Considering the actual excitation load, the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of the bolted structure have a certain impact on the whole mechanical system. The dynamics model of actual bolted structure is more complex with considering joint surface morphology parameters and plasticity index. Therefore, with considering the influence of the surface mopography parameters, plastic index on the normal contact stiffness, contact damping and under the various conditions such as external harmonic excitation, the existing normal contact model of bolted structure was modified, and the obtained nonlinear normal contact stiffness and nonlinear contact damping were applied to the dynamics response characteristics analysis of forced vibration of bolted joints structure. The influences of surface morphology parameters and plasticity index on the dynamics characteristics of bolted structure were studied.

在实际激励载荷的作用下,栓接系统的非线性动力学特性会对整个机械系统产生一定影响。当考虑栓接结构的结合面表面形貌参数与塑性指数时,实际栓接结构的系统动力学模型将更加复杂。因此,在考虑栓接结构的结合面表面形貌参数、塑性指数对法向接触刚度、接触阻尼的影响以及外界简谐激励等多种条件下,对现有的栓接结构法向接触模型进行修正,并将得到的非线性法向接触刚度与非线性接触阻尼应用于栓接结构的受迫振动动力学响应特性分析,研究栓接结构中结合面表面形貌参数和塑性指数对其动力学特性的影响。

在实际激励载荷的作用下,栓接系统的非线性动力学特性会对整个机械系统产生一定影响。当考虑栓接结构的结合面表面形貌参数与塑性指数时,实际栓接结构的系统动力学模型将更加复杂。因此,在考虑栓接结构的结合面表面形貌参数、塑性指数对法向接触刚度、接触阻尼的影响以及外界简谐激励等多种条件下,对现有的栓接结构法向接触模型进行修正,并将得到的非线性法向接触刚度与非线性接触阻尼应用于栓接结构的受迫振动动力学响应特性分析,研究栓接结构中结合面表面形貌参数和塑性指数对其动力学特性的影响。

Considering the actual excitation load, the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of the bolted structure have a certain impact on the whole mechanical system. The dynamics model of actual bolted structure is more complex with considering joint surface morphology parameters and plasticity index. Therefore, with considering the influence of the surface mopography parameters, plastic index on the normal contact stiffness, contact damping and under the various conditions such as external harmonic excitation, the existing normal contact model of bolted structure was modified, and the obtained nonlinear normal contact stiffness and nonlinear contact damping were applied to the dynamics response characteristics analysis of forced vibration of bolted joints structure. The influences of surface morphology parameters and plasticity index on the dynamics characteristics of bolted structure were studied.

螺栓连接是机械装备中应用最为广泛的零部件连接方式之一,常用来承担两构件间的轴向力、倾覆力矩和扭转力矩,其连接处结合面在外加载荷的作用下会表现出复杂的力学特性。由于受被连接表面形貌参数、预紧力、装配工艺等因素的影响,栓接结构常呈现复杂的非线性特征[1-2]。含有栓接结构的装置在实际工况下,由于受到振动与冲击,或者装配工艺不当,可能会出现螺栓松动甚至断裂的情况,严重缩短了装备的服役寿命[3]。因此,有必要对栓接结构动力学模型进行准确的建立与响应分析,为实际栓接结构的装配工艺改进和优化提供参考。
对于栓接结构的动力学问题,研究要点在于建立准确的等效模型。栓接结构上的刚度影响结构的固有特性,阻尼影响结构的响应规律。因此,动力学模型的建立是否准确,主要取决于栓接结构的动力学参数的设置。为了获得栓接结构结合面的参数,在机械界面接触研究的早期阶段,主要从宏观角度研究栓接结构接触特性,忽略表面微观接触过程,来识别接触刚度和阻尼;或着眼于某种机械结构,进行模态试验或者动力学响应试验,对于所研究的刚度及阻尼参数,均用试验数据间接推算得到[4-6]。然而,对于这种单纯通过试验数据识别参数的手段,工作量巨大,结果的通用性和可靠性也无法保证。
若通过微观接触的方式计算获得结合面的刚度和阻尼参数,则需要对表面形貌进行精确的客观表征,现有主要方法有接触分形模型[7-8]与统计求和模型[9-10]。而对于栓接结构接触刚度的解析研究方法,无论是基于统计学的粗糙表面还是基于分形理论的接触模型,大部分是考虑加载阶段中粗糙峰的形变,而对卸载后粗糙峰的形变及由结合面局部塑性变形导致的能量耗散研究较少。王洪亮等[11]依据矫正分形几何学理论与法向Hertz接触方程,建立了一种新的结合面接触阻尼方程。该结合面法向接触刚度没有考虑卸载的情况,且阻尼解析模型里得到的阻尼表达式与基体质量有关。王雯等[12]在考虑各变形阶段的基础上,参考分形几何学理论以及法向Hertz接触方程,对于一个完整的振动周期,建立了平均接触刚度模型,研究了加载过程中接触压力、振动频率、相对位移幅值对动刚度的影响,但未考虑结合面卸载阶段及接触阻尼。而且这些研究并未将得到的结合面法向接触刚度模型与法向接触阻尼模型统一,代入栓接结构动力学模型对其非线性特性进行计算分析。
因此,本文针对栓接结构复杂的非线性接触特性,从微观接触机制入手,基于Kogut-Etsion(KE)接触模型,对栓接结构的接触刚度模型进行改进,并推导出法向动态接触阻尼模型,进一步建立通用的,准确的以及可靠的栓接结构动态响应模型。最后对栓接结构的非线性特性进行分析与研究。
螺栓连接的两构件属于面接触,接触过程中两个接触面上的相互作用是复杂的力学现象,也是螺栓连接损伤直至失效破坏的重要原因。螺栓结合面实质上是由两个粗糙表面组成的,结构如图1所示。在Hertz接触理论中,两个粗糙面的接触可以简化为一个粗糙表面和一个理想光滑平面的接触问题。因此,在进行相关参数的转换后,可以将栓接结构的法向接触模型简化为一个上粗糙平面和一个理想光滑平面。

