Based on the fishery resources survey data in the outer waters of the Zhoushan Islands in April (spring) and October (autumn) 2018, the composition, quantity distribution and dominant species of fishes were analyzed, and the relationship between them and hydrological environment was analyzed by the CCA method. The results showed that there were 106 species of fish in the waters outside Zhoushan Islands, belonging to 12 orders, 47 families and 80 genera. The fish mass densities in spring and autumn are 210.50 kg/km2 and 829.06 kg/km2 respectively, and the abundance densities are 8.08×103 ind/km2 and 165.94×103 ind/km2 respectively. The density of fish resources in spring is higher in the northwest sea area and lower in the east sea area of the investigated sea area, while the density of fish resources in autumn is higher in the east sea area and lower in the northwest sea area. The dominant species of fish change substantially between the two seasons. The dominant species in spring and autumn were Lophius litulonLepidotrig lajaponicaApogon lineatus and Apogon lineatusAcropom japonicum. The number of fish species showed significant seasonal and spatial changes, and the number of fish species is higher in the west and northwest near the coastal islands, with most fishes inhabiting in waters with water depth of 50−80 m. The results showed that the spatial and temporal separations of fish communities were obtained from CCA analysis. Surface temperature, bottom temperature and surface salinity were the key environmental factors that affected the composition and quantity distribution of fish species in the sea area under investigation. The strong correlation between fish community and environmental factors reflected the climate change effect on the separation of fish species.

根据2018年4月(春季)和10月(秋季)在舟山群岛外海域进行的渔业资源调查资料,分析了鱼类的种类组成、数量分布和优势种,并用典范对应分析方法分析了其与水文环境之间的关系。结果表明,舟山群岛外海域鱼类有106种,隶属于12目47科80属,春、秋季鱼类质量密度分别为210.50 kg/km2和829.06 kg/km2,尾数密度分别为8.08×103 ind/km2和165.94×103 ind/km2。春季鱼类资源密度在调查海域的西北部较高,东部较低,而秋季鱼类资源密度在东部海域较高,西北部海域较低。两个季节的鱼类优势种更替明显,春季优势种为黄鮟鱇(Lophius litulon)、日本红娘鱼(Lepidotrigla japonica)、细条天竺鲷(Apogon lineatus),秋季为细条天竺鲷、日本发光鲷(Acropom japonicum)。鱼类种数呈现显著的季节和空间变化,但是都以西部以及西北部靠近近岸岛屿的海域种类数较高,大部分鱼类栖息在50~80 m水深海域。典范对应分析结果表明,表层温度、底层温度、表层盐度是影响调查海域鱼类种类组成和数量分布的主要环境因子。

根据2018年4月(春季)和10月(秋季)在舟山群岛外海域进行的渔业资源调查资料,分析了鱼类的种类组成、数量分布和优势种,并用典范对应分析方法分析了其与水文环境之间的关系。结果表明,舟山群岛外海域鱼类有106种,隶属于12目47科80属,春、秋季鱼类质量密度分别为210.50 kg/km2和829.06 kg/km2,尾数密度分别为8.08×103 ind/km2和165.94×103 ind/km2。春季鱼类资源密度在调查海域的西北部较高,东部较低,而秋季鱼类资源密度在东部海域较高,西北部海域较低。两个季节的鱼类优势种更替明显,春季优势种为黄鮟鱇(Lophius litulon)、日本红娘鱼(Lepidotrigla japonica)、细条天竺鲷(Apogon lineatus),秋季为细条天竺鲷、日本发光鲷(Acropom japonicum)。鱼类种数呈现显著的季节和空间变化,但是都以西部以及西北部靠近近岸岛屿的海域种类数较高,大部分鱼类栖息在50~80 m水深海域。典范对应分析结果表明,表层温度、底层温度、表层盐度是影响调查海域鱼类种类组成和数量分布的主要环境因子。

Based on the fishery resources survey data in the outer waters of the Zhoushan Islands in April (spring) and October (autumn) 2018, the composition, quantity distribution and dominant species of fishes were analyzed, and the relationship between them and hydrological environment was analyzed by the CCA method. The results showed that there were 106 species of fish in the waters outside Zhoushan Islands, belonging to 12 orders, 47 families and 80 genera. The fish mass densities in spring and autumn are 210.50 kg/km2 and 829.06 kg/km2 respectively, and the abundance densities are 8.08×103 ind/km2 and 165.94×103 ind/km2 respectively. The density of fish resources in spring is higher in the northwest sea area and lower in the east sea area of the investigated sea area, while the density of fish resources in autumn is higher in the east sea area and lower in the northwest sea area. The dominant species of fish change substantially between the two seasons. The dominant species in spring and autumn were Lophius litulonLepidotrig lajaponicaApogon lineatus and Apogon lineatusAcropom japonicum. The number of fish species showed significant seasonal and spatial changes, and the number of fish species is higher in the west and northwest near the coastal islands, with most fishes inhabiting in waters with water depth of 50−80 m. The results showed that the spatial and temporal separations of fish communities were obtained from CCA analysis. Surface temperature, bottom temperature and surface salinity were the key environmental factors that affected the composition and quantity distribution of fish species in the sea area under investigation. The strong correlation between fish community and environmental factors reflected the climate change effect on the separation of fish species.

