Objective

To explore the effect of structural elasticity on the ice-structure interaction process, model tests on the interaction between frozen ice and elastic plates were conducted in a low-temperature laboratory. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the ice-structure interaction mechanism and predicting ice loads on ships operating in ice-covered areas.

Method

In the experiments, the stiffness of the elastic plates was adjusted by varying their thickness. Two loading rates within the strain-rate range associated with brittle ice failure were selected. A universal testing machine was used to record load-time history data, and a CCD camera was employed to capture the ice failure modes under different test conditions.

Results

The interaction process consists of two typical phases: the loose contact phase and the tight contact phase. Loose contact results from the uneven contact between the plate and the top of the ice specimen, with maximum displacements generally ranging from 0 to 1.5 mm. In the tight contact phase, about 43.3% of the load-displacement curves show a saw-tooth shape, representing multi-stage failure modes. Stiffer plates are more likely to cause single-stage ice failure, while more flexible plates tend to result in multi-stage failures. Multi-stage failures are associated with ice flaking at a 45° angle due to shear failure. During multi-stage failure, the slope of the load-displacement curve remains nearly constant, suggesting constant stiffness of the ice-elastic plate coupling system in the tight contact phase.

Conclusion

Although the structure in this study is simplified as a plate, the experimental results provide valuable insights for designers of ice-going ships into the complex interaction mechanics between ice and ship structures. This research also provides a foundation for further studies on more complex structures and accurate ice load predictions.

目的

为探究结构弹性对冰−结构相互作用过程的影响,在低温实验室开展冻结冰−弹性平板挤压模型试验。

方法

改变结构刚度和挤压速率,推动弹性平板与冻结冰试件在冰脆性破坏范围内进行挤压,记录不同工况下总载荷时程曲线和冰破坏模式。

结果

试验发现相互作用过程可分为“松接触”和“紧接触”2个典型阶段,部分压力−位移曲线在紧接触阶段呈现出锯齿状形式的多级失效。统计发现最大松接触位集中在0~1.5 mm内,紧接触阶段多级失效发生占比为43.3%且多发生在结构刚度较小的工况。冰破碎图像显示多级失效是接触面不断剥落小块造成压力下降形成的。冰−弹性平板耦合系统在紧接触阶段的系统刚度几乎保持不变,说明耦合系统在冰脆性破坏下呈现线性关系,满足双弹簧模型。

结论

本研究揭示了冰与弹性结构相互作用过程的典型特点,可为冰区船舶冰载荷的准确预报提供理论基础。

目的

为探究结构弹性对冰−结构相互作用过程的影响,在低温实验室开展冻结冰−弹性平板挤压模型试验。

方法

改变结构刚度和挤压速率,推动弹性平板与冻结冰试件在冰脆性破坏范围内进行挤压,记录不同工况下总载荷时程曲线和冰破坏模式。

结果

试验发现相互作用过程可分为“松接触”和“紧接触”2个典型阶段,部分压力−位移曲线在紧接触阶段呈现出锯齿状形式的多级失效。统计发现最大松接触位集中在0~1.5 mm内,紧接触阶段多级失效发生占比为43.3%且多发生在结构刚度较小的工况。冰破碎图像显示多级失效是接触面不断剥落小块造成压力下降形成的。冰−弹性平板耦合系统在紧接触阶段的系统刚度几乎保持不变,说明耦合系统在冰脆性破坏下呈现线性关系,满足双弹簧模型。

结论

本研究揭示了冰与弹性结构相互作用过程的典型特点,可为冰区船舶冰载荷的准确预报提供理论基础。

Objective

To explore the effect of structural elasticity on the ice-structure interaction process, model tests on the interaction between frozen ice and elastic plates were conducted in a low-temperature laboratory. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the ice-structure interaction mechanism and predicting ice loads on ships operating in ice-covered areas.

Method

In the experiments, the stiffness of the elastic plates was adjusted by varying their thickness. Two loading rates within the strain-rate range associated with brittle ice failure were selected. A universal testing machine was used to record load-time history data, and a CCD camera was employed to capture the ice failure modes under different test conditions.

