In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine production site accidents,the application of information technology in coal mine mining was discussed through literature data,summary,and induction,and the meaning and main types of coal mine enterprise informatization were clarified in detail against the background of production informatization. The research shows that the key technologies of ″Internet +″ coal mine safety informatization include the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data,which provide efficient and scientific decision-making basis and technical means for coal mine safety. In order to support big data generated by the Internet of Things for coal mines,the ″Internet +″ coal mine safety information application framework composed of an information perception layer,data transmission layer,cloud computing resource layer,application service layer,and user interface layer is proposed. In addition,a construction model based on a proprietary cloud was proposed to make the system elastic and scalable.

为预防煤矿生产现场事故的发生,运用文献资料和总结归纳法,探讨信息技术在煤矿开采中的运用,并以生产信息化为背景,较为详尽地阐述煤矿企业信息化的含义和主要类型。结果表明:“互联网+”煤矿安全信息化的关键技术包括物联网、云计算和大数据,这些技术为煤矿安全提供高效、科学的决策依据和技术手段;为支持煤矿物联网产生的大数据,研究提出信息感知层、数据传输层、云计算资源层、应用服务层和用户接口层构成的“互联网+”煤矿安全信息化应用构架;此外,还提出基于专有云的构建模式,使得系统具备弹性可扩展性。

In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine production site accidents,the application of information technology in coal mine mining was discussed through literature data,summary,and induction,and the meaning and main types of coal mine enterprise informatization were clarified in detail against the background of production informatization. The research shows that the key technologies of ″Internet +″ coal mine safety informatization include the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data,which provide efficient and scientific decision-making basis and technical means for coal mine safety. In order to support big data generated by the Internet of Things for coal mines,the ″Internet +″ coal mine safety information application framework composed of an information perception layer,data transmission layer,cloud computing resource layer,application service layer,and user interface layer is proposed. In addition,a construction model based on a proprietary cloud was proposed to make the system elastic and scalable.

