In this paper, the net primary productivity (NPP) of the northern islands of Miaodao Archipelago in 2005, 2010 and 2017 was estimated by using ArcGIS10.2, ENVI5.1, SPSS26 and other software based on the classic CASA model, and analyzed the spatial-temporal heterogeneity of NPP from the perspectives of season, individual of island, landscape type, terrain gradient, and then analyzed the spatial-temporal heterogeneity of the landscape pattern of the five northern islands in 2005, 2010 and 2017. The relationships between them and the reasons were discussed. The results showed that: the total NPP for the five northern islands of Miaodao Archipelago was 7 520.54 t/a in terms of carbon; the mean density of NPP was 406.07 g/(m2·a) in terms of carbon; the distribution of NPP showed a significant spatial-temporal heterogeneity; the order of the average area of each landscape type from largest to smallest was coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest, construction land, grassland, arable land; the mean density of NPP from largest to smallest was broad-leaved forest, coniferous forest, arable land, grassland, construction land; the mean density of NPP of each landscape increased first with the increase of slope and height difference, and then decreased slowly; the aspect had a great influence on the NPP of forest, and the mean density of NPP of half shady slope is the largest; the annual mean density of NPP of different terrain gradients decreased with the time; the high value of NPP appeared in the mountainous area, and the low value of NPP is mainly in the flat area; due to the natural geographical conditions and the plant growth strip, the distribution of NPP was influenced by season, geographical location and landscape type.

利用ArcGIS10.2、ENVI5.1、SPSS26等软件,本文基于经典CASA模型估算了2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛的净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity, NPP),从季节、岛屿、景观类型、地形梯度等多种角度分析了NPP的时空分布异质性;进而分析了2005年、2010年、2017年北五岛的景观格局时空分布异质性;探讨了NPP与景观格局时空变化之间的关系及其原因。结果表明:庙岛群岛北五岛平均全年NPP总量为7 520.54 t/a(以碳计),平均密度为406.07 g/(m2·a) (以碳计);NPP分布呈明显的时空分异性;各景观类型平均面积由大到小依次为:针叶林、阔叶林、建设用地、草地、耕地;其NPP平均密度由大到小依次为:阔叶林、针叶林、耕地、草地、建设用地;各景观NPP平均密度随坡度和高差的增大先上升后出现平缓下降态势;坡向对林地NPP影响较大,半阴坡林地NPP平均密度最大;不同地形梯度的NPP年平均密度随时间推移总体呈下降态势;NPP高值出现在山林区域,低值主要在建设用地区域;由于自然地理条件、植物自身生长条件和人类活动强度等原因,NPP时空异质性分布受季节差异、景观格局时空异质性和地形因子影响显著。

利用ArcGIS10.2、ENVI5.1、SPSS26等软件,本文基于经典CASA模型估算了2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛的净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity, NPP),从季节、岛屿、景观类型、地形梯度等多种角度分析了NPP的时空分布异质性;进而分析了2005年、2010年、2017年北五岛的景观格局时空分布异质性;探讨了NPP与景观格局时空变化之间的关系及其原因。结果表明:庙岛群岛北五岛平均全年NPP总量为7 520.54 t/a(以碳计),平均密度为406.07 g/(m2·a) (以碳计);NPP分布呈明显的时空分异性;各景观类型平均面积由大到小依次为:针叶林、阔叶林、建设用地、草地、耕地;其NPP平均密度由大到小依次为:阔叶林、针叶林、耕地、草地、建设用地;各景观NPP平均密度随坡度和高差的增大先上升后出现平缓下降态势;坡向对林地NPP影响较大,半阴坡林地NPP平均密度最大;不同地形梯度的NPP年平均密度随时间推移总体呈下降态势;NPP高值出现在山林区域,低值主要在建设用地区域;由于自然地理条件、植物自身生长条件和人类活动强度等原因,NPP时空异质性分布受季节差异、景观格局时空异质性和地形因子影响显著。

In this paper, the net primary productivity (NPP) of the northern islands of Miaodao Archipelago in 2005, 2010 and 2017 was estimated by using ArcGIS10.2, ENVI5.1, SPSS26 and other software based on the classic CASA model, and analyzed the spatial-temporal heterogeneity of NPP from the perspectives of season, individual of island, landscape type, terrain gradient, and then analyzed the spatial-temporal heterogeneity of the landscape pattern of the five northern islands in 2005, 2010 and 2017. The relationships between them and the reasons were discussed. The results showed that: the total NPP for the five northern islands of Miaodao Archipelago was 7 520.54 t/a in terms of carbon; the mean density of NPP was 406.07 g/(m2·a) in terms of carbon; the distribution of NPP showed a significant spatial-temporal heterogeneity; the order of the average area of each landscape type from largest to smallest was coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest, construction land, grassland, arable land; the mean density of NPP from largest to smallest was broad-leaved forest, coniferous forest, arable land, grassland, construction land; the mean density of NPP of each landscape increased first with the increase of slope and height difference, and then decreased slowly; the aspect had a great influence on the NPP of forest, and the mean density of NPP of half shady slope is the largest; the annual mean density of NPP of different terrain gradients decreased with the time; the high value of NPP appeared in the mountainous area, and the low value of NPP is mainly in the flat area; due to the natural geographical conditions and the plant growth strip, the distribution of NPP was influenced by season, geographical location and landscape type.

