Elbows are an important component of oil and gas pipelines. The force state and the medium flow state are more complex than that of the straight pipe. Once the defect occurs at the elbow, the elbow pipe is more prone to fail. The high steel grade pipeline is the development trend of the long distance oil and gas pipeline construction, and it is urgent to evaluate the residual strength of the high steel grade bending pipe. Through the establishment of the finite element model, the defect size, relative position, bending radius, pipe parameters and pipe performance influence were studied on the ultimate internal pressure of the elbow, and finally the prediction formula of the bending was established. The results show that with the increase of defect length and defect depth, the ultimate internal pressure of the elbow is significantly reduced. The trench defect affects the ultimate internal pressure when the trench defect is located in the inner arch of the elbow. The bending radius, the wall thickness and the pipe material will affect the ultimate internal pressure. The error analysis shows that the prediction formula is more accurate, which can provide the basis for the residual strength evaluation of high steel grade elbows with trench defects.

弯管是油气管道中的重要组成部分,其受力状态和介质流动状态相较于直管更为复杂,一旦在弯头处产生缺陷,弯管更容易发生失效。高钢级管道是长距离油气管道建设的发展趋势,所以急需开展对高钢级弯管剩余强度评价的工作。以含沟槽缺陷的高钢级弯管作为研究对象,通过建立有限元模型,研究缺陷尺寸、相对位置、弯曲半径、管道参数及管材性能对弯管极限内压的影响规律,最后建立含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管的极限内压预测公式。研究结果表明,随着缺陷长度和缺陷深度的增加,弯管的极限内压明显降低;沟槽缺陷位于弯管的内拱处时对极限内压影响最大;弯曲半径、管径壁厚及管材都会对弯管极限内压产生影响;误差分析显示拟合所得到的预测公式精度较高,该公式可为含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管的剩余强度评价提供依据。

弯管是油气管道中的重要组成部分,其受力状态和介质流动状态相较于直管更为复杂,一旦在弯头处产生缺陷,弯管更容易发生失效。高钢级管道是长距离油气管道建设的发展趋势,所以急需开展对高钢级弯管剩余强度评价的工作。以含沟槽缺陷的高钢级弯管作为研究对象,通过建立有限元模型,研究缺陷尺寸、相对位置、弯曲半径、管道参数及管材性能对弯管极限内压的影响规律,最后建立含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管的极限内压预测公式。研究结果表明,随着缺陷长度和缺陷深度的增加,弯管的极限内压明显降低;沟槽缺陷位于弯管的内拱处时对极限内压影响最大;弯曲半径、管径壁厚及管材都会对弯管极限内压产生影响;误差分析显示拟合所得到的预测公式精度较高,该公式可为含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管的剩余强度评价提供依据。

Elbows are an important component of oil and gas pipelines. The force state and the medium flow state are more complex than that of the straight pipe. Once the defect occurs at the elbow, the elbow pipe is more prone to fail. The high steel grade pipeline is the development trend of the long distance oil and gas pipeline construction, and it is urgent to evaluate the residual strength of the high steel grade bending pipe. Through the establishment of the finite element model, the defect size, relative position, bending radius, pipe parameters and pipe performance influence were studied on the ultimate internal pressure of the elbow, and finally the prediction formula of the bending was established. The results show that with the increase of defect length and defect depth, the ultimate internal pressure of the elbow is significantly reduced. The trench defect affects the ultimate internal pressure when the trench defect is located in the inner arch of the elbow. The bending radius, the wall thickness and the pipe material will affect the ultimate internal pressure. The error analysis shows that the prediction formula is more accurate, which can provide the basis for the residual strength evaluation of high steel grade elbows with trench defects.

