Vegetable insulating oil is easy to oxidate during operation and it will affect the service life of transformer. In this study, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) was chosen as antioxidant, and the characteristic parameters of the vegetable insulating oil were compared by the ageing tests. The effect of BHT antioxidant was analyzed by measuring the acid value, peroxide value, and moisture content. The effect of BTH antioxidant on the insulating properties was studied by detecting the dielectric loss factor, breakdown voltage, and FDS curves. The results show that BHT antioxidant can effectively improve the dielectric constant of vegetable insulating oil. Through the molecular formula analysis on the reaction mechanism between BHT reagent and unsaturated oil in natural ester insulating oil, the oxidation resistance process of BHT in natural ester insulating oil can be reflected more intuitively. When the addition amount of BHT is 0.20%, it has a better effect on improving the insulation performance of vegetable insulating oil.

植物绝缘油在运行过程中极易发生氧化而影响变压器使用寿命。本研究选用2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)作为抗氧化剂,采用老化试验对不同BHT添加量的植物绝缘油特征参量进行对比;通过检测酸值、过氧化值与水分含量,分析BHT抗氧化剂的作用;通过检测介质损耗因数、击穿电压、FDS曲线,分析BHT抗氧化剂对绝缘性能的影响。结果表明:BHT抗氧化剂可有效提升植物绝缘油的介电常数;通过对BHT与天然酯绝缘油中不饱和油脂之间的反应机理进行分析,可以更直观地反映出BHT对植物绝缘油抗氧化的工作过程。当BHT的添加量为0.20%时,BHT对植物绝缘油绝缘性能的改善效果较好。

Vegetable insulating oil is easy to oxidate during operation and it will affect the service life of transformer. In this study, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) was chosen as antioxidant, and the characteristic parameters of the vegetable insulating oil were compared by the ageing tests. The effect of BHT antioxidant was analyzed by measuring the acid value, peroxide value, and moisture content. The effect of BTH antioxidant on the insulating properties was studied by detecting the dielectric loss factor, breakdown voltage, and FDS