Underground rail transit is the lifeline of urban transportation. Due to the frequent occurrence of earthquakes and the increasing frequency of train entry and exit in China, the structure of subway stations is susceptible to both seismic and train loads. However, the current research on the seismic performance of subway station structures has not considered the practical problem of seismic and train load coupling. In order to ensure the safety of subway station structure when the seismic struck as the train was entering and leaving the station occur, a three-dimensional refined calculation model of soil, subway station and track interaction is established. The load form of train braking entering the station is selected to apply on the track surface, and the three-dimensional seismic wave is input at the bottom of the model. The variation law of stress, displacement and acceleration of subway station structure under the two working conditions of seismic action and seismic train coupling action is compared and analyzed. The results show that under the coupling effect of seismic and train, the peak stress at the bottom of the lower column is the highest, which is the weakest position of the station structure. After deformation occurs, the maximum yield stress value is first reached and plastic failure occurs. In the early stage of train arrival (0~5 s), the acceleration and displacement amplitudes of the board under seismic train coupling are greater than those under seismic action. In the later stage of train arrival, the acceleration and displacement of the board under both working conditions are basically the same. Under the coupling effect of seismic and train, when the seismic acceleration is small and the train speed is high, resonance occurs when the vibration frequencies of the two are close, leading to the amplification of the vibration of the plate.

地下轨道交通是城市交通的生命线,由于我国地震频发以及列车进出站频率增加,地铁车站结构易受地震荷载和列车荷载共同影响,然而目前地铁车站结构抗震性能研究中未考虑地震-列车荷载耦合作用存在的现实问题。为保证地震和列车进出站同时发生时地铁车站结构的安全,建立土体-地铁车站-轨道相互作用的三维精细化计算模型,选取列车制动进站的荷载形式施加在轨道表面,并在模型底部输入三向地震波,对比分析地铁车站结构在地震作用和地震-列车耦合作用2种工况下的应力、位移和加速度的变化规律。研究结果表明:地震-列车耦合作用下,下层柱的柱底峰值应力最大,是车站结构最薄弱的位置,发生变形后首先达到最大屈服应力值并产生塑性破坏;在列车进站前期(0~5 s),板在地震-列车耦合作用下的加速度及位移幅值均大于地震作用下的加速度及位移幅值,列车进站后期,板在2种工况下的加速度及位移基本一致;在地震-列车耦合作用下,当地震加速度较小且列车速度较大时,两者振频接近产生共振,并导致对板的振动放大现象。

地下轨道交通是城市交通的生命线,由于我国地震频发以及列车进出站频率增加,地铁车站结构易受地震荷载和列车荷载共同影响,然而目前地铁车站结构抗震性能研究中未考虑地震-列车荷载耦合作用存在的现实问题。为保证地震和列车进出站同时发生时地铁车站结构的安全,建立土体-地铁车站-轨道相互作用的三维精细化计算模型,选取列车制动进站的荷载形式施加在轨道表面,并在模型底部输入三向地震波,对比分析地铁车站结构在地震作用和地震-列车耦合作用2种工况下的应力、位移和加速度的变化规律。研究结果表明:地震-列车耦合作用下,下层柱的柱底峰值应力最大,是车站结构最薄弱的位置,发生变形后首先达到最大屈服应力值并产生塑性破坏;在列车进站前期(0~5 s),板在地震-列车耦合作用下的加速度及位移幅值均大于地震作用下的加速度及位移幅值,列车进站后期,板在2种工况下的加速度及位移基本一致;在地震-列车耦合作用下,当地震加速度较小且列车速度较大时,两者振频接近产生共振,并导致对板的振动放大现象。

Underground rail transit is the lifeline of urban transportation. Due to the frequent occurrence of earthquakes and the increasing frequency of train entry and exit in China, the structure of subway stations is susceptible to both seismic and train loads. However, the current research on the seismic performance of subway station structures has not considered the practical problem of seismic and train load coupling. In order to ensure the safety of subway station structure when the seismic struck as the train was entering and leaving the station occur, a three-dimensional refined calculation model of soil, subway station and track interaction is established. The load form of train braking entering the station is selected to apply on the track surface, and the three-dimensional seismic wave is input at the bottom of the model. The variation law of stress, displacement and acceleration of subway station structure under the two working conditions of seismic action and seismic train coupling action is compared and analyzed. The results show that under the coupling effect of seismic and train, the peak stress at the bottom of the lower column is the highest, which is the weakest position of the station structure. After deformation occurs, the maximum yield stress value is first reached and plastic failure occurs. In the early stage of train arrival (0~5 s), the acceleration and displacement amplitudes of the board under seismic train coupling are greater than those under seismic action. In the later stage of train arrival, the acceleration and displacement of the board under both working conditions are basically the same. Under the coupling effect of seismic and train, when the seismic acceleration is small and the train speed is high, resonance occurs when the vibration frequencies of the two are close, leading to the amplification of the vibration of the plate.