油气管道作为重要的工业和民用工具[1],因其长期暴露于流体和外部环境中,易发生腐蚀,严重时会导致管道破裂,引发重大事故[2-3]。相较于直管,弯管所受载荷更为复杂,更容易发生腐蚀现象,因此其承载能力对管道的安全性有着显著的影响[4]。并且,随着油气管道建设行业的快速发展,采用高钢级管线钢,实现高压力、大口径输送已成为未来长距离管道输送的发展趋势[5]。因此,对含缺陷高钢级弯管进行极限承载能力研究具有十分重要的意义。
国内外许多学者针对含缺陷弯管极限承载力的问题,已展开了相关研究。OH等[6]采用两倍弹性准则,研究了矩形缺陷对面内弯矩作用时弯头的塑性行为。LEE等[7]采用有限元分析的方法,研究了缺陷位置弯管对爆破压力的影响,并提出新的计算含缺陷弯管爆破压力的方法。段志祥等[8]利用模拟与试验相结合的方法,选取两倍弹性斜率准则,研究内压作用下的弯管塑性极限载荷,管道材料为20#碳素钢,得到局部减薄缺陷尺寸对弯管塑性极限载荷的影响规律。张慧敏等[9]20-21以含球坑的大曲率半径弯管为研究对象,系统分析了内压、弯矩和转矩作用下的含缺陷弯管塑性极限载荷,得知壁厚、缺陷深度和缺陷方向对塑性极限载荷影响较大。周凌志等[10]建立了内拱处含缺陷弯头非线性有限元模型,采用等效塑性应变的失效准则,分别研究了缺陷长度、宽度和深度对20#钢弯头爆破失效压力的影响。王慧杰等[11]使用Abaqus软件建立了含腐蚀缺陷弯管的有限元模型,弯管材料选择A234碳钢,探讨了腐蚀缺陷的宽度、深度和长度对弯管爆破压力的影响规律,并对Goodall方程进行修正。综上所述,目前研究大多集中于中低强度钢弯管,由于不同强度钢管道的失效机制不同,现有研究结果和相关缺陷评价方法不一定适用于高钢级管道,所以有必要开展对含缺陷高钢级弯管极限承载能力的研究。
针对上述问题,以高钢级弯管作为研究对象,采用非线性有限元法,利用Ansys软件建立含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管仿真模型,进行参数敏感性分析,分别考虑缺陷尺寸、缺陷位置、管道弯曲半径、管道尺寸及管材性能,得到各影响因素对弯管极限内压的影响规律,最后建立极限内压的计算公式。
以高钢级弯管作为研究对象,采用Ansys有限元分析软件,建立含沟槽腐蚀缺陷弯管的三维非线性有限元模型。采用Soild186高阶三维20个节点的六面体单元进行建模[12],单元通过20个节点来定义,每个节点有3个分别沿着x、y、z方向平移的自由度,具有大变形和大应变能力。弯管外径为1 219 mm,壁厚为22 mm,弯管弯曲半径为4D。为了避免应力集中现象,缺陷端部用圆弧过渡,建立柱面的轴长型沟槽缺陷[13]。在划分网格时,对缺陷区域进行加密处理,以获得更准确的模拟结果,有限元模型网格划分如图1所示。
为了清楚、准确地描述缺陷的空间位置,采用环形坐标系来说明缺陷与管道弯头之间的位置关系,如图2所示。其中,θ为时钟角度,(°);ψ为轴向角度,(°);Di为管道内径,mm;t为管道壁厚,mm;R为弯曲半径,mm;D为管道外径,mm。
管道材料选用X80管线钢[14-15],弹性模量为210 GPa,泊松比为0.3,屈服强度为555 MPa,抗拉强度为625 MPa。为了真实地反映管道材料屈服后塑性阶段的硬化性能,同时考虑到材料的几何非线性,利用Ramberg-Osgood本构模型[16]作为材料模型,得到X80钢级材料真实应力-应变曲线,如图3所示。
式中,R为应力,MPa;ε为真实应变;Ry为屈服强度,MPa;εy为屈服应变,εy=Ry/EE为弹性模量,MPa;n为硬化指数;α为硬化系数,α=0.005E/Ry-1。
