To effectively reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents,a systematic analysis of key factors contributing to hidden dangers in coal mines was made by integrating grey theory with the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (Grey-DEMATEL) approach. By collecting extensive data on coal mine accidents and relevant literature,an indicator system encompassing multiple dimensions of hidden dangers in coal mines was established. Based on actual surveys and expert evaluations,13 hidden danger indicators were constructed. The Grey-DEMATEL approach was then employed for quantitative analysis of these hidden danger factors,enabling the identification of causal and resultant factors associated with hidden dangers. The research findings indicate that the primary causal factors leading to hidden dangers in coal mines include inaccurate information transmission,overdue equipment maintenance,and workers' violations of safety protocols. The resultant factors of hidden dangers comprise equipment failures,environmental issues,and management deficiencies. By introducing grey theory,the improved Grey-DEMATEL model can mitigate the bias in weight calculations commonly found in traditional models,providing more accurate results for the identification and management of hidden dangers in coal mines.

为有效减少煤矿事故的发生,提出结合灰色理论与决策实验室分析法(Grey-DEMATEL),系统分析煤矿隐患的关键因素,通过收集大量煤矿事故数据和相关文献,建立涵盖多个维度的煤矿隐患指标体系,并基于实际调研和专家评估构建13个隐患指标。并运用Grey-DEMATEL方法定量分析隐患因素,识别隐患的原因因素和结果因素。研究结果表明:信息传递不准确、设备维护不及时以及工人违章作业是导致煤矿隐患的主要原因因素,而隐患结果因素包括设备故障、环境问题和管理缺陷。通过引入灰色理论,改进的Grey-DEMATEL模型可避免传统模型中权重计算的偏差,能够为煤矿隐患的识别和管理提供更为准确的结果。

为有效减少煤矿事故的发生,提出结合灰色理论与决策实验室分析法(Grey-DEMATEL),系统分析煤矿隐患的关键因素,通过收集大量煤矿事故数据和相关文献,建立涵盖多个维度的煤矿隐患指标体系,并基于实际调研和专家评估构建13个隐患指标。并运用Grey-DEMATEL方法定量分析隐患因素,识别隐患的原因因素和结果因素。研究结果表明:信息传递不准确、设备维护不及时以及工人违章作业是导致煤矿隐患的主要原因因素,而隐患结果因素包括设备故障、环境问题和管理缺陷。通过引入灰色理论,改进的Grey-DEMATEL模型可避免传统模型中权重计算的偏差,能够为煤矿隐患的识别和管理提供更为准确的结果。

To effectively reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents,a systematic analysis of key factors contributing to hidden dangers in coal mines was made by integrating grey theory with the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (Grey-DEMATEL) approach. By collecting extensive data on coal mine accidents and relevant literature,an indicator system encompassing multiple dimensions of hidden dangers in coal mines was established. Based on actual surveys and expert evaluations,13 hidden danger indicators were constructed. The Grey-DEMATEL approach was then employed for quantitative analysis of these hidden danger factors,enabling the identification of causal and resultant factors associated with hidden dangers. The research findings indicate that the primary causal factors leading to hidden dangers in coal mines include inaccurate information transmission,overdue equipment maintenance,and workers' violations of safety protocols. The resultant factors of hidden dangers comprise equipment failures,environmental issues,and management deficiencies. By introducing grey theory,the improved Grey-DEMATEL model can mitigate the bias in weight calculations commonly found in traditional models,providing more accurate results for the identification and management of hidden dangers in coal mines.