Results

The interaction process consists of two typical phases: the loose contact phase and the tight contact phase. Loose contact results from the uneven contact between the plate and the top of the ice specimen, with maximum displacements generally ranging from 0 to 1.5 mm. In the tight contact phase, about 43.3% of the load-displacement curves show a saw-tooth shape, representing multi-stage failure modes. Stiffer plates are more likely to cause single-stage ice failure, while more flexible plates tend to result in multi-stage failures. Multi-stage failures are associated with ice flaking at a 45° angle due to shear failure. During multi-stage failure, the slope of the load-displacement curve remains nearly constant, suggesting constant stiffness of the ice-elastic plate coupling system in the tight contact phase.

Conclusion

Although the structure in this study is simplified as a plate, the experimental results provide valuable insights for designers of ice-going ships into the complex interaction mechanics between ice and ship structures. This research also provides a foundation for further studies on more complex structures and accurate ice load predictions.

随着全球变暖加剧,北极海冰加速融化,北极航行逐渐增加,吸引了越来越多的关注。但北极大部分海域仍然常年被海冰覆盖,这对船舶航行安全构成了严重威胁。因此,如何在复杂的冰载荷中保证北极船舶的安全,成为设计者们亟需解决的关键问题。船−冰相互作用过程的研究是解决这一问题的核心。
船−冰相互作用时,冰盖表面的应变速率大约为10−3 s−1,使冰表现出弹性和脆性行为[1]。船−冰相互作用过程都是由接触面的冰挤压开始。此外,由于船体中部几乎垂直,冰压溃失效也被认为是船中部区域最重要的失效行为。因此,对于冰区航行船舶,冰与船舶结构在冰脆性破坏下的相互作用研究是探究船−冰相互作用过程的一个重要部分。船−冰脆性破坏过程十分复杂,包含冰的微裂纹扩展、剥落、压溃等诸多现象。此外,受孔隙率、温度、盐度及加载速率等诸多因素的影响,冰的本构关系复杂,难以完全表征。因此,本文将基于模型试验开展弹性结构与冰的作用过程研究。
船−冰相互作用试验研究方法主要包括压缩和拉伸试验、弯曲试验、压痕试验以及碰撞试验[2]。Timco[3]通过调整冰和结构相互作用速率、结构宽度、冰厚度、应变率、宽厚比等发现伴随着压碎剥落和轴向及环向裂纹破坏是冰脆性破坏时的主要失效形式。Sodhi[4]开展淡水冰和结构相互作用的小型模型试验,除测量位移和力外,还在接触面安装触觉式压力传感器来测量接触面的压力分布,发现冰在低加载速率下发生韧性变形,在高加载速率下发生连续的脆性破坏且在脆性破坏下沿压头宽度方向产生非同时压力。Kim和Colbourne [5]开展圆柱形冰体在楔形刚性压头作用下的加载实验,研究加载速率以及刚性压头形状对力−位移曲线的影响,发现压头形状影响冰的破碎过程,导致冰行为和冰载荷大小的改变。Choi 等[6]将船首简化为不同角度倾斜的钢板,以不同速度去撞击冰块来研究钢板与冰块的碰撞力大小以及冰体破坏特性,给出了考虑倾斜角度和作用速度的冰载荷估算公式。白旭等[7]基于力学方法分析破冰船破冰过程中破冰结构与整冰的相互作用,得到影响冰体失效的冰力分量与破冰结构参数的表达关系,进而确认了冰摩擦系数以及坡度角与冰体失效模式的关系。宗智和陈昭炀[8]开展船舶在碎冰中的阻力试验,发现存在临界密集度。如果冰的密集度小于临界值,则摩擦阻力可以忽略不计;超过临界值,摩擦阻力不可忽略。张健等[9]开展冰体撞击板架模型试验,分析了作用过程中碰撞力大小以及结构的变形情况。黄焱等[10]开展冰水池中船−冰碰撞模型试验,采用触觉压力传感器对局部冰载荷空间分布以及时间历程进行监测,研究船−冰碰撞过程中冰载荷的时空演变历程,发现碰撞过程中的整体冰载荷沿船体外板的作用呈现出近抛物线的轨迹。周雷等[11]开展楔形冰水平撞击船体板以及泡沫铝夹层板模型试验,分析了结构的塑性变形程度以及冰体破坏特性。余朝歌等[12]开展层冰作用下直立圆柱结构的冰载荷研究,发现高接触速度下模型冰表现为脆性挤压破碎,形成尺寸极小的碎冰屑,层冰随机破碎下结构局部冰载荷分布也较为随机,且局部冰载荷存在高压区,高压区沿水线方向散落分布在层冰与结构作用的中线位置。Hossain和 Taylor [13]开展球形压头和冰的相互作用试验,研究相互作用速度、压头尺寸、结构刚度等对作用过程的影响,指出峰值压力由冰失效过程决定而结构刚度影响冰的破坏频率。
冰与结构相互作用时冰的破坏模式是压缩速度、温度、冰厚度、结构宽度和倾斜角度的函数。冰的脆性破坏模式受厚度、摩擦系数、几何形状等的影响表现出整体劈裂、局部挤压破碎等不同破坏模式[14-15]。徐佩等[16]开展不同材质模型冰的单轴压缩试验,给出不同模型冰在不同加载速率下的破坏强度和破坏模式。在单轴压缩下,冰受端部约束与加载速率等因素影响会产生轴向(主裂纹平行于加载方向)与斜向(主裂纹与加载方向呈现一定角度)2种裂纹方式。这主要是由于断裂韧性及裂纹尖端的应力状态受加载速率影响而改变了裂纹生长方式[17]。在产生斜向裂纹时,冰破坏的屈服极限主要由破坏面之间的摩擦力决定;而对于轴向裂纹则产生类屈曲形式的破坏[18]。相比轴向裂纹,冰以斜向裂纹破碎时产生的碎块体积更小,说明海冰裂纹扩展方式与加载方向存在关联。Tuhkuri[19]通过试验探究了冰−结构作用过程中冰的连续脆性破坏过程,将观测到的冰连续失效模式描述为压碎剥落,即在每次压碎中一些冰从母冰中脱落并从接触区域被排出。Ji等[20]进行平整海冰韧−脆转化的单轴压缩试验,发现不同应变率下冰的失效模式不同,将冰的失效模式细分为韧性破坏、劈裂破坏和碎裂破坏,指出劈裂破坏和碎裂破坏是冰在脆性破坏下的表现形式。
以往的冰−结构相互作用模型试验重点探究压缩速度、冰厚度等对总载荷时程规律及冰破坏模式的影响,对结构弹性的影响考虑不多。在设计冰区船舶时,一般认为外板在肋骨和加强筋处所受冰载荷较大而在中间跨度处冰载荷较小[21]。但Määttänen等[22]设计变肋骨刚度外板与层冰挤压模型试验,发现外板冰载荷分布规律与目前的主流认知不符,即传统认为的肋骨处冰压力较大的假设并不一定成立。这表明结构弹性对冰−结构相互作用结果有影响并且目前认识还不十分清楚,是探究相互作用时应该重点考虑的因素。
为探究结构弹性对冰−结构相互作用过程的影响,本文将开展低温模型试验,调整弹性结构刚度及相互作用速率,获取不同工况下的试验结果。试验采用实验室淡水冻结冰,在−12 ℃环境下进行冻结、加工、保存。设计工装夹持平板结构,模拟冰与四边固支弹性平板结构相互作用时的性能表现。采用万能试验机进行加载并记录总载荷时程数据,采用电荷耦合器件(charge-coupled device,CCD)相机记录相互作用过程中冰的破坏历程,以发现冰和弹性平板相互作用过程中的一些典型特点并获得结构弹性对冰载荷和冰失效模式等的影响规律。
为探究结构弹性对冰−弹性平板脆性挤压作用过程的影响,在大连理工大学低温实验室开展模型试验。调整弹性平板的刚度(调整板厚)及相互作用速率等参数,获取不同工况下的试验结果。
根据HY/T047—2016工程海冰技术规范,海冰的韧脆转换过渡区应变率$\dot \varepsilon $的范围在10−4~10−3 s−1之间。应变率计算公式为

