Based on the survey data of fishery resources and environment of four voyages from April 2021 to January 2022, the spatial and temporal distribution of Portunus trituberculatus and its relationship with influencing factors in the Ruian sea area were studied, including its marine dominance, community structure and resource density distribution. At the same time, generalized additive model (GAM) is used to analyze the relationship between resource density and influencing factors. The results showed that: in the Ruian sea area, P. trituberculatus is an important species (100 ≤ IRI < 1 000) in spring and summer and a dominant species (IRI ≥ 1 000) in autumn and winter. The average carapace length and body weight of P. trituberculatus ranged from 33.9 mm to 60.4 mm, and 22.9 g to 126.1 g. The carapace length and body weight of P. trituberculatus were the highest in summer and the lowest in autumn. There were significant differences between different seasons. P. trituberculatus showed negative allometric growth in spring, summer and winter (b < 3), and positive allometric growth in autumn (b > 3). The average resource density of P. trituberculatus ranged from 16.57 kg/km2 to 422.60 kg/km2, with the highest in autumn and the lowest in spring, and the average resource density in autumn was 25.5 times of that in spring. GAM analysis showed that the interpretation rate of the model was 80.2%. Season, surface water temperature, bottom water temperature, bottom salinity and surface chlorophyll a concentration had significant effects on the resource density of P. trituberculatus (p < 0.05), among which season had the greatest effect. Through this study, it provides reference for grasping the dynamic change law of P. trituberculatus resources in Ruian sea area, and further provides theoretical support for the proliferation and release of P. trituberculatus.

根据2021年4月至2022年1月4个航次渔业资源和环境数据调查资料,对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)时空分布及其与影响因素的关系进行研究,包括其海域优势度、群落结构组成、资源密度分布等,同时运用广义可加模型(GAM)分析了资源密度与影响因素的关系。结果表明:瑞安海域中,三疣梭子蟹在春季和夏季为重要种(100 ≤ IRI < 1 000),在秋季和冬季为优势种(IRI ≥ 1 000)。三疣梭子蟹平均甲长范围为33.9~60.4 mm,平均体重范围为22.9~126.1 g,甲长和体重均以夏季最高,秋季最低,不同季节间三疣梭子蟹甲长和体重呈现显著性差异。三疣梭子蟹在春季、夏季和冬季均呈现负异速增长(b < 3),秋季呈现正异速增长(b > 3)。三疣梭子蟹平均资源密度范围为16.57~422.60 kg/km2,平均资源密度呈现以秋季最高,春季最低,秋季是春季的25.5倍。GAM分析表明,模型解释率为80.2%,季节、表层水温、底层水温、底层盐度和表层叶绿素a浓度对三疣梭子蟹资源密度具有显著影响(p < 0.05),其中季节影响最大。通过本研究,为掌握瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源动态变化规律提供了参考,进而为三疣梭子蟹增殖放流提供理论支撑。

根据2021年4月至2022年1月4个航次渔业资源和环境数据调查资料,对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)时空分布及其与影响因素的关系进行研究,包括其海域优势度、群落结构组成、资源密度分布等,同时运用广义可加模型(GAM)分析了资源密度与影响因素的关系。结果表明:瑞安海域中,三疣梭子蟹在春季和夏季为重要种(100 ≤ IRI < 1 000),在秋季和冬季为优势种(IRI ≥ 1 000)。三疣梭子蟹平均甲长范围为33.9~60.4 mm,平均体重范围为22.9~126.1 g,甲长和体重均以夏季最高,秋季最低,不同季节间三疣梭子蟹甲长和体重呈现显著性差异。三疣梭子蟹在春季、夏季和冬季均呈现负异速增长(b < 3),秋季呈现正异速增长(b > 3)。三疣梭子蟹平均资源密度范围为16.57~422.60 kg/km2,平均资源密度呈现以秋季最高,春季最低,秋季是春季的25.5倍。GAM分析表明,模型解释率为80.2%,季节、表层水温、底层水温、底层盐度和表层叶绿素a浓度对三疣梭子蟹资源密度具有显著影响(p < 0.05),其中季节影响最大。通过本研究,为掌握瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源动态变化规律提供了参考,进而为三疣梭子蟹增殖放流提供理论支撑。

