To further enhance the intelligent recognition, assessment, early warning, and active prevention and control capabilities of high-speed railways in responding to risks such as natural disasters, perimeter invasion/foreign object intrusion, and external environmental safety, a method for active perception and early warning of the operational environment safety of high-speed railways is proposed based on the concept of active control of high-speed railway operating environment safety. By analyzing the action mechanism and spatiotemporal evolution patterns of the main influencing factors on the operational environment safety of high-speed railways, the disturbance mechanisms of various risk sources on train operation are revealed. On this basis, a situational awareness method for the operating environment safety across full spatiotemporal scenarios is designed, covering refined forecasting of meteorological disasters, multi-modal fusion-based recognition of perimeter invasion/foreign object intrusion, and intelligent perception of external environmental hazards through air-space-ground collaboration. Corresponding intelligent assessment and early warning models are then constructed, and active control and emergency response strategies are formulated. The results show that the accuracy of refined gale situational awareness for wind speed forecasting reaches 93%. Compared with the existing similar intelligent methods, the transmission delay of alarm information from system generation to train's beyond-visual-range terminal display is reduced from 2.364 s to 1.651 s. This method can provide a systematic solution for engineering applications and demonstrate promising prospects for practical implementation.

为进一步强化高铁在应对自然灾害、周界入侵/异物侵限及外部环境安全等风险时的智能识别、评估预警与主动防控能力,以高铁运行环境安全主动控制理念为指引,提出1种高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警方法。通过分析高铁运行环境安全主要影响因素的作用机理及时空演化规律,揭示多种风险源对行车安全的扰动机制。在此基础上,设计全时空场景下高铁运行环境安全态势感知方法,涵盖气象灾害精细化预测、多模态融合的周界入侵/异物侵限别和空天地协同的外部环境隐患智能感知,进而构建相应的智能评估预警模型,并制定主动控制及应急处置策略。结果表明:大风精细化态势感知的风速预报准确率达93%;与现有同类智能方法相比,报警信息从系统产生到超视距车载终端显示的传输时延从2.364 s缩短至1.651 s。该方法可为工程化应用提供系统化解决方案,具有良好的工程化应用前景。

为进一步强化高铁在应对自然灾害、周界入侵/异物侵限及外部环境安全等风险时的智能识别、评估预警与主动防控能力,以高铁运行环境安全主动控制理念为指引,提出1种高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警方法。通过分析高铁运行环境安全主要影响因素的作用机理及时空演化规律,揭示多种风险源对行车安全的扰动机制。在此基础上,设计全时空场景下高铁运行环境安全态势感知方法,涵盖气象灾害精细化预测、多模态融合的周界入侵/异物侵限别和空天地协同的外部环境隐患智能感知,进而构建相应的智能评估预警模型,并制定主动控制及应急处置策略。结果表明:大风精细化态势感知的风速预报准确率达93%;与现有同类智能方法相比,报警信息从系统产生到超视距车载终端显示的传输时延从2.364 s缩短至1.651 s。该方法可为工程化应用提供系统化解决方案,具有良好的工程化应用前景。

To further enhance the intelligent recognition, assessment, early warning, and active prevention and control capabilities of high-speed railways in responding to risks such as natural disasters, perimeter invasion/foreign object intrusion, and external environmental safety, a method for active perception and early warning of the operational environment safety of high-speed railways is proposed based on the concept of active control of high-speed railway operating environment safety. By analyzing the action mechanism and spatiotemporal evolution patterns of the main influencing factors on the operational environment safety of high-speed railways, the disturbance mechanisms of various risk sources on train operation are revealed. On this basis, a situational awareness method for the operating environment safety across full spatiotemporal scenarios is designed, covering refined forecasting of meteorological disasters, multi-modal fusion-based recognition of perimeter invasion/foreign object intrusion, and intelligent perception of external environmental hazards through air-space-ground collaboration. Corresponding intelligent assessment and early warning models are then constructed, and active control and emergency response strategies are formulated. The results show that the accuracy of refined gale situational awareness for wind speed forecasting reaches 93%. Compared with the existing similar intelligent methods, the transmission delay of alarm information from system generation to train's beyond-visual-range terminal display is reduced from 2.364 s to 1.651 s. This method can provide a systematic solution for engineering applications and demonstrate promising prospects for practical implementation.

