In order to study the distribution characteristics of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining in the shallowly buried and easily spontaneous combustion coal seam,the variation laws of oxygen and temperature in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining were dynamically monitored by embedding high-pressure rubber hoses,high-strength steel pipe-protected optical fibers for temperature measurement,and monitoring beam tubes. With the help of numerical simulation software,the distribution range of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area was determined. The results show that the oxygen concentration at the measurement points between the supports in the goaf area of the 31116 gob-side entry retaining shows an overall downward trend with the advancement of the working face,and the oxygen concentration at the measurement points in the return air channel is locally reversed due to the interference of air leakage at the corner. Based on the temperature measurement data of optical fibers,the temperature change cannot be used as the basis for the division of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining in Jinjie Coal Mine. Affected by the airflow migration and local air leakage,the oxygen concentration in the goaf area of the 31116 is slightly higher on the return air side than on the intake air side. Finally,it is obtained that the oxidation zone range on the intake air side of the 31116 is 140.4-313.3 m. In the middle part,the range is 201.2-351.6 m,and on the return air side,it is 153.2-328.1 m. According to factors such as the amount of residual coal in the goaf area and geological characteristics,it is comprehensively determined that the minimum advancing speed under normal production conditions of the working face is 3.3 m/d.

为厘清浅埋深、易自燃煤层沿空留巷采空区自燃“三带”分布特征,通过预埋高压胶管、高强度钢管防护测温光纤和监测束管的方式,动态监测沿空留巷采空区氧气和温度变化特征,借助数值模拟软件,判定采空区自燃“三带”分布范围。结果表明:31116沿空留巷采空区架间测点氧气浓度随工作面推进整体呈下降趋势,回风巷测点氧气浓度受隅角漏风干扰出现局部反升趋势,基于光纤测温数据,温度变化不能作为锦界煤矿沿空留巷采空区自燃“三带”划分的依据,受风流运移和局部漏风影响,31116采空区氧气浓度回风侧略高于进风侧,最终得到31116采空区进风侧氧化带范围为140.4~313.3 m,中部201.2~351.6 m,回风侧153.2~328.1 m,依据采空区遗煤量、地质特点等因素,综合判定工作面正常生产条件下最小推进速度为3.3 m/d。

为厘清浅埋深、易自燃煤层沿空留巷采空区自燃“三带”分布特征,通过预埋高压胶管、高强度钢管防护测温光纤和监测束管的方式,动态监测沿空留巷采空区氧气和温度变化特征,借助数值模拟软件,判定采空区自燃“三带”分布范围。结果表明:31116沿空留巷采空区架间测点氧气浓度随工作面推进整体呈下降趋势,回风巷测点氧气浓度受隅角漏风干扰出现局部反升趋势,基于光纤测温数据,温度变化不能作为锦界煤矿沿空留巷采空区自燃“三带”划分的依据,受风流运移和局部漏风影响,31116采空区氧气浓度回风侧略高于进风侧,最终得到31116采空区进风侧氧化带范围为140.4~313.3 m,中部201.2~351.6 m,回风侧153.2~328.1 m,依据采空区遗煤量、地质特点等因素,综合判定工作面正常生产条件下最小推进速度为3.3 m/d。

In order to study the distribution characteristics of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining in the shallowly buried and easily spontaneous combustion coal seam,the variation laws of oxygen and temperature in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining were dynamically monitored by embedding high-pressure rubber hoses,high-strength steel pipe-protected optical fibers for temperature measurement,and monitoring beam tubes. With the help of numerical simulation software,the distribution range of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area was determined. The results show that the oxygen concentration at the measurement points between the supports in the goaf area of the 31116 gob-side entry retaining shows an overall downward trend with the advancement of the working face,and the oxygen concentration at the measurement points in the return air channel is locally reversed due to the interference of air leakage at the corner. Based on the temperature measurement data of optical fibers,the temperature change cannot be used as the basis for the division of the three zones of spontaneous combustion in the goaf area of the gob-side entry retaining in Jinjie Coal Mine. Affected by the airflow migration and local air leakage,the oxygen concentration in the goaf area of the 31116 is slightly higher on the return air side than on the intake air side. Finally,it is obtained that the oxidation zone range on the intake air side of the 31116 is 140.4-313.3 m. In the middle part,the range is 201.2-351.6 m,and on the return air side,it is 153.2-328.1 m. According to factors such as the amount of residual coal in the goaf area and geological characteristics,it is comprehensively determined that the minimum advancing speed under normal production conditions of the working face is 3.3 m/d.

沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术是利用高强度特种材料在预留巷道一侧沿工作面推进方向上施工支护墙体,在采空区边缘维护原回采巷道,高效回收工作面煤柱的同时,上一工作面的巷道又被下一工作面利用,大幅减少巷道掘进量[1-3],同时,对于高瓦斯矿井来说,预留的巷道也可取代高抽巷,优化开拓开采布局,以最低的成本实现煤与瓦斯共采。然而,诸多的经济效益背后也存在一些技术瓶颈,最为突出的是,贯穿于整条巷道的沿空留巷要受到2次采动所产生的应力叠加,矿压显现极为强烈[4-7],高应力通过两帮传递至底板岩层,在无支护或支护力度不足的情况下,底鼓现象极为明显,底板变形又会进一步引起两帮失稳,墙体漏风量随之增大[8-10]。此外,对于我国西北部分地区,煤层埋深相对较浅,采动影响会加剧地表外部漏风,氧气通过漏风通道进入采空区,增大了煤层自然发火的潜在风险。[11-14]因此,研究浅埋深易自燃煤层的三带分布特征,确定沿空留巷采空区的氧化带范围,并在氧化带范围内针对性地开展各项防灭火措施,对矿井防灭火工作具有重要的指导意义。
许多学者开展了相关研究,如郭明超[15]、魏松[16]、董子文[17]等利用数值模拟、理论分析和试验研究等技术手段,揭示传统沿空留巷气流场的演化特征。司俊鸿等[18]构建沿空留巷采空区风流运移影响因素指标,建立Y型通风采空区渗透率分布模型,提出基于平行四边形面积判定的Y型通风工作面采空区横向氧化带区域划分方法。文虎等[19]构建了煤自燃多物理场耦合的动态模型,以典型工作面为例,分析沿空留巷采空区内煤岩体垮落的分布特征,提出对应的空隙率分布模型,并对比解算结果与现场实测。综上,以上研究主要侧重于沿空留巷采空区遗煤空隙率及气流场动态分布及变化特征,对于浅埋深易自燃沿空留巷采空区自燃“三带”分布特征及温升变化过程仍需进一步探讨。
鉴于此,笔者通过数值模拟,并借助束管监测和光纤测温等现场试验方法,揭示采空区自燃“三带”的分布特征,以期为浅埋深易自燃煤层沿空留巷采空区的防灭火治理工作提供参考和依据。
锦界煤矿位于陕西省榆林市神木县西南方向,东西长12.29 km,南北长12.42 km,面积141.772 5 km2。试验地点位于31116沿空留巷采空区,试验煤层厚度3.33 m,倾角1~2°,埋深141.7~169.4 m,工作面最大涌水量578 m3/h(含采空区水),经鉴定,锦界煤矿31煤为Ⅰ类易自燃煤层。
试验采用预埋高压胶管和高强度钢管防护测温光纤和监测束管的方式动态监测31116沿空留巷采空区的温度和气体参数,测点布置方案如图1所示。
试验共布置4个测点,其中,进风侧和回风侧各1个测点,工作面中部2个测点。进风侧1号测点和工作面2—3号测点布置在工作面支架架间,因工作面起伏不平,不适合采用钢管进行保护,因此,采用柔韧性更好的高压胶管取气,回风侧4号测点利用回风巷顶部的钢管防护监测束管取气,此外在4号测点同时布置一路测温光纤监测温度数据,随着工作面的推进,束管取气口和温度传感器都将埋入采空区,通过每天观测束管监测系统气体分析数据和温度传感器的读数,判断采空区遗煤氧化情况,各测点氧气体积分数随推进距离变化如图2所示。
图2可知:1号测点推进140.4 m时,氧气体积分数由18.76%下降到17.07%,由散热带进入氧化带;2号测点推进153.2 m时,氧气体积分数由20.02%下降到17.94%,由散热带进入氧化带;3号测点推进201.2 m时,氧气体积分数由18.62%下降到17.72%,由散热带进入氧化带;4号测点推进153.2 m时,氧气体积分数由19.29%下降到17.85%,由散热带进入氧化带。这是由于随工作面推进,采空区遗煤发生氧化反应,氧气逐渐被消耗,新鲜风流不能通过漏风通道有效补偿消耗的氧气,因此,采空区氧气体积分数随工作面推进距离呈逐步下降趋势。对于4号测点,推进30~75 m时,氧气体积分数出现一定程度反升趋势,变化范围由18.5%升至20.6%。根据分析判断,在此期间31116工作面回风隅角挡风帘吊挂不严,抽出式通风方法下漏风较大,氧气得到补给所致,因此,需日常规范工作面回风隅角挡风帘吊挂标准,减少采空区漏风。监测期间锦界煤矿环境温度和4号测点采空区温度随推进距离变化如图3图4所示。
