In order to realize mining in high gas mines in low gas states,a set of comprehensive gas treatment technology based on over-pre-pumping of coal seam gas,pumping while mining,and pumping and mining in the goaf area was proposed. The comprehensive gas treatment technology and measures for 81305 comprehensively drained working face in Baode Coal Mine were introduced,and the comprehensive gas treatment measures were recorded in detail,such as pre-pumping before mining of the present coal seam,switching between downdraft and updraft,pumping and drainage by buried pipeline in goaf area,pressure equalizing,air guide curtain and negative pressure spray setting,rationally distributed air flow,and closing at the end of mining. The results show that the volume of the gas pumping and drainage in the 81305 working face has reached a total of 18.549 1 million m3,and the comprehensive pumping and drainage rate has reached 81.07%,indicating excellent application effects. The comprehensive gas treatment technology combining various pumping and drainage methods can make the gas concentration in the comprehensively drained working face in Baode Mine safe and controllable during mining.

为实现高瓦斯矿井低瓦斯状态下开采,提出一套以煤层瓦斯超前预抽、边采边抽及采空区抽采为主的瓦斯综合治理技术。详细介绍保德煤矿81305综放工作面瓦斯综合治理技术及措施,通过具体实践,详细记录本煤层采前预抽、上下行通风切换、采空区埋管抽放、均压措施、设置导风帘和负压喷雾、合理分配风流、及采终封闭等瓦斯综合防治措施。结果表明:实现81305工作面抽排瓦斯量合计1 854.91万m3,综合抽放率达到81.07%,取得良好应用效果。通过采用多种抽、排方式相结合的瓦斯综合治理技术,可使保德煤矿综放工作面回采期间瓦斯浓度安全可控。

为实现高瓦斯矿井低瓦斯状态下开采,提出一套以煤层瓦斯超前预抽、边采边抽及采空区抽采为主的瓦斯综合治理技术。详细介绍保德煤矿81305综放工作面瓦斯综合治理技术及措施,通过具体实践,详细记录本煤层采前预抽、上下行通风切换、采空区埋管抽放、均压措施、设置导风帘和负压喷雾、合理分配风流、及采终封闭等瓦斯综合防治措施。结果表明:实现81305工作面抽排瓦斯量合计1 854.91万m3,综合抽放率达到81.07%,取得良好应用效果。通过采用多种抽、排方式相结合的瓦斯综合治理技术,可使保德煤矿综放工作面回采期间瓦斯浓度安全可控。

In order to realize mining in high gas mines in low gas states,a set of comprehensive gas treatment technology based on over-pre-pumping of coal seam gas,pumping while mining,and pumping and mining in the goaf area was proposed. The comprehensive gas treatment technology and measures for 81305 comprehensively drained working face in Baode Coal Mine were introduced,and the comprehensive gas treatment measures were recorded in detail,such as pre-pumping before mining of the present coal seam,switching between downdraft and updraft,pumping and drainage by buried pipeline in goaf area,pressure equalizing,air guide curtain and negative pressure spray setting,rationally distributed air flow,and closing at the end of mining. The results show that the volume of the gas pumping and drainage in the 81305 working face has reached a total of 18.549 1 million m3,and the comprehensive pumping and drainage rate has reached 81.07%,indicating excellent application effects. The comprehensive gas treatment technology combining various pumping and drainage methods can make the gas concentration in the comprehensively drained working face in Baode Mine safe and controllable during mining.