模型的约束及载荷条件:只考虑弯管受内压载荷的作用,即在弯管施加垂直于内表面的均匀分布载荷,并固定弯管一端的3个平动自由度[17]174-183,另一端施加等效轴向拉应力用来平衡内压。施加的等效轴向应力Ra
式中,P0为内压载荷,MPa;DDi分别为管道外径和内径,mm。
含缺陷管道的失效模式主要由局部应力过大而引起,而高钢级管道钢具有较好的韧性,因此可选择塑性失效准则作为有限元模型的失效判据。本文选择将抗拉强度作为管道的失效判别标准,认为当缺陷区域某一点的等效应力达到材料抗拉强度时,即可判定管道发生失效,此时对应的内压作为管道的极限内压。
为了验证有限元模型的准确性和可行性,选取文献[9]21-22、文献[17]174-183中的爆破试验数据,模拟时采用与试验相同的管道和缺陷参数,利用所建立的有限元模型进行预测,结果如表1所示。由表1可知,有限元计算结果与爆破试验结果较为接近,总体相对误差在6%以内,平均相对误差为3.79%。这表明所建立的有限元模型能够较准确地预测含缺陷弯管的失效压力,也验证了有限元模型的合理性。
为了研究缺陷尺寸对弯管极限内压的影响,建立不同工况条件下的沟槽缺陷,分析其对管道极限内压的影响规律。CHOI等[18]利用多组试验证明缺陷宽度对管道失效压力几乎没有影响,故本文有限元计算中将缺陷宽度设为一个定值。在分析缺陷参数的影响时,只考虑缺陷长度和深度2个因素。管道外径D为1 219 mm,壁厚t为22 mm,弯曲半径为4D,管材钢级选用X80。图4所示为缺陷长度为200 mm,缺陷深度为0.2t时,不同内压条件下,管道等效应力场云图变化情况。取缺陷深度为0.2t、0.3t、0.4t、0.5t、0.6t(相对缺陷深度即为0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6),缺陷长度为200、300、450、700、1 000 mm,计算不同缺陷参数条件下的弯管极限内压,结果如图5所示。
图4可知,随着管道内压逐渐增大,缺陷区域的应力水平高于周边,始终为管道等效应力最大处。当管道内压等于极限内压时,缺陷处最大等效应力等于材料的拉伸强度。如图5所示,缺陷长度不变时,随缺陷深度的增大,弯管极限内压减小。相对缺陷深度在0.2~0.6内,缺陷长度从200 mm增大到1 000 mm时,弯管极限内压下降率约为21.2%,极限内压与缺陷深度的变化总体上成线性相关。
缺陷长度对弯管极限内压的影响规律如图6所示。由图6可知,弯管极限内压随缺陷长度的增加而减小。当缺陷长度较大时,极限内压随缺陷长度的增加而显著降低。而当缺陷长度较小时,弯管极限内压变化趋势减缓。综合分析可知,缺陷尺寸可以显著影响弯管的极限内压,不同缺陷尺寸与弯管极限内压呈现不同的变化关系。
为研究沟槽缺陷的相对位置对弯管极限内压的影响,通过改变缺陷的相对位置,研究极限内压随缺陷相对位置的变化规律,如图7所示。其中,缺陷环向角度变化范围为0°~180°,管道应力云图如图8所示。由图7可以看出,在缺陷环向时钟角度θ等于0°时,弯管极限内压最小;在缺陷环向时钟角度θ等于180°时,弯管极限内压最大;在90°~180°的环向缺陷角度中,弯管极限内压的增长速度较快。弯管极限内压随缺陷环向时钟角度的增加呈非线性增大,增长速率总体上呈现先增大后减少的趋势。由图8可知,当缺陷位于弯管不同时钟位置时,缺陷处始终为应力值较大的区域。
保证缺陷尺寸不变,改变管道弯曲半径,研究管道弯曲半径对含缺陷弯管极限内压的影响。考虑缺陷位于弯管内拱处、中心线处和外拱处3种情况,结果如图9所示,其中相对弯曲半径为R/D。由图9可知,随着弯曲半径的增大,位于外拱缺陷处的极限内压不断减小。缺陷位于弯管内拱处的极限内压随弯曲半径的增大而增大,位于中心线时极限内压基本不受管道弯曲半径的影响。当相对弯曲半径小于3时,随着弯曲半径的增加,内拱处极限内压显著增加,而外拱处极限内压则明显降低。
