To explore the impact of key parameters of brake pads on the dynamics characteristics of the braking system,the test research based on a friction testing machine with a slider-disc structure was conducted.The test research of the impact of key parameters of brake pads (rotation speed, pressure, mass, braking radius, etc.) and the braking environment (dry friction, wetness, sand) on the stability of the braking system was carried out. At the same time, a dynamics model of the brake pad braking system was established,compared with test results using the mathematical tool of autocorrelation coefficient. The results show that the key parameters of brake pads have a significant impact on the dynamics characteristics of the braking system; under different conditions of brake pad mass, tribological parameters, brake pad radius, and braking environment; the chaotic characteristics of the braking friction force signal show a trend of expansion or contraction; the chaotic vibration can be suppressed by adjusting the key parameters of brake pads. This study can provide reference for optimizing the braking strategy and reducing noise and vibration in brake pad systems.

为探究制动片关键参数对制动系统动力学特性的影响,基于滑块-转盘结构的摩擦试验机展开试验研究。试验研究制动片关键参数(转速、压力、质量、制动半径等)及制动环境(干摩擦、湿润、泥沙)对制动系统稳定性的影响。同时,建立制动片制动系统动力学模型,利用自相关系数这一数学工具和试验结果进行对比。结果表明,制动片关键参数对制动系统动力学特性有明显影响;在不同的制动片质量、摩擦学参数、制动片半径、制动环境的情况下,制动摩擦力信号的混沌特性出现扩大或缩小的趋势,可以通过调整制动片关键参数来抑制混沌振动。该研究可以为制动片系统的制动策略优化与降噪抑振提供一定参考。

为探究制动片关键参数对制动系统动力学特性的影响,基于滑块-转盘结构的摩擦试验机展开试验研究。试验研究制动片关键参数(转速、压力、质量、制动半径等)及制动环境(干摩擦、湿润、泥沙)对制动系统稳定性的影响。同时,建立制动片制动系统动力学模型,利用自相关系数这一数学工具和试验结果进行对比。结果表明,制动片关键参数对制动系统动力学特性有明显影响;在不同的制动片质量、摩擦学参数、制动片半径、制动环境的情况下,制动摩擦力信号的混沌特性出现扩大或缩小的趋势,可以通过调整制动片关键参数来抑制混沌振动。该研究可以为制动片系统的制动策略优化与降噪抑振提供一定参考。

To explore the impact of key parameters of brake pads on the dynamics characteristics of the braking system,the test research based on a friction testing machine with a slider-disc structure was conducted.The test research of the impact of key parameters of brake pads (rotation speed, pressure, mass, braking radius, etc.) and the braking environment (dry friction, wetness, sand) on the stability of the braking system was carried out. At the same time, a dynamics model of the brake pad braking system was established,compared with test results using the mathematical tool of autocorrelation coefficient. The results show that the key parameters of brake pads have a significant impact on the dynamics characteristics of the braking system; under different conditions of brake pad mass, tribological parameters, brake pad radius, and braking environment; the chaotic characteristics of the braking friction force signal show a trend of expansion or contraction; the chaotic vibration can be suppressed by adjusting the key parameters of brake pads. This study can provide reference for optimizing the braking strategy and reducing noise and vibration in brake pad systems.