从监测初期到监测结束,锦界煤矿环境温度变化区间为19~26 ℃,最高降幅7 ℃,采空区温度变化区间为18.6~12.6 ℃,最高降幅6 ℃,较环境温度和推进距离变化幅度不大,由此推断31116工作面采空区遗煤的自燃氧化程度相对较弱,受采空区涌水影响,采空区空气温度和采空区涌水热量交换程度较大,大量积水携带热量从沿空留巷上安设的反水管不断涌出,温度参数虽可反映采空区遗煤氧化的剧烈程度,但不符合31116采空区自燃“三带”分布的判定指标。通过观察进回风侧沿空留巷反水管出水情况,可判断采空区大部分遗煤仍处于水浸状态,二次氧化反应程度相对较弱,后续遗煤持续暴露可能会对31116采空区自燃“三带”分布产生动态影响。
首先,借助计算机辅助设计软件Solidworks建立31116沿空留巷采空区三维几何模型,设置模型长、宽、高分别为500、336、50 m,随后选择网格划分软件ICEM-CFD进行结构六面体网格划分,如图5所示。
31116工作面进风巷道口定义为速度入口(velocity-inlet),31116回风巷道出口定义为自由出口(outflow),工作面与采空区之间的2个面,设置为内部交界面(interior),在网格划分软件ICEM-CFD中设置整个三维模型为流体区域(fluid),设置完成后,初始化计算条件,在流体动力学模拟软件FLUENT中进行数值模拟迭代计算,求解31116工作面沿空留巷采空区“三带”氧气分布特征,划分“三带”分布范围。
采空区整体氧气体积分数分布如图6所示。采空区内部受风流运移影响,氧气体积分数回风侧略高于进风侧,沿工作面推进方向,氧气体积分数呈逐渐下降趋势。
对模拟结果沿三维方向分别切片分析,如图7所示。
图7可知:31116采空区中部氧气的渗流范围相对于进风侧和回风侧更为明显,中部氧化带的深度最大达到351.6 m,由于31116工作面进风侧和回风侧均采用沿空留巷施工工艺,虽采用地表回填、2次喷浆等堵漏措施,但沿空留巷柔膜搭接处和接顶处均存在一定程度的漏风,31116采空区氧气体积分数回风侧略高于进风侧。依据“三带”划分标准:氧气体积分数大于18%为散热带,氧气体积分数5%~18%为氧化带,氧气体积分数小于5%为窒息带,数值模拟得到31116采空区自燃“三带”分布结果如图8所示,具体数据见表1
31116工作面最小推进速度按照下式确定:
v m i n = L m a x τ m i n · k
式中:vmin为工作面最小推进速度,m/d;k为安全系数,根据采空区遗煤量、地质特点等因素综合判定,取1;Lmax为采空区自燃“三带”中氧化带宽度,为保证安全生产,取采空区中部和进回风侧最大值174.9 m;τmin为煤层煤样的最短自然发火期,取53 d,计算得vmin=3.3 m/d。
经过计算,锦界煤矿31116沿空留巷综采工作面正常生产条件下的最小推进速度为3.3 m/d。
1) 31116沿空留巷采空区架间测点氧气体积分数随工作面推进整体呈下降趋势,遗煤进入采空区后由散热带过渡至氧化升温带,最后进入窒息带,横向对比31116采空区氧气体积分数回风侧略高于进风侧,其中,回风巷测点氧气体积分数受回风隅角漏风干扰出现局部反升趋势。
2) 温度参数虽可一定程度反映采空区遗煤氧化的剧烈程度,但受涌水过程气、水温度持续交换的影响,不能作为31116工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布的判定指标。
3) 31116采空区进风侧氧化带分布范围为140.4~313.3 m,中部氧化带分布范围为201.2~351.6 m,回风侧氧化带分布范围为153.2~328.1 m,考虑采空区遗煤量、地质特点等因素,综合判定31116工作面正常生产条件下最小推进速度为3.3 m/d。
