The Shenzhen local standard, Technical Standard for Green Demolition of Buildings, was issued and implemented on January 31, 2025, by the Shenzhen Municipal Standards Committee. Based on this newly compiled standard, the definition, framework, application objectives, and demolition technologies for green demolition were analyzed; the current development status of building demolition methods was summarized and evaluated; and the principles for preparing a special green demolition scheme, which balances the goals of structural dismantling safety and comprehensive utilization of demolition waste, were elaborated. Furthermore, a practical application of the standard was carried out in a building demolition project in the Xinqiao East Area urban renewal project in Shenzhen. The results showed that the technical guidelines established in the standard enabled classified and orderly demolition of existing buildings, leading to classified and graded comprehensive utilization of demolition waste. This achieved an on-site utilization rate of 30% and a comprehensive utilization rate of 100% for the demolition waste, thereby improving the comprehensive utilization level and resource recovery efficiency of the project’s demolition waste. This established a technical paradigm for green demolition of buildings and provided a basis for the promotion and application of green demolition technologies.

深圳市地方标准《建筑物绿色拆除技术标准》于2025年1月31日由深圳市标准委员会发布实施。基于该新编,对绿色拆除的定义、标准框架、应用目标、拆除技术等进行解析;总结评价了建筑物拆除方法发展现状,阐述了兼顾结构安全解体和拆除废弃物综合利用目标的绿色拆除专项方案编制原则,并在深圳市新桥东片区城市更新建筑物拆除工程中开展了绿色拆除标准的实践应用。结果表明:新编绿色拆除标准建立的建筑物拆除工程技术准则,实现了既有建筑物分类、有序拆除与拆除废弃物分类、分级综合利用,使拆除废弃物现场利用率达30%,综合利用率达100%,提高了项目拆除废弃物的综合利用水平和资源化效率,构建了建筑物绿色拆除技术范式,可为绿色拆除技术的推广应用提供依据。

深圳市地方标准《建筑物绿色拆除技术标准》于2025年1月31日由深圳市标准委员会发布实施。基于该新编,对绿色拆除的定义、标准框架、应用目标、拆除技术等进行解析;总结评价了建筑物拆除方法发展现状,阐述了兼顾结构安全解体和拆除废弃物综合利用目标的绿色拆除专项方案编制原则,并在深圳市新桥东片区城市更新建筑物拆除工程中开展了绿色拆除标准的实践应用。结果表明:新编绿色拆除标准建立的建筑物拆除工程技术准则,实现了既有建筑物分类、有序拆除与拆除废弃物分类、分级综合利用,使拆除废弃物现场利用率达30%,综合利用率达100%,提高了项目拆除废弃物的综合利用水平和资源化效率,构建了建筑物绿色拆除技术范式,可为绿色拆除技术的推广应用提供依据。

The Shenzhen local standard, Technical Standard for Green Demolition of Buildings, was issued and implemented on January 31, 2025, by the Shenzhen Municipal Standards Committee. Based on this newly compiled standard, the definition, framework, application objectives, and demolition technologies for green demolition were analyzed; the current development status of building demolition methods was summarized and evaluated; and the principles for preparing a special green demolition scheme, which balances the goals of structural dismantling safety and comprehensive utilization of demolition waste, were elaborated. Furthermore, a practical application of the standard was carried out in a building demolition project in the Xinqiao East Area urban renewal project in Shenzhen. The results showed that the technical guidelines established in the standard enabled classified and orderly demolition of existing buildings, leading to classified and graded comprehensive utilization of demolition waste. This achieved an on-site utilization rate of 30% and a comprehensive utilization rate of 100% for the demolition waste, thereby improving the comprehensive utilization level and resource recovery efficiency of the project’s demolition waste. This established a technical paradigm for green demolition of buildings and provided a basis for the promotion and application of green demolition technologies.