制动依靠制动片和制动盘之间摩擦消耗动能来实现,制动片质量、盘-片摩擦因数与制动片刚度等制动片摩擦学参数,对制动系统的动力学特性、寿命及磨损有着重要影响[1-6]。制动过程的异响和震颤是运输行业面临的挑战之一,选取制动片摩擦学参数不恰当会引发制动过程的异响和震颤,也会影响驾驶体验和劣化整车性能。因此,如何通过调控制动片摩擦学参数来抑制制动系统的不良振动和噪声,是国内外制动系统动力学研究的难题之一。
国内外学者对制动系统的非线性关系所引起噪声和振动的研究已取得一定成果[7-8]。项载毓等[9]针对高速列车制动系统在列车低运行速度、强制动盘/片摩擦作用时存在的制动尖叫噪声问题,设计了一种三明治阻尼结构以实现制动尖叫噪声的抑制,以及摩擦自激振动能量的收集。摩擦力和速度之间的负相关关系总会引起黏滑振动[10]。随着速度增加,制动片的运动从单周期振动过渡到倍周期分叉后进入混沌状态,最后演变为单周期振动[11]。YAN等[12]10-17建立了考虑制动垫的切向和径向运动,以及圆盘的扭转和摆动运动的制动系统动力学模型,研究了不同摩擦学参数条件下径向刚度对制动系统的影响。YANG等[13]提出了一种新的接触力模型,同时,采用库仑模型来阐述其摩擦特性。LI等[14]研究了一种考虑滑块和皮带中不同阻尼配置四自由度的滑带模型,解决了阻尼以模态耦合的形式对不稳定性线性摩擦诱导振动的影响,但需要消耗大量的算力。
学者们进行了许多建模工作来探索制动时振动的机制,其制动模型已相对成熟,但很少以试验为主体。而如今大多数汽车或列车的制动系统都配备多个制动片[15],如何调控制动片来抑制制动过程中振动和噪声的问题迫在眉睫。因此,有必要通过试验研究制动片间的关键参数对制动片制动系统的动力学特性的影响。
鉴于此,本文基于滑块-转盘结构的摩擦试验机,调整制动片摩擦学的关键参数;并结合制动片制动系统动力学模型,探究摩擦学关键参数对制动系统动力学特性的影响。本研究可为制动片系统的制动策略优化与减噪抑振提供参数依据。
本试验研究是基于摩擦磨损试验机进行的面-面接触试验,试验装置如图1所示。试验设备主要有摩擦学试验系统、采集分析系统、电动转盘。摩擦块试样用螺钉固定于摩擦块夹具上,摩擦块夹具和减振结构用螺钉直接相连,减振结构上连接用以测量力信号的三维力传感器(材质为不锈钢;X、Y轴均为100 N,Z轴为200 N;分辨率为0.05%;其采集卡采样频率为1.6 kHz),三维力传感器和固定平台相连,摩擦盘试样与旋转电转台直接相连,用螺钉固定在旋转装置上。旋转电转台(北京江云光电,Y100RA200型)转速由运动控制器(北京江云光电,Y100SC型单轴)控制。
在摩擦振动试验中,摩擦盘试样选用不锈钢材料,摩擦盘试样是直径为210 mm,厚度为5 mm的圆盘。摩擦块试样是由复合材料加工成方形边长为25 mm,高度为8 mm的制动块。每次测试前,用酒精和丙酮对试验样品进行清洗,试验中的所有信号的采样频率均设为1.5 kHz。每次试验时间为2 min。试验选用在40、80、120 N 3种不同压力和12种不同转速共36 种工况下,进行摩擦力随转速变化试验,试验具体工况如表1所示。此外还将进行制动片质量、不同制动半径、不同制动环境试验,探究关键参数对制动的非线性振动有无影响。为确保试验的可靠性,每个工况的试验被重复5次以上,所有重复试验的试验参数和测试参数均保持一致,并且每次试验都要更换摩擦块和摩擦盘试样。所有试验均在相对湿度为(50±10)%,温度为24~27 ℃的环境条件下进行。
图2所示,可以看到在这3种压力(40、80、120 N)下,X轴(径向,下同)和Y轴(切向,下同)的摩擦力均表现出随转速增大而减小的负斜率现象;当相对运动速度增大到一定程度时,摩擦力几乎不再随相对速度变化而变化。
由于研究摩擦学参数对制动系统的影响,要求摩擦模型模拟得到的摩擦因数曲线具有连续性,故本文采用Stribeck-type摩擦模型[12]10-17以预测不同摩擦速度下的摩擦力,该模型避免了vr趋近于0时的不收敛,可提高算力:
式中,i=1时表示制动片1;μk(i)为制动片i与制动盘接触的动摩擦因数;μs(i)为制动片i与制动盘接触的静摩擦因数;ασ均为常数;vr(i)为制动片i和盘之间的相对速度。
制动片结构的制动系统如图3(a)所示,其动力学方程为
式中,Jrcrkr分别为制动盘的惯性、阻尼和刚度;m1c1kra(1)kt(1)分别为制动片1的质量、阻尼、径向刚度和切向刚度;θ为扭转角度;x1y1分别为制动片1在径向和切向的位移。模拟中,在制动盘上施加一个恒定的角速度ωFx(1)X方向上来自制动片1对制动盘的摩擦力;Fy(1)Y方向来自制动片1对制动盘的摩擦力;T为制动盘上的摩擦力矩。在不同的摩擦速度下,摩擦因数不是恒定的[图3(b)]。默认制动片未受到弹簧弹性力的位置为初始位置(0,0)。
