In order to clarify the correlation of eVTOL risk factors,and explore their impact on risk prevention and control in the UAM ecosystem,complex network theory was used to establish a risk evolution model. Based on the UAV accident database at home and abroad and the statistics of general aviation accidents,combined with the operation characteristics of eVTOL in urban low-altitude scenes,35 types of risk factors and 10 types of dangerous events were identified from the perspective of human-machine-environment. Gephi software was used to construct the network model,and the key nodes were evaluated comprehensively by the node degree,proximity centrality,internode centrality and PageRank(PR) algorithm. The key edges were evaluated by the internode number,so as to determine the key risk propagation path. In order to reduce the system risk,the measures to reduce the chain breaking disaster were proposed,and the system safety after chain breaking control was measured by network efficiency index. The results show that there are strong correlations among the eVTOL risk factors in the UAM ecosystem,and there are eight key risk transmission chains. The system safety is improved by 4.74%,16.21% and 18.10% by blocking key human factors,key system technical failure factors and key intermediate dangerous events,respectively.

为明确城市空中交通(UAM)生态下电动垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)风险因素间的关联性,并探究各类风险因素对风险防控的影响,采用复杂网络理论建立风险演化模型,以国内外无人机事故数据库和通用航空事故统计结果为基础,结合eVTOL在城市低空场景下的运行特点,从人-机-环角度确定35类风险因素和10类危险事件;采用Gephi软件构建网络模型,采用节点度、接近度中心性、介数中心性与网页排序(PR)算法综合评估关键节点,采用边介数评估关键边,确定关键风险传播路径;以降低系统风险为目标,提出断链减灾措施,通过网络效率指标衡量断链控制后的系统安全性。研究结果表明:UAM生态下,eVTOL风险因素关联性较强,且存在8条关键风险传播链。阻断关键人为因素、关键系统技术故障因素及关键中间危险事件3种断链方案,分别使系统安全性提高4.74%、16.21%、18.10%。

为明确城市空中交通(UAM)生态下电动垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)风险因素间的关联性,并探究各类风险因素对风险防控的影响,采用复杂网络理论建立风险演化模型,以国内外无人机事故数据库和通用航空事故统计结果为基础,结合eVTOL在城市低空场景下的运行特点,从人-机-环角度确定35类风险因素和10类危险事件;采用Gephi软件构建网络模型,采用节点度、接近度中心性、介数中心性与网页排序(PR)算法综合评估关键节点,采用边介数评估关键边,确定关键风险传播路径;以降低系统风险为目标,提出断链减灾措施,通过网络效率指标衡量断链控制后的系统安全性。研究结果表明:UAM生态下,eVTOL风险因素关联性较强,且存在8条关键风险传播链。阻断关键人为因素、关键系统技术故障因素及关键中间危险事件3种断链方案,分别使系统安全性提高4.74%、16.21%、18.10%。

In order to clarify the correlation of eVTOL risk factors,and explore their impact on risk prevention and control in the UAM ecosystem,complex network theory was used to establish a risk evolution model. Based on the UAV accident database at home and abroad and the statistics of general aviation accidents,combined with the operation characteristics of eVTOL in urban low-altitude scenes,35 types of risk factors and 10 types of dangerous events were identified from the perspective of human-machine-environment. Gephi software was used to construct the network model,and the key nodes were evaluated comprehensively by the node degree,proximity centrality,internode centrality and PageRank(PR) algorithm. The key edges were evaluated by the internode number,so as to determine the key risk propagation path. In order to reduce the system risk,the measures to reduce the chain breaking disaster were proposed,and the system safety after chain breaking control was measured by network efficiency index. The results show that there are strong correlations among the eVTOL risk factors in the UAM ecosystem,and there are eight key risk transmission chains. The system safety is improved by 4.74%,16.21% and 18.10% by blocking key human factors,key system technical failure factors and key intermediate dangerous events,respectively.

