Many existing rural houses face structural safety hazards due to material performance degradation. This study investigated the residual bearing capacity and the strengthening effect of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets on old precast prestressed concrete (PC) hollow-core slabs, using specimens obtained from a demolished 45-year-old rural house in Shanghai. The test involved two PC slabs: one served as the control specimen, and the other was strengthened with CFRP sheets. Static loading tests were conducted to compare and analyze their failure modes, deformation capacity, and energy dissipation capacity. Based on the measured data, the strain development pattern of the CFRP sheets was analyzed. The results showed that the 45-year-old PC hollow-core slabs still had a certain bearing capacity but with a low safety margin, exhibiting a typical brittle flexural failure due to under-reinforcement. After CFRP strengthening, the failure mode changed to shear failure with obvious ductile characteristics, because the CFRP sheets bore the main tensile stress in the later loading stage.

既有农房因建筑材料性能退化,大量存在结构安全隐患。为评估老旧农房中预制预应力混凝土空心板(简称PC空心板)的剩余承载力,明确碳纤维布(CFRP布)对其受弯加固的效果,以上海市某老旧农房拆除的45年服役期PC空心板为研究对象,开展受弯性能试验研究。选取两块板分别作为对比试件和CFRP布加固件。通过静力加载试验,对比分析了两块板的破坏形态、变形能力和耗能能力,并结合测点数据探究了CFRP布的应变发展规律。结果发现,服役45年的PC空心板发生了典型的脆性少筋受弯破坏,仍具有一定的承载能力,但安全储备低;经CFRP布加固后,因CFRP布在加载后期承担了主要的拉应力,试件破坏模式转变为延性特征明显的受剪破坏。

既有农房因建筑材料性能退化,大量存在结构安全隐患。为评估老旧农房中预制预应力混凝土空心板(简称PC空心板)的剩余承载力,明确碳纤维布(CFRP布)对其受弯加固的效果,以上海市某老旧农房拆除的45年服役期PC空心板为研究对象,开展受弯性能试验研究。选取两块板分别作为对比试件和CFRP布加固件。通过静力加载试验,对比分析了两块板的破坏形态、变形能力和耗能能力,并结合测点数据探究了CFRP布的应变发展规律。结果发现,服役45年的PC空心板发生了典型的脆性少筋受弯破坏,仍具有一定的承载能力,但安全储备低;经CFRP布加固后,因CFRP布在加载后期承担了主要的拉应力,试件破坏模式转变为延性特征明显的受剪破坏。

Many existing rural houses face structural safety hazards due to material performance degradation. This study investigated the residual bearing capacity and the strengthening effect of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets on old precast prestressed concrete (PC) hollow-core slabs, using specimens obtained from a demolished 45-year-old rural house in Shanghai. The test involved two PC slabs: one served as the control specimen, and the other was strengthened with CFRP sheets. Static loading tests were conducted to compare and analyze their failure modes, deformation capacity, and energy dissipation capacity. Based on the measured data, the strain development pattern of the CFRP sheets was analyzed. The results showed that the 45-year-old PC hollow-core slabs still had a certain bearing capacity but with a low safety margin, exhibiting a typical brittle flexural failure due to under-reinforcement. After CFRP strengthening, the failure mode changed to shear failure with obvious ductile characteristics, because the CFRP sheets bore the main tensile stress in the later loading stage.

