The dielectric spectrum experimental data of epoxy resin material for ultra high voltage (UHV) power equipment was fitted by Havriliak Negami (HN) equation, and the HN mathematical model parameters of epoxy resin material were established. In the frequency range of 10-1-106 Hz and temperature range of -40-200℃, the frequency spectra and temperature spectra of epoxy resin were measured using broadband dielectric spectrometer. Then the experimental data was fitted by the improved HN equation, and the characteristic parameters of dielectric spectrum mathematical model were obtained. The results show that the uniqueness and accuracy of the fitting parameters can be guaranteed combining with genetic algorithm and least square method. The characteristic parameters of dielectric spectra, including direct current conductivity and relaxation polarization time, have significant temperature dependence, which basically accords with Arrhenius formula.

通过Havriliak-Negami(HN)方程对特高压电力设备用环氧树脂材料介电频谱实验数据进行曲线拟合,建立环氧树脂材料HN数学模型参数。在频率为10-1~106 Hz和温度为-40~200℃内,使用宽带介电谱仪测量环氧树脂的频谱和温谱,并利用基于改进HN方程的非线性数值计算,对实测数据进行曲线拟合,获取介电频谱数学模型特征参数值。结果表明:应用遗传算法结合最小二乘法的曲线拟合方法可保证拟合参数值的唯一性和准确性;介电频谱特征参数包括直流电导率和松弛极化时间均具有显著的温度依赖性,基本符合Arrhenius公式。

The dielectric spectrum experimental data of epoxy resin material for ultra high voltage (UHV) power equipment was fitted by Havriliak Negami (HN) equation, and the HN mathematical model parameters of epoxy resin material were established. In the frequency range of 10-1-106 Hz and temperature range of -40-200℃, the frequency spectra and temperature spectra of epoxy resin were measured using broadband dielectric spectrometer. Then the experimental data was fitted by the improved HN equation, and the characteristic parameters of dielectric spectrum mathematical model were obtained. The results show that the uniqueness and accuracy of the fitting parameters can be guaranteed combining with genetic algorithm and least square method. The characteristic parameters of dielectric spectra, including direct current conductivity and relaxation polarization time, have significant temperature dependence, which basically accords with Arrhenius formula.

目前,随着我国特高压直流输电线路的建设,大量特高压环氧树脂绝缘电力设备用于换流阀厅、变电站等,对其性能进行实时评估具有一定的实用意义[1-3]。对于环氧树脂绝缘电力设备,较常用的无损监测方法一般为介电频谱测量,而该方法的基础是对环氧树脂绝缘介电性能的准确测量,然后对其进行合理后处理提取用于表征材料性能的特征参数[4-5]。本研究制备环氧树脂材料试样,在频率为10-1~106 Hz和温度为-40~200℃的条件下,使用宽带介电谱仪测量其频谱和温谱。通过Havriliak-Negami(HN)方程函数,结合非线性数值计算,对实测数据进行曲线拟合,获取介电频谱数学模型特征参数值[6]。采用介电频谱拟合方法获取高压电力设备用环氧树脂材料各特征参数值,为深入了解高压电力设备的介电性能提供一种有效方法。
环氧树脂在HN模型函数下的复介电常数εHN*可表示为式(1)

式(1)中:ε为光频相对介电常数;εs为静态相对介电常数[7];Δε=εs-ετHN为HN模型下的松弛极化时间;βγ为松弛时间的分布参数,满足0<ββγ≤1。又有ε*HN(ω)=ε′HN(ω)-iε′′HN(ω),其中ε′HNε′′HN分别为复介电常数的实部和虚部,如式(2)~(5)所示。

因此单一HN模型函数存在5个特征参量:ε、ΔετHNβγ。根据宽带介电谱试验数据可拟合得到上述5个特征参数的具体数值[8-9],并由式(6)计算 ε″HN出现峰值的频率点ωp

当测试温度低于环氧树脂材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)时,一般用式(2)~(6)共5个特征参数即可表征该材料的介电性能。当测试温度高于Tg后,材料直流电导过程显著,需在式(3)中引入式(7)

式(7)中:σ0为表征材料直流电导率的特征参量;ε0为真空介电常数。对于环氧树脂材料,在高温(高于170℃)条件下,由于电极和M-W极化(Maxwell-Wagner polarization)的综合作用[10],需对前述HN模型进一步修正,如式(8)~(9)所示。