式中:$\dot \varepsilon $为应变率;$\nu $为压缩速率;L为冰试件长度。当船破冰时,船冰接触表面处冰的应变速率大约为10−3/s,导致冰产生弹性和脆性行为。因此,本文选择冰的脆性破坏应变率区域进行研究,选取应变率分别为$3.4 \times {10^{-3}}$ s−1$1.4 \times {10^{-2}}$ s−1,对应加载速率为$6 \times {10^{-4}}$ m/s和$2.4 \times {10^{-3}}$ m/s。
模型冰尺寸选取70 mm×70 mm×175 mm棱柱体冰试件,为HY/T047—2016工程海冰技术规范中海冰力学性质测定方法中规定的单轴压缩强度测定的试件尺寸。为保证冰性质一致性,淡水冻结冰为−12 ℃环境下一次性冻结,加工成冰试件后在大连理工大学低温实验室−12 ℃环境下静置至少24 h。
脆性挤压下,模型冰表现出弹性行为,可以粗略地将其等效成一个线性弹簧(由后文试验结果中的压力−位移关系曲线可以印证),则模型冰等效弹簧的刚度系数表示为

式中:E为模型冰的弹性模量;A为冰试件横截面积;L为冰试件长度。−12 ℃下淡水冻结冰的弹性模量E,通过单轴压缩试验测量大约为650 MPa,因此计算出本试验中冰试件的等效弹簧刚度系数约为${K_{\rm{ice}}}$ = 18 200 N/mm。
四端固支板符合船舶结构特点,在试验中也便于实现,因此本试验对弹性平板采用固定端约束。将挤压过程中的弹性平板依旧等效于弹簧,则弹簧的刚度系数简略表示为