建筑物绿色拆除概念源于循环经济和可持续发展理念,最早由第一届旧建筑材料协会会议(UMBA)提出。该理念基于建筑物的拆卸、分解程序,保留旧材料的服役性能,通过分级利用,提高拆除废弃物的综合利用率,以满足减少资源消耗总量的社会需求。在此基础上,国外发达国家相继研发了逆向建造拆除、鹿岛削底等绿色拆除施工方法,采用静态破碎等先进拆解设备,使建筑部件有序、精确分离,为拆除废弃物的分类收集与分级利用提供了先行保障,提升拆除物再利用率,同时降低碳排放1-2
近年来,国内学者针对绿色拆除技术开展了系统性研究。肖建庄等3提出了城区高层建筑逆向拆除与机械破碎协同技术,为后续建筑固废资源化高效开展提供前序保障。姜智盛等4针对板、梁等构件,优化了静态破碎工艺参数,显著提升了构件拆除效率。此外,基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的逆向拆除路径优化方法可使拆除工程的碳排放强度较传统机械拆除降低50%以上5。然而与发达国家不同,中国建筑寿命较短、拆除建筑面积大,绿色拆除需平衡效率与可持续性的目标。当前建筑拆除的主流方式仍是在对待拆建筑结构或构件进行安全评估后,采用高效方法使建筑物倒塌解体6。拆除现场中钢筋、混凝土等各类废弃物混杂,增加了后续资源化处理的成本与难度,导致建筑废弃物的“产生”与“处置”环节割裂,处于“被动消纳”状态,资源化率较低。当前建筑业发展模式正由增量建设向高质量发展转变,建筑物更新改造成为建筑业发展的新型驱动力,绿色拆除技术的开发、验证与应用日趋紧迫。目前大多数绿色拆除研究集中在试验与理论构建方面,由于技术体系及规范与标准的欠缺,工程应用仍受限,亟待开展相关研究。
在此背景下,深圳市组织编制了当地首部以拆除废弃物综合利用为导向的地方性绿色拆除标准《建筑物绿色拆除技术标准》(简称《标准》),旨在健全绿色拆除管理体系,推动绿色拆除技术推广与工程应用。由此,基于《标准》,本文通过对绿色拆除的定义、标准框架、应用目标、拆除技术等要素的解析,归纳总结既有拆除方法,阐明建筑物绿色拆除技术的实践方法与原则,并结合工程案例的应用,建立拆除废弃物高效循环利用的范式,构建建筑物绿色拆除技术体系,推动建筑业的低碳可持续发展。
《标准》编制的总体目标是建立以建筑废弃物综合利用为导向,保障安全,贯彻环境低影响理念,采取文明施工的拆除方式,适用建筑物绿色拆除施工过程的技术要求,包括拆除废弃物分类、收集、处置以及施工过程的噪声、扬尘等环境影响。为达成该目标,将其拆解为技术、工程、社会及环境分目标,如图1所示。当前深圳市陆续发布了拆除废弃物处置相关规范与规程,但这些规程多侧重于管理层面,缺少相应技术指标要求。对此,《标准》设立技术目标,以规范绿色拆除作业中的机械设备、拆除物收集与利用、施工安全措施等指标系数。此外,设立指导建筑物绿色拆除施工,实现拆除废弃物有效分类、利用,降低作业影响的工程目标,以体现绿色拆除工程特点;设立提升拆除废弃物资源化利用率,缓解建筑废弃物无序堆放和填埋带来的环境问题等社会及环境目标。
标准编制工作通过文献调研方法收集现有拆除标准、拆除新技术工艺,确定总则、术语、基本规定、绿色拆除专项方案等7章内容的大纲。对以深圳市碧海花园棚户区改造项目为代表的拆除工程进行实地走访(图2),进行绿色拆除工艺技术验证,形成标准技术内容。