高速铁路是国家重要基础设施、国民经济大动脉和重大民生工程,其运行环境安全至关重要。近年来,随着《高速铁路安全防护管理办法》的颁布实施1,国家对高铁环境安全提出了更高要求。然而,全球气候变暖导致自然灾害频发,加之人为破坏等不确定因素,使得高铁运行环境风险呈现广域性、突发性和随机性特征。当前,运行环境风险已成为铁路安全管控体系中最具挑战性的环节,其核心难点在于难以实现实时感知、精准预测与主动控制。
将相关风险因素归纳为极端气象灾害2、地质灾害3、周界入侵/异物侵限4和沿线外部环境隐患4类。当前,我国已构建人防、物防和技防相结合的安全保障体系,但各类风险的防控能力仍不均衡。自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统5虽具备实时监测能力,但缺乏超前预警;地质灾害防控主要依赖汛期人工值守,亟须强降雨下异物侵限的精准监测方法;外部环境隐患目前仍以人工巡检为主,缺乏高效的隐患判识手段。
针对上述问题,国内外学者已在相关领域开展了大量研究。在体系架构层面,王同军6构建了我国智能高铁的体系框架;李学峰等7针对动车组的安全运营,提出基于数字孪生技术的动车组运维框架;牛道安等8针对高铁基础设施的安全和运维,提出以实时监测、定期检测为主导的基础设施体系框架。在理论方法层面,任丽媛等9基于气象观测、卫星遥感、历史灾情等信息,分析了大风对轻漂浮物入侵灾害的作用机理;马为功10对铁路黄土隧道液化致灾机制进行研究,分析了隧道饱和黄土围岩在地震荷载或列车荷载作用下的液化机制,构建了围岩液化可能引起的隧道结构致灾风险等级。在关键技术层面,温旭军11基于时间序列ARIMA模型开展大风预测算法研究,分析了高速铁路大风监测报警的判断过程与报警原则,并从风监测点选点角度提出优化建议;胡昊12提出融合视频智能识别、激光雷达的多传感技术监测方案,其覆盖范围、适用天气和识别效果均有较大提升;包云等13提出了大风危险性评估方法,采用熵权法计算大风危险性指标权重,得出大风危险性区划结果;秦勇等14提出了基于信息物理系统深度融合、数据驱动模型和智能计算等理论方法的主动安全控制技术;王艳辉等15搭建了城市轨道交通运营风险主动防控平台,将风险主动防控的核心理念归纳为4个环节的闭环管理过程;王翔16分析了高速铁路行车调度灾害应急处置流程,并设计了相应的系统方案,但未涉及灾害演化过程,且与预警功能衔接不足;张万鹏17设计了高铁周界入侵综合监控平台,实现了非法入侵行为的实时监测与报警,但缺乏高铁运行环境安全感知与预警一体化集成功能。
现有研究多聚焦于单一风险因素或孤立环节,缺乏对多因素耦合作用下致灾机理及时空演化规律的深入分析,且在预警与应急处置的有效衔接方面仍存在不足。针对上述问题,本文围绕高铁运行环境下的多因素耦合致灾机理与时空演化规律,系统研究气象灾害、周界入侵/异物侵限及外部环境安全隐患等风险要素的作用机理,提出1种高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警方法,为场景与业务驱动的高速铁路运行环境安全主动保障体系构建提供理论支撑与技术基础。
为了更接近实际大气紊流,在平均风速剖面上叠加具有指定形状和时空尺度的涡旋结构以模拟湍流脉动风场18。叠加后的瞬时速度uix,t)为

式中:ij均为笛卡尔坐标系方向指标,ij=1,2,3分别对应该坐标系中xyz 3个方向;Uixt)为脉动流场平均流速;aij为Lund系数,可由雷诺应力的Cholesky分解得到;εjk为漩涡的能量强度,服从均值为0、均方根为1的独立随机分布;xk为涡核的位置;fσ(x)x-xkt)为x处涡的速度分布。以下将不再对ij的取值进行重复说明。
