To address the safety disturbance caused by urban rail transit construction to adjacent tall structures, this study conducted a systematic structural safety assessment on a TV tower in the context of construction adjacent to a metro transfer station and a shield tunnel. Field structural inspection, long-term deformation monitoring, and three-dimensional numerical simulation were integrated to assess the current condition of the TV tower structure, the evolution patterns of horizontal and vertical foundation displacements, and the inclination characteristics of the tower body. These methods also accurately quantified the impacts of metro foundation pit excavation and shield tunnel construction on the tower's foundation and superstructure. The results showed that the current concrete strength of the TV tower meets the design requirements, with a historically accumulated foundation inclination ratio of 1.3‰. Numerical simulation predicted that subsequent construction would increase the inclination ratio by 0.31‰, resulting in a total inclination ratio of 1.61‰, which still meets safety requirements. Based on these findings, targeted deformation control standards and engineering recommendations were proposed.

针对城市轨道交通施工对邻近高耸结构的安全扰动问题,以某电视塔为例,针对其紧邻地铁换乘站及盾构区间的近接施工场景,开展了系统的结构安全评估研究。采用现场结构检测、长期变形监测与三维数值模拟相结合的技术方法,识别了电视塔结构现状、基础水平、竖向位移演化规律及塔身倾斜特征,精准量化了地铁基坑开挖与盾构隧道施工对电视塔基础及上部结构的影响程度。研究结果表明:该电视塔现状混凝土强度满足设计要求,历史累积基础倾斜率为1.3‰;数值模拟预测后续施工将使倾斜率新增0.31‰,叠加后总倾斜率1.61‰,仍满足安全要求;基于分析结果提出了针对性的变形控制标准与工程建议。

To address the safety disturbance caused by urban rail transit construction to adjacent tall structures, this study conducted a systematic structural safety assessment on a TV tower in the context of construction adjacent to a metro transfer station and a shield tunnel. Field structural inspection, long-term deformation monitoring, and three-dimensional numerical simulation were integrated to assess the current condition of the TV tower structure, the evolution patterns of horizontal and vertical foundation displacements, and the inclination characteristics of the tower body. These methods also accurately quantified the impacts of metro foundation pit excavation and shield tunnel construction