绿色拆除标准编制流程如图3所示。编制过程中进行了充分调研与技术验证,确保内容科学性与合理性,并在制定过程中向利益相关方开放,征求行业、专家及公众意见,奠定了公开透明及广泛参与的基础,保障《标准》落地性。
人工拆除是指施工人员操作风镐、乙炔焊等小型器具对建筑物进行拆除,常用于砖木、砖混等小型、简易建筑结构拆除。人工拆除主要特点是施工环境影响较小,人员经培训后,可形成流水线作业,做到分层、分类施工,对钢筋、混凝土等拆除废弃材料进行回收。但人工拆除工期较长,施工效率较低。相较机械拆除,人工拆除工期增加70%以上7。此外,施工人员操作器具与作业点直接接触,安全隐患较高。步进拆除过程中需时刻关注建筑结构残余承载力的变化,并对涉及结构的作业进行加固支护,栏杆、楼梯等附属构件设施需与整体拆除进度协调,无法提前拆除8。上述措施均导致人工拆除效率较低、成本提升,经济效益欠佳。
机械拆除以大型工程机械为主导,采用起重机、液压剪、破碎锤等装备实施结构破碎与构件分离,是目前常用的拆除方法。机械拆除往往需要人工拆除辅助,以应对大型设备无法适用的场景,如狭窄街巷、需保护的建筑区域等,这种混合拆除方法本质上仍以机械作业为主,因此统称为机械拆除法9。典型机械拆除作业系统包含两大功能模块:1)结构解体,包括液压破碎锤、破碎球和长臂液压剪等设备,实现建筑结构解体与部件破碎;2)物料运输,主要包括塔式起重机、汽车吊及运输车辆等,对拆除废弃物进行垂直及横向运输10。机械拆除的作业效率显著高于人工拆除,其单位工时拆除量可达人工作业的5~8倍,特别适用于中高层建筑、大型工业厂房等规模化拆除项目11。机械拆除安全性较高,但在实施过程中,仍需密切关注结构体系的承载力变化,严控结构失效风险,防止意外倒塌。目前机械拆除方法主要存在专用设备数量少、智能化水平不足、设备操作门槛高等问题。现有设备多由矿山机械改造而来,噪声污染、粉尘浓度等环境问题突出。拆除装备需专人持证上岗,提升了技术门槛及经济成本。目前,智能拆除机器人已在部分工程中进行试用,可提升能源效率,在高危工况下替代人工完成精准拆除作业,为机械拆除装备升级发展提供了实践参考12-13
爆破拆除是使用爆破剂有序破坏建筑结构的关键承重部件,使结构体系失稳并按照预定轨迹倒塌解体的高效拆除技术。根据倒塌方式,可分为定向、折叠以及原地爆破,其中,定向倒塌法因其可靠性高、适应性广而成为主流工艺,折叠和原地倒塌工法对技术及施工管理要求较严格,适合倒塌空间受限的特定场合14。现行爆破拆除主要通过控制起爆顺序影响倒塌方式的微差控制爆破技术,其核心是在特定构件部位装填工业炸药与电子雷管,采用非电导爆管与数码雷管构建分段起爆序列,对构件进行预切割形成弱化界面,确保结构倒塌方向可控。相较机械拆除,爆破拆除在拆除效率、能耗强度、施工安全防控等方面具有显著优势6。然而,爆破过程中产生的触地振动、空气冲击波、飞散物以及噪声和粉尘等有害效应凸显,限制了爆破拆除法的推广与应用。针对既有结构钻孔装药的安全隐患,研究人员提出在建造阶段,对建筑结构梁、柱等部件轴向预埋炮孔,可提升爆破效率,材料成本可降低约10%15-16。此外,在装药部位覆盖小型水袋,外围设置大型水袋以及水槽,可构建降尘系统,有效降低粉尘污染17。静态破碎技术是将静态破碎剂浆体灌入钢筋混凝土内部,其水化反应产生的内部膨胀压力使脆性混凝土开裂,以实现破碎的新型拆除方法18-19。与传统爆破拆除相比,该方法具有安全、工艺简单、无振动、无噪声等优点,但破碎剂易引起环境污染,回收处置难度较大4
