To solve the problems of complex production technology knowledge expression,decentralized information storage,and insufficient data sharing faced by coal preparation,a training platform for regulations and standards of coal preparation was constructed by introducing knowledge graph technology. The platform was designed using a service-oriented architecture (SOA). The system was developed by applying Python language and a large language model. The results show that through the standardized data processing process,the platform can build a complete coal preparation knowledge base and realize the functions of knowledge search,intelligent question and answering,and intelligent training. The platform covers regulations and standards of coal preparation and specialized technical documents and can provide convenient training services on regulations and standards of coal beneficiation. It can also be used as a reference for knowledge sharing and training application services in other areas of production technology.

为解决选煤面临的生产技术知识表达复杂、信息存储分散和数据共享不足等问题,引入知识图谱技术,构建选煤法规标准培训平台。该平台采用面向服务的架构(SOA)框架设计,应用Python语言和大语言模型技术进行系统研发。结果表明:该平台通过标准化的数据处理流程,可构建完整的选煤知识库,实现知识搜索、智能问答和智能培训等功能。该平台覆盖选煤的法规标准和专业技术文件,可为选煤提供便捷的法规标准培训服务,也可作为其他领域的生产技术知识共享和培训应用服务提供一种可借鉴参考的方案。

To solve the problems of complex production technology knowledge expression,decentralized information storage,and insufficient data sharing faced by coal preparation,a training platform for regulations and standards of coal preparation was constructed by introducing knowledge graph technology. The platform was designed using a service-oriented architecture (SOA). The system was developed by applying Python language and a large language model. The results show that through the standardized data processing process,the platform can build a complete coal preparation knowledge base and realize the functions of knowledge search,intelligent question and answering,and intelligent training. The platform covers regulations and standards of coal preparation and specialized technical documents and can provide convenient training services on regulations and standards of coal beneficiation. It can also be used as a reference for knowledge sharing and training application services in other areas of production technology.

