The reactor building is a vital part of the nuclear island. Its floor response spectrum is essential for the design of internal equipment, such as the reactor pressure vessel and steam generator. To study the variation of the floor response spectrum of seismic isolation structures under different seismic inputs, a shaking table test was conducted on a nuclear reactor building model with a geometric similarity ratio of 1∶20. Three sets of seismic motions were generated based on NRC Reg. Guide 1.6. These included unidirectional (X-direction), bidirectional (X+Y directions), and triaxial (X+Y+Z directions) motions. Accelerometers were used to measure the floor responses under each condition, allowing for the analysis of response spectra for key floors. The results indicate that seismic isolation structures have two main peak points in the floor response spectrum, located near the first and second natural frequencies. The first frequency exhibits a lag, while the second frequency has a lead. There is a coupling effect between seismic motions in different directions. Near the first frequency, this coupling reduces the peak response of the upper structure’s floor spectrum. In contrast, near the second frequency, the interaction between vertical and horizontal seismic motions sharply amplifies the response, and this effect increases with height.

反应堆厂房是核岛厂房的主要部分之一,其楼层反应谱对于内部设备设计(如反应堆压力容器、蒸汽发生器等)至关重要,为探究不同方向地震动作为输入时,核电隔震结构楼层反应谱的变化规律,对某核反应堆厂房内部结构,开展了几何相似比为1∶20的振动台试验。首先根据美国NRCReg.指南1.6改进型反应谱时程拟合得到3地震动,然后将其按照单向(X向)、双向(X+Y向)、三向(X+Y+Z向)分别加载到结构上,最后通过加速度传感器获取各工况下楼层的响应,进而获得各工况下重要楼层的反应谱。结果表明:对于隔震结构,楼层反应谱存在2个主要峰值点,分别位于1阶频率和2阶频率附近,且对于1阶频率具有滞后性,对于2阶频率具有超前性;不同方向的地震动之间存在耦合作用,在1阶频率附近,这种耦合作用会降低上部结构楼层响应谱的峰值;在2阶频率附近处,竖向与水平向地震动之间的耦合作用会使该频率处的响应急剧放大,这种效果会随着高度的增加而增加。

反应堆厂房是核岛厂房的主要部分之一,其楼层反应谱对于内部设备设计(如反应堆压力容器、蒸汽发生器等)至关重要,为探究不同方向地震动作为输入时,核电隔震结构楼层反应谱的变化规律,对某核反应堆厂房内部结构,开展了几何相似比为1∶20的振动台试验。首先根据美国NRCReg.指南1.6改进型反应谱时程拟合得到3地震动,然后将其按照单向(X向)、双向(X+Y向)、三向(X+Y+Z向)分别加载到结构上,最后通过加速度传感器获取各工况下楼层的响应,进而获得各工况下重要楼层的反应谱。结果表明:对于隔震结构,楼层反应谱存在2个主要峰值点,分别位于1阶频率和2阶频率附近,且对于1阶频率具有滞后性,对于2阶频率具有超前性;不同方向的地震动之间存在耦合作用,在1阶频率附近,这种耦合作用会降低上部结构楼层响应谱的峰值;在2阶频率附近处,竖向与水平向地震动之间的耦合作用会使该频率处的响应急剧放大,这种效果会随着高度的增加而增加。

The reactor building is a vital part of the nuclear island. Its floor response spectrum is essential for the design of internal equipment, such as the reactor pressure vessel and steam generator. To study the variation of the floor response spectrum of seismic isolation structures under different seismic inputs, a shaking table test was conducted on a nuclear reactor building model with a geometric similarity ratio of 1∶20. Three sets of seismic motions were generated based on NRC Reg. Guide 1.6. These included unidirectional (X-direction), bidirectional (X+Y directions), and triaxial (X+Y+Z directions) motions. Accelerometers were used to measure the floor responses under each condition, allowing for the analysis of response spectra for key floors. The results indicate that seismic isolation structures have two main peak points in the floor response spectrum, located near the first and second natural frequencies. The first frequency exhibits a lag, while the second frequency has a lead. There is a coupling effect between seismic motions in different directions. Near the first frequency, this coupling reduces the peak response of the upper structure’s floor spectrum. In contrast, near the second frequency, the interaction between vertical and horizontal seismic motions sharply amplifies the response, and this effect increases with height.

