has the best comprehensive performance.

随着我国经济的不断发展,人们在工作生活中对用电量的需求愈发增加,变压器所承受的负荷也越来越大。灌封型干式变压器作为户外适用的一类变压器,在电网运行中起着重要作用[1]。在变压器工作过程中,部分电能转化为热能,若变压器无法及时散发热量,则容易引起电路故障或变压器起火。目前投入使用的干式变压器浇注料的热导率为0.30~0.60 W/(m·K)[2](标准状态下铁的热导率为1 046.67 W/(m·K))[3],浇注料的热导率较低,导致整个变压器的散热效率降低,因此提升灌封型干式变压器的导热效率具有重要的意义。
本研究采用传统的环氧-酸酐体系,选用价格较为低廉的氧化硅进行复配[4-5],通过提升无机粉体填料填充量的方式来提高灌封胶的导热性[6-9],并选用合适的偶联剂对无机粉体进行表面处理[10-12],进而制备出适用于干式变压器或其他绕包线的灌封胶,并对其性能进行测试[13-16]
无溶剂双酚A型环氧树脂、聚醚多元醇增韧剂、促进剂DMP-30,市售;改性处理后的甲基四氢苯酐,苏州巨峰电气绝缘系统股份有限公司;复配改性的硅微粉,实验室自制,在环氧树脂中最大实体填充量为84.5%。
首先将复配好的微/纳米级氧化硅粉体放入真空烘箱中真空干燥4 h,用一定量的偶联剂进行表面改性得到活性氧化硅。将环氧树脂与活性氧化硅混合,得到某一填充量的A组分;将酸酐固化剂、增韧剂、促进剂按照特定比例与活性氧化硅混合,得到相同填充量的B组分。使用时将A、B组分在80℃、真空0.10 MPa的环境下脱泡0.5 h,再将A、B组分混合,在高温真空脱泡10 min后,倒入事先已预热并涂好脱模剂的模具中,按照一定的固化工艺进行固化。
热导率:参考ISO 22007.2:2008,采用DRE-III型自动导热系数测试仪(湘潭湘仪仪器有限公司),测试薄片(0.5 mm)的热导率,作为材料的平均热导率;采用DRE-I型瞬时平面导热系数测试仪(湘潭湘仪仪器有限公司),测试材料表面上的热导率。
黏度:采用NDJ-8S型数字黏度计(上海加内特机电设备有限公司),测试某一恒定温度下灌封胶体系的黏度及其变化情况,选用4号转子,转速为60 r/min。
电气强度:参考GB/T 1408.1—2016,采用HT-50C型击穿电压测试仪(中航时代仪器设备有限公司),测试试样的击穿电压,并计算电气强度。
介质损耗:参考GB/T 1409—2006,使用S6000-H+型介质损耗测试仪(武汉华瑞测控科技有限公司),测试材料的介质损耗,电压为1 kV,频率为50 Hz。
弯曲强度:参考ISO 178:2010,使用M-4050型微机控制电子万能实验机(深圳瑞格尔仪器有限公司),测试材料的弯曲强度。
冲击强度:参考ISO 179:1993,采用M15D型冲击测试仪(美国蓝氏公司),测试样吸收的冲击能量,并计算出冲击强度。
体积电阻率:采用ZC36型绝缘电阻测试仪(上海安标电子有限公司),测试电阻并计算体积电阻率。
由于基体树脂的特性,环氧灌封胶的黏度随着温度的增加而显著减小。低黏度的胶体有利于环氧灌封胶在浇注设备中的流动,有较好的工艺性。提高温度是降低灌封胶体系黏度的一个重要方式,但温度过高会使得化学反应速率加快,体系黏度迅速上升,影响浇注过程,因此需要找到一个温度平衡点。本研究测试了环氧灌封胶在不同温度下的黏度,结果如图1所示。从图1可以看出,不同温度下的黏度-时间曲线均呈现先减小后增大的趋势。灌封胶的最低黏度随着温度升高而减小,在65℃时,灌封胶的最低黏度为2 916 MPa·s,而在80℃时,灌封胶的最低黏度为1 531 MPa·s。在浇注过程中既需要低黏度来保障工艺的可行性,又需要有较长的时间保证浇注过程能顺利完成,因此需要灌封胶在浇注温度下尽可能地长时间保持在低黏度的状态。
制备的灌封胶适用于三罐式浇注设备,将A、B组分分别加入A、B罐中真空脱泡,然后按比例输入终混罐中混合均匀,然后从管道流出完成浇注。从混合开始到浇注完成,时间为60 min左右。因此设置该灌封胶的浇注温度为70℃比较合适。
环氧树脂的热导率低,约为0.2 W/(m·K),需要加入绝缘的无机粉体以提升其导热性,因此选择不同的粉体填充量进行试验,结果如图2所示。