式(8)~(9)中:Anas为表征上述极化过程的特征参量。
试样制备中使用的环氧树脂与高压电力设备用环氧树脂绝缘材料一致。将其制作成边长为90 mm的正方形试样,然后装入模具中,在110℃下真空干燥72 h,去除试样中的水分。将完成脱气的环氧树脂在适当的真空度和温度下浇注到模具中。浇注结束后,加热模具使样品固化,降温后即得试验用材料试样。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察试样表面和截面的微观结构。使用宽带介电谱仪测试其介电频谱和温谱,圆片试样直径为20 mm,厚度约为1 mm,频率和温度范围分别为10-1~106 Hz和 -40~200℃。
特高压环氧树脂绝缘电力设备在直流稳态条件下的内部电场分布取决于环氧树脂材料的体积电阻率,而材料的体积电阻率对温度较为敏感,因此在运行条件下电力设备内部的温度分布将导致不同的电场分布[11],有必要研究环氧材料体积电阻率与温度的定量关系。首先,将试样放在预设温度的烘箱中,试样通过三电极与高阻计连接。当烘箱内部温度达到稳定后,记录电阻值,然后应用经典公式计算体积电阻率。在设定温度下,测试试样的3个电阻值,取其平均值作为试样的最终电阻值。图1为纯环氧材料体积电阻率与温度的关系曲线。
图1可以看出,环氧材料体积电阻率随温度的升高而显著降低,可通过式(10)定量描述该试验结果。

式(10)中:ρ为体积电阻率,Ω·m;T为绝对温度,K;AB为常数。用式(10)拟合上述试验数据,可得常数AB分别为2.519×1011和2746。
一般来说,特高压电力设备内部绝缘厚度为0.5~3.0 mm,而实际工程应用中,易发生设备绝缘间径向绝缘击穿,因此有必要研究环氧试样击穿概率与电场强度的定量关系,用于电力设备绝缘结构设计,以厚度为0.25 mm的试样为例,其结果如图2所示。
击穿试验中采用球-球电极,试样置于变压器油中。考虑到换流变套管一般在1 min工频试验中发生芯体内部径向击穿,因此在套管设计中主要考虑材料工频条件下的电气强度。图2表明环氧试样击穿概率随电场强度增大而增大,因此在套管设计中需要尽可能优化其结构尺寸,降低套管芯子环氧材料承受的电场强度。
使用激光导热分析仪测量纯环氧材料和环氧浸纸复合材料的导热参数,不同温度下的导热系数和热容如图3所示。从图3可见,在室温(25℃)下,纯环氧材料的导热系数约为0.213 W/(m·K)。在25~150℃内随着温度的升高,导热系数和热容呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且均在125℃附近出现最大值。环氧热容在25~150℃内基本保持在1.5~2.5 J/(g·K)。对纯环氧材料使用热膨胀分析仪测量热膨胀参数,线膨胀系数及绝对伸长量变化曲线如图4所示。
图4可以看出,纯环氧材料的热膨胀系数和绝对伸长量在30~150℃均呈现先缓慢上升,之后骤然上升的变化趋势。这个现象表明,在高压电力设备运行中,若温度在30~120℃,则设备内部由于热应力导致的形变相对较小;但若长时间超过130℃,则内部将由于热应力作用而产生“裂纹”等绝缘缺陷。
在20、90、170℃条件下对环氧树脂介电谱的试验结果进行讨论,分别对应特高压直流套管芯子在空载、额定、过载运行下的典型温度值。
(1)20℃下的拟合结果
图5为20℃下环氧材料介电常数实部ε′、虚部ε″的频率依赖曲线,用单一HN方程对实测值进行拟合。从图5可以看出,随着频率的增加,介电常数实部ε′逐渐减小,而虚部ε′′却逐渐增大,符合β介电弛豫特征。在10-1~105 Hz的中低频段,单一HN方程对实测值拟合效果良好。在105~106 Hz的高频段,虚部ε′′与理论曲线未能完全拟合,因为该频段发生了γ松弛极化。
图6是20℃下以环氧材料介电常数实部ε′为横坐标、虚部ε′′为纵坐标绘制的复数平面图,又称Cole-Cole图。
图6中隐含着频率参数,当频率从低向高增加时,呈现出从右向左的“偏弧型”特征。圆弧曲线与横坐标相变的左截距是光频相对介电常数ε,右截距是静态相对介电常数εs。大部分实测点位于右侧圆弧上,表征β极化过程,偏离圆弧的少量数据点为发生的γ极化过程,单一HN方程中5个拟合参数的具体数值示于图6中。
(2)90℃下的拟合结果
图7为90℃下环氧材料介电谱的频率依赖曲线,用不考虑电导项的二项式HN方程对实测值进行拟合。
图7可以看出,随着频率的增加,介电常数实部ε′逐渐减小,虚部ε′′在10-1~100的低频段呈减小趋势,在100~106的中高频段增大,符合αβ介电弛豫相叠加的特征。绘制90℃下的复数平面图如图8所示,可分别观察到αβ极化过程的局部Cole-Cole圆弧,两极化过程的拟合参数同样示于图8中。从图8可以看出,实测值与拟合值吻合较好,证明无电导项的二项式HN方程在该温度下具有适用性。
(3)170℃下的拟合结果
图9为170℃下环氧材料介电谱的频率依赖曲线,用考虑电导项的单项HN方程对实测值进行拟合。从图9可以看出,随着频率的增加,α极化过程显著:在10-1~101 Hz的低频区,各种极化均来得及建立,ε′εs。在101~105 Hz的松弛区,外施电场的周期与松弛时间相近,在α松弛极化建立过程中ε′显著减小。在105~106 Hz的高频区,松弛极化来不及建立,介质极化全部由位移极化所贡献,ε′→ε。虚部ε″表现出单峰特点,介质损耗峰值εmax出现在特征频率fc=103 Hz附近。在10-1~101 Hz的低频段,ε″在双对数坐标下的斜率为-0.940 4,主要是由于直流电导极化的影响。图10为复数平面图,给出了9个拟合参数的具体值,可见实测值与拟合值吻合较好,且存在电导极化引起的“翘尾”现象。
在温度连续变化过程中,材料介电谱具有温度平移特性。以160~200℃的高温区域为例,以10℃为温度间隔,对5个温度下的介电谱数据进行拟合,结果如图11所示。
图11可以看出,随着温度的升高,ε′表现出温度平移特性,即具有向高频区域移动的趋势。同时随着温度的升高,电导极化加剧,α极化的损耗峰向高频区域移动,这主要是由于松弛时间τ与温度T近似成指数关系(τ∝eu/kTk为玻耳兹曼常数,u为分子活化能,与温度基本无关):T升高,τ降低,特征频率fc往高频方向移动。将Cole-Cole图存在的温度平移特性示于图12中。
图12可以看出,若温度进一步升高,α松弛时间τ很小,α极化建立得很快,可以跟上电场变化,使得α松弛极化损耗很小因而可以忽略,电导损耗则随温度的升高而迅速增加,此时介质损耗主要是电导损耗。
对环氧材料介电谱温度依赖特性进行分析,在-100~200℃取50 Hz频率下的温谱曲线绘于图13中。从图13可以看出,介电常数实部ε′在-100~130℃基本不变,高于130℃后ε′迅速上升,并在188℃附近出现峰值D。介电常数虚部ε′′在-100~200℃温度域内存在两个峰值AB,分别在-25℃和170℃附近,同时在110℃附近存在ε′′最低值C。实部ε′的峰值D滞后于虚部ε′′的峰值B,原因在于在高温区尽管极化建立的速度很快,但并不表示极化已经完全建立,只有当温度升高到使极化完全建立时ε′才能达到最大值。
在电力设备设计中,环氧材料在额定运行状态下的温度处于110℃附近,此时ε′基本保持稳定,且ε′′处于最小值附近。在各温度点下对介电谱频率特性进行拟合处理,结果如图14所示,并获取拟合参数,包括直流电导率σ(T)和松弛极化时间τ(T),发现其具有温度依赖性,基本符合Arrhenius公式,如式(11)~(12)所示。

