To solve the problem of coal dust leakage from the coal handling system of coal-fired power plants,by comparing different solutions,dust prevention and control equipment and technologies were adopted including curved coal fallout pipe,fully enclosed dust-removing guide chute,pulsed bag dust collector,and wet dust collector. The optimized solution for dust reduction and prevention of the coal handling system was put forward. The dust prevention and control system covering the whole operation process of coal fuel ″turning,stacking,picking,and transporting″ was formed and was applied in Suizhou Power Generation Project. The results of the study show that the method effectively reduces the spillage of coal dust in all aspects of coal fuel transfer and basically realizes a dust-free operating environment and clean fuel transport. It provides a feasible dust prevention technology for controlling the coal dust pollution produced during the operation of the coal handling system.

为解决燃煤电厂输煤系统煤粉尘外泄问题,通过对比不同方案,采用包括曲线落煤管、全封闭除尘导料槽、脉冲布袋除尘器、湿式除尘器等防抑尘设备和技术,提出输煤系统降尘防尘的优化方案,形成涵盖煤炭燃料“翻、堆、取、运”全作业过程的粉尘防控体系,并以随州发电工程为例实施应用。研究结果表明:该方法可有效减少煤炭燃料转储运各环节中煤尘溢出的情况,能够实现作业环境无尘化和燃料运输清洁化,为有效控制输煤系统作业时产生的煤粉尘污染提供了一种可行的防尘技术。

为解决燃煤电厂输煤系统煤粉尘外泄问题,通过对比不同方案,采用包括曲线落煤管、全封闭除尘导料槽、脉冲布袋除尘器、湿式除尘器等防抑尘设备和技术,提出输煤系统降尘防尘的优化方案,形成涵盖煤炭燃料“翻、堆、取、运”全作业过程的粉尘防控体系,并以随州发电工程为例实施应用。研究结果表明:该方法可有效减少煤炭燃料转储运各环节中煤尘溢出的情况,能够实现作业环境无尘化和燃料运输清洁化,为有效控制输煤系统作业时产生的煤粉尘污染提供了一种可行的防尘技术。

To solve the problem of coal dust leakage from the coal handling system of coal-fired power plants,by comparing different solutions,dust prevention and control equipment and technologies were adopted including curved coal fallout pipe,fully enclosed dust-removing guide chute,pulsed bag dust collector,and wet dust collector. The optimized solution for dust reduction and prevention of the coal handling system was put forward. The dust prevention and control system covering the whole operation process of coal fuel ″turning,stacking,picking,and transporting″ was formed and was applied in Suizhou Power Generation Project. The results of the study show that the method effectively reduces the spillage of coal dust in all aspects of coal fuel transfer and basically realizes a dust-free operating environment and clean fuel transport. It provides a feasible dust prevention technology for controlling the coal dust pollution produced during the operation of the coal handling system.