人工拆除通过小型设备实现建筑结构解体,核心优点在于环境友好与材料性能保留性。特别适用于历史建筑保护性改造、异型结构精细化拆除以及拆除材料回收工程。但作业效率差、安全风险指数高,使其应用范围显著受限。现代建筑结构的不断升级与复杂化,使人工拆除在多数拆除工程中已逐步演变为辅助工艺。
机械拆除作业依托大型机械装备可实现非接触作业,在安全性与拆除效率方面优势较大,作业适应性较强,但存在构件破坏性大、废弃物混杂度高,高层建筑拆除难度大等问题。应用升降式拆除平台、人工拆除辅助等改进方案,机械拆除已逐步发展为主流拆除方法,从简单结构到复杂结构、局部拆除到整体拆除均可适用,且满足不同的环境控制要求,并保留部分材料的再生利用潜力20
爆破拆除具有单次拆除效率高、单位能耗低等优点,使其在抢险救灾、危房等应急工程中具有不可替代性。但其也存在拆除材料性能损伤严重、环境影响效应显著等缺点,尽管通过预埋装药、水压爆破等方法可改善有害效应外溢,但拆除废弃物资源化利用困难的问题仍然存在。表1展示了不同拆除方法的多维评价结果21
与传统拆除方法相比,绿色拆除在拆除废弃物再利用、环境影响等方面具有显著优势,如表2所示。
建筑行业对建筑物拆除技术的智能化升级与绿色化转型需求日益迫切,通过智能拆除机器人的普及,绿色拆除工艺的完善以及技术标准体系的搭建,传统机械拆除已具备向绿色拆除技术体系转变的潜力,实现建筑物的绿色拆除,并为拆除物资源化综合利用奠定基础。
有别于传统拆除“结构解体”的单一目标,绿色拆除是以拆除物的综合利用为导向,贯彻环境低影响理念,保障安全,文明施工的拆除技术。因此,《标准》规定建筑物绿色拆除施工前,需编制绿色拆除专项方案。该方案应兼顾结构安全解体和拆除废弃物再利用的双重目标,即在对既有建筑物进行结构安全及材料再利用潜力评估后,平衡环境影响与拆除效率,优化组合拆除工艺,以结构安全控制为首要前提,运用低碳工艺体系拆除建筑部件,对拆除废弃物进行分类处置与分级利用,实现废弃物的回收利用。
绿色拆除工程的结构安全控制体系是预防因荷载变化对建筑部件残余承载力产生的不利影响而引发的结构整体失稳或局部破坏风险的能力24。既有结构的服役损伤25、大型装备的安拆与运行26、建筑部件的步进拆除3均可导致建筑物原有结构体系承载能力及稳定性的改变,形成内力重分布,引发结构的整体失稳或局部破坏,进而增加施工安全风险。由此,宜对构件初始损伤进行量化,整合设备振动荷载谱及施工冲击荷载,建立动态荷载谱,采用有限元分析软件建立拆除过程的参数化模型,评估拆除过程中静态承载极限和动态载荷响应机制,建立结构安全评价指标体系。基于分析结果,拆除前,应合理设计拆除方法流程,对施工高风险区域进行支撑加固;拆除中,秉承分部、分类原则,按照先附属后主体、先内部构件后外部构件、先危险构件后稳定构件的拆除顺序进行,防止立体交叉作业,保障拆除施工安全。
