To enhance the intelligent supervision of photovoltaic (PV) project progress and address the issue of low recognition accuracy caused by component occlusion in complex scenarios, this study proposed an automated recognition approach for key PV components that integrates UAV images with an improved object detection algorithm. In response to common challenges such as small-scale targets and occlusion interference in UAV images, this study developed an optimized non-maximum suppression mechanism and a dynamic screening strategy based on target size and category features. Experimental results showed that the improved model achieved stable convergence of the loss function during training. Its key performance indicators, including detection precision, recall, mAP50, and mAP50-95, reached 94.8%, 93.2%, 94.8%, and 96.5%, respectively. In the practical application of the Anduo PV project in Nagqu, Tibet, the average recognition accuracy for core components such as pile foundations, PV supports, and PV modules exceeded 95%, significantly outperforming traditional manual inspection methods. These findings demonstrated that the proposed approach effectively reduces target omission under occlusion through dynamic detection optimization, providing a feasible technical solution for intelligent progress monitoring in complex PV construction environments and possessing considerable practical engineering value.

为提升光伏工程进度监管的智能化水平,解决复杂场景下光伏组件遮挡导致的识别精度不足问题,融合无人机影像与改进的目标检测算法,研究了光伏工程关键部件的自动化识别方法。针对无人机影像中常见的小尺度目标与遮挡干扰,提出了一种优化的非极大值抑制机制,并设计了基于目标尺寸与类别特征的动态筛选算法。试验结果显示:改进模型的损失函数在训练过程中稳定收敛;关键性能指标(包括检测精度、召回率、mAP50和mAP50-95)分别达到94.8%、93.2%、94.8%和96.5%。在西藏那曲安多光伏工程的实际应用中,桩基础、光伏支架、光伏组件等核心部件的平均识别准确率超过95%,显著优于传统人工巡检方法。结果表明,所提方法通过动态优化检测机制,有效缓解了遮挡干扰下的目标漏检问题,为复杂施工环境下的光伏工程进度智能监管提供了可行的技术方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。

为提升光伏工程进度监管的智能化水平,解决复杂场景下光伏组件遮挡导致的识别精度不足问题,融合无人机影像与改进的目标检测算法,研究了光伏工程关键部件的自动化识别方法。针对无人机影像中常见的小尺度目标与遮挡干扰,提出了一种优化的非极大值抑制机制,并设计了基于目标尺寸与类别特征的动态筛选算法。试验结果显示:改进模型的损失函数在训练过程中稳定收敛;关键性能指标(包括检测精度、召回率、mAP50和mAP50-95)分别达到94.8%、93.2%、94.8%和96.5%。在西藏那曲安多光伏工程的实际应用中,桩基础、光伏支架、光伏组件等核心部件的平均识别准确率超过95%,显著优于传统人工巡检方法。结果表明,所提方法通过动态优化检测机制,有效缓解了遮挡干扰下的目标漏检问题,为复杂施工环境下的光伏工程进度智能监管提供了可行的技术方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。

To enhance the intelligent supervision of photovoltaic (PV) project progress and address the issue of low recognition accuracy caused by component occlusion in complex scenarios, this study proposed an automated recognition approach for key PV components that integrates UAV images with an improved object detection algorithm. In response to common challenges such as small-scale targets and occlusion interference in UAV images, this study developed an optimized non-maximum suppression mechanism and a dynamic screening strategy based on target size and category features. Experimental results showed that the improved model achieved stable convergence of the loss function during training. Its key performance indicators, including detection precision, recall, mAP50, and mAP50-95, reached 94.8%, 93.2%, 94.8%, and 96.5%, respectively. In the practical application of the Anduo PV project in Nagqu, Tibet, the average recognition accuracy for core components such as pile foundations, PV supports, and PV modules exceeded 95%, significantly outperforming traditional manual inspection methods. These findings demonstrated that the proposed approach effectively reduces target omission under occlusion through dynamic detection optimization, providing a feasible technical solution for intelligent progress monitoring in complex PV construction environments and possessing considerable practical engineering value.

