In order to ensure the navigation safety in the process of ship driving and operation and accurately evaluate the practical operation skills of the crew,aiming at the problem of the lack of a complete evaluation index system for the evaluation of ship mooring operation,combining the safety evaluation of mooring operation conducted by the expert evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the membership function of each evaluation index was constructed. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine the suggested weight value and the standard value of each evaluation index to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results. The three-dimensional virtual ship technology was used to develop a set of mooring maneuvering automatic evaluation systems according to the influence degree of each factor on mooring maneuvering,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the ship's mooring operation. The study shows that the evaluation model has better accuracy,strong systematization,and easy to operate. The results of the system's assessment,when compared with the results of the expert assessment,showed a high degree of consistency,demonstrating the validity and reliability of the model in assessing the mooring skills of crew members.

为保障船舶驾驶操纵过程中的航行安全,准确评估船员的实操技能,针对目前船舶系泊操纵评估缺乏完整评价指标体系的问题,结合专家评估法和模糊综合评价法进行系泊操纵技能评估,构建每个评价指标的隶属度函数;采用层次分析法(AHP)确定每个评价指标的建议权重值和标准值,以确保评价结果准确可靠;利用三维虚拟船技术,根据各因素对系泊操纵的影响程度研发一套系泊操纵技能自动评估系统,实现对船舶系泊操作的全面评估。研究结果表明:该系统评估结果与专家评估结果相比,有较高的一致性,证明模型在评估船员系泊操纵技能方面的有效性和可靠性。

In order to ensure the navigation safety in the process of ship driving and operation and accurately evaluate the practical operation skills of the crew,aiming at the problem of the lack of a complete evaluation index system for the evaluation of ship mooring operation,combining the safety evaluation of mooring operation conducted by the expert evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the membership function of each evaluation index was constructed. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine the suggested weight value and the standard value of each evaluation index to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results. The three-dimensional virtual ship technology was used to develop a set of mooring maneuvering automatic evaluation systems according to the influence degree of each factor on mooring maneuvering,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the ship's mooring operation. The study shows that the evaluation model has better accuracy,strong systematization,and easy to operate. The results of the system's assessment,when compared with the results of the expert assessment,showed a high degree of consistency,demonstrating the validity and reliability of the model in assessing the mooring skills of crew members.