式中,E1E2为两接触体材料的弹性模量;ν1ν2为两接触体材料的泊松比;R1R2为两粗糙平面的粗糙峰平均曲率半径;σ1σ2为两粗糙平面的表面粗糙度均方值。
在该等效接触模型的基础上,可以得到栓接结构动力学模型,其简化示意图如图2所示。由图2可知,可视为上粗糙试件与下理想光滑试件通过螺栓连接形成简单的螺栓结合面,结合面间存在大小为P的预紧力,因此两个结合面之间有一定的初始距离。将结构受到的动载荷记为ft)。当动载荷传递到结合面位置时,结合面由于存在粗糙度等原因会出现相对运动,但在螺栓外力的作用下,将会保证一定的相对位置,此时结合面间影响其运动传递的主要因素是接触面间的刚度和阻尼。此时取上试件m为研究对象,建立螺栓结合面的等效动力学模型。其中,x为上试件的位移;Fn为结合面法向接触载荷;Cn为结合面法向接触阻尼;Kn为结合面法向接触刚度。
当上试件顶端受到外力ft)时,取上试件为研究对象,设上试件顶端受到的动态力为简谐力,则其动力学方程可表示为
式中,法向接触载荷Fn与法向接触阻尼系数Cn的表达式由后文建立的法向接触刚度模型与法向接触阻尼模型推导得到。由于法向接触载荷Fn是与位移x相关的非线性函数,所以直接用Fnx)来替代kx的部分,便于后续动力学模型的计算和求解。
接触刚度和阻尼是影响栓接结构动力学特性的基本参数。因此,在本节中主要对已有的结合面法向接触刚度模型与阻尼模型进行修正,使其能用于后续栓接结构动力学模型的建立与计算。
图1中的局部放大图可知,两个粗糙面的接触即多个粗糙峰对的接触。故在计算整个平面的接触刚度时,可以先求出单个的粗糙峰接触刚度,再积分拓展到整个粗糙平面。
对于粗糙表面上的单个粗糙峰而言,可以将其近似等效为球体[13]041012,则单个粗糙峰的接触行为可以分为弹性、弹塑性和完全塑性接触3个阶段。单个粗糙峰接触加载阶段、最大变形位置与卸载阶段前后变形示意图如图3所示。图3中,加载过程中虚线表示原始形状,粗实线表示加载变形后形状。在变形最大位置上,实线表示最大载荷下变形示意图。卸载过程中虚线表示原始形状,粗实线表示载荷消失后的残余变形,此时接触力方向向下。
加载过程中,R为单个粗糙峰等效曲率半径;δ为法向变形量;z为单个粗糙峰高度;d为两平面之间的距离。当垂直方向施加载荷最大时,δmax为单个粗糙峰最大变形量,此时两平面间距离为dmin。卸载过程中,在产生塑性变形的情况下,残余变形量δres以及平均高度zres与加载时的值均不相同。
在完全弹性变形过程中,由于变形是可逆的,根据Hertz接触理论可得,在加载与卸载过程中,球体与真实平面在接触点的法线方向所受载荷分别为[14]666-672
当粗糙峰的变形量超过临界变形量δe时,进入弹塑性变形区域。其中弹性临界变形量值为[13]041012
式中,μ为硬度系数[14]666-672μ=0.454+0.41νν为较软材料的泊松比;H为材料硬度,H=2.8YY为材料屈服极限强度。
又有完全塑性临界点δp[15]657-662
因此,当δe<δ<δp=110 δe时,粗糙峰既产生弹性变形又发生塑性变形。由KE模型可以得到弹塑性变形的加载过程中法向接触载荷为[16]
在卸载阶段,由KE模型可得,粗糙峰发生弹塑性变形时法向接触载荷fepu表达式为
式中,δmax为单一粗糙峰承受最大载荷时产生的最大变形量;δres为粗糙峰完全卸载后不可恢复的变形量。两者的关系为[17]
当粗糙峰的平均接触压载荷超过材料的硬度值时,粗糙峰处于完全塑性变形阶段,其接触载荷fp与变形量δ之间的关系为[15]657-662
此时卸载阶段接触载荷忽略不计。
得到单个粗糙峰的接触刚度以后,对整个粗糙面建立接触模型,如图4所示。图4中,上面为等效粗糙平面,下面为理想光滑平面。
图4所示,z为粗糙表面粗糙峰高度;d为理想光滑平面与粗糙峰平均高度平面的间距;ys为粗糙峰平均高度平面与表面平均高度平面间的距离;h为理想光滑平面与表面平均高度平面间的距离。
则单个粗糙峰在法向上的变形量δ可以表示为