预制预应力混凝土空心板(简称“PC空心板”)凭借生产工艺简便、造价低廉等优势,广泛应用于我国20世纪70—80年代村镇建筑中的楼盖体系1-3,在上海地区占比达95%以上。其受力主筋多采用冷拔低碳钢丝。尽管该材料取材和加工方便,但由于存在材质均匀性差、塑性低且对腐蚀高度敏感等缺陷,在实际应用中曾多次诱发脆断事故,引起了工程界的广泛关注24-7。历经四十余年的服役,该类构件混凝土碳化、钢筋锈蚀等材料性能退化问题突出,其现时受力性能与剩余寿命的评估已成为保障农房安全的关键。然而,目前针对已服役数十年且存在性能显著退化的老旧PC空心板的系统研究仍显不足。
有研究表明,服役多年的PC空心板受弯、受剪承载力安全储备较低、抗裂性能较差8-11。目前,工程中常用增大支承面积、增设叠合层、粘贴纤维复材(FRP)等方法进行加固。尽管已有研究对CFRP及GFRP加固PC空心板的受力机理与性能提升进行了较多的试验分析与数值模拟12-17,但大多基于新制备试件,难以真实反映长期自然环境下材料性能退化(混凝土碳化、钢筋锈蚀等)对结构时变行为的影响,也未考虑服役板面的现浇层作用。鉴于此,本文以取自上海市奉贤区某老旧农房、服役期达45年的PC空心板为研究对象,通过静力加载破坏试验,考察其破坏形态和承载能力,并对比分析CFRP布加固后的性能提升效果,旨在为同类老旧农房的鉴定评估、加固设计及耐久性评定提供数据参考。
本试验选取的两块PC空心板源自同一老旧农房,具有相同的几何尺寸和配筋。试件长度2500 mm,宽度500 mm,试件厚度由下部预制层和上部现浇叠合层组成,其中,预制层厚110 mm,现浇层厚30 mm。预制层截面沿板宽均匀分布5个直径65 mm的圆孔,受拉区配置12根直径4 mm的冷拔低碳钢丝。两块板几何和配筋参数见表1
鉴于原始建造资料缺失,通过实测与文献调研确定材料性能。运用回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度,并配合浓度为1%的酚酞酒精溶液测定碳化深度。测试结果表明:预制层碳化深度≥6 mm,推定强度为16 MPa(C16);现浇层未碳化,推定强度为45 MPa(C45)。混凝土的弹性模量、轴心抗压、抗拉强度依据GB/T 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计标准》确定。试验加载结束后,从试件未受力段截取2根长550 mm的冷拔钢丝进行拉伸试验,测得极限抗拉强度为650 MPa,如图1所示。
考虑到严重钢筋锈蚀可能已致其性能大幅度退化,以近似等强代换钢丝的原则考虑CFRP布用量,其中,冷拔钢丝强度标准值依据JGJ 19—92《冷拔钢丝预应力混凝土构件设计与施工规程》18取700 MPa,CFRP布有效应变取0.004。考虑到空心板顶面有现浇层,近似按板厚与截面总高的比值对CFRP用量进行折减,所需单层布宽约为板宽,故全板底粘贴加固。凿除板底砂浆层至露出混凝土层,清洁表面保证板面干燥、粗糙且无浮尘。沿板底通长粘贴一层CFRP布,宽度与板宽一致(500 mm)。为防止CFRP布端部过早剥离,在加载点和端部共设置4道宽度为300 mm的CFRP布压条,如图2所示。碳纤维布型号为SKO-I-300,厚度0.167 mm,抗拉强度为3861.9 MPa,弹性模量为240 GPa。环氧树脂浸渍胶的抗拉强度为60.9 MPa,受拉弹性模量为3.7 GPa。
试件加载采用四分点加载方式,全程采用位移加载控制方式,详见图3。在加载点、跨中和支座共布置5个位移计,实时测量板的变形。为监测CFRP布在加载过程中的应变发展和分布,沿其长度方向布置了10个应变片(S-1~S-10),在宽度方向对称布置两排,测点位置如图3(c)所示。