拆除废弃物再利用主要表现为最大化拆除废弃物综合利用率的能力,包括拆除废弃物现场减量以及拆除废弃物可利用性能的提升。一方面,绿色拆除技术应根据拆除废弃物的再利用场景进行设计,评估既有建筑物材料性能等级,建立包含材料尺寸、强度等参数的材料基因库,匹配再利用场景;针对再利用场景需求,优化绿色拆除工艺,对拆除废弃物进行分类收集,分级处置,实现拆除废弃物现场减量,进行正逆双向的绿色拆除技术与拆除物再利用途径规划。另一方面,绿色拆除应实现拆除损伤控制,建立拆除废弃物微观、细观及宏观多级损伤评价标准,通过精准解构工艺,包括高压水切、静力破碎等,保留拆除材料的结构及功能完整性,提升拆除废弃物再利用的多场景适用性,提高废弃物的回收价值及利用效率。由此,基于拆除废弃物再利用目标,构建拆除废弃物“性能评估—损伤控制—多级再生”的再利用框架,形成闭环的资源化路径,实现拆除物高效、精准再利用,有效提升绿色拆除技术的综合效益。
建筑物绿色拆除作为建筑全生命周期体系中的重要一环,宜将碳评价纳入拆除作业环境影响评价系统,建立贯穿拆除作业周期的碳评价模型,从能源、工艺、材料及运输等角度多维评价各环节的能耗与碳排放,量化拆除废弃物再利用产品的碳排放强度;建立不同建筑类型拆除过程中的碳排放基线限额,比选拆除工艺流程,进行低碳拆除工艺优化,规划制定预处理、拆除、运输等控制节点的量化指标,实现经济、环境、社会效益的协同优化。可利用BIM技术可视化与虚拟化的特点,对既有建筑物信息进行映射关联,建立数字孪生模型,对拆除工艺流程进行优选调整,进一步提升绿色拆除技术的效率与收益。通过图像分析技术获取待拆建筑构件信息,可开发针对绿色拆除设计的BIM优化算法及工具,使绿色拆除工艺碳排放和成本降幅达40%和2%27
建筑物绿色拆除工程是涉及安全、结构、机械等众多工程学科的系统性工程,依靠传统的单一人工、机械或爆破拆除方法难以完成。因此,需要结合待拆建筑物的性能评估和施工环境的要求,通过绿色拆除设计,优化拆除工艺流程,实现人工与机械拆除的最优组合,形成选择性拆除法。采用人工拆除方法,配备小型破碎、切割器具对可再利用性能较高的建筑部件进行拆卸,而利用液压剪、破碎锤、挖掘机等机械对可再利用性能较低的部件进行拆除。选择性拆除法的作业时间成本是现有机械拆除法的3~10倍,但较人工拆除法可降低40%以上7。选择性拆除法的经济成本与现有机械拆除法相当,拆除材料的可再利用率超过80%,远高于传统方法中的拆除物再利用潜力(<10%)228。该方法兼顾安全与效率,并且有效提升拆除物的再利用性能,被广泛用于现有建筑物的绿色拆除。
选择性拆除法包括正向与逆向两种施工工艺流程2029-31,如图4所示。正向拆除施工方法源于建筑物建造的逆向顺序理念,运用待拆建筑物的屋顶层以及搭设新的悬挂保护脚手架作为墙壁的四周,通过包裹隔音板、帆布、防护网等,搭建封闭式拆除平台。在拆除平台内,对建筑部件使用静力切割、破碎设备拆除,通过横向和竖向运输设备把拆除物运至地面存放,并在平台下方临时建造竖向支撑柱,驱动其上下移动,使拆除平台随施工的进行逐层下降,实现封闭环境下的建筑物自上而下拆除。拆除平台的封闭性可有效避免拆除施工中的扬尘、噪声等有害效应外溢,减少外部恶劣环境对拆除施工的影响,创造全天候作业环境,提升拆除施工效率。
