In order to study the influence of metal wire defect on the electric field distribution of basin insulators in GIS, using the actual 1 100 kV basin insulator in GIS as the research object, we simulated and calculated the electric field distribution of basin insulators with metal wire defect using ANSYS by finite element method. The influence of the distribution direction, radial distance, length, and width of the wire on the electric field distribution of basin insulators was studied. The results show that the wire defects in basin insulator can distort the electric field severely, the maximum electric field strength is 10.76 times larger than that of the basin insulator without wire defect, and the transverse distributed wire has greater effect on the electric field of the basin insulator. The distortion degree of electric field of basin insulator is related to the distribution direction, radial distance, and length of wire.

为研究金属丝缺陷对GIS内部盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响,采用有限元分析方法,以实际1 100 kV GIS内部盆式绝缘子为研究对象,利用ANSYS仿真软件仿真计算存在金属丝缺陷的盆式绝缘子电场分布,并研究金属丝的分布方向、径向距离、长度和宽度对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响。结果表明:盆式绝缘子内部的金属丝缺陷会使电场严重畸变,电场强度最大值为无缺陷时的10.76倍,且金属丝径向分布时对盆式绝缘子电场的影响更大。盆式绝缘子的电场畸变程度与金属丝分布方向、径向距离及长度有关。

In order to study the influence of metal wire defect on the electric field distribution of basin insulators in GIS, using the actual 1 100 kV basin insulator in GIS as the research object, we simulated and calculated the electric field distribution of basin insulators with metal wire defect using ANSYS by finite element method. The influence of the distribution direction, radial distance, length, and width of the wire on the electric field distribution of basin insulators was studied. The results show that the wire defects in basin insulator can distort the electric field severely, the maximum electric field strength is 10.76 times larger than that of the basin insulator without wire defect, and the transverse distributed wire has greater effect on the electric field of the basin insulator. The distortion degree of electric field of basin insulator is related to the distribution direction, radial distance, and length of wire.