近年来,为推进节能减排,国家对部分燃煤火力发电机组进行了技术改造升级,基本实现了高效和清洁排放[1-3]。但是,由于现代电站大型锅炉普遍采用翻车机卸煤[4-7],煤场斗轮机堆取煤,带式输送机输送煤,煤转运点多,运输距离大,周转时间长,转运落差高、速度快,转运过程中易产生大量粉尘,生产场所洁净化效果差[8-11],粉尘对机械设备、作业人群、厂区及周边环境造成较大危害[12-15]。运行人员长期接触输煤系统产生的PM7.07以下的呼吸性粉尘,可能引发尘肺病,同时,煤尘积尘易带来自燃火灾风险。当前多数火电厂依赖通用除尘和喷雾设备控制粉尘,未针对煤尘特性进行专项设计,导致防尘效果不佳,运行环境恶劣[16-18]
学者们对此开展了大量研究,宋凤莲[19]分析了电厂输煤系统产尘原因,综合考虑了煤质和机械等原因,设计出一套适用于燃煤电厂输煤系统的新型密闭防偏导料槽与喷水水雾联合除尘系统;康宁[20]采取运用格子栅式导流挡板诱导气流变小、设置锁气器与挡尘帘、优化导料槽结构等方式,确保从源头上防治粉尘的形成;李春亮等[21]深入分析了电厂输煤系统中粉尘超标的危害,介绍了无动力除尘技术的原理,并将其与传统除尘技术进行比较,论证了无动力除尘技术在解决电厂输煤系统中粉尘防治工作上的优势。
在实际设计管理方面,鲜有综合考虑输煤工艺、暖通和土建等专业的设计,导致各专业设计未进行有效协同整合,控尘系统各为所用。目前,输煤工艺系统随着锅炉燃烧技术的进步也相应发生了改变,如在循环流化床锅炉锅炉的输煤系统中,常用的燃料粒径多为8~10 mm,导致扬尘程度增大。随着市场供应煤种的变化,一些沿海电厂大量使用印尼煤,由于煤种的密度、粒径分布、表面水分以及除尘器入口含尘浓度的变化,一般的除尘系统并不适用[22]。近年来,一些关于工业企业职业卫生的国家标准不断发布和更新,新标准提高了对室内含尘浓度和除尘器排放浓度的相关要求[23],现有的防尘、抑尘、除尘等设计思路和设备要求已不能满足现阶段工程设计和输煤系统实际运行的需要。
为此,笔者拟分析煤粉尘外泄的原因,并以国能随州电厂2×660 MW燃煤机组新建工程输煤系统为例,运用涵盖机务、暖通、土建等专业的全过程综合粉尘治理方案,降低输煤系统煤粉外泄对人身、设备、环境的危害,以期实现输煤系统生产过程洁净化。
在转运站,煤通过带式输送机输送,在从高处下落过程中,不断相互挤压形成高速气流,在气流和煤的剪切作用下,带动煤尘扩散。此外,煤块下落时,还会产生诱导空气,导致带式输送机的导料槽内产生正压,在压力作用下,不断有煤尘从导料槽缝隙中冒出,并向周围空气扩散。在原煤仓,犁煤器撒煤过程中,也会产生高速气流,在气流作用下带动煤尘向四周飞散,此外,在空气挤压过程中,煤斗内会也会形成正压,迫使煤尘从落料口冒出、扩散。
煤炭中的挥发性成分(挥发分、焦油等)会在高温下释放出来,并在煤粉颗粒周围形成气相,同时也会带动部分煤粉一同进入气相状态。在高温气流的冲击和对流,部分细小颗粒会被气流带动飞扬,从而形成烟尘。
此外,带式输送机上带式除铁器处,也是容易产生煤尘扩散的部位。碎煤机鼓风量设置不当等原因会使带式输送机导料槽内产生扬尘。煤种不同也会影响煤尘产生。部分煤种表面水分易挥发,在煤场堆存时间过长,就会因水分减少而破碎,从而产生煤尘,此煤种在转运过程中,也会产生大量煤尘。