舟山渔场是我国重要的渔场之一,受台湾暖流、江浙沿岸流及黄海冷水团的影响,形成了独特的环境类型,是多种经济渔业生物的产卵场和索饵场[1]。由于多年来捕捞强度的加大以及海洋环境的日益恶化,经济价值高、个体大的鱼类群落逐渐被小型低值鱼类群落所取代,鱼类群落结构发生显著变化[2-4]
目前,针对东海区和舟山渔场沿岸海域渔业资源及其群落结构的相关研究有很多[5-15],而对舟山群岛外海域鱼类资源的调查研究还不多见。本文主要根据2018年4月(春季)和10月(秋季)在舟山群岛外侧海域进行的定点底拖网调查得到的鱼类数据以及水文环境数据,分析了该海域鱼类数量分布与环境因子的关系等,并且收集该海域以往调查资料,与本次调查结果进行对比分析,目的是为了了解舟山群岛外海域鱼类资源状况、空间分布与水文环境因子的关系等,为该海域鱼类资源可持续发展利用提供科学依据。
2018年4月(春季)和10月(秋季)浙江海洋大学的“浙渔科2”科考船在29°10′~30°45′N,122°47′~124°21′E范围内进行渔业资源定点底拖网调查,共设置14个站位,水深为28~87 m,如图1。底拖网网具规格为1020目×80 mm。每个站位拖曳时间约为1 h,拖速约为3 kn。渔业资源的调查方法按照我国《海洋渔业资源调查规范》(SC/9403-2012)[16]进行。每站渔获物全部取样装入样品袋,并进行编号、记录后保存,带回实验室进行分析处理,并对主要渔获种类进行生物学测定。拖网调查同步使用CTD仪测定每个调查站位的温度、盐度、水深等环境因子。
运用扫海面积法[17]估算鱼类的资源密度,公式如下:

式中,ρi为第i站的鱼类资源密度(质量密度单位:kg/km2;尾数密度单位:ind/km2);Ci为第i站的每小时拖网渔获物中鱼类数量(以质量计单位:kg/h;以尾数计单位:ind/h);ai为第i站的网具每小时扫海面积(km2/h),扫海面积为网口水平扩张宽度(本网具为0.010 7 km)×拖曳距离(km),拖曳距离为拖网速度(km/h)和实际拖网时间(h)的乘积;q为网具捕获率(可捕系数= 1−逃逸率),其中q取0.5[18]
本研究使用相对重要性指数(Index of Relative Importance, IRI)表征群落中鱼类种类优势度[19-20]

式中,wini表示第$i$种生物的生物量和个体数;fi表示第i种生物通过m次取样时表现出的频率;m表示取样次数。将${\rm{IRI}}$≥1 000的种类定义为优势种,100≤${\rm{IRI}}$<1 000的种类定义为常见种[21]
生物量和环境之间的关系采用典范对应分析(canonical correspondence analysis, CCA)方法[22-23],用软件CANOCO 5.0进行运算,排序结果用物种—环境因子关系的双序图表示。
CCA是一种非线性多元直接梯度分析方法[24],将对应分析与多元分析结合起来,每一步计算结果都与环境因子进行回归,以确定鱼类群落与环境因子的对应关系。在 CCA 排序图2a(春)和图2b(秋)中,环境因子用带有箭头的线段表示,连线的长短表示站位(或鱼类种类)分布与该环境因子关系的相关性大小。箭头连线与排序轴的夹角表示该环境因子与排序轴相关性大小,夹角越小,相关性越高,反之越低,箭头所指方向表示该环境因子的变化趋势。箭头连线与某一站位(或种类)的垂线距离表示其相关性大小,垂线距离越小,正相关性越高,反之越低,处于另一端的则表示与该类环境因子具有负相关性。
