This article mainly presents the investigation of bridges located in seismic intensity 8 degree and 7 degree zones on 306 Provincial Road, 310 National Road and Chuanting Highway. Peak acceleration of over 900 cm/s2 was recorded at station GS. N0028 in the town of Dahejia, far exceeding the local rare earthquake fortification standard. However, the investigation results show that the bridges in the intensity 8 degree zone were mainly slightly damaged, including restrainer damage, lateral displacement of the main girder and bearing sliding, except for one bridge on Chuanting Highway where shear cracks were found in the pier, no other bridge in this area was found that suffered main structural damage. Bridges in the intensity 7 degree zone were basically intact, with some rubber deformations and unrecoverable displacements in the rubber bearings, as well as changes in the distance between restrainers. Fortunately, these issues did not affect their functionality. Concrete restrainer, as a measure to prevent lateral displacement of the main beam, has shown effectiveness in seismic damage, and is lack of rapid recovery characteristics. At the same time, the restrainer that installed cushion rubber pad also suffered severe damage, therefore, improving the cushioning device and considering the quick recovery of performance are needed in the future studies.

调查了306省道、310国道以及川亭公路上位于地震烈度8度和7度区的桥梁。GS.N0028台站记录到的大河家镇加速度峰值超过900 cm/s2,远超当地罕遇地震设防标准,但从调查的结果看,本次地震中,8度区的桥梁震害主要以轻微破坏为主,包括挡块破坏、主梁侧移和支座滑移,除了川亭公路上发现一桥梁的桥墩出现剪切裂缝外,其他桥梁未发现主体结构发生破坏。7度区的桥梁基本完好,橡胶支座中橡胶有变形无法恢复以及主梁位移导致挡块间距发生变化,但都不影响功能。混凝土挡块作为主梁防侧移装置,震害虽然表明其有效性,但缺乏快速恢复的特性,同时设置缓冲橡胶垫的挡块仍然发生了较严重的破坏,因此,以后需要进一步加强挡块的缓冲装置和考虑可快速恢复性能的研究。

调查了306省道、310国道以及川亭公路上位于地震烈度8度和7度区的桥梁。GS.N0028台站记录到的大河家镇加速度峰值超过900 cm/s2,远超当地罕遇地震设防标准,但从调查的结果看,本次地震中,8度区的桥梁震害主要以轻微破坏为主,包括挡块破坏、主梁侧移和支座滑移,除了川亭公路上发现一桥梁的桥墩出现剪切裂缝外,其他桥梁未发现主体结构发生破坏。7度区的桥梁基本完好,橡胶支座中橡胶有变形无法恢复以及主梁位移导致挡块间距发生变化,但都不影响功能。混凝土挡块作为主梁防侧移装置,震害虽然表明其有效性,但缺乏快速恢复的特性,同时设置缓冲橡胶垫的挡块仍然发生了较严重的破坏,因此,以后需要进一步加强挡块的缓冲装置和考虑可快速恢复性能的研究。

This article mainly presents the investigation of bridges located in seismic intensity 8 degree and 7 degree zones on 306 Provincial Road, 310 National Road and Chuanting Highway. Peak acceleration of over 900 cm/s2 was recorded at station GS. N0028 in the town of Dahejia, far exceeding the local rare earthquake fortification standard. However, the investigation results show that the bridges in the intensity 8 degree zone were mainly slightly damaged, including restrainer damage, lateral displacement of the main girder and bearing sliding, except for one bridge on Chuanting Highway where shear cracks were found in the pier, no other bridge in this area was found that suffered main structural damage. Bridges in the intensity 7 degree zone were basically intact, with some rubber deformations and unrecoverable displacements in the rubber bearings, as well as changes in the distance between restrainers. Fortunately, these issues did not affect their functionality. Concrete restrainer, as a measure to prevent lateral displacement of the main beam, has shown effectiveness in seismic damage, and is lack of rapid recovery characteristics. At the same time, the restrainer that installed cushion rubber pad also suffered severe damage, therefore, improving the cushioning device and considering the quick recovery of performance are needed in the future studies.