近年来,得益于深度学习技术的突破性进展,基于计算机视觉的目标检测算法在安防监控、智能交通、工业检测等领域展现出显著优势,并在行人识别、车辆检测、危险品定位等具体场景中取得良好的工程应用效果1-3。然而,在光伏电站应用场景中,无人机航拍图像往往存在视角倾斜、局部遮挡等复杂干扰因素,同时受限于光伏组件缺陷样本获取成本高、标注难度大等问题,当前公开数据集普遍存在样本规模有限、类别分布不均衡等缺陷,制约了相关算法的进一步发展。因此,开发适配于光伏巡检场景的高精度目标检测模型,对于提升光伏电站运维的智能化水平具有迫切意义。
随着大规模公开数据集(如MS COCO、PASCAL、ImageNet)的普及以及卷积神经网络(CNN)技术的日趋成熟,基于深度学习的目标检测方法在性能与应用范围上均取得了显著突破4。以Faster R-CNN5、RetinaNet6及YOLO(You Only Look Once)系列7-8为代表的一系列基于CNN的检测模型,已在多个视觉任务中展现出优越的检测精度与鲁棒性。其中,YOLO框架因其在速度与精度之间的良好平衡,逐渐成为实时目标检测领域的主流方案之一9
为适应各类实际应用场景的特殊需求,相关研究在YOLO基础上进行了诸多改进10-13。例如针对无人机航拍图像中常见的遮挡与目标尺度多变问题,相继提出了SSG-YOLO v714、YOLO v8-CEBI15、TS-YOLO16与Bi-YOLO v817等优化模型,有效提升了其在复杂环境下的检测性能。
在光伏工程领域,现有研究大多集中于组件故障的自动检测与诊断。相关工作主要包括基于遗传算法的巡检路径优化18、面向缺陷定位的双光图像分层匹配方法19,以及适配不同场景的红外图像故障检测方案20,为推动光伏电站运维智能化提供了重要支持。然而,将目标检测技术应用于无人机视角下的光伏工程进度识别,仍存在明显挑战。一方面,光伏组件通常呈现密集分布、目标尺寸小、相互遮挡严重的特性,导致可供模型提取的判别性特征有限;另一方面,光伏工程现场结构复杂、遮挡层次多,尤其在高遮挡条件下,现有检测模型对目标的辨识能力仍有不足。因此,针对光伏进度识别场景的特点,设计能够有效应对遮挡与小目标密集分布的检测算法,具有重要的研究价值与实际意义。
针对上述问题,本文以YOLO v8模型为基础框架,重点重构了其非极大值抑制(Non⁃Maximum Suppression, NMS)模块。通过引入基于目标边界框面积与类别优先级的判决机制,优化了密集遮挡情况下检测框的筛选逻辑,从而提升模型在复杂光伏工程场景中的识别准确率。试验结果表明,改进后的模型在遮挡结构识别方面相比原模型有明显提升,能够有效满足光伏工程进度自动识别的工程需求,显著提高了巡检数据处理的效率。
YOLO v8 作为当前主流的目标检测算法,在精度与推理速度之间实现了优异平衡,其采用了改进的C2f模块、PAN-FPN结构以及分布焦点损失,相较于YOLO v5、YOLO v7等前代模型具有更强的特征提取能力与检测性能。同时,YOLO v8结构简洁、易于改进与工程部署,且原生支持旋转框(OBB)检测,光伏板在航拍图中呈倾斜/旋转排列,YOLO v8-OBB可直接输出带角度的旋转框,框选更精准、定位更贴合光伏板轮廓,适合后续定位与面积计算。YOLO v10作为YOLO系列的最新迭代模型,通过对骨干网络与特征融合层的轻量化设计,进一步提升了模型推理效率,但该模型在复杂遮挡场景下的小目标检测精度仍缺乏充分验证21。综合考虑模型性能、工程实用性及场景适配性,本文选取YOLO v8作为基础基线模型,为后续相关研究与改进提供可靠的试验基础。
