This study documents the data of fish species systematically collected in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, from November 2015 to August 2016, according to Nelson’s classification system and analyzed the diversity at different taxonomic levels. The inclusion index at taxonomic level (TINCL i ), taxonomic diversity (the average taxonomic distinctness △+ and the variation in taxonomic distinctness ∧+) are used in this study. The results show that the fish species in the waters belonged to 18 orders, 78 families, 130 genera and 182 species. It is concluded that the number of species in spring (104 species) is larger than that in autumn (103 species) and winter (93 species), while the smallest number occurs in summer (88 species). Analyzed by TINCL i , the average numbers of (families, genera, species), (genera, species) and (species) per order, family and genus are (4.33、7.22、10.11), (1.67、2.33) and (1.40). The △+ and ∧+ in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, are 62.9 and 77.0, respectively. The △+ in our study area is less than those in the high latitude areas, such as the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea (66.4), the coastal waters off Shandong (66.1), and is greater than those in the lower latitude waters including the Nansha Islands (56.6), the Xisha Islands (60.2) and the Dongsha Islands (55.2). The results above indicate that the △+ decreases with latitude. This study analyzed taxonomic diversity of fish species in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, which can provide reference for the exploitation and conservation of fish species in local waters.

根据2015年11月至2016年8月浙江南部近海鱼类调查资料,采用纳尔逊分类系统整理鱼类物种组成,通过计算分类阶元包含指数(TINCL i )、分类多样性指数(平均分类差异指数△+和分类差异变异指数∧+)分析浙南近海鱼类的分类多样性。调查结果共记录鱼类182种,分属18目78科130属。TINCL i 分析结果显示,浙南近海鱼类种类组成中,其目、科、属所包含的(科、属、种)、(属、种)和(种)的平均数目分别为(4.33、7.22、10.11)、(1.67、2.33)和(1.40)。浙江南部近海鱼类△+值和∧+值分别为62.9和77.0。浙江南部近海鱼类△+值小于高纬度的黄、渤海(66.4)和山东近海(66.1),大于低纬度的南沙群岛(56.6)、西沙群岛(60.2)和东沙群岛(55.2),呈现随着纬度降低鱼类△+值随之降低的规律。通过分析浙江南部近海鱼类的分类多样性,可以为浙江南部近海鱼类资源的可持续开发利用及保护提供重要的参考依据。

根据2015年11月至2016年8月浙江南部近海鱼类调查资料,采用纳尔逊分类系统整理鱼类物种组成,通过计算分类阶元包含指数(TINCL i )、分类多样性指数(平均分类差异指数△+和分类差异变异指数∧+)分析浙南近海鱼类的分类多样性。调查结果共记录鱼类182种,分属18目78科130属。TINCL i 分析结果显示,浙南近海鱼类种类组成中,其目、科、属所包含的(科、属、种)、(属、种)和(种)的平均数目分别为(4.33、7.22、10.11)、(1.67、2.33)和(1.40)。浙江南部近海鱼类△+值和∧+值分别为62.9和77.0。浙江南部近海鱼类△+值小于高纬度的黄、渤海(66.4)和山东近海(66.1),大于低纬度的南沙群岛(56.6)、西沙群岛(60.2)和东沙群岛(55.2),呈现随着纬度降低鱼类△+值随之降低的规律。通过分析浙江南部近海鱼类的分类多样性,可以为浙江南部近海鱼类资源的可持续开发利用及保护提供重要的参考依据。

This study documents the data of fish species systematically collected in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, from November 2015 to August 2016, according to Nelson’s classification system and analyzed the diversity at different taxonomic levels. The inclusion index at taxonomic level (TINCL i ), taxonomic diversity (the average taxonomic distinctness △+ and the variation in taxonomic distinctness ∧+) are used in this study. The results show that the fish species in the waters belonged to 18 orders, 78 families, 130 genera and 182 species. It is concluded that the number of species in spring (104 species) is larger than that in autumn (103 species) and winter (93 species), while the smallest number occurs in summer (88 species). Analyzed by TINCL i , the average numbers of (families, genera, species), (genera, species) and (species) per order, family and genus are (4.33、7.22、10.11), (1.67、2.33) and (1.40). The △+ and ∧+ in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, are 62.9 and 77.0, respectively. The △+ in our study area is less than those in the high latitude areas, such as the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea (66.4), the coastal waters off Shandong (66.1), and is greater than those in the lower latitude waters including the Nansha Islands (56.6), the Xisha Islands (60.2) and the Dongsha Islands (55.2). The results above indicate that the △+ decreases with latitude. This study analyzed taxonomic diversity of fish species in the off southern Zhejiang, East China Sea, which can provide reference for the exploitation and conservation of fish species in local waters.

