Objective

With the increasing diversification of application requirements for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), traditional design methods centered on text-based documentation have revealed numerous limitations in practice, such as scattered design documents, difficulty in maintenance, and low iteration efficiency among systems. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a novel overall design methodology.

Method

In this study, the model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodology was incorporated into the design process of UUVs and integrated with traditional design approaches to establish a model-driven design and verification framework. Using the M-Design collaborative research platform, graphical system modeling language (SysML) was employed to construct a comprehensive system model, including the requirements model, logical architecture model, and physical architecture model, thereby forming an integrated design framework. To further validate the feasibility of the framework, multi-system co-simulation technology was adopted, and a distributed simulation platform was developed to perform performance simulation and verification for typical mission scenarios of UUVs. Based on these efforts, a conceptual scheme for an agile design and verification prototype system has been proposed to support agile development requirements.

Results

The results demonstrate that the model-based design methodology can significantly improve the design efficiency and verification capability of UUVs, enabling a closed-loop development process from requirements definition to design implementation.

Conclusion

The proposed design methodology provides effective guidance for the design and specification verification of various manned and unmanned underwater platforms.

目的

随着水下无人航行器(UUV)多样化应用需求的不断增加,传统以文本为载体的设计方法在实践中暴露了诸多局限性,例如设计文档分散、难以维护、系统之间迭代效率低等,故须提出一种全新的总体设计方法。

方法

引入基于模型的系统工程(MBSE),并与传统设计方法相结合,形成一种基于模型驱动的UUV设计与验证方法。首先,利用M-Design协同研发平台,采用图形化的系统建模语言,构建UUV的需求模型、逻辑架构模型和物理架构模型,从而形成完整的设计方案。然后,采用多系统联合仿真技术,搭建分布式仿真平台,对UUV典型任务场景进行性能模拟验证,最终提出针对UUV的敏捷设计与验证原型系统概念方案。

结果

研究结果表明,基于模型的设计方法可以有效提升UUV的设计效率和验证能力,实现了从需求定义到设计实现的完整闭环。

结论

研究成果可为各类水下有人和无人平台的设计与指标验证提供参考。

目的

随着水下无人航行器(UUV)多样化应用需求的不断增加,传统以文本为载体的设计方法在实践中暴露了诸多局限性,例如设计文档分散、难以维护、系统之间迭代效率低等,故须提出一种全新的总体设计方法。

方法

引入基于模型的系统工程(MBSE),并与传统设计方法相结合,形成一种基于模型驱动的UUV设计与验证方法。首先,利用M-Design协同研发平台,采用图形化的系统建模语言,构建UUV的需求模型、逻辑架构模型和物理架构模型,从而形成完整的设计方案。然后,采用多系统联合仿真技术,搭建分布式仿真平台,对UUV典型任务场景进行性能模拟验证,最终提出针对UUV的敏捷设计与验证原型系统概念方案。

结果

研究结果表明,基于模型的设计方法可以有效提升UUV的设计效率和验证能力,实现了从需求定义到设计实现的完整闭环。

结论

研究成果可为各类水下有人和无人平台的设计与指标验证提供参考。

Objective

With the increasing diversification of application requirements for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), traditional design methods centered on text-based documentation have revealed numerous limitations in practice, such as scattered design documents, difficulty in maintenance, and low iteration efficiency among systems. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a novel overall design methodology.

Method

In this study, the model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodology was incorporated into the design process of UUVs and integrated with traditional design approaches to establish a model-driven design and verification framework. Using the M-Design collaborative research platform, graphical system modeling language (SysML) was employed to construct a comprehensive system model, including the requirements model, logical architecture model, and physical architecture model, thereby forming an integrated design framework. To further validate the feasibility of the framework, multi-system co-simulation technology was adopted, and a distributed simulation platform was developed to perform performance simulation and verification for typical mission scenarios of UUVs. Based on these efforts, a conceptual scheme for an agile design and verification prototype system has been proposed to support agile development requirements.

Results

The results demonstrate that the model-based design methodology can significantly improve the design efficiency and verification capability of UUVs, enabling a closed-loop development process from requirements definition to design implementation.

Conclusion

The proposed design methodology provides effective guidance for the design and specification verification of various manned and unmanned underwater platforms.