根据春、秋2个季度调查采集样品,共鉴定鱼类106种,隶属于12目47科80属,其中春季63种,隶属于12目34科49属,秋季84种,隶属于12目45科72属,种类组成见表1。鲈形目种类最多,共20科35属45种,占鱼类总种数的42.45%,其次是鲽形目,共5科9属20种,占鱼类总种数的18.87%。春、秋季调查所获鱼类中都出现且生物量比例大于0.01%、出现率大于7.14%的鱼类共33种。春季生物量所占比例最高的种类是黄鮟鱇(Lophius litulon)(25.05%),其次是叫姑鱼(Johnius grypotus)(22.20%)、皮氏白姑鱼(Johnius belengerii)(13.79%)和龙头鱼(Harpodon nehereus)(5.68%),其余种类生物量所占比例均小于5%。秋季生物量所占比例最高的种类是细条天竺鲷(Apogon lineatus)(29.41%),其次是鮸鱼(Miichthys miiuy)(13.80%)、日本发光鲷(Acropom japonicum)(11.20%)、白姑鱼(Argyrosomus argentatus)(7.33%)和刺鲳(Psenopsis anomala)(6.34%),其余种类所占比例均低于5%。通过以上数据可以看出,春、秋季鱼类群体数量集中在少数种类上,大多数种类群体生物量较小,并且两个季节群体数量较大的鱼种全部不同。
春季出现率最高的种类是虻鲉(Erisphex pottii)和六丝钝尾虾虎鱼(Amblychaeturichthys hexanema),均为92.86%,其次是小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)85.71%、日本红娘鱼78.57%等,秋季各种类的出现率与春季相比差别不大,六丝钝尾虾虎鱼出现率最高,为100%,其次是鮸鱼、细条天竺鲷,出现率都是92.86%,接着是白姑鱼、短吻三线舌鳎(Cynoglossus abbreviatus)、叫姑鱼,出现率同为85.71%。
该调查海域春季和秋季鱼类质量密度分别为210.50 kg/km2和829.06 kg/km2,尾数密度分别为8.08×103 ind/km2和165.94×103 ind/km2。调查海域不同站位鱼类资源密度(质量、尾数)如图3图4所示。
春季,调查海域鱼类的重量密度较低,各站位的质量密度分布范围为26.43~794.68 kg/km2,以调查海域北部1、10号站位和西南部的6、12、13、7号站位鱼类质量密度较高,而位于123.6 °E以东的站位质量密度较低,超过80%站位的质量密度在100 kg/km2 以内。尾数密度分布情况与质量密度分布情况有所不同,数值较高的是位于调查海域西北部的10、4、9、1号站位,而数值较低的是123.6°E以东的站位。10号站位质量密度最高为794.68 kg/km2,主要种类是鮸鱼,而7号站位尾数密度最高为24.74×103 ind/km2,主要种类是细条天竺鲷。
春、秋季鱼类资源重量密度、尾数密度较高和较低的海域皆不相同。秋季,8号站位鱼类质量密度最高,为3 054.49 kg/km2,2号站位最低,为176.88 kg/km2;质量密度较高站位主要在123.4~124.0 °E区域,该海域距离舟山沿岸海域相对较远。14号站位尾数密度最高,为801.7×103 ind/km2,6号站位最低,为12.7×103 ind/km2
春季,优势种是黄鮟鱇、细条天竺鲷和日本红娘鱼(表1),其平均质量密度和尾数密度分别为61.52 kg/km2、10.31 kg/km2、3.24 kg/km2和0.12×103 ind/km2、1.60×103 ind/km2、1.64×103 ind/km2,分别占春季总密度的25.05%、4.20%、1.32%和1.30%、16.99%、17.41%;黄鮟鱇的尾数密度以调查海域的北部和东南部海域最高,西南部海域较低;细条天竺鲷的尾数密度以南部海域较高,北部以及西北部海域较低;日本红娘鱼的尾数密度以北部和东北部海域较高,南部和西南部海域较低(图5);秋季,优势种是细条天竺鲷和日本发光鲷,其平均质量密度和尾数密度分别为284.42 kg/km2、108.27 kg/km2和118.37×103 ind/km2、25.36×103 ind/km2,分别占秋季总密度的29.41%、11.19%和61.14%、13.10%,均以123.2~123.8°E区间海域质量密度较高,调查海域的西部靠近舟山沿岸海域尾数密度较低(图6)。