我国是个地震频发的国家,很多城市处在地震活跃带上,随着地铁建设的蓬勃发展,列车发车频率日益提高,使得列车在进出站时遭遇地震的概率增加,因此有必要研究地震作用下列车进出站时的安全问题,为我国城市轨道的抗震建设服务。
目前,关于地铁车站结构的振动响应研究大多集中在地铁车站结构在单独的列车荷载作用或单独的地震荷载作用下的响应规律,但对地震-列车耦合作用下的地铁车站结构响应规律鲜有研究。对于列车作用下地铁车站结构的动力研究,国内外学者分别采用现场监测和数值模拟等方法。MITROSHIN等[1]通过在隧道中布置监测点,揭示了地铁列车振动在土体中的传播规律,发现当列车从隧道进入地铁车站时存在放大振动的来源,使振动对地面建筑影响较大。王凯等[2]采用ANSYS对换乘节点处进行侧重研究,获得中板处最不利荷载的位置和大小。苏志刚[3]通过ABAQUS对列车荷载作用下拱形无柱地铁车站的振动特性进行探究,分析了列车对车站的中板、顶板以及拉杆板产生的影响。在地铁车站结构的抗震研究方面,主要采用现场试验和数值模拟的方法进行分析。CHEN等[4]通过大型振动台试验对黄土场地中框架式地铁车站结构的破坏机理进行阐释,发现在地震峰值加速度(peak ground acceleration,PGA)较大时,中板和中柱产生的应变大于其他结构。许成顺等[5]通过离心机振动台试验,对比了4个板、柱的变形能力,提出中柱是地铁车站抗震的关键结构,并且总结容易破坏的结构。WANG等[6]通过开展振动台试验,采取不同的地震荷载对地铁车站周围土体-地面相邻建筑物系统的振动响应进行分析,揭示了地下结构的存在对地面相邻建筑物的地震响应的影响。张亚辉等[7]研究了不同地震波下地铁车站结构的振动响应,通过ANSYS对比地震作用下自由场地和含地铁车站结构的土层反应特性,总结了在不同地震作用下地铁车站结构和临近场地土反应谱的关系成S形曲线。汪凡茗等[8]采用ABAQUS对4种地震幅值下地铁车站结构和土体的地震反应进行对比,发现地铁车站的柱顶和柱底最容易先破坏,地震动位移对地铁车站结构变形影响较大。上述文献大多是列车荷载作用下地铁车站系统动力响应的研究,亦或是地震荷载单独作用下地铁车站结构振动规律的分析,然而,对于地震-列车耦合作用下地铁车站结构的动力响应规律研究有限。
目前,已有地震-列车耦合作用下结构响应的研究,大多是地震-列车耦合作用下路基和轨道结构的研究。GAO等[9]建立轨道-路基-地基相互作用体系的三维模型,将不同速度下移动荷载和地震-列车耦合荷载作用下路基和钢轨的振动特性进行对比,提出地震作用下列车的脱轨的临界速度非常小。XIE等[10]建立地震-列车耦合作用下的2.5维模型,研究了地震-列车耦合作用引起的地面振动特性,发现地震-列车耦合作用下地面振动受列车速度和土体刚度的影响较大。王滢等[11]采用轨道系统-弹塑性路基-地基三维有限元模型,分析了不同列车速度下高速铁路弹塑性路基和轨道的地震响应,并且推测出列车脱轨速度。石传志等[12]建立轨道结构-路基-地基三维数值计算模型,研究了地震荷载和列车移动荷载共同作用下路基在不同列车速度及轴重条件下的应力、位移和加速度的振动特征。曹礼聪等[13]开展大型振动台试验,探究了路基上的列车在不同特性及幅值地震波作用下的脱轨特性。
因此,在上述已有的研究基础上,本文针对地震-列车耦合作用下地铁车站结构的动力响应特性问题,建立轨道系统-地铁车站结构-土体相互作用的三维精细化模型,对地震作用下列车减速进站时,地铁车站结构的应力、位移及加速度的响应规律开展研究,以期为地下结构的抗震设计提供参考。
以青岛地铁车站为例,依据我国的GB 50157—2013《地铁设计规范》[14],采用ABAQUS软件建立两层三跨的地铁车站模型,车站顶板覆土深度为3 m,主体水平横向宽度为21.8 m,高度为14.8 m,中柱采用0.8 m×1 m的矩形截面柱,纵轴向中柱间距8 m,柱高6.2 m,顶板厚0.8 m,中板厚0.4 m,底板厚0.8 m,地铁车站剖面图如图1所示。