逆向拆除法是一种从建筑物底部逐层向上拆除,分次切割结构柱,使建筑物逐渐降低的方法31-32。构件可在接近地面的施工层拆除,避免垂直运输,减少运输对拆除物可再利用性能的影响。要实现建筑物的逆向拆除,需计算复核拆除过程中建筑物竖向承载力与水平抗侧能力33。实际工程中,通过设置临时竖向支撑柱群及液压千斤顶进行同步位移,以升降待拆建筑物,并通过斜向支撑加强水平抗侧能力,以保证待拆建筑强度、刚度、竖向承载力等性能,有效控制结构的稳定性29。逆向拆除法适用于高层建筑和结构复杂的建筑物,可解决此类建筑物拆除过程中面临的场地有限、大型起重设备难以布置等难题。
传统建筑物拆除技术产生的建筑废弃物因组分混杂、来源不一等因素常采用填埋处理,或经简单程序处理后生产再生料,建筑废弃物资源化利用水平较低。绿色拆除技术以拆除废弃物的资源化利用为导向,较好地保留了拆除材料性能,可强化拆除废弃物分层、分类再利用潜力。因此,拆除部件可根据表观评估结果,分别通过直接利用与再生利用两种途径,实现在材料、构件及结构层面的多级利用。
直接利用是对无损伤或者损伤程度较小的拆除部件及材料,不经过处理或者较少的再处理程序,遵循其原有使用功能在后续新建工程中直接利用。对服役损伤较少、性能仍符合设计要求的建筑物,因规划设计、功能转换等因素需要拆除时,可通过平移、顶升等位移措施,对建筑物整体进行直接利用,该方法常见于桥梁等构筑物的拆除工程中34-35。当前,拆除物的直接利用仍集中于梁、板、隔墙等部件层面,对易获取且性能评估结果符合要求的部件,采用静力切割、精准破碎等方法选择性地保留部件单元或以尺寸缩减的方式保留性能较好部分,通过部件联结设计及新构件标准化生产,用于新建工程结构的建设36
材料或部件因损坏、变形等原因无法直接利用时,可经过再生处理,如破碎、修复等方法,转换应用场景,用于其他建筑产品的生产利用。当前拆除混凝土再生利用的主流方式是将废弃混凝土与金属材料分离,分类制备再生骨料与再生金属材料,再进一步转换为再生产品。自20世纪50年代起,欧美等发达国家便尝试对拆除混凝土进行回收利用,通过再生骨料强化、配比设计、外加优化等方法改善骨料的宏观特性、混凝土制品的力学及耐久性能,提升再生材料使用效率,节省天然资源,避免拆除物堆填废弃,使拆除物在新建工程中循环使用37-39
拆除物在结构、部件层面的直接利用可减少原料及能源的额外投入,降低环境影响,提升经济效益,因此拆除废弃物的再利用途径应以直接利用为先,并按“结构—部件—材料”的优先级进行规划,如表3所示。然而,在实际工程中,由于技术与现场施工环境的限制,拆除废弃物的再生利用仍是当前的主流方式。随着装配式建筑理念的推广,在设计阶段对建筑部件的装卸、功能进行针对性规划,对直接利用的拆卸部件进行标准化设计,提升拆除物的直接利用率,可进一步降低建设成本,提高经济效益。但拆除物直接利用过程中构件的连接问题仍需进一步研究,以确保安全性。
新桥东先进制造业园区建设工程位于深圳市宝安区新桥街道上南大道以北、广深高速公路以东,建设用地72万m2,是深圳市第一大“平方公里级工业上楼项目”。为满足其建筑功能变换的需求,需对252栋工业厂房、宿舍等建筑物进行拆除重建,拆除总面积约45万m2,其中,混凝土框架结构的建筑面积超过80%,建筑物多为1~5层建筑物,最高7层,最高建筑高度22 m。拆除项目由多个地块组成,分散分布、拆除范围广、占地面积大,作业范围不集中,周边紧邻居民生活区,施工组织及管理难度较大。按照标准要求,拆除施工需考虑拆除物直接利用,既要注重抑尘降噪,又要满足施工安全及工期等要求。