我国是世界上少数以煤炭作为主要能源的国家之一,2020年煤炭产量已经达到世界煤炭产量的一半以上,同时,我国又是世界上遭受煤矿自然灾害最严重的国家,煤矿瓦斯灾害是制约煤矿安全生产的最严重的自然灾害之一。目前,我国矿井瓦斯抽采量和抽采率整体偏低,随着煤矿的开采深度不断增加,煤层瓦斯含量不断增大,瓦斯灾害问题日益突出。开展瓦斯综合防治技术研究对减少瓦斯爆炸事故及其他灾害事故具有重要意义。
目前,针对采煤工作面常用的瓦斯治理措施主要有:提高采出率、减少采空区遗煤,改变通风方式合理配风,在上下隅角设置风帘减小采空区漏风,以及局部通风机稀释上隅角瓦斯或插管抽采,本煤层预抽、采空区瓦斯预抽等。综放工作面具有生产能力大,产量高等优点,在安全管理上也出现了瓦斯涌出量大,容易造成局部瓦斯积聚、回风流瓦斯超限等新问题。针对不同的工作面,单一的措施已经不能有效解决这一问题,必须采取多种措施并综合应用,才能对工作面的瓦斯进行有效治理,瓦斯综合治理已形成基本共识[1],各煤矿企业也根据需要采取了一些相应的技术措施,相关研究主要集中在技术路径及应用效果,缺乏横向对比分析。由于各煤矿企业的生产条件不同,所采取的瓦斯综合治理技术手段也应该因地制宜,以最小的成本形成瓦斯的有效管控,避免粗放型的技术措施叠加及工作重心不明确,改进路径不清晰等。
鉴于此,笔者以神东保德煤矿81305工作面综合瓦斯治理技术的实践应用为例,通过具体措施的介绍及瓦斯涌出量数据分析,对比各项技术所取得的实际效果,综合分析保德煤矿进一步提高瓦斯综合治理效果的方向和举措,以期为其他类似条件矿井的瓦斯有效防治和安全高效生产提供经验借鉴。
保德煤矿地质储量11.74亿t,可采储量7.35亿t,年产量1 200万t,同时又是神东矿区唯一的高瓦斯矿井[2-4]。保德煤矿目前主采煤层为8号煤,平均厚度6.83 m,采用综合机械化放顶模式开采。近年来随着矿井产能的提高及开采深度的增加,瓦斯绝对涌出量逐年升高,回采工作面由于采高大、采长大、走向长,采空区面积大,常造成回采工作面及局部瓦斯超限,给矿井安全生产带来较大隐患[5-7]。多年来,保德煤矿不断探索以煤层瓦斯超前预抽、边采边抽及采空区抽采为主的瓦斯综合治理技术[8-10],并进行了大量的工程实践。
81305工作面位于二号主辅运大巷以南,井田边界以北,以东为81304工作面(已回采),以西为设计81306工作面。备用面设计可采长度为2 696 m,备用面倾向长度240 m。该备用面煤层底板等高线+700~+750 m,最大相对高差30 m,煤层倾角4°~9°,平均5°,密度1.51 t/m3,煤层走向近南北,沿煤层走向掘进,81305工作面平均煤厚6.83 m,属厚煤层,采区采出率为75%,依此计算得回采煤量为426.8万t,平均采高为3.8 m。
煤层基本顶为粗砂岩、细砂岩,直接顶为砂质泥岩、含砾粗砂岩,直接底为粉砂岩、粗砂岩、中砂岩。自然发火等级为Ⅱ级,发火期为4~6个月,2004—2008年,煤炭科学研究总院沈阳研究院对8号煤层先后进行20次瓦斯含量实测分析测出81305面的相对瓦斯含量为3.5 m3/t,总瓦斯含量为2 288万m3。根据瓦斯鉴定结果该矿绝对瓦斯涌出量129.03 m3/min,矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为11.20 m3/t,属高瓦斯矿井,81305综放工作面最大瓦斯绝对涌出量17.57 m3/min。
抽放主管路(负压管)布置情况:81305采空区泵站→81305二号回风4联巷→81305二号回风巷→81305二号回风(59联巷),负压主管共3 000 m。主管靠81305二号回风巷正帮敷设,主管在每个联巷口留设三通分别与联巷支管连接;主管路每隔3个联巷(150 m左右)安装一个碟阀(共17个),主管路在81305二号回风9、34联巷安设2个龙门,龙门处安设除渣装置,采空区抽放管路布置如图1所示。