地铁车站结构的墙、板、梁、柱均采用C40混凝土,其密度为2 500 kg/m3,弹性模量为32 500 MPa,混凝土轴心抗压强度为19.1 N/mm2,泊松比为0.2,主体结构采用混凝土动力损伤塑性模型对混凝土材料的力学特性进行模拟,混凝土塑性损伤参数见表1;土体的力学特性采用摩尔库伦模型进行模拟,土层简化为6层,土体基本参数见表2。在有限元动力分析过程中,采取自动平衡法进行地应力平衡,并采取瑞利阻尼,分别计算各结构的瑞利阻尼系数,阻尼矩阵形式如式(1)、式(2)所示:
式中:x为模型中土体、车站、隧道等不同结构;αxβx为阻尼系数;Cx为第x种材料的阻尼矩阵;Mx为质量矩阵;Kx为刚度矩阵;ωiωj为计算体系的第i阶和第j阶频率,ξiξj为对应的第i阶和第j阶频率的阻尼比。
钢轨采用60 kg/m的工字型截面型钢,轨道间距为1.435 m,扣件支点间距为0.65 m。模型中轨道系统通过线性弹簧和黏性阻尼连接,弹簧的等效横、纵向刚度均取37. 5 kN/m,横、纵向阻尼系数均取30.0 kN•s•m-1,等效竖向(垂向)刚度和阻尼系数分别取25.0、37.5 kN•s•m-1
建立土体-地铁车站-轨道相互作用的三维精细化计算模型如图2所示,模型尺寸为200 m×100 m×60 m。车站中柱结构的单元划分为0.5 m×0.5 m×0.5 m,梁和板的单元划分为0.5 m×0.5 m×1 m,土体单元根据式(3)[15]计算确定为1 m×1 m×1 m,轨道网格尺寸参考薛富春等[16]的研究成果定为0.05 m,单元类型均为C3D8R。
式中:hmax为土单元网格的最大尺寸;vs为土层的剪切波速,取200 m/s;fmax为输入地震动的最大振动频率,取30 Hz。经计算,土体单元最大尺寸为0.83~1.1 m,符合计算精度要求。
土体与地铁车站结构之间的相互作用采用接触面进行模拟,法向接触采用硬接触,切向作用满足Coulomb摩擦定律;模型边界设置黏弹性人工边界[17],并在各个边界的节点上分别设置三向的弹簧-阻尼元件,以解决二次响应问题。
分析地铁车站结构的地震响应,将地震波动转化为边界节点的等效荷载;输入地震波采用绵竹清平台站所记录的汶川地震波,抗震设防烈度为7度,根据GB 50111—2006《铁路工程抗震设计规范》[18]对地震波幅值进行三向等比例调整[19-20],输入峰值加速度为0.1 g,其加速度时程曲线如图3所示。在结构抗震分析计算时,采用与夏栋舟等[21]相同的方法,在模型底部施加三向地震波加速度[18]
通过编制DLOAD子程序,对ABAQUS软件进行二次开发。模型建立不考虑车轨的不平顺性,以移动荷载的运行方向(即y轴)为正向,荷载的移动坐标根据列车的运行速度v和时间t进行定义,即y=y0+vt,其中v=v0+aty0是车轮载荷的初始坐标值,v0为列车初始速度,取60 m/s,a为列车加速度,取1 m/s2。在软件中将列车车轴轴重载荷设置为施加在钢轨表面上的移动表面载荷,将列车产生的连续轴重荷载采用式(4)、式(5)[22]表示:
式中:PM为列车产生的连续轴重荷载;c为车速;M为车厢节数;Pn1Pn2分别为车厢前后轮的轴重力;Ls为车厢长度;L0为第1节车厢前某测量参考点的始距;anbn为车轴间距;δ(•)为冲击荷的Dirac函数。
地铁列车移动荷载模拟参数为B型动车,车辆长度为19 m,地板宽度为2.8 m,车辆最大高度3.8 m,每节列车转向架之间的距离为11.14 m,地铁移动荷载轴重取14 t。列车荷载分布如图4所示。
由于无法对实际地震发生时车站内的振动响应进行直接测量验证,因此对列车进站这一工况进行模拟研究。在模型中输入与文献[23]相同的土体、列车以及地铁车站结构的数据,取相同位置的1~3测点进行模拟计算。并根据深圳市地铁9号线沿线某地铁车站站台层进行现场实测的数据,对比验证地下车站一层地面在移动荷载作用下的振动响应,以此确保模型的正确性。