综上可知:煤尘和局部正压是导致电厂煤尘污染的2个关键因素,因此,可从控制煤尘产生、消减煤尘扩散点风压、压缩粉尘发散空间、对含粉尘空气进行除尘、将煤粉控制在设备内部等方面入手,控制电厂煤尘污染。
为降低输煤系统粉尘污染,经分析研究,采取“防-堵-抑-疏”相结合的综合治理措施,以实现输煤系统无尘化和洁净化。
转运站落煤管是煤流从上级胶带落入下级胶带的中间通道,传统的落煤管为垂直胶带布置,煤流进入落煤管后,初速度得到增大,在下落的同时携带了大量的诱导风进入。在落煤管的上半部分,管内还处于负压状态,当到落煤管的下半部时,冲击速度增大并形成正压,产生的诱导风与煤流中的细粉尘相互作用。落煤管落差越大,形成的诱导风就越大。落煤管的倾斜角度越接近于垂直,原煤在落煤管内的下落速度越快,携带的诱导风就越大。在落料点处形成很大的诱导风是产生粉尘的主要因素,造成大量扬尘,是煤粉抑制的重点、难点。
“防”作为综合治理的第一步,主要通过一系列的设计优化和设备选型配合来实现。这些措施旨在降低煤流在转运过程中产生的冲击风压,从而有效地消减燃煤在输送环节中因高速冲击和空气扰动而形成的扬尘。其具体措施为:
1) 选用曲线型落煤管能有效降低煤流从上级胶带落入下级胶带时的冲击速度,并减小煤流与下级胶带的切入角度。
选用曲线型落煤管将煤流在传统落煤管中的自由落体式坠落改为在曲线落煤管中的有序滑落,煤流与曲线落煤管产生摩擦,减小煤流的动能,从而控制煤流的出口速度,使煤流与接料胶带相对静止,消除了煤流坠落冲击,减少诱导风量,防止粉尘的产生。
直线落煤管诱导风分析图如图1所示。由图1可知:煤流从上级胶带落入下级胶带时的诱导风速较大。
曲线落煤管诱导风分析如图2所示。从图2可以看出,煤流从上级胶带落入下级胶带时的诱导风速明显减小。
为使煤流冲击的角度和力度尽量减小,动量尽为使煤流冲击的角度和力度尽量减小,动量尽量保持平衡,通过三维计算机模拟,确定落煤管最优几何结构,如图3所示。落煤管设计时采用惯性流动技术,同时设置阻尼器用于减震消能,从而尽量避免诱导风产生,如此,在解决拐弯死角的同时,还能有效控制煤料的流速、形态,达到以下效果:①煤料沿着落煤管弧线,形成缓流切入下级胶带,有效降低煤流下落时的冲击力,减少扬尘;②避免煤料之间、煤与煤管之间发生碰撞,从而抑制细小颗粒转化为扬尘;③有效控制煤流流速,减少煤料快速运动引起的诱导风,减少对煤料的冲击,同时降低空气中煤粒对管道的撞击,延长管道的使用寿命。
2) 头部漏斗改进优化。通过新型设计保证物料之间、物料与漏斗之间无挤压碰撞,此外,通过弧形导流挂板(集流导流装置)引导物料以抛物线切线方向射入落料管中,导流挂板设置为可调式挂板,既可解决物料的冲击磨损和堵塞问题,又能使物料汇集,减少因冲击造成的粉尘。装设头部集流导流装置后的头部漏斗如图4所示,装设倒流挂板后,煤流可以极小的冲击角度进入漏斗,还能有效控制其运动轨迹,从而减少冲击力,避免煤料堆积或设备磨损。此外,经改进的头部漏斗结构,可带动煤流平缓流入带式输送机,若有垂直流动的煤流,改进后的头部漏斗会使煤流方向发生轻微改变,保证其与带式输送机接收方向一致、平缓落入。
“堵”是在输送设施上采取密闭措施,保证输送设备密封,以避免煤尘扩散出来。其具体措施为优化输煤栈桥建筑结构。