on the tower's foundation and superstructure. The results showed that the current concrete strength of the TV tower meets the design requirements, with a historically accumulated foundation inclination ratio of 1.3‰. Numerical simulation predicted that subsequent construction would increase the inclination ratio by 0.31‰, resulting in a total inclination ratio of 1.61‰, which still meets safety requirements. Based on these findings, targeted deformation control standards and engineering recommendations were proposed.

随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,城市轨道交通网络持续向建成区核心地带延伸。在这一过程中,新建地铁隧道与车站不可避免地迫近乃至下穿大量既有建(构)筑物,形成了复杂的“邻接工程”环境。地铁施工活动,特别是深基坑开挖和盾构隧道掘进,会剧烈扰动周边土体,引发地层位移、应力重分布及地下水环境变化,这些效应通过土体传递至邻近建筑物基础,可能导致其产生附加沉降、差异变形与整体倾斜,严重威胁结构安全与正常使用功能1-6
高耸结构和高层建筑因其高度大、重心高、基础相对尺寸小、对差异变形极为敏感,在地铁邻近施工扰动下面临的风险尤为突出7-8。微小的基础转角经由巨大的结构高度放大,会在塔顶产生显著的水平位移,不仅影响其使用功能,更会通过重力二阶效应(P-Δ效应)在竖向承重构件中产生不可忽视的附加内力,可能显著削弱结构的稳定性和承载力储备。此外,我国许多早期建成的高耸结构,其设计标准、材料性能与施工工艺与现今存在差异,且已服役数十年,可能存在材料老化、初始缺陷或历史累积变形,其抵抗新增施工扰动的能力存在较大的不确定性。
因此,在地铁邻近高耸结构施工前,开展系统、科学、前瞻性的结构安全性评估,对于保障工程顺利推进、维护城市公共安全及保护重要历史构筑物具有至关重要的意义9-10。本研究以某电视塔为工程背景,针对其面临的地铁站深基坑群开挖及盾构隧道近距离侧穿等一系列复杂工程挑战,综合运用现场检测、长期监测、理论分析与数值模拟等手段,开展系统的安全性评估研究,以期为类似工程提供完整的技术参考与评估范式。
某广播电视塔建成于1989年,塔高近200 m,是我国早期建设的多功能钢筋混凝土电视塔之一,集广播电视发射、旅游观光等功能于一体。塔体采用飞碟式双塔楼造型,主体为钢筋混凝土结构。基础采用桩筏基础形式,筏板埋深4.8 m,直径30.6 m,其下布置240根450 mm×450 mm预制混凝土方桩,桩长11.65 m,以第3-2层粉砂层为持力层;电视塔建筑立面、剖面如图1所示。
电视塔邻近两条地铁线(1、2号线)的换乘站,周边地下环境复杂(图2)。
该车站采用明挖顺作法分期施工,包含多个深大基坑。其中,基坑2与基坑3紧邻电视塔西北侧,开挖深度分别达18.6~21.6 m与26.5 m;7号附属出入口距离电视塔基础最近仅约14 m,开挖深度11 m;2号线盾构区间与电视塔桩基水平最小净距仅15.7 m,埋深约18.73 m,构成典型的近距离侧穿工况。地铁站各基坑详细设计参数如表1所示。
地铁工程施工现状与后续施工计划:截至本次安全评估基准期,地铁车站部分基坑已实施完成。其中,1号线与2号线换乘节点及2号线南端头井(基坑3部分)主体结构已封顶,1号线东端头井(基坑2部分)已完成中板浇筑,其施工扰动已基本释放并趋于稳定。
然而,目前仍有关键施工环节尚未进行,构成对电视塔安全的主要潜在风险源,具体包括:1)地铁2号线盾构区间的掘进施工,其将侧穿电视塔基础;2)7号附属出入口基坑的开挖施工。这两项后续施工活动因其距离电视塔极近、施工扰动机制复杂,是本次安全评估中需要重点预测与分析的对象,也是制定针对性监测与控制措施的核心依据。
为评估结构现状,首先对塔体混凝土强度进行了回弹法检测。检测结果表明,结构当前混凝土强度推定值为35.0~36.0 MPa,超过原设计混凝土强度,因此材料强度储备充足。此前对电视塔进行的全面结构损伤检测结果显示:塔体结构完好,仅存在局部混凝土露筋、锈蚀及面层开裂等非结构性损伤,未见明显的倾斜变形导致的混凝土开裂现象;钢结构节点处存在局部锈蚀,但无变形或开裂。初步判断,电视塔结构整体性能良好。
为掌握电视塔长期变形规律,对其基础沉降与塔身垂直度进行了系统监测与分析。由于前期开挖期间,缺少对电视塔及周围地下水位的观测,只能从已经形成的沉降情况来反演结构反应,并通过数值模拟对结构进行安全性评估。
长期沉降监测点布置如图34所示,由此得到的沉降数据结果如表2所示。