图1所示,YOLO v8模型采用解耦头(Decoupled Head)架构,通过独立的分支处理目标定位、分类和置信度预测任务,该设计显著增强了各子网络的表征学习能力;其次,在输出层设计中,模型采用Sigmoid函数计算目标存在概率(Objectness Score),采用Softmax函数生成类别概率分布,双概率机制对提升多类别检测的区分度具有积极影响;在损失函数设计方面,模型结合CIoU损失22与DFL损失23构建联合定位损失函数,并采用二元交叉熵作为分类损失函数,该组合策略在小目标检测场景中展现出优异的梯度传播特性;此外,通过引入空间金字塔快速池化(SPPF)模块实现多尺度特征融合,配合全卷积网络中的批归一化层(BatchNorm)和SiLU激活函数,显著提升计算效率同时保证特征表达能力。
本研究针对YOLO v8目标检测算法在光伏电站复杂场景中的应用局限性展开优化。尽管该模型在COCO通用数据集及自动驾驶等典型应用场景中展现出出色性能,但在光伏设备检测任务中仍面临小目标检测精度不足及组件遮挡严重等技术瓶颈。究其原因,光伏阵列特有的串列式排布方式引发的纵向遮挡效应,导致传统检测算法难以有效识别被遮挡目标。基于此,提出融合多尺度特征增强、面积优先NMS优化与施工时序先验约束的新型改进策略,通过重构网络架构与优化特征融合方式,有效提升模型对光伏组件的检测精度和鲁棒性。
光伏工程进度识别的技术难点主要源于无人机航拍图像的高分辨率特性与光伏组件的小尺度特征之间的矛盾。研究所用大疆无人机采集的光伏场区图像分辨率达10000×8000像素,但关键检测目标(如桩基础结构)在原始图像中仅占据数个像素单元,直接检测存在显著困难。因此,本研究基于YOLO v8模型的架构8,构建了多尺度图像处理与检测融合方法(图2):首先将原始图像通过滑动窗口法分割为若干指定尺寸的子图像[图2(b)],在分割过程中设置相邻子图像间40%的重叠区域[图2(c)红框区域],以确保所有光伏组件在至少一个子图像中完整呈现;然后将各子图像输入检测模型进行独立识别,最终通过多尺度检测结果融合实现全图识别。
重叠分割方法虽然有效避免了目标漏检问题,但会引发重复检测现象[图2(d)]。针对该问题,本研究通过改进非极大值抑制算法(NMS)进行检测结果优化。传统NMS作为目标检测的后处理技术,主要通过置信度阈值筛选和边界框重叠度抑制来消除冗余检测框。然而,在光伏组件阵列式排布的特殊应用场景下,单纯依赖置信度排序的抑制策略易导致关键目标识别不完整。为此,本研究提出基于面积优先的NMS优化准则(记为Module A):对于同一光伏组件的多个候选检测框,优先保留覆盖面积最大的边界框。该方式通过式(1)所示的面积筛选机制实现。

光伏组串具有典型的垂直分层结构,包含桩基础、支架及光伏组件三个功能层,如图3所示。在无人机航拍视角下,上层结构会对下层目标形成视觉遮挡。统计结果显示:光伏组件层对支架及桩基础的遮挡率分别达到78.3%和92.6%。
图4进一步揭示了施工阶段差异导致的遮挡复杂性:在支架预制件堆放区[图4(b)],桩基础可见率仅为34.7%;而组件铺设完成后[图4(d)],桩基础与支架的视觉遮挡率接近100%。因此,传统单维度NMS算法在此类多目标耦合场景中面临严重失效风险。
本研究引入施工时序先验知识(记为Module B),构建多准则决策体系改进NMS算法架构,在置信度筛选与面积优选[式(1)]的基础上,新增式(2)所示的施工逻辑约束条件。

具体决策逻辑为:桩基施工阶段,保留桩基础类检测框;支架安装阶段,若检测到支架类目标,则强制过滤同空间域内桩基础类检测框;组件铺设阶段,检测到组件类目标时,同步过滤同位置桩基础与支架类检测框。
多准则协同机制有效解决了三个关键识别技术问题:视觉遮挡导致的漏检,通过施工阶段推导下层目标完成状态;目标耦合引发的误检,利用空间共现特征排除物理矛盾检测结果;进度统计误差,建立检测结果与施工节点的严格映射关系。
本研究选取某光伏工程部分方阵的1000张无人机施工进度图像,用于优化后模型的训练与测试。数据集包含三类光伏工程关键施工工况图像及对应标签:桩基础完成、支架搭建完成、光伏组件铺设完成(图5)。随机划分80%带标签图像为训练集,剩余20%为验证集。