浙江南部近海是指27°~29°N之间的东海近岸海域,地处中纬度地带,属亚热带季风气候,受沿岸水和台湾暖流这两股低盐、高盐水系的交汇影响[1],其环境条件适宜、饵料生物丰富,适合海洋各种生物栖息、生长以及繁殖[2],因而浙江南部近海是多种重要的经济鱼类和虾蟹类的生长繁殖场所[3]
历年来,浙江南部近海的生物多样性研究多偏向于物种多样性研究。张洪亮等[4-6]使用马格列夫(Margalef)丰富度指数、香农–威纳(Shannon-Wiener)多样性指数和皮洛(Pielou)均匀度指数对鱼类、虾类和蟹类的多样性进行了分析;贾海波等[7]、王婕妤等[8]使用香农–威纳多样性指数、皮洛均匀度指数、马格列夫丰富度指数和优势度对大型底栖生物和浮游动物的多样性进行了分析。然而尚未见到浙江南部近海鱼类分类多样性方面的研究。
生物多样性的含义非常广泛。从不同层面来看,生物多样性可分为物种的多样性、进化历史多样性、物种间进化关系多样性以及生态系统多样性等[9]。传统的物种多样性指数并没有考虑物种之间在进化关系的远近和分类距离上的远近[10]。为了更全面充分地评价生物多样性,Warwick和Clarke[11]用平均分类差异指数(△+)和分类差异变异指数(∧+)来评价物种间的分类距离远近和进化关系的远近。目前,分类学多样性已被用来研究黄海、青岛近岸、东沙群岛珊瑚礁、北部湾等[12-26]海域鱼类群落的生物多样性,以及黄河、长江、珠江等[27-29]河口鱼类群落的生物多样性,以及嘉陵江干流、东江干流、珠江流域和洪湖等[30-33]淡水鱼类群落的生物多样性。
本研究基于2015–2016年在浙江南部近海4个季度的渔业资源调查数据,分析了该区域鱼类分类多样性的现状,并与不同海域的相关研究结果进行对比,为浙江南部海域鱼类资源的管理保护及可持续开发利用提供重要的参考依据。
数据源于2015年11月至2016年8月4个季度的渔业资源底拖网调查。调查范围为27°~29°N,120.5°~123°E,共设置42个站点(图1);渔获物采样方式为单船底拖网采样;调查船是“浙洞渔10109”,总吨位800 t,主机马力403 kW,网板类型属飞碟型铸铁。渔船作业期间网口的平均扩张高度和宽度分别为4 m和25 m,网囊网目大小为2 cm,平均拖速为3 kn,每个调查站位拖网作业持续时间约为1 h。
渔业资源调查与采样方法按照《海洋渔业资源调查规范》(SC/9403–2012)进行,记录每个调查站位渔获物。样品全部装入样品袋、编号、冷冻保存,带至实验室进行鉴定、测量等分析。
为了表征在各分类阶元上鱼类组成的多样性,使用分类阶元包含指数(Inclusion Index at Taxonomic Level,TINCL i )分析各阶元鱼类种类分布的集中程度,以此解释鱼类物种之间亲缘关系的远近程度[18]。TINCL i 计算公式如下:

式中,Ni 代表第i级分类阶元数量,Ckj 代表第jk级分类阶元数量。
平均分类差异指数(△+)表示群落中任意两个物种之间的平均分类路径长度。△+值越高,表明群落内物种之间亲缘关系越远。分类差异变异指数(∧+)是偏离△+的平均值,反映的是鱼类种间亲缘关系分布的均匀程度,∧+值越大表示群落中物种间的亲缘关系均匀程度越不均匀[34-35]
平均分类差异指数[10]公式如下:

式中, ${\rm{\omega}}_{ij}$ 是第ij个种类在分类系统树中的路径距离,S是种类数。