式中:F为板架受到的横向作用力;$\delta x$为板中心点挠度。根据万能试验机及夹具尺寸,弹性平板的尺寸设定为40 cm×18 cm;扣除夹具边缘后有效尺寸为34 cm×12 cm,材质选用Q235铁板。为探究结构弹性对相互作用过程的影响,应将结构弹性设置为弱于模型冰、与模型冰相当以及强于模型冰3种类型。有限元计算表明,与冰试件等效弹簧系数相当的平板厚度为4 mm,分别取${K_{{\text{plate}}}} \approx {\text{1/2}}{K_{{\text{ice}}}}$,${K_{{\text{plate}}}} \approx {K_{{\text{ice}}}}$,${K_{{\text{plate}}}} \approx 2{K_{{\text{ice}}}}$,${K_{{\text{plate}}}} \approx 5{K_{{\text{ice}}}}$,${K_{{\text{plate}}}}$为完全刚性,共5种情况进行分析,计算对应板厚并取整,作为弹性平板厚度,具体见表1
根据1.1节试验设计中的弹性平板厚度以及加载速率,给出试验工况如表2所示。工况表中试验一栏代表对应试验参数下的工况号,重复次数3代表每组试验重复3次。
夹持工装由法兰式连接头、上板、下板、夹持板及支撑立柱组成,如图1所示。夹持工装上下板采用3 cm厚钢板,上下板之间采用4根直径为2 cm、长度为10 cm圆柱形支撑立柱连接,材质均为铬钢材质。上板与法兰式接头连接,接头与万能试验机连接;下板中空,下板与夹持板对应位置开多个直径为1 cm的对称圆孔,便于夹持板架结构。为减少变形,保证装置的平整度,所有加工均采用冷加工,采用螺栓连接。
加载装置采用微机控制电子万能试验机,量程为5 t。万能试验机刚度足够强,传动杆通过法兰式接头和吊装工装相连。万能试验机通过伺服电机驱动,将推力均匀传导到吊装工装边缘,以设置的恒定速率和冰试件进行挤压。
在吊装工装和万能试验机的连接处,安装有压力传感器,用于测量总冰载荷−时间数据。利用CCD相机拍摄作用过程中模型冰形态,记录挤压作用过程中冰的破坏历程和破坏形式。测试数据收集采用2套电脑系统,1套为CCD相机系统,采样频率为25 Hz;1套为总载荷测量系统,采样频率为50 Hz。
万能试验机以恒定速率推动夹持弹性平板的吊装工装,使弹性平板与冰试件进行挤压,当冰试件完全破碎并失去承载能力时,一次试验结束。保存试验数据,重复下一组试验。试验整体设置如图2所示。
试验一共压溃了30块淡水冻结冰,记录了压力−时间曲线及冰破坏过程。本试验采用的万能试验机使用伺服电机,可以保证压力机始终以恒定速度前进。
为更好地分析规律,本文将获得的所有压力−时间曲线转换为压力−位移曲线进行分析。图3(a)呈现的是表2中试验4的第1次试验,即“试验4-1”记录所得的压力−位移曲线。可以看出,曲线分为典型的2个阶段:第1个阶段斜率低、不稳定、压力增长慢,此阶段曲线斜率大致可用绿色虚线表示;而另1个阶段斜率较高、压力增长快,以蓝色虚线来大致体现其曲线斜率(由图3(b)图3(c)可见,同一曲线的蓝色虚线相互平行),这2个阶段分别被定义为 “松接触” 阶段与 “紧接触” 阶段,反映了相互作用过程中的不同状态,而不同的曲线斜率则代表了作用过程中系统刚度的差异。通过统计发现,这并不是一种特例,而是普遍存在的现象,几乎所有的曲线都呈现出这2个典型阶段。
图3可以看出,紧接触阶段的压力−位移曲线也分为典型的2种类型:1种为压力在整个紧接触阶段中只有1次上升过程,上升到最大后直接下降失效,称之为“单级失效”,如图3(a)所示;另1种为在完全失效前,整个紧接触过程有多次压力上升和下降过程,压力−位移曲线呈现典型锯齿状形式,称之为“多级失效”,如图3(b)图3(c)所示。
对10组30次试验数据统计发现,每次试验都会出现松接触阶段,只是有的明显、有的不十分显著。松接触阶段一般曲线斜率小且随机性强。将松接触阶段位移与弹性平板厚度、压缩速率进行散点统计,如图4(a)所示(2种颜色代表2种作用速度,同一颜色代表重复次数)。发现结构刚性较强时的松接触位移整体较结构刚度较弱时来得小。将所有工况的松接触阶段位移统计在一起,如图4(b)所示。柱状图显示,松接触阶段的位移主要以较大的概率(大约85%)分布在0~1.5 mm,较小的概率(大约15%)分布在1.5~3 mm。大致可以将松接触的最大位移限制在1.5 mm以内。松接触阶段产生的原因可能为冰表面不平整以及和平板的接触不密实。