输煤栈桥是用来传送煤料的专用通道,通常采用架空设计,在内部装设胶带用于煤料运输。栈桥的常规设计为彩钢板封闭,为便于通风和采光,沿侧墙每隔约6 m布置一扇1 800 mm×900 mm的钢窗。但这种结构的输煤栈桥在实际运用中存在以下缺陷:①栈桥所处高度通常高达数十米,因高空中风力较大,容易将输煤胶带上的煤粉吹起,造成栈桥内二次扬尘,雨天雨水也易吹进浅桥内;栈桥侧面开窗,煤粉易从窗缝逸出,遇雨水冲刷,煤水顺栈桥流下,到达支墩并溅至地面,污染栈桥、栈桥支墩及周边区域;②侧面开窗,窗户安装工作量大、费用高、工期长,窗户维护、开闭、清洗不方便;③若钢窗玻璃安装不牢固、有破损等,存在破碎风险,如栈桥下方恰有人员、车辆经过,可能砸伤人员、车辆,造成事故;④不利于平时栈桥的冲洗,容易造成煤水从窗户飞溅而出。
为解决上述缺陷,对栈桥建筑结构做如下优化:
栈桥本体的两侧墙不设带窗,设置防水勒脚,勒脚两边密封压型钢板;栈桥本体结构如图5所示。
这样有利于防止墙侧风造成栈桥内二次扬尘,也有利于防止冲洗水飞溅出栈桥,消除了两侧墙上钢窗玻璃破碎带来的安全隐患;为解决栈桥采光问题,在栈桥顶部沿栈桥的长度方向设置透光板;为解决栈桥通风问题,在栈桥顶部每隔一段距离设一台通风风机;为解决栈桥的进风问题,栈桥底部每隔一段距离预埋反U型短管用做进风口,保持栈桥内风压均衡,这种反U型短管既可以起到通风进风口的作用,又可以防止冲洗水的渗漏,如图6所示。
优化后的栈桥侧墙上不设窗户,可以降低工程成本,缩短建设工期,同时,杜绝了大风灌入钢窗,避免了栈桥内煤料发生二次扬尘。优化后的新型栈桥透光板设置在屋顶,增强了采光效果。栈桥底部开孔预埋反U型管可实现通风、除尘、防水等功能,净化输煤栈桥内部空气,减少输煤栈桥煤尘外溢。
栈桥与转运站连接处的变形缝若处理不当,既不便于地面冲洗,也易引起煤水泄漏,污染转运站墙面和栈桥立柱。通过调研和优化,采用如图7所示的做法,可以避免此类问题的产生。在变形缝的两侧梁边上各预埋50 mm×5 mm的角钢,在变形缝处将3 mm厚的V型钢板与预埋件通长满焊,这是阻止渗漏的最后一道防线,V型钢板不会影响变形缝的变形。在V型钢板槽中用发泡胶填塞,上面铺防水卷材,作为第一道防水。日常运行中第一道防水可以经常维护更换。
“抑”是在煤的装卸、输送过程中,设置喷水雾、挡阻等设施,从而有效降低煤尘的产生。
1) 通过增设微雾抑尘装置,可大幅减少煤尘产生。为有效控制煤尘飞扬,在翻车机卸煤处、转运站、煤仓间专门设计安装微雾抑尘装置。微雾抑尘装置能够产生直径微米级的水雾颗粒,大面积的水雾颗粒可在抑尘点形成雾池,防止煤尘向四周飞散。
2) 带式输送机头部设置回程胶带清扫装置,改善胶带回程段的带料情况,使胶带机胶带表面更清洁,大大减少后续回程段产生粉尘的可能性,从而使输煤系统通道内的粉尘浓度始终保持在较低范围内,改善作业环境卫生,尽可能降低对现场人员的职业危害,保障人员健康。
3) 优化导料槽型式。采用扩容循环式全封闭除尘导料槽,如图8所示。导料槽上设置挡尘帘和微雾抑尘装置,配合除尘风机,形成一套综合抑尘装置,减小导料槽内部诱导风压,使之维持微负压,避免粉尘逸散。
扩容循环式全封闭除尘导料槽的作用机制是,煤料从高处下落过程中,形成诱导空气;设置扩容循环式封闭除尘导料槽,降低气流速度及压力,为后续抑尘处理提供充裕的时间。同时导料槽设置循环管,用于少量气流中煤尘的回流,进一步降低底部气流压力。
煤在导料槽通过曲线落煤管和导料槽扩容仓通道的过程中会产生少量含尘诱导风,含尘诱导风在经过导料槽内的多级挡尘帘和微雾抑尘设施时,将被进一步加湿沉降。