春、秋季平均每个站位出现的鱼类种数分别为19种和26种,空间分布情况如图7所示,图中等值线中的数值代表种类数。
根据图7可知,春季,各站位鱼类种类数最低为11种,最高为31种,鱼类种数较高的站位集中在调查海域西部海域,最高的是东极岛附近的海域,最低的是1号和11号站位,均为11种,位于距离岛屿较远的开阔海域;秋季,种类数最高的是1号站位,为41种,比春季最高种数多10种,集中在调查海域西北部靠近岛屿的近岸海域,种类数最低的4号站位,为16种,主要分布在嵊泗列岛以东的开阔海域。
将调查海域按水深分为小于50 m、50~80 m、大于80 m 3个水深带,不同水深带站位分布如表2所示,说明水深50~80 m区域站位最多,水深>80 m区域站位最少。不同水深鱼类种类数如表2表示,春、秋季均是水深50~80 m之间区域的鱼类种类最多,水深<50 m区域的鱼类种类次之,水深>80 m区域鱼类种类数最少;水深<50 m区域鱼类种类数秋季比春季多19种,分别为50种、31种;水深50~80 m之间区域鱼类种类数秋季比春季多18种,分别为75种、57种;水深>80 m区域秋季比春季多8种,分别为28种、20种;春、秋季水深<50 m区域共有鱼类种类数64种,水深50~80 m之间区域共有鱼类种类数96种,水深>80 m区域共有鱼类种类数40种。说明鱼类种类受水深分布明显,不同水深区域鱼类种类数均是秋季比春季多。由于水深>80 m站位数只有1个,因此缺少代表性。
调查海域平均表层温度秋季比春季高,春季为16.97℃(14.00~18.44℃),秋季为22.89℃(21.89~23.27℃);平均底层温度秋季比春季高,春季为16.72℃(14.96~18.05℃),秋季为22.46℃(21.50~23.36℃);平均表层盐度春季比秋季略高,春季为33.77(31.69~34.17),秋季为33.36(32.89~33.76);平均底层盐度秋季比春季高,春季为31.44(30.16~32.72),秋季为33.74(33.15~34.26)。
调查海域鱼类群落与表层温度、底层温度、表层盐度、底层盐度和水深5个水文环境因子用CANOCO5.0软件进行运算。CCA排序结果如图2所示。
CCA排序结果如图2所示,春季,调查海域群落结构受表层温度、底层温度、表层盐度影响显著,表层温度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为0.494 6、−0.853 9,12号站位受其影响较大;底层温度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为0.417 9、−0.321 2,8号站位受其影响较大;表层盐度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为0.163 9、−0.659 0,龙头鱼和叫姑鱼受其影响较大。秋季,调查海域群落结构受底层盐度、底层盐度影响显著,表层盐度与第二轴负相关性显著,底层盐度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为0.072 3、0.824 0,细条天竺鲷、日本发光鲷、龙头鱼受其影响较大;底层温度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为0.010 4、0.564 5,细条天竺鲷和日本发光鲷受其影响较大;表层盐度与第一、第二排序轴的相关性分别为−0.255 4、−0.906 1,7、9、11号站位受其影响较大。
本次调查共鉴定出鱼类106种,春季63种,秋季85种,相对于邓小艳等[10]对舟山渔场近岸海域鱼类资源调查结果,本次调查海域鱼类的种类数相对较多,同样出现了秋季鱼类种类数多于春季的情况。与20世纪60年代初成庆泰等[25]及2006年和2007年俞存根等[26]在舟山渔场附近海域调查结果比较分析,两次调查秋季鱼类种类数分别为89种、79种,春季鱼类种类数分别为39种、75种,低于秋季鱼类种类数,主要是由群体数量大并且经济价值相对较高的一些鱼类组成,本次调查结果与前两次调查结果相同,鱼类种类数都是秋季大于春季,这个结果与李圣法等[27]2005年研究东海中部海域鱼类组成颇为相似。本次调查鱼类种类数总体与俞存根等调查结果相比春季明显减少,而秋季却略有增加,可能是因为之前使用的是桁杆拖虾网,而本次调查使用的是底拖网,网具的不同可能会引起主要捕捞对象的不同,也有可能是因为调查站位的布设不同等。