图2可以看出,灌封胶的黏度随着粉体填充量的增加而显著增大,填充量越高,黏度越大,越不利于浇注的进行,但填充量越大,其导热性能越好。将上述配方的灌封胶混合固化后,测试其热导率,结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,在未填充粉体时,环氧-酸酐树脂体系固化后的热导率仅为0.331 W/(m·K),当填充量为50%时,热导率也仅有0.417 W/(m·K),随着填充量的进一步增加,其热导率显著增大。当填充量达到80%时,热导率高达1.983 W/(m·K)。但填充量较高时,材料的电学性能会大幅下降,如图4所示。
图4可以看出,材料的介质损耗因数随着填充量的增加而先减小后增大,在填充量为78%时,达到最小值(0.40%)。材料的电气强度随着填充量的增加而先增大后减小,在填充量为75%时,达到最大值(25.2 kV/mm)。这是由于填充的活性氧化硅粉体较少时,树脂能充分包裹活性氧化硅,而氧化硅用量的增加使得材料中更多的击穿通道被阻挡,并且高填充量带来的高导热效应能有效延长热击穿的时间;当活性氧化硅粉体用量较多时,灌封胶的黏度较大,树脂不足以包覆全部粉体,真空脱泡不足以消除灌封胶中粉体间的微小气泡,这些微小气泡导致材料中出现缺陷,使得电气强度下降。灌封胶的体积电阻率如表1所示,可以看出体积电阻率在1014~1016数量级之间,具有较好的电绝缘性能。
图5为灌封胶的弯曲强度随填充量的变化曲线。从图5可以看出,灌封胶的弯曲强度随着硅微粉填充量的增加先减小后增大,最终稳定在某一区间内,这是由于在填料较少时,无机粉体的加入使得树脂体系中出现力学点缺陷,并且填料较少时,高温固化时灌封胶的黏度较低,少量粉体沉淀于模具底层,使材料中每一段的实际填充量不同,导致材料的弯曲强度下降。
综上所述,兼顾材料的电学性能、浇注工艺性以及导热性,最终决定采用填充量为75%作为灌封胶中活性氧化硅的最佳填充量。
环氧灌封胶在高温固化时由于黏度降低,填充的无机填料会逐渐沉降,使得填料在树脂中分散不均匀,进而降低性能,因此需要选择合适的固化工艺进行固化。测定了灌封胶在不同温度下的凝胶时间,结果如表2所示。
根据表2的温度-凝胶时间的关系[17-19],设定以下4种固化工艺并将同一配方的环氧灌封胶倒入同款模具(高为1 cm)中进行固化。
工艺1:80℃真空/0.5 h+80℃/4 h+90℃/3 h+110℃/2 h+140℃/5 h。
工艺2:80℃真空/0.5 h+100℃/4 h+125℃/4 h+150℃/6 h。
工艺3:80℃真空/0.5 h+135℃/4 h+145℃/4 h+160℃/6 h。
工艺4:80℃真空/0.5 h+150℃/14 h。
固化后测定样品的上、下表面热导率以及各项性能,结果如表34所示。从表3可以看到,固化起始温度为150℃时,固化样品的上、下表面热导率差异较小,这是由于温度的升高,会导致化学反应速率增加,使得环氧灌封胶迅速凝胶,体系黏度迅速增大,无机填料的沉降时间大幅缩短,沉降情况较轻。固化起始温度为80℃时,由于温度不高,环氧灌封胶中环氧组分黏度依然较大,使得无机填料难以沉降,而在80℃下反应4 h以及90℃下反应3 h后,该环氧灌封胶已经凝胶,再升温固化,使得沉降最小,因此样品上、下表面热导率的差异最小。
表4可以看出,固化阶段初始温度越高,材料的弯曲强度和冲击强度越小,力学性能越差,因此综合性能和沉降情况,采用工艺1进行固化最优。
(1)通过测试不同浇注温度下灌封胶的黏度变化情况,得到最佳的浇注温度为70℃。
(2)设计了一系列不同填充量的灌封胶配方,并对比其黏度、热导率、绝缘性能和弯曲强度,获得最佳配方。在填充量为75%时,黏度长时间保持在2 800 MPa·s以下,热导率为1.494 W/(m·K),介质损耗因数仅为0.41%,具有优异的电气绝缘性能。
(3)采用不同的固化工艺对灌封胶进行固化,通过对比不同工艺固化后样品的性能,发现在80℃真空/0.5 h+80℃/4 h+90℃/3 h+110℃/2 h+140℃/5 h工艺下固化得到的样品上、下表面热导率差异最小,固化时沉降较小,弯曲强度以及冲击强度最佳。