Based on the survey data of fishery resources and environment of four voyages from April 2021 to January 2022, the spatial and temporal distribution of Portunus trituberculatus and its relationship with influencing factors in the Ruian sea area were studied, including its marine dominance, community structure and resource density distribution. At the same time, generalized additive model (GAM) is used to analyze the relationship between resource density and influencing factors. The results showed that: in the Ruian sea area, P. trituberculatus is an important species (100 ≤ IRI < 1 000) in spring and summer and a dominant species (IRI ≥ 1 000) in autumn and winter. The average carapace length and body weight of P. trituberculatus ranged from 33.9 mm to 60.4 mm, and 22.9 g to 126.1 g. The carapace length and body weight of P. trituberculatus were the highest in summer and the lowest in autumn. There were significant differences between different seasons. P. trituberculatus showed negative allometric growth in spring, summer and winter (b < 3), and positive allometric growth in autumn (b > 3). The average resource density of P. trituberculatus ranged from 16.57 kg/km2 to 422.60 kg/km2, with the highest in autumn and the lowest in spring, and the average resource density in autumn was 25.5 times of that in spring. GAM analysis showed that the interpretation rate of the model was 80.2%. Season, surface water temperature, bottom water temperature, bottom salinity and surface chlorophyll a concentration had significant effects on the resource density of P. trituberculatus (p < 0.05), among which season had the greatest effect. Through this study, it provides reference for grasping the dynamic change law of P. trituberculatus resources in Ruian sea area, and further provides theoretical support for the proliferation and release of P. trituberculatus.

瑞安海域地处飞云江与鳌江口,入海河流及沿岸流带来了丰富的营养物质,在江口及其附近海域形成了传统的浙南河口渔场[1]。飞云江、鳌江属浙江省八大水系,其外围海域可分为10 m等深线内(江口−大北列岛)、10~20 m等深线(大北列岛−北麂列岛)和20 m等深线外(北麂列岛外)3种不同深度区间,该海域涉及水深范围广,渔业资源丰富,是浙南海域较为重要的产卵场和索饵场[12]
三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)隶属十足目(Decapoda),梭子蟹科(Portunidae),梭子蟹属(Portunus),属广温广盐性种类,为东海海域较为重要的经济蟹类之一[36]。近年来,关于三疣梭子蟹的研究逐年增多,涉及海域众多,主要包括辽东湾海域[7]、莱州湾海域[810]、海州湾海域[4, 11]、浙北近海及长江口邻近海域[6, 1215]和浙南近海[16]等。研究内容涉及三疣梭子蟹刺网选择性、生长特性、时空分布及与环境因子的关系、洄游分布和增殖放流效果评估等一系列方面。三疣梭子蟹作为短生命周期的底层蟹类之一,其受环境因子的影响较大,且不同海域所受环境因子的影响程度不同,因此蟹类时空分布及其与环境因子的关系一直是当前研究的热点[3]。综上研究海域,尚未见对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹时空分布与影响因素关系的研究,环境因子影响程度有待探索。
鉴于此,本研究基于2021年4月至2022年1月4个航次的瑞安海域渔业资源调查与环境数据,分析了三疣梭子蟹在研究海域的优势度、群落结构组成与资源密度分布,并采用广义可加模型(Generalized Additive Model, GAM)探讨了资源密度与影响因素的关系等系列内容。本研究的开展,为掌握瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源动态变化规律提供参考,进而为瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹增殖放流提供科学理论支撑。
本文数据来源于2021年4月(春季)、8月(夏季)、11月(秋季)和2022年1月(冬季)在瑞安海域开展的单船底拖网渔业资源调查资料。共设置18个调查站位(图1)。调查渔船为渔业生产船舶,船长为38 m,主机功率为202 kW,总吨位为150 t。网口拉紧周长为50 m,上纲长为30 m,下纲长为38 m,网囊网目为25 mm。每个站位拖网时间标准化为1 h,拖速标准化为3 kn。环境数据使用直读式多参数水质分析仪(型号:JFE-AAQ171)采集,包括水深、水温、盐度等相关环境因子。在拖网调查结束后,对渔获物样品进行取样,取样重量在20 kg(不足则全部取样),冰鲜后带回实验室进行生物学测定分析。测定时,将三疣梭子蟹与其他渔获物样品分开,并进行生物学参数测定,包括甲长(CL,单位:mm)、体重(W,单位:g)等。渔获物样本的采集和生物学测定分析均按照《海洋调查规范 第6部分:海洋生物调查》(GB/T 12763.6−2007)[17]的有关标准进行。
三疣梭子蟹优势种确定采用Pinkas相对重要指数(Index of Relative Importance,IRI)来确定其重要性[18],其表达式为

式中,N为三疣梭子蟹尾数占总渔获物尾数的百分比;W为三疣梭子蟹重量占总渔获物重量的百分比;F为三疣梭子蟹出现的网次数占总网次的百分比。
三疣梭子蟹甲长与体重的关系采用幂函数关系式进行拟合[9],表达式如下:

三疣梭子蟹为底栖生物,采用扫海面积法对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源密度进行换算[19],其表达式为

式中,Dii站位的资源密度(单位:kg/km2);Cii站位实际调查渔获量(单位:kg);qi站位的渔获率(根据单船底拖网作业特点及文献[19]逃逸率E为0.7,q = 0.3);Si为在i站位的扫海面积(单位:km2),公式为

式中,V为平均拖速(标准化为3 kn);Ti为拖网时间(标准化为1 h);L为网口水平扩张宽度(9.90 × 10−3 km)。
广义可加模型(GAM)为广义线性模型的非参数扩展,其基于原始数据,能直接处理响应变量与多个解释变量之间的非线性关系[4]。其表达式为

式中,g (μ)为联结函数;β0为常数截距项;fi (xi)用来描述g (μ)与第i个解释变量的非参数函数;Y为反应变量;X为预测变量;μY的期望值。
本研究使用GAM分析三疣梭子蟹资源密度与响应因子的关系,其中资源密度作为响应变量,时空因子:季节(season)、经度(longi)和纬度(lati);环境因子:水深(depth)、表层水温(BT)、底层水温(DT)、表层盐度(BS)、底层盐度(DS)、表层溶解氧浓度(BO)、底层溶解氧浓度(DO)、表层叶绿素浓度(Bchl a)和底层叶绿素浓度(Dchl a)作为解释变量建立GAM。其表达式为

式中,为避免0值出现,采用Density + 平均值再进行对数化处理;s为自然样条平滑;ε表示误差。利用赤池信息准则(Akaike Information Criterion,AIC)筛选最优模型,利用F检验评估模型因子的显著性。
数据分析及绘图采用Origin软件、Arcgis软件和R语言,其中资源密度时空分布采用Arcgis软件,GAM绘图采用R语言,其余绘图均采用Origin软件。显著性差异采用Kruskal-Wallis检验进行(p < 0.05)。
不同季节瑞安海域环境因子参数如表1所示。调查海域水深范围为6.27~48.97 m,平均水深为26.73 m。夏季温度和盐度4个季节中最高,溶解氧和叶绿素a的浓度最低。除冬季表层盐度稍高于秋季外,冬季温度和底层盐度4个季节中最低,溶解氧和叶绿素a的浓度最高。春季与秋季环境因子参数则处于两者之间。
采用IRI值来确定三疣梭子蟹在瑞安海域不同季节的重要性,其春季IRI值为188,夏季IRI值为717,秋季IRI值为5 003,冬季IRI值为1 287(表2)。按照优势种的确定方法,三疣梭子蟹在春季和夏季为重要种(100 ≤ IRI < 1 000),秋季和冬季为优势种(IRI ≥ 1 000)。因此可知,三疣梭子蟹为瑞安海域重要的经济物种。
根据三疣梭子蟹生物学数据分析可知(图2),春季,三疣梭子蟹甲长范围为26.3~52.9 mm,平均甲长( ±SD)为(33.9 ± 9.3)mm;体重范围为7.0~69.6 g,平均体重( ±SD)为(22.9 ± 21.9)g。夏季,三疣梭子蟹甲长范围为44.5~80.2 mm,平均甲长( ±SD)为(60.4 ± 7.1)mm;体重范围为42.7~338.0 g,平均体重( ±SD)为(126.1 ± 44.3)g。秋季,三疣梭子蟹甲长范围为28.0~65.0 mm,平均甲长( ±SD)为(43.0 ± 7.0)mm;体重范围为8.8~138.7 g,平均体重( ±SD)为(40.0 ± 21.3)g。冬季,三疣梭子蟹甲长范围为17.0~66.0 mm,平均甲长( ±SD)为(39.8 ± 9.2)mm;体重范围为2.2~137.7 g,平均体重( ±SD)为(35.5 ± 23.9)g。三疣梭子蟹甲长和体重夏季最高,春季最低;平均甲长夏季约是春季的1.78倍,平均体重夏季是春季的5.51倍。Kruskal-Wallis检验表明,不同季节间三疣梭子蟹甲长和体重呈现显著性差异(p < 0.05)。
对瑞安海域不同季节采集的三疣梭子蟹生物学进行数据分析(图3),甲长与体重进行幂函数回归分析,得出三疣梭子蟹甲长与体重的关系为