保德煤矿工作面倾向长度一般在240 m左右,走向长度一般超过3 000 m,为保障回采期间瓦斯有效管控,一般提前3年以上进行区域预抽,钻孔布置在工作面上下平巷,在倾向上顺层上下交叉[11],钻孔深度220 m,孔径94 mm,孔间距5 m,交叉后2.5 m。同时在切眼处沿工作面走向布置3个定向钻场,施工千米定向钻孔,钻孔长度800~1 000 m,孔径120 mm,钻孔布置如图2所示。81305工作面于2010年10月开始连接钻孔进行预抽,边抽边施工钻孔,至2013年6月停止预抽,预抽时间27个月,共抽出瓦斯220.45万m3,预抽率9.60%。
81305工作面标高在+700~+750,测定瓦斯含量为3.5 m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量15~50 m3/min,按照作业规程,采煤班每班进5刀,检修班每班进2刀,通过计算得每个原班采煤量为22 776 t,81305面煤层赋存总瓦斯量为2 288万m3,掘进及备用面期间风排瓦斯量为263.25万m3,81305工作面回采前采用本煤层提前预抽,预抽时间27个月,抽出瓦斯量220.45万m3,回采前工作面剩余瓦斯量1 804.3万m3,预抽率9.60%。
初采期间,与81304采面处于交替阶段,因此对81305综放面采用下行风,81305一、二号回风巷作为进风巷,81305胶带巷、81306一、二号回风巷作为工作面回风巷,期间在工作面下隅角挂设风帘,以减少采空区漏风;在上隅角挂设导风帘,向上隅角导风,吹散上隅角积聚的瓦斯。不断调整工作面风量,合理布置尾排巷,控制工作面和上隅角瓦斯浓度,工作面配风为1 900~2 300 m3/min,下行风期间81305工作面风排瓦斯量见表1
工作面推进距离超过200 m左右时,顶板来压不断冒落,采空区行成一个瓦斯库,通过不断增加工作面配风量,从表1可以看出,工作面、上隅角瓦斯得到控制,但尾排巷瓦斯浓度不断增加,最大到1.38%,给安全生产带来严重威胁。此时需及时调整通风系统,采用上行通风,81305胶带巷、81306一、二号回风巷作为工作面进风巷,81305一、二号回风巷作为回风巷,调节工作面风量,利用尾排巷,当工作面推过联巷后,在与下一个联巷间施工一道临时通风设施(板闭),增加风阻,合理控制风量,使一部分风经上隅角流入尾排巷,有效控制上隅角瓦斯浓度不超限[12],上行风期间81305工作面风排瓦斯量见表2
为采空区抽放效果达到最佳,待工作面回采快推过51联巷时,提前封闭51联巷,并在81305二号回顺50联巷以里施工一道0.37 m厚的砖墙(顶板压力大时堆黄土袋),当工作面推过51联巷15 m左右时,打开51联巷抽放阀门进行采空区抽放,以此类推。抽放51联巷时,工作面瓦斯浓度变化见表3
表3可以看出,单独利用小流量采空区抽放系统治理瓦斯,减少工作面配风量,可以使工作面瓦斯浓度稳定,上隅角瓦斯总体保持较高浓度,尤其是机尾推进过联巷时,上隅角瓦斯浓度达到0.62%以上。
增加一套采空区抽放泵,采空区抽放量达到500 m3/min以上时,保持采煤工作面配风量不变,此时工作面的瓦斯浓度实测值见表4
对比表3表4数据可知:增加采空区抽放量,工作面、上隅角的平均瓦斯体积分数都在0.50%以下,当抽放量达到500 m3/min以上时能有效控制上隅角瓦斯浓度。
保德煤矿81305采煤工作面瓦斯浓度分布为:沿工作面倾斜方向从进风到回风风流的瓦斯浓度逐渐增加[13];随着煤机与上隅角距离的减小,对通风断面的影响增加,使采煤工作面的风流与采空区的高浓度瓦斯间对流加快,较易置换出采空区里的瓦斯;再加上采空区周期来压,顶板垮落造成瓦斯突然涌出,从而造成上隅角瓦斯浓度增加甚至超过限值。因此,保德煤矿采用采空区埋管抽放、均压措施,设置导风帘和负压喷雾以及防止采空区瓦斯大量涌出的措施。
1) 采空区埋管抽放。通过大流量的采空区埋管抽放(抽放量为520~580 m3/min),在上隅角后部形成一个负压区域,引导上隅角风流向采空区方向流动,进而进入抽放管道内,将上隅角风流方向由出风变为进风,避免采空区高浓度瓦斯通过上隅角向工作面涌出[14]
2) 均压措施。为降低工作面进回风侧的风压差,适量减少工作面风量,81305工作面正常生产期间配风为1 600~1 800 m3/min,在工作面回风侧靠近工作面100 m处设置2道临时调节设施,以提高工作面回风侧的风压值。