图3可知,紧接触阶段的压力−位移曲线具有2个典型特点:
1) 失效类型分为单级失效和多级失效2种,单级失效如图3(a)所示,多级失效如图3(b)图3(c)所示。发生多级失效时,存在多次压力短暂下降而后上升的过程,压力−位移曲线呈现出锯齿状形式;
2) 同一曲线紧接触阶段的斜率几乎一致,表明冰作为整体的弹性性能没有变。本节中对这2个特点进行讨论分析。
将不同工况下的冰失效级数统计如表3所示,统计方式为从紧接触阶段开始到出现最大压力时为止期间出现的压力下降次数。海冰的介观(毫米量级)中存在缝隙、卤水通道和气泡等,因此宏观上看起来一样的2个冰块,其介观结构并不一样,具有一定随机性[23],造成有时单级、有时多级的失效现象。本试验中,虽然试验条件和冰试件在宏观上是一样的,但是其介观结构不同,造成每种工况中单级失效和多级失效以随机现象出现,所以只能得到统计的规律。表3中给出每种工况下重复试验冰失效级数的次数统计。统计发现,在30次试验中,单级失效发生17次,占比56.7%;多级失效发生13次,占比43.3%。观察各平板厚度下的失效级数可以看出,对于同一压缩速率,结构刚度大时,失效主要呈现为单级失效形式,当结构刚度逐渐变小时,多级失效的发生开始增多,即同一压缩速率下随着结构刚度减弱多级失效增多。
单级失效具有与普通弹性材料失效相似的特点,这里重点分析多级失效。将发生多级失效的压力−位移曲线(图5(a))和发生失效点的实验照片(图5(b))进行对比,发现多级失效发生时压力突降(t = 1.88,2.64,3.66,4.32,5.06,7.18 s),接触面上的冰发生破碎,产生剥落,飞溅出去;而在压力正常增长时,则不发生接触面的剥落。同时,在照片中,可以观察在冰试件的底部呈现很浓的白色,表示这里产生大量的内部裂纹;同时有白色带贯穿上下,说明产生了上下贯通的裂纹。
冰试件和弹性平板接触过程中,上下接触面边缘不断剥落小块,形成局部破坏造成压力下降。剥落主要发生在45°附近,为剪切破坏(图6)。随着弹性结构向下推进,压力积累到一定程度,新的接触面由于剪切力的作用,又会局部破坏剥落小块,直至发生整体破坏,最终完全失效。
因此,如图7所示,有2种典型失效模式:第1种是由接触面到冰块侧面的横向贯穿破坏,这是一种局部的破坏,造成了压力−时间曲线下降后又慢慢升起来(图3);第2种是从上面接触面一直发展到下面接触面的纵向贯穿破坏,这是一种总体的破坏,造成冰的最后的失效。
考察实验录像,发现所有的实验中,单级失效发生时,都没有图7所示的局部横向贯穿破坏;而在所有的多级失效发生时,在最终失效前,都伴随有局部横向贯穿失效发生。因此,横向贯穿失效是产生多级失效的原因。
为分析弹性影响,根据1.1.3节可知,将板与冰的相互作用简化为2个弹簧。将弹性平板和冰的接触面假设为紧密接触,则位移满足${x_{{\text{total}}}} = {x_{{\text{plate}}}} + {x_{{\text{ice}}}}$;其中${x_{{\text{total}}}}$为总位移,即压力机行进位移;${x_{{\text{plate}}}}$为板挠度,${x_{{\text{ice}}}}$为冰上表面的压缩位移;各位移示意如图8所示。
压力−位移曲线的斜率代表弹性平板和冰相互作用耦合系统的等效压缩刚度。根据图3可以看出,紧接触阶段曲线斜率几乎保持不变且在每级失效之后,压力曲线几乎又按着同一斜率上升,即刚度基本没有发生变化。对30次试验的系统刚度进行统计,统计结果如图9所示。
图9可知,不同加载速率和结构弹性下,系统总体刚度较为稳定。当结构为弹性时,系统刚度的离散性较结构为刚性时小。当结构为刚性时,系统刚度完全由冰试件的压缩刚度决定,即耦合系统刚度的离散性体现为冰试件的离散性。
根据先前分析,将冰试件等效成弹簧系数为${K_{{\text{ice}}}}{\text{ = }}EA{\text{/}}L$的弹簧,将弹性平板等效成弹簧系数为${K_{{\text{plate}}}}{\text{ = }}F/\delta x$的弹簧,则冰−弹性平板脆性挤压相互作用耦合系统可简化为双弹簧作用系统。则双弹簧系统等效压缩刚度为