船舶总体设计是一个典型的复杂系统工程,其设计过程需反复迭代、技术门槛较高,且参研单位众多[1]。虽然我国已形成了较成熟的船舶总体设计方法,但随着船舶规模、复杂度、安全性要求以及用户需求的不断提高,传统基于文档的研发流程难以匹配行业发展[2]。在设计方案迭代过程中,传统方法难以保证各类技术文档的一致性和可追溯性,从而产生迭代设计效率较低、验证精度不足等问题[3],增加了船舶平台,包括水下无人航行器(UUV),总体设计的难度和复杂性,故须开展适应新形势的船舶总体设计方法研究。
基于模型的系统工程(model-based systems engineering,MBSE)是实现数字化设计的核心技术,相较于传统的基于文档的方法,MBSE以图形化建模语言为主,通过可视化方式对系统进行正向分解,从而构建设计要素传递过程并生成可追溯的系统模型。近年来,我国工业部门在不同领域开展了基于MBSE的正向设计探索。在航空领域,中国航空工业集团有限公司进行了一系列MBSE试点项目应用和实践[4]。罗松等[5]分析了MBSE 在解决飞机概念设计问题中的技术可行性,并指出了MBSE的发展趋势及其在技术、管理和思想等方面的诸多应用挑战。针对民用客机研发,中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司提出基于模型的并行设计模式,实现集成验证与设计的并行开展,降低了研发风险与成本[6]。在航天领域,关锋等[7]分析MBSE的流程、方法、工具及应用层面,并结合中国探月工程进行了应用探索。在船舶领域,刘浩然等[8]基于MBSE的方法开展无人艇概念构型设计,系统梳理了基于模型的无人艇型线设计方法。杨元龙等[9]基于MBSE研究了船舶动力系统工程的数字化设计流程与顶层框架。Wang等[10]分析国内外MBSE的典型应用案例,提出了相应发展建议。同时,国外学者也开展了大量研究工作。Tepper[11]深入分析美军在舰船研发设计及采购过程中的MBSE应用问题,Jenkins[12]采用MBSE方法为美军的系统工程实施提供决策手段,Emeny等[13]则通过研究美军在开展MBSE建模过程中的数据传递与交换方法,开发了基于数据模型的格式转换工具。Morris等[14]基于MBSE方法,在澳大利亚海军舰艇采购项目合同签订之前,就得出了利益相关者分析结果。Pratt和Dabkowski[15]分析航空航天领域的MBSE方法,通过与传统方法进行关联与映射,提出了进一步优化方向。
然而,目前鲜有基于MBSE开展UUV总体设计方面的研究成果,究其原因:一是相较于航空航天等领域,船舶数字化的起步较晚;二是UUV作为新质平台,一般借鉴鱼雷及潜艇等母型船的逆向设计方法, 较少采用基于模型的正向设计;三是现阶段的舰舶数字化工作主要集中于某学科或单个系统的建设,尚未从总体及顶层开展数字化设计的系统研究。因此,为提升UUV的总体设计水平,亟须构建一种适应未来敏捷迭代需求、基于统一模型的方法,从而形成覆盖UUV总体设计全生命周期且经过仿真和试验验证的完整MBSE应用框架。
MBSE的三大支柱包括建模语言、建模方法以及建模工具[16]。目前,MBSE一般采用系统建模语言(systems modeling language,SysML)作为其标准语言,其基于统一建模语言(unified modeling language,UML)扩展而来, 并添加了针对系统工程的新元素,例如在UML 类图和对象图基础上扩充得到了表示系统架构的模块定义图和模块内部图,而某些针对软件系统建模的具体组件图和部署图,则不予保留[17]
在方法论层面,目前MBSE主要包括IBM Harmony,INCOSE 面向对象系统工程方法(object-oriented systems engineering method,OOSEM),IBM Rational 统一软件开发过程(rational unified process,RUP),达索公司的MagicGrid,NASA 喷气推进实验室状态分析(state analysis,SA),以及Dori 对象过程方法(object-process methodology,OPM)、中国商用飞机有限责任公司的需求−功能−要求−物理实现(need−function−requirement−physics,N−F−R−P)正向设计等方法,大多都提供了相应的软件工具,并支持某些过程标准或内部定义的过程模型[18]
