In order to study the impact of cast-in-place hollow infill walls with flexible connections of PVC joint plates on the seismic performance of reinforced concrete(RC) frame structures, six full-scale specimens were designed and manufactured with hollow concrete walls and PVC joint plates as the main factors, and pseudo static tests were conducted. By comparing and analyzing the seismic performance indicators such as failure characteristics, load displacement curves, skeleton curves, stiffness, displacement ductility, and energy dissipation capacity of cast-in-place hollow infill wall frame structures with pure frame structures, flexible connections with PVC joint plates, and rigid connections without joint plates, it is mainly concluded that the addition of PVC joint plates reduces the improvement effect of hollow concrete infill walls on the lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of the frame structure. The displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the cast-in-place hollow concrete infill wall frame structure have been improved, providing protection for the infill wall. However, the cast-in-place concrete hollow infill wall with flexible connections using PVC joint plates still significantly affects the lateral stiffness and ultimate deformation of the frame structure. When designing the structure, reasonable consideration should be given to its adverse effects on the overall seismic performance of the structure.

为研究PVC拉缝板柔性连接的现浇空心填充墙对钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)框架结构抗震性能的影响,以空心混凝土墙和PVC拉缝板为主要因素,设计制作了6榀足尺试件并开展拟静力试验。对比分析纯框架结构、带PVC拉缝板柔性连接和无拉缝板刚性连接的现浇空心填充墙框架结构的破坏特征、荷载-位移曲线、骨架曲线、刚度、位移延性及耗能能力等抗震性能指标。研究结果表明:PVC拉缝板的加入降低了空心混凝土填充墙对框架结构侧向刚度和承载能力的提升作用,改善了现浇空心混凝土填充墙框架结构的位移延性和耗能能力,对填充墙起到了保护作用,但采用PVC拉缝板柔性连接的现浇混凝土空心填充墙仍会显著影响框架结构的抗侧刚度和极限变形,结构设计时应合理考虑其对整体结构抗震性能的不利影响。

为研究PVC拉缝板柔性连接的现浇空心填充墙对钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)框架结构抗震性能的影响,以空心混凝土墙和PVC拉缝板为主要因素,设计制作了6榀足尺试件并开展拟静力试验。对比分析纯框架结构、带PVC拉缝板柔性连接和无拉缝板刚性连接的现浇空心填充墙框架结构的破坏特征、荷载-位移曲线、骨架曲线、刚度、位移延性及耗能能力等抗震性能指标。研究结果表明:PVC拉缝板的加入降低了空心混凝土填充墙对框架结构侧向刚度和承载能力的提升作用,改善了现浇空心混凝土填充墙框架结构的位移延性和耗能能力,对填充墙起到了保护作用,但采用PVC拉缝板柔性连接的现浇混凝土空心填充墙仍会显著影响框架结构的抗侧刚度和极限变形,结构设计时应合理考虑其对整体结构抗震性能的不利影响。

In order to study the impact of cast-in-place hollow infill walls with flexible connections of PVC joint plates on the seismic performance of reinforced concrete(RC) frame structures, six full-scale specimens were designed and manufactured with hollow concrete walls and PVC joint plates as the main factors, and pseudo static tests were conducted. By comparing and analyzing the seismic performance indicators such as failure characteristics, load displacement curves, skeleton curves, stiffness, displacement ductility, and energy dissipation capacity of cast-in-place hollow infill wall frame structures with pure frame structures, flexible connections with PVC joint plates, and rigid connections without joint plates, it is mainly concluded that the addition of PVC joint plates reduces the improvement effect of hollow concrete infill walls on the lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of the frame structure. The displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the cast-in-place hollow concrete infill wall frame structure have been improved, providing protection for the infill wall. However, the cast-in-place concrete hollow infill wall with flexible connections using PVC joint plates still significantly affects the lateral stiffness and ultimate deformation of the frame structure. When designing the structure, reasonable consideration should be given to its adverse effects on the overall seismic performance of the structure.