对于两个接触表面,所有接触粗糙峰接触载荷的累加值即为总接触载荷。因此,可以得到,在加载阶段,粗糙面静态接触载荷Fn可表达为

依据上述推导出的模型,取形貌参数β=0.033 9、σ/R=1.600×10-4和塑性指数ψ=0.7,得到加载与卸载过程中,不同无量纲分离距离h*下的无量纲法向接触刚度值,两者之间的关系如图5所示。
图5可知,法向接触刚度是随平均分离距离变化的非线性函数。无论在加载还是卸载过程中,法向接触刚度均随分离距离的增大而迅速减小,卸载刚度小于加载刚度。这主要是由于随着平均分离距离的减小,结合面变形量增大,发生弹塑性与塑性变形的粗糙峰数目增大,因此接触刚度迅速增加。而在卸载过程中,由于存在发生残余变形的粗糙峰,实际接触的粗糙峰数目会比加载过程小,因此卸载时的接触刚度略小于加载时的刚度。在分离距离增加到一定值时,加载过程与卸载过程基本吻合。这是因为此时粗糙峰接触中纯弹性接触的比例越来越大。在分离距离值趋近于零的时候,接触刚度均迅速增加趋于无穷大,为了更好地表现规律,将分离距离较小的部分在图5中隐去。
将得到的规律与前人研究结果[18]73-82进行比对,发现规律基本一致。因此,可以认为此刚度模型得到了验证,且具有一定非线性因素,可以用于后面栓接结构的非线性行为的研究。
对于实际栓接结构而言,因为各种因素,总会受到动态扰动,所以真实载荷可以分为静态、动态两部分。静载荷决定各个接触点的静态变形;动载荷是在静载荷的基础上出现的,由于其在量值上远小于静载荷,且实际栓接结构都有一定预紧力,故可以理解为动变形是在静变形基础上的扰动。
为简化接触阻尼的计算,假设动态载荷是简谐形式的激励,结合面的动态相对位移也为简谐形式,故该动位移可以表示为Δδ=X0 sin(ωt)。其中,ω为圆频率,单位为rad/s,在后续分析计算中用于表征激励力或者振动的频率。
则在一个振动周期所耗散的能量E

计算法向接触阻尼,要先得到结合面动态接触载荷增量。为了研究动载荷,本节从动变形入手。与计算法向接触刚度类似,要得到整个结合面的动态接触载荷增量,应从单个粗糙峰入手。针对单个粗糙峰受动态扰动力变形的模型如图6所示。
将其中的接触载荷进行泰勒展开处理,有

