In order to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and improve the accuracy of reliability evaluation, a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion method based on approximate failure point was proposed by using D-S theory and the least squares method.Firstly, the probability envelope curves were obtained through constructing probability assignment for a single source of data and performing weighted fusion.A distribution fitting model based on approximate failure points was also established.Secondly, the parameter estimation value was obtained by the least squares method, and the area metric was constructed to determine the true failure distribution function,and then the reliability assessment was completed.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by examples, and the accuracy was higher than that of Bayes method.

为解决多源异构数据的融合问题,提高可靠性评估的精度,根据D-S(Dempster-Shafer)理论和最小二乘法相结合的思想,提出一种基于近似失效点的多源异构数据融合方法。首先,针对单一数据源构造概率分配并进行加权融合得到概率包络,建立基于近似失效点的分布拟合模型。其次,采用最小二乘法得到参数估计值并构造面积度量指标确定真实的失效分布函数,进而完成可靠性评估。最后,通过算例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,相较于Bayes方法精度更高。

为解决多源异构数据的融合问题,提高可靠性评估的精度,根据D-S(Dempster-Shafer)理论和最小二乘法相结合的思想,提出一种基于近似失效点的多源异构数据融合方法。首先,针对单一数据源构造概率分配并进行加权融合得到概率包络,建立基于近似失效点的分布拟合模型。其次,采用最小二乘法得到参数估计值并构造面积度量指标确定真实的失效分布函数,进而完成可靠性评估。最后,通过算例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,相较于Bayes方法精度更高。

In order to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and improve the accuracy of reliability evaluation, a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion method based on approximate failure point was proposed by using D-S theory and the least squares method.Firstly, the probability envelope curves were obtained through constructing probability assignment for a single source of data and performing weighted fusion.A distribution fitting model based on approximate failure points was also established.Secondly, the parameter estimation value was obtained by the least squares method, and the area metric was constructed to determine the true failure distribution function,and then the reliability assessment was completed.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by examples, and the accuracy was higher than that of Bayes method.

随着科技的发展,产品的结构趋于大型化和复杂化,产品的可靠性水平也趋于高可靠长寿命,在实际工程中进行可靠性评估时,通常无法获得足够的外场数据来进行可靠性评估工作[1-3]。因此,如何综合利用多阶段[4-8]、多源试验数据[9-14]得到更为准确的可靠性评估结果,成为一个亟待解决的关键问题。
目前,针对产品的多源信息可靠性融合评估问题已经有了大量研究,主流方法是Bayes融合统计推断法。例如,唐莉等[15]126-132[16]265-267等采用Bayes方法构建了多个信息数据源融合的Bayes可靠性评估模型,将基于Bayes方法得到的后验信息,作为先验信息与其他数据融合,依此递推,进行多源数据融合。PAPANANIAS等[17]融合了不同来源、不同阶段的数据,获得了产品状态的更新后验分布,其后验估计可以更有效地展现出产品状态。冯静等[18]31-34研究了基于Bayes理论的最大熵准则的加权融合方法,考虑可信度的影响,得到最保守的融合估计结果。ZHANG等[19]对传统的Bayes方法进行了改进,推导出一种修正的方法来定量计算可信度用于加权数据融合。鲁靖等[20]153-155基于Bayes法,结合Dempster-Shafer(D-S)证据理论计算权重因子,将验前信息的融合问题转化为验后信息的融合。除了Bayes融合统计推断法以外,一些学者还研究了其他方法。例如,李刚等[21]116-119基于证据理论,以电子装备累计故障概率作为目标集,对两个利用不同源信息得出的预计结果和评估结果进行了融合。董建华等[22]26-30分别针对大样本和小样本情况,由变异系数法计算权重,建立多权重统计融合可靠性评估模型。张洪才等[23]143-146用模糊算法对来自同一母体的各种数据进行了融合,将几个同类型不同参数的分布转化成一个模糊化分布。虽然多源信息可靠性融合评估领域已取得了较多成果,但仍然存在不足。文献[15]126-132、[16] 265-267、[21] 116-119并没有考虑信息先验可信度的影响,而在工程实际中,外场数据由于更能反映产品在真实工况下的可靠性水平,会比实验室数据的先验可信度更高。文献[18]31-34虽然考虑了信息源的可信度,但是最大熵方法会随着验前信息的增多推导出的验前分布形式愈加复杂,给Bayes推断带来了一定的计算困难。当文献[20]153-155中有两组先验信息时,基于证据理论计算的权重没有工程实际意义。文献[23]143-146只适用于同类型分布的数据融合;文献[22]26-30针对小样本的可靠性融合评估方法,同样也只适用于同类型分布的场合。
此外,在工程实际中,由于样本量的不足、测试环境的影响、测试误差、内外场试验条件及样本构型的不一致性等原因,可能导致相同类型的产品获得的不同来源数据(如实验室测试、仿真试验、外场试验等)并非服从同一总体、同一分布类型。如何对异总体信息进行有效的融合,得到较为可信的评估结论面临挑战。针对以上问题,本文以D-S理论为基础,构造单一数据源的概率分配并充分考虑不同信息源的先验可信度,进行加权融合得到概率包络,根据概率包络建立基于近似失效点的分布拟合模型,通过最小二乘法以及面积度量指标确定最优分布。最终达到将多源异构数据融合成一个总体的累积分布函数的目的,并进一步进行可靠性评估。
某产品开展了半实物仿真、数学仿真、外场试验等多种可靠性试验,收集到该产品的寿命数据Xi={xiji=1,2,…,Mj=1,2,…,Nk},其中,xij表示由第i个数据源收集到的第j个样本数据。M个数据源的先验可信度记为λ=(λ1λ2,…,λM),现解决M个数据源样本Xi的可靠性融合评估问题。
定义1[24]325-339[25]15-40[26]447-458 设Θ为一辨识框架,Θ所有可能的非空子集为A1A2,…,An,若函数m:2Θ→[0,1]满足
则称mΘ上的基本概率分配(Basic Probability Assgnment, BPA)函数;若∀AΘm(A)>0,则称A为焦元,m(A)表示证据对命题A的支持程度。
定义2[24]325-339[25]15-40[26]447-458 函数fbel:2Θ→[0,1]满足
则称fbelm的信任函数,表示对命题A为真的信任程度,也可称为下限函数。

