In order to assist earthquake rescue personnel in enhancing disaster response speed and adapting to diverse search and rescue needs,an intelligent management method for earthquake rescue equipment information based on a knowledge graph was proposed. Through the top-down knowledge graph construction method,earthquake rescue knowledge was first obtained from various information sources to serve as the basis for knowledge modeling. Next,a rule-based method was used to extract search and rescue knowledge,which was then integrated based on cosine similarity. The integrated knowledge was stored in the form of Resource Description Framework (RDF) triples. Subsequently,the open-source graph database Neo4j was employed to organize the triples into a visualized knowledge graph. Finally,a question-and-answer system was built based on the knowledge graph,allowing users to query the knowledge on the graph using natural language. The results indicate that the knowledge graph includes five categories of entities and relationships: disasters,secondary disasters,environmental factors,rescue needs,and rescue equipment. It facilitates quick matching of equipment based on rescue needs. The knowledge graph-based method can effectively manage and schedule rescue equipment information,improving the efficiency of the preparation phase of rescue operations.

为提升地震救援人员的应急救援速度,适应多样化的搜救需求,提出一种基于知识图谱的智能化地震救援装备信息管理方法。首先,通过自顶向下的知识图谱构建方法,从多种信息源获取地震救援知识,并以此为基础进行知识建模;其次,用基于规则的方法抽取搜救知识,再基于余弦相似度进行知识融合,融合后的知识以资源描述框架(RDF)三元组的形式储存;然后,采用开源图数据库Neo4j将三元组组织成可视化的知识图谱;最后,基于知识图谱建立问答系统,方便用户以自然语言查询图谱上的知识。结果表明:知识图谱中包含灾害、次生灾害、环境因素、救援需求和救援装备5类实体及关系,且可以根据救援需求实现装备的快速匹配。基于知识图谱的方法可以实现对救援装备信息的管理与调度,有助于提升救援行动准备阶段的效率。

为提升地震救援人员的应急救援速度,适应多样化的搜救需求,提出一种基于知识图谱的智能化地震救援装备信息管理方法。首先,通过自顶向下的知识图谱构建方法,从多种信息源获取地震救援知识,并以此为基础进行知识建模;其次,用基于规则的方法抽取搜救知识,再基于余弦相似度进行知识融合,融合后的知识以资源描述框架(RDF)三元组的形式储存;然后,采用开源图数据库Neo4j将三元组组织成可视化的知识图谱;最后,基于知识图谱建立问答系统,方便用户以自然语言查询图谱上的知识。结果表明:知识图谱中包含灾害、次生灾害、环境因素、救援需求和救援装备5类实体及关系,且可以根据救援需求实现装备的快速匹配。基于知识图谱的方法可以实现对救援装备信息的管理与调度,有助于提升救援行动准备阶段的效率。

In order to assist earthquake rescue personnel in enhancing disaster response speed and adapting to diverse search and rescue needs,an intelligent management method for earthquake rescue equipment information based on a knowledge graph was proposed. Through the top-down knowledge graph construction method,earthquake rescue knowledge was first obtained from various information sources to serve as the basis for knowledge modeling. Next,a rule-based method was used to extract search and rescue knowledge,which was then integrated based on cosine similarity. The integrated knowledge was stored in the form of Resource Description Framework (RDF) triples. Subsequently,the open-source graph database Neo4j was employed to organize the triples into a visualized knowledge graph. Finally,a question-and-answer system was built based on the knowledge graph,allowing users to query the knowledge on the graph using natural language. The results indicate that the knowledge graph includes five categories of entities and relationships: disasters,secondary disasters,environmental factors,rescue needs,and rescue equipment. It facilitates quick matching of equipment based on rescue needs. The knowledge graph-based method can effectively manage and schedule rescue equipment information,improving the efficiency of the preparation phase of rescue operations.