$\quad 冬季:W = 8.86 \times 10^{-4}CL^{2.84} \quad(R^2 = 0.91,\;n = 209). $
从式(7)至式(10)来看,春季、夏季和冬季b值均小于3,三疣梭子蟹为负异速增长;秋季b值大于3,三疣梭子蟹为正异速增长。
图4可知,春季,三疣梭子蟹资源密度范围为0~77.17 kg/km2,平均密度为16.57 kg/km2;资源密度最大值出现在17号站位,站位出现率为50.00%;主要分布于江口至北龙山浅水区。夏季,三疣梭子蟹资源密度范围为0~206.77 kg/km2,平均密度为68.48 kg/km2;资源密度最大值出现在14号站位,站位出现率为83.33%;主要分布于北龙山至北麂列岛−南麂列岛水域。秋季,三疣梭子蟹资源密度范围为31.80~928.06 kg/km2,平均密度为422.60 kg/km2;资源密度最大值出现在8号站位,站位出现率为100%;分布整个瑞安海域。冬季,三疣梭子蟹资源密度范围为5.75~466.27 kg/km2,平均密度为83.13 kg/km2;资源密度最大值出现在6号站位,站位出现率为100%;分布于整个瑞安海域,主要在北麂列岛−南麂列岛附近水域。三疣梭子蟹平均资源密度秋季最高,春季最低,其中秋季是春季的25.5倍。Kruskal-Wallis检验表明,不同季节间三疣梭子蟹平均资源密度呈现显著性差异(p < 0.05,图5),说明三疣梭子蟹资源密度受季节影响较大。
三疣梭子蟹资源密度与影响因素的GAM分析结果表明,模型解释率为80.2%。F检验表明,季节、表层水温、底层水温、底层盐度和表层叶绿素a浓度对三疣梭子蟹资源密度均具有显著性影响(p < 0.05),其中季节对其影响最大(表3)。
图6分析可知,季节、表层水温、底层水温、底层盐度和表层叶绿素a浓度与三疣梭子蟹资源密度均呈现非线性关系。三疣梭子蟹资源密度随着季节的更替(冬季至秋季)呈现先降低后升高的趋势,以春季资源密度最低。三疣梭子蟹资源密度随着表层温度的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势。具体表现为在11.2~21.5℃区间,资源密度呈现降低趋势;在21.5~30.0℃区间,资源密度呈现升高趋势。三疣梭子蟹资源密度随着底层温度的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势。具体表现为在11.2~20.5℃区间,资源密度呈现升高趋势;在20.5~28.7℃区间,资源密度呈现降低趋势。三疣梭子蟹资源密度随着底层盐度的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势。具体表现为在14.7~25.0区间,资源密度呈现升高趋势;在25.0~34.2区间,资源密度呈现降低趋势。三疣梭子蟹资源密度随着表层叶绿素a浓度的增加呈现逐渐降低的趋势,主要集中于0.4~4.0 μg/L。
对于瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹群落结构特征的研究是合理利用和保护其资源的重要前提条件。本研究结果表明,瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹平均头胸甲长和体重均呈现夏季 > 秋季 > 冬季 > 春季,与吴强等[8]研究莱州湾三疣梭子蟹头胸甲长和体重6−8月逐渐增大,8月后逐步减小,翌年3月达最低值的结果一致。分析其成因,一方面与研究海域捕捞强度有关,伏休开捕后,流刺网及蟹笼等渔具对三疣梭子蟹群体选择性捕捞[8]。捕捞三疣梭子蟹的流刺网网目尺寸通常为110~150 mm,其捕捞三疣梭子蟹的平均头胸甲长均在60 mm以上[20],因此致使三疣梭子蟹头胸甲长在开捕后呈现逐渐下降的趋势。另一方面与三疣梭子蟹的生长习性有关,其在6−8月间处于快速增长期,在8月调查中已有抱卵群体出现,因此秋冬季三疣梭子蟹头胸甲长降低与补充群体的出现也十分相关。相比于其他3个季节,春季头胸甲长与体重均处于最低水平,平均体重不超过25 g,主要因为春季是幼蟹出现的高峰期,这在浙北近海三疣梭子蟹研究中均有所体现[13, 21]。瑞安海域不同季节三疣梭子蟹甲长与体重关系式中b值均有所不同,春季b值为2.99,表明此时三疣梭子蟹趋于等速生长;夏季b值为2.68,为四季中最低值,说明此时三疣梭子蟹头胸甲长的增长速度高于体重的增长速度,处于快速增长期。而秋季b值为3.07,为四季中最高值,处于三疣梭子蟹的育肥阶段。本研究揭示了瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹的生长规律,对于该海域三疣梭子蟹资源合理利用和科学保护提供了参考。