通过运用信息技术,能够有效提升矿井的安全管理与监测水平,及时得到矿井的重要数据,并有效辨识矿井的安全隐患,及时发出警告,并采取相应的行动,以减少事故的发生[1-3]。同时,在煤矿开采过程中,采用信息技术,可有效提高煤矿的开采效率,降低煤矿的开采成本,实现煤矿的高效开采。另外,利用信息技术,还可以记录、分析和共享矿井安全数据,为决策提供科学的依据,从而促进矿井的安全生产。因此,将信息技术应用于煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。
国内外学者已经开始把现代的安全理论和安全生产管理体制,引进到煤矿企业的事故安全管理中,从而给煤矿企业的安全管理带来新的思想和实际的方法。主要内容包括:安全目标管理、安全生产责任制、安全考核、应急管理、安全培训以及安全文化建设等[4-7]。为实现对煤矿安全隐患的控制,专家学者们从宏观、中观、微观3个层面构建了煤矿安全管理系统,以达到有效治理煤矿安全隐患的目的;同时,提出基于3个层面的安全管理思想,并在此基础上进行系统的研究。员工在工作中获得丰富的经验,并与他人交流,从而实现安全的指引与监管[8-11]。但是,这一体系仍有待进一步完善,尤其是像煤矿事故这种情形,仅靠事故后的补救措施,并不能完全防止事故的发生。随着煤矿安全管理水平的不断提高和信息化水平的不断增强,煤矿企业已积累了海量的安全数据,但目前对其应用的认识还停留在简单、局部、片面的层面上,无法进行系统、完整、连续的应用。通过回顾国内外有关研究现状可以看到,专家学者们已经将他们研究的重心从事后介入转移到事前干预,从局部成因分析转向整体安全系统研究,并探索科学的管理方法。目前,我国煤矿企业的安全生产管理已取得了一定的进展,但其应用主要集中在交通运输、房屋建筑和工业生产等方面,而针对煤矿企业的安全生产管理方面的研究还很少。
鉴于此,笔者拟通过物联网技术、云计算技术和大数据技术来提高煤矿资源的资源配置。从煤矿企业的角度出发,剖析煤矿企业信息化的内容及主要类型,并探讨其在煤矿企业中的运用。以期为煤矿企业的安全管理工作提供更有力的支撑。
煤矿企业信息化建设的核心是矿井现场管理,它与矿井生产的每一个环节、每一个作业都有着密切的联系[12]。利用信息技术可智能监控、数据采集与实时管理矿井。主要内容有:矿井的生产计划和调度、物料管理、设备状态监控,其目的是为了提高企业的生产效率,提高企业的资源利用率。利用信息技术,实现矿井现场管理的精细化与自动化,进而提高矿井的整体生产管理水平。
设备管理也是煤矿信息化的重要组成部分,包含对矿井安全监测设备、通信设备、传感器等展开的网络化和智能化的应用,从而达到对矿井设备的远程监控、故障诊断和维修管理的目的[13]。利用信息技术,能够有效改善设备运行的稳定性,降低设备的失效次数与停运次数等。实现对矿井设备的实时监测与远程控制,能够全面了解矿井的设备状况,并及时检测与处理存在的问题,使矿井的安全生产得到极大改善。
煤炭开采对土壤、水源、植被等生态环境的影响日益突出。为最大限度地减少生态损害的风险,就必须树立起生态保护的思想,采用各种环境探测设备全方位、多角度监测矿区的大气、地质损害[14]。利用专门开发的信息化系统,分析采集到的各种数据,从而掌握大气污染、地质构造破坏的情况。生态管理是保护自然环境和员工身体健康的必然要求,他在符合国家环境法规有关要求的前提下减少煤矿开采对外部环境的破坏。对煤炭资源进行系统的生态治理,有利于煤炭资源的有效利用及可持续发展。
煤炭企业的安全工作离不开对员工的有效管理,而信息技术的应用将为实现这一目标提供有力的保障。运用信息技术,能够有效管理与监控矿井人员,包括人员定位、考勤管理、安全培训等[15]。利用人员定位技术实时监测人员的位置、行踪,并有效预防与控制可能发生的事故。同时,通过信息技术的应用,为企业开展网上培训、网上知识管理等工作,这不仅提升企业员工的安全意识,还提升了企业的技术水平。
伴随着信息通信技术的不断发展,互联网、智能终端和智能芯片等被大量地运用到传统的工业生产中,从而进一步激发煤炭产业的信息化潜能。以物联网、云计算、大数据为代表的新时代信息技术,深刻影响着煤炭企业的信息化发展。大数据技术、云计算、物联网技术在煤矿安全生产中的应用关系如图1所示。
矿井物联网是在物联网技术的基础上建立起来的,分为感知层、网络层和应用层3个层次。
1) 感知层包含多种矿物传感器,如矿物甲烷传感器、矿物无线传感器(适用于矿山开采表面及矿山开采设备等)、一氧化碳浓度传感器、水分传感器、温度传感器、射频识别技术、二维码标签、全球定位系统、相机等传感终端机。该系统主要应用于矿山开采过程,用来监测矿山开采过程中所涉及到的各种因素。
