To address the challenges of multi-modal vehicle coordination and dynamic scheduling in emergency supply delivery for mountain forest fires, this study proposes an optimized route planning method for emergency supply distribution. Considering factors such as mountainous road network structures, demand urgency, motorcycle and drone participation, and air-ground collaborative delivery, a dynamic collaborative truck-drone-motorcycle route optimization model for mountain forest fire emergency supply delivery is constructed, aiming to minimize delivery time. An improved adaptive large neighborhood search (IALNS) algorithm with a repair operator is designed to solve the model, and it is compared with traditional ALNS and tabu search algorithms(TSA). Research findings indicate: The proposed model and algorithm are applicable to emergency supply delivery in mountainous forest fire scenarios. The IALNS outperforms both ALNS and TSA. Dynamic coordination strategies yield superior results compared to static coordination, reducing the total delivery time by 2.49% to 25.75%. Leveraging the advantages of motorcycles and drones is essential for establishing an optimized multi-vehicle collaborative delivery model.

针对山区森林火灾应急物资保障中存在的多模态载具协同配送与动态调度难题,提出一种应急物资配送路径优化方法。考虑山区路网结构,需求紧迫性,摩托车与无人机参与,空-地协同配送等因素,以应急物资配送时间最短为目标,构建卡车-无人机-摩托车动态协同的山区森林火灾应急物资配送路径优化模型;设计一种带修复算子的整数多向量编码改进自适应大邻域搜索算法(IALNS)求解模型,并与传统自适应大领域搜索算法(ALNS)和禁忌搜索算法比较。研究结果表明: 提出的模型和算法可应用于山区环境森林火灾应急物资配送中; IALNS优于ALNS和禁忌搜索算法;动态协同策略优于静态协同策略,总配送时间下降2.49%~25.75%;应发挥摩托车与无人机的优势,构建多载具协同的优化配送模式。

To address the challenges of multi-modal vehicle coordination and dynamic scheduling in emergency supply delivery for mountain forest fires, this study proposes an optimized route planning method for emergency supply distribution. Considering factors such as mountainous road network structures, demand urgency, motorcycle and drone participation, and air-ground collaborative delivery, a dynamic collaborative truck-drone-motorcycle route optimization model for mountain forest fire emergency