随着碳达峰、碳中和计划的提出,核电站的建设迎来了新高潮。由于核电的特殊性,在建设过程中,其安全性引来诸多关注,在核电站运行期间,地震作用是一个巨大的潜在危险。采用基底隔震可以明显降低地震作用,显著提高核电站的安全性[1-2]。然而,随着地震动幅值的增加,当达到基本运行地震动(operating basis earthquake,OBE)甚至是安全运行地震动(safe shutdown earthquake,SSE)时,结构能否实现预期的安全性能目标,不仅与结构构件本身相关,而且与核电厂设备及管道等非结构构件的工作状态密不可分[3]。楼层反应谱在非结构构件的抗震设计和抗震裕度评估中扮演着重要的角色[4],故探究基底隔震下核电厂房楼层反应谱的影响因素至关重要。
诸多学者对于核电厂房楼层反应谱进行了研究,部分学者依据简化力学模型对楼层反应谱展开了研究,汪嘉春等[5]、李忠献等[6]分析了不同地基场地对楼层反应谱的影响。刘燕军等[7]结合工程经验,依据Biggs和Kapur方法提出一种修正模态法,可较为精确的获得楼层反应谱。朱秀云等[8]通过直接法和阻抗子结构法2种时程分析方法计算了不同地基下简化力学模型的楼层加速度反应谱,并和SASSI程序计算结果展开了对比,互相验证了这些方法的有效性。部分学者通过有限元模型对楼层反应谱进行了研究,李忠献等[9]、路立娜等[10]、万松琳等[11]、陈永盛等[12]通过ANSYS建立了核电厂房有限元模型,分别分析了地基土参数对核电厂结构楼层反应谱的影响、隔震对楼层反应谱的影响和基岩场地下阻尼对楼层反应谱的影响。兀琼等[13]运用ABAQUS对核电站CPR1000安全壳结构建立了精细的三维有限元模型,分析了阻尼比对楼层反应谱的影响。张洁等[14]通过SAP2000API,开发了一种核电厂反应谱后处理系统,可以快速计算出楼层反应谱。还有部分学者通过振动台试验对楼层反应谱进行了研究,高永武等[15]、周志光等[16]通过缩尺模型分析了不同场地、不同层高和隔震对楼层反应谱的影响,为核电厂设备、管道抗震设计和抗震裕度评估提供了重要依据。
综上所述,现有关于核电站楼层反应谱的研究主要集中于计算方法、场地类型及基底隔震对于楼层反应谱的影响,在不同方向地震动的耦合效应下,隔震核电厂房结构楼层反应谱的差异性,目前还鲜有研究。本文通过振动台试验,对比分析了地震动的耦合效应对隔震反应堆厂房结构楼层反应谱的影响,揭示了耦合效应下,隔震反应堆厂房结构楼层反应谱的变化规律,为核电设备抗震裕度评估提供参考。
本文选取某多模块反应堆厂房内部原型结构作为研究对象,该结构为组合结构,共7层,层高约5 m,主要由核心筒、外围筒体及楼板构成,总重约66 044 t,其中核心筒墙体与外围6个圆筒为双钢板混凝土结构,楼板为单侧混凝土结构,圆筒之间为钢板混凝土柱,该结构内部构造复杂,且为隔震结构,边界条件难以通过有限元模拟,精度难以保证,故通过振动台试验对其动力响应进行研究。反应堆厂房内部结构见图1
根据原型结构,考虑振动台台面尺寸(5m×5 m)和承载能力(30 t),以尺寸为1/20的比例尺进行缩尺模型设计。缩尺模型的相似分析见表1,通过量纲分析法[17]进行求解相似系数,具体过程见文献[18],表中相似系数均为缩尺模型与原型构件相关物理量的比值。
表1可知,力和刚度相似系数分别为0.001、0.02,按照相似系数,同时满足刚度和强度要求的橡胶隔震支座难以制造,故本研究将隔震层宏观力学参数(整体刚度、强度)进行等效,采用刚度和强度较大且容易制造的隔震支座,减少隔震支座数量,从而解决制造难度和相似关系的矛盾。
原型隔震结构设计隔震频率为0.38 Hz,依据频率相似系数,模型隔震频率为2.31 Hz,考虑到稳定性与制作工艺[19],最终选取6个相同的铅芯橡胶支座作为隔震层,该支座具体参数见表2
试验测量主要由3向加速度传感器和位移计组成,共布置了22个,通过该传感器获取振动台台面及重点楼层的响应,具体布置点位见图2
试验加载均以地震动作为输入,地震动根据美国NRC-Reg.指南1.6改进型反应谱时程拟合得到,共拟合出水平1向、水平2向和竖向3条统计相互独立的人工时程曲线,时间步长均为0.005 s,持续时间均为35 s,拟合后的地震波时程曲线及反应谱见图3
将以上3组时程曲线进行组合,得到试验加载工况见表3
为判断模型结构是否发生了损坏,每轮地震动输入前,对模型结构输入3向峰值加速度均为0.05 g的白噪声激励。根据白噪声激励,获取了模型X向前2阶的动力特性,见表4。白噪声1对应结构加载前的工况,白噪声7对应2SSE加载后的工况。
对于隔震结构,结构响应主要取决于1阶频率[20]。由表4可知,结构在各工况加载后,1阶频率基本没有发生变化,均维持在平均值(2.82 Hz)附近,这一频率与隔震频率(2.31 Hz)相近,说明隔震支座发挥了作用,并且在整个试验过程中,橡胶支座均处于弹性状态。2阶频率主要为了结合楼层谱说明规律,本小节仅给出2阶频率值12.87 Hz(平均值),该频率将在后续进行讨论。该隔震结构在不同工况加载后1阶频率变化见图4
通过振动台试验,获取上述工况的楼层加速度时程,依据反应谱理论[20],通过自编程序对其进行处理,获得指定位置处的楼层反应谱,对其进行详细分析探讨。
水平方向下,一维地震动输入(X向)及二维地震动输入(X向+Y向)时各楼层反应谱见图5图6
图5图6可知,在一维或二维地震动输入下,水平隔震结构楼层反应谱具有2块比较明显的峰值区域,一块位于1阶频率附近,另一块位于2阶频率附近,其中,幅值位于1阶频率对应的峰值附近,随着高度的增加,峰值大小变化不明显,但是响应有变大的趋势,这一点与抗震结构[21]是相同的,图7对这一点进行了说明,图中数值为对应工况楼层反应谱峰值,单位为g