试件裂缝开展及破坏模式见图4。对于试件P0,荷载加至32.3 kN时,在跨中区域板侧面观察到受弯裂缝;随着荷载增加,受弯裂缝增多且逐步延伸,并在剪跨区出现斜裂缝。当荷载加至33.2 kN时,试件达到极限承载力。随后,荷载下降至32.5 kN,预制层裂缝迅速扩展,跨中主裂缝贯穿叠合现浇层;荷载进一步降至28 kN时,伴随“砰”一声脆响,试件发生突然断裂,受压区混凝土未见明显压溃现象。从破坏断面可见,板内12根ϕ4冷拔低碳钢丝全部拉断,钢筋表面存在明显锈蚀坑,导致其有效截面积减小,脆性特征进一步加剧,成为引发脆性断裂的主要原因。从图4(b)可见,试件P0呈现典型的脆性少筋受弯破坏特征。
对于加固试件P1,荷载加至31.5 kN时,于跨中板侧面观察到裂缝;随着荷载增加,因CFRP布的约束作用,纯弯段受弯裂缝发展较少。当荷载达到35.8 kN时,剪跨区出现腹剪斜裂缝,并随着荷载增加向两端延伸。加载至39.8 kN时,可听到胶层断裂声。当荷载增至51.6 kN时,试件达到极限承载力,此时左剪跨区主斜裂缝宽度显著增大,裂缝延伸至现浇层与预制层结合面。随后荷载降至43.5 kN,主斜裂缝向上延伸至加载点,靠近支座处基本平行于板面,CFRP布未发生端部剥离与拉断破坏,最终试件因斜裂缝开展过大而丧失承载能力。
试验表明,CFRP布承担了受拉区大部分拉应力,有效抑制了受弯裂缝的萌生与发展,从而提升了试件抗弯承载力,但CFRP布的加固并未直接提高剪跨区的受剪承载力,随着荷载增加,剪跨区腹剪斜裂缝萌生并发展,使薄弱部位由跨中受弯区转移到剪跨区,最终发生受剪破坏。同时,CFRP布压条有效避免了端部剥离,保证了CFRP布的充分利用,试件呈现出明显的延性破坏特征。
试件的荷载-位移曲线如图5所示,主要试验结果汇总于表2。为量化试件的耗能能力,定义其吸收的能量为峰值荷载前荷载-位移曲线下的面积19,试件P1耗能较试件P0显著增大,表现出良好耗能能力。
图5可知:试件P0在加载初期荷载与位移基本呈线性关系;荷载加至15 kN时,因混凝土开裂而刚度开始降低。达到峰值荷载前,因钢筋发挥受拉作用,曲线有一段相对平缓段,达到峰值后曲线骤然下降,呈现典型脆性破坏特征。试件P1在加载初期荷载与位移呈线性关系;加载到18.5 kN时,因混凝土开裂而刚度下降;随着荷载增加,即使剪跨区出现明显斜裂缝,刚度依然基本保持不变,直至峰值荷载。这是由于CFRP布有效抑制了截面刚度退化,混凝土开裂前,CFRP布与基材协同工作,应变较低;开裂后,CFRP布应变迅速增长并接替钢筋成为主要受拉部件,有效延缓了截面中性轴上移,进而显著提高了试件的极限承载力与变形能力。
CFRP布测点应变分析结果见图6。加载初期(荷载≤18.5 kN),CFRP布各测点应变变化缓慢,此时混凝土未开裂,CFRP布与混凝土、钢筋协同工作,仅承担少量拉应力;荷载超过18.5 kN后,跨中区域测点应变显著增大,此时受拉区混凝土开裂,由CFRP布逐渐承担主要拉应力;荷载加至39.8 kN时,剪跨区测点应变迅速增大;荷载达到极限荷载51.6 kN时,各测点应变快速增长至峰值,随后试件发生破坏。
CFRP布应变沿板跨方向分布情况见图6(b),以峰值荷载10%的增量进行取值。CFRP布应变沿板跨分布基本对应内力分布,在加载过程中,跨中测点应变始终最大,左剪跨区测点应变大于右剪跨区,这与试件左剪跨发生受剪破坏结果相符。试验过程中CFRP布未发生拉断破坏,也未发生剥离,表明压条有效保证了CFRP布的黏结性能。