式(11)~(12)中:AτAσ分别为Arrhenius方程的指前函数;EτEσ为活化能;R为波耳兹曼常数;T为绝对温度[12]
图14可以看出,直流电导率随温度倒数的增加而减小,平均极化时间随温度倒数的增加而增大,试验数据与Arrhenius方程拟合较好。平均极化时间τ(T)在10-5~100s,较一般绝缘材料在相同温度下的极化时间长,原因在于环氧材料介质界面上存在电荷积聚而发生界面极化过程。实际上,介质的松弛时间是围绕其最大概率值的一个分布,绘制出环氧材料的介电松弛时间分布如图15所示。从图15可以看出,材料的松弛时间分布随温度的升高而变窄,同时中心介电松弛极化时间向高频移动,这与理论预测结果一致。根据分子松弛相关理论,当温度足够高时,高聚物松弛时间分布趋向于单松弛时间模型。松弛时间分布参数βγ值随温度的变化也示于图15中,其中β表征松弛时间分布宽度,其值越大分布越窄;γ表征松弛时间分布的对称性,其值越小分布对称性越差。
(1)用理论公式ρ=AeB/T定量确定了环氧材料体积电阻率与温度的非线性关系:环氧材料的体积电阻率随温度的升高降低;用理论公式Eb=Kd-p定量确定了环氧材料工频交流电气强度与试样厚度的非线性关系:环氧材料的工频交流电气强度随试样厚度的增加显著降低。纯环氧试样在导热和热膨胀性能上区别较大,热学性能试验数据表明特高压环氧树脂绝缘电力设备长时间运行温度最高应保持在125℃左右。
(2)利用改进HN方程的非线性数值计算,对实测数据进行曲线拟合。在空载20℃、额定90℃、过载170℃的条件下,实测数据与拟合数据均能较好吻合。从低温到高温,γβα极化峰依次出现,且在160℃以后观察到显著的直流电导极化过程。
(3)环氧材料介电谱对频率、温度均具有较强的依赖性,且在160~200℃的高温区发现了明显的温度平移特性,同时材料直流电导率和松弛极化时间均具有显著的温度依耐性,基本符合Arrhenius公式。