净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity, NPP)是指生物在单位时间内利用光合作用所产生的碳减去生物因自身呼吸所消耗的部分[1],NPP是地表碳循环的重要组成部分[2]。由Potter等[3]提出的CASA(Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach)模型是基于数学模型对NPP进行定量化估算最具代表性的模型之一[3-4],利用CASA模型,一些学者在滨海湿地、高原草地、河流流域等区域开展了NPP估算和驱动因素的分析[5-7],但上述研究区域范围较大,考虑的影响因素较为单一,特别是对海岛NPP的时空异质性及驱动因素研究尚不多见。
海岛生态环境兼具海洋与陆地双重属性,是典型的脆弱生态系统[8],对人为和自然干扰敏感,是开展生态学研究的天然实验场[9],其景观格局时空分异性日趋复杂[10]。海岛净初级生产力在开展海岛生态系统服务功能评估、生态健康评估、资源环境承载力评估等方面都是重要的基础数据。已有研究[11]利用CASA模型估算了庙岛群岛南五岛生态系统净初级生产力空间分布,并通过相关分析方法评估了其影响因子,认为归一化植被指数和土地利用类型是 NPP 最主要的影响因子,但归一化植被指数和土地利用类型本身就是CASA模型中计算NPP的主要参数,与NPP具有较高相关性。
利用ArcGIS10.2、ENVI5.1、SPSS26等软件,本文基于经典CASA模型估算了2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛的NPP,从季节、岛屿、景观类型、地形梯度等多种角度分析了NPP的时空分布异质性;进而分析了2005年、2010年、2017年北五岛的景观格局时空分布异质性;探讨了NPP与景观格局时空变化之间的关系及其原因,以期为研究区生态脆弱性评估和保护提供科学依据。
庙岛群岛位于黄、渤海交界处,属暖温带大陆性季风气候,夏季气温高、雨水多,冬季风大、易受寒潮影响。庙岛群岛主要陆地部分为10个有居民岛,本文研究的庙岛群岛北五岛包括大钦岛、小钦岛、砣矶岛、南隍城岛、北隍城岛,总面积大约18.51 km2
采用2005年1月、4月、8月、11月(Landsat5 TM卫星)、2010年1月、4月、8月、11月(Landsat5 TM卫星)及2017年1月、4月、8月、11月(Landsat8 OLI卫星)12期北五岛所在区域30 m 分辨率的无云影像。数据来源于美国地质调查局官网(https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/)和中国科学院计算机网络信息中心地理空间数据云平台(http://www.gscloud.cn/),行列号120/33。借助遥感处理软件对图像进行相关处理;通过监督分类方法得出2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛景观类型分布图,地表景观分为针叶林、阔叶林、草地、耕地、建设用地5类。结合Google Earth、现场实地调研和相关的图集资料进行解译精度验证,解译精度约为87%,满足本次研究的需要。
为统一标准,本文用于分析的栅格数据中栅格大小均为30 m×30 m,若不符合本文标准也都在后期处理中重采样为30 m×30 m的栅格单元进行分析。
利用2011年Aster GDEM模型第二版数字高程数据(数据来源于中国科学院计算机网络信息中心地理空间数据云平台(http://www.gscloud.cn)),水平分辨率30 m,垂直分辨率20 m;通过ArcGIS10.2软件提取出高程、坡度和坡向。
本文气温、降雨量数据来自于当地气象站2005年、2010年、2017年度观测数据;日照时数、相对湿度来自于中国气象数据网(http://data.cma.cn/)的2005年、2010年、2017年逐日观测数据;太阳总辐射数据来自烟台福山气象站的多年监测平均数据。
