In order to solve the problem that a large amount of multi-source heterogeneous structured and unstructured knowledge in the operation and management of cable crane is difficult to reuse,a large number of technical specifications,expert experience and other safety knowledge accumulated in the installation and operation and maintenance of cable crane were analyzed,and related entity classes of cable crane operation were extracted. A quintuple model was used to structurally express the safe operation of the ontology knowledge of the cable crane,and the binary relationship between classes was established. Then,the ontology expression language in Protégé was used to represent it programmatically. The ontology knowledge base of the cable crane entity,safety early warning and an emergency plan was constructed. 3D scene model of the cable crane was constructed using 3Dmax software,and then the model was imported into Unity3D engine. Knowledge retrieval of the ontology knowledge base was realized through user interface design and interaction functions in the engine. At the same time,based on the existing examples of faults and accidents,the corresponding emergency plans were associated with the hidden dangers existing in each entity of the cable crane. Finally,a complete 3D visualization platform for safe operation knowledge retrieval of cable cranes was constructed. The results show that all kinds of safe operation knowledge of cable-winch can be centrally and effectively managed by constructing an ontology knowledge base,and a knowledge retrieval platform combined with an ontology knowledge base can effectively realize efficient query and reuse of knowledge.

为解决缆机运行管理过程中,大量多源异构结构化和非结构化知识难以复用及知识管理效率低的问题,分析缆机安装和运维过程中积累的大量技术规范、专家经验等安全知识,提取缆机运行相关实体类,采用五元组模型结构化表达缆机安全运行本体知识,并建立类间二元关系,使用Protégé中的本体表达语言程序化表示;构建缆机实体、安全预警、应急预案3大领域本体知识库;采用3Dmax软件,构建缆机运行三维场景模型,导入Unity3D引擎,在用户界面和交互功能中,实现本体知识库知识检索;针对缆机各实体存在的安全隐患、事故实例、应急预案,构建完整的缆机安全运行知识检索三维可视化平台。结果表明:缆机安全运行本体知识库,能够集中统一管理各种缆机安全运行知识,结合知识检索平台,可实现知识的高效查询和复用。

为解决缆机运行管理过程中,大量多源异构结构化和非结构化知识难以复用及知识管理效率低的问题,分析缆机安装和运维过程中积累的大量技术规范、专家经验等安全知识,提取缆机运行相关实体类,采用五元组模型结构化表达缆机安全运行本体知识,并建立类间二元关系,使用Protégé中的本体表达语言程序化表示;构建缆机实体、安全预警、应急预案3大领域本体知识库;采用3Dmax软件,构建缆机运行三维场景模型,导入Unity3D引擎,在用户界面和交互功能中,实现本体知识库知识检索;针对缆机各实体存在的安全隐患、事故实例、应急预案,构建完整的缆机安全运行知识检索三维可视化平台。结果表明:缆机安全运行本体知识库,能够集中统一管理各种缆机安全运行知识,结合知识检索平台,可实现知识的高效查询和复用。

In order to solve the problem that a large amount of multi-source heterogeneous structured and unstructured knowledge in the operation and management of cable crane is difficult to reuse,a large number of technical specifications,expert experience and other safety knowledge accumulated in the installation and operation and maintenance of cable crane were analyzed,and related entity classes of cable crane operation were extracted. A quintuple model was used to structurally express the safe operation of the ontology knowledge of the cable crane,and the binary relationship between classes was established. Then,the ontology expression language in Protégé was used to represent it programmatically. The ontology knowledge base of the cable crane entity,safety early warning and an emergency plan was constructed. 3D scene model of the cable crane was constructed using 3Dmax software,and then the model was imported into Unity3D engine. Knowledge retrieval of the ontology knowledge base was realized through user interface design and interaction functions in the engine. At the same time,based on the existing examples of faults and accidents,the corresponding emergency plans were associated with the hidden dangers existing in each entity of the cable crane. Finally,a complete 3D visualization platform for safe operation knowledge retrieval of cable cranes was constructed. The results show that all kinds of safe operation knowledge of cable-winch can be centrally and effectively managed by constructing an ontology knowledge base,and a knowledge retrieval platform combined with an ontology knowledge base can effectively realize efficient query and reuse of knowledge.