随着我国特高压输电技术的发展,气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear, GIS)因其占地面积小、可靠性高、维护方便等优点得到了广泛的应用[1-3]。盆式绝缘子作为GIS内部绝缘的核心部件[4-6],起着隔离气室、支撑导体及电气绝缘等重要作用[7-9],其性能决定整个GIS系统运行的安全性。
电力系统运行经验表明,在GIS设备故障中,盆式绝缘子故障占很大的比例[10-13],其中,由盆式绝缘子内部存在金属异物等杂质引发的故障占大多数[14]。在盆式绝缘子生产过程中,因操作不规范、工艺流程不完善等因素[15-18],盆式绝缘子浇注体内可能会混入金属丝异物等杂质[19-20],易引起盆式绝缘子电场畸变,从而引发局部放电,严重时会导致盆式绝缘子断裂,造成电力系统事故。
近年来,学者对盆式绝缘子内部含有缺陷时的电场分布进行了大量的研究[11-14],为盆式绝缘子的结构设计提供了理论指导。但盆式绝缘子内部含有金属丝缺陷时,金属丝缺陷分布方向、径向距离、长度和宽度对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响还未进行深入研究。本研究利用ANSYS仿真软件建立1 100 kV盆式绝缘子三维模型,分析在快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage, VFTO)作用下,金属丝位置、大小对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响,以期为GIS的绝缘设计提供参考。
本研究以实际的1 100 kV盆式绝缘子为对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立仿真计算模型,如图1所示。由于金属丝的尺寸与盆式绝缘子尺寸差异较大,对含有金属丝缺陷的盆式绝缘子模型进行网络剖分时,在不同部位应采用不同网格,金属丝处网格较为密集,其他区域网格相对稀疏,这样既能保证计算结果的准确性,又能使计算量大幅减少。仿真计算时,对盆式绝缘子金属端施加高电位,外壳施加零电位。
在不含任何缺陷的情况下,盆式绝缘子电场强度分布云图和沿盆式绝缘子上表面的电场分布曲线如图2所示。由图2可知,盆式绝缘子最大场强出现在中心导体附近,随径向距离的增大,盆式绝缘子上表面电场强度先增大后减小。依据图2的计算结果,在盆式绝缘子不存在缺陷时电场强度最大值处设置金属丝缺陷,以此研究金属丝缺陷对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响。
文献[14]从击穿绝缘子中提取出一段金属丝异物,其尺寸为20 mm×1 mm×2 mm,本研究在仿真计算时,选取该尺寸的金属丝缺陷。在VFTO的作用下,金属丝缺陷位于径向距离20 mm处时盆式绝缘子的电场分布如图3所示。
图3可知,当盆式绝缘子内部存在金属丝缺陷时,金属丝附近电场发生畸变,电场强度远高于正常值,最大场强为93.80 kV/mm,是无缺陷的盆式绝缘子最大场强(8.72 kV/mm)的10.76倍,极易引起盆式绝缘子局部放电,进而影响盆式绝缘子的绝缘安全。
进一步探究金属丝附近的电场分布情况,金属丝缺陷附近局部电场分布云图和金属丝上边界电场强度分布曲线如图4所示。由图4可知,盆式绝缘子内部存在金属丝缺陷时,金属丝附近电场发生了严重的畸变,金属丝两端附近电场强度与无金属丝时相比大幅增加,最大场强达93.80 kV/mm,金属丝附近绝缘体承担的场强远高于其他部分,易引起盆式绝缘子局部放电,盆式绝缘子有效绝缘长度相对减少,最终会引起盆式绝缘子击穿事故。
对金属丝缺陷位于盆式绝缘子不同径向位置的情况进行分析,保持金属丝的长度和宽度不变,金属丝的径向距离分别设置为70、130、180 mm,盆式绝缘子附近局部电场分布云图如图5所示。由图5可知,金属丝径向距离为70 mm时,盆式绝缘子最大场强为100.42 kV/mm,径向距离为180 mm时,其电场强度最大值为27.38 kV/mm,金属丝越靠近盆式绝缘子的金属端,金属丝附近的电场强度越大。因此,金属丝缺陷越靠近盆式绝缘子金属端附近时,越易引发盆式绝缘子局部放电,导致环氧树脂劣化。
对内部存在不同长度金属丝缺陷的盆式绝缘子进行仿真分析,金属丝上边界电场强度分布曲线如图6所示。由图6可知,只改变金属丝长度的情况下,随金属丝长度的增加,盆式绝缘子的电场强度增加明显。金属丝长度为50 mm和20 mm时,最大场强相差约8 kV/mm。图7为金属丝长度为50 mm时金属丝附近的电场分布。
对比图7图4可以看出,金属丝的长度越大,金属丝两端电场越集中,电场畸变的程度越大。因此,金属丝越长越易引起盆式绝缘子局部放电,进而造成盆式绝缘子损坏。
对内部存在不同宽度金属丝缺陷的盆式绝缘子进行仿真分析,金属丝缺陷宽度分别为5 mm、13 mm时,金属丝附近盆式绝缘子局部的电场分布云图如图8所示。
对比图8图4可知,金属丝宽度不同时盆式绝缘子最大场强均出现在金属丝靠近高压导体的一端。随着金属丝宽度的增加,电场强度的最大值逐渐减小,当金属丝宽度从1 mm增大到5 mm时,盆式绝缘子最大场强减小为前者的56.96%。因此,随着金属丝宽度的增加,金属丝对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响越小。
在盆式绝缘子内部设置与径向金属丝相同尺寸的横向金属丝,横向金属丝缺陷位于径向距离20 mm处时,金属丝局部电场分布云图和金属丝内侧电场强度分布曲线如图9所示。由图9可知,盆式绝缘子内部含有横向金属丝缺陷时,盆式绝缘子最大场强为7.82 kV/mm。对比图9图4可知,与金属丝纵向分布时相比,横向分布时金属丝附近的电场强度较小,电场畸变程度也较小,因此,金属丝横向分布对盆式绝缘子电场强度的影响较弱。
横向金属丝径向位置变化对附近的电场影响较大,本节仿真计算横向金属丝径向距离对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响,金属丝附近最大场强如图10所示。由图10可知,径向距离越小,金属丝附近的电场强度越大。与金属丝缺陷径向分布时相比,横向分布时,金属丝对盆式绝缘子电场强度的影响较弱,但横向金属丝缺陷同样可以使附近电场发生严重畸变,易引起盆式绝缘子劣化,影响盆式绝缘子的安全稳定运行。
仿真过程中保持金属丝在盆式绝缘子内部的径向位置20 mm和宽度不变,仿真计算盆式绝缘子内部含有不同长度横向金属丝时的电场分布情况,图11为金属丝不同长度时其内外侧边界电场强度的分布曲线。
图11可知,当金属丝横向分布时,金属丝长度越长,附近的场强越大。长度变化对金属丝外侧电场强度的影响比金属丝内侧大得多。其中,金属丝长度为50 mm时的最大场强比20 mm大约7 kV/mm。因此,金属丝越长,横向分布金属丝附近的电场畸变越严重。
为进一步研究金属丝长度对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响,在仿真计算时保持金属丝中间位置及宽度不变,计算横向金属丝不同长度时盆式绝缘子的电场分布,金属丝内外侧边界电场强度分布曲线如图12所示。从图12可以看出,金属丝长度变化时,其两端场强变化的规律相同,其长度越大,金属丝两端的电场畸变越严重,且长度的变化对金属丝外侧电场的影响比内侧大得多,因此,横向金属丝长度较长时易引起附近电场畸变,进而引起盆式绝缘子局部放电,造成绝缘劣化。
金属丝宽度变化对附近的电场影响较大,对不同宽度的横向金属丝缺陷进行仿真分析,宽度为2、4、6 mm时,沿金属丝内外侧边界电场变化曲线如图13所示。
图13可以看出,盆式绝缘子内部的金属丝越宽,金属丝内侧电场强度越大。金属丝宽度为6 mm时与2 mm时盆式绝缘子场强最大值相差约4.94 kV/mm。且金属丝宽度变化对金属丝内侧电场的影响更大。因此,横向金属丝宽度越大,盆式绝缘子电场畸变越严重,金属丝对盆式绝缘子的电场分布影响越大。
(1)盆式绝缘子内部含有径向分布的金属丝缺陷时,最大场强为93.80 kV/mm,为无缺陷时最大场强的10.76倍,远大于允许值,且金属丝两端电场发生了严重的畸变。
(2)与金属丝横向分布相比,金属丝径向分布对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响更大。金属丝径向距离越小,附近场强越大,最大为100.42 kV/mm。长度越长,金属丝两端电场畸变越严重,更易引起盆式绝缘子发生局部放电,进而造成盆式绝缘子损坏。