随着高新技术的飞速发展,城市空中交通(Urban Air Mobility,UAM)概念引起广泛关注。2017年,美国国家航空航天局(National Aeronautics and Space Administration,NASA)提出UAM的概念,且在愿景声明中指出,通过为乘客与货物提供安全、高效、便捷、经济以及无障碍的航空运输系统,彻底改变城市区域的交通状况[1]。根据NASA的定义,UAM指在城市中用于客运或货运的、安全高效的有人/无人驾驶(空中)交通工具系统,它专注于从传统空中交通运营管理向未来城市环境中的航空运输服务过渡。UAM的广义概念包含物流和载人运输2方面,是一种适用于载人航空器与无人航空器系统的新型交通运作模式[2]。在载运工具研究方面,电动垂直起降飞行器(Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing,eVTOL)受到广泛关注。eVTOL有时也被称作空中出租车,多指采用分布式电力推进,用于载人或载物的城市低空运输飞行器。初始运行阶段会有机上飞行员,辅以自动化系统,但最终目标是全自动化运行。目前,垂直飞行协会已收录了超过700种eVTOL设计概念[3]。现阶段,UAM不仅能解决城区愈发拥堵的交通问题,还有望变革公路、铁路、传统航空和水路等行业现状,解决交通运输发展瓶颈。因此,有必要深入研究UAM生态下飞行器运行场景及应用。
国内外学者围绕UAM运行体系开展了大量研究。PONS-PRATS等[4]深入分析了UAM生态的开发和实施,阐明了航空器技术与UAM发展的关系,提出了关键研究方向;张洪海等[5]参考NASA对UAM的发展阶段划分方法,针对UAM运行特点,提出了符合国情的UAM运行管理体系架构。同时,对城市低空场景下的eVTOL载人运输应用设想也取得较大进展。2016年,Uber发布未来UAM计划白皮书,提出eVTOL等飞行器的应用设想,引发各界对UAM未来市场的广阔想象[6]。2020年,NASA提出要大力探索以新型eVTOL载运工具为核心的UAM运行方式[7]。李诚龙等[8]综合多篇文献的表述,提出UAM作为一种新型城市低空交通运输应用设想,以eVTOL为主要载运工具,提供城市区域内的载人或载货运输服务。
在eVTOL运行风险研究方面,由于缺乏相关运行数据,多是从已有各类航空事故数据中发掘具有参考意义的风险因素。GRAYDON等[9]结合功能危险性评估(Functional Hazard Assessment,FHA)与系统理论过程分析(System-Theoretic Process Analysis,STPA)方法,从系统功能角度分析了UAM生态下eVTOL的运行风险;ALEKSANDAR等[10]基于美国联邦航空管理局(Federal Aviation Administration,FAA)安全管理体系,参考美国国家运输安全委员会(National Transportation Safety Board,NTSB)统计的商业航空中不同事故原因的频率,深入探讨了eVTOL运行过程中飞行员与自动化系统的冲突风险;ELLIS等[11]以FAA统计的航空事故为依据,结合eVTOL的应用场景,识别并研究了3类潜在危害,分析了不同危险情景下对应的运行风险;SCHUURMAN等[12]基于FAA统计的2001—2016年通用航空事故的主要致因,采用德尔菲法预测了UAM生态下的飞机运行事故致因。韩鹏等[13]通过分析100 000多起降架次的物流无人机数据,总结了可能诱发无人机失效的无人机系统因素、运行环境因素及人为因素。综上所述,现有文献对低空空域多旋翼轻小型无人机系统的研究较为成熟,对eVTOL在应用场景运行中可能面临的风险因素也已进行初步探索,但是针对eVTOL的运行风险分析不够全面,同时,缺少其在UAM生态下的关键风险演化路径与风险控制研究。