在此基础上,建立强风环境下“气动-轨道-车辆-弓网”耦合分析模型及更高速度列车在大风环境下的运行安全评判指标体系。综合运输条件和车辆运行安全性双重维度,探明了不同横风风速、风向角度、湍流强度等自然环境下,高速列车周围非对称流动特性和非定常气动载荷演化规律,揭示了曲线半径与风速、风向联合作用下的影响。强风条件下高速列车外流场涡量等值面分布如图1所示。
为揭示暴风雪环境对高速列车转向架的影响机理,量化雪深、车速对列车运行安全的影响,构建转向架区域的风雪两相流数值模拟方法19。其列车周围流场模拟的数学模型为

在求解过程中对雪粒分布信息进行全时域、多维度、高精度采样,获取高寒丰雪条件下转向架区域雪粒“跟随-分离-撞击-附着”的全周期演变特性,可进一步建立多元列车外部运行环境参数与转向架区域冰雪分布及积聚质量的映射关系。列车转向架周围流场及表面冰雪覆盖特征如图2所示。图中,白色区域表示转向架空间及表面存在积雪,蓝色区域表示流场切片与转向架壁面。
通过分析近10年全国降雨时空分布特征、我国气候变化趋势及极端降雨天气形势,得到全国强降雨时空特征演化规律,如图3所示。
图3可知:近10年我国小时降雨量大于50 mm和大于70 mm的极端强降雨年累计次数整体呈上升趋势;引发铁路断道的降雨灾害主要集中在6~9月,符合我国季风性降雨的整体趋势,其中7月断道次数与断道时间均达到峰值,这与我国季风性降雨的时间分布特征一致。
高铁运行环境安全主动控制的理念是实时感知环境安全态势,并进行安全风险评估预警,实现事前主动控制,事中快速处置,从而降低突发事件对行车安全的影响,避免事故的发生。高铁运行环境主动感知与预警方法框架如图4所示。
该方法以高铁运行环境安全为核心,围绕作用机理与演化规律,构建由态势感知、评估预警、主动控制、应急处置4个环节构成的技术框架,遵循以列车自主控制为主、人工辅助控制为辅的原则,实现运行环境安全的快速主动保障。具体而言:在作用机理与演化规律方面,重点分析影响高铁运行环境安全的主要因素,探明其物理作用过程及因果关系,揭示关键因素在时间与空间维度上的演变特征;在态势感知方面,构建涵盖全时空场景的多源数据融合与智能分析体系,实现对运行环境安全状态及其发展趋势的识别、理解与预测;在评估预警方面,结合实时感知数据与历史信息,建立综合性风险研判机制与评估模型,对潜在隐患进行定量分析与评价,并生成分级分类的预警信息;在主动控制方面,围绕气象灾害、周界入侵/异物侵限、外部环境隐患等典型风险,制定相应的主动控制策略,实现风险的超前干预;在应急处置方面,探索基于铁路大语言模型的应急方案快速生成方法,为现场救援与快速处置提供辅助。
高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警方法分层体系如图5所示,分层展示了该方法的具体技术路径、实现方式和功能子模块间的相互作用关系,形成了从作用机理及演化规律、态势感知、评估预警、主动控制到应急处置的完整技术链条。
1)精细化小尺度气象灾害态势感知方法
面向高铁沿线风速、风向等单点气象数据,构建大风精细化小尺度预测模型,其架构如图6所示。采用反向距离权重插值法对气象部门输出的网格化预测数据进行降尺度处理,以精确映射至铁路沿线各监测点,并将时空同步的监测数据进行编码,编码数据涵盖时间、地理位置和气象要素(风速、风向等)。在编码过程中,选取预测起报时刻前6 h的观测数据及起报后3 h的模式预报数据,将编码的多维数据输入到Transformer神经网络中进行训练,最终实现高铁沿线关键监测点逐小时风速、风向的时序预测20
2)天气自适应融合周界入侵识别方法
针对路基等易发生周界入侵的场景,采用基于毫米雷达+摄像机的融合监测技术方案。该方案通过毫米波雷达采集目标的位置、速度和坐标信息,通过摄像机实时采集现场视频流。在此基础上,为应对高铁沿线雨雾等恶劣天气条件对周界入侵监测的挑战,进一步采用基于深度学习的天气自适应融合周界入侵识别模型21,模型架构如图7所示。