针对小样本易引发过拟合的问题,研究采用几何变换与像素变换相结合的数据增强方法对训练集进行扩充。几何变换包括随机裁剪(裁剪比例 0.5~1.0)、随机水平/垂直翻转(概率0.5)、随机旋转(-15°~15°),用以模拟无人机不同航拍视角;像素变换则通过随机调整亮度(0.7~1.3倍)、对比度(0.7~1.3倍)、饱和度(0.7~1.3倍)与色调(-0.1~0.1),模拟阴天、多云、强光等不同光照环境。同时,在训练集中混入少量不含目标的山地背景图像,进一步抑制过拟合。
对于试验的结果,采用精度(Precision)、召回率(Recall)以及mAP50,mAP50-90等指标来评估模型的性能,并给出了模型训练过程中的损失曲线和精度-召回(P-R)曲线来分析训练过程。
精度和召回率是衡量模型预测的准确性和算法检测目标的全面性的重要标准,分别如式(3a)、式(3b)所示。

式中:TP为检测正确的目标数;FP为检测错误的目标数;FN为未被检测的目标数。
单一使用精度和召回率来权衡模型的性能缺乏全面的考虑。平均精度(Average Precision,AP)指标结合了精度-召回曲线,绘制了不同置信度阈值下的精度和召回率。该指标通过考虑精度-召回曲线下的面积,提供对精度和召回率的平衡评估。可表示为:

特别地,在处理多个目标类别时,目标检测模型必须识别和定位图像中的多个目标类别。AP在确保对每个类别单独评估模型性能的同时,为模型的整体性能提供更全面的评估。
需要注意的是,平均精度包括mAP50和mAP50-95两种指标,选取不同的置信度阈值,可以得到不同的P-R曲线。其表示为:

式中:N为每个类别的数量;APi)为第i个类别的平均精度。
其中mAP50为精度评价置信度阈值为0.5时各类别的平均精度,mAP50-95为置信度阈值从0.5到0.95按0.05步长加权平均后的平均精度。
在训练阶段,采用上述光伏工程的无人机图像作为目标数据集进行训练,分别用改进后的YOLO v8算法对目标数据集训练,共计150个训练周期(epoch)。在训练过程中,记录了模型在训练集和验证集上的损失曲线。
图6所示,随着训练epoch的增加,边界框损失(box_loss)逐渐降低,表明模型在持续学习并优化对目标边界框的预测能力。与此同时,分类损失(cls_loss)也随epoch而不断下降,显示出模型在分类任务上的进步。在训练初期,模型因对目标类别特征认识有限,易产生混淆,错误分类频繁,致使cls_loss处于较高水平。但随着训练深入,模型逐步学会区分不同类别特征,持续优化对目标类别的预测能力。此外,分布焦点损失(dfl_loss)伴随epoch增长逐渐减小,体现了模型在处理边界框回归问题上的持续优化。dfl_loss的降低意味着模型在边界框回归方面的精度不断提高,尤其在面对复杂场景和具有挑战性的目标时,能够更准确地预测目标边界框,对提高目标检测的整体准确性和鲁棒性具有重大意义。
随着训练epoch的不断增大,精度、召回率、mAP50以及mAP50-95呈现出较优的变化趋势。精度和召回率在epoch增加的过程中均稳定达到95%以上。表明模型在识别目标时,误检和漏检的情况逐渐减少。模型逐渐增强了对不同场景下目标的敏感度,能够更全面地检测目标,从而提高了精度和召回率。
mAP50和mAP50-95分别反映了平均精度均值在交并比(IoU)阈值为0.5时和在更广泛的IoU阈值范围内的性能变化。两者均随着epoch的增加而改善,表明模型在不同严格程度的检测标准下都能够保持较好的性能,显示出模型具有更强的泛化能力和适应性,能够在各种复杂的实际应用场景中提供更可靠的目标检测结果。
综上所述,随着epoch的增大,精度、召回率、mAP50以及mAP50-95的变化趋势共同表明了模型在目标检测任务中的不断进步和优化。
为进一步验证本研究改进算法的优越性,设置多模型对比试验,选取当前主流的目标检测算法作为对比基线,包括两阶段检测算法Faster R-CNN、单阶段经典算法SSD、基础版YOLO v8及最新迭代算法YOLO v10,所有模型均在同一数据集上进行训练。各模型在验证集上的关键性能指标如表1 所示。