因此,笔者拟综合考虑UAM生态下eVTOL运行风险,基于复杂网络理论,构建UAM生态下eVTOL运行风险演化网络模型。通过识别复杂网络风险关键传播路径,对其进行断链控制,以期为UAM生态下eVTOL的运行场景风险分析奠定基础,提高系统整体安全性。
调研国外无人机事故可知:2009—2018年,国外发生大型军用无人机事故250多起[14],其中,14%为质量在150 kg以上的无人机事故,86%为质量在600 kg以上的无人机事故。最常见的事故因素为机械故障、通信丢失、发动机故障、恶劣天气和飞行员差错。在已查明原因的143起事故中,22%的事故由机械故障引起,包括动力机构或螺旋桨等特定设备的部件脱落等;13%的事故由电子故障引起,包括机载发电机等各种电机的故障以及特定设备的供电线路故障;27%的事故由发动机故障引起,包括油料或燃料泄漏以及冷却液的损耗等;13%的事故由飞行员差错引起,包括未遵守标准操作程序、应急处置不当等;15%的事故由通信丢失引起;其他10%的事故是由电子设备和软件故障、恶劣天气、被击落、鸟击等多种事故致因引起。根据相关数据,提取事故类型与事故致因链,作为eVTOL运行风险基础数据集。
现阶段研究UAM生态主要侧重于分析飞行员驾驶eVTOL进行载人/载物运输的应用场景,并由地面通信导航设施以及新型交通管制模式辅助运行。因此,涉及到运行管理、机载飞行员、交通管制平台、地面服务设施、飞行器技术系统、空域运行环境等多个层面的风险类别。在飞行器事故统计分析基础上,结合现有技术及正在研发的eVTOL技术特征,从人-机-环的安全角度探究UAM生态下eVTOL的各种潜在运行风险。
1) 人为因素。在eVTOL的初始运营阶段,仍需机上飞行员驾驶飞行器,因此,系统中人为因素涉及飞行员、乘客、检修人员、指挥调度人员以及外部人为干扰等。在飞行前准备阶段,由于培训不足等因素,可能会出现维修检查差错,导致飞行器出现技术系统故障等;由于安检失误以及管理不当,可能会出现危险品装载以及超载等情况,影响飞行状态;由于起飞前准备不足、城市低空飞行工作量较大等因素,可能导致飞行员出现操纵差错,影响飞行姿态,致使发生意外事故。
2) 技术系统。根据相关资料,低空空域飞行器事故诱因多为技术系统故障。因此,在eVTOL飞行阶段,机体结构、飞控、电气等子系统故障可能会引发事故。其中,多旋翼飞行器的锂电池系统目前发展仍未成熟,极易出现热失控问题,导致飞行器起火、爆炸等事故。因此,要充分考虑飞行器各个子系统的故障和连锁风险。
3) 运行环境。目前,eVTOL通常质量较小,推进力较弱,恶劣天气影响可能引起飞行器轨迹变化,降低飞行控制能力,导致飞行器偏航、飞行控制系统故障、飞行器失控等。因此,在运行环境方面要考虑降雨、结冰、雷暴与强阵风等风险因素;由于eVTOL在城市低空场景运行,空中障碍与地形障碍较多,容易引起操作失误,导致飞行器失控、空中碰撞等危险事件,因此,还要考虑空中障碍物、地形障碍以及飞行冲突等风险因素。
基于国内外无人机和通用航空事故统计结果,并参照文献[10-13],分析eVTOL在城市低空场景下的运行风险;结合eVTOL的技术特征,按照人-机-环的安全角度,从人为风险因素、技术故障风险因素、环境风险因素方面分析[13],总结出UAM生态下eVTOL可能存在的主要运行风险因素,见表1。节点 A B C分别代表人为因素、技术故障、环境威胁3个方面的风险因素。
UAM生态下eVTOL的运行危险事件为:飞行器失速D1、飞行器偏航 D2、迫降 D3、起火 D4、爆炸 D5、空中碰撞 D6、空中解体 D7、飞行器失控 D8、地面撞击 D9、坠机 D10。每一类危险事件可能由不同的风险因素引起,并可能作为风险演化网络的中间事件,致使其他危险事件发生。
基于复杂网络理论,利用Gephi软件构建网络模型。将每个风险因素视为网络中的独立节点,风险因素之间的传递关系连接成边,节点间有无连线代表是否有风险传播过程,构建UAM生态下eVTOL的运行风险演化模型。将10类危险事件节点加入网络中,最终构建的网络共有45个节点和232条边,风险演化网络如图1所示。风险因素间存在正向诱导的因果关系,因此,所构建的网络为有向无权网络。