消除事故隐患是确保煤矿生产安全和保护矿工生命健康的关键任务[1]。随着采掘的不断深入,煤矿生产环境变得更加复杂多样[2],隐患可能存在于煤矿的各个位置,煤矿隐患管理面临着巨大的挑战。我国当前在煤矿隐患管理方面取得了很大进展,但在隐患关键因素的分析和评估方面仍存在局限性。煤矿作为高风险行业,存在诸如瓦斯爆炸[3]、矿井塌陷、采空区、火灾等多种潜在的隐患因素。这些隐患的复杂性导致煤矿隐患很难彻底根除[4],如何高效治理煤矿隐患成为当前隐患研究的主题。
在此背景下,许多研究者针对煤矿隐患的识别和管理展开了深入探讨,如张长鲁[5]通过对应分析方法研究了煤矿隐患与时间和位置之间的关系,明确了煤矿隐患时空分布特征;谭章禄等[6]以煤矿隐患数据为基础,着重研究了隐患类型与作业单位之间的关系,并利用复杂网络模型研究需要重点关注的隐患位置,为隐患管理提供了参考;何桥等[7]指出现有的安全隐患分析没有考虑到时间因素,不能准确预警,于是综合评价煤矿隐患出现的全周期,提出相应的应急管理对策,根据煤矿区域的情况不同设定不同的隐患等级,实现区域隐患区域精准评价;张宝隆等[8]构建了煤矿隐患辨识系统,使用本体模型解释煤矿隐患,提高了煤矿企业隐患管理水平。煤矿隐患的出现与“人、机、环、管”诸多因素相关,如设备状态、操作规程、技术培训、环境状态等,同时这些隐患因素之间相互影响和作用。然而,当前隐患管理方面的研究和工具往往只依赖经验判断或单一指标评估,缺乏系统性和综合性,无法准确分析和评估关键隐患的重要程度和优先级,导致隐患治理决策效率不高。
鉴于此,笔者提出一种基于灰色理论-决策实验室分析法(Grey-Theory- Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,Grey-DEMATEL)分析和评估隐患因素,通过整合模糊语言变量和模糊聚合技术,改进DEMATEL方法,从而减少主观偏差和判断误差,以期为我国煤矿隐患管理的治理提供理论和实践指导。
在构建模型前需要先确定当前煤矿的主要隐患因素,通过文献综述与现场调查的方式进行隐患因素筛选。在煤矿行业,隐患指标的筛选过程需要综合考虑多个因素[9],并进行全面而细致的评估。
结合事故致因模型[10],将煤矿隐患出现的因素分为人、机、环、管4类。根据实际调研,初步判断和筛选导致煤矿隐患出现的因素,建立煤矿隐患因素体系,并邀请相关行业专家进行评测修改。最终将该煤矿的隐患因素分为以下13种。
安全培训不足S1指煤矿井下工作人员没有受到全面的安全培训教育,缺乏必须的基本安全知识与素养,无法正确应对潜在的危险和突发的事故。
安全监管不足S2指在煤矿井下存在监管检查不足,包括监管部门缺失、监管制度缺陷以及监管人员不规范执法等。
安全管理制度缺失S3指煤矿井下缺乏完善的安全管理制度和规章制度,包括安全操作规程、安全生产责任制度等,导致工作人员无法依据规定进行安全操作。
安全投入不足S4:指煤矿在用于保证安全生产方面的资金投入不足,包括安全设施缺失、安全设备不完善、安全培训经费不足等。
瓦斯涌出[11]S5指煤矿井下瓦斯(甲烷)在地下煤层中的自然释放,当瓦斯浓度超标时,可能引发爆炸和火灾等严重安全事故。
煤自燃S6指煤矿井下煤炭在适当的温度、湿度和通风条件下产生自燃,产生高温和有害气体。
高压积水S7指煤矿井下由于排水系统故障或无法满足排水需要,导致地下水积聚形成高压积水区域,增加矿井工作面的危险性。
信息不准确S8指煤矿井下的信息收集、传递和共享存在问题,包括安全警报系统不可靠、信息反馈滞后、通信设备故障等。
违章作业S9指煤矿井下工作人员违反安全操作规程进行作业,包括无视安全操作程序、私自更改工作方式、不穿戴个人防护装备等。
设备维护不足S10指煤矿井下的设备(如采煤机、通风设备等)缺乏定期维护和检修。
通风不足S11指煤矿井下通风系统无法有效保持适宜的空气流动,造成空气质量不佳、瓦斯积聚、煤尘堆积导致作业人员呼吸困难等问题。
电路问题S12指煤矿井下电力系统存在故障、漏电、短路等问题。
排水不足S13指煤矿井下排水系统不完善或运行不畅,导致地下水无法及时排出。
DEMATEL方法是一种用于分析复杂系统的决策支持工具,通过构建因素间的关联矩阵,揭示各因素的相互关系。首先,通过专家调查或问卷收集意见,构建二维矩阵,其中,每个元素表示2个因素间的关系强度。然后,计算矩阵的特征值和特征向量,得到各因素的直接和间接影响值,揭示它们的相互作用。这有助于识别系统中最关键的因素,为决策提供依据。
由于专家主观认知的局限性,评价结果可能存在一定程度上的不确定性和模糊性[12]。为弥补专家评价中的模糊性和不确定性,将灰数理论引入DEMATEL方法中。它通过引入灰色区间数构建具有柔性的决策模型,以更好地反映真实情况,并提高数据结果的客观性[13]。Grey-DEMATEL模型流程如图1所示。
对所调研煤矿管理人员与煤矿安全方面的专家进行问卷访谈,针对上述13个隐患因素设计调查问卷,通过该问卷建立影响矩阵,将影响程度值设为0~4,分别对应没有影响、较小影响、一般影响、较大影响、极大影响。对专家的语义变量赋予灰数[14],建立灰数矩阵见表1
不同专家和从业人员对煤矿隐患的理解和认识程度存在差异,因此,考虑使用区间灰数来处理其模糊性特点。根据每个专家的权威和影响等级,为不同专家的评价赋予不同的权重,并给予这些权重以区间灰数的模糊性特征[15]。赋予每个专家评价一个模糊的权重值,语义变量见表2。基于表1表2得到灰数矩阵⊗X
设定区间灰数为(x),x∈[ x x], x x分别是x的下限与上限,并对得到的影响矩阵⊗X进行灰色处理。