研究中将鱼类分类等级分为5个,即纲、目、科、属、种5个等级。物种属于同一门不同纲、属于同一纲不同目、属于同一目不同科、属于同一科不同属、属于同一属的路径长度的权重分别是:83.333、66.667、50.000、33.333、16.667[14]。用PRIMER 6的软件包TAXDTEST求得△+值和∧+值。
本次调查结果共记录鱼类182种,分属18目78科130属,其中软骨鱼类2目2科2属,硬骨鱼类16目76科128属。在目级水平上,鲈形目(Perciformes)鱼类占有绝对的优势,分属于36科59属79种,占所有科、属、种的比例分别为46.2%、45.4%、43.4%,其次是鲉形目(Scorpaeniformes)鱼类(8科14属16种)、鲽形目(Pleuronectiformes)鱼类(6科10属21种)和鳗鲡目(Anguilliformes)鱼类(6科9属11种)等(表1)。在科级水平上,石首鱼科(Sciaenidae)鱼类(7属10种)所占比例最高,其次是鳀科(Engraulidae)鱼类(5属9种)、鲱科(Clupeidae)鱼类(4属8种)、鲆科(Bothidae)鱼类(2属7种)、舌鳎科(Cynoglossidae)鱼类(1属7种)、鲹科(Carangidae)鱼类(5属7种)、虾虎鱼科(Gobiidae)鱼类(6属7种)等。
从鱼类季节种类组成变化分析可以发现春季记录鱼类104种,分属于14目55科77属;夏季88种,分属13目51科72属;秋季103种,分属于14目50科80属;冬季93种,分属于14目48科75属。从目级水平上来看,鲈形目鱼类夏季比例最高(51.1%),冬季最低(35.5%);冬季未出现软骨鱼类;4个季度都有出现鲈形目、鲉形目、鲽形目、鳗鲡目、鲀形目、仙女鱼目、鮟目、刺鱼目、鲱形目、鳕形目鱼类;辫鱼目鱼类只在冬季有捕获;海鲂目鱼类只在夏季和冬季有捕获;颌针鱼目鱼类只在秋季有捕获;鼬鳚目鱼类春秋冬季都有捕获;鲻形目鱼类只在冬季有捕获(表2)。
通过TINCL i 分析浙江南部近海鱼类组成,该海域鱼类组成目、科、属所分别包含的(科、属、种)、(属、种)、(种)的平均数目分别为(4.33、7.22、10.11)、(1.67、2.33)、(1.40)。一般来说,不同海域鱼类的TINCL i 总体上呈现出随着纬度升高TINCL i 随之减少的趋势(图2)。这意味着随着纬度增加,各个海域鱼类的亲缘关系随之变远,即随着纬度升高,鱼类分类多样性随之升高。
通过分类学多样性指数分析,显示浙江南部近海鱼类的△+值和∧+值分别为62.9和77.0(图3图4)。春、夏、秋、冬不同季节的△+值分别是63.18、62.27、62.67、63.28,冬季的△+值最高,春、秋季次之,夏季最低,表明一年中冬季鱼类亲缘关系最远,分类多样性最高;∧+值分别是84.35、98.36、93.24、67.17,夏季的∧+值最高,秋、春季次之,冬季最低,表明一年中夏季鱼类亲缘关系分布最不均匀。
鱼类种类组成和数量分布的季节变化可能与鱼类自身的繁殖、索饵行为和迁移规律,以及外界盐度、温度、叶绿素等环境条件变化有关[37]。由于这些因素,有的鱼类会在特定自身条件和环境条件下游离或者进入浙江南部近海,因此4个季节的鱼类种类数变化并不大。各分类阶元的数目变化较小,春夏秋冬季鱼类对应的目、科、属的数量为(14、13、14、14)、(55、51、50、48)、(77、72、80、75),所以各季节鱼类的△+变化不大。