3) 设置导风帘和负压喷雾。工作面采空区后部安设抽放管路,在上隅角后部形成负压区域,如果风量小,风速达不到要求,容易造成瓦斯积聚。生产期间在上隅角设置导风帘和负压喷雾,把工作面的风引向上隅角区域,以有效控制顶板瓦斯层状积聚。
4) 防止采空区瓦斯大量涌出。综放工作面在回采过程中,隅角架后悬顶长度大于10 m时,在综放工作面上隅角码放黄土袋,由底板码放直至接顶,底板处为2.0 m,封顶时不低于1.5 m,具体码放规格如图3所示。
确保工作面通风系统稳定,根据瓦斯涌出量和风量分配经验适当加大风速(1 700 m3/min),防止因为工作面断面减小、风量不足导致工作面和上隅角瓦斯超限,合理分配工作面风流,减少采空区瓦斯涌出。加强抽放系统的管理,保证瓦斯抽放系统的正常运行,加强监测系统的维护管理工作。
末采期间在81305辅回撤通道①、②、③、④处各施工段4组对开大风门,拆除主、辅回撤通道下出口处调节窗和风门,各施工段关闭一道挡风板,在工作面贯通之前,风门全部打开,通过关闭挡风板控制回撤通道风量为600 m3/min。81305工作面末采期间的设施位置如图4所示。
工作面快贯通时,每班设置专职人员检查主辅回撤通道板关闭情况和瓦斯浓度,防止由于工作面突然来压造成板闭倒塌和造成瓦斯超限。
工作面与主回撤通道贯通后,通风管理人员负责回收主、辅回撤通道下出口2处板闭,同时关闭辅回撤通道①处风门,调节81305回撤面的风量为1 700 m3/min(不含抽放)。测风人员进行风量核定,发现风量变化时通过①处风门及时调整风量,当回撤到3联巷以下时打开①处风门,通过开关②处风门,使回撤面风量控制在1 700 m3/min(不含抽放)。过下一个联巷时以此类推。
回撤支架期间设置专人看护风门,专职人员现场检查瓦斯、氧气、一氧化碳浓度,支架回撤带班人员随身携带便携式瓦斯、氧气和一氧化碳检查仪,发现回撤处风流中CH4≥1.0%、CO≥24×10-6或O2<18%时,通过调节辅回撤通道对开风门来增加回撤点风量;如果回撤点各种气体浓度正常,而回风侧瓦斯浓度异常,则通过调节辅回撤通道对开风门减小回撤点风量,回撤期间涉及到电焊时要严格按照动火审批措施落实相关安全措施。
回撤结束后要及时对主辅回撤通道联巷进行封闭,安排人员必须在相通的巷道内及有浮煤的地方撒布岩粉,岩粉厚度不得小于50 mm,在81305一二号回风联巷施工0.37 m临时砖墙密闭,封闭期间要保证通风系统的稳定,临时密闭完成后及时调整通风系统由81305一号回风巷进风,81305二号巷回风。同时对81305进风巷和回风巷设置防火密闭,81305胶带巷处设置防水密闭,封闭期间,设置专职瓦检和通风管理人员监督施工质量与作业安全,严格按照安全规范进行作业,采终封闭完成后进行二次封闭。
81305工作面通过本煤层预抽、采空区抽放、风排瓦斯等进行综合治理,掘进及回采期间均实现了瓦斯浓度的有效管控,未发生局部瓦斯超限事故,保障了工作面安全高效生产。累计抽放瓦斯量达1 854.91万m3,瓦斯抽采率达到81.07%,工作面瓦斯涌出量及比例见表5
由上述统计分析可知:保德煤矿81305工作面采空区抽放量占瓦斯涌出总量的比例最高,达到37.29%,表明采空区单独抽放系统对保德煤矿81305工作面瓦斯综合治理效果最为显著。回采期间风排量占总量的比例也较高,达到22.64%,表明回采期间风排瓦斯涌出量较高,且由于风排瓦斯仅受风量影响,瓦斯管控压力较大,应着重加强通风动态管理和瓦斯浓度的在线监测。
1) 高瓦斯矿井综放工作面瓦斯管控主要采用采前预抽、上下行通风切换、采空区埋管抽放、均压措施、设置导风帘和负压喷雾、合理分配风流及采终封闭等瓦斯综合防治措施,保德煤矿81305工作面抽排瓦斯量合计1 854.91万m3,占瓦斯总量81.07%,取得良好应用效果。

3) 81305工作面整体瓦斯抽放量占比46.92%,为可利用部分,风排瓦斯量占比34.15%,为不可利用部分,未抽采量占比18.93%,通过增加前期预抽,如增加预抽钻孔使用时间,进一步增加瓦斯抽放量占比,以降低矿井的有害气体排放。