在建模工具方面,基于模型的系统建模工具包括达索公司的 CATIA Magic,IBM公司的Rhapsody、索为公司的Modelook,Sparx Systems公司的Enterprise Architect、泰勒斯公司的 Capella等。国产软件方面,主要包括杭州华望系统科技有限公司的M-Design、苏州同元软控技术股份有限公司的MWorks.Sysbuilder等[9, 18-19]
本文正向设计的对象为一种通过水面保障船进行搭载与布放的UUV。以互补方式协同工作的水面船与UUV,具有更强大的作业能力,已被广泛应用于军事与民用领域。采用水面船远程投送UUV可以将2种平台组合为协同观测系统,因此在海洋环境立体观测、水下目标搜寻、协同导航等方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文拟开展基于模型的UUV设计[20],通过在水面母船上搭载和布放UUV实现水下目标探测、岸基遥控、自主操控等任务。
基于模型的正向设计理念可以归纳为“R−F−L−P”四个阶段,具体可以分解为需求分析与分解R(requirements analysis and decomposition)、功能分析F(function analysis)、逻辑分析L(logical analysis)、物理设计P(physical design),其中每一步都包含对上一个步骤的需求追踪与验证,主要流程及输入/输出关系如图1所示。
1) 需求分析与分解。
需求分析与分解即分析用户或利益相关方需要完成的任务,包括系统主要能力定义、系统需求分析、系统使用描述(例如功能和使用流程)。在UUV的初始设计阶段,首先需分析用户或利益相关方,即收集用户及系统的总体需求,并输出为下级系统的设计要求、设计规范与设计准则,其主要输出形式为需求图和需求表。
图2所示,对于UUV而言,用户需求为可被水面母船存储与收回、可与水面进行光纤通信,并对特定区域进行目标侦察。在此基础上,进一步细化分析利益相关方的需求,例如:针对“可被水面母船布放”的需求,可细化为“UUV艏部需与水面母船存在接口”;针对“目标侦察”的需求,可分解得出UUV水下航速与续航力的指标。
2) 功能分析。
功能分析即为了完成用户任务所需的系统功能,主要包括系统能力的权衡分析、系统的功能与非功能分析,并按照一定格式对系统需求进行固化。开展系统功能分析时,可以采用SysML用例图、活动图等进一步细化系统用例场景,其主要步骤包括用例分析以及活动流程分析两部分。
通过用例,即可从系统边界及上下文定义来明确系统的能力需求,分析识别UUV与外界的交互对象及交互关系,从而为活动流程分析提供输入。系统的用例包含参与者和边界,用例的本质是从业务主角和业务功能这2个视角来描述模型,一是辅助UUV的用户来确认模型能否识别其所有的业务功能,二是从业务的完整性角度来检查模型的业务主角和业务功能是否齐全。例如,针对UUV的使用工况来分析UUV的运行场景,其外部参与方主要包括海洋环境、UUV操作员、水面母船,其主要用例活动包括由水面母船投送及回收UUV、针对特定水下目标进行侦察,同时需对整个活动过程中产生的异常现象进行处理。UUV系统的总体用例如图3所示。
活动流程分析即通过对系统用例逐个开展行为设计,确定各功能之间的控制流(执行顺序)和对象流(传输对象),从而为UUV的逻辑设计提供输入。例如针对“目标侦察”这一任务,在总体层面主要由水面母船和UUV共同配合完成,具体而言:任务开始后,首先,由水面母船通过光纤向UUV下达指令,当UUV抵达水下目标区域后,通过光纤向水面母船回传状态信息;然后,由水面母船下达任务指令,UUV接收指令后进行任务分配,并由水面母船的操作人员决策是否进行自主模式;如果进入自主模式阶段,UUV将根据航迹规划算法及识别算法对目标进行跟踪与识别,并将识别结果通过光纤回传至水面母船,由操作人员决策是否开展进一步的遥控侦察。图4所示为UUV的典型任务活动图。