为便于与同类研究区的比较,采用与文献[11]相同的方法,利用ArcGIS10.2软件对研究区域3年4个不同月份的净初级生产力进行估算,分别以 4 月、8 月、11 月、1 月代表春、夏、秋、冬四季,计算北五岛不同季节的净初级生产力,进而估算区域全年的净初级生产力水平,之后对各岛的净初级生产力总量、密度、时间、空间分布进行分析。植物对于光能的最大利用效率${\xi _{\max}}$取值根据与文献[11]相同。
已有文献[11]利用坡度、坡向对NPP开展相关性分析。为更全面表征研究区地形特征,本文不仅考虑单一地形因子,还考虑了地形位指数这一复杂地形因子,来对NPP在不同地形梯度上的分布规律进行探索研究。
参考《土地利用更新调查技术规定》[12]及研究区实际情况,利用ArcGIS10.2中的重分类工具对坡向进行重分类,将坡向分为平坡、阴坡、半阴坡、半阳坡、阳坡。
依据国际地理学联合会地貌调查与地貌制图委员会关于地貌详图应用的坡地分类[13]和研究区实际情况,本文利用ArcGIS10.2中的重分类工具来划分坡度等级:0°~2°为平地和微斜坡,2°~5°(不包括2°)为缓斜坡,5°~15°(不包括5°)为斜坡,15°~35°(不包括15°)为陡坡,35°~55°(不包括35°)为峭坡。
地形位指数综合了坡度和地形起伏度的特征[14],是个无量纲的数值,地形位指数越高,坡度和高差越大,反之越小。利用ArcGIS10.2中的栅格计算器工具将高程和坡度进行栅格计算得到地形位指数。计算公式如下:

式中,T代表地形位指数,无量纲;ES代表某点的高程(单位:m)和坡度(单位:(°));$\overline E $$\overline S $代表区域的平均高程和坡度(各单位同上)。根据相关文献与研究区实际情况,按自然间断点分级法利用ArcGIS10.2中的重分类工具将地形位指数重分类为5个级别:−6.44~−2.92,−2.92~−1.51,−1.51~−0.35,−0.35~0.70,0.70~2.28。
经计算得出,2017年庙岛群岛北五岛全年NPP总量为7 395.77 t(以碳计),NPP密度介于0~916.20 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)之间,平均密度为399.34 g/(m2·a)(以碳计);2010年庙岛群岛北五岛全年NPP总量为7 472.26 t(以碳计),NPP密度介于0~904.37 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)之间,平均密度为403.47 g/(m2·a)(以碳计);2005年庙岛群岛北五岛全年NPP总量为7 693.58 t(以碳计),NPP密度介于0~966.95 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)之间,平均密度为415.42 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)。2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛的净初级生产力年平均总量为7 520.54 t(以碳计),年平均密度为406.07 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)(图1)。从计算结果来看,2017年庙岛群岛北五岛净初级生产力总量比2005年下降了297.80 t(以碳计),平均密度下降了16.08 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)。
据估算结果,2005年、2010年、2017年春季(4月)NPP平均总量为387.50 t(以碳计),平均密度为20.67 g/(m2·月)(以碳计);夏季(8月)NPP 平均总量为1 813.50 t(以碳计),平均密度为96.72 g/(m2·月)(以碳计);秋季(11月)NPP 平均总量为216.81 t(以碳计),平均密度为11.56 g/(m2·月)(以碳计);冬季(1月)NPP 平均总量为92.25 t(以碳计),平均密度为4.92 g/(m2·月)(以碳计)。可以看出北五岛的NPP分布呈明显的季节分异性,夏季平均总量占比达到72.25%,春季、秋季NPP 总量分别占比 15.44%和 8.64%,冬季仅占3.68%。