调整后的偏微分方程可转化为
使用4阶Runge-Kutta法来解调整后的偏微分方程。初始条件为[0,0,0,rdisk(1),0,0]。参数的默认值如表2所示。
图4为模拟中以ω为分岔参数的制动片的分岔图及自相关系数图。通过绘制不同ωvr(i)的局部最大值来绘制分岔图,如图4(a)所示。在一定的制动盘角速度范围(0.01~0.5 rad/s)内,随着ω的变化,制动片的振动由单周期变化为混沌,最后演变为周期运动;自相关系数图也由稳定到波动后,又趋于稳定的趋势。分岔特性图与自相关系数图表现出类似的变化趋势。一个制动片的混沌振动的出现能为自相关系数所预测。因此可以利用自相关系数研究制动片振动的时变信号,自相关系数ρxy计算式为
式中,Xi)、Yi)为原始信号的两部分,且长度相同。
图5是试验中径向(X轴,下同)与切向(Y轴,下同)摩擦力自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图,在40、80、120 N压力下的情况,如图5(a)~图5(c)所示。如图5(a)所示,在X轴方向上,自相关系数在转速为0.08~0.4 rad/s的情况下,均处于较低的区域;在0~0.08 rad/s及0.4~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。在Y轴方向上自相关系数在转速为0.08~0.4 rad/s的情况下均处于波动的区域;在0~0.08 rad/s及0.4~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。结合图5(a),模拟中表现出在低速自相关系数高、中速自相关系数低、高速自相关系数高类似的变化趋势。由图5可以看出,在不同压力下均有在低速时自相关系数高、到中速时自相关系数低、最终高速时自相关系数又变高的变化趋势。图6为压力为40 N时,二维摩擦力时变信号图。高自相关系数图(ω=0.48 rad/s)及低自相关系数图(ω=0.12 rad/s)分别如图6(a)、图6(b)所示,可以发现高自相关系数下,摩擦力波动比低自相关系数波动规律更为明显。结合图5图6可以发现,随着压力的增加,制动片摩擦力时变混沌特性出现扩大的趋势。由此可知,合适的制动力能减少制动系统混沌运动。
图7为制动片在不同质量m1=0.4、0.5、0.6 kg情况下的试验图。其余试验工况与上述均保持一致。图8是在m1=0.5 kg及压力为40 N情况下径向与切向摩擦力的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图。如图8(a)所示,试验在X轴方向上,自相关系数在转速为0.08~0.32 rad/s的情况下处于较低的区域;在0~0.08 rad/s及0.32~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。在Y轴方向上自相关系数在转速为0.08~0.32 rad/s的情况下处于波动的区域;在0~0.08 rad/s及0.32~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关系数较高区域。图9是压力为40 N时,二维摩擦力时变信号图。由图9可以发现,高自相关系数下,摩擦力波动比低自相关系数波动规律更为明显。图10是在m1=0.6 kg及压力为40 N的情况下切向与径向摩擦力的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图。图11是压力为40 N时,二维摩擦力时变信号图。
结合图5~图11图8对比图5中的自相关系数图,压力为40 N时,m1=0.5 kg与m1=0.4 kg自相关系数波动区间类似;图9对比图5中的自相关系数图,压力为40 N时,m1=0.6 kg对比m1=0.4 kg自相关系数波动区间均出现减小的趋势。结合以上结果,在特定参数下,可以通过合适的制动片质量来抑制制动系统的混沌振动。