supply delivery is constructed, aiming to minimize delivery time. An improved adaptive large neighborhood search (IALNS) algorithm with a repair operator is designed to solve the model, and it is compared with traditional ALNS and tabu search algorithms(TSA). Research findings indicate: The proposed model and algorithm are applicable to emergency supply delivery in mountainous forest fire scenarios. The IALNS outperforms both ALNS and TSA. Dynamic coordination strategies yield superior results compared to static coordination, reducing the total delivery time by 2.49% to 25.75%. Leveraging the advantages of motorcycles and drones is essential for establishing an optimized multi-vehicle collaborative delivery model.

近年来,我国南方山区极端高温天气频发,森林防火形势日趋严峻[1-2]。山区森林地形复杂,道路崎岖、沟壑纵横,一旦发生火情,应急物资的高效配送成为抢险救灾的关键。然而,传统卡车运输模式在道路条件受限的复杂山区环境中,配送效率和可达性受到极大制约,难以满足物资的紧急需求。2022年8月,重庆市系列山区森林火灾的救援实践和Cheng jiahao[3]的研究表明:引入机动性强的摩托车和能跨越地形障碍的无人机,构建卡车-无人机-摩托车协同的多模态配送体系,是破解山区森林应急物资保障难题的有效途径。
现有相关研究主要集中在以下3方面。首先是火灾应急资源的调度优化。早期研究主要关注以最小化系统时间与费用为目标的资源分配模型[4];随后,研究进一步引入火势蔓延趋势、火灾严重程度及救援优先级等复杂约束[5-6];其后,工作则扩展至多救援中心、多火点及多机型协作的复杂调度问题[7]。然后,是多模态卡车-无人机的车辆路径问题(Vehicle Routing Problem,VRP)。针对不确定性场景,张林静等[8]构建了双目标应急运送优化模型;针对特殊地理环境,部分研究探讨了山区自然灾害下的协同调度及陡峭道路对绿色物流的影响,并探索了无人机单次多服务点的配送模式[9-11]。最后是多车型VRP研究。该领域重点关注异质车队的协同作业,例如:李正雯等[12]研究了带时间窗的绿色2级多车型VRP;Schmidt等[13]研究了车队规模随时间变化的多车型VRP。
尽管上述文献为应急物资配送提供了理论基础,但在山区森林火灾这一特定场景下,现有研究仍存在以下局限:①未能充分考虑山区异质路网的复杂性,多假设路网同质可达,而山区沟壑纵横,存在大量卡车无法通行的节点,需利用无人机填补卡车配送盲区。②忽视了摩托车的机动优势,多集中于卡车-无人机协同,忽略了摩托车在复杂道路类型中适应性强、可多次往返的特性。③缺乏针对高紧迫性需求的动态协同机制。传统研究多采用卡车原地等待无人机的静态协同模式,效率较低,无法满足森林火灾对应急物资的高时效要求,需建立卡车行进间回收无人机的动态协同机制。
综上所述,为弥补上述不足,笔者以山区森林火灾应急物资配送为研究对象,重点研究卡车、无人机与摩托车等多模态载具在异质山区路网中的任务分配、路径规划和动态协同问题,设计一种带修复算子的整数多向量编码改进自适应大邻域搜索算法(Improved Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search,IALNS),并与自适应大邻域搜索算法(Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search,ALNS)、禁忌搜索算法(Tabu Search Algorithm,TSA)[14]进行比较,以期验证模型与算法的有效性。
应急物资配送网络设定为单集散点-多需求点模式。所有载具从物资集散点出发,为多个分散的需求点提供服务。为提高物资保障的及时性与覆盖面,采用卡车-无人机-摩托车协同的方式配送。问题可描述为一个带时间窗、有容量限制、存在无人机飞行距离限制、异质道路通行限制及多模态车辆协同的山区森林火灾应急物资配送VRP。核心决策问题是:如何规划不同类型载具的配送路径,实现所有需求点的应急物资配送总时间最短。