图5为测点1、测点2、测点3的模拟计算竖向振动速度时程曲线,与文献[23]中的地铁车站站台层监测数据的z方向竖向振动速度时程曲线图对比可知,3个测点模拟计算和文献实测的竖向振动速度时程曲线变化趋势大致相同,其中,测点1计算结果的峰值加速度大约出现在1.2 s,值约为2.86×10-3 m/s,文献中实测结果的峰值加速度大约出现在1.3 s,值对应为2.79×10-3 m/s;测点2计算结果的峰值加速度大约出现在3.5 s,值约为0.97×10-3 m/s,文献中实测结果的峰值加速度大约出现在3.6 s,值对应为1×10-3 m/s;测点3计算结果的峰值加速度大约出现在4.7 s,值约为-3.62×10-3 m/s,文献中实测结果的峰值加速度大约出现在4.8 s,值对应为-3.71×10-3 m/s。模拟计算和文献实测的测点峰值速度基本一致,误差在5%以内,在列车载荷作用下模型的正确性得以验证。由此可见,当地震荷载和列车荷载正确施加的情况下,模型的正确性也可保证。
图6是地震作用发生初始时刻和地震-列车耦合作用的初始瞬间下车站主体的X方向正应力云图。由图可知,柱子在地震作用下和地震-列车耦合作用下的应力值差别较小,而底板、侧墙以及侧墙和底板的连接处应力值差别较大,说明列车减速进站对于柱子的影响较小,柱子主要承受地震产生的影响,而对于底板和侧墙的影响较大。同时也说明在地震和列车耦合作用下,列车荷载产生的影响不容忽视。
图7为地震作用发生初始时刻和地震-列车耦合作用的初始瞬间下侧墙和底板各测点的应力变化曲线。由图可知,2种工况下的底板和侧墙的应力相差较大,其中底板与侧墙的连接处的应力值相差最大,说明初始时刻列车减速进站对于底板和侧墙的影响较大,而这种影响随着与列车距离增大而减小。
为分析柱子在2种工况下的受力特性,分别选取地铁车站结构中上、下层柱作为研究对象,由于篇幅原因,仅对上层1号柱和下层4号柱进行研究,在地震作用最大时刻(即12.5 s)1号和4号柱子在2种工况下的剪应力变化如图8所示,其水平方向剪应力随着柱子不同高度的变化趋势如图9所示。由图8图9可知,柱子的应力变化趋势基本一致,除峰值应力相差较大外,相同时刻的应力值基本相差不大,说明柱子受到地震作用的影响较大。
图9可知,在地震-列车耦合作用下,柱子的受力有所不同,较单独地震荷载剪应力峰值有所提高。其中,上层1号柱在地震-列车耦合作用下的最大剪应力为12.77 MPa,与单独地震作用下的最大剪应力相比增大了1.46 MPa。而下层4号柱在耦合作用下的最大剪应力为13.05 MPa,比地震作用下的最大剪应力增大了1.69 MPa,说明在列车荷载作用下车站结构产生的内力较大,不能被忽略。
取下层靠近列车运行一侧的4号柱、5号柱,以及离列车较远的6号柱的应力进行分析,其中柱顶和柱底的应力变化曲线如图10所示。由4~6号柱子的底部和顶部的应力变化曲线可知,列车荷载对柱子的影响较小,主要影响来自于地震荷载,2种工况下柱子两端应力曲线的峰值大小和走向变化基本一致。在0~5 s内,与地震作用相比,在地震-列车耦合作用下4~6号柱的柱底应力幅值分别增加2.4%、3.9%、12.4%,柱顶的应力幅值分别增大5.4%、2.9%、5.3%,其中5号柱的变化最小,在5 s后,3个柱子在2种工况下应力曲线的变化基本一致。这是由于0~5 s内受列车减速的影响,使柱子两端的应力产生变化,5 s后随着列车速度进一步减小,车站结构主要受地震荷载的影响。
1~6号柱的柱顶和柱底在2种工况下的应力峰值如表3所示。由表可知,与地震作用相比,地震-列车耦合作用的工况下,上层柱受到的影响比下层柱要小的多,并且下层柱的柱顶受耦合作用的影响比柱底也小。下层柱柱底应力峰值分别相差0.58、0.32、0.60 MPa,柱顶应力峰值分别相差0.18、0.27、0.90 MPa。对比发现,在列车和地震耦合作用下,下层柱的柱底应力峰值最大,说明双层三跨地下车站结构中,下层柱底部是受力最薄弱位置,发生变形后首先达到最大屈服应力值,发生塑性破坏增大车站整体结构损坏的危险。