随着全球工业化的深入发展,煤炭作为主要资源之一,在能源结构中扮演着愈加重要的角色[1]。未来相当长一段时间内,我国经济社会发展将离不开煤炭。煤炭资源的开发利用却面临着多种挑战,其中之一就是煤炭质量的不稳定性。煤炭中存在的杂质、灰分、水分等会直接影响煤炭的燃烧效率、能源含量和环保水平[2]。因此,在煤炭资源开发利用过程中,对煤炭进行选煤处理已成为保证煤炭质量的重要手段。选煤作为煤炭行业的重要环节,其质量的好坏直接影响着煤炭产品的市场竞争力和价值。选煤标准作为指导选煤过程的重要依据,对于保证选煤质量、提高煤炭产品附加值具有重要意义[3]。然而,随着煤炭行业的快速发展,选煤过程中的选煤标准也不断调整和优化。不仅如此,在实际应用中,选煤标准的主要是以文字的形式出现,这使得复用困难,不能满足行业内复杂多变的需求[4]。同时,大量的选煤标准文件使得检索变得尤为复杂,从而限制了其在实践中的应用[5]
为了克服上述问题,行业专家和学者们已经做出了相关研究,包括制定清洁生产、循环经济和高效开采等的标准,利用互联网技术来提升选煤行业标准体系的建设[6]。进入工业4.0时代,煤炭洗选行业将聚焦于选煤大数据平台、信息化和数字化的闭环逻辑控制系统以及自动化工业进程等方面[7-9]。但遗憾的是,目前的信息化数字化研究主要集中在煤炭生产、销售等方面,对于煤炭资源开发利用中的其他环节,特别是选煤和洗煤环节的数字化研究还比较薄弱。
知识图谱技术提供了一种新的解决路径,其可以有效整合和共享不同来源和形式的信息,已广泛应用于医药、土地利用、商业和制造业[10-14]等领域。知识图谱不仅可以高效地存储和处理信息,还能将这些信息呈现为直观的图形知识,便于用户理解和探索[15]。知识图谱应用于金融安全和网络安全等,提高了解决问题的效率和精确性[16-17]。针对知识图谱平台的构建和优化,杨硕等[18]利用多模态知识图谱提高了模型的准确性。许强等[19]等通过抽取、结构化多源异构的相关滑坡知识,构建了面向地质的知识图谱平台。黄诗颖等[20]从知识抽取、知识融合、知识加工3个方面对自然资源领域知识图谱进行了研究。刘明鹏等[21]采用七步法设计并实现了基于本体的造林树种知识图谱构建。但现有的知识图谱平台研究基本是“需求-查阅-筛选-应用”四站式的冗长环节形式,得到的结果不够高效和精确[22-25],因此,笔者拟利用知识图谱技术构建选煤标准知识图谱,选用简化为“查询-应用”的两步式操作,将各种形式的信息以统一的方式进行表示,从而实现信息的集成和共享,这不仅能实现选煤标准的知识表达、存储和共享,还可以为选煤行业构建一个整体的、系统化的信息平台,从而提供更加高效和精确的选煤标准应用服务。
为了充分采集、挖掘选煤领域海量非结构化数据的价值,需要制定数据标准化的处理流程。构建完整的知识库、最大化利用数据的多样性与高质量,以及制定标准化的数据处理流程,将为知识的获取和应用提供有力支持[26]。该平台的总体设计理念是建立一个智能培训平台,以标准文件知识标注、标注数据知识库构建、知识搜索和知识培训服务为初始阶段。平台预计兼容多个操作系统,同时融合多个功能和设计要素。其中包括知识要素概念设计、图谱空间管理设计、Schema设计(用于定义图谱结构)、结构化、半结构化和非结构化信息抽取、知识可视化管理、图谱查询、知识搜索和知识培训等功能。
知识图谱的构建是一个知识对象深度挖掘的过程,这一过程主要包括4个环节:信息抽取、语义消歧、知识融合以及质量评估。数据来源主要为3类:结构化数据提取、非结构化数据提取和半结构化提取。知识获取构建如图1所示。
知识抽取可以分为实体抽取、关系抽取、属性抽取。实体抽取是从文本中识别出专有名词或有意义的名词性短语,其准确率对知识提炼至关重要。关系抽取旨在从文本中发现实体之间的语义关系,并映射到实体关系三元组上。属性抽取主要针对实体的描述,可以转化为关系抽取任务。
对于语义消歧,英文指代消解已取得了显著的进展,但汉语指代消解必须充分考虑汉语自身的特点。
知识融合则是一个将多来源的概念、背景和表达方式等信息进行融合的过程,其最终目标是创造新的知识。知识融合是面向知识服务和决策问题的。质量评估关乎知识图谱进行演化和完善,取决于用户反馈、同类型知识的出现以及新的知识来源。知识图谱的维护过程需要保证知识图谱的质量可控的稳定性,并逐步丰富和衍化。这个持续的过程涵盖了知识获取、知识计算等知识图谱的整个生命周期。
总体而言,实现知识图谱需要进行知识抽取、建模、链接、推理和应用等多个关键环节的工作,并选择合适的具体的技术和方法来实现。这些方法和技术的选择取决于具体的需求和场景。
应用系统开发采用Python语言,并按照规范进行系统研发。Python是国内广泛使用的技术实现方法,拥有丰富的专业人才和后备资源,最大程度上保证了平台的长期可持续发展。
该系统采用面向服务体系(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)作为核心框架设计。SOA的特点在于支持将应用程序作为链接服务或可重复任务进行集成,可以使用不同的技术,并根据应用需求对服务进行组合与展现,从而为终端客户提供如同本地应用般的体验。在这种框架下,系统可以根据实际需要,灵活地组织服务,形成一个紧密互联的服务供应者和消费者网络,共同完成特定功能任务,从而确保可以轻松应对不断变化的场景和需求。