表1可知:两阶段检测算法Faster R-CNN在检测精度上表现最差,且推理速度仅为12 FPS,难以满足无人机巡检的实时性需求;SSD作为单阶段经典算法,精度与速度均优于Faster R-CNN,但在小目标与遮挡场景下的特征提取能力不足,mAP50-95仅为81.7%;YOLO v10作为最新模型,推理速度达到45 FPS,精度优于基础版YOLO v8,但其在复杂遮挡场景下的边界框回归精度仍有不足,mAP50-95为92.8%;基础版YOLO v8在精度与速度之间实现了较好平衡,mAP50-95达到93.6%;本研究改进的YOLO v8模型在各项精度指标上均取得最优结果,mAP50和mAP50-95较基础版YOLO v8分别提升4.5%和2.9%,尽管因引入多准则NMS优化导致推理速度略有下降(35 FPS),但仍远高于实时检测的最低要求(20 FPS),适配无人机巡检的工程应用场景。
进一步,图7选取易出现识别误差的施工阶段,对比了改进后YOLO v8模型与次优的基础版 YOLO v8模型的检测结果。结果显示,两款模型对光伏支架的识别均能保持较高准确率;但在遮挡场景下的桩基础识别任务中,改进后的模型表现显著优于基础版YOLO v8。综上,本研究提出的改进模型可有效融合面积优先筛选准则与施工时序先验约束,精准识别不同施工阶段对应的目标类别,大幅降低了漏检与误检概率,充分验证了该改进算法在光伏工程复杂遮挡场景中目标检测的优越性与适用性。
为量化本文提出的两个核心优化模块(Module A:面积优先的NMS优化;Module B:融合施工时序先验的动态筛选算法)对模型整体精度提升的具体贡献,设计消融试验,以基础版YOLO v8为基准,依次添加两个优化模块,分别训练模型并在验证集上测试性能,结果如表2所示。
表2可知,单独添加Module A、Module B后,模型的各项精度指标均有明显提升,mAP50-95分别从93.6%提升至95.1%和94.4%。在两个模块叠加使用后,模型精度进一步提升,mAP50-95达到 96.5%,较基础版提升2.9%,说明施工时序先验的引入改善了光伏组串垂直分层遮挡导致的漏检与误检问题,通过构建多准则决策体系,实现了检测结果与施工阶段的精准匹配,显著提升了模型在复杂遮挡场景下的识别能力。两个优化模块的协同作用,实现了模型精度的叠加提升,证明了各模块设计的合理性与有效性,也为后续相关算法的改进提供了可借鉴的模块化优化思路。
以西藏自治区那曲市安多县光伏工程验证模型的适用性和可行性,该工程位于西藏那曲安多县,地处青藏高原中西部,平均海拔达4500 m,属高原亚寒带半湿润季风气候区,具有海拔高、气候寒冷、空气稀薄、昼夜温差大、四季不分明且多风雪天气的特点。太阳辐射强,年日照时数可达2847 h,年降水量为435 mm,多年平均气温-2.8 ℃,一月份平均气温低至-14.6 ℃。此区域太阳能资源丰富,能够保证光伏电站有较高发电量,但恶劣的环境对工程管理人员把握施工进度、了解现场状况同样提出了较大挑战。
西藏自治区那曲市安多县光伏工程建设规模达125 MW,实际装机规模为145 MWp,选用580 Wp单晶硅双面双玻光伏组件及300 kW组串式逆变器,采用固定式支架,以24块580 Wp单晶硅双面双玻光伏组件组成一个固定式光伏支架单元和光伏组件串,光伏阵列采用29°倾角,方阵前后排间距9 m,共分38个子方阵且每个子方阵配备3.3 MVA箱变。
针对上述情况,基于西藏那曲安多光伏工程检验模型的适用性。通过大疆无人机按照拍摄策略和巡回路线,对光伏厂区范围内的施工进度实时影像进行拍摄。对于返回的工程照片,按照光伏工程施工图纸将光伏厂区划分为38个子方阵。利用优化后的算法模型识别各个方阵的施工进度,输出结果包括桩基础浇筑数量、光伏支架搭建数量和光伏组件铺设数量,具体流程如图8所示。
