【目的】

系统分析森林康养环境因子的时空变化特征及其对人体舒适度的影响，评价其康养功能，为祁连山国家公园入口社区森林康养产业发展提供理论依据，拓宽祁连山生态产品价值实现路径。

【方法】

以祁连山青海云杉Picea crassifolia林为研究对象，通过小气候监测（温度、湿度、风速）、空气质量指标（PM_2.5、PM₁₀、空气负离子浓度）的定量测定，结合气候舒适度模型（综合舒适度指数，S）与Pearson相关性分析，揭示青海云杉林康养功能的季节性分异规律。

【结果】

1）小气候因子呈现显著的日动态与月际差异，其中7—8月温度18～24 ℃、湿度45%～65%、风速低于1 m/s的组合最符合人体舒适需求。2）PM_2.5浓度为2.08～12.43 μg/m³，PM₁₀浓度为25.35～54.56 μg/m³，均低于国家一级标准限值，空气质量优良。3）空气负离子浓度（1 340～2 610个/m³）在夏季达到峰值，且与温度（r=0.524，P<0.05）、风速（r=0.390，P<0.01）呈显著正相关，与PM_2.5（r=-0.361，P<0.01）及湿度（r=-0.370，P<0.01）呈负相关。

【结论】

综合环境小气候、舒适度和空气质量的评价表明，祁连山青海云杉林具有康养功效且效果显著，且7月上旬至8月中旬为最优康养期（S≤4.55，Ⅰ级），该时段兼具最优气候舒适度（Ⅰ级）与空气质量（空气负离子浓度Ⅰ级+PM_2.5一级），能够提供优质的森林康养环境。

【Objective】

To analyze the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of forest health and wellness environmental factors and their impact on human comfort, evaluate their health and wellness functions, and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the forest health and wellness industry in the entrance communities of the Qilian mountain national park, broadening the path for realizing the value of Qilian mountain's ecological products.

【Method】

Taking the Picea crassifolia forest in the Qilian mountains as the research object, through quantitative determination of microclimate monitoring (temperature, humidity, wind speed) and air quality indicators (PM_2.5, PM₁₀, air negative ion concentration), combined with the climate comfort model (comprehensive comfort index, S) and Pearson correlation analysis, the seasonal differentiation law of the health care function of the Picea crassifolia forest is revealed.

【Result】

1) The microclimate factors showed significant daily dynamics and monthly differences, among which the combination of temperature (18-24 ℃), humidity (45%-65%), and wind speed (<1 m/s) from July to August was most in line with human comfort needs; 2) The concentrations of PM_2.5 (2.08-12.43 μg/m³) and PM₁₀ (25.35-54.56 μg/m³) were both lower than the national first-class standard limits, indicating good air quality; 3) Concentration of air negative ion (1 340-2 610 ions/m³) peaked in summer, and was significantly positively correlated with temperature (r=0.524, P<0.05) and wind speed (r=0.390, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with PM_2.5 (r=-0.361, P<0.01) and humidity (r=-0.370, P<0.01).

【Conclusion】

The comprehensive evaluation of microclimate, comprehensive comfort, and air quality showed that the Picea crassifolia forest in the Qilian mountains has a significant wellness effect, and the period from early July to mid-August is the optimal wellness period (S≤4.55, Grade I), which combines the best climate comfort (Grade I) and air quality (NAI Grade I + PM_2.5 Grade I), providing a high-quality forest wellness environment.