网络定义为图G(I,V),其中,I为顶点集,V为弧集。根据山区森林地势地貌与节点间的道路可通行情况,路线可分为3种类型$V={V}_{1}\bigcup {V}_{2}\bigcup {V}_{3}$,即大路线V1、小路线V2和飞行路线V3。根据不同路线与需求点特征配送物资,卡车和摩托车都可以通行路线V1,使用卡车与摩托车配送V1上的需求点;摩托车可通行但卡车不能通行的路线V2,使用摩托车与无人机配送V2上的需求点; 飞行路线V3上的需求点则只能使用无人机配送。根据弧集特征,需求点集合分为3类$I={I}_{1}\bigcup {I}_{2}\bigcup {I}_{3}$,其中,I1为大路点集合,I2为小路点集合,I3为无路点集合。无路点为少量消防人员步行进入山区所形成的需求点,只能由无人机配送。所有节点集合为$I,i,j,h\in I\bigcup r$,其中,r为物资集散点位置。另外设置集合${I}_{i}^{k}$为卡车k在节点i将要放飞无人机配送的需求点集合。卡车搭载无人机在某节点的配送集合如图1所示,假设卡车1在节点4处需要放飞无人机配送3个节点,则该集合表示为${I}_{1}^{4}=\{\mathrm{3,1},2\}$
提出如下假设:①同类载具的最大载重量与行驶速度相同。②各需求点的物资需求量不超过卡车的最大容量,但可能超过摩托车和无人机的最大容量。③每辆卡车仅搭载一架无人机。无人机从卡车上起飞发射,完成配送任务后可由卡车在发射点或后续路径节点上进行回收。④无人机单次飞行只能为一个需求点配送物资。若该点需求量超过无人机单次载重,无人机需多次往返配送。⑤摩托车可多次往返物资集散点进行物资补给和配送。⑥由卡车或摩托车服务的需求点,只被一辆车服务一次。
借鉴Cheng jiahao等[3]的研究,设定卡车与无人机的总协同时间T1为:

卡车配送时间包括卡车行驶时间与需求点服务时间。卡车配送时间T2表示为:

无人机的配送时间已被计入其与卡车的协同时间中,故目标函数为总配送时间最短:

传统VRP是一个被证明了的非确定性多项式难(Non-deterministic Polynomial Hard, NP-Hard)问题,常使用启发式方法求解[15],文中提出的带时间窗和多载具协作的VRP更加复杂,而ALNS具有较好的求解效率。故设计一种改进的ALNS求解模型。
为处理车辆载重约束,且考虑区域限制,让摩托车无法配送I3类节点,设计算法1生成初始解。
算法1:采用贪婪策略与随机化相结合的方式生成初始解,有效处理异质车辆的路径构建与载重管理。算法随机遍历所有未服务的需求节点,首先,依据节点的可达性(如无路点仅能由无人机配送,故必须分配给卡车携带)和当前车辆类型进行匹配检查;其次,在插入节点时,算法实时评估车辆剩余载重,若载重充足则直接将节点加入路径;然后,针对具有高机动性的摩托车,若当前剩余载重不足但节点需求小于其最大载重,算法会插入“返回集散点”操作,模拟摩托车中途补货后再继续配送的多趟次作业模式;最后,若当前车辆无法满足需求(如载重耗尽且无法补货,或车型不匹配),算法则终止当前路径并初始化一辆新的卡车或摩托车,直至所有节点均被覆盖,最终输出包含多条异质车辆路线的可行解集。
在生成初始解时判断未服务节点集合Φ是否为空集,若不为空集则反复生成解直至得到初始可行解,即不同车辆的路线集。初始解如图2所示,k1为卡车路线,表示卡车1将依次从需求点1一直配送到需求点8,无人机飞行路线被编码进入搭载其卡车路线中,如假设节点11为无人机配送节点,则卡车会在节点1时放飞无人机前往配送节点11,其后在节点5等待无人机配送完成后收回无人机或者直接前往后续节点收回无人机。m2为摩托车路线,表示摩托车2在配送完节点2后,将返回物资集散点补充物资,然后继续配送节点3。
1) 卡车-无人机动态协同策略。为确保无人机遵守最大飞行距离限制,对于某条卡车路径,设计以下策略:
步骤1: 当卡车k运载的无人机f从需求点i出发向需求点j配送时,令无人机f在执行${n}_{i}^{kf}$次配送任务时的潜在飞行距离为ηf=λ-Dij。若ηfDij,将该点标记为违背约束的点,加入集合γ,返回给计算结果。
步骤2: 若下一个需求点$h\in {I}_{2}\bigcup {I}_{3}$,则无人机在完成配送后返回需求点i装载,然后继续配送需求点h。否则,转至步骤3。
步骤3: 令${\Omega }_{i}^{k}$表示从需求点i到下一个无人机配送点的所有后续节点。
步骤4: 计算无人机从需求点j到后续需求点$h(h\in {\Omega }_{i}^{k})$的距离,若所有Djh均大于ηf,则进入步骤5。否则,转到步骤6。