本研究认为瑞安海域不同季节三疣梭子蟹资源密度时空分布差异明显,平均资源密度呈现秋季 > 冬季 > 夏季 > 春季,三疣梭子蟹春季多聚集于河口近岸,夏季则向外移至北麂列岛−南麂列岛海域,秋、冬分布范围较广,这主要与三疣梭子蟹沿岸种属性有关,其游泳能力弱,不做长距离洄游,春、夏通常在河口近岸3~5 m和10 m以下的浅海区域,秋、冬水温下降后则移居至10~30 m海底泥沙越冬,因此具有明显的季节性分布移动规律[89, 14, 22]。这主要与不同季节外部环境变化息息相关,进而影响三疣梭子蟹的洄游路线,从而使得三疣梭子蟹时空分布出现季节性变化[3]。浙南海域三疣梭子蟹在6−7月份有往北洄游的趋势,11月份又自北往南进行洄游[16],这可能是导致瑞安海域秋季与冬季资源密度高于夏季的重要原因。另外,秋季补充群体的出现也会使得秋季的资源量升高[3],这点在秋季三疣梭子蟹头胸甲长小于夏季研究结果中得到证实。另外,夏季三疣梭子蟹主要分布于北麂列岛−南麂列岛附近海域,这与每年北麂列岛附近海域三疣梭子蟹增殖放流也密不可分。不同海域增殖放流的贡献度有所不同,其中辽东湾三疣梭子蟹放流群体占群体总量的30.10%[7],洞头海域三疣梭子蟹放流群体占渔获比例的24.2%[3],增殖放流对于增加修复该海域三疣梭子蟹资源的效果是显著的。据了解,2021−2022年北麂列岛海域三疣梭子蟹仔蟹Ⅱ−Ⅲ期的放流量达到900多万尾,对于增加瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源量具有重要的补充作用。今后应结合三疣梭子蟹增殖放流数量对时空分布的影响进行进一步探讨,以期得出三疣梭子蟹自然群体和放流群体在不同季节的时空分布。
本研究对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源密度与影响因素进行GAM分析,结果表明季节、底层盐度、表层水温、底层水温和表层叶绿素a浓度对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源密度有显著影响。其中,以季节和底层盐度影响最为显著,这与栗小东等[3]研究较为一致。季节所引起的外部环境变化,使得季节成为影响三疣梭子蟹资源密度分布最为重要的因子[3]。在研究海域方面,瑞安海域地处飞云江与鳌江口交汇处,与东海北部处于长江和钱塘江交汇区类似,海水盐度对其资源密度影响机理一致,这与三疣梭子蟹不同阶段生长发育所需底层盐度环境有关[3]。通常三疣梭子蟹幼体偏好低盐海域,索饵和越冬偏重高盐环境[34, 23]。另外,底层盐度不仅影响雌雄三疣梭子蟹个体肥满度,也是影响三疣梭子蟹栖息地分布的重要因子[4, 10]。三疣梭子蟹作为重要的洄游物种,水温是决定其分布和洄游的主要因素[6, 13]。本研究表明,底层温度在20.5℃时资源密度最高,超过20.5℃时资源密度呈现降低趋势,这与栗小东等[3]研究认为当底温21℃时处于较低的状态一致。从适温条件来看,三疣梭子蟹属温水种,因此较高的温度对其有抑制作用[3, 15, 24]。叶绿素虽然不能直接影响三疣梭子蟹的资源密度分布,但其间接提供的饵料生物,则可为三疣梭子蟹的生长繁殖提供重要的食物来源,这在众多鱼类研究中也有所体现[2526]。徐豪和张崇良[4]研究发现叶绿素a浓度是影响雄性三疣梭子蟹肥满度最重要的因子,也证实了叶绿素作为初级生产力的重要作用。对三疣梭子蟹资源密度分布的影响有很多,如袁伟等[15]则认为溶解氧和NO2的浓度是影响长江口及毗连海域三疣梭子蟹最为重要的因子。另外,捕捞强度、增殖放流量等人为因素也会引起三疣梭子蟹资源密度空间变动。因此,在今后研究中应综合各种因素分析对瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源密度的影响。
本研究根据浙江瑞安海域4个季节渔业资源和环境数据调查资料,对其海域三疣梭子蟹物种优势度、群落结构组成与资源密度分布进行了研究,并建立GAM探讨了影响三疣梭子蟹分布的重要因素。研究发现,瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹呈现季节空间分布特征,影响瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源密度空间分布的主要因素为季节和底层盐度。研究结论可为掌握瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹资源动态变化规律提供参考,进而为瑞安海域三疣梭子蟹增殖放流提供科学理论支撑。在今后的研究中,应结合多种影响因素(捕捞强度、增殖放流量等)以实现更为细致的响应程度解析。