随着当前航运业的蓬勃发展,各类超大型船舶与普通船舶的碰撞、与码头的触碰及搁浅等海上交通事故[1]不断发生,造成这些事故的重要原因之一是船舶操纵性较差。船舶操纵性与海上交通安全有着紧密联系,船舶操纵性直接影响着海上交通航行[2]。当前,国内的船员实操评估由海事局完成,其评估方式存在着主观偏见和缺乏统一评估标准等缺陷。在航海教育培训中,模拟器已被广泛采用,然而,目前存在的船舶操纵模拟器并不具备对船舶系泊操纵中系泊设备的三维交互仿真能力,同时,现阶段船舶操纵模拟器还没有完备的自动评估系统功能,特别是系泊操纵这类实操性相对较强的考核,目前研究尚未达到全面系统的程度。随着科技的发展以及海上航行安全要求的不断提高,人们对船舶系泊操作提出了越来越高的技术要求和管理规范。因此,研发一套能够自动评估船舶系泊操作的系统,对提升船舶系泊操作贡献有重要意义。
2010年,马尼拉修正案采纳了可使用船舶操纵模拟器进行船舶驾驶员适任性评估[1],基于船舶操纵模拟器的评估系统成为船舶驾驶员适任性评估研究的一个新方向。国内外一些学者对船舶操纵的三维仿真及评估模型开展了相关研究。任鸿翔[3]通过研究基于图形处理器的海洋场景绘制,提升了航海模拟器场景的真实感和沉浸式体验。曾庆亮[4]利用虚拟现实技术和三维仿真软件,搭建了船舶模拟驾驶平台,增强了船员的操作训练效果。李海江等[5]介绍了用于海洋模拟器中海浪建模的技术和基于粒子的随机脉动风场,模拟了包括灯塔和救生圈相互作用的场景,验证了模型的有效性。日本神户大学和东京海洋大学的基于PC端的评估训练程序,均在提高船员操纵技能方面取得了一定的成果[6]。在船舶航行操纵安全和操纵模拟器评估方面,张叶等[7]利用K近邻算法构建了智能评估系统,为船舶操纵能力的评估提供了新的方法。王德龙[8]运用模糊综合评价方法,构建了船舶操纵评估模型和船舶避碰评估模型,提高了评估的准确性和客观性。赵建伟等[9]的研究关注于内河船舶航行风险因素,为船舶航行安全管理提供了新的视角。魏万淇等[10]基于本体描述了船舶航行领域的知识和关系,建立了船舶航行安全评价的本体,为评估船舶航行安全状态提供了新的工具。吴伋等[11]利用贝叶斯网络进行内河船只相撞事件的概率估计,并采用反向推理分析人为因素,为船舶碰撞事故的预防提供了科学依据。尽管上述研究在船舶操纵模拟器领域取得了一定的进展,但仍存在一些不足之处。现有船舶操纵模拟器在系泊设备的三维交互仿真能力方面尚显不足,这限制了船员在复杂情况下的实际操作训练。此外,尽管已有一些自动评估系统,但它们大多数侧重于船舶的避碰操作,而对于系泊操纵这一实操性较强的考核,尚缺乏全面系统的自动评估研究。现有评估模型在评价指标的选取和权重的确定上,也需要进一步的科学化和标准化,以提高评估的准确性和客观性。
因此,笔者拟基于自主研发的三维虚拟船舶,利用模糊综合评价方法,针对船舶系泊操纵构建自动评估系统,全面评估船员的系泊操纵技能,优化数据处理,提升评估工作的客观性和科学性,以期提高航运安全性。
利用最新的虚拟现实理论,运用基于物理的复杂场景动态演化技术,将刚体、流体、柔性体等元素有机结合,构建一个高度沉浸感、全方位虚拟体验的教学实训平台,即以虚拟现实为核心的整船仿真训练平台,如图1所示。可划分为6个模块,分别为整船三维建模、仪器设备仿真、航行环境模拟、船舶场景漫游、船上设备交互和船舶运动模拟。对船舶进行整体建模,即将其分割成多个区域并分别建模,最终整合为一个整体。在建模完成后,采用遮挡剔除和多细节层次(Levels of Detail,LOD)技术多细节层次技术等优化模型,以提高系统流畅度;仪器设备仿真模块模拟航海仪器及全球海上遇险与安全系统(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System,GMDSS),同时,运用跨平台运行和数据融合技术,实现各仪器、设备数据的互联互通;航行环境模拟模块的主要任务是模拟船舶在海上的航行环境,包括港口、海浪、雨雪、云雾等多种天气条件;通过运用碰撞检测技术和虚拟人技术,船舶场景漫游模块实现对虚拟船舶各个区域的漫游和导航功能,并提供相关的辅助信息,以协助学员快速掌握船舶的仪器设备情况;采用柔性物体模拟、反向动力学和多人协同技术,船上设备交互模块可实现驾驶台仪器和甲板设备的实际操作训练,以及消防、救生和船舶碰撞等应急演练;运用六自由度运动方程,船舶运动模块分析车舵、锚缆等效应,构建数学模型,模拟船舶的运动状态。
模糊综合评价法是一种以模糊数学为基础的综合评价方法,通过模糊分析和数据综合评估,本文利用该方法构建的评估模型,对船员的系泊操纵技能进行量化评估。
基于模糊综合评价法构建评估模型有3个关键步骤:确定评价指标、确定评价指标的隶属度函数以及测算评价指标权重值。
1) 靠泊操纵评价指标。船舶靠泊操纵是一个动态变化的过程,将靠泊操纵划分为3个阶段,分别为航道航行、抵达泊位时的操纵以及贴靠时的操纵。当在港内靠泊操纵时,操船者必须运用主机、舵、锚、缆和拖轮等多种操纵手段,以确保船舶处于主动和有利的地位,从而顺利完成操作。针对上述3个阶段,每个阶段均设置评价指标,反映该阶段内对船舶运动状态的控制情况。船舶靠泊操纵评价指标如图2 所示。
2) 离泊操纵评价指标。离泊操纵包括离泊和出港。离泊是指在一定安全距离范围内,将船舶从泊位移向前方水域的运动;出港是指船舶从泊位前海域航行到掉头海域,驶出出口航道的活动。确定离泊操纵的评价指标,如图3所示。
有较多因素对船舶的系泊操纵效果产生影响,为提升评估精度,自动化评估系统会尽量地定量分析这些影响因素,根据航海理论和航行习惯建立相对应的隶属度函数,利用模糊度最小化原理确定评价指标隶属函数值。对于无法进行定量分析的因素,采取定性分析的方法进行分析,同时,将对应的评价结果定为0或者1。也就是在符合定性分析结果下隶属度值等于1,否则等于0。
根据船舶靠泊操纵的3个阶段,对船舶靠泊操纵的评价指标作详细说明,并建立隶属度函数。
1) 贴靠角度(靠拢角度)。当船舶开始向泊位靠拢时,其首向与码头走向之间的夹角被称为贴靠角度。隶属度函数如下:

式中:μ(θ)为贴靠角度的隶属度函数;θ为贴靠角度(船舶首向与码头走向的夹角(°),取锐角);θs为贴靠角度标准值(一般取0°);k为隶属度参数。
2) 贴靠横速(靠拢速度)。船舶向泊位靠拢的横向速度被称为贴靠横速,在《海港总平面设计规范》(JTJ211—1999)中明确规定船舶在贴靠时所需考虑的横向速度。当靠岸时,若法向速度未达到标准值,则可视为符合规定,隶属度函数如下:

3) 抵泊角度(抵泊方向)。抵泊角是指当船舶到达泊位前方海域时,其航行方向与泊位海岸线的切角。隶属度函数如下:

式中:μ(αa)为抵泊角度的隶属度函数;αa为抵泊角度,(°);αs为抵泊角度标准值,取20°。
4) 抵泊间距(抵泊横距)。抵泊间距是指当船只到达码头时,它与码头的海岸线之间的竖直距离。隶属度函数如下:

式中:μ(dL)为抵泊间距隶属度函数;dL为抵泊横距,m;dLs为抵泊横距标准值(一般万吨级以下的船取一倍船宽,其他船舶取2倍船宽,对于超大型船舶可以适当取2.5倍船宽)。
5) 抵泊余速。当船只到达泊位前沿水域时,其纵向行驶速度被称为抵泊余速。隶属度函数如下:

6) 距泊位3~5倍船长的航速。当船舶到达船长区域的前沿水域3~5倍时,为确保舵效速度不过大或者过小,建议采用分段隶属度函数。隶属度函数如下:

7) 距泊位5倍船长~3n mile的航速。在距离泊位5倍船长~3 n mile的范围内,船舶正处于中速航行阶段,采用梯形分布类型的隶属度函数。隶属度函数如下:

式中:μ( v c 2)为距泊位5倍船长~3n mile区域内的航速的隶属度函数; v c 2为该区域内航速的均值,kn;vmax为该区域内限定的最大航速,kn;c为调整参数。
8) 距泊位5倍船长~3n mile的航速变化。船舶在距泊位船长5倍-3n mile以内的地区航行是中速航行阶段,速度应尽可能稳定不变,评价指标应从速度变化频率和变化幅度2方面来评价该地区速度的变化。排除了转向和航行环境对航速的影响,使用航速变化频率cv来描述其频繁变化的程度。鉴于航行的安全问题,航速变化过程应力求平缓,不能出现极端速度,故变化幅度以该海域航速最大vmax和最小值vmin之差vv来表示。同时利用降半正态分布类型隶属度函数得出隶属度值μ(cv)和μ(vv),并对两者进行加权平均后得出评价指标。隶属度函数如下:

9) 航迹保持。衡量船舶航迹维持优劣的一个重要标志是其与预设航线的相似性,该指标被称为近似航迹相似度。近似航迹相似度[12]定义为:对于每个取样点,将船位到航道中线的距离与该点处航道宽度一半的比值累加求和并加权平均,得到1与该值的差值,即近似相似度。近似航迹相似度取值范围为0~1,0表示相似度为0,1表示相似度最高。隶属度函数如下:

有关船舶离泊操纵评价指标的隶属度函数的获取方法大致相同,隶属度函数如下:

船舶系泊操纵各个因素的评价指标权重值采用专家法和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)确定。利用1~9标度法确定评价指标相对重要程度,构造判断矩阵;求出判断矩阵最大特征根及对应的特征向量;最后对特征向量进行归一化处理,得到权重值。船舶靠泊操纵各评价指标初始标准值与权重值见表1
将船舶靠泊操纵评价指标体系分为3个层次,其中第2层被划分为航道航行、抵泊操作和贴靠操作,虽然抵泊操作和贴靠操作的重要性相当,但其重要性却高于航道航行。在第3层评价指标中,角度和横速的贴靠程度具有同等重要的地位;抵泊角度,抵泊间距和抵泊余速具有同等重要意义;在航道航行过程中,控制航速大小比改变航速和维护航迹更重要。在此基础上,依据AHP法得出各评价指标权重如下:(0.2, 0.2, 0.133, 0.133,0.133, 0.067, 0.067, 0.033, 0.033)。利用该方法可有效地计算出各影响因素对于船舶安全行驶所带来的重要程度,从而确定各个因素之间相互关系以及相对于整体的作用情况,有利于提高航海人员的安全意识和技能水平。一致性检验后随机一致性指标(Random Index,RI)为0.412、一致性指标(Consistency Ratio,CR)小于0.1,达到一致性检验的要求。
评估系统主要由出题端和答题评估端2部分组成。船舶系泊操纵评估系统包括出题、试题传输、答题、成绩评估及数据管理5个功能模块。
被试船员在三维虚拟船舶中操纵船舶,答题评估程序会实时记录并保存船舶航行数据、设备操作数据及系统参数;被试船员答题结束后,评估模块在评估模型的基础上依据有关数据及参数给出结果,而有关信息将存储在数据管理模块中。整个系泊操纵评估系统的具体架构如图4所示。
1) 出题模块。出题模块位于教练控制端,出题系统主要包括本船及目标船的初始信息及风、流等航行环境初始信息。对于船舶靠离泊操纵部分的题目,已建立较完善的评估模型,并在上海海事大学航海模拟器上进行大量测试。
2) 答题评估模块。答题评估模块主要完成操纵考试与自动评估功能,具体评估流程如图5所示。收到试题文件后系统会初始化试题环境等相关信息,船员根据试题题目、内容和考试时间进行考试答题,系统会时刻记录船员操作内容,船员完成考试后按下结束考试按钮提交试题,评估模型根据评估规则对船员的操作记录数据进行评估打分,给出船员的评估成绩。
被试船员答题完毕并提交后,系统会使用加权平均法来计算出被试船员系泊操纵的成绩,最后的评估成绩可以表达为:

式中:S为评估成绩;μiωi分别为第i项评价指标的隶属度值和权重。
该操纵评估系统基于三维虚拟船舶仿真技术,集成船舶操纵模拟器所提供的所有操作功能;根据各指标值与安全度之间的关系建立基于模糊AHP法的船舶靠泊操纵安全性综合评价模型,并以实际案例进行应用分析,验证其可行性。此外,借助三维虚拟船舶仿真系统所构建的虚拟实船环境,对船舶上的设备进行操作训练,并成功开发出设备操作评估模型。
3) 数据管理模块。被试船员在本船中操纵结束并提交后,评估程序的数据库(MySQL Server5.7)会存储评估试题内容、评估规则、评估相关操纵过程数据以及评估结果,详细的数据库结构信息如图6所示。
以船舶靠泊操纵为例评估船员靠泊操纵情况。对120名在上海海事大学接受培训的船员进行操纵考试测试,并运用模糊综合评价模型进行评估,最终将评估结果与专家提供的评估结果对比。为使评估更加准确合理,评估系统在自动给出评估成绩的同时,教练员还可以选择人工评判,从而实现自动评估与人工评估的对比。三维虚拟船具备记录操纵轨迹、航速和航向曲线的能力,还能够全面评估每个评价指标。评价结果以百分制数值的形式呈现,对于专家评估结果的评价,将其归为不及格、及格、中等、良好和优秀这5个不同评语,分别对应的范围为:[[90,100]。部分靠泊操纵评估结果见表2
比较模糊综合评价结果和专家评估结果,2种方法评估结果中每个级别的成绩分布如图7所示,从结果可以看出,模糊综合评价结果和专家评估的结果高度吻合,证明自动评估系统具有一定的有效性。
1) 构建一套以模糊综合评价法为基础的系泊操纵评估模型,并根据评价指标隶属度函数及其设定的标准值和权重值,定量化评估船员系泊操纵技能。
2) 搭建船舶系泊操纵评价系统,该系统可以存储评估试题、评估规则、评估相关操纵过程数据,自动分析系泊操纵评估结果并存储;验证分析结果证明:自动评估系统具有一定的有效性。