根据任务流程活动图,需分析为完成“目标搜索”这一活动,UUV应具备的基本功能模块。例如,水面母船通过人工遥控UUV,故必须配备遥控模块;为实现UUV的自主航行,必须配备“UUV控制模块”;为实现水面船与UUV的实时通信,还要配备“通信模块”;为实现目标探测与跟踪,应配置“感知模块”。通过减少接口数量、优化性能指标,形成顶层功能架构,即可形成UUV的功能模块,如图5所示。
3) 逻辑分析。
逻辑分析即定义系统如何运行以满足用户需求,以组件的形式对系统架构进行分解,并选择可兼顾各方需求的最佳逻辑架构。逻辑分析主要从算法和接口的角度来描述UUV系统,其输入为系统功能模块。首先,需分析顶层功能之间的数据接口,根据活动图所得的活动流,即可明确各模块之间的接口类型。例如:遥控模块与UUV控制模块之间应存在设备指令,由UUV控制模块向操控模块反馈UUV的状态信息指令,由UUV的感知模块向UUV控制模块发送感知信息,并由UUV控制模块下达设备指令。根据活动图产生的信息流及能量流,即可采用内部模块图来创建功能模块之间的接口关系(图6)。针对每个功能,结合逻辑组件定义,即可按照数据流进行迭代分析,最后形成逻辑架构,自动生成接口协议表(interface control document,ICD),如图7所示。鉴于UUV以及大型船舶设计中最重要且繁琐的工作就是接口统计与变更协调,而基于模型进行接口协议生成与管理,可以为后续各系统的接口设计提供明确的输入和快速迭代。
同时,还需将逻辑架构模块中的UUV控制模块、通信模块、 操控装置、感知功能模块、能源模块分别映射至Matlab/Simulink中的Onboard CPU,Communications,Actuation and Propulsion,Sensing,Power Module等模型,从而在Matlab/Simulink中搭建UUV航行运动控制系统的性能模型(图8),实现基于模型的航行控制代码生成及航行控制算法的快速迭代优化。当完成系统总体层级的功能与逻辑架构设计之后,还需进行需求追溯性分析,以确保所有的系统需求均得到满足(图9)。
4) 物理架构设计。
UUV的物理架构设计主要用于定义系统如何研制及生产,包括系统的组织模式定义、系统组成定义,对系统设备进行选型、验证及确认。物理架构模型描述了UUV的真实物理组成,其相关接口应保持一致。首先,建立UUV的功能与对应物理系统的分配关系,将各功能分配至系统对应的物理实体予以执行;然后,根据活动图对象流的分析结果,构建系统及设备的接口关系,例如,将“能源模块”与“操纵装置”的部分功能分配给动力推进系统,将“航行控制模块”分配给集中控制设备等;最后,形成包含接口需求的物理组件和物理功能清单,以指导生产部门开展UUV的生产制造工作。功能活动与物理架构的映射关系如图10所示。
为满足UUV控制系统的数字联调需求,根据上文创建的功能分析与逻辑分析流程,结合UUV的各类性能模型,即可开发基于模型的分布式联合仿真系统。本文的联合仿真架构摒弃了传统的软件开发思路,将控制系统划分为感知、任务、控制以及平台4个层次的模型,并统一了各层次模型的接口规范。由Matlab/Simulink模型直接生成控制代码,通过模型适配及部署实装,即可实现模型设计成果到控制系统平台的快速转换,支撑研制过程核心功能设计的快速迭代,从而确保改进效果和迭代效率。联合仿真的主要技术内涵包括以下4个方面。
1) 仿真模型接入服务。提供基于通用接口标准2.0(functional mock-up interface,FMI 2.0)的模型接入功能,支持符合FMI 2.0 标准或非FMI 2.0 标准的模型集成,并提供模型加载及识别、模型控制、模型数据输入/输出、非标模型接入等功能,从而为平台现场层通用控制信息的联合仿真建模提供支撑。