表3列出了我国不同海域鱼类的△+值和∧+值。表中列出所有海域使用的分类等级多样性权重均与本文相同。通过对比发现,随着纬度由低到高变化,△+值也有由低到高的变化趋势(图5),即随着纬度升高鱼类的亲缘关系随之变远,鱼类分类多样性随之升高,这与分析各个海域鱼类的TINCL i 得出的结论相同。在空间大尺度上,史赟荣等[16]做过初步推算,得出的结论是:从北到南,随着纬度减小,中国海域海洋鱼类△+值基本呈梯度分布,低纬度的海域的△+值一般小于高纬度的△+值,而热带珊瑚礁海域的△+值最小;苏巍等[22]发现,高纬度的黄、渤海地区△+值明显高于低纬度的东海和南海,呈现“北高南低”的趋势;本研究计算的△+值空间变化趋势结果与两者的研究结果一致。
浙江南部近海△+值(62.9)小于高纬度的黄、渤海(66.4)[24]和山东近海(66.1)[24],大于低纬度的南沙群岛(56.6)[17]、西沙群岛(60.2)[16]和东沙群岛(55.2)[14],说明浙江南部近海鱼类的亲缘关系比黄、渤海和山东近海鱼类的近,比南沙群岛、西沙群岛和东沙群岛鱼类的远。浙江近海鱼类△+值与台山列岛周边海域(63.1)[25]相近,可能原因是两片海域地理位置相近,两者都属于东海大陆架的一部分,共同受黑潮分支(台湾暖流)和浙闽沿岸流的影响。生态环境类似具有明显的亚热带海域特征。然而,东海陆架△+值(65.7)[38]大于浙江近海,可能原因是东海陆架囊括了浙江近海,调查范围比浙江近海更大更广。南沙群岛西南陆架△+值(65.8)[19]大于浙江南部近海,而与东海陆架相近,可能原因是南沙群岛西南部陆架整体位于最具种类多样性的印度洋–西太平洋海洋动物区系的中心区域;同时,南沙群岛西南陆架海域和东海陆架海域都是陆架区水域,具有相似的生境特征,鱼类组成主要是大陆架海域鱼类,因此两者的分类多样性也很接近。
实际上,∧+值的大小和变化趋势和△+值并无相关性,∧+值大小不会随着△+值变大而变大或者变小[32],浙江南部近海∧+(77)低于南沙群岛(150.0)[17]、东沙群岛(110.0)[14]、黄海和渤海(129.0)[24]、以及山东近海(141.7)[24],说明浙江南部海域鱼类比南沙群岛、东沙群岛、黄海、渤海和山东近海鱼类的种类分布更均匀。
20世纪50年代之后,由于我国国民经济快速发展,渔船数量和渔船功率不断增加,加上渔业新技术的推广应用等因素导致我国的渔业捕捞能力快速增长,出现许多渔业资源被充分利用或过度开发,甚至一些鱼类资源已经严重衰退甚至枯竭[39],尤其是生长缓慢,繁殖力低,寿命长的鱼类。主要渔业对象的群体结构也发生了明显的变化,渔获物组成中,低龄鱼和小型鱼类在渔获物中的比例显著增大[40]。过度捕捞势必会导致鱼类种数下降,而鱼类物种数目和各个分类阶元分布的显著减少会使分类多样性指数降低[12]。由于人类活动及其气候变化导致的渔业资源变化,通过传统的多样性指数(如香农–威纳多样性指等)不一定能监测到外界的环境扰动对渔业资源的影响,可能我们调查发现鱼类传统的多样性指数相较于历史数据并无明显变化,但是由于环境的扰动,其分类范围变得更狭窄,主要集中在某些分类阶元下,使得其分类多样性显著下降。若是分类多样性出现显著下降,建议排查污染源,控制污染物(石油、重金属、放射核素、农药、废热等)向海里的排放;改进渔具渔法来降低兼捕率,控制渔船数量、渔船功率、作业时间来降低捕捞努力量。本研究使用TINCL i 和分类多样性指数分析浙江南部近海鱼类的多样性,在种以上的分类阶元审视浙江南部海域鱼类组成,研究结果可以作为今后分类多样性研究的参照,用以分析浙江南部近海鱼类分类多样性变化,为浙江南部近海鱼类资源的管理保护和可持续开发利用提供重要的参考依据。