2023年12月18日北京时间23时59分,在甘肃省临夏回族自治州积石山县(35.70°N,102.79°E)发生6.2级地震,震源深度10 km,发震区域属于甘南构造区[1],截至2023年12月31日共造成151人死亡,千余人受伤[2]
地震发生后中国地震局迅速组织专家进行现场地震现场应急调查,包括对灾区范围内台站、建筑物、生命线工程、地震地质灾害及次生灾害进行调查,并通过震害调查评定宏观烈度。经调查,宏观震中位于大河家镇,烈度评定为8度[3]。而地震台网中的GS.N0028台站位于积石山县大河家镇康吊村(102.75°E,35.8°N),高程1 854 m,距微观震中13.6 km,距离大河家黄河大桥约6 km,记录到最大峰值加速度为928 cm/s2,最大峰值速度为57.3 cm/s,该台站观测仪器为MI3000地震烈度仪,固定于铁塔站房距离地面约30 cm内墙上,站房位于坡度较缓的斜坡中部,坡度约为5°。
桥梁作为重要的生命线工程,其震后的功能畅通性是地震应急救援、物资运输等的重要保障。而我国西部、西南部地区的山区及河谷较多,地震断裂带密布,导致我国西部、西南部山区桥梁的地质条件复杂,使桥梁的易损性较高[4-5],其在地震中发生破坏,往往会给灾区救援工作带来极大的阻碍,严重影响救援的效率。本次地震位于甘肃和青海省,地质条件复杂,地震后大河家黄河大桥一度封闭,使甘肃—青海的线路需要绕行10 km以上,给救援带来了极大的困难。经中国地震局批准,中国地震局科技人员对灾区的生命线工程进行了考察,分析灾区桥梁结构的震害特征,以期对未来桥梁的地震安全和抗震能力分析提供一定的参考。
本文主要涉及调查了306省道、310国道以及川亭公路上位于地震烈度8度和7度区的桥梁,该地区设防等级属于7度0.10 g三组[6]。地震烈度8度受损的桥梁具体桥梁包括大河家黄河大桥(新桥和旧桥)、306省道2个桥梁、310国道以及川亭公路上桥梁,同时也调查了沿途没有震害的桥梁,如表1所示。
大河家黄河大桥新桥为3跨1联(45 m+90 m+45 m)的预应力混凝土连续梁桥,桥梁全长185.5 m,行车道净宽9.0 m,如图1所示。大河家黄河大桥新桥位于8度区,主体桥墩、梁未见裂缝,主要的震害包括在桥梁两端与桥台的碰撞产生裂缝,如图2所示。主梁南侧伸缩缝处碰撞导致东侧拉开3 cm左右位移,如图3所示。在大河家黄河大桥新桥的北侧有一条沿河走向的地裂缝贯穿桥台,如图4所示。裂缝最大尺寸接近20 cm,导致桥台侧墙和端墙发生严重裂缝,如图5图6所示。支座的滑移导致连接锚栓折断和倾斜,如图7图8所示。除此之外,桥梁的附属构件也发生不同程度的破坏,比如排水管拉脱,如图9所示。
本次地震中未发现河堤处发生液化。由于大河家黄河大桥北侧河堤落差和坡度都比较大,河堤处虽然用石头砌筑加固,但北侧河堤土层仍然出现了一定的滑动,而且拦河堤发生外闪,如图10所示,导致了河堤坡面产生了较大的地面裂缝且通过了北侧桥台,了解到北岸桥台在地震中土层沉陷或滑移,再加上主梁的碰撞导致桥台墙体处发生严重的水平裂缝。
大河家黄河大桥旧桥为刚构桥,加固之前桥长161.12 m,桥面宽9 m,主跨1孔、跨径70 m,副跨2孔、跨径45 m。桥型采用大跨径预应力混凝土T型结构,下部结构采用普通钢筋混凝土箱型桥墩,基础为沉井。后旧桥经过维修改造,在中部设置了20 m“挂梁”,两端是用挂梁“搭接”在主梁上,改造后的大桥长度也达到了180 m。