步骤5: 无人机返回需求点i,卡车在原地等待接收无人机后一起前往下一个需求点。
步骤6: 无人机飞到最远的需求点h,即$max\{{D}_{jh}\le {\eta }_{f},h\in {\Omega }_{i}^{k}\}$,卡车将在h节点回收无人机。
2) 配送时间计算。通过算法2计算所有卡车路径的总时间。而对于摩托车路线,按顺序遍历路径中的节点,计算配送总时间。所有车辆的总时间为总配送时间。
算法2:该算法的核心在于将编码后的离散路径序列转化为具体的时空调度方案,重点解决卡车与无人机的动态汇合问题。在解码卡车路径时,算法通过前瞻搜索策略处理无人机任务:当卡车释放无人机后,算法会遍历卡车后续访问的节点序列,在满足无人机最大续航里程的约束下,寻找最远的各类可行节点作为回收点(动态协同),若后续节点均不可达,则强制卡车在原地等待回收(静态协同);随后,算法分别累加卡车行驶与服务时间、无人机飞行与服务时间,并在回收点取两者到达时刻的最大值加上回收耗时作为同步时间,同时对违反时间窗或飞行距离约束的路径施加惩罚成本,从而计算出精确的目标函数值。
获得初始路径解后,设计如下5种删除算子,从当前的初始解决方案中删除部分需求点: ①随机路径删除算子。随机移除解方案中一条包含特定数量节点的完整路径,以增加解空间的搜索范围。②约束违背删除算子。基于解码结果,识别并移除违反无人机最大飞行里程约束或时间窗约束的所有需求点,以修正不可行解。③随机需求点删除算子。在随机选定的路径上,随机移除指定数量的需求点,以此扰动当前解。④最大节约点删除算子。通过移除对总配送时间贡献最大的n个需求点,优化高成本节点。⑤相似度删除算子。基于距离、时间窗及需求量的加权差异,移除与种子节点相似度最高的同类型需求点。
根据需求点类型,I3类节点只可选择卡车路径插入,其余类型节点可任意选择路径插入。针对问题,设计以下3种插入算子。①随机插入算子。将待插入节点随机插入至可行路径的任意合法位置,以增加解的多样性。②贪婪插入算子。以最小化总时间增量为目标,遍历所有可行位置,将节点插入至成本增加最小的最优位置。③后悔值插入算子。计算节点插入最佳位置与次佳位置的时间增量差值(后悔值),优先插入后悔值最大的节点,以避免短视优化。
设计4种邻域搜索算子以更新可行解: 路径内2-opt算子、路径内交换算子、路径间插入算子以及路径间交换算子[14]
更新路径解后,路径解有可能违背车辆载重约束,故再设计一个修复算子以修复路径解,具体步骤如下:
步骤1: 选择一条车辆路径。若为卡车路径,则将所有需求点的需求量求和以判断是否小于卡车载重量,若卡车载重量小于总需求点需求量,则随机删除部分点至到满足卡车载重量,将这些点加入到集合$\Phi $; 若为摩托车路径,则依次遍历该路径上的需求点,检查是否存在大于摩托车最大载重的需求点,若存在,则同样加入到集合$\Phi $。重复该步骤至到检查完所有车辆路径。
步骤2: 检查集合$\Phi $,若为空集,则算法结束,否则转步骤3。
步骤3: 从头开始遍历该集合中的需求点。设当前遍历的需求点为i,若需求点$i\notin {I}_{3}$,则任选一辆剩余载重大于该需求点需求量的卡车或者最大载重量大于该需求点需求量的摩托车,将该需求点加入到选择的车辆路径末尾。若需求点$i\in {I}_{3}$,则只能选择一辆卡车进行路径插入。重复该步骤至到遍历完集合$\Phi $
对于删除算子(2),若当前解没有违反约束条件的需求点,则重新选择另一个删除算子,其余算子采用自适应权重更新策略。
为验证所构建多载具协同配送路径优化模型的有效性,通过不同规模算例,求解分析卡车、无人机和摩托车的任务分配、路径选择及卡车-无人机动态协同回收策略。
在Solomon案例数据基础上通过增加需求点类型构建不同规模的仿真算例分析。规模分析分别采用不同标准算例库中的25、50、100及200节点规模算例,以验证算法性能。基础算例与敏感性分析则采用50节点标准算例。另外,为满足测试要求,增加以下参数数据。卡车、摩托车和无人机的最大载重分别为wk=700 kg、wm=60 kg和wf=10 kg,卡车和摩托车平均行驶速度分别为vk=15 m/s和vm=20 m/s,无人机空载速度为25 m/s,考虑到载重量对飞行速度的影响,参考Wu Kunpeng等[16]的方法,修正得到无人机的平均飞行速度为vf=17.95 m/s。无人机的接收和发射时间相同u=U=10 s;各需求点服务时间si=30 s。IALNS算法的相关参数如下: 权值更新系数ρ=0.8,算子得分分别为sd'=20、sd=12和sd=8,权重更新周期ϕ=10,最大迭代次数φ=400 φ=400,模拟退火接受准则中的初始退火控制参数为θ0=0,冷却率为σ=0.95。