2) 仿真模型运行服务。该服务是调度服务与仿真模型的数据交换通道,可以提供节点模型的初始化及部署、模型状态监控、节点资源监控,模拟验证等功能。
3) 联合仿真调度服务。依托分布式通信总线,分布式联合仿真调度可以采用发布−订阅模式来实现低延迟的节点与节点、节点与模型之间的数据交互。联合仿真调度服务是基于分布式主从架构部署的主节点服务,提供了统一时间服务、模型数据交换总线、分布式通信总线、仿真数据记录等核心功能;支持接收面向用户可视化界面操作的仿真控制数据,从而将仿真控制指令分发至模型,并驱动模型运行。
4) 仿真配置及运行管理服务。依托图形化工具,该服务可以提供可视化的仿真联调配置能力,支持模型库管理、仿真配置、运行门户、通用接口单元(functional mock-up units,FMU)模型校验工具、FMU 模型代码生成工具等主要功能。
本文构建了UUV六自由度惯性导航系统、深度计、舵机、推进器等关键装备的数字模型。同时,将控制系统与平台、执行机构的通信协议进行模型化表达,搭建网络拓扑结构与UDP通信协议,从而为控制系统、任务策略的优化提供环境支撑,如图11所示。
为验证该分布式仿真架构的有效性,本文分别在UUV航速为4 和5 kn的工况下,开展了湖上定深和定航向航行试验,其期望深度与期望航向、实际深度与实际航向,以及仿真深度与仿真航向的对比结果如图12图15所示。根据对比结果可知,UUV在深度与航向上的变化趋势基本一致,任意时刻的深度方向误差δ1≤0.01 m,航向误差δ2≤0.2°,其仿真精度满足工程应用要求。湖上试验由于水流等不可控因素的扰动,导致深度方向、航向上的响应时间分别存在2~3 s和4~5 s的误差,也均在工程可控范围之内。
基于模型的联合仿真突破了单学科仿真对复杂工况仿真能力不足和单平台仿真算力不足的局限,可以依托多个分布式算力来开展多专业、强耦合、高实时的仿真工作。通过对极端环境(强湍流、深海高压)开展虚拟试验,可规避实物的试验风险;针对复杂任务开展预先仿真推演,可优化任务流程与参数配置;通过对试验中的高风险操作进行数字化演练,可提升操作人员的熟练度;基于“虚实协同试验”,通过数字模型模拟蓝方探测、实物执行规避动作,可还原真实对抗场景,从而全面验证UUV的各项能力。需注意的是,在构建联合仿真模型时应基于明确且具体的仿真对象,其中仿真时间域应尽量接近,避免引入过多的变量而导致仿真步长不一致,并避免引入过多的非关键仿真对象而导致计算资源浪费。
任何模糊的用户需求,都必须转化为清晰、可验证的性能指标,这是确保UUV满足用户期望的基础。基于模型的设计方法主要通过有效性度量(measures of effectiveness,MOE)来判断各类关键指标是否满足需求。MOE可以使用SysML块定义图(block definition diagram,BDD)和参数图(parametric diagram,PAR)来建模,并通过筛选系统需求条目中的定量表达(即非功能性需求)来汇总系统的性能指标,以此作为系统总体设计约束,进而开展指标的逐层分配与验证。因此,需对UUV的主尺度与排水量等指标进行需求确认与闭环(图16),一旦用户需求发生变化,即可通过MOE进行需求的快速迭代与变更。
与基于文档的设计方法相比,基于R−F−L−P 的UUV设计流程、输出物均得到了进一步细分,具体如表1所示。基于文档的传统设计流程可分为方案论证、方案设计、仿真验证、实物试验与产品交付五大阶段,而基于模型的设计流程则细分为11项设计环节,每个环节均由相应的数字化设计软件进行研发,并以模型或数据表的形式向下一环节传递。由此可见,基于模型的设计流程分工更精细,并对每个设计环节提出明确的输出要求,避免了人为因素导致的设计偏差与歧义。
基于模型的设计方法具有如下优势:
1) 要素可视化。通过将所有基于文档的设计结果全部转化为计算机可识别的各类模型,并基于SysML语言的9种视图(需求图、用例图、活动图等)将抽象的工程需求转化为具象模型,从而减少了人为交互或自然语言描述中因歧义而产生的质量问题。