园区旧建筑物的拆除按照《标准》规定进行。综合考虑《标准》要求、施工工艺、施工周期及现场管理等因素,项目采用以机械拆除为主、人工拆除为辅的选择性拆除法,自上而下逐层拆除,并通过隔音屏、雾炮机、无人机降尘等技术实现低噪、无尘的绿色拆除。拆除前,项目通过结构力学分析模拟了结构拆除对典型待拆建筑物的影响,并对采取的施工工艺进行了安全性验算,保证施工安全。项目采取的绿色拆除施工流程如图5所示。绿色拆除过程中的要点如下:
1)首先在安全性分析的基础上制定绿色拆除专项方案,重点关注拆除废弃物的资源化利用。为保留拆除物再利用潜力,项目对典型待拆建筑物中的结构部件(梁、柱等)进行表面观测及性能检测,划定可利用性分类,采用机械切割、静力破碎等方法,实现拆除混凝土与钢筋的分离并保留拆除混凝土的完整性能,达到拆除材料的标准化控制和拆除过程分类处理的目标。考虑到拆除工程占地面积大,分布范围广,为降低运输资源损耗,本项目的拆除作业分为三个区域同时开展施工。
2)部分待拆建筑与保留建筑的间距较小(<6 m),邻近高压线塔,是项目难点之一。在项目人员、材料、设备进场前,需建立相应保护设施,以减少对周边环境的影响。由此,在靠近高压线塔的待拆建筑物一侧,搭设6 m高的防护栏进行保护;在待拆建筑物与保留建筑物之间设置围挡,并搭设6 m高的双排防护架作为保护措施。拆除时由邻近危险保护源一侧逐跨、对向拆除,并时刻关注拆除作业情况,防止不可控情况发生。
3)通过人工作业方式并依照“广告—线缆—杂物—管道—门窗—木制建材”的顺序对建筑物内外附属物进行分类拆除;运用液压破碎锤、金刚锯等设备对钢混、砖混结构主体按照“外隔墙—内隔墙—楼层板—框架柱”顺序拆除。总体工艺流程为先上后下、逐层拆除、逐层清运。拆除后材料在作业区域分类存放,项目绿色拆除过程如图6所示。
项目通过绿色拆除技术共产生约58.5万t拆除废弃物,其中,混凝土块13.5万t、红砖混合物43.4万t、金属1.1万t、木材和塑料等其他拆除废弃物0.5万t。针对上述不同种类拆除废弃物,遵循“现场减量,综合利用”处置原则,采用现场与异地处置相协同的综合利用技术,实现拆除物的“零废弃、全利用”。本项目与传统拆除技术的废弃物再利用情况对比如图7所示。较传统机械方法与爆破拆除方法,本项目拆除废弃物现场利用率达30%,效率提升6倍,拆除废弃物碳排放强度降低8%以上。
项目的拆除废弃物综合利用情况如图8所示。对梁、板等构件产生的拆除混凝土,经加工制备成可直接利用的再生块材及性能要求较高的再生骨料、水稳料、再生混凝土制品等,进行直接或再生利用;对围护墙体、隔墙等非承重部件产生的砖、混凝土类拆除废弃物,加工为蓄水填料、回填料等再生产品,进行现场利用或异地处置;对废屑、塑料等轻物质,采用RDF(Refuse-Derived Fuel)加工技术,制备为生物质燃料,进行异地利用;对金属、木材等其他拆除物,通过分类收集与存放,纳入既有回收利用体系,进行异地处置。