在本次地震中,大河家黄河大桥旧桥位于8度区,桥梁主体桥墩、梁未发现明显裂缝,如图11所示。主要震害包括跨中“挂梁”挡块发生破坏,如图12所示。跨中梁体横向侧移及纵向碰撞如图13图14所示。从震害可以看到中部增加的简支梁在地震中易因碰撞发生破坏。
旧桥护栏底部开裂外闪如图15图16所示。两端挡块均未设置缓冲装置,南北侧挡块碰撞斜(竖向)开裂如图17图18所示。除此之外,南侧有一条沿河流的裂缝(横向)穿过护坡如图19所示。
大河家黄河大桥旧桥中间增加的挂梁[7],由于无墩柱支撑,其极易在地震中造成碰撞、落梁等破坏,需要增加可靠措施进行加固[8-11]
川亭公路通往官亭镇的公路桥梁为一个3跨T梁简支梁桥如图20所示,桥墩为重力式桥墩,未发现支座,中间墩底部有冲刷痕迹。该桥梁位于川亭公路通往官亭镇公路上,8度区,中间跨一桥墩发生严重剪切裂缝,最长缝长140 cm左右,如图21图22所示,图2122中的横向裂缝判断应该是施工缝[12-14]。该公路桥梁被鉴定为危桥,整体属于中等破坏[15]
306省道K8段的公路桥梁为双向上下行线的2座桥,均为3跨简支梁桥如图23所示,支座为板式橡胶支座。桥梁的桥墩、梁未发现破坏。在桥梁的两端、中间的挡块均由于主梁横向位移导致碰撞而破坏,其中两端较重,而中间较轻如图24图25所示。两端和中间支座均发生了不同程度的滑移,最大达到约10 cm,如图26所示。梁端与桥台发生碰撞及错动如图27所示。此桥梁端部挡块设置了缓冲橡胶,仍然发生了严重的破坏,中部未设缓存橡胶,挡块的破坏说明了挡块在抵抗主梁横向移动的有效性[16-18],但无法做到快速恢复。设计足够有效且能快速恢复的挡块是一个值得考虑的问题[19-20],而且需要对挡块的缓冲装置性能进行进一步的研究。
黄河二号大桥主桥为连续刚构桥,引桥为T梁简支梁,位于7度区。西侧引桥由于地震导致主梁侧移,从而两侧挡块间距产生差异如图28所示,主桥与引桥的接缝处也因地震留有碰撞痕迹;310国道清大线一公路桥梁支座橡胶变形,无法恢复,7度区,如图29所示。两座桥梁均属于完好,震后功能正常。
本次调查的损坏桥梁范围主要在8度区,本地设防烈度为7度0.1 g,总体上桥梁震害以轻微破坏为主,7度桥梁基本完好。通过本次调查表明:
1)大河家镇为宏观震中,根据现场调查最终烈度评定为8度,而GS.N0028台站位于大河家镇,记录到的地震动峰值最大值为928 cm/s2。大河家黄河大桥距离GS.N0028台站约6 km,其主体并未发生严重破坏,仅在桥台墙体发生轻微的损伤;周围的临大高速黄河大桥(在建)主体结构完好。考虑GS.N0028台站观测仪器布置方式以及台站山坡位置影响,大河家黄河大桥场地的实际地震动大小需要综合考虑以上因素进行反演。
2)本次地震中挡块部分设置了缓冲橡胶,多数未设缓存橡胶,挡块的破坏说明了挡块在抵抗主梁横向移动的有效性;但是这种混凝土的挡块无法快速恢复。从调查现场看到,挡块破坏后基本上要等到几个月甚至更久之后才能得到维修,对于在一些高烈度可能造成强余震风险的桥梁而言,这种挡块设计并非良策,因此,设计出既有效又具有快速恢复的挡块具有非常重要的意义。本次地震中有端部挡块设置了缓冲橡胶,却仍然发生了严重的破坏,因此,以后需要对挡块的缓冲装置性能进行进一步研究。
3)本次地震中大河家黄河大桥虽然在地震中梁体和桥墩未发生可见破坏,震后仍然保持了功能正常。但北侧桥台墙体发生破坏必须采用适当的工程措施,例如桩基加固等,以提高桥台及其邻近河堤的整体稳定性,确保地震发生时桥梁的安全和功能性。
4)大河家黄河大桥旧桥中间的挂梁,由于无墩柱支撑,其极易在地震中造成碰撞、落梁等破坏,需要增加可靠措施进行加固。
