In order to solve the problem that the information silos caused by the narrow bandwidth and long delay of the network in the fully mechanized coal mining face in the coal mine fail to meet the needs of intelligent mining,the 5G communication technology with high bandwidth and low delay was proposed to upgrade the industrial control system and design an intelligent coal mine safety control platform. Firstly,based on the design concept of an intelligent coal mine safety control platform,the overall architecture of the intelligent coal mine safety control platform was introduced,and the coal mine safety information processing mechanism was analyzed. Then,a coal mine safety risk analysis index system was constructed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize a multi-layer feedforward neural network to determine the level of coal mine safety risks. Finally,based on 5G communication technology,the intelligent remote control of coal mines was achieved by combining geological data and video analysis of the coal mining face,5G remote control,personnel safety assurance,and digital twin systems. Research has shown that the intelligent coal mine safety control platform improves the storage,transmission,and processing efficiency of data streams,effectively avoiding the phenomenon of information silos between multiple systems and providing a new method for promoting the implementation of unmanned mining mode in coal mining faces and achieving efficient coal mine safety control.

为解决煤矿井下综采工作面网络带宽窄、延时大导致的信息孤岛严重,无法满足智能化开采的需求,提出采用高带宽、低延时的第5代移动通信(5G)技术升级改造工业控制系统,设计智能化煤矿安全管控平台。首先,基于智能化煤矿安全管控平台设计构想,介绍智能化煤矿安全管控平台总体架构,分析煤矿安全信息处理机制;然后,构建煤矿安全风险分析指标体系,利用改进的粒子群算法优化多层前馈神经网络,判断煤矿安全风险等级;最后,基于5G通信技术,采用工作面地质数据与视频分析、5G远程控制、人员安全保障及数字孪生系统相结合,实现煤矿井下的智能化远程控制。研究表明:该智能化煤矿安全管控平台提高了数据流的存储、传输和处理效率,有效避免了多系统间的信息孤岛现象,为促进实现工作面无人化开采模式、实现煤矿安全高效管控提供新方法。

为解决煤矿井下综采工作面网络带宽窄、延时大导致的信息孤岛严重,无法满足智能化开采的需求,提出采用高带宽、低延时的第5代移动通信(5G)技术升级改造工业控制系统,设计智能化煤矿安全管控平台。首先,基于智能化煤矿安全管控平台设计构想,介绍智能化煤矿安全管控平台总体架构,分析煤矿安全信息处理机制;然后,构建煤矿安全风险分析指标体系,利用改进的粒子群算法优化多层前馈神经网络,判断煤矿安全风险等级;最后,基于5G通信技术,采用工作面地质数据与视频分析、5G远程控制、人员安全保障及数字孪生系统相结合,实现煤矿井下的智能化远程控制。研究表明:该智能化煤矿安全管控平台提高了数据流的存储、传输和处理效率,有效避免了多系统间的信息孤岛现象,为促进实现工作面无人化开采模式、实现煤矿安全高效管控提供新方法。

In order to solve the problem that the information silos caused by the narrow bandwidth and long delay of the network in the fully mechanized coal mining face in the coal mine fail to meet the needs of intelligent mining,the 5G communication technology with high bandwidth and low delay was proposed to upgrade the industrial control system and design an intelligent coal mine safety control platform. Firstly,based on the design concept of an intelligent coal mine safety control platform,the overall architecture of the intelligent coal mine safety control platform was introduced,and the coal mine safety information processing mechanism was analyzed. Then,a coal mine safety risk analysis index system was constructed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize a multi-layer feedforward neural network to determine the level of coal mine safety risks. Finally,based on 5G communication technology,the intelligent remote control of coal mines was achieved by combining geological data and video analysis of the coal mining face,5G remote control,personnel safety assurance,and digital twin systems. Research has shown that the intelligent coal mine safety control platform improves the storage,transmission,and processing efficiency of data streams,effectively avoiding the phenomenon of information silos between multiple systems and providing a new method for promoting the implementation of unmanned mining mode in coal mining faces and achieving efficient coal mine safety control.