图8可知,三维地震动输入下,对于水平隔震结构,楼层反应谱极值与一维、二维地震动输入一样,具有2块比较明显的峰值区域,一块位于1阶频率附近,另一块位于2阶频率附近。由于竖向未进行隔震,幅值出现的峰值位置与水平输入时不同,主要表现为在不同地震动下,幅值位置不同,在不同高度上,幅值位置不同。说明竖向地震动对于水平隔震结构楼层反应谱影响较大,且影响比较复杂,可以得到的规律是,相对于二维地震动输入,三维地震动输入由于竖向的加入会导致2阶频率处的响应增大,随着高度的增加,这种效应越明显,在最高处甚至会变成幅值点,成为结构最大的响应,在子结构设计时应尽可能地避开高位,同时考虑多种地震动的影响。
通过2.1节的分析可以看出,不同维度的地震动输入对不同层高的楼层反应谱影响不同,为了更明显的说明,将各层高在不同维地震动输入下的楼层反应谱绘制成图,各楼层反应谱见图9~图11。因在同一维度下各工况影响规律均一致,出于篇幅考虑,下面只绘制了各维度输入下单个工况的楼层反应谱,其他工况以表格的形式给出。
图9~图11可知,在1阶频率处,相对于一维输入,二维和三维地震动输入均会减少结构的响应,具体可以通过表5竖向对比得出,这说明地震动之间存在耦合作用;在指定高度处,这种耦合作用对结构来说是有利的。在2阶频率处,表现出来的现象与2.1节相同,这里不再赘述。对于重要子结构,如关键设备,建议考虑进行竖向隔震,避免竖向地震动导致结构基频处响应产生放大效应。
针对某高温气冷堆厂房内部结构,对其进行隔震设计,通过振动台试验,对其进行不同方向地震动输入获取加速度时程数据,计算了基底水平隔震下结构的楼层反应谱,得出如下主要结论:
1)对于隔震结构,楼层反应谱会出现2个峰值,分别位于其1阶频率和2阶频率附近,一维地震动和二维地震动下,1阶频率附近响应更大,不同高度处峰值差异较小,随着高度的增加,响应有轻微变大的趋势,但是影响不大,对于水平隔震结构,若所处区域竖向地震动影响较小,子结构在设计时可忽略高度的影响。
2)对于隔震结构,不同方向的地震动之间存在耦合作用,在1阶频率附近,这种耦合作用会降低结构楼层响应谱幅值;在2阶频率附近,竖向与水平向地震动之间的耦合作会使该频率处的响应急剧放大,随着高度的增加,放大效果更明显,甚至成为楼层反应谱幅值点。对于竖向地震动影响较大地区,建议对结构或者子结构进行三维隔震,同时将子结构安装在较低位置处。
3)对于隔震结构,楼层反应谱峰值对应频率相对于1阶频率具有滞后性,相对于2阶频率具有超前性,在设计子结构时,自振频率建议避开考虑1阶频率附近的频率值(0.7倍1阶频率值)和2阶频率附近的频率值(1.6倍2阶频率值)。
本文研究了不同方向地震动输入对某高温气冷堆厂房内部结构隔震系统楼层反应谱的特征及对高度的影响,以期为核电设备抗震裕度评估提供参考。