为研究管道尺寸对含缺陷弯管极限内压的影响,考虑选取5种不同管道规格,得到极限内压的变化规律,如图10所示。由图10(a)可知,在相同的工况下,管径与壁厚的比值越大,管道承载能力越大,受缺陷腐蚀影响越小;相反,管径与壁厚比值越小的弯管,其承载能力越小。由图10(b)可知,在同一管径下,壁厚的减薄会明显地降低弯管的承载能力,在工程上尤其需要关注。经过有限元模型计算与结果比对分析,在研究弯管极限内压时,应重点考虑径厚比这一参数。
选取5种不同屈服强度Ry和幂硬化指数n的管材,研究管材性能对弯管极限内压的影响变化规律,结果如图11所示。由图11可以看出,屈服强度越高,弯管极限内压越高。随着幂硬化指数的提高,弯管极限内压增加,且幂硬化指数越高,弯管极限内压受缺陷尺寸的影响越小。因此,选择屈服强度和幂硬化指数较高的管材,可在一定程度上提高弯管的极限承载能力。
为了更准确评价弯管极限承载能力,构建沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管极限内压预测公式。LI等[19]基于Goodall模型[20]开发了一个完整弯管破裂预测模型,使用的失效标准为von-Mises应力达到管道屈服强度Ry,该模型被证明具有更高的精度:

对于含腐蚀缺陷弯管,极限内压Plimit在失效下限压力Pmin和失效上限压力Pmax之间,即
式中,g(d/t)函数反映了缺陷尺寸对管道极限内压的影响。通过分析有限元算例结果可知,g(d/t)分别与d/t成指数和幂函数关系,则
式中,pqk均为待定系数。
利用有限元计算结果,拟合确定出各参数,代入式(11)中,可得f1函数表达式为

最后,得到了含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管极限内压预测计算式为
将有限元模拟结果与预测公式计算结果进行比较,结果如图12所示,其中蓝色线表示10%(即=±10%x)的误差线,红色线表示20%(即=±20%x)的误差线。由图12可知,所建立公式的平均相对误差为2.38%,最大误差为12.35%。这表明该预测模型与有限元模拟结果吻合较好。可见,公式基本可以满足一部分工程应用的需要。
以含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管作为研究对象,利用Ansys有限元软件建立了含沟槽缺陷的弯管有限元模型,分别研究了腐蚀缺陷尺寸、管道尺寸和管材性能等因素对含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管极限内压的影响规律,最终构建了极限内压计算式。所得主要结论如下:
1)弯管极限内压随缺陷长度和深度的增加而减小,当缺陷长度较大时,极限内压随缺陷长度的增加而显著降低。而当缺陷长度较小时,弯管极限内压变化趋势减缓,不同缺陷尺寸与弯管极限内压呈现不同的变化关系。
2)弯管的极限内压与缺陷时钟位置和管道弯曲半径有关。缺陷位于θ=0°,即位于内拱处时,极限内压最小;缺陷位于θ=180°,即位于外拱处时,极限内压最大。由此可知,当缺陷位于管道内拱处时,弯管的承载能力最弱。
3)弯管的极限内压受管道本身参数的影响,管道弯曲半径、管道径厚比和管材性能均会对管道极限内压产生影响。选择径厚比较小,屈服强度和幂硬化指数较高的管材,可以在一定程度上提高弯管的极限承载能力。
4)针对现有研究中存在的不足,考虑了腐蚀缺陷尺寸、管道尺寸和管材性能等因素对极限内压的影响,构建了含沟槽缺陷高钢级弯管极限内压的预测公式,该公式能为含腐蚀缺陷高钢级弯管剩余强度评价提供依据。