煤矿信息安全管控是确保我国煤矿安全生产的重要措施[1],随着新一代信息技术的发展,我国的煤矿开采行业已由过去的主要靠人力劳动的粗放式开采逐渐转向了信息化、自动化和智能化开采阶段[2]。第5代移动通信技术(5th-Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G) 作为新一代信息通信技术以高速率大带宽、低延时高可靠、大连接覆盖广等特点较好地与工业领域互联网相融合,能够极大地提高安全管理效率[3]。煤矿井下由于工作环境复杂多变,各单体监控系统传递的海量信息中伴随着大量的冗余信息,导致其受采动、矿压、粉尘等因素影响时信息传递存在安全性能差、传输效率低及信息延迟等现象,严重阻碍智能化矿山建设及发展,因此,开展5G智能化煤矿安全管控研究具有重要意义。
国内学者针对智能化煤矿安全管控开展了大量研究。王海军等[4]基于5G通信技术开发了煤矿智能化异构型控制和数据处理平台,实现了底层终端的重构与信息协议的统一,有效解决了煤矿安全信息孤岛问题。张倍宁等[5]利用大数据、人工智能、5G通信技术及云计算等新一代信息技术,构建了三级管控架构的智能化综合管控平台,实现了煤矿区域化安全生产、故障报警、隐患及指令及时跟踪处理。张晓霞等[6]将工业互联网与5G通信技术深度融合,通过分析煤炭行业数据特征,根据不同层次的工业互联网平台的协同关系,设计了云边端—体化智能管控平台,实现了煤矿信息流的融合与共享。牛莉霞等[7]利用5G通信技术,将智慧服务引入到矿山安全管理中,构建了三横三纵式安全管理新架构,实现了安全管理的精细化、人性化,提高了智慧矿山安全管理效率。杨孝新[8]基于5G通信技术构建5G+智慧云平台生产场景,将人工智能、云计算与现代化煤炭开采深度融合,形成全面感知、实时互联的智能管控系统,实现了野外随机作业的可视化、无人化的管理模式。申雪等[9]基于5G通信技术,探究了5G+远程控制、5G+无人驾驶、5G+智能传感等煤矿井下智慧应用过程,分析了5G通信技术对智慧矿山的关键作用。以上研究极大地推动了智慧矿山安全管控平台建设的发展,但其管控平台大都针对煤矿井下某个单体设备的监控过程,存在信息流难融合、不易共享等弊端。
鉴于此,笔者拟基于5G通信技术构建智能化煤矿安全管控信息平台,精细化管理煤矿井下开采系统、自动找直系统、视频分析系统、人员安全保障系统等,以实现井下采煤过程的智能化控制,并通过智能算法构建煤矿安全风险分析模型,评估煤矿安全生产水平,以期为煤矿智能化管控提供依据。
智能化煤矿安全管控体系架构是一个包含多用户、能够满足复杂业务的大型系统,其数据流均来自各层级生产、安全管理等单体监控系统,这些数据流在各自监控平台中被整合、互通后经过系统内的应用模块进行再造以满足煤矿层级、区域层级和集团公司层级的业务服务需求[10],基于5G通信技术的智能化煤矿安全管控平台系统技术架构如图1所示,平台整体以集团公司私有云的技术栈为技术支撑,以区域子公司和各煤矿为单位建设数据中心,形成智能化合理分层的现代式分布系统架构,平台技术架构自底层向上分别为感知层、平台层和业务应用层。
1) 感知层。感知层主要包括大量传感器、工业视频系统、定位装置和应用系统等,能够依托井下各单体传感器、控制装置、定位装置的互联关系获取业务系统和井下各设备运行参数和数据信息,实现各单体传感器、控制器间的智能自动识别与控制,对井下作业现场的生产状况及人员安全进行全面感知以及各数据采集分站、移动设备等信息流的集中采集。
2) 平台层。平台层主要包括传输层、基础设施层和中台能力层3部分,其中,传输层为基于工业以太网、5G通信、无线网络(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)和超宽带(Ultra-Wideband,UWB)等技术,利用软硬件接口向基础设施层传输感知层数据流的渠道;基础设施层主要包含集团公司私有云、区域子公司和各煤矿数据中心。该层作为数据处理中心能够为各单位管控平台和业务系统提供智能计算、云计算、数据流融合分析等功能,主要用于实现感知层收集、整合、存储、计算、分析和输出,满足整个平台数据信息流的上传下达功能;中台能力层主要包括数据、技术、业务等中台模块,能够提供数据接入、分析和传递功能,实现系统交互、数据融合和通用能力沉淀等。