根据弹性力学,弹性平板的等效压缩刚度为板厚的函数,${K_{{\text{plate}}}} \propto {t^3}$t为板厚)。因为各工况中载荷位置和板的边长比不变,因此可认为平板刚度满足${K_{{\text{plate}}}} = \alpha {t^3}$。于是耦合系统刚度可表达为

结合实验数据,按此表达式以板厚t为横坐标、${K_{{\text{total}}}}$为纵坐标,如图10所示。$ \alpha 和{K}_{\text{ice}} $为拟合参数,单位分别为N/mm4和N/mm,获得的拟合结果在表4中给出。
通过实验数据拟合结果可知,板厚在10 mm以上,可以认为板的刚度变化对耦合系统的等效压缩弹簧系数影响忽略不计;同一加载速率和板厚下,系统总体等效压缩弹簧系数较为稳定。
计算各工况下的名义强度:

式中:${F_{\max }}$为相互作用过程中的最大载荷;A为冰试件的初始横截面积。将各工况名义强度计算结果进行统计,如图11所示。
图11可以看出,当结构刚度低时,压缩速率低的工况名义强度大于压缩速率高的工况,而在结构刚度较高时,应变速率高的工况名义强度大于应变率低的工况。结构等效压缩刚度和冰压缩刚度相当时,名义强度相对较大且离散性较强。
通过开展冰−弹性平板相互作用过程的实验室试验,采用压力机推动弹性平板与冰试件进行挤压,并记录和分析一系列载荷时间曲线和冰破碎图像,得到如下结论:
1) 冻结冰与弹性平板相互作用过程存在“松接触”和“紧接触”2个典型阶段。松接触阶段的最大位移和板厚关联性较弱,与弹性结构的板厚和加载速率无直接关系。
2) 相互作用的紧接触阶段,部分压力−位移曲线呈现出锯齿状多级失效特点。多级失效是由于产生接触面到冰试样侧面贯通裂纹造成的,属于局部失效;还存在从上到下贯穿裂纹,是造成总体失效的原因。
3) 压力−位移曲线在紧接触阶段斜率几乎不变,表明冰和弹性平板的耦合系统在相互作用过程中系统刚度基本不变,试验数据拟合验证耦合系统满足双弹簧模型,也间接证明多级失效是局部失效造成的。
结构和海冰的相互作用是冰区航行船舶设计需考虑的必要因素。本文研究偏于基础,研究最简单的板和冰的相互作用,有利于揭示该过程的最基本和核心特征,比如多级失效、紧接触等现象。因此,该研究结论适用于冰区航行船舶的结构设计,可为冰区船舶冰载荷的准确预报提供基础性的支撑。后期,该研究还可进一步深入,以探明更复杂结构对结构与冰相互作用过程的影响。