经计算,该网络平均度为5.156,网络直径为5,网络密度为0.117,平均聚类系数为0.212,平均路径长度仅为2.494。结果显示,网络中每个风险节点平均只需要2.5步就可将信息传给另一个风险节点,远小于网络直径,说明该网络节点离散程度很小,各节点间联系密切,易造成风险传递效应;平均度与聚类系数较大,表明网络聚集性较强,具有小世界特性。
1) 节点度分析。节点度定义为网络中与该节点直接有边连接的其他节点的数目。有向网络中节点的度包括出度和入度。UAM生态下eVTOL运行风险演化网络各节点的度如图2所示。度较大的节点为B3、A7、B7等,这些节点是风险演化网络中的关键链接因素,表征了网络中心节点特性,同时也是断链减灾的重点。通过分析出度与入度发现,A7的节点出度为所有风险节点中的最大值,A6次之,这表明:此类风险节点是引发其他风险发生的诱因,可作为风险演化过程的初始节点;D2的节点入度为最大值,其次为B7、A8、D1,这表明:此类风险节点容易受到其他风险的影响和传递,可作为风险演化过程的结果节点。
2) 接近度中心性分析。接近度中心性定义为一个节点与其他网络节点之间最短路径的平均长度的倒数,它描述了某节点与其他所有节点距离的远近。接近度中心性较高的节点与其他节点的距离更近。表2为节点接近度中心性,由表2可知:接近度中心性较高的风险节点为A7、A6、B3等,其中,A7的节点接近中心性为最大值,达到0.777 8,与2.2节中节点度分析结果相一致。
3) 介数中心性分析。介数中心性定义为最短路径穿过某节点的次数,它描述了某节点的信息传递能力。介数中心性较高的节点在节点间的通信作用较大。由表3可知:B3与D6的节点介数中心性较大,说明此类风险节点在网络风险演化过程中起着关键的中间站作用。其中,D6是危险事件,说明在风险演化网络中,事故的发生可能会引发二次事故,需要有效控制此类节点,防止风险进一步传播。
4) 网页排序(PageRank,PR)算法节点重要度分析。PR的基本思想是在有向图上定义一个随机游走模型,即一阶马尔可夫链,根据沿图随机访问各个节点的平稳概率得出网络模型中各个节点的PR值。PR值的大小表征每个节点在网络中的重要程度,以此得出关键风险节点,其计算方式如下:

式中: P R ( p i )为每个节点的PR值;n为节点总数;d为衰减因子,表示在任意时刻某一节点继续向后遍历的概率,一般情况下,取d为0.85; M ( p i )为与 p i相连的节点; w ( p i ) ( p i p j )的边权重;L(pj)为pj节点的度。
基于PR算法的关键节点排序见表4。由表4可知:关键危险事件为D10、D5等,关键风险因素为B3、C11、A8等。其中,PR值较高的风险节点大多为风险演化网络中作为结果的危险事件,这也符合PR算法的基本概念。
在网络抗毁性理论与灾害链的传播中,边介数作为其中一个重要的评估参数,来综合评价边的脆弱性[15]。现参考灾害链传播过程及其理论方法,利用边介数来评价风险演化网络中边的脆弱性,找出关键风险边。边介数指网络中所有最短路径中经过该边的数量占总的最短路径数量的比例,反映了相应的边在整个网络中的地位和影响力,其计算方法如下:

边介数及对应风险因素/危险事件见表5。可以看到,D6、D4与B3是关键的风险传递节点和风险接收节点;A3与A8为关键的风险演化初始节点;技术故障类风险多为风险演化路径的结果节点。
综合分析多种网络特征指标结果,探究系统风险因素之间的关键传递过程。首先,基于4种节点重要度评判指标,综合评估关键风险节点,结果见表6。然后,以边的脆弱性来衡量网络中边的重要性,选取边介数较大的20条边作为关键风险边。
分析关键风险节点与关键风险边,找出关键的风险传播路径[16],根据传播路径提取出8条关键风险传播链,结果见表7
上述风险传播链在网络中占据关键位置,传播链中的节点和边是系统中的薄弱环节,也是安全管理工作中需要断链控制的重点。