图12为制动片在不同制动半径r=0.06、0.075、0.09 m下的试验图。其余试验工况与上述均保持一致。图13是在r=0.06 m及FN=40 N的情况下切向与径向摩擦力的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图。由图13可以看出,在X轴方向上,自相关系数在转速为0.08~0.36 rad/s的情况下处于较低的区域;在0~0.08 rad/s及0.36~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。在Y轴方向上自相关系数在转速为0.04~0.44 rad/s的情况下处于波动的区域;在0~0.04 rad/s及0.44~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。图13(a)模拟表现出在低速自相关系数高、中速自相关系数低、高速自相关系数高的类似变化趋势。图14是压力为40 N时二维摩擦力时变信号图。高自相关系数图(ω=0.48 rad/s)及低自相关系数图(ω=0.12 rad/s)如图14(a)及图14(b)所示。由图14可以发现,高自相关系数下,摩擦力波动比低自相关系数波动规律更为明显。图15是在r=0.09 m及FN=40 N的情况下切向与径向摩擦力的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图,图16是上述情况下的二维摩擦力时变信号图。
结合图5图6图13~图16图13对比图5中的自相关系数图,压力为40 N时,r=0.06 m对比r=0.075 m自相关系数波动区减小;图15对比图5的自相关系数图,压力为40 N时,r=0.09 m对比r=0.075 m自相关系数波动区间均出现减小的趋势。结合以上结果,在特定压力参数下,可以通过合适的制动半径来抑制制动系统的混沌振动。
图17为制动片在不同制动盘湿润环境(μs=0.17、μk=0.07)、泥沙环境(μs=0.19、μk=0.08)下的试验图。其余试验工况与上述均保持一致。摩擦因数由压力为0的情况下,5次试验取平均值测得。湿润环境情况的水取自生活用水;泥沙环境情况下的泥土采集路面泥土。泥土主要化学成分由土壤成分分析仪器(型号:HED-TYD霍尔德)测得,如表3所示。两种不同制动盘环境下均用微型蠕动水泵通过导管抽至制动盘制动面。
图18是在湿润环境及FN=40 N下,径向与切向摩擦力的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图。如图18所示,在X轴方向上,自相关系数在转速为0.24~0.36 rad/s的情况下均处于较低的区域;在0~0.24 rad/s及0.36~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域;在Y轴方向上,自相关系数在转速为0.24~0.36 rad/s的情况下均处于波动的区域,在0~0.24 rad/s及0.36~0.48 rad/s的情况下处于自相关较高区域。图18模拟中表现出低速自相关系数高、中速自相关系数低、高速自相关系数高的类似变化趋势。图19是压力为40 N时二维摩擦力时变信号图。高自相关系数图(ω=0.48 rad/s)及低自相关系数图(ω=0.24 rad/s)如图19(a)、图19(b)所示。由图19可以发现,高自相关系数下,摩擦力波动比低自相关系数波动规律更为明显。图20是在泥沙环境及FN=40 N下,径向与切向摩擦的自相关系数关系图及模拟自相关系数图。图21为压力为40 N时二维摩擦力时变信号图。
结合图5图6图18~图21图18对比图5中的自相关系数图可知,压力为40 N时,湿润环境对比干摩擦的自相关系数波动区间出现减小的趋势;图20对比图5中的自相关系数图,压力为40 N时,干摩擦对比泥沙环境自相关系数波动区间出现扩大的趋势。由于实际情况下,汽车制动并非模拟情况下的湿摩擦情况,试验湿润环境仅出现在理想情况下,大多数为泥沙环境的情况。结合以上结果,在制动盘环境下,不同的制动盘环境会影响制动系统的混沌振动,摩擦因数减小并不能抑制制动系统的混沌振动。
基于滑块-转盘结构的摩擦试验机,开展制动片关键参数对制动系统动力学特性的影响研究,并以此为依据,建立了基于Stribeck-type的制动系统动力学模型。通过试验及模拟,探究制动片关键参数下的制动系统动力学特性,得出以下结论:
1)通过分析恒定角速度ω下制动片振动的分岔特性图和自相关系数,结合试验中转速自相关系数,发现自相关系数变化可以作为衡量制动力时变信号混沌特性强弱的指标。
2)随着施加压力的增大,其制动摩擦力信号的混沌特性出现增加的趋势。合适的制动片质量、制动半径以及制动盘环境对制动摩擦力时变混沌特性有显著影响。本文可为制动片系统的制动策略优化与降噪抑振提供一定实际参考价值。