取形貌参数β=0.033 9、σ/R=1.600×10-4,在塑性指数分别取0.7、1.5和2.0时,得到加载与卸载过程中,不同激励频率ω下的无量纲法向接触阻尼系数值,两者之间的关系如图7所示。
图7可以看出,塑性指数不变时,在低频区间,随着振动频率的增大,法向接触阻尼的减小非常迅速;振动处于高频区间时,频率对法向接触阻尼的大小影响不大。这是因为在载荷不变的情况下,产生接触变形的粗糙峰数量大致一定,随振动频率的增大,单位时间中变形粗糙峰的弹塑性及塑性变形少,即能量损耗少,对外表现为阻尼降低。而随着塑性指数的增大,法向接触阻尼也随之增大。因为塑性指数的增大会使得结合面更多的粗糙峰发生塑性变形,加载与卸载过程中的接触载荷之间差值更大,从而增大了其法向接触阻尼。
将得到的规律与前人的研究结果[18]73-82进行比对,发现规律基本一致。因此,可以认为此阻尼模型得到了验证,且具有一定非线性因素,可以用于后面栓接结构的非线性行为的研究。
将栓接结构接触力以及阻尼的表达式代入式(4)中。本文采用数值法来求解,假设具有零初始位移条件,得到振动频率对系统动力学特性的影响。
当初始分离距离为h*=10,表面形貌参数取形貌参数β=0.033 9、σ/R=1.600×10-4和塑性指数ψ=0.7时,作出激励频率ω为不同值时的系统时间历程响应、相平面曲线和Poincare图。ω为1、200 rad/s时的时间历程响应、相平面曲线和Poincare图如图8所示。
图8可以看出,当激励频率从小到大变化时,系统由混沌状态慢慢进入拟周期状态,再慢慢稳定,直到慢慢趋近并进入单周期状态。在激励频率较低时,系统的非线性始终是拟周期状态,不会出现多周期或者混沌的状态。但是,其非线性特征相较高激励频率明显得多。随着激励频率的增加,系统慢慢趋近于单周期状态。同时,随着激励频率的增加,系统振动的幅值逐渐减小。
当初始分离距离为h*=10,表面形貌参数取形貌参数β=0.033 9、σ/R=1.600×10-4和塑性指数ψ=1.5时,作出激励频率ω为不同值时的齿轮系统时间历程响应、相平面曲线、Poincare图和频谱图。ω=1、200 rad/s时的时间历程响应、相平面曲线、Poincare图和频谱图如图9所示。
图9图8进行对比,可以看出,改变结合面的塑性指数,并不会改变系统振动的幅值。但是,结合面塑性指数的变化在激励频率较小时,会在一定程度上改变在该频率下的时间历程图的振型。随着激励频率的增加,塑性指数的影响会越来越小。同时,在同一激励频率下,结合面塑性指数越大,系统非线性特征越明显。这是因为在结合面塑性指数较大时,结合面进行加载与卸载的接触力之差更大,但是不影响系统整体的动力学响应规律。

图10图8进行对比,可以看出,在同样的激励频率下,结合面越粗糙,系统非线性特征越强;在激励频率同时增加时,结合面越光滑,系统越容易趋近单周期系统。结合面表面形貌参数的变化在激励频率较小时,也会明显改变在该频率下的时间历程图的振型,且影响比塑性指数更加明显。随着激励频率的增加,表面形貌参数的影响会越来越小。同时,在同一激励频率下,结合面越粗糙,系统非线性特征越明显。这是因为在结合面更粗糙时,结合面上发生弹塑性与塑性变化的粗糙峰数量更多,进行加载与卸载的接触力之差更大,但是不影响系统整体的动力学响应规律。
以栓接结构结合面法向动态接触模型为基础,得到了栓接结构的非线性法向动态接触刚度与随激励频率变化的法向动态接触阻尼。随后将得到的动力学参数表达式代入推导出的振动微分方程,建立了栓接结构受迫振动动力学模型。最后对理论计算结果进行分析,探讨了激励频率、结合面表面形貌与塑性指数对栓接结构振动响应特性的影响。具体结论如下:
1)在同时考虑到结合面表面形貌参数、塑性指数以及系统加载卸载的影响下,可以得到非线性法向接触刚度以及随激励频率变化的法向接触阻尼。在此基础上,得到了考虑结合面表面形貌参数与塑性指数的栓接结构受迫振动模型。
2)栓接系统在固定的结合面参数下,随着简谐激励频率的变化呈现了一定的非线性特征:在一定的激励频率范围内,系统始终呈现拟周期运动状态。随着激励频率的增大,系统会越来越趋近于单周期运动状态,非线性特征越来越弱,系统越来越稳定。
3)在固定的激励频率下,改变栓接系统结合面的表面形貌参数与塑性指数,会对系统的动力学特性带来不同影响。同样的激励频率下,增大结合面塑性指数,系统的非线性特征会更明显。改变结合面的形貌参数,结合面越粗糙,系统非线性特征越明显。但是由于均是受迫振动,结合面的表面参数改变不会影响系统运动振幅。
4)在不同的激励频率下,结合面表面参数的变化对系统动力学特性的影响不同。激励频率越小,改变表面形貌与塑性指数时,振型与相图的变化越明显。而在激励频率较高时,系统可以视为单周期运动状态,此时表面形貌参数与塑性指数的影响较小,可以忽略。