这主要与北五岛的气候有关,庙岛群岛北五岛属于季风性气候,植被生长主要依赖降雨,几乎无外部水源和径流;夏季气温高且雨水充足,光照充足,冬季气温低且降雨量小;故而其NPP分布呈明显的季节分异性。建议加强海岛节水蓄水工作,利用山势将夏季降雨蓄积,在干旱季节适度浇灌。
5个海岛2005年、2010年、2017年的NPP年平均密度估算结果见表1。可以发现,北五岛 NPP 年平均密度空间差异性显著,砣矶岛年平均密度最大,达500.14 g/(m2·a)(以碳计),北隍城岛年平均密度最小,达327.24 g/(m2·a)(以碳计);从各岛NPP年平均密度来看,砣矶岛与南隍城岛年平均密度较高,小钦岛、北隍城岛、大钦岛年平均密度较低。建议重点在NPP年平均密度较低的岛屿加强绿化工程建设,保护当地生态环境。
经分析得出,2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛景观类型主要以林地为主,林地年均面积约占北五岛土地总面积的57.72%,其中针叶林占比大于阔叶林,其次为建设用地(图2)。研究时间内各景观类型平均面积由大到小依次为:针叶林、阔叶林、建设用地、草地、耕地,其中针叶林平均面积最大,达到6.31 km2图3)。从各景观类型的变化趋势看,针叶林与耕地先下降后上升,针叶林面积2017年较2005年增加了1.30 km2,而耕地则是减少了0.90 km2;阔叶林、建设用地与草地先上升后下降,草地与建设用地面积2017年较2005年各增加了0.19 km2与0.44 km2,而阔叶林则是减少了1.02 km2。从各景观类型分布来看,林地多分布于山地,耕地多分布在林地之间,靠近林地,建设用地分布在山底平原中部,草地多分布在耕地与建设用地之间。
将本研究计算的庙岛群岛北五岛NPP密度结果与采用相同方法的国内其他研究结果进行对比。与庙岛群岛南部岛群相比,高于池源等[11]估算的340.19 g/(m2·a)(以碳计);与全国大陆生态系统相比,高于陶波等[15]估算的342 g/(m2·a)(以碳计)、朱文泉等[16]的324 g/(m2·a)(以碳计),与顾娟等[17]估算的全国平均水平(393.75 g/(m2·a)(以碳计))基本相当;与国内大陆部分地区相比,高于黄河三角洲[18]、青海[19]等同纬度地区。由此可得,北五岛NPP与全国的平均水平基本相当,高于同纬度西部地区[19-21]
结合不同地形因子对2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛NPP年平均密度估算结果进行分区统计,结果如图4
随着时间的推移,人类改造自然的能力越来越强,对自然资源的需求也越来越大,导致人类对自然生态系统的干扰越来越强,因此各年份NPP 平均密度在不同地形梯度下随时间的推移总体呈下降态势。
将地形因子与景观类型结合对NPP进行研究,计算不同地形梯度下2005年、2010年、2017年不同景观类型NPP年平均密度估算结果,如图5
图5可知,从地形位指数角度分析,第1至第4梯度上五类景观NPP平均密度变化曲线均呈现上升态势,第4至第5梯度上,各景观变化较为平缓。在坡度上,林地NPP平均密度变化曲线基本处于上升态势,其他3类景观NPP平均密度变化曲线较为一致,先上升后下降。
这是因为在平地区域人类活动频繁,随坡度、高差的上升,人类活动强度减小,各景观NPP平均密度基本为上升态势,但随着坡度、高差的上升,植被的生存条件也发生着一定变化,到达一定程度后会抑制植被的生长,因此各景观NPP平均密度在上升到一定程度后出现不同程度平缓或下降态势。这与田惠文等[22]的研究结果相同,庙岛群岛北五岛NPP高值出现在坡度大、地形位指数高、人类活动较少的山地区域,低值主要在坡度小、地形位指数低、人类活动密集的平地区域。
在坡向上看,除了林地外,其他3类景观NPP平均密度变化曲线均较为平缓;在平地区域林地NPP平均密度较低。