该模型将毫米波雷达和摄像机输出的目标特征信息统一至同一世界坐标系中进行融合,以判定2种传感器识别的目标是否为同一目标。当场景中存在多目标时,雷达负责多目标的实时跟踪,并采用级联匹配算法进行目标关联;同时,摄像机对最可能的目标进行聚焦、放大和补光处理。在此基础上,引入基于YOLOv9网络的天气判识目标检测算法,通过获取天气判识结果与目标检测网络的权重关联系数,可有效提升恶劣天气条件下的识别准确率。
3)基于注意力机制的异物侵限识别方法
针对烟尘雨雾等小颗粒干扰及小目标识别问题,采用雷达自适应噪声抑制与摄像机多尺度注意力机制网络相结合的多模态智能融合算法22。先对激光雷达点云数据进行预处理,通过坐标转换将雷达坐标系与铁轨走向重合,并利用滤波算法去除噪声点云,再将目标位置与尺寸信息发送至摄像机。摄像机据此定位拍摄目标,通过图像增强和滤波技术实现夜间图像补强和干扰过滤。采用雷视前融合算法对目标进行时空关联与跟踪,结合外部环境因素确定雷视置信度,最终输出报警结果。
4)空天地协同的外部环境安全态势感知方法
高铁线路外部环境安全隐患具有分布范围广、类型多样、时空变化复杂等特点。为此,构建了由卫星遥感大范围普查、无人机重点区域详查与地面监测实时核实协同组成的“空-天-地”一体化态势感知体系。该体系充分发挥卫星影像覆盖范围广、获取周期稳定的优势,实现对高铁沿线外部环境隐患的定期监测;同时,结合无人机与地面监测手段,对疑似高风险区域开展精细化确认与动态核实,从而提升整体感知结果的可靠性。
在卫星遥感普查场景下,高铁外部环境安全隐患的智能识别面临背景复杂、隐患目标尺度差异显著等问题。为此,设计了多尺度上下文感知网络(Multi-Scale Context-Aware Network,MSCANet),并以预训练的 ResNet-34作为骨干架构。为应对隐患目标尺度变化大、小目标易漏检的挑战,MSCANet在特征增强阶段引入核尺寸分别为7,11和21的深度可分离条带卷积模块,通过扩展网络感受野,提升对不同尺度隐患目标的特征表达能力。同时,为降低复杂背景干扰引起的误检,将特征图划分为16像素×16像素的不重叠局部窗口,并在窗口内进行自注意力计算,引导网络关注隐患目标与复杂背景之间的局部空间约束关系,从而在复杂地物环境下实现更精准的目标区分。
针对我国高铁线路数量多、覆盖区域广、地理环境差异显著,难以为每条线路分别构建完备标注样本库的问题,从工程应用可推广性的角度出发,提出基于模型泛化能力的跨线路隐患识别策略。通过在涵盖不同地形与环境条件的遥感隐患样本上进行统一训练,MSCANet可学习到具有较强表征能力的隐患结构与语义特征。在此基础上,模型具备在不同线路及新建线路遥感影像中开展隐患识别的能力,依托网络权重中的通用隐患判别知识,实现隐患识别能力在不同线路与区域间的有效继承与跨场景泛化,从而在不依赖大量新增标注样本和复杂模型更新的情况下,支持高铁外部环境安全隐患的高效普查识别。
利用局部空间信息谱趋势相似性分析跟踪监测安全隐患,结合区域气象、地理信息、气候周期等时空数据,预测安全隐患态势;建立高铁外部环境安全隐患危害程度和影响范围规则集,研究实例增量学习法,确保模型对新样本的适应性,实现高铁外部环境安全隐患的智能识别,其整体框架如图8所示。该框架通过带标签样本与数据增强生成训练集,结合几何校正、辐射校正等数据优化手段,利用多期遥感影像训练AI模型;在应用阶段,通过训练好的模型进行变化检测,并结合区域气象、地理信息等时空数据,实现高铁外部环境安全隐患的智能识别。
1)周界入侵/异物侵限风险评估预警方法