为实现导料槽内微负压状态,从而对其进行负压控尘,设计在其尾部增加一根负压风管,连接至暖通专业的除尘风机。除尘风机采用变频除尘风机,根据对导料槽内含尘正压气流收集、计算、反馈的结果,提供相应风量,以保证导料槽维持适合的负压,从而减少煤尘逸出。
“疏”是在采取“防”、“堵”、“抑”等措施后,进一步通过除尘器对含煤尘气流进行疏导和净化。这主要依赖于除尘器内部的结构设计和风机产生的负压作用,在落差较大的落料点处设置除尘器,防止煤尘飞扬到室内,污浊空气经过处理后排放到室外。
煤仓间除尘系统:为防止煤尘外逸和瓦斯聚集,煤仓间除尘系统先通过吸尘罩对原煤斗抽负压,再对气流中煤尘进行处理,处理后达标气体再由除尘系统通风机排至室外,而收集的煤尘将再次回收送入原煤斗内。
转运站除尘系统:为有效控制煤尘外逸,转运站除尘系统先通过吸尘罩从对应的带式输送机导料槽抽负压。除尘器收集的煤尘送至无动力除尘密封导料槽,经带式输送机转运至煤场或原煤仓。
碎煤机室除尘系统:通过从振动筛上抽负压,防止煤尘从设备缝隙中逸出。
目前,布袋除尘器是大中型火力发电厂最常用的除尘系统,但该系统在运行过程中存在诸多缺陷。首先布袋除尘器不适用于处理黏性强或吸湿性强的粉尘,容易造成滤袋堵塞,且难以清除;在电耗方面,由于滤袋阻力较大,需要的运行功率高,不利于节能;此外,还存在设备占地面积大、滤袋需频繁清理,便捷性不高等缺点。无论采用何种清灰方式,滤袋在一定时期内都需要更换,维护费用高。滤袋更换过程中,即使轻微操作也容易导致粉尘二次飞扬。通常电厂的布袋除尘器运行状况不好,效果不佳,有的单位该设备运行一段时间后就处于瘫痪状态,没有起到除尘的作用。
塑烧板除尘器是一种气体过滤式除尘器,其滤芯采用塑烧板过滤元件,进行气-固分离和液-固分离,具有极强的疏水性和不粘性,无需频繁维护、清理方便、寿命长、结构紧凑。相对其他除尘器,塑烧板除尘器的除尘效果更好。塑烧板可拆装水洗,设备维护方便,维护量少,设备能够保持长期的正常运行状态,长期发挥除尘作用。
把以上“防-堵-抑-疏”一体化输煤系统无尘化技术综合运用到国能随州发电公司2×660MW燃煤发电工程项目中。该项目自2023年6月投运后,有效控制了煤炭燃料转储运各环节中煤尘溢出的情况,基本实现了作业环境无尘化和燃料运输清洁化,如图9图10所示。输煤系统作业现场粉尘浓度在0.4 mg/m3以内,满足《大气污染物排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)中对于火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘排放的要求(粉尘排放浓度不得超过20 mg/m3),说明文中方法对燃煤电厂输煤系统粉尘治理取得了良好的效果。
1) 在燃煤电厂中,燃料运输环节中的高落差转运和局部正压区域的形成,是导致煤尘污染的2个关键因素,可降低粉尘污染的主要环节包括控制煤尘产生、消减煤尘扩散点风压、抑制粉尘发散空间等。
2) 对比当前主要使用的防尘抑尘设备及方法,构建涵盖煤炭燃料“翻、堆、取、运”全作业过程的粉尘防控体系,优化了输煤栈桥结构,提出结合“防-堵-抑-疏”一体化输煤系统无尘化治理方法,该方法可最大限度减少煤炭燃料转储运各环节中煤尘溢出的情况。
3) 文中提出的输煤系统无尘化方法在新建火力发电项目(国能随州发电公司2×660 MW燃煤发电工程)的运用效果显示,该方法能够实现作业环境无尘化和燃料运输清洁化。