根据上述沉降结果可知:
1)历史累积变形:通过对比地下室底板现状高程与原设计高程(表2),最大沉降值为-206 mm(JC14-4),最小沉降值为-162 mm(JC14-8),计算得到电视塔自建成以来的平均沉降约176 mm,最大差异沉降约40 mm,对应的历史累积基础整体倾斜率约为1.3‰,倾斜方向为西北向。
2)施工期附加变形:2019—2021年的监测数据显示,受邻近地铁基坑施工影响,电视塔基础产生了新的沉降,最大沉降点(JC14-1)与最小沉降点(JC14-5)的沉降差约17 mm,由此推算地铁施工期间附加的基础倾斜率约为0.6‰(沉降时程曲线见图5),倾斜方向为东北向,与历史累积基础整体倾斜方向基本一致。
3)变形发展趋势:2021年上半年监测数据表明,各测点沉降增长已显著放缓,沉降及沉降差趋于稳定,如图67所示,表明基础变形已进入稳定收敛阶段。
根据历史总沉降1(1层柱顶沉降观测值)和历史总沉降2(地下室底板板面沉降观测值),两者数值比较一致,可以认为电视塔竣工至今的基础整体倾斜率为1.3‰(其中,轨道施工至今发生基础倾斜约0.6‰,轨道施工前已发生基础倾斜约0.7‰),小于GB 50007—2011《建筑地基基础设计规范》11规定的基础变形倾斜允许值(2‰)。
塔身垂直度观测结果如图8所示,图中记录了不同高度轴测点关于25 m高度位置的偏移量。对数据进行线性拟合可见,电视塔塔顶存在向西北方向的倾斜,最大垂直度偏差约为1.7‰,倾斜方向与基础倾斜一致。观测数据在短期内保持稳定,表明塔身变形也已趋于稳定。
为精确评估电视塔在当前历史倾斜状态下的结构安全裕度,基于现状调查与监测数据,采用MIDAS/Gen建立了考虑初始变形的精细化分析模型,如图9所示,系统分析了基础倾斜对上部结构内力、桩基反力及构件承载力的影响,并确定了倾斜临界值。
在基础发生整体倾斜后,高耸结构的力学响应可归结为两个主要部分:1)由基础刚体转动引起的上部结构几何位形改变;2)在此几何位形上,结构自重及竖向荷载产生的附加弯矩(即P-Δ效应)。
为准确模拟电视塔现状,首先建立了考虑基础初始倾斜(1.3‰)的三维有限元基准模型。该模型以现场实测的差异沉降模式(约40 mm)为位移边界条件,真实反映了结构当前的几何状态与初始应力场。
根据监测数据,地铁基坑施工期间(2019—2021年)造成的基础附加倾斜率约为0.6‰。以此为依据进行承载力复核。
1)桩基反力分析:在恒载(D)+活载(L)工况下,考虑此附加倾斜后,桩基反力分布发生变化(图10)。与原设计理想状态相比,最大桩反力增加约1%,但所有桩反力仍远低于单桩承载力设计值(690 kN)。
2)上部结构内力分析:对上部结构,特别是底部受力最大的筒体墙进行内力提取与分析(图11),在最不利墙体位置,考虑恒载、活载、风荷载和水浮力的组合工况,由0.6‰倾斜引起的附加弯矩导致截面轴力增加约79.6 kN,约2.5%,面内弯矩和剪力增加极小。对该墙体进行承载力复核,其受压承载力利用率约为84%,满足GB/T 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计标准》12的要求。
考虑电视塔竣工至今的全部历史倾斜(1.3‰)进行整体评估。
1)桩基工作状态:在D+L工况下,最大桩反力较理想状态增加约2%(图12),桩基承载力仍处于安全范围内。
2)上部结构承载力校核:提取1.3‰倾斜状态下底部筒体的内力(图13)。在考虑恒载、活载、风荷载和水浮力的组合工况下,最不利墙体的轴力较原设计状态增加162.7 kN(约5%),面内弯矩和剪力增加极小。对该墙体进行承载力复核,其受压承载力利用率约为85%。可见,在现有历史倾斜状态下,电视塔上部结构核心承重构件仍具有约15%的安全裕度,结构整体处于安全状态。
为研究电视塔的倾斜临界值,针对整体倾斜率与结构内力、桩基反力的关系进行了参数化分析。
1)上部结构临界倾斜率:参数分析结果表明,上部结构关键截面的内力随基础倾斜率近似线性增长(图14),墙体底部未出现拉力。以最不利墙体的混凝土抗压强度控制为极限条件进行推算,可得到电视塔上部结构的承载力临界倾斜率约为5‰。此值即为理论倾斜极限,实际倾斜控制中需保留足够安全储备。
2)桩基临界倾斜率:同样分析桩基反力随倾斜的变化,如图15所示,图中蓝色线条为最大桩反力,橙色线条为最小桩反力。在不考虑桩身弯曲破坏的前提下,仅由竖向承载力控制的桩基临界倾斜率可达15‰~20‰,远高于上部结构。可见,对于本工程来说,上部结构是整个工程倾斜控制的关键。
作为对比与验证,本文还分析了当基础倾斜达到GB 50007—201111允许值(高耸结构3.0‰)时的电视塔受力状态。在此倾斜率下,塔顶水平位移显著增加,但重力二阶效应影响系数仍小于1.05,表明结构整体稳定。
此外,考虑轨道施工期间和历史累积倾斜影响叠加,上部结构最不利墙体轴力较原设计状态增加约7.5%,面内弯矩和剪力增加极小。对该墙体进行承载力复核,结果表明其承载力依然满足GB/T 50010—201012的要求。可见,将倾斜控制限值设定在2.0‰~3.0‰范围内,结构安全可保障。