2) 数据一体化。依托协同研发设计平台,建立了模型之间的关联映射,从而实现了需求、设计、仿真数据的同步。例如,本文对需求进行了条目化管理,并可通过各类追溯矩阵及仿真环境对各项需求进行验证。
3) 验证前置化。在实物制造之前,可以通过活动图、状态机图与虚拟试验来提前完成功能与性能验证。例如,本文可以通过活动图和用例图对UUV典型任务剖面下的活动进行分析,并在仿真环境中提前开展验证。
相较于UUV敏捷设计的要求,本文基于模型的设计方法还存在一定差距,主要体现为:1)需求产生慢,每次装备论证均需重新分解、分析与分配,故概念方案的输入形成过程较慢;2)系统功能架构的生成速度较慢,对于新的需求,均需重新进行功能设计与匹配;3)系统分析与权衡速度较慢,对于所产生的系统功能架构,需重新开展逻辑架构设计与验证;4)方案闭环速度较慢,在系统逻辑架构的形成过程中,一旦产生新的需求,均需重新分配并选择物理实体;5)概念方案数量较少,该方法在论证初期就对概念方案进行闭环,所以产生的方案数量较少。
因此,有必要根据上述基于模型的设计方法,构建一种适应未来敏捷迭代需求、基于统一模型的UUV设计平台。
UUV敏捷研发原型系统的架构设计流程如图17所示,该系统分为3层,底层为基础模型库,中间层为设计流程框架,顶层为UUV设计。其中,基础模型库用于支撑设计流程的模型复用,中间层的设计结果可以支持顶层UUV敏捷研发的快速复用和迭代。
1) 基础模型库层。主要包括5个部分:(1)需求模型库,包含UUV设计的标准规范、行业导则、验收标准等;(2)功能模型库,包括UUV重用性高的功能组件,可以由领域专家根据历史型号泛化而得;(3)逻辑组件库,包括UUV系统级、子系统级、部件级,甚至零件级的模块定义及复用,也可以由领域专家根据历史型号泛化而得;(4)商用组件库,即成熟可靠的UUV成套型号产品,商用组件是逻辑组件的特化,也是多方案形成的基础;(5)分析计算库,将通用的计算公式、验证方法进行封装,即为通用的计算模型库。
2) 设计流程架构层。按照需求架构−功能架构−逻辑架构−分析验证的主流程逐项开展,其中:需求架构即通过设计师定义或从需求模型库调用,形成UUV的需求,并对需求条目进行分解;功能架构即通过系统功能定义或选择可重用的功能组件,进行纵向层级架构和横向功能的关联;逻辑架构即通过系统逻辑组件定义或选择可重用的逻辑组件,对系统构成进行建模,同时建立系统各组成部分的交互逻辑;分析验证即对关键性能属性进行分析计算,选择可重用的约束模块,从而实现属性与性能指标的关联映射,以及可视化的验证。
3) 产品设计应用层。开展敏捷研发时,可以直接参考典型的系统模型,视情修改需求指标、功能组件、逻辑组件或商用组件,以实现系列型号的快速迭代设计。
模型库设计技术是敏捷研发原型系统的核心技术,承担了系统模型、对象模型、活动模型、接口模型及领域知识图谱的统一存储、管理、检索和复用任务。模型库通过多维度标签、元数据管理及语义索引,实现了模型资产的可搜索、可复用和可扩展,可为需求定义、逻辑建模及分析验证提供标准化输入和服务化支撑。模型复用与组合机制是模型库的核心技术点,通过将不同层级和类型的模型基于标准接口进行封装,实现了模块化调用和快速组合建模。在设计准备阶段,设计人员首先对UUV的历史设计数据进行整理、归纳,并基于模型类型、用途、版本、约束条件、所属系统或子系统等属性进行分层建模,从而实现模型的结构化管理和分级存储。在设计过程中,设计人员可以通过调用已有的子系统模型、功能模块及接口模型基础库,来快速组装系统逻辑架构和分析模型,从而形成完整的设计方案。这种复用机制不仅节约了建模时间,也保证了跨方案、跨项目的一致性和可维护性。同时,针对新产品、新技术应用所引入的模型库新需求,设计师还可以同步对模型库进行实时修改与更新,实现“每做一个产品,就完善一次基础库”。通过元数据管理,平台可以对模型的来源、依赖关系、更新记录及适用范围进行统一追踪,为工程实践提供清晰的模型生命周期信息。同时,平台还建立了语义搜索与模型推荐机制,通过嵌入向量、知识图谱关系及语义匹配算法,实现了按语义意图的模型检索和智能推荐。工程师可以基于需求快速调用符合约束条件和功能要求的模型,从而显著提升建模效率和方案迭代速度。