本文使用ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟,混凝土采用三维实体单元C3D8R,本构关系选用GB/T 50010—2010中建议的单轴受压、受拉的应力-应变模型;CFRP布采用壳单元S4R,按照工程常数设置,选用纤维增强复合材料的Hashin失效准则。钢筋采用桁架单元T3D2,本构通过试验实际结果转化输入,并通过降温法施加预应力20,通过初始张拉控制应力值范围来设置预应力值,根据JGJ 19—2021《冷拔低碳钢丝应用技术规程》规定的张拉控制应力取值范围,预应力取320 MPa18,通过内置区域将钢筋嵌入混凝土中21。考虑到试验过程中现浇层与预制层间未出现滑移,采取绑定22形式;纤维增强复材和底板混凝土之间设置Cohesive接触23
将有限元模拟得到的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线及破坏模式与试验结果进行对比,如图78所示,主要结果见表3
图7可知:荷载-挠度曲线和荷载-应变曲线与试验结果整体吻合度较高。由表3可知,极限承载力的试验值与模拟值相对误差均小于10%,表明模型具有较高的预测精度。
图8可知:试件P0模拟的混凝土损伤主要集中在跨中受拉区,损伤程度沿跨中向两侧逐渐降低,最终表现为跨中受拉区混凝土严重损伤;试件P1模拟在弯剪区混凝土损伤严重,与试验的受剪破坏相符。
以P1试件为基准,改变CFRP布的宽度:350,400,450,500 mm(原宽度),探究不同加固面积对试件抗弯性能的影响,以期为工程实际加固设计提供参考,结果见图9
图9中,随CFRP布宽度从350 mm增至500 mm,试件的极限承载力与跨中挠度均呈显著提升趋势,表明CFRP 布面积的增大可改善老旧PC空心板的受力性能。结合模拟破坏形态分析结果(图10)可知:随着CFRP布宽度的增加,板的损伤范围及破坏模式也相应变化。当CFRP布宽为350 mm时,其不足以限制受拉区裂缝开展,导致损伤仍主要集中在纯弯段,剪跨区无明显损伤;当布宽增至400~450 mm时,试件损伤仍以跨中受弯为主,剪跨区出现轻微损伤,最终发生适筋受弯破坏;而当布宽达到500 mm时,剪跨区裂缝持续发展,试件最终发生受剪破坏[图8(b)]。
综合考虑老旧PC空心板加固的性能提升和工程经济性,建议采用80%板宽的单层CFRP布进行加固。该宽度能够有效覆盖受拉区,实现试件由脆性少筋受弯破坏向适筋受弯破坏的转变,显著提升构件的承载力与变形能力,还有利于减小因板底局部不平整或边缘应力集中导致的剥离风险;同时,相较于全宽粘贴,该方案在保证加固效果的前提下,可降低成本,更符合农村老旧农房加固的技术与资金需求。
本文通过静力加载试验与有限元模拟,研究了服役45年PC叠合空心板的受力性能及CFRP布加固效果,主要结论如下:
1)PC空心板因有现浇叠合层,仍具备一定的剩余承载能力,但因混凝土碳化、钢筋锈蚀导致材料性能退化,安全储备低,呈现典型脆性少筋受弯破坏特征,跨中受拉区钢筋易发生脆断,工程中需及时进行加固处理。
2)CFRP布能有效改善PC空心板的受力性能,使试件破坏模式由脆性受弯断裂转变为具有一定延性的受剪破坏,极限承载力提升55%,耗能能力提升102%,显著提高了试件承载力与耗能性能。
3)CFRP布加固技术施工简便、经济性好,能有效解决老旧农房叠合空心板的性能退化问题,延长服役寿命,针对本文所研究的服役45年PC空心板,建议采用 80%板宽的单层CFRP布进行加固。
本文仅对两块PC空心板开展了探索性试验研究,后续建议开展代表不同性能退化程度的服役PC空心板受力性能研究,探讨预应力损失、混凝土碳化、钢筋锈蚀、荷载历史等多因素耦合作用对CFRP加固效果的影响,建立考虑材料性能退化的CFRP加固设计方法,为工程实践提供理论指导。