最后计算影响度D,被影响度C,中心度M,原因度R[16]
问卷访谈共获得4份有效调查结果,根据采访者的权威影响分别赋予不同权重,通过区间灰数处理权重,问卷权重见表3
最终隐患因素影响矩阵,影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度指标结果见表4表5。得到的隐患因素因果关系如图2所示。
图2中,将所有的隐患因素列出,并通过分析评估它们之间的关系和相互影响,确定它们的原因度和中心度[17]
根据隐患因素的原因度和中心度对隐患进行分类。原因度大于0的因素为原因因素,表示它们对其他因素产生重要的正向影响;而原因度小于0的因素则为结果因素,表示它们对其他因素产生重要的负向影响。根据图2可以更加清楚地了解煤矿隐患主题因素之间的关系,确定主要的原因因素和结果因素,并采取相应的措施来改善和预防煤矿事故的发生。
通过对表5图2结果进行观察可以发现,导致调研煤矿隐患的原因因素从大到小排序为:S8S10S9S4S2S3。其中,信息不准确是重要的原因因素。煤矿井通常配备安全警报系统,用于向矿工传递紧急情况和警报信息。然而,这些系统可能存在故障、误报或不可靠的情况,导致安全信息无法及时准确地传达给矿工,从而增加事故的风险。而且通信设备容易受到振动、湿度、灰尘和温度等因素的影响,导致设备故障或信号中断。这使得矿工之间或与地面指挥中心之间的通信受到限制,影响紧急情况下的信息传递和协调。其次是设备维护不足,出现该因素的主要原因可以分为以下几点:①维护计划不充分,煤矿管理层可能没有建立充分的维护计划,未能定期检修和维护设备。②资金和人力不足,煤矿可能存在资金和人力资源不足的问题,导致无法及时投入维护和检修工作。③缺乏维修技术和知识,煤矿工作人员可能缺乏必要的维修技术和知识,无法有效地进行设备维护和检修。④工人违规作业,该因素的出现主要是因为安全培训不足,煤矿工作人员可能没有接受充分的安全培训,不了解安全操作规程和制度的重要性和相关要求。⑤煤矿管理层可能没有建立严格的管理制度和监督机制,未能有效监督和纠正违规行为。⑥煤矿井下的工作强度高、压力大,导致工作人员为了提高效率或完成任务而违反安全规程。
总之,要减少煤矿隐患和事故风险,应重点解决信息不准确、设备维护不足和工人违章作业等因素。这可以通过改善安全警报系统的可靠性和准确性,建立充分的设备维护计划并增加资金和人力投入,提供充分的安全培训和建立严格的管理制度来实现。同时,煤矿管理层需要加强监督和管理,确保工人在高强度和高压力环境下遵守安全规程。
结果因素的影响大小排序为:S13S1S5S12S6S11。针对隐患的结果因素,需要对原因度较高的结果因素进行重点关注[18],以减少隐患造成的事故后果。综上,解决通风不足、煤自燃和电路问题应作为优先考虑的任务。
根据表5计算结果对综合影响因素进行排序。具体指标包括影响度、被影响度和中心度[19],可以按照中心度从高到低对因素进行排序,以确定它们在整体影响中的重要性。
中心度反映因素在整体因果关系中的重要性,即影响力的大小[20]。根据中心度分析对给定的因素进行排序,以确定它们在整体因果关系中的重要程度。排序结果表明:在整体因果关系中,安全投入不足是最重要的因素,影响最大。
结合上述分析可知:安全投入不足是排名靠前的因素,必须立即改进,以提高整体安全性并降低风险[21]。尽管其他因素也很重要,但在资源有限的情况下,应该集中精力处理排名靠前的因素,以最大限度地减少潜在隐患。
1) 根据实际调研和专家测评构建13个导致煤矿隐患产生的指标,并使用Grey-DEMATEL方法进行分析,得出煤矿隐患的6个原因因素(S8S10S9S4S2S3)和7个结果因素(S13S1S5S12S6S11)。
2) 在导致隐患产生的原因因素中,信息不准确、设备维护不及时和工人的违章作业是最为重要的。为减少隐患的发生,煤矿需要在当前的安全管理模式基础上,提高信息传输效率、加强设备设施的维护力度,并加大对工人安全培训的力度。
3) 相比传统的DEMATEL分析方法,改进的Grey-DEMATEL模型引入了灰色数学理论,避免了传统模型中权重计算的偏差,可以提供更准确和全面的结果,为煤矿管理者提供科学的决策支持。