框架结构是一种应用广泛的建筑结构体系,具有空间设计灵活,能较好地满足建筑使用功能需求。其空间分隔多采用砌体填充墙,即主体结构施工完成后采用砌体进行二次砌筑。但砌体填充墙施工周期长、工业化程度较低,且产生的砌筑垃圾较多。为提高建筑工业化,减少二次作业,缩短施工工期,控制工程成本,近年来,部分单位提出并尝试了钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)框架结构采用现浇空心混凝土墙的工程施工做法[1-2],即空心填充墙与主体结构一体浇筑成型。其具体做法是主体框架与填充墙钢筋一起绑扎施工,在绑扎填充墙钢筋笼时设置PVC空心管,用以减轻自重;填充墙顶部纵向分布筋延伸入框架梁内,墙两侧及墙底与框架断开,仅用拉结筋进行拉结,最后一体浇筑成型。
填充墙作为非结构构件,在结构抗震设计时,通过周期折减方式考虑填充墙刚度贡献。但国内外多次地震震害结果表明[3-5],填充墙与主体结构相互作用影响不可忽视。已有研究表明不同类型的填充墙及不同的连接方式均会对结构的抗震性能产生较大影响[6-9]。因此,为了减小填充墙与框架结构的相互作用,GB 50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》[10]和GB 50003—2011《砌体结构设计规范》[11]均建议在填充墙与框架之间采用柔性连接或彼此脱开。
为减小现浇填充墙对主体结构的影响,结合现有铝模工艺,采用PVC拉缝板对填充墙与框架的连接进行弱化是当前采用较多的一种连接做法[12-13]。其具体做法是在框架与填充墙钢筋笼绑扎时,将PVC拉缝板通过拉结筋分别固定在填充墙两边与柱之间及墙底与底梁之间,拉缝板宽度基本与墙厚相等,起到完全断开的隔离作用,最后同主体一起现浇成型。但目前已有的研究主要针对刚性连接和柔性连接的传统砌体填充墙[14-21],而现行设计规范没有对此类填充墙及连接方式对主体结构性能的影响做出明确规定。因此,如果不能在设计时充分考虑现浇填充墙对结构性能的影响,将会留下结构安全隐患。
针对上述问题,本文以工程中较常用的PVC拉缝板和插PVC管的空心混凝土墙为主要考察因素,开展钢筋混凝土框架试件拟静力试验。
根据研究目的,以有无PVC拉缝板和PVC管空心混凝土墙为因素,设计制作了3组共6榀单层单跨钢筋混凝土框架试件,其中纯框架试件、有PVC管空心墙有拉缝板试件和有PVC管空心墙无拉缝板试件每组各2榀,所有试件框架均采用同截面尺寸和配筋设计。为减小试件可能受扭造成的影响,本次试验采用T形截面异形柱,其具体截面尺寸及配筋设计,如图1所示。梁截面尺寸采用200 mm×400 mm的矩形截面,混凝土保护层均为25 mm,地梁顶距框架柱顶高差为2900 mm。试件主体部分混凝土强度等级为C30,底座混凝土强度等级为C40。纵向受力筋与箍筋均采用HRB400级钢筋。试验采用的PVC空心管管径为110 mm,管间距为200 mm,并在墙与柱及底梁之间均布置了拉结筋,沿柱高度方向拉结筋间距为500 mm,沿水平方向间距为600 mm,布置详图如图2所示。所用拉缝板采用工程中应用较为广泛的PVC结构拉缝板,截面尺寸如图3所示。对于有空心填充墙的2组试件,二者区别仅在于有无拉缝板,PVC空心管及拉缝板施工现场图如图4所示。
水平往复荷载由最大出力为1500 kN的伺服作动器施加,加载全程采用位移控制,开始阶段加载位移级差为2 mm,加载后期位移级差增至6 mm,试件承载力下降至峰值荷载85%后停止加载。试件底座利用地锚螺栓固定,试验加载装置如图5所示。
位移计布置情况如图6所示。各试件均在梁端和底座位置布置了位移计1#和2#,以此来监测梁端位移和底座滑移情况。对于有填充墙的2组试件,均布置了墙对角位移计3#和4#,用以监测空心混凝土墙的剪切变形。对于有拉缝板的一组试件,沿拉缝板高度方向分别在底部和中部位移布置了跨缝位移计5#~8#,以监测拉缝板在位移循环荷载下的变形。
设计强度等级为C30的混凝土实测立方体抗压强度平均值为27.5 MPa。