2) 网络层主要用来传送从感知层面得到的讯息[16]。通过工业以太网,通信技术与矿井上下相连,由无线网络等构成,建立一个能够将整个矿区都覆盖起来的物联网,从而能够交互与传送矿井中的物联网数据。
3) 应用层是矿井安全监测、监控、预测、预警和决策的终端,是矿井安全监测、监控、预测和预警系统的重要组成部分。在应用层面上,开发矿井物联网的智能化应用,可极大推动矿井生产与信息化的深度融合。
利用云计算技术集中管理、共享和分析矿井生产过程中产生的各种信息,从而提升生产过程中数据处理效率,提高生产过程中的决策精度[17]
如在一个煤矿中部署温度传感器、湿度传感器和气体浓度传感器,具体监测数据见表1。当温度升高、湿度超过阈值或有害气体浓度超标时,传感器会发出警报并将数据传输到云平台。管理人员通过监控系统实时查看这些数据,并采取相应的措施。例如:当温度达到30 ℃时,系统自动发出警报,提醒管理人员可能存在矿井火灾风险。当湿度超过65%RH时,系统发出警报,提示可能存在空气潮湿问题。当有害气体浓度超过安全标准时,系统立即发出警报,警示矿工可能存在毒气泄漏风险[18]。这些数据传输到云平台进行进一步的分析和记录。云平台记录每个传感器的历史数据,并生成趋势图表,以便管理人员长期监测和分析矿井环境。此外,云平台还与其他系统集成,如自动化灭火系统,实现远程控制和自动化的安全措施。
煤炭企业的大数据技术,是从海量的数据中获取不同类型、不同结构、大容量的煤炭信息数据。其中,采集到的信息大多来源于矿井物联网所采集到的各种环境参量,如温度、湿度、CO等,并详细分析矿井下各种监控装置。煤炭行业的大数据技术,其特征是:
1) 海量数据量。煤矿生产过程中产生的环境监测数据、地下空间信息数据、设备信息数据、人员位置信息等各类数据。这类资料的收集周期比较短,所以在很短的时间内建立起一个大型的历史资料库。
2) 数据生成速度快。由于传感器技术、物联网技术的普及,各种类型的数据都以极快的速度增长。随着海量数据的不断产生与收集,数据的生成与积累变得越来越快。
3) 数据类型多样化。由于煤炭开采工作涉及面很广,所以数据类型也很多。在此基础上,结合现场监测数据、现场应急预案、矿山地图等数据,实现数据类型的多种多样。
“互联网+”煤炭安全信息化应用架构如图2所示。包括信息感知层、数据传输层、应用服务层、资源驱动层、云计算资源层等,为煤矿防灾减灾,改善煤矿安全状况,提供科学有效的决策基础与技术方法。
信息感知层是“互联网+”矿井安全信息化应用框架的基本部分,利用多种传感器和监控设备实时感知矿井中的环境和设备。矿井中有温度、湿度、瓦斯浓度等多种传感器,可以全方位监控矿山的环境参数、设备的运行状况、工人的位置等信息。
传感装置将所获得的信息以有线或无线的形式传送至信息感知层,为进一步的信息分析与处理奠定坚实的基础。而数据传输层的任务则是把数据安全有效地传输给下一个数据源,保证数据的完整和可靠。
1) 数据传输层建设。通过以太网、无线传感网、蜂窝网络等通信方式传输数据及资料。为实现实时、可靠的数据传递,必须保证数据传递的效率、稳定性。此外,在数据传输层面上,还需要采用一些安全技术,如加密、身份验证等,来保证数据的安全。
2) 云计算资源层建设。 “互联网+”是煤炭行业信息系统的关键技术,为煤炭行业中各类感知、监控、监测等信息的处理、分析与存储提供强有力的计算与存储支持。在此基础上,提出一种基于云服务的分布式服务架构。利用大数据分析、机器学习、人工智能等技术实时分析与挖掘矿井传感数据,从中提炼出有用的信息与规则,为矿井的安全生产与管理提供科学依据。另外,云计算还可为用户提供长时间的数据保存与备份服务,方便用户进行后期的查询与追溯。
应用服务层是“互联网+”煤矿安全信息化应用构架的顶层,为煤矿安全管理人员和工作人员提供各种应用服务。在应用服务层中,开发各种应用软件和平台,用于实现煤矿安全监测、预警、调度、指挥等功能。如开发煤矿安全监测和预警系统,实时监测煤矿环境和设备状态,当出现异常情况时,及时发出预警信息,通知相关人员采取相应的措施。此外,还可开发煤矿安全调度和指挥系统,用于协调和管理煤矿生产和安全工作。应用服务层还提供数据可视化和报表分析功能,将数据以图表、报表等形式展示,帮助管理人员监测和分析煤矿安全生产。
各类用户群体均可通过适宜的终端接入该平台,无论是便捷的Web Access应用还是专属的客户端,都能轻松享受到平台提供的高效、全面的煤矿安全生产应用服务。这样的接入方式不仅保证了用户体验的便捷性,同时也满足了不同用户群体对于平台使用的不同需求。
1) 通过分析煤矿信息化的4类关键类别及3类关键技术,提出基于云计算的信息感知层、数据传输层、云计算资源层、应用服务层、用户接口层5层架构,规划提出架构整体功能,实现对煤矿安全生产的数据分析展示。
2) “互联网+”煤矿安全信息化应用构架为煤矿企业安全可靠运行提供一种更为科学有效的技术方法,但对于不同类型煤矿企业的具体特征还缺乏针对性的应用场景探讨,在未来需要进一步深入研究。
