谈到学校教学安全，教学实验室安全是一个不可回避的引人关注的话题。由于其独特的功能，实验室往往客观存在诸多不安定因素，比如人员密集，空间拥挤，实验变化频繁，使用和存放的物品种类繁多，在实验中会经常使用到各种易燃、易爆、有毒、腐蚀性化学品、玻璃仪器及各种电器设备等。如此环境复杂、隐患遍布的实验室，如果在设计布局上稍有疏忽，发生事故的几率就会大大增加。这些都加大了实验室安全管理工作的难度。因为未严格按照规范操作或马虎大意引发火灾事故，因为化学品管理不善导致爆炸等惨痛教训和严酷事实屡见不鲜，也愈发突显出校园实验室安全管理和教育的重要和紧迫。

本文将首先从安全保护模型入手，讨论学校安全保护模型的建立；然后借鉴工业界实验室经验，提出实验室设施配备的安全方案和实验室操作的安全规则。