地震通常具有突发性,且可能引发其他各种突发事件和次生灾害,使得搜救工作变得复杂和危险[1]。地震救援需要高度的时效性,要求搜救队伍接到灾情报告后迅速作出反应。而且,地震发生后,易出现资源匮乏,而有效获取抢险救援资源是展开抢险救援工作的前提和保障[2]。在实际救援行动中,来自全国各地的救援队伍携带装备参差不齐,负责搜救、医疗、后勤等方面的救援队由于隶属于不同系统,队伍间的装备资源难以统筹安排和调度,导致搜救工作前期容易出现到达现场救援人员多,人力浪费和秩序混乱的情况[3]。传统的装备调度模式在历次地震救援中已经表现出许多弊端[4],难以满足复杂多样的救援需求。因此,基于知识图谱技术开发更加全面、智能和高效的地震救援装备调度方法,对于震后快速施救、降低灾害损失具有重要意义。
知识图谱技术在2012年由谷歌提出[5],用于改善搜索引擎质量,更好地理解用户的查询意图。知识图谱本质上是以图的形式结构化的表示知识[6],整合并存储大量关于地震场景、搜救任务和救援装备的信息。上述信息的整合可以帮助相关部门快速了解当前装备资源状况,实现装备的智能化统筹管理。面对多样化的地震救援需求,救援人员可以通过查询知识图谱,实现对装备的精准调度,确保在紧急情况下能够迅速、高效地获取适当的装备。近年来,已有一些研究运用知识图谱建模地震相关信息,帮助救援人员应对灾害。徐敬海等[7]从地理空间知识的角度,提出地震应急决策知识的建模方法,并证明了将地震应急决策知识作为地理空间领域知识来建模的可行性。SUN Xiaoqin等[8]使用双向长短期记忆网络-条件随机场模型提取知识,将实体和实体之间的关系以资源描述框架(Resource Description Framework,RDF)的形式结合起来,构建了一个基于Neo4j数据库的地震知识图谱。陶坤旺等[9]总结了面向一体化综合减灾的知识图谱构建流程和关键技术,并以九寨沟地震为例,展示了知识图谱的构建过程和结果。邱芹军等[10]从灾害链角度分析地质灾害发展过程中的要素,提出了一种自顶向下和自底向上结合的地质灾害链知识图谱构建方法。JIAO Yifan等[11]提出一种基于地震灾害知识图谱推理的新型救援决策算法,通过视觉感知模块建模地震场景,能够在地震灾害场景下,根据建筑物的状态和材料准确快速地制定相应的救援策略。综上,现有研究侧重于灾害相关地理信息和场景的分析,尚未有将救援需求与装备信息纳入知识图谱,用以协助救援人员进行智能化管理与调度。
因此,笔者拟建立灾害、次生灾害、环境因素、救援需求和救援装备5类实体及它们间的关系,并将其构建为知识图谱,形成可视化的智能知识问答系统,以期智能化管理和调度救援装备。
由于地震搜救相关知识具有非结构化和涉及多种不同数据源的特点,为实现搜救知识的智能管理,笔者采用自顶向下的知识图谱构建方法,即先构建模式层,再基于模式层的规范构建图谱的数据层,构建流程如图1所示。
在发生强烈地震后,由于震动的破坏往往会引发泥石流、水灾、化学品泄漏等次生灾害[12],这导致地震救援任务的复杂多样,所需的装备也各有不同。此外,在分析救援需求时还应考虑灾害发生地所处的环境,如同样是地震引发的房屋坍塌事故,发生在城市则多为钢筋混凝土结构房屋,而在乡村则为砖石、木制结构房屋。即使是同一救援任务,针对不同环境所需的装备也有所不同,如根据联合国发布的国际搜索救援咨询团(The International Search and Rescue Advisory Group,INSARAG)国际搜索与救援指南,同样是在坍塌的废墟中顶升重物解救被困者,在钢筋混凝土结构的重型房屋中需要最大负荷为20 t以上的重物升降装备,而在木质结构的轻型房屋中只需要杠杆或绳索和滑轮组。因此,在制定装备调度策略时也因考虑地震现场的环境因素。
基于上述因素,综合考虑不同次生灾害和救援环境所产生的不同救援需求和对应的装备要求,在知识图谱的模式层构建灾害、次生灾害、环境因素、救援需求和救援装备5类实体之间的语义关系。节点间的关系构架如图2所示。
其中,救援需求主要指灾后黄金72 h内的紧急现场救援。通常情况下,救援需求可以划分为防护、搜索、营救、医疗和后勤5个部分。灾害现场救援需求分类及对应装备示例见表1
知识图谱的数据层采用RDF三元组[13]的形式储存用于构建知识图谱的数据,即G=(EPT)其中,E为图中所有实体(顶点)的集合,P为图中所有关系(边)的集合,T为事件,TE×P×E,即三元组<实体,关系,实体>的集合,如地震引发了次生灾害泥石流表示为<地震,引发,泥石流>。
基于前文构建的关系构架,实体E的类型分为灾害,次生灾害,环境因素,救援需求和救援装备5种。根据实体类型不同产生的实体间关系P可分为影响,产生,引发和需要4种。这种数据存储方式将原本高维的复杂知识结构在形式上做了降维处理[14],方便后期更高效的转化为图数据结构。
在数据层采用n-Tripples文本格式保存知识图谱中的三元组数据及其属性。这种格式以主-谓-宾及其ID的形式表示RDF数据,每个三元组之间用换行分隔,可以在Python中进行解析和处理。如三元组<地震,引发,泥石流>在数据层中储存形式如下:

搜救知识的自动捕获,是救援装备信息智能管理的重要环节。在模式层定义构建后,以其为规范抽取广泛数据源中的知识,进而获得具体的灾害、救援需求和装备等实体信息,以及节点关系并储存到知识图谱的数据层。再将这些数据映射到模式层中定义的实体、关系和属性类型,实现模式层概念的实体化。文中的数据源包括INSARAG国际搜索与救援指南、《消防应急救援装备配备指南》(GB/T29178—2012)等权威搜救指南,以及网络数据挖掘获取的大地震新闻报道和维基百科地震灾害词条。从搜救指南中获得的信息为半结构化数据,包括清单、表格等。这些数据定义清晰,有明确的模式和结构,依据其数据格式进行抽取并存储较为简单直接。从网络挖掘的文本则多为非结构化数据,需要从一段自然语言文本中挖掘有效的信息。通过研究文本发现,地震相关的新闻报道重在以准确的语言和相关术语阐述客观事实,相比其他文本更为简明扼要,且在常用的词汇、句式上也存在相似性。因此,鉴于这些文本形式上的共性,可以采用基于规则的方法对数据挖掘获取的非结构化数据进行知识抽取。在抽取前,首先预处理文本,清除多余的换行符、空格等,并进行中文分词。同时,从半结构化文本的搜救指南中提取到的灾害、搜救任务和装备名称等可作为参考词汇创建关键词词库,以提高知识抽取的准确性和效率。接下来分析灾害类新闻文本中的常用句式,根据结果制定一系列语法规则,基于语法规则编写正则表达式来匹配需要进行知识提取的数据,捕捉符合规则的文本片段从中进行知识抽取。基于部分规则对文本进行知识抽取结果示例见表2。这种基于规则的抽取方法实现简单、执行效率高,但匹配到的文本中可能包含一些不相关的信息。因此在完成抽取后,对于这些可能出现的噪声,进行人工识别和去除。
不同数据源对地震救援行动及救援装备名称的描述存在差异,导致知识抽取过程获取的实体存在数据冗余的现象。部分抽取到的实体名称不同但表达含义相同,如氧气自救呼吸器、消防氧气呼吸器、正压氧气呼吸器实际指向同一种救援设备,因此需要进行知识融合,将含义相似的实体进行合并,避免知识图谱中产生歧义,提高救援装备信息智能管理的可靠性。
对于上述含义重复的实体,采用计算余弦相似度[15]的方法进行知识融合。该方法将词汇向高维空间映射表示为1个词向量,然后通过计算向量之间的夹角余弦值来评估词汇间的相似性,其计算公式如下:

式中SAB为实体AB间的相似度,即向量A和向量B夹角的余弦值。相似度S范围为[-1,1],数值越靠近1,表示2向量在特征空间中相似度越高。文中采用预训练的中文双向编码器转换器表示(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers,BERT)模型和中文分词器,首先进行实体文本分词,然后转化成向量。在Python中导入Scikit-learn库的cosine_similarity函数,利用余弦相似度公式计算2向量的相似度,核心代码如下:

最后通过多次试验测试,寻找合理的相似度阈值,如果相似度大于等于该阈值,则判断实体相似,否则判断实体不相似。经测试,阈值为0.8时可以达到较好的知识融合效果,知识融合示例见表3
基于知识图谱构建基本流程,将先前构建的模式层实体类别与关系向数据层映射。数据层中储存着从多元数据中抽取的灾害救援需求和装备,经过知识融合后共计救援需求106种,对应装备149种。以知识图谱的方法进行救援装备信息智能管理,不仅从中反映出地震以及地震产生的次生灾害所涉及的救援需求及救援装备,同时还将震区所处的环境等因素对救援行动产生的影响考虑在内。
采用Neo4j[16]数据库储存和可视化处理数据。Neo4j可以将数据存储为图形结构,通过节点和边来组织数据,这种方式在组织和查询数据时更加灵活和高效。运用Python中的py2neo库通过制定地址、用户名和密码连接Neo4j图数据库,并将数据层中储存的三元组批量导入。然后,利用Neo4j支持的Cypher语言创建知识图谱的节点、关系和属性。Cypher语言可以简化复杂的编写过程,同时也便于后续知识图谱的快速查询。使用的Cypher语言创建知识图谱的语句如下,该命令将一个三元组转化为知识图谱中的一组节点和关系。

以该语句为核心,可以在Python中将储存的三元组批量导入Neo4j转化化为图数据形式。最后调整节点颜色,显示的主属性等可视化效果,得到的知识图谱如图3所示。
基于知识图谱建立智能知识问答系统,旨在帮助救援人员在地震发生后根据灾情快速匹配相应的救援任务及装备,从而提升救援准备阶段的效率。用户可以用自然语言输入需要查询的内容,如用简单句子描述或提问灾情,系统将自动解析该句子中的关键词。然后在知识图谱中,使用Neo4j支持的Cypher语言查询这些关键词所在的节点。
在Python中将问答系统的程序连接到Neo4j数据库,并以Cypher 语言的查询语句为核心查询用户输入的问题,查询语句如下:

语句中的参数node_type 为节点类型,node_name 为节点名称。根据地震发生的不同场景,用户的提问中可能包含灾害、次生灾害、环境因素3种类型或类型的组合。因此,Python程序将根据数据库中存储的节点信息先匹配到其相应的节点类型,再连接Neo4j数据库,利用查询语句检索相关的救援需求和装备信息,并筛除重复或不匹配的搜救需求或装备信息。例如:用户可以输入“地震引发了一场火灾,有人被困在建筑高层”,系统将分析该句子,提取关键信息如“地震、火灾、高层”等,匹配节点类型灾害、次生灾害和环境因素,在图谱中分别对应不同的救援需求和装备。在Neo4j中查询知识图谱结果示例如图4所示。
为方便用户更为直观地了解所需信息,将查询结果整理为文字清单形式输出,用户可以直接在Python程序的窗口中输入想查询的内容。清单中包含救援过程中可能产生的需求,例如高空绳索救援、可燃气体检测等,以及相应的装备,如消防服、救援支架、供液消防车等,对该提问的回答部分示例如图5所示。
1) 知识图谱将地震灾情、灾害现场环境因素、救援任务和装备需求等不同层面的知识以图谱形式进行智能管理。这种方式将复杂的地震救援知识体系以清晰的结构展示给用户,帮助他们理清复杂的灾害知识结构,更好地管理现有装备。
2) 基于规则的知识抽取以及基于余弦相似度的知识融合组成了自动化的知识获取方式。知识图谱可以高效地从大量新闻文本、网络和数据库等信息源中自动提取有用的信息,大大节省了时间和人力成本。此外,自动化的知识获取方式也有助于知识图谱的进一步更新迭代。
3) 基于知识图谱的问答系统为用户提供了快捷的信息查询手段。当灾害发生时,救援人员可以通过提问迅速获得所需的装备信息而无需遍历整张图谱,大大提升救援行动前期装备调度的效率。