针对问题特点,将大路线点、小路线点和无路点按 6∶3∶1比例随机标注。设置卡车、无人机与摩托车数量分别为2辆、2架和4辆。为方便计算,将单位坐标轴间距设置为1 000m,根据欧氏距离计算各需求点间距,以此作为无人机的飞行路线与节点间路径长度,以该路径长度乘以1.2作为卡车与摩托车行驶路径。需求节点每单位需求量设置为2kg,计算结果见表1
表1可知:①虽然无人机速度大于卡车速度,但是单位节点平均配送时间卡车小于无人机,这是因为卡车配送的需求点可以一次完成,而无人机由于载重限制则需要多次配送同一个节点。②从配送需求点数量来看,总体上卡车配送节点数>摩托车配送节点数>无人机配送节点数。在某些需求分布情况下,摩托车配送的需求点可能多于卡车。因此在实际配送任务中,可在山区环境下进一步发挥摩托车的便捷性与数量优势。无人机由于运载量的限制,配送的需求点最少。③从计算时间来看,算法运行时间在5.19~5.98s之间,说明所提算法能在短时间内给出满意解,具有可行性。
为验证卡车-无人机动态协同策略的有效性,对比分析动态协同配送策略与静态协同配送策略。计算结果见表2。由表2可知:各算例在静态协同策略下的总配送时间均远大于动态协同策略,说明动态协同策略可以有效缩短总配送时间,提高配送效率。
为进一步验证IALNS的有效性,与ALNS和TSA进行对比试验。设ALNS相关参数与IALNS相同; TSA候选解集个数为100,迭代次数为400次,禁忌长度为10,也采用2.4节的4种邻域搜索算子。采用多个不同规模的算例进行对比试验。每个算法运行10次,各算法结果见表3。从表3看出:①从解的质量来看,IALNS>ALNS >TSA。无论大规模算例还是小规模算例,IALNS的目标值都优于其他算法。在25节点规模算例中,ALNS与IALNS的平均差距(Gap)为2.82%,TSA与IALNS的平均Gap为12.36%。在200节点规模算例中,ALNS 、TSA和IALNS的平均Gap分别为9.02%和44.56%。②从求解时间来看,ALNS与IALNS相当,但均优于TSA。但所有算法都能在短时间内得到满意解。③IALNS在大规模问题的表现最稳定。综上所述,相比ALNS和TSA,提出的IALNS性能最优。
为分析部分参数对优化目标的影响,对关键参数进行敏感性分析。
1) 无人机载重的敏感性分析(表4)。由表4可知: ①随着无人机载重量的增加,总配送时间、无人机平均配送时间呈下降趋势。②无人机载重量的增加对卡车的配送点个数影响不大。无人机配送点个数少量增加,而摩托车配送点个数少量减少。而当无人机载重过小时,如表4中无人机载重为4 kg时,无人机配送点个数明显减少,而摩托车配送点个数明显增加。③无人机载重量的减少会较大增加配送时间。原因是当无人机载重量为 6kg时,对于最小需求量为20kg的需求点,都需要往返4次才能完成配送,使得总配送时间大幅增加,并影响后续需求点的配送。因此,部分需求点会改用摩托车配送,无人机配送的需求点减少。④随着无人机载重量的增加,对总配送时间的影响逐渐减小。当无人机载重能力从10kg增加到14kg时,仍有部分需求点需要往返2次才能完成配送,因此对配送时间的影响逐渐减小。说明只有当无人机载重量在一定范围内增加时,才会有较明显的优化效果。实际配送中应根据需求规模合理选择合适的无人机载重类型,以提高配送效率,减少配送时间。
2) 摩托车数量的敏感性分析(表5)。由表5可知:①随着摩托车数量的增加,总配送时间呈减少趋势,摩托车配送时间也呈减少趋势。②摩托车的使用数量对其配送点个数无明显影响。但摩托车数量的增加会使摩托车往返线路减少。由于摩托车相比无人机具有更大的载重能力,随着摩托车数量的增加,部分点位可由摩托车一次性配送,使得其服务需求点数增加,总配送时间缩短。这表明:增加摩托车的数量有利于减少总配送时间。
1) 所构建的卡车-无人机-摩托车动态协同配送模型能够有效应对山区复杂路网下的应急物资保障问题,动态协同策略优于静态等待策略,在应急场景具有优越性。所设计的IALNS在求解效率和求解质量上均表现出显著优势,优于传统的ALNS和TSA。敏感性分析发现,在一定范围内增加无人机载重和增加摩托车投入数量,是降低总配送时间的有效手段。
2) 在制定山区应急预案时:①应摒弃单一载具模式,积极构建并优化多模态载具协同的空-地一体化配送方案,并优先采用动态协同调度策略。②应根据区域内典型需求点的物资规模,策略性地储备和配置适当载重级别的无人机,以最大化其在应急响应中的效用。针对道路通达性差的山区,应重点加强摩托车应急队伍的建设与投入。
3) 未来可进一步研究:①将火势蔓延模型与路径优化模型相结合,构建动态需求下的应急物资配送模型。②深化无人机与卡车的物理对接模型,考虑精准降落、物资交接等具体操作耗时。③考虑更精细化的山区路网物理特征,如道路坡度对车辆行驶速度和能耗的动态影响,使模型更贴近真实的山区驾驶场景。