开展结构拉缝板材性试验,由于试验条件和材料本身的限制,以200 mm为单位长度,选取了较为标准的拉缝板进行裁取,实测了水平拉缝板和竖向拉缝板构件的抗压承载力,试验实测结果如表1所示。
对于纯框架试件KKJ-1,水平位移为7.5 mm(层间位移角约为Δ =1/360)时,柱下部翼缘产生裂缝,梁端产生细微裂缝。随着加载位移幅值的增大,梁、柱端新裂缝增多。加载位移幅值δ =20 mm时,柱脚腹板处出现裂缝,裂缝贯穿柱截面。在δ =66 mm时,梁端混凝土保护层局部压溃剥落。在δ =72 mm时,柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃,钢筋暴露。在δ = 78 mm,柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃范围扩大,可见暴露的钢筋明显弯曲。在δ =84 mm时,梁端混凝土压溃剥落。在δ = 90 mm时,有钢筋断裂声响。在δ = 96 mm(层间位移角约Δ =1/28)时,整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束。
对于纯框架试件KKJ-2,加载过程与试件KKJ-1的加载过程和试验现象基本相同,水平位移为7.6 mm(约Δ =1/355)时,柱下部翼缘产生裂缝,梁端产生细微裂缝。在δ =34 mm时,柱脚腹板处出现裂缝,裂缝贯穿柱截面。在δ =80 mm时,梁端混凝土剥落。在δ =90 mm时,柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃。在δ =98 mm时,柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃剥落严重,钢筋暴露。在δ =106 mm时,可见暴露的钢筋明显弯曲。在δ =114 mm(约Δ =1/24)时,梁端上下混凝土压溃剥落,加载过程有钢筋断裂声响,整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束。
对于拉缝板连接的空心填充墙试件PQKJ-1。水平位移为5.0 mm(约Δ =1/540)时,柱下部翼缘出现第一条裂缝,梁端出现细微裂缝。在加载位移幅值δ为8、10、12 mm的加载过程均有拉结筋断裂并发出的短促“咚”的闷响。试件在δ =10 mm时,左下位置拉缝板出现明显的受压变形白色痕迹,位移循环过程中拉缝板表面的混凝土脱落较多。在δ =14 mm时,墙面开始出现X形斜裂缝。在δ = 22 mm时,拉缝板断裂并发出较大响声。在δ =24 mm时,右侧拉缝板下部与混凝土墙脱离。在δ =26 mm时,柱脚腹板处出现斜裂缝。在δ =28 mm时,拉缝板与墙、柱连接处混凝土剥落,墙面网状交叉裂缝增多。在δ =36 mm时,墙底滑移明显。在δ =46 mm时,柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃。加载至δ =64 mm(Δ =1/40)时,近加载梁端混凝土破坏严重,此时整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束。
对于带拉缝板连接的空心填充墙框架试件PQKJ-2,水平位移为5.1 mm(约Δ =1/530)时,柱下部翼缘出现第一条裂缝,梁端出现细微裂缝。试件加载开始后δ为6、8、12 mm加载过程中,均有拉结筋断裂并发出的短促“咚”的闷响。在δ =14 mm时,墙面开始出现X形斜裂缝。随着加载位移幅值增大,墙面新裂缝增多,旧有裂缝发展,整体呈现交叉网状。在δ =20 mm时,右侧拉缝板下部破坏。在δ =22 mm时,柱根部腹板出现斜裂缝。在δ =34 mm时,加载过程中墙体底部滑移明显。在δ =50 mm时,柱脚腹板处局部压溃。随着循环位移的增大,压溃范围增大,拉缝板连接脱落,梁底墙面有明显网状裂缝,在δ =66 mm时,梁端混凝土局部压溃剥落,最终在δ =70 mm(约Δ =1/39)时,整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束,最终破坏图如图7所示。