此外,通过大数据服务总线设计各应用功能组件的统一接入标准,在整个SOA架构上,不仅满足现有应用系统顺利运行,还考虑到未来系统的接入和扩展需求,增强系统框架的扩展性与兼容性。
数据架构采用分层方式,包括数据来源层、数据融合层、数据治理层和数据存储层,如图2所示。
数据来源层覆盖了国家标准数据、地方标准数据、行业标准数据和书籍数据等,这些数据通过人工手段进行收集和整理。
数据融合层以数据标准化和规范化为基准,通过人工加工、数据接口等多种方式,与设备管理、运维相关的数据进行接入,此外,还对其进行清洗、抽取组织和规范管理,确保实现多源异构数据的一体化融合。
数据治理层采用机器学习、深度学习和人工标注技术对融合后的数据进行结构化知识化处理,并生成数据的知识标签。该过程主要包括自动分词、自动聚类、相似度计算、等技术手段。
数据存储层则主要将数据治理层获得的结构化数据成果进行知识化存储,并提供数据的索引和查询功能。此外,还可以按照用户需求提供各种格式数据的定制化导出,从而实现不同系统间的知识共享,为设备智能化管理提供知识赋能。
知识图谱应用架构包含数据来源层、数据融合层、知识图谱层、管理应用层。数据来源主要包括国家标准、地方标准、行业标准及书籍数据;数据融合包含数据接入、数据加工、数据组织、融合管理;知识图谱包含国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、书籍知识图谱;管理应用层分为知识图谱平台、知识可视化展示、知识问答、知识培训,如图3所示。
知识图谱技术包括知识获取、知识表示、知识存储、知识建模、知识融合、知识理解、知识运维等七个方面,通过面向结构化、半结构化和非结构化数据构建知识图谱为不同领域的应用提供支持。
知识图谱的构建流程为:首先,根据数据及需求设计知识图谱进行概念层;其次,获取数据,对结构化和半结构化数据进行信息抽取;第三,对知识进行挖掘;第四,对知识进行融合;最后,质量控制,根据所构建的知识图谱开展应用,如知识培训机器人、知识搜索、知识图谱可视化等。知识图谱构建流程如图4所示。
目前,选煤知识图谱建立有专家知识库,共有14个知识子库,相关文件923个,根据用途分为煤质知识库、工艺知识库、煤质标准库等。知识库可自行管理相关文档,实现扩充和更新,其界面如图5所示。
以图形化的管理界面实现增删改知识管理,如图6所示。知识图谱可以通过直观的可视化管理,使得增加、删除和修改更加便捷。为了满足多种客户需求,该管理界面设计兼容多种桌面浏览器,支持IE8及以上版本浏览器、360浏览器、Chrome浏览器等主流浏览器,兼容支持HTTP协议方式。
设计的智能培训平台,凭借其独特的功能和高效的处理机制,为用户提供深入挖掘、分析和可视化知识图谱的能力。平台的主要功能为:
1) 支持图谱空间管理。
2) 打开图谱默认展示某个节点的图谱数据。
3) 可查看节点本身与不同节点之间关系属性。
4) 可自行添加、编辑关系与节点属性。
5) 可对最佳路径进行提取,隐藏不需要的关系。
6) 支持关系过滤,包括黑名单和白名单。
7) 支持毫秒级查询。
针对数据项和知识网络,为知识资源和数据开发了语义搜索、图谱搜索等功能。主要包括支持一个或多个点进行一度图谱查询、子图查询,支持2个或者多个共同邻居查询、路径查询、最短路径查询、非循环路径查询,支持一组谓语宾语(po)或者主语宾语(sp)或者多组进行过滤的条件查询。此外,还支持单点或多个点的图谱查询,图谱查询界面如图7所示。
选煤知识图谱不仅拥有丰富的数据,还搭建了智能选煤AI平台,该平台的核心功能是提供基于选煤领域的文件培训服务。用户只需在平台上输入关键词,就可以轻松地获取与选煤相关的文件,并深入探索这些文件的详细信息和内容。
具体而言,该平台主要功能包括以下几个方面:
1) 自然语言查询。用户可以通过输入自然语言查询来获取相关文件。平台使用自然语言处理(Natural Language Processing,NLP)技术对用户查询进行分析和处理。
2) 文本预处理。为确保检索效果的准确性,在进行文本检索之前,平台首先会对文档进行预处理,包括分词、去除停用词、词干提取等操作。
3) 文档检索和排序。平台利用先进的红外光谱技术在大量文档中寻找与用户查询相关的文档,并根据相关性对文档进行排序。
4) 文档详细信息展示。每一份检索到的文档,平台会提供详细的信息展示,包括文件所在目录、数据来源、发布时间等信息。
5) 文档内容查看。用户可以直接点击每个文档以查看其详细内容,以便更深入地了解相关知识。查询示例如图8所示。
通过上述功能,智能选煤AI平台可为用户打造一种方便快捷的获取选煤相关知识的方式。无论是实践中的工程师还是深度研究的学者,都可以通过平台来迅速获取所需要的知识和信息,提高工作效率。
1) 文中建立的选煤领域法规标准的知识图谱,以及通过图谱构建的选煤法规标准的智能培训平台,能够为选煤行业提供更加科学、高效、精准的应用服务。
2) 所建立的选煤领域法规标准智能培训平台可有效地避免传统选煤标准选用过程中“需求-查阅-筛选-应用”四站式的冗长环节,将其转化为简单的“查询-应用”的两步式操作,缩短操作流程,提高精确性和规范性。
3) 依靠知识图谱可构建相关行业的智能培训平台,提供高效服务,可将知识图谱技术推广到更多的领域,创建跨行业的知识图谱,进而促进不同行业之间的知识共享和合作,实现更广泛的应用和创新。