curves. The results show that BHT antioxidant can effectively improve the dielectric constant of vegetable insulating oil. Through the molecular formula analysis on the reaction mechanism between BHT reagent and unsaturated oil in natural ester insulating oil, the oxidation resistance process of BHT in natural ester insulating oil can be reflected more intuitively. When the addition amount of BHT is 0.20%, it has a better effect on improving the insulation performance of vegetable insulating oil.

油纸绝缘系统作为油浸式变压器的重要绝缘部分,其自身的绝缘强度尤为重要。当前用来表征油纸绝缘强度的特征量既有化学特征量,如油中酸值、水分含量、糠醛含量等[1-5],也有电气特征量,如击穿电压、介质损耗因数、介电常数等[6-10]。除此之外,绝缘油作为油纸绝缘系统的重要组成部分,其在变压器内长时间运行时,会受热、光等因素的影响,逐渐发生氧化反应生成酸、水等物质,对变压器的安全运行造成隐患[11-12]。虽然长时间运行后的绝缘油可通过过滤或换油的方法来更换,但氧化过程中的产物会与绝缘纸相互作用,加速油纸绝缘系统的老化,进而降低整体的绝缘强度,因此研究绝缘油的特性对分析变压器绝缘强度具有重要意义。
目前,植物绝缘油逐渐替代矿物绝缘油运用在油浸式变压器等电力设备中[13-14],但植物绝缘油中存在大量的不饱和脂肪酸,在变压器中极易发生氧化反应,因此改善植物绝缘油的绝缘性能迫在眉睫。国内外主要通过添加抗氧化剂如2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、茶多酚、迷迭香等来延缓绝缘油的氧化过程[15-19],仍需进一步研究改善绝缘油绝缘性能的有效方法。
由于BHT相对其他抗氧化剂具有抗氧化能力强、抗氧化效果不受温度影响、价格低廉等优点,本研究选用大豆植物绝缘油作为绝缘油样,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)作为绝缘油抗氧化剂,采用老化试验法[20]测量并分析试验油样的化学特征量、电气特征量、反应分子式和频域介电谱(FDS)曲线,探究BHT抗氧化剂对变压器用植物绝缘油的作用效果。
试验材料:FR3型大豆植物绝缘油,华城电机有限公司;2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT),食品添加剂,河南万邦实业有限公司;无水乙醇,浓度为5%,武汉兴德顺化工有限公司;冰醋酸,浓度为80%,河南凯蒂食品工业有限公司;碘化钾,南通云程实验器材有限公司;氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠,浓度均为0.1 mol/L,广州市刺水科技有限公司;可溶性淀粉,国药集团化学试剂有限公司;硫代硫酸钠,浓度为0.1 mol/L,深圳市博林达科技有限公司。
试验仪器:0.01 g高精度电子秤,英衡电器有限公司;电热恒温鼓风干燥箱,上海一恒科学仪器有限公司;全自动微量水分测定仪,上海花潮实业有限公司;JY6601型油介损耗测试仪,金源科技有限公司;6803型全自动油介电强度测试仪,武汉恒电高测电气有限公司;IDAX300型绝缘诊断分析仪,Megger有限公司。
为确保BHT抗氧化剂能充分溶解于植物绝缘油中,试验开始前先将BHT混合于无水乙醇中进行2 h的超声振荡。然后分别向植物绝缘油中添加0.02%、0.20%、0.40%的BHT抗氧化剂,研究BHT的最优添加量。
首先对植物绝缘油进行48 h真空干燥,之后称取100 g绝缘油并加入BHT,最后将其放入120℃恒温箱中进行7、14、21、28 d的热老化,以加快植物绝缘油的氧化速率。同时制备一组不添加BHT抗氧化剂的样品作为对比样。