在当前铁路运营过程中,异物侵限发生时通常采取人工确认的管理方式,导致人力成本增加。因此构建了兼顾异物物理属性与时空动态演化特征的铁路异物侵限风险评估预警模型。首先,重构基于多传感融合的异物侵限物理防护空间,将振动光纤、毫米波雷达、激光雷达与摄像机等传感器的有效探测范围进行深度融合,建立与铁路运行环境强相关的限界区域、周界内区域和周界外区域等3类防护空间。随后,建立高可信的风险判定矩阵,提取异物的风险属性与空间位置,构建风险等级判定矩阵,实现风险的零漏判和零误判。基于位置-属性的静态风险等级与辅助决策见表1
最后,利用基于预计碰撞时间的动态预警机制,结合异物运动学方程与列车制动动力学模型,建立异物轨迹预测与列车制动动力学的时空对抗分析框架,实现风险态势的超前研判。同时,兼顾行车绝对安全与运输效率的动态分级响应策略,将处置主体划分为行车指挥端与地面抢修端,实现“停、慢、看、清”的精准协同管控。
2)高铁外部环境隐患评估预警方法
聚焦铁路周界入侵风险预警评估难题,构建了基于云物元可拓理论的闭环风险评估与管控体系。通过实时获取入侵物的位置、类别及体量,动态研判其风险等级及演化轨迹。自动生成分级预警建议并采取相应应急措施,保障行车安全的同时最大程度兼顾运输效率。
在此基础上进一步建立“基础静态评估+风驱动动态修正”的铁路外部典型隐患精细化风险评估体系。首先构建多因素耦合作用下的外部环境隐患静态评估模型,利用层次分析法和熵权法组合赋权,选择高程、坡度坡向、地面起伏度、核密度、至铁路线距离作为静态评估因子,得到基础静态评估5级风险分级结果。然后引入风速与风向作为核心动态驱动因子,建立风险动态提级修正模型,通过迎风侧位置判定模块筛选需动态提级的隐患点。接着针对迎风侧隐患,制定彩钢房、防尘网、地膜等隐患精细化风速阈值与提级规则表,确定风力导致的提级数。最后设定风向增效角度阈值与提级规则,对“直吹线路”风向下的隐患追加提级数,将风力、风向提级量综合叠加至静态基础等级,实现对典型隐患动态、精准的量化分级。
1)强风条件下列车运行和解除限速规则
针对更高速度动车组在大风作用下限速策略不明确的问题,首先通过开展大风条件下的动车组仿真试验,确定影响车辆运行安全的最低风速临界值,划分风速报警等级。进而根据强风预警值、风监测报警限速规则、列车行驶速度及当前位置等信息,通过数值模拟、时空推演、仿真试验等方法,优化列车限速策略和运行限速主动控制策略。最终结合模拟试验和实际运营情况,确定高影响天气下的高速铁路运行管控规则,所得列车主动控制方案风速限速标准见表2
为解决限速解除等待时间过长、且现行触发机制滞后性的问题,依据强风、强降雨、暴雪的预警值、预警范围、预警时间及实测值等信息,结合现有风雨雪气象灾害限速解除规则,综合运用统计分析、趋势比对和仿真试验等手段,厘清了预测值与实测值共同作用下的限速解除条件,对限速解除主动控制策略进行了优化。
2)周界入侵/异物侵限预报警控车策略
针对周界入侵及异物侵限风险,通过主动控制策略进行及时处置,以防止列车翻车及人员伤亡事故的发生。入侵事件发生后,根据入侵地点归属实施分级管理:若入侵范围位于车站管辖内,由车站负责处置;若位于车站管辖外,则由工务部门负责。现场确认入侵后,立即联动调度中心询问行车状况,并根据风险情形等级开展分级治理。当需采取停车措施时,由调度通知已进入该区段的列车立即停车,同时禁止后续列车进入该区间,调度所值班主任随即赶赴现场组织处置。对于周界入侵类事件,铁路工作人员发现后首先进行警告劝离,若入侵人员未离开,则及时通报铁路公安,由公安部门依法进行驱离。
3)外部环境安全隐患主动处置措施