根据拆除片区的后续建设需求,将拆除废弃物及其再生产品应用于新建建筑、道路、管廊、海绵设施、景观园林工程,建立了拆除废弃物在新建建筑、道路、管廊、渗蓄模块及景观园林中的现场再利用技术体系,如图9所示。首先,在新建建筑中,以拆除建筑物结构中梁、柱、楼板等部件切割、破碎制备再生块材或再生骨料来生产建筑砌块或预拌混凝土,用于新建建筑。其次,根据再生骨料及再生块材的品质不同,依据工程建设需求,制备路沿石、PC砖、车止石、道路基层、管道垫层等新建道路、景观园林、管廊工程用多种直接产品和再生利用产品。三是充分利用红砖类混合物的多孔性,通过现场破碎、筛分等工序生产红砖再生骨料,用于渗蓄模块中的蓄水层、过滤层和透水面层制备,打造“海绵设施”示范园区。得益于有序、高效的建筑物拆除,分类、分级的拆除废弃物综合利用规划,项目产生的拆除材料原位利用率可达30%,并实现了拆除废弃物全利用。
尽管《标准》在环境效益和拆除物循环利用方面具有显著优势,但推广过程中仍面临以下制约因素:
1)绿色拆除工艺专用设备,如切割机、分拣分选系统等装备的初期投入较传统机械高,同时拆除作业时间成本显著,造成企业成本高昂,中小企业采纳意愿低。
2)现阶段缺乏统一的拆解物评估标准,新旧部件构件联结设计准则细节不足,造成拆解物多为“降级利用”,等效/升级利用案例较少,政策配套不足。
3)拆解物尺寸和性能限制了自由度,行业对回收部件“安全性风险”认知固化,拆除废弃物直接/再生建材市场认可度低。
为推进《标准》的快速应用,建议:
1)引入阶梯式补贴制度,将绿色拆除施工纳入绿色建筑星级评价范围,降低企业成本。
2)加快制定政策配套,建立绿色拆除技术的强制应用场景,推进绿色拆除技术在城市更新项目中的实践。
3)构建拆除废弃物再利用产品的“拆-产-用”产学研联盟,将绿色拆除技术纳入人才培训体系,降低风险认知。
随着建筑业发展的低碳转型,建筑物绿色拆除技术的研发与应用愈发紧迫,但由于缺少标准指引,相关绿色拆除技术难以推广应用。本文基于深圳市首部以拆除废弃物综合利用为导向的绿色拆除标准编制工作成果,归纳总结了既有拆除方法的优势与不足,阐述了建筑物绿色拆除技术的实践方法,并分析了《标准》引领下的建筑物拆除与拆除物综合利用方法,得到如下结论:
1)建筑物绿色拆除是以拆除废弃物综合利用为导向,保障安全,贯彻环境低影响理念,采取文明施工的拆除方式。为此,建筑物绿色拆除标准在现有拆除工艺及拆除废弃物处置技术体系的基础上,设置编制目标,进行文献调研及技术参数工程验证,保证了内容的科学性、合理性与落地性。
2)机械拆除具有拆除效率可观、技术适配性高、经济性佳、安全性高等优势,以人工拆除、静态破碎技术辅助,可有效提升拆除物的再利用性能。随着智能拆除机器人等智能化、模块化的拆除设备研发,技术标准修订,传统机械拆除已具备构建建筑物绿色拆除技术体系的潜力。
3)绿色拆除施工前,应编制绿色拆除专项方案。区别于传统拆除工程专项方案,绿色拆除专项方案的编制应兼顾结构安全解体与拆除物综合利用双重目标,将碳评价纳入拆除作业环境影响评价体系,并通过BIM模型等数字孪生技术实现拆除工艺的组合优化,提升绿色拆除技术的综合效益。
4)以机械拆除为主,人工拆除辅助的选择性拆除法是当前最常用的绿色拆除施工工艺,通过正向与逆向两种拆除方法,可为拆除物在新建工程“结构—部件—材料”3个层级中的直接与再生利用提供保障。《标准》在工程案例中的实践分析表明:通过标准引领,分类、有序的绿色拆除,可实现30%的拆除废弃物现场利用,58.5万t拆除废弃物全利用,建立了拆除废弃物高效循环利用范式,为绿色拆除技术的推广与应用奠定基础。