植物油发生氧化反应后,内部会产生酸、过氧化物等物质,因此,本研究采用植物绝缘油中的酸值与过氧化值作为评估植物绝缘油抗氧化性能的特征量,其中酸值的检测依据GB/T 5530—2005[21]进行,过氧化值的检测依据GB/T 5538—2005[22]进行。
植物绝缘油在氧化过程中生成的过氧化物会进一步分解产生水,而水作为极性分子会严重影响变压器的绝缘性能,因此对植物绝缘油氧化过程中产生的水分进行检测,有利于分析植物绝缘油的氧化程度。植物绝缘油的水分含量检测通过全自动微量水分测定仪进行,测定原理为世界公认的测水经典方法——卡尔—费休库仑法,绝缘油中水分含量的检测方法依据GB/T 7600—2014[23]进行。
植物绝缘油作为变压器内部的绝缘材料,其自身绝缘强度的高低对整个油纸绝缘系统尤为重要。为确保制备后油样的绝缘性能仍满足运行标准,本试验分别采用油介损耗测试仪和全自动油介电强度测试仪对样品进行介质损耗因数及击穿电压测试,其中介质损耗因数的检测方法依据GB/T 5654—2007[24]进行,击穿电压的检测方法依据GB/T 507—2002[25]进行。
频域介电谱法(FDS)是一种频域状态下无损的介电响应测量技术,其工作原理为在试验样品两端添加一个变频交流电压,测量得到样品在不同频率下的复电容C*(ω)、复相对介电常数εr*(ω)、介质损耗因数tanδ,研究其变化规律。复介电常数可有效反映电介质的极化能力和极化过程的损耗,通过对植物绝缘油进行FDS检测,获得不同频段的ε-fε-f频域介电谱,分析植物绝缘油氧化过程中介电性能的变化规律,有利于诊断植物绝缘油的绝缘强度。本研究采用绝缘诊断分析仪对植物绝缘油样品进行FDS测量,并分析植物绝缘油氧化过程中内部介电特性的变化规律。
对BHT添加量分别为0、0.04%、0.20%、0.40%的热老化油样中的酸值与过氧化值进行跟踪检测,结果如图12所示。
图1可以看出,老化初期,添加BHT抗氧化剂对绝缘油的酸值有抑制效果,BHT添加量为0.40%的植物绝缘油酸值最低,但是随着老化天数的增加,BHT添加量为0.40%的油样酸值骤然升高。而BHT添加量为0.20%与0.04%的油样老化前后的酸值变化相对较小,其中添加0.20%的BHT比添加0.04%的BHT对油样酸值的增量更小。因此,从绝缘油的酸值方面考虑,优先选用BHT添加量为0.20%的油样。
图2可以看出,油中过氧化值随着抗氧化剂含量的增加逐渐减小。BHT添加量为0.04%的油样过氧化值在老化后期明显增大,这是因为随着老化时间的增加,油样中过氧自由基的生成速率大于BHT对油样中过氧自由基的还原速率。通过对比可以发现,当BHT添加量为0.20%与0.40%时,BHT对过氧化值的抑制作用较为明显。
试验前对不同BHT添加量未老化的油样进行水分含量检测,结果见表1。从表1可以看出,未老化的油样水分含量差距较小。
随着老化时间的增加,油样中水分含量的变化如图3所示。
图3可以看出,老化初期,BHT添加量为0.40%的油样品中水分含量较低,随着老化程度加深,油样中的水分含量均上升,但BHT添加量为0.20%和0.04%的油样中水分含量相对较低。因此添加适量的BHT抗氧化剂具有抑制植物绝缘油中水分含量增长的作用,可有效提升植物绝缘油的抗氧化性能。
对植物绝缘油改善效果较好的BHT添加量为0.20%和0.40%的油样进行介质损耗因数测试和击穿电压测试,并将结果与矿物绝缘油和BHT添加量为0的油样电气性能进行对比,结果如表2所示。
表2可以看出,BHT添加量为0.20%的油样击穿电压、介质损耗因数与未添加BHT的油样相比分别略有降低和升高,但与矿物油相比仍满足投运前绝缘油的要求,而BHT添加量为0.40%的油样电气性能相比其他油样有所降低。
同时对BHT添加量分别为0、0.20%、0.40%的油样击穿电压进行跟踪检测,结果如图4所示。
图4可以看出,未添加BHT的油样击穿电压在老化后期受自身氧化的影响迅速下降,而BHT添加量为0.20%和0.40%的油样击穿电压在整个老化过程下降均较为缓慢,因此BHT抗氧化剂可提升植物绝缘油在老化后期的击穿电压;而BHT添加量为0.40%的油样击穿电压比BHT添加量为0.20%的油样低,说明添加过多的BHT抗氧化剂也会降低植物绝缘油的击穿电压。因此,从电气性能的对比发现,BHT的添加量为0.20%比较合适。