对于带刚性连接填充墙的框架试件QKJ-1,水平位移为3.2 mm(约Δ =1/845)时,柱下部翼缘出现第一条裂缝,下部墙角出现45°斜裂缝。当加载位移幅值δ为6、8、10 mm时,有拉结筋断裂声响。随着加载位移的增大,墙面的新裂缝增多,旧裂缝扩大加深,在墙面上呈现网状的交叉裂缝。在δ =20 mm时,柱脚腹板处出现斜裂缝,裂缝贯穿柱截面。在δ =24 mm时,柱根部附近出现多条裂缝,加载位移继续增大,裂缝加深,墙柱交接底部局部压溃。在δ = 40 mm时,墙底的滑移明显。在δ = 46 mm,墙与柱腹板交接处底部混凝土压溃;δ =52 mm(层间位移角Δ =1/52),下部墙角及柱脚腹板处混凝土压溃,大块掉落,墙体钢筋暴露,此时整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束。
试件QKJ-2的加载过程和试验现象与试件QKJ-1基本相似,但试件QKJ-2在加载过程中受扭较明显,在试验加载结束时,试件QKJ-2面外倾斜明显。水平位移为5.3 mm(约Δ =1/510)时,柱下部翼缘出现第一条裂缝,下部墙角出现45°斜裂缝。当加载位移幅值δ为6、8、10 mm时,有拉结筋断裂声响。在δ =22 mm时,柱脚腹板处出现斜裂缝,裂缝贯穿柱截面。在δ =32 mm时,墙底的滑移明显。在δ =44 mm(约Δ =1/61.5)时,墙角混凝土局部压溃,此时整个构件的承载力下降到峰值荷载的85%以下,加载结束。各试件破坏图如图7所示。
对比拉缝板连接试件和刚性连接试件破坏情况,有拉缝板连接试件的墙体由于拉缝板的格构式构造,增大了墙的变形空间,一定程度上保护了墙体,破坏程度较刚性连接试件更轻,墙体基本保持完整。而无拉缝板的刚性连接试件由于墙体分布筋两侧和底部与主体结构断开,仅通过拉结筋进行拉结,同时墙体内也插有PVC管,因此虽然是与主体结构整体浇筑而成,但墙体刚度和承载力均被弱化较多,达不到剪力墙的功能和作用,破坏严重,如图8图9所示。
图10为各试件的荷载-位移滞回曲线,由图可知:
1)纯框架试件在达到峰值荷载后的滞回环峰值荷载下降平缓,刚性连接试件在达到峰值荷载后各滞回环峰值荷载下降迅速,拉缝板连接试件在到达峰值荷载后下降较为平缓,介于纯框架试件与刚性连接试件之间。
2)拉缝板连接试件的滞回曲线较刚性连接试件形状更饱满,且峰值荷载对应层间位移角更大,其中刚性连接试件峰值荷载对应层间位移角分别约为Δ =1/305(δ =8.9 mm)和Δ =1/212(δ=12.7 mm),拉缝板连接试件峰值荷载对应层间位移角分别约为Δ =1/90(δ =32.04 mm)和Δ =1/70(δ =38.55 mm),较刚性连接试件提高了2.27倍。
3)由于在浇筑过程中,拉缝板连接试件PQKJ-1右侧拉缝板破裂,PVC结构拉缝板中空格构被灌浆填实,致使滞回曲线正负方向上不对称,峰值荷载后,试件承载力下降迅速。QKJ-2试件在加载过程中受扭较严重,试件达到峰值荷载后承载力较QKJ-1下降更为迅速。
总体而言,现浇空心墙在相同位移幅值下均较框架结构的侧向刚度以及承载能力均有显著提高,拉缝板连接试件峰值荷载到达的位移较刚性连接试件推后。
各试件的骨架曲线及峰值荷载见图11图12。可知:
1)刚性连接试件的峰值荷载平均为纯框架试件的4.47倍;拉缝板连接试件的峰值荷载平均为纯框架试件的3.31倍,较刚性连接试件平均降低约25.98%。说明现浇空心填充墙的加入提升了结构的承载力,拉缝板的加入能降低填充墙对结构承载力的影响。
2)总体而言,空心填充墙的加入显著提高了结构的侧向承载力,降低了结构的极限位移,拉缝板的加入能够降低填充墙对结构的影响。
按JGJ/T 101—2015《建筑抗震试验规程》[22]中相关公式进行计算试件的割线刚度K。相同加载位移幅值下带现浇空心填充墙试件与纯框架试件割线刚度的比值,简称刚度比。各试件的刚度退化曲线见图13,刚度比曲线见图14。由图13图14可知:
1)刚性连接的QKJ-1试件对初始割线刚度的提升作用最为显著,为纯框架试件的约21.15倍。拉缝板连接试件次之,平均为纯框架的15.20倍。试件QKJ-2由于在加载过程中受扭严重,其初始割线刚度较试件QKJ-1低,与拉缝板连接试件相近,为纯框架试件的14.54倍。拉缝板连接试件的平均初始割线刚度较刚性连接试件平均降低约14.71%,其中较QKJ-1试件降低约28.65%。
2)随着位移加载幅值增大,各试件刚度逐渐降低。在同等位移下,刚性连接QKJ-1试件刚度均大于拉缝板连接试件。
总体上,空心混凝土填充墙使结构刚度显著提升,拉缝板虽然减小填充墙对结构侧向刚度的贡献,但刚度提升依旧显著,对结构产生的影响不可忽视。
位移延性系数μ为试件极限位移δu与屈服位移δy的比值,其中极限位移δu为试件水平荷载下降至峰值荷载85%时对应的位移;屈服位移δy为试件达到屈服荷载时对应的位移。各试件的位移延性系数μ表2所示。
表2可知:
1)刚性连接试件的极限位移相较于纯框架试件平均降低了约66.15%;拉缝板连接试件较纯框架试件的极限位移平均降低约44.18%,较刚性连接试件平均提高约64.91%。表明现浇空心填充墙的加入降低了结构的极限位移,拉缝板的加入能降低填充墙对结构极限位移的影响。
2)纯框架试件的位移延性系数分别为4.6和4.7,介于有空心填充墙的2组试件之间。
3)刚性连接试件的延性系数分别为3.9和2.8,拉缝板连接试件的延性系数分别为4.8和6.4,均高于刚性连接的试件。说明拉缝板的加入改善了现浇空心填充墙结构延性。
4)拉缝板的加入使结构的峰值荷载位移和墙体的开裂位移推后。其中峰值荷载位移平均提高约90.1%,墙体开裂位移平均提高约1.57倍。
结构等效黏滞阻尼系数he按JGJ/T 101—2015《建筑抗震试验规程》[22]相关公式进行计算,累积耗能曲线和he-δ曲线分别见图15图16,由图可知:
1)纯框架试件与有空心填充墙的试件相比,在加载位移幅值δ<50 mm时,相同的位移加载幅值下,纯框架试件的等效黏滞系数及累计耗能均低于有空心填充墙的试件,表明现浇空心填充墙的加入提高了结构的耗能能力。
2)有现浇空心填充墙的2组试件相比,刚性连接试件总耗能均低于拉缝板连接试件。试件QKJ-1相同加载位移幅值下累计耗能较拉缝板连接的试件小,整体介于纯框架试件与拉缝板连接的空心填充墙试件之间,等效黏滞阻尼比系数在δ =44 mm前小于拉缝板连接的试件。试件QKJ-2由于加载时受扭,相同加载位移幅值下累计耗能较拉缝板连接试件大,但试件在达到峰值荷载后迅速破坏,继续承载的能力差。
3)在加载位移幅值δ<44 mm时,拉缝板连接试件的等效黏滞阻尼系数he和总耗能均高于纯框架试件及刚性连接试件QKJ-1。表明拉缝板弱化了现浇空心墙与框架之间的连接,为现浇空心墙提供了变形空间,一定程度上保护了现浇空心墙,使现浇空心墙与框架协同工作,共同抵抗侧向荷载。
4)拉缝板累计总耗能较纯框架试件提高约46.25%,较刚性连接试件提高约50.17%。
通过开展试件拟静力试验,主要得出以下结论:
1)带现浇空心填充墙试件在同等位移下较纯框架试件的侧向刚度、承载能力均有显著提升,极限位移均有显著降低。
2)对比各试件峰值荷载,刚性连接试件为纯框架试件的4.47倍;拉缝板连接试件峰值荷载为纯框架试件的3.31倍,较刚性连接试件的峰值荷载平均降低约25.98%。说明现浇空心填充墙的加入提升了结构的承载力,拉缝板的加入降低了填充墙对结构承载力的影响。
3)刚性连接试件初始割线刚度为纯框架试件的14.54~21.15倍。拉缝板连接试件初始刚度为纯框架试件的15.20倍,相较于刚性连接试件初始割线刚度最大降低了约28.65%,平均降低约14.71%。表明拉缝板的加入能降低填充墙对结构侧向刚度的影响。
4)对于极限位移,刚性连接试件相较于纯框架平均降低约66.15%;拉缝板连接试件相较于纯框架平均降低约44.18%,相较于刚性连接试件平均提高约64.91%。
5)拉缝板的加入降低了空心混凝土填充墙对结构侧向刚度和承载力的提升作用,改善了框架结构空心混凝土填充墙的变形能力,但相比于纯框架刚度提升和极限位移降低作用仍然显著,由此带来的对整体结构的不利影响应在计算时加以合理考虑。