3) 业务应用层。业务应用层主要功能包括基础数据流管理、数据分析与应用和地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)一张图综合展示等,该层主要利用智能算法模型分析管理各采集器收集的数据,为煤矿从业人员、安全生产监管人员等提供随时随地按需访问的个性化管理通道,利用调度大屏、移动应用程序终端、个人电脑终端等多种方式为不同用户提供权限控制。
基于系统协议整合单体监测系统原始数据为集团公司、区域公司和煤矿提供不同层级需求的业务服务,构建“集团公司—区域公司—煤矿”三级架构智能化安全管控平台。乌兰木伦矿现有监测监控系统由于使用年限长、设备老化等原因导致监测数据稳定性、可靠性和兼容性差[11],系统信息传输误差长期超出0.5%,严重制约井下监控系统的正常运行[12],因此,基于5G通信技术的智能化煤矿安全管控平台亟需满足井下监控系统扩容和数据处理的要求,智能化煤矿安全管控平台功能架构如图2所示。
1) 集团公司层级。智能化管控平台利用数据融合技术能够为集团公司智能化管控提供功能完善、管理便捷、流程顺畅和接口标准的应用环境,其数据服务以数据架构为基础,为集团公司层级提供统一规范的数据流分析和处理等数据服务。
2) 区域公司层级。智能化管控平台的区域子公司层级能够实现对其下辖煤矿安全生产数据的集成,并分类存储数据流,实现全井田范围内各种事故隐患、报警/故障等异常数据信息的重点监管。在大数据技术和5G通信技术的支持下,区域公司层级层能够将上级公司的管理指令下发到各矿井并跟踪监管安全生产指令,实现各层级间数据流信息的上传下达功能。此外,该层级中数据模块还可以分析处理各矿井安全生产信息,给出优化改进方案,有助于管理者做出科学准确的判断。
3) 煤矿层级。智能化煤矿安全管控平台接入了煤矿安全生产、智能决策和经营管理等各项子系统,各系统有机融合形成功能自动化、监控实时化和分析决策一体化的智能化管控平台。平台作为安全生产的管控主体,可以实时监控煤矿安全状况,跟踪处理各种事故隐患,辅助煤矿实现安全绿色高效多信息融合的智能化生产。
智能化煤矿安全管控平台主要利用5G通信技术将地面监控系统、网络传输系统、数据采集与决策系统和多系统融合系统共4个子系统有效融合。参照神东集团智慧矿山建设规划,各矿区积极更新地面及井下监控设备,布设多系统融合模块,采用5G/WiFi6处理各监测分站数据流[13],由于乌兰木伦整个矿区已经全覆盖矿鸿系统,存在海量数据流需要传输与处理,因此,设计该平台时优先考虑选用5G/WiFi6全融合的千兆工业以太交换机,平台监控系统规划如图3所示。
智能化煤矿安全管控平台数据处理关键技术包括数据传输、分析及分类存储技术。其中,数据传输技术主要通过煤矿井下工业环网将各单体监测装备采集到的数据流传输至地面服务器,并利用MQTT通信传输协议将地面服务器接受到的数据流传输至云服务器,云服务器通过MQTT通信传输协议与电脑端和移动手机端进行数据高效传输[14]。由于MQTT通信传输协议具有开源、轻巧、可靠等特点,能够满足低带宽、不稳定网络环境的物联网中的网络服务,因此,选用MQTT通信传输协议作为信息传输协议。
基于5G通信技术的智能化煤矿安全管控系统建立单独的数据分析及分类存储服务器,将采集到的数据流进行分析、分类处理,应用数据仓库将分布式文件系统中的各类数据流按照不同的设备运行情况、数据类型和时间节点进行分类存储,该数据分析和存储技术能够满足各子公司的数据查询、动态在线扩容、备份等功能,确保各单体监控设备群监测数据的完整性和一致性。此外,该平台还包含了综采设备故障诊断、专家智能决策和专家远程操控等模块,采用改进的粒子群算法优化多层前馈神经网络,分析影响综采设备运行状态的人-机、 人-环、机-环、管-机、环-管等因素,然后经过自适应算法训练流数据集,数据流经数据分析流程诊断后,根据实际情况会被自动推送给专家智能决策系统,专家对分析结果进行确认,并反馈给专家远程诊断平台,煤矿井下工人可以通过视频或语音等方式与专家进行沟通,随时调整设备运行情况,数据处理技术如图4所示。