植物绝缘油中含有油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸基团,这些不饱和脂肪酸基团中的极性不饱和双键在光、热等因素的影响下会断裂,脂肪酸不饱和基团双键的亚甲基中的氢离子会脱离,形成脂肪自由基R·,此为植物油氧化过程中链的引发阶段,然后经过链的传递和终止,植物油最终分解成为水、酸、聚合物等极性物质[23]。以油酸(分子式为C18H34O2)为例,在氧化反应链的引发阶段,油酸不饱和双键旁边的C8、C11位的-CH2-基团脱去一个氢离子,油酸分子显示为-1价。油酸氧化反应中链的引发阶段如图5所示。因此正是由于植物绝缘油中存在不饱和脂肪酸基团,导致植物绝缘油稳定性较差,容易氧化。而BHT作为抗氧化剂,可向失去氢离子的自由基R·提供氢离子,将其还原成不饱和脂肪酸,反应过程如图6所示。
植物绝缘油在氧化过程中,双键的断开与还原都会导致介电性能发生变化,添加抗氧化剂后介电性能的变化更为明显。为掌握植物绝缘油在氧化过程中介电常数的变化规律,本研究分别对添加BHT前后的植物绝缘油进行了FDS测量。
对添加BHT前植物绝缘油进行FDS检测,研究氧化过程中植物绝缘油介电性能的变化规律,结果如图7所示。
图7(a)可见,随着老化天数的增加,植物油自身氧化程度增加,介电常数实部曲线随之上升。在氧化初期,植物油中的不饱和脂肪酸还大量存在,含有极性双键的不饱和脂肪酸属于偶极性电介质,因此植物绝缘油的介电常数会随频率降低而升高;随着植物油氧化程度加深,油中过氧化物增多,过氧化物分解后致使油中的水、酸等极性分子增多,最终导致低频段的植物油介电常数曲线随着氧化程度的加深而逐渐上升。
介电常数虚部反映的是电介质内部的极化损耗,由图7(b)可见,随着植物绝缘油的氧化程度加深,内部的极性物质增多,极化损耗增大,自身的介电常数虚部曲线随之上升。
对BHT添加量为0.20%的样品进行FDS检测,研究BHT对植物绝缘油介电性能的影响规律,结果如图8所示。由图8可见,添加BHT后植物油的介电常数实部、虚部曲线与添加BHT之前相比均有升高,这是因为BHT分子结构中也含有极性双键,所以在添加BHT后植物绝缘油整体的极性随之增加,进而导致介电常数曲线升高。同时因为添加BHT抗氧化剂后抑制了植物油中不饱和脂肪酸的分解,所以油中的极性键一直大量存在,导致随着氧化程度加深,油的介电常数曲线相对未添加BHT的植物油仍旧较高。图8(b)中频域介电谱曲线的拐点不太明显,可能是由于变压器绝缘油的电导率较高,油纸绝缘系统在低频段时电导损耗起主导作用。随着外电场频率的升高,电导损耗逐渐降低;随着频率的继续增大,极化损耗开始占据主导地位。介电常数虚部ε″反映的是绝缘系统的介质损耗,因此反映在ε″-f图中,在低频段,ε″随着f的增加而减小;在高频段,ε″随着f的增加而增大,最后趋于稳定,会出现曲线“凸起”,即拐点;但当绝缘油电导率过高时,绝缘纸中的含水量引起的电导损耗变化会超越极化损耗变化,油纸损耗特性还是以电导损耗为主,反映在ε″-f图中是曲线“凸起”逐渐变得平稳,拐点消失。
BHT作用于植物绝缘油时,会影响绝缘油的各项性能,因此BHT的使用需根据试验的各项参数来决定。本研究通过检测不同BHT添加量在植物绝缘油内部的作用效果,对比植物绝缘油化学特征量和电气特征量的变化规律,从变压器用油方面考虑,认为添加0.20%的BHT抗氧化剂比添加0.04%和0.40%的BHT对植物绝缘油的作用效果较好。
因为变压器内部的油纸绝缘系统由绝缘油与绝缘纸共同组成,而绝缘材料承受的电场强度与自身介电常数成反比[24],且绝缘油与绝缘纸两者的介电常数不同(ε绝缘油≈2.17,ε绝缘纸=5.1~6.5),所以在变压器运行时绝缘油与绝缘纸所承受的电场强度也不同。如果绝缘纸板和绝缘油的介电常数比较接近,则可以更大程度地发挥变压器油纸绝缘结构的优势,提高其绝缘强度。通过检测常用矿物绝缘油与添加BHT植物绝缘油的介电常数,测得频率为50 Hz时,矿物绝缘油和BHT添加量分别为0、0.20%的植物绝缘油介电常数分别为1.61、2.17、3.36。植物绝缘油的介电常数比矿物绝缘油有所增大,这有利于油纸绝缘结构电场强度的均匀分布,但由于植物绝缘油的易氧化特性,致使植物油变压器的使用寿命大幅缩短,而添加BHT后能够延长植物绝缘油变压器的使用寿命,同时介电常数也比添加BHT之前有所增大,更利于均匀绝缘系统内的电场分布,提高绝缘强度。
(1)BHT具有改善植物绝缘油绝缘性能的作用,添加BHT后的植物绝缘油的油中酸值、过氧化值和水分含量均有所减小。
(2)BHT抗氧化剂会影响植物绝缘油的电气性能,添加适量的抗氧化剂可提升植物绝缘油在老化后期的击穿电压。
(3)植物绝缘油的氧化会影响自身介电性能,而通过添加BHT能够提高植物绝缘油的介电常数,有利于油纸绝缘系统的电场分布。
(4)当BHT添加量为植物绝缘油的0.20%时,BHT对植物绝缘油绝缘性能的改善效果较好。