这应该与各坡向区域内人类活动强度不同有关,平坡是有居民海岛人类活动最为密集、强烈的区域,所以NPP较低。半阴坡NPP林地平均密度最大,总体来看从阴坡到阳坡林地NPP分布逐渐减小,这是因为阴坡受太阳照射时间少,水分不易蒸发,因此处于阴坡的植被较为茂密,而在阳坡,太阳照射时间长,水分蒸发快,也更适宜于人类生产生活[23-24],不利于植被生长;而在半阴坡水分蒸发较阳坡缓慢,受光照影响较强于阴坡,所以半阴坡林地NPP平均密度最大。
综上所述,坡向、坡度、地形位指数3 类地形因子通过影响植物自身生长条件和人类活动间接影响到北五岛NPP 平均密度;各年份NPP 平均密度在不同地形梯度下随时间的推移总体呈下降态势。
与池源等[11]分析的结果相比,主要差异如下,池源等认为坡度较小利于植被生长并且坡向越向南,NPP数值应越高,而本文研究结果认为,随着坡度的上升,人类对自然区域改造的难度越大,因此坡度较大的区域各年份NPP平均密度较大;但坡度等地形因素增加到一定程度后,植被的生长条件也会受到限制,因此在坡度最高的区域NPP平均密度增长放缓。另外北坡是阴坡,南坡是阳坡,受太阳照射和水分条件影响,总体上看从阴坡到阳坡NPP分布逐渐减小。
不同景观格局NPP估算结果如表2,从表2中可以看出不同景观类型中,阔叶林和针叶林NPP平均密度较大;2005年以来针叶林、建设用地和草地的面积有所上升,耕地、阔叶林面积有所下降,草地和阔叶林NPP平均密度有所下降,针叶林NPP平均密度有所上升,耕地、建设用地NPP平均密度基本不变。各景观格局NPP平均密度由大到小依次为:阔叶林、针叶林、耕地、草地、建设用地。
与池源等[10]的研究结果相比,本文计算的各景观类型NPP平均密度均略高于池源等[10]计算的平均密度,这是因为本文的平均密度是由2005年、2010年和2017年的结果进行平均计算而得,而2005年以来除耕地、建设用地NPP平均密度基本不变以外,草地和阔叶林NPP平均密度有所下降,针叶林NPP平均密度则是先下降后有所上升。
因为经典CASA模型中植物对于光能的最大利用效率取值是根据景观格局分类而划定的[16, 25],所以景观格局的划分对NPP的估算有着重要作用。从空间上分析,景观格局的空间分布影响着NPP的空间分布,结合前文4.2节的分析和各景观类型NPP平均密度来看,NPP高值出现在人类活动较少的山林区域,低值主要在人类活动密集的建设用地区域;从时间上分析,景观格局的时间变化一定程度上影响了NPP总量和平均密度的时间变化。2005年以来建设用地的面积有所上升,阔叶林面积有所下降,草地和阔叶林NPP平均密度有所下降,表明人类对自然生态系统的干扰越来越强,一定程度上加剧了2005年以来北五岛NPP总量和平均密度下降的态势。

2005年、2010年、2017年庙岛群岛北五岛的净初级生产力年平均总量为7 520.54 t/a(以碳计),年平均密度为406.07 g/(m2·a)(以碳计),北五岛NPP与全国的平均水平基本相当,高于同纬度西部地区。2017年较2005年总量下降了297.80 t(以碳计),平均密度下降了16.08 g/(m2·a)(以碳计);北五岛 NPP 年平均密度空间差异性较为显著。
2005年、2010年、2017年期间,1月、4月、8月、11月北五岛 NPP 平均总量各为92.25 t(以碳计)、387.50 t(以碳计)、1 813.50 t(以碳计)、216.81 t(以碳计),平均密度各为4.92 g/(m2·月)(以碳计)、20.67 g/(m2·月)(以碳计)、96.72 g/(m2·月)(以碳计)、11.56 g/(m2·月)(以碳计),表现出明显的季节特征。
各景观类型NPP平均密度随坡度和高差的增大先上升后出现平缓下降态势;坡向对林地NPP影响较大,半阴坡林地NPP平均密度最大;不同地形梯度的NPP年平均密度随时间推移大体呈下降态势;坡向、坡度、地形位指数对NPP平均密度的影响均较敏感。
庙岛群岛北五岛景观类型主要以林地为主,各景观类型平均面积由大到小依次为:针叶林,阔叶林,建设用地,草地,耕地;不同景观类型中,NPP平均密度由大到小依次为阔叶林,针叶林,耕地,草地,建设用地;景观格局是NPP的重要影响因素之一,NPP高值出现在人类活动较少的山林区域,低值主要在人类活动密集的建设用地区域;建设用地的扩大一定程度上加剧了2005年以来北五岛NPP总量和平均密度下降的趋势。