为研究列车和地震耦合作用对地铁车站结构的位移影响,对顶底板上2个测点的相对水平位移值进行分析,计算结果如图11所示。由图11(a)可知,0~5 s内,2种工况下板的相对位移幅值差距较大,其中,地震-列车耦合作用下顶底板相对位移在2.3 s时刻突增至0.008 m。参考文献[12]分析发现,此时地震波加速度较小而列车速度较大,两者的振频接近引发共振,从而产生对底板的振动放大现象,使得顶底板相对位移增大。5 s后随着地震波逐渐增强和列车逐渐减速,车站结构逐渐受到地震荷载主导影响,2种工况下板的相对位移差距较小。由图11(b)可知,0~5 s内,在地震-列车耦合作用下板的相对位移与地震作用下板的相对位移基本一致。5 s后,在地震-列车耦合作用下,结构中线处顶板在14.7 s时相对位移峰值达0.049 m,地震单独作用下,在14.8 s时相对位移峰值达0.048 m,说明地震荷载在其中起主导作用。对比两图可知,与结构中线上测点相比,靠近列车一侧顶底板的水平相对位移较小,但其受地震-列车耦合作用的影响较为显著。
为了进一步分析地铁车站结构在地震-列车耦合作用下的响应特性,对底板、中板及顶板在2种工况下的加速度进行分析,各板在地震-列车耦合作用以及地震荷载单独作用下的水平方向加速度时程曲线如图12所示。
图12(a)可知,在0~5 s内,底板的加速度幅值在2种工况下有较大差距,底板受地震-列车耦合作用影响显著,加速度较单一地震荷载的工况明显增大,5 s内加速度峰值达到0.67 m/s2。5 s后,随着地震波逐渐增强以及列车逐渐减速,底板加速度逐渐受地震荷载主导的影响,耦合作用下在10.2 s出现加速度峰值为1.87 m/s2,仅地震作用下在13.3 s出现相对位移峰值为1.83 m/s2。由图12(b)可知,中板在2种工况下加速度时程差距较小,中板加速度幅值较单一地震荷载工况发生小幅度的提高,5 s内加速度峰值达到0.41 m/s2。5 s后,中板在耦合作用下,在10.2 s出现加速度峰值为2.32 m/s2,仅地震作用下,在10.2 s出现相对位移峰值为2.30 m/s2。5 s后,中板完全受地震荷载主导,其峰值加速度以及对应时间与地震荷载工况基本相同。由图12(c)可知,顶板在2种工况下的振动加速度基本一致,其完全受到地震荷载的作用,列车荷载的作用可以忽略不计。
本文建立了轨道系统-地铁车站结构-土体相互作用的三维精细化模型,对地铁车站结构构件在地震作用和地震-列车耦合作用2种工况下的应力、位移以及加速度变化曲线进行了分析。主要结论如下:
1)地震-列车耦合作用对底板和侧墙的影响较为显著,对柱的影响很小,与地震作用相比,在地震-列车耦合作用下下层4号、5号、6号3个柱的柱底峰值应力分别增加2.4%、3.9%、12.4%,柱顶的峰值应力分别增大5.4%、2.9%、5.3%,柱子的受力主要来自地震作用。此外,在列车和地震耦合作用下,下层柱的柱底峰值应力最大,是双层三跨地铁车站结构中受力最薄弱位置。
2)靠近列车一侧顶底板受地震-列车耦合作用的影响较为显著,在进站前期(0~5 s)位移差距较大,这是由于刚进站时列车速度较大,列车振频和地震振频接近引发共振,使得顶底板相对位移增大,随着列车减速和地震增强,地震作用占主导地位,2种工况下顶底板的位移变化基本一致。在列车进站整个过程中,结构中线处的顶底板受列车荷载影响较小,主要受地震荷载作用。
3)进站前期(0~5 s),底板受列车和地震耦合作用的影响显著,其加速度幅值较单一地震荷载工况明显提高,中板加速度幅值也较单一地震荷载工况发生小幅度的提高。在5 s后,底板和中板加速度逐渐受地震荷载主导的影响,其峰值加速度以及对应时间与地震荷载工况基本相同。对于顶板,在列车进站整个过程中,其完全受地震荷载的作用,列车荷载的作用可以忽略不计。
4)与地震作用相比,地震-列车耦合作用下车站结构的应力、位移和加速度峰值相差不大,但剪应力峰值相差较大,说明列车运行使车站结构产生了较大的内力,在地铁车站抗震设计中,列车荷载的影响不可忽略。