透明地质模型厂家根据矿方现有地质勘探数据构建初始地质模型,建立工作面绝对坐标系,在动态实时透明地质模型基础上,制作规划开采工艺模型,建立采煤期间的动态实时透明地质模型(确保构造与煤层实际边界的精确度在200 mm以内),并提供实时与历史数据交互接口和误差校验机制。工作面规划开采系统如图5所示。该系统具有以下功能:①可根据矿方现有地质勘探数据构建初始地质模型(精度小于1 m),建立工作面绝对坐标系,并可结合智能化系统提供的相关数据生成透明开采地质模型(精度小于0.2 m),向厂家提供实时与历史数据的交互接口和配套测试工具,保证数据精度,可现场验证。②根据矿方提供的两巷道标定的坐标点,计算工作面推进坐标,确认实际推进度。③提供透明工作面与厂家的自动化系统对接的通信协议,可根据实际情况作相应修改。
目前,所有自动化及智能化工作面均配备有工作面视频监控系统,可实现工作面视频自动跟机、固定点视频监测和视频数据存储查询功能,但所采集监测到的大量画面数据仅靠人工不定时查看,没有进行足够的分析利用,仅能进行事后分析,极大的限制了该系统的利用率。基于上述原因,为了巩固和提升自动化系统应用效果,集团公司自主开发智能视觉画面分析系统,在地面布置一台专用的视频分析服务器,通过对煤矿视频画面大数据反复学习、分析,将结果引入到人与设备、设备与设备、环境与设备的控制之间,为工作面无人化自动开采提供更加可靠的支撑,工作面视频监控系统如图6所示。地面集控系统的视频分析软件能够集成工作面视频分析预警系统的目标识别结果,显示工作面行人、采煤机滚筒、工作面刮板输送机、支架护帮状态、大块煤和矸石等目标,该系统能够利用智能跟机监测技术、数据感知技术、全景视频漫游技术和视频视觉分析技术远程控制及巡视工作面设备,实现工作面危险状况的实时预警。
工作面装备三维显示系统,参考三机配套设备等比缩小设计而成,具备真实设备仿真能力,能够按照设定的程序模拟井下设备各个动作,按照设定的程序还原采煤工艺。基于自动化系统平台配套:支架、采煤机、前刮板机组、转载机、破碎机及控制系统等仿真机组设备样机,三维模型本身控制系统可与电液控系统能够实现对接,通过控制器能够控制支架模型的各个电动推杆动作。工作面仿真平台,模拟工作面的设备动作,满足工作面设备成套化、自动化仿真测试,提供高效便利的操作模式。也可以根据井下设备的真实运行情况,在三维仿真平台上同步显示。系统主要功能:①成套设备模型等比例设计,模型以三维设计图纸作为参照,结构同比例缩放;②支架动作包含:立柱、推移、护帮、伸缩梁、平衡、侧护、底调、抬底等,通过拟合算法精确计算支架结构件角度;③采煤机行走速度可调,滚筒可实现正反旋转、摇臂角度可调;④各设备能够展示各部件结构及工作原理。工作面三维数字孪生系统如图7所示。
以安全、高效、协同作业为目标,建立的智能化煤矿安全管控平台,将井下的海量生产数据进行全过程采集、集中智能存储,实现设备集中监控、集成展示、智能感知、关联分析等功能,在平台上实时监控各系统的运行状态,智能化安全管控平台如图8所示。由于全部硬件的自主研发已实现国产化,统一矿井生产数据存储标准,实现生产数据模型固化,建成生产大数据仓库,既保障了数据的绝对安全、稳定,又保障了数据的高效交互与共享。该平台采用客户机和服务器结构(Client/Server Structs,C/S)与浏览器/服务器模式(Browser/Server,B/S)架构开发,能够使用计算机和移动终端远程监控井下设备,考虑到网络安全,登录该平台需要在内网环境下访问。进入该平台后可以实时查看到设备当前运行情况,以及历史数据,如果数据出现异常,平台和终端预警提示,及时发现设备异常,联系井下工作人员,检查设备,并且通过高清视频查看到当前设备的工作场景。
1) 基于5G通信技术的智能化煤矿安全管控平台,利用云平台技术和智能决策技术分类存储和处理数据流,提高了管控平台的高数据吞吐、多路径容灾能力。
2) 基于工业以太网、5G通信技术、云计算、WiFi和UWB等技术,将各单体装备监控系统与智能化管控平台相融合,形成了能够全面感知、动态分析、决策预警和协同管控的智能系统,实现了煤矿井下设备的智能化控制,提升了安全生产水平。
3) 平台内置的智能决策模块能够快速高效的实现煤矿生产数据流的分析,并基于平台的“一张图”功能进行显示,有利于提高危险因素管控能力。