则称fpl为似然函数,表示不反对命题A的支持程度,即对命题A为非假的信任程度,fpl也可称为上限函数。

则称mm1m2,…,mn 的D-S合成,其中,称k为冲突系数,反映证据之间的冲突程度,记为m=m1m2⊕…⊕mn
基于D-S理论进行多源异构信息融合时,如何获得基本概率分配函数,是非常重要的一个问题。本文根据各数据源拟合寿命分布,计算单一数据源的概率分配。
假设寿命数据Xii=1,2,…,M中,M组数据分别可能服从的分布类型,采用极大似然法获得每种分布未知参数的估计值并进行皮尔逊χ2拟合优度检验,针对小样本的情况也可以选择图检验,S-W检验(正态)等其他检验方法[27],若一组数据有多种分布模型同时通过检验,利用Bayes信息准则选择最优分布,其计算式如下:
式中,为模型的极大似然函数;N为模型独立参数个数;n为样本数。使BBIC达到最小的寿命分布为最优。根据式(5)最终得到M组数据的分布函数分别为F1F2,…,FM
根据累积分布函数F1F2,…,FM可构造基本概率分配,以正态分布为例,可计算寿命数据Xii=1,2,…,Mi区间[μi-iμi+i],一般令h=3,h越大表示随机变量X的取值范围越大,用来构造焦元的区间长度越大。由a=max{min{μi-i},0},b = max{μi+i}构造出焦元,将[ab]平均分为k个子区间,记为Ω={cj=[ajbj],j∈[1,2,…,k]}。
设有一辨识框架Θ,其焦元集为Δj={Aj=(xcj)},则焦元Aj的基本概率分配为
式中,i=1,2,…,Mj=1,2,…,kf1f2,…,fM为概率密度函数。这样就可以分别将分布函数F1F2,…,FM构造了对应的概率分配函数m1m2,…,mM
由于不同数据源的可靠性存在差异,所以在证据合成中它们有着不同的先验可信度,该先验可信度通常由专家通过主观评判给出。对于M个数据源,确定其权重为λ=(λ1λ2,…,λM),可信度越高的数据源获得的先验可信度越大。在获得各数据源的先验可信度之后,对证据进行加权平均,则
将式(7)加权平均后的概率分配作为各个证据的基本概率分配函数,由式(4)的D-S合成式对新基本分配函数合成M-1次,从而得到融合后焦元Aj的基本概率分配:
由式(8)构造概率包络
表示x的任何可能的概率分布均落在该包络里。
概率包络即x处寿命累积分布函数值的上限和下限,是对X的概率分布的最高估计和最低估计。寿命X的真实累积分布函数(Cumulative Distribution Function,CDF)介于fpl(x)和fbel(x)之间,取fpl(x)和fbel(x)的均值作为该产品的近似失效概率如图1(a)中红色曲线所示,即
当区间个数k逐渐增大,fpl(x)和fbel(x)差距将会逐渐减小,并逐渐与近似失效曲线重合。选取图1(a)中红色曲线上的一系列近似失效点(yvpv),v=1,2,…,n,用于分布拟合的原始数据,并进一步选取最优分布,具体做法如下:
1)令δ>0,取y1=min{x|fpl(x)≥δ},yn=max{x|fbel(x)≤1-δ}。
2)取yv+1=yv+sv=1,2,…,n-1。syv递增的步长,并由式(10)计算近似失效概率,得到一系列点(yvpv),v=1,2,…,n
3)根据(yvpv)进行分布拟合。选择正态、威布尔等常见分布通过最小二乘法计算未知参数的估计值。
4)根据步骤3)中拟合的全部分布,构造面积度量公式选取图1(b)中阴影部分相对于概率包络面积占比最小的分布作为拟合的最优分布,得到该产品的真实失效分布F(x)。该面积度量指标计算式为
该指标为无量纲量。其中,S0为拟合曲线超出概率包络部分的面积,即阴影部分面积;Spl-Sbel为概率包络面积。理论上讲,真实失效分布应在概率包络之内,因此ρ越小代表着该分布超出概率包络的相对面积越小,ρ最小的分布即为多源数据融合后的最优分布。