外部环境主动控制目标是避免彩钢瓦、防尘网、塑料大棚侵入股道,通过主动控制策略防止此类隐患的发生。外部环境隐患产生与地域环境、周边农业种植密切相关。根据不同地域,可分为城市环境、郊区环境和偏远山区环境。在郊区环境中,周边农业种植作物的种类与生长周期会引发不同类型的隐患。隐患产生前,通过监测彩钢瓦、防尘网、塑料大棚的形态,研判其发展态势,并根据紧急程度进行分级预警。隐患整治处置中,对巡查发现的隐患,采取分级处置机制:若工务巡防人员发现事态紧急,隐患即将危及线路安全,则立即进行现场整治;若事态尚不紧急,则上报至沿线管理处,协调相关专业部门进行联合整治;对于超出本专业范畴的复杂问题,进一步上报至铁路局,由铁路局牵头联合地方相关部门开展综合治理,重点针对彩钢瓦、防尘网、塑料大棚等隐患进行集中整治。隐患整治完成后,需及时上报处置过程与最终结果,形成闭环管理。
4)高铁运行环境安全智能快速应急处置策略
为支撑高效的应急响应,构建基于铁路大语言模型(Large Language Model,LLM)知识增强的应急处置方案快速生成机制,其技术架构如图9所示。首先,基于结构化应急预案,融合多源异构数据(包括历史处置案例、专家经验及相关规章制度),建立面向应急处置的知识库。其次,通过智能体、AI工作流、模型上下文协议(Model Context Protocol,MCP)等技术,实时接入并处理现场传感器数据、列车运行状态等多模态数据流,制定面向高铁运行环境的应急知识检索增强方案。
当突发事件发生时,自动触发LLM解析实时状态(事件发生位置、事件类型、事件影响范围等),快速锁定突发事件及其次生灾害,并智能研判应急等级。结合基于场景语义的动态提示词模板,利用LLM的推理生成与多模态融合能力,实时生成精准的现场应急处置方案。最后,结合铁路局、站段组织结构信息与工作人员实时在岗情况,完成各岗位应急职责的智能匹配,形成完整的应急处置任务清单。同时,并利用LLM对任务进行补强校验,以确保其准确性和完整性,辅助应急指挥人员高效决策。
面向高速铁路运行环境安全需求,构建了高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警平台。该平台以线路安全环境管控平台为核心,集成气象灾害监测与预测、周界入侵/异物侵限监测等多源报警信息,实现灾害与危情的精准推送;同时,通过铁路外部环境安全管理信息系统,实现外部环境隐患的闭环管控、“一事一档”自动建档及多维度统计分析。平台总体架构如图10所示。
该平台分为感知层、汇聚层和应用层。感知层主要由气象灾害监测传感器、周界入侵/异物侵限监测传感器以及外部环境风险监测手段构成,负责采集各类原始监测数据。汇聚层负责数据的接入与整合,气象灾害与周界入侵/异物侵限报警数据经由自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统、线路安全环境管理系统,传送至线路安全环境管控平台;外部环境类报警数据则通过铁路外部环境安全管理信息系统,直接发送至线路安全环境管控平台。应用层基于汇聚层上传的数据,经线路安全环境管控平台人工确认后,将影响行车安全的关键信息推送至列车超视距系统进行统一展示。
在福厦高铁福州南—泉州南段开展大风精细化态势感知试验,试验段长171 km,共设有27处风监测点,并接入气象局预警数据。试验结果如图11所示。由图11可知:风速值较大时的预报跟随性能较好,能有效发现风速变化趋势。在6~7月,选择风速大于8 m · s-1条件下的小时数据进行预报准确度计算,可得准确率为93%,该系统可提供未来2 h逐10 min短临风、未来3 d逐小时短期风和未来15 d环境风趋势等预报服务。
在国家铁道试验中心和渝昆高铁正线,部署毫米波雷达+摄像机、激光雷达+摄像机2类融合监测设备,验证多传感融合的周界入侵/异物侵限监测技术的识别准确性与稳定性,并开展入侵场景测试。在晴天、大雨天气条件下,模拟周界入侵与异物侵限2类事件。其中,周界入侵包括横向穿越线路和沿线路行走;异物侵限包括落石、树枝、包裹等。通过周界入侵/异物侵限报警系统将相关报警信息上传至线路安全环境管控平台,试验结果见表3