缆索起重机(简称缆机)在大坝建设垂直运输过程中广泛使用[1-2]。缆机运行过程中积累了大量技术规范、施工视频及专家经验等结构化和非结构化多源异构安全知识数据,但管理分散、复用效率低,亟需通过建模和知识表示技术,规范管理缆机安全运行知识,为安全决策提供服务支持。
缆机智能化管理水平直接影响大坝施工效率,是衡量大坝建设质量和智能化建设水平的重要参考指标[3-4]。缆机安全运行管理及智能化研究有较多成果[5],但缆机安全运行的知识管理研究尚显不足,存在多源异构数据难以统一表示、复用效果差等问题,制约了缆机运行安全管理和知识服务水平[6]
本体是一种结构化知识表示方法,整合不同工作环境的异构数据,准确、规范地表示领域知识。MOHAMMED [7]、TIAGO[8]等构建了系统设计与开发方法本体模型,实现了对开发项目的快速有效反应;张彬桥[9]、王芳等[10]等提出定性评价和定量评价方法,拓展了本体构建应急管理领域论和方法论体系;LEYUAN [11]、张帝[12]等提出推理出潜在隐性知识方法,实现风险等级智能化判别;刘鹏等[13]提出构建动态瓦斯事故预警知识库及推理模型,计算时空约束下的动态瓦斯事故发生概率;王晓爽等[14]提出统一约定领域相关概念,建立领域本体模型,提升了信息推理的精准度。但是,当前本体推理模型集成度不高,在应用过程中尚存在不足。
鉴于此,笔者拟收集缆机运行过程中积累的技术资料和专家经验等安全性知识,使用Protégé形式化本体语言,结构化表示缆机安全运行过程,构建缆机实体、安全预警、应急预案3大主要领域本体知识库,以期为缆机运维、故障诊断等安全运行知识复用过程提供技术支持。
缆机由大车运行机构、牵引机构、起升机构、张紧装置、液压系统等组成。缆机安全运行涉及安全准则、施工经验等多源异构结构化或非结构化知识,建立统一标准化本体表示模型,便于缆机施工过程的安全知识管理。
引入包含类、关系、函数、公理、实例的基本本体建模元语,构建基于缆机运行本体的知识表示五元组模型,形式化定义为:

式中:O为缆机安全运行本体;C为缆机安全运行本体所包含类集合;R为缆机安全运行本体模型中任意2个类间的关系集合;F为缆机安全运行本体模型中的函数集合;A为缆机安全运行本体模型中存在的客观公理;I为缆机安全运行本体模型实例集合,属于类的具体对象。
1) 本体核心类。缆机安全运行知识主要涉及缆机设备维护、缆机风险预警、缆机应急预案3大主要领域本体类。各本体类由多个实体类(C1C2,…,Cn)组合如下:

式中C1C2为缆机安全运行本体模型中任意的2个实体类。
结合专家经验和领域知识提取缆机安全运行实体类,结果见表1。缆机实体类分为一级结构类、二级结构类等,且存在整体与部分的关系。例如:大车运行机构为一级结构类,分类包括大车车轮、平衡梁、制动器3个主要二级结构类;大车车轮又包含轮缘、踏面厚度等三级结构类。
2) 本体关系。各实体类间的关系是构建缆机安全运行本体的重要部分。按照高内聚、低耦合原则,逐一确定缆机各实体类间关系。缆机运行本体关系表达见下式:

缆机设备实体类间的关系主要分为继承、具有、动作3大类,部分基本关系表示见表2
3) 本体函数。函数是类与类间关系的一种特殊表达形式,通过函数中特定的映射关系,实现由一个或几个类推理得到另一个类。在缆机安全运行本体函数关系中,缆机实体本体模型中的前n-1个类可以唯一地确定第n个类,见下式:

式中C1C2,…, C n - 1Cn为由缆机实体类及实体类间的关系组成。
当缆机突发安全事故时,根据事故发生位置及类型等特征类,快速准确地确定相应的应急措施。
4) 本体实例。缆机本体实例表示某实体类所涉及的具体实例集合,见下式:

式中I为具体实例,由缆机实体类及实体类间的关系组成。例如:在缆机起升直流传动装置故障实例中,记录故障发生的特征状态、应对措施、应急组织、应急资源等,为下一次类似故障发生时提供参考。
5) 本体公理。通过实体类间的继承、具有、动作等基本关系将各实体类关联起来,并通过函数及实例推理验证,形成具有实际的逻辑和语义推理功能的基础公理A,缆机安全运行过程中存在许多公理(A1A2,…,An),见下式:

以Protégé作为本体构建工具,针对缆机安全运行过程建立形式化表述。首先,使用本体描述语言知识表示缆机安全运行过程中的类及类间的关系,构建可扩展的缆机安全运行领域本体;然后,采用语义Web规则语言 (Semantic Web Rule Language,SWRL)自定义缆机运行过程中的逻辑规则,结构化表示缆机安全运行过程[15]。构建缆机安全运行本体主要包括提取缆机运行实体类、定义类属性以及构造实例集3个部分。
1) 提取缆机相关实体类,建立缆机各实体间相互联系。如图1所示。吊钩、排绳装置、卷筒等二级结构类与起升机构类构成部分与整体的关系;制动器与安全制动器、工作制动器构成父类与子类的关系等。通过类与类间的关系将各实体联系起来,形成一个有机整体。
2) 定义实体类属性。包括对象型属性和数据型属性。对象型属性是两类间存在的具有关系,如应急资源类和应急人员类间存在使用与被使用的关系。部分对象型属性描述见表3
实体类存在时间、数量、尺寸、大小等数据型属性,记录实例中事故发生时间、应急人员人数和应急资源数量等,统一构成实体类数据型属性。部分数据型属性见表4
3) 构造缆机安全运行实例集合。选取典型事故实例,提取事故发生时伴随的显著特征和相关实体类间的关系,以此作为制定应急预案的重要参照依据。起升机构设备故障实例如图2所示。
利用OntoQA本体评价方法定量评价本体[16],选择类的丰富度、属性丰富度和关系丰富度作为缆机安全运行本体评价指标。
类作为构成本体最基础元素,类丰富度K决定所构建本体完整度,类丰富度表达见下式:

式中:P为本体中具有实例的类的数目;Q为本体中类的总数。K的值越接近于1,表示类的丰富度越高,构建的本体越完整。
为增强检索准确性,最大程度提取类的属性,属性丰富度S计算如下:

式中:N为本体中属性的数目;M为本体中类的数目。S的值越大,表示属性丰富度越高,本体构建越准确。
类与类间的关系丰富度T反映各实体类间存在的联系,用以缆机安全运行知识推理,计算如下:

式中:Y为本体中其他类型的关系数目;X为父子类的关系数目。T值越大,表示关系类型越丰富。
通过评价指标数值反映本体完整程度,根据各指标数值,针对性对迭代优化本体。
缆机安全运行涉及的实体类、关系及属性较多,选择使用Protégé中的SWRL自定义缆机安全运行推理规则,表达如下:

式中:RULE为Protégé中的规则名称;p1(?x)^p2(?х,?y)为推理前提;p3(?х)为推理结果;xy为相关属性;^是逻辑与操作符,用于连接多个条件,表示这些条件必须同时满足;?x表示x为未知量,即查询中需要寻找的未知信息;p1为本体模型中的实体类;p2为本体模型中的实体类或者属性;p3为推理结论。
通过自定义推理规则,利用Protégé推理机推理出新知识,并添加到本体模型中。例如:根据专家经验,当出现吊物漂移或下降、锁定机构无法锁定或松动,则认为缆机锁定装置故障。根据SWRL推理规则定义该推理表达式:“Malfunction:Malfunction(?x)^feature(?x,FloatingObjectsDriftOrFall)^feature(?x,CannotBeLockedOrLoosened)->LockingDeviceFailure (?x)”。通过该推理表达式将推理结果添加到本体模型,形成新的缆机安全运行本体。
根据缆机安全领域知识,在Protégé中定义相关推理规则,描述规则间层次关系,推理得到本体中包含的隐性知识,最终获得完整的本体模型。
基于Unity3D构建缆机安全知识三维可视化检索平台,实现缆机安全运行本体复用。将三维模型导入Unity3D引擎。通过Unity3D中的用户界面设计(User Interface,UI)和交互功能设计出缆机安全运行可视化平台,快速、准确检索到高可信度的应急预案,依据故障特征推理出缆机运行风险,并向管理人员发出预警。具体流程如图3所示。
某高拱坝水电站建设周期长,施工规模大,存在大量多源异构的结构化和非结构化数据知识,管理效率低,知识复用效果不佳。结合该坝建设生产过程中存在的大量知识以及专家意见等,提取关键知识并构建出包含缆机运维知识检索、故障诊断预警等主要本体复用功能的三维可视化平台。
分析缆机相关实体的知识来源,选取水利施工应急预案、事故应急案例、相关学术文献,并参考国际《缆索起重机》[17]及LQP30t/1 400m高塔架平移式缆索起重机数据参数,作为知识来源进行知识提取,并通过手动补充的方式完善领域知识。
提取缆机运行过程涉及的主要实体类,完善各实体类间的关系。例如:承载索、索头、钢丝绳逆止器与张紧装置间存在部分与整体关系。当张紧装置出现故障时,推理出故障可能发生在该实体中,再结合已有实例、专家经验等,推理出故障发生的具体位置。基于此,构建缆机运行本体知识库如图4所示。
通过分析缆机安全运行过程中常见故障类型和特征,划分为设备、过程和诊断3个核心领域,主要内容如下。
1) 设备本体。缆机设备、保护装置、传感器等。用于描述缆机设备是否处于正常工作状态。
2) 过程本体。运行过程、维护监测、作业人员等。用于描述、记录缆机运行过程发生的事件。
3) 诊断本体。定义风险类型、故障特征等。用于综合描述缆机运行过程中存在的安全隐患和发生故障、事故时伴随的典型特征。缆机运行过程中部分风险诊断知识类见表5
安全预警本体知识库的本体类主要从实例中提取。①分析事故和维护实例相关实体,根据故障出现的频率、空间暴露风险、伤害程度等情况判断实体类风险等级,将风险等级高的设备实体定义为缆机安全预警本体知识库主要实体类;②根据事故发生过程和伴随的主要特征,定义风险类型;③提出采取的应对措施,并通过本体关系关联起来。基于此,构建出缆机安全预警本体知识库如图5所示。
结合缆机运行应急预案特点,分为对象和过程2个主要部分。在此基础上进一步将应急预案扩展为应急事件、应急资源、应急组织3个部分。通过分析缆机运行过程中已有的专家经验、研究论述、事故实例等内容,定义缆机运行应急预案部分实体类见表6
应急事件包含事件类型、事件环境、事件时间、事件地点等多个子属性。应急组织指具体执行应急行动的相关部门或人员;应急资源描述相关应急人员在应急行动中使用的物资、工具等资源。基于此,构建出缆机运行应急预案本体知识库如图6所示。
构建缆机安全运行本体过程,共选取相关缆机实体类88个,安全预警相关类92个,应急预案相关类35个,提取出相关属性154个,关系477个。利用OntoQA本体评价方法分别计算类丰富度、属性丰富度和关系丰富度,计算结果见表7
根据OntoQA评价标准,丰富度值域为0~1,当取值越接近于1,表示丰富度越高,若丰富度值小于0.6,则表明还有待补充完善。缆机安全运行本体类丰富度数值为0.86,表示本体中的类较为丰富,多数类能够对应到具体实例;关系丰富度数值为0.6,表示缆机安全运行本体中类的关系具有一定的多样性;属性丰富度数值为0.53,表示概念属性还有待完善。综合各项指标,缆机安全运行本体构建符合标准。
根据缆机实体构成,提取主要物理实体参数,如吊罐尺寸、承载索高度及缆机自身物理特性、大坝仓面施工情况、施工机械种类、场布等数据,利用3Dmax软件构建初始场景。将初始模型导入Unity3D软件场景优化。
将本体模型导出为XML格式,并在在Unity3D中,打开构建的缆机安全运行三维模型,导入本体知识库到资源管理器中,把本体知识库数据转换为Unity3D内部数据结构。基于此,设计包含缆机主要运行机构及设备结构相关数据、缆机基本工作原理、运行以及检修知识等初始界面上,构建缆机安全运行可视化知识检索平台,如图7所示。
图8为缆机安全运行交互式知识检索,通过检索大车运行机构,可快速准确查找相应的二级、三级实体类及各实体相关知识、数据等;根据本体知识库的关系关联,可找出该部分缆机实体存在的安全隐患和易发生故障位置,通过检索可快速准确查找到相匹配的应急预案。
以缆机起升直流传动装置故障为例,进行故障分析与诊断,如图9所示。管理人员通过历史状态查询,对照历史故障实例逐一排查,判断应急事件类型。根据检索的应急预案,进行交流进线和直流输出回路测试,发现直流传动装置保护性跳闸,同时,监测和数据采集三相交流进线、直流电机电枢回路电流、电压,判断造成缆机起升机构系统故障的主要原因是交流进线电源的波动造成晶体管损坏。
1) 建立统一标准化本体表示模型,有助于增强缆机运行过程中的知识关联性,提高缆机施工过程的安全知识管理效率,有效改善传统数据库冗余度高的问题。
2) 基于缆机安全运行本体知识库的关联关系,根据特征可快速找出缆机实体故障位置和安全隐患,通过缆机安全运行检索平台可快速准确查找到相匹配的应急预案,实现知识高效查询和复用。
3) 文中构建的缆机安全运行领域本体知识库,可以实现知识传递和知识复用的目的,为缆机作业人员提供便利的知识服务。然而,当前知识库构建主要是手动构建方式为主,复杂的海量数据,知识库全方位构建难度较大,下一步研究可改进本体知识库构建过程,实现知识库半自动乃至全自动构建。