多源异构数据融合的可靠性评估可依据图2所示流程图进行。对M源数据样本经融合处理得到寿命的概率包络,建立基于近似失效点的分布拟合模型确定最优分布,最终得到M源数据样本总体累积分布函数F(x)从而进行可靠性综合评估。
文献[15]129-130给出了某产品由数学仿真、半实物仿真和现场试验的方式获得的一些寿命数据如表1所示,样本容量分别为n1=30,n2=10,n3=8。令先验可信度均为1/3,对本文方法进行验证。
由第2.1节中的方法确定AB源服从Weibull分布,C源服从正态分布,由极大似然方法得到该产品寿命数据的未知参数估计值如表2所示。取a=0,b=33.714 7,对于信息源ABC产品寿命X的取值落在区间的概率P(x∉[ab])<0.001。在区间[ab]中确定30个焦元,并由式(6)分别计算单一数据源的概率分配。
根据第2.2节中的方法对加权平均后的概率分配融合2次。进一步地,由式(9)计算概率包络,并在近似失效曲线上选择30个失效点,如图3所示。
针对该近似失效点进行线性拟合,得到其分别服从正态、Weibull分布时未知参数的最小二乘估计,以及面积度量值如表3所示。
当服从Weibull分布时,面积度量值为0.155 7,小于正态分布,因此,通过计算近似失效点得到该产品寿命服从Weibull分布,可靠度函数为
融合结果S与仿真数据A、半实物仿真数据B、现场数据C关于可靠度的偏差比例度为
选取4个寿命数据,计算dSAdSBdSC,如表4所示。
图4将单一数据源与融合结果S的可靠度进行对比。由图4表4可以看出,融合后的S可靠度曲线与仿真数据A相差较大,相比之下,半实物仿真数据B和现场数据C更接近融合结果S。这说明在对产品的可靠性进行分析时,如果仅使用仿真数据,虽然有较好的统计效果,但与现场试验数据差别较大,若仅使用半实物仿真数据,其结果要略好于全仿真数据,但仍与真实分布有较大差距,若只分析C源现场数据,可能会由于样本量不足导致无法得到准确的结果。因此,综合多源数据进行评估会更客观、全面。
文献[15]129-131中Bayes方法结果如表3所示,其面积度量指标为3.032 0 > 0.155 7。同时,由图5也可看出,由本文方法拟合的寿命分布更接近概率包络变化趋势。
为了更好地验证该方法的可行性与普适性,假定某产品1寿命服从形状参数β=6,尺度参数α=37.2的Weibull分布,基于该分布产生样本量分别为n1=8,n2=10,n3=15的随机样本,令其先验可信度均为1/3,进行数据融合结果如表5图6所示。另外,假定某产品2寿命服从均值μ=25,标准差σ=6的正态分布,基于该分布产生样本量分别为n1=9,n2=13,n3=25的随机样本,令其先验可信度均为1/3,进行数据融合结果如表5图6所示。同时,用相对误差ρ2表示融合结果S与真实分布的差距,ρ2定义为
式中,ρ2为无量纲指标;Ae为融合分布S与真实分布间的误差面积;A0.5为真实分布0.5分位数与坐标轴围成的面积;gS(x)为融合分布;g0(x)为真实分布。
表5图6看出,产品1融合结果S的最优分布为Weibull分布,产品2融合结果S的最优分布为正态分布。ρ1表示融合结果在正态分布和Weibull分布下均表现良好,ρ2表示最优分布与真实分布的误差较小。
以D-S理论和最小二乘法相结合的思想,基于近似失效点建立多源异构数据融合可靠性评估模型。通过算例验证,主要得到以下结论:
1)仅利用现场试验数据进行统计推断,会受到样本量过小的影响,导致片面的评估结果。
2)由偏差比例度和可靠度曲线可知,单一数据与融合结果相差较大,融合后的可靠性评估更加全面。
3)通过计算面积度量指标ρ1得到产品寿命更精确的累积分布函数,并且该分布优于Bayes方法。
4)通过产品1和产品2融合结果与真实分布的对比,相对误差ρ2较小,可以认为该方法具有可行性与普适性。
本文在进行多源异构数据融合可靠性评估方面,尽管取得了初步成果,但还存在不足之处,文章仅考虑单一数据源的先验权重,为提高多源异构信息融合的准确性,对于后验权重的获得有必要进行进一步研究。