相较于现有的设计流程,基于模型的敏捷设计流程变化较大(图18),其主要区别为:1)基础设计工作均由计算机自动识别与匹配;2)大量接口协调工作均通过协同平台开展,进而转为自动设计;3)基础库可在设计阶段引入大量的可选方案进行迭代,从而批量生成概念方案。
在敏捷设计方法的要求下,设计师的职责也同样发生了变化,如图19所示,设计师系统分为两部分:1)型号架构设计师,主要关注方案寻优以及相关设计流程的匹配;2)领域建模工程师,主要负责基础模型库的建设与完善工作。
相较于前期研究工作,本文不局限于单学科与单系统的数字化设计方法,主要从总体角度系统性开展了从需求、设计到验证的全流程数字化设计流程研究。首先,本文基于MBSE 思想开展UUV的总体设计与验证,并结合工程实践经验提出了R−F−L−P的正向设计方法论;然后,结合系统特点,提出基于模型的UUV设计方法,并利用M-Design软件开展了需求分析与分解、功能分析、逻辑分析与物理设计;最后,基于联合仿真的思想,搭建分布式仿真平台,开展了对比验证。研究结果表明,基于R−F−L−P的UUV正向设计过程合理可行,在保证从系统需求到物理实现的快速响应和系统需求的可追溯性,实现对系统接口设计的协同管理,提高产品设计效率的同时,减少了后期修改迭代的成本。本文提出的分布式联合仿真架构的仿真精度较高,可以对UUV航行控制系统进行快速迭代验证;本文提出的基于模型的敏捷研发原型系统架构能满足未来UUV敏捷设计的要求,实现从需求、设计、验证的完整闭环。经初步评估,采用基于模型的接口协议变更与统计,设计工期可由原来的3~5天缩短到1 h以内;采用模型的敏捷设计方案可在15天内完成数十个概念方案的批量化产生与闭环验证,大幅提升总体设计的敏捷性与设计质量。
船舶产品的研制涉及多学科、多专业,利益相关方跨单位、跨层级,是一项研制过程与迭代周期长的复杂系统工程,这对舰船数字化设计提出了极高的要求,所以需重点做好模型与数据(尤其是跨学科与跨单位的模型与数据)的管控,才能构建权威数据源的数字化敏捷研发体系。
未来,面向舰船复杂系统数字化设计还需要重点注意和开展以下工作:
1) 在全流程“数字主线”的应用过程中,各相关方应在统一要求下开展舰船各系统的数字化研制,从“数字主线”中提取模型数据,并由专人进行模型管理。
2) 以舰船全生命周期内的典型任务为目标,提出“数字样船”联合仿真体系与数据校核方法,明确各关键系统的建模边界、建模颗粒度、CAD/CAE一体化设计、仿真步长与接口关系、数据采集与分析方法,并确保先验模型能够预先建设、预先验证,从而确保后验模型的可靠性与有效性。
3) 明确模型基础库构建的技术体系,即从基础语义、建模方法、领域知识等方面形成基础库的构建机制。
4) 实现领域大模型与领域设计智能体建设,因为数字化设计的最终目标即为智能化设计。通过结合通用行业大模型和基础库来形成领域知识,并采用混合建模技术、机器学习、深度学习和知识图谱等方法来提高模型的准确性和泛化能力。同时,可以利用数字孪生数据和在线传感器数据、日志数据和历史记录等现场实测数据,对大模型和智能体进行训练和优化,不断提升舰船智能化设计的应用效果。
同时,进行舰船领域的数字化设计还应注意:
1) 开展基于模型的系统建模时,需要设计师具备一定的SysML,Modelica,Matlab建模经验,而涉及多学科耦合的复杂系统则对设计师提出了更高的能力要求。
2) 基于模型的协同设计环境需要设计团队具备一定的数字化设计氛围,管理者与设计师应在实时协同环境中进行系统设计与开发。
3) 联合仿真需对多学科异构模型进行集成与验证,所以对各类学科的模型规范性提出了较高的要求,需在统一框架下开展建模及模型数据的管理。
4) 为减少同类型产品的重复性建模工作,必须建立产品的基础模型库,将设计师从繁杂的基础工作中解放出来,为后续的智能化设计奠定基础,真正实现数字化为复杂系统设计赋能。