春季优势种为黄鮟鱇、细条天竺鲷和日本红娘鱼,秋季优势种为细条天竺鲷和日本发光鲷,春、秋季优势种更替率为66.67%。细条天竺鲷、黄鮟鱇、日本红娘鱼、日本发光鲷都是经济价值不高的鱼类,却是本次调查海域春季和秋季的优势种,2006年和2007年俞存根等[26]在该海域调查优势种为黑鮟鱇、星康吉鳗、皮氏叫姑鱼、绿鳍鱼、小黄鱼、龙头鱼、海鳗、日本红娘鱼、细条天竺鲷等,由此可见,多数体型小、价值低的种群已取代了体型较大经济价值较高的鱼类,这种趋势与其他学者的研究结果较一致[28-29],可能是因为海洋环境污染和过度捕捞造成的鱼类优势种群演替。细条天竺鲷在春、秋季都是优势度最高的鱼类,可能是因为细条天竺鲷为底栖性小型鱼类,主要栖息于泥沙质海底[30],而本次调查采用底拖网调查,并且该渔场属于泥沙质海底,适合其繁殖栖息,因此渔获量高。春季另一优势种黄鮟鱇,同样为底栖性鱼类,在东黄海主要鱼虾类食物网中营养等级最高,并且4月为黄鮟鱇产卵盛期[31],该海域底质为泥沙层适合其栖息,又是优良产卵场,因此用底拖网能捕获相当高的渔获量的黄鮟鱇。日本发光鲷是近海较深海区暖温性鱼类,以浮游动物为食,为近底层鱼类[32],该调查海域秋季水温和水深皆适宜其栖息,且该海域属于近海较深海区,因此日本发光鲷在秋季渔获量较高。
秋季鱼类的质量密度高于春季,这可能是因为春季是鱼类主要的产卵季节[33],春季渔获物中鱼类幼体居多,而秋季是鱼类的索饵肥育季节[34],很多鱼类生长发育为成鱼,鱼的体型、体长、体重等相对于春季都有不同程度的增加。春季和秋季鱼类质量密度和尾数密度较高的海域都在东部以及东南部海域,其原因可能是调查海域受到来自台湾暖流的高温高盐水和江浙沿岸水的共同影响[35],使该区域水温和营养盐相对其他区域较高,并且有上升流等流态的海流,使得营养物质较丰富,同时该区域离沿岸海域较远,人类活动干扰相对较小,因此大多数鱼类在此栖息生存。
从鱼类物种数的平面分布来看,春季调查海域西部靠近沿岸海域的物种数高于其他海域,其原因可能是春季大多数鱼类进行生殖洄游,由外海向近岸进行洄游[36],并且外海适合幼鱼生长的营养物质相对近岸海域较少,因此吸引了相当数量的鱼类在靠近近岸海域的位置产卵。秋季调查海域西北部嵊泗列岛附近海域鱼类种类数高于其他海域,可能是因为这里靠近岛屿,属于著名的风景区,该海域水环境相应的保护政策比较完善,水质较好并且人为干扰因素较少,是鱼类良好的栖息生存地。从不同水深来看,春、秋季皆是水深50~80 m站位数和鱼类种类数最高,水深大于80 m站位数和鱼类种类数最少,说明春、秋季大部分鱼类栖息在水深50~80 m处,可能是因为该水深范围饵料生物、水温环境更适宜,由于水深>80 m站位数较少,缺少代表性,因此是影响鱼类种类组成的因素之一。
对鱼类群落与水文环境因子相关性进行分析,结果表明:春、秋季捕获的鱼类中,2个季节均出现的种类有37种,其中60%以上鱼类是洄游性鱼类,鱼类的洄游对鱼类的分布情况有直接的影响。通过CCA分析,可能是因为调查海域距离岛屿较远,水深相对较深,台湾暖流以及浙江沿岸流对其影响较小等原因,春、秋两个季节表层温度和底层温度皆变化较大,表层温度变化分别为4.44℃、1.38℃,底层温度变化分别为3.09℃、1.86℃,因此温度是影响舟山群岛外侧海域鱼类分布主要的环境因子之一。表层盐度对春、秋两个季节鱼类分布影响较为显著,可能是因为春、秋季大量鱼类到该海域索饵,饵料生物主要分布在表层,造成表层盐度对鱼类分布影响较大,也可能是因为本次调查采用的是底拖网方式,捕获的主要是中下层鱼类,而底层盐度仅在秋季对鱼类分布影响较显著。