为验证无人机识别结果的准确率,图9给出了西藏安多光伏工程2024年7月30日—10月20日(工程10425张光伏组件安装全部完成)期间的工程进展情况。包括工程日、周、月报记录的实际进展情况和无人机识别的进展情况对比。结果表明支架、组件的识别准确率均能达到98%以上,识别效果较好;桩基础平均识别准确率为94.2%,但在组件安装阶段(8月20日)出现显著下降(最低值87.3%),这与施工现场材料堆垛造成的遮挡效应直接相关。后续对误检情况进行讨论。
选取方阵17作为示例研究对象,对其全建设周期工程进度进行系统化识别与验证。该光伏方阵工程共部署274组光伏组串系统,配套建设2192根基桩结构、274套支架系统及274块光伏组件单元。工程采用无人机航拍监测技术进行全过程进度管控,监测系统于2024年7月31日首次部署并获取基准影像[图10(a)],至2024年9月19日监测到组件安装工程全面竣工[(图10(c)]。在为期51 d的建设周期内,无人机按每2~3天的频率执行周期性航拍任务,共获取23期高分辨率时序影像数据,构建了完整的工程建设时空演化数据集。
进度监测定量分析结果如表3所示。经实例对比验证,无人机识别进度较传统人工核查方式展现出显著效能优势:在样本量为274组光伏单元的测试条件下,传统方法需投入(4.2±0.8)人时/方阵,而本系统通过图像识别方法实现全自动进度监测,单方阵处理时长稳定控制在0.5人时,效率提升率达76.2%,且进度偏差仅为1%~3%。
图11(a)可知,桩基础的误检情况主要集中在重复识别方面,本研究以“类”为判别标准重构了NMS模块,然而在图片拼接时仍存在误差。且对于未开始搭建光伏支架的部分桩基础,存在有散落在上面的施工材料遮挡的现象等不可抗力因素,造成部分桩基础识别效果欠佳。
对于光伏支架,同样挑选了识别效果不太理想的部分结果进行分析。由图11(b)可知,超80%的光伏支架的识别错误均是未识别完全。该工程采用的光伏支架梁宽度仅为50 mm,在无人机图片上表现不明显,且其颜色为银灰色,与地面的对比度不高。因此,在阴天、多云等光线不好的情况下,对光伏组件的识别效果可能不太理想。
图11(c)所示,光伏组件的漏检主要集中在半铺设工况,部分光伏组件正处在施工阶段,仅铺设了约1/2的面积,由于该工况的特殊性,供模型训练的数据集中缺乏此类型的照片,因此算法对于此类工况的识别效果较差,后续将通过补充该类工况的样本进一步优化模型。
安多县光伏工程的现场应用结果显示,采用本研究提出的进度识别方法后,工程核心构部件(桩基础、光伏支架、光伏组件)的进度识别平均准确率均达到95%以上。该精度水平完全符合光伏工程建设阶段对进度统计的技术要求,同时验证了所提方法能够高效、便捷地实现对工程各工况进度的统计与分析。
针对光伏工程进度识别的技术难题,通过融合无人机视觉与深度学习技术,构建了面向光伏工程全要素的智能识别算法,主要研究成果如下:
1)明确了YOLO v8作为基线模型的优越性。YOLO v8兼具多尺度特征融合能力强、检测速度快、边界框回归精度高的特点,且轻量化特性便于工程现场部署,适配无人机巡检的实时性与实用性需求,相比Faster R-CNN、SSD、YOLO v10等主流模型,在光伏工程复杂场景下具有更优的综合性能。
2)基于光伏组件空间分布特性,提出面向多目标优化的YOLO v8改进框架,设计了两个核心优化模块:面积优先的NMS优化模块与融合施工时序先验的动态筛选模块。消融试验结果表明,两个模块分别为模型mAP50-95带来1.5%和0.8%的提升,协同作用下使模型整体mAP50-95达到96.5%,组串识别准确率提升至95%,成功解决了原YOLO v8 算法对遮挡工况下的目标漏检问题。
3)工程实例表明,文中算法在海拔4500 m的安多光伏工程中展现出强鲁棒性。桩基、支架、组件的平均识别精度分别为94.2%、98.1%、98.5%,单日最大处理容量达8个方阵(2048根基桩)。尽管在堆积物遮挡和照明度低的工况下存在3.2%的误检率,但仍显著优于人工核查水平,为高寒地区光伏工程数字化管控提供了可靠技术支撑。