综合分析UAM生态下eVTOL的运行风险演化网络,致力于风险的传递关系,对比分析断链控制结果,以网络效率作为衡量系统安全性的参考指标,评估网络断链控制的成效。
网络效率定义为反映网络间传递效率的一个指标,其全局效率计算如下:

式中:G为全局网络效率,且 G 1; d i j为节点ij间的最短路径;N为网络节点数。
网络效率可在一定程度上表征系统危险性,网络效率降低,说明系统中风险的演化传递效率降低,即安全性得到提高。
所建网络的初始网络效率为0.291 1,断链控制后的网络效率对比如图3所示。阻断飞行动态监视偏差/飞行器操纵差错,能阻断复杂网络中29条边直接发生作用,网络效率降为0.277 3,使系统安全性提高4.74%;阻断机身受损/飞行控制系统故障,能阻断复杂网络中42条边直接发生作用,网络效率降低为0.243 9,使系统安全性提高16.21%;阻断起火/爆炸/空中碰撞/坠机,能阻断复杂网络中50条边直接发生作用,网络效率降低为0.238 4,使系统安全性提高18.10%。分析结果显示,通过采取针对性的安全措施,阻断关键风险传播链中的节点与对应边,系统安全性有效提高,这证明防控系统关键风险环节的必要性。
因此,控制UAM生态下eVTOL的运行风险,关键在于源头防控,即控制风险传播链的初始风险因素。分析结果显示,A3与A8是2类重要的初始风险因素,因此,要建立并完善UAM生态的管理规章制度,加强飞行员和管制调度员等关键人员的知识技能培训,尽最大努力控制人为差错。另外,需要优化UAM场景下的通信导航监视技术,确保eVTOL在楼宇间起降和飞行的安全性。同时,切断风险演化过程的中间危险事件,避免发生二次事故,也是降低系统整体风险的重要途径。分析结果显示,D6与D4是2类关键的中间危险事件。因此,要推进低空空域改革与城市管理优化,防止飞行冲突以及飞行器与空中障碍物的碰撞。加强危险源的排查治理,改善飞行器的阻燃性能和防火措施,如配备轻型灭火器、采用阻燃材料等。同时,也要确保电池舱内部的防水性、密封性及热包容性[17],避免电池热失控导致更严重的破坏[18]。因此,针对多旋翼飞行器机载电池的发展现状,应着重关注电池的安全稳定性,防止出现意外事故。
利用复杂网络理论,通过风险关键传播路径找出风险传播链,将其视为系统薄弱环节,根据断链控制方案阻断风险演化过程,提升系统整体安全性。研究结果与文献[19]中利用贝叶斯网络建模得出的结论类似,关键风险因素包含控制失效、飞控系统故障等,关键危险事件包含空中碰撞、失控坠机等。此外,根据2021年3月25日NTSB发布的自主货舱运输复合翼eVTOL飞行器的事故调查报告[20],对分析结果进行实例验证。由于飞行器的转速控制器发生故障,导致该电机失去推力,随后,飞行控制器自动降低对角电机的推力以保持姿态控制,而地面操作人员没有采取应急控制措施,导致整体推力降低并导致该机下降并撞到树上。通过该报告可找出3条风险传播链,分别为飞行控制系统故障-空中碰撞、飞行器操纵差错-空中碰撞、空中碰撞-坠机,与文中部分风险传播链结果相吻合。这证明eVTOL实际运行中的薄弱环节与所建网络演化模型分析得出的关键风险传播链结果基本对应,通过复杂网络分析eVTOL关键风险因素与风险演化关系具有有效性。
1) 统计并归类eVTOL主要运行风险因素,从人为因素、技术故障、环境威胁3个角度划分风险类型,确定了35类风险因素和10类危险事件。
2) UAM生态下eVTOL运行风险演化模型由45个节点,232条边组成。分析发现,所建网络的聚集性较强,具有小世界特性,容易引发风险传递效应;采用多指标节点重要性分析与边介数分析,得到8条复杂网络关键风险传播链。
3) 针对关键风险因素和危险事件,提出风险控制措施与断链减灾方案;利用网络效率分析系统安全性,结果表明:3种断链控制方案分别使系统安全性提高4.74%、16.21%、18.10%,为UAM生态下eVTOL的实际运行场景提供了重点关注方向和参考依据。