综上所述,本工程电视塔在当前1.3‰的历史倾斜状态下,上部结构承载力利用率约85%,桩基工作状态正常,整体安全储备充足。参数分析结果表明,上部结构承载力临界倾斜率约为5‰,为设定工程控制限值(2.0‰)提供了重要的理论依据和约2.5倍的安全系数。在现有及预测的变形范围内,本工程电视塔结构的承载力是满足安全要求的。
为定量分析后续地铁施工(盾构侧穿与附属基坑开挖)对电视塔安全性的影响,采用MIDAS/GTS NX软件建立了考虑土-结构相互作用的三维精细化有限元模型。
模型全面考虑了工程场地地层条件(土体物理力学参数见表3)、地铁基坑与盾构隧道结构(材料参数见表4)以及电视塔结构。土体尺寸选取考虑施工空间效应,上边界取至地表,竖向高度为60 m,X向长度取162.88 m,Y向宽度为153.3 m。模型上边界自由,左右边界为水平约束,底部边界添加水平和竖向约束。计算模型主要考虑了土体自重和地面超载,其中土体自重由软件自动生成,地面超载值设置为20 kPa。此外,严格按照实际施工顺序模拟了盾构掘进与基坑分层开挖支护的全过程,分析模型如图16所示。
通过模拟盾构左、右线先后侧穿电视塔的施工过程,得到的位移云图如图1718所示,位移数据汇总于表5。结果表明:
靠近电视塔的左线施工引起的电视塔桩基位移约为右线施工的2倍,并且以水平位移为主,最大X向(垂直于隧道方向)水平位移约4.71 mm;引起的竖向沉降很小,最大约0.65 mm。
区间隧道施工引起的电视塔基础沉降量最大值为1 mm。结合实测数据,偏保守预测盾构施工引起的电视塔基础最大沉降差不超过4 mm,附加倾斜率不超过0.14‰。
模拟了7号附属出入口基坑分层开挖过程。计算结果(位移云图如图1920所示,桩基位移数据汇总于表6)表明:基坑开挖引起的桩基位移随开挖深度增加而增大,完成三层开挖后,最大竖向沉降约4.639 mm,最大Y向(垂直基坑长边方向)水平位移约9.782 mm(位于电视塔桩底)、桩顶筏板水平位移约2.703 mm。
根据上述分析结果,取附属基坑施工引起电视塔基础最大沉降量4.64 mm作为沉降差(按照经验适当保守,取整为5 mm),预测基坑开挖对电视塔基础产生的附加倾斜率约为0.17‰,影响程度略大于盾构施工。
将数值模拟预测的后续施工影响与电视塔现状倾斜进行汇总、分析,可知:现状基础倾斜率为1.3‰,盾构施工附加倾斜率≤0.14‰,基坑开挖附加倾斜率≤0.17‰,因此最不利总倾斜率≤1.61‰。
由此可见,在正常施工条件下,电视塔基础最终倾斜率可控制在GB 50007—201111允许值2‰以内。受隔离桩的保护,电视塔桩顶最大水平位移小于5 mm。结合后续倾斜观测情况,倾斜观测值已基本稳定且与数值模拟值基本一致,进而也佐证本文评估方法和结论的准确性。
基础倾斜对高耸结构安全的影响主要体现在两方面:一是直接导致上部结构产生附加内力(压弯作用);二是通过重力二阶效应放大结构侧移和内力。对某电视塔的分析表明,在预测的倾斜范围内(<2.0‰),重力二阶效应的影响系数很小(<1.04),可忽略不计。因此,控制重点在于倾斜直接引起的附加内力。
为确保电视塔安全,必须设定明确的变形控制标准。本工程相应的国家规范要求与结构性能设计要求如下:
1)核心控制指标——基础整体倾斜率。
GB 50007—201111对高度100~250 m高层建筑的倾斜允许值为2.0‰。
考虑电视塔的高度(193.5 m)及重要性,采纳2.0‰作为最终控制限值。该值远低于本文分析得出的临界倾斜率(约5‰),因此安全裕度充足。
2)关联控制指标。
a.差异沉降:根据倾斜率限值反算,允许最大差异沉降为61.2 mm。鉴于已发生历史差异沉降约40 mm,后续施工允许新增差异沉降宜控制在约20 mm以内。
b.沉降速率:参考JGJ 125—2016《危险房屋鉴定标准》13,建议施工期间控制沉降速率不大于1.5 mm/d。
c.塔身垂直度变化速率:建议控制其增速不大于0.12‰/周。
3)其他控制指标。
参考JGJ 125—2016,电视塔基础水平位移限值取10 mm(桩顶位移)。
通过对某电视塔现状以及地铁邻接施工影响下的系统性安全评估,得出以下主要结论:
1)电视塔结构现状良好,混凝土强度满足要求,虽存在1.3‰的历史基础倾斜,但当前承载力仍有充足安全储备。历史变形已趋于稳定,为后续施工提供了相对明确的初始条件。
2)采用三维数值模拟方法,可有效预测地铁施工对邻近高耸结构的影响。结果表明,后续盾构与基坑施工将使电视塔基础倾斜率分别增加不超过0.14‰和0.17‰,叠加后总倾斜率(≤1.61‰)满足GB 50007—2011的要求(2.0‰);电视塔桩顶水平位移不超过5 mm,满足GB 50007—2011的要求(10 mm)。
3)提出了以“基础整体倾斜率≤2.0‰”为核心,关联差异沉降、沉降速率等多指标的控制标准体系,为施工过程中的风险动态管控提供了科学依据。
4)后续地铁盾构隧道及附属基坑开挖施工均顺利完成,全过程监测结果表明,施工引起的附加变形严格受控,电视塔基础的最终总倾斜率等关键指标与数值模拟预测值基本吻合,结构始终处于安全稳定状态。
5)所提出的“检测-模拟-评估-控制”一体化方法体系,可为类似工程提供从理论预测到工程实践的全过程范例。