表2可知:2类融合监测设备在所设场景(晴天、大雨天气条件)下均成功识别出入侵目标;在复杂背景下产生了一定数量的误报,2种设备的平均误报频次为0.55和1.58条 · d-1 · 处-1。现场报警示例如图12所示。
为验证铁路外部环境隐患航测建档技术方案的可行性,提升隐患排查效率与环境安全管控能力,在京沪高铁济南西管段开展外部环境隐患航测建档试验。试验基于航空摄影测量技术,测试铁路外部环境隐患的高精度建档方法,主要包含以下内容:设计铁路里程及多尺度管理边界矢量的标准化制作流程;测试基于GIS空间分析的多维度属性信息自动计算方法;构建涵盖铁路里程反算、隐患目标提取、隐患属性空间计算、隐患类别编码、两库融合等环节的全工序技术方案。
基于上述技术方案,在对铁路沿线隐患数据的挖掘分析中共计发现外部环境安全隐患753处,沿线隐患分布密度约为6处 · km-1。其中,飘浮物类(硬质和轻质飘浮物)隐患为主要隐患类别。按每5 km区段统计隐患数量,结果显示硬质飘浮物隐患分布数量最多。
在国家铁道试验中心和渝昆高铁开展集成试验验证,验证态势感知与预警平台集成功能,实现报警信息的集成共享、统一管理,并实现车地联动,通过超视距终端统一展示,将各类环境安全监测系统的报警信息和前方重点区段(隧道口、防洪点等)及时传达给司机。终端展示如图13所示。为验证报警信息集成应用效果,通过模拟报警事件,测试各系统对相关事件的识别能力,以及报警信息能否准确上传至线路安全环境管控平台,并经人工复核后推送至超视距终端。
为验证平台的信息处理能力与传输时效,分别从自然灾害监测系统、周界入侵/异物侵限报警系统及铁路外部环境安全管理信息系统,向线路安全环境管控平台连续发送报警消息各10 000条,再由管控平台转发至列车超视距系统。试验结果见表4。由表4可知:线路环境安全管控平台与超视距系统均能准确接收并显示各系统报警信息,无漏报、错报;报警信息从系统产生到超视距车载终端显示的全链传输时延稳定在1.651 s。在传输时效方面,传统值班人员电话通知的方式,其信息传递环节(从报警产生到司机获知)的耗时至少为10 s,且存在信息传递失真、人为操作不确定性等问题。现有智能方法的端到端传输时延普遍为2~3 s,例如,重载列车车地协同安全防护系统23的单段传输时延分别为1.912和452 s,其时延之和达2.364 s,且未包含本文所提方法的多源报警信息集成分析与平台转发环节。
本文以高速铁路运行环境安全为研究对象,提出高铁运行环境安全主动感知与预警方法,构建集态势感知、评估预警、主动控制和应急处置于一体的技术体系,建立高铁运行环境安全主动控制及快速应急处置机制。所提方法的大风精细化态势感知风速预报准确率达93%,报警信息从系统产生到超视距车载终端显示的传输时延缩短至1.651 s,显著优于传统方式。该方法可有效提升高速铁路运行安全性,减少潜在风险。
随着我国高铁网络的飞速扩张与运营速度的持续提升,运行环境安全保障已成为重中之重。主动感知与预警作为实现本质安全的关键路径,其核心在于变被动响应为主动干预,通过智能化手段提前识别风险、预警险情。未来研究方向主要包括:面向日益复杂的气候系统与频发的极端事件,需深化海-气、冰-气等跨圈层相互作用研究,提升对冰雪、洪涝等气候异常事件的跨季度乃至年际预测能力,同时结合数值预报与AI大模型技术,实现对风雨、风雪等耦合气象灾害的精准预测;针对高铁运行环境开放、多变的特点及暴雨、暴雪、浓雾等恶劣天气挑战,需进一步实现对轨道异物、边坡落石、危树、非法入侵及接触网悬挂异物等多目标的精准感知与可靠识别,提升现有监测技术在恶劣条件下的性能边界;在高原、高寒、高海拔等复杂环境部署方法及设备,面临适应性、可靠性与可维护性等挑战,需研究构建全天候、全覆盖、高可用、高韧性的铁路感知网络,并确保其长期稳定运行。
