To solve the crowd congestion problems caused by a large number of phubbers in enclosed one-way long passages in public spaces such as the subway,an intervention model was proposed to calculate the intervention critical value. Experiments were performed to analyze the behavioral characteristics of phubbers and normal pedestrians in enclosed one-way long corridors. Then,different distribution functions were used to propose a small-scale behavioral model. Furthermore,a large-scale congestion intervention decision-making model was proposed based on the proportion of phubbers and crowd density. Finally,the critical value curve between passenger density and the proportion of phubbers was validated against a one-way long passage in a Beijing subway station. The results indicated that behavioral characteristics of phubbers presented as slow following,while normal pedestrians tended to speed up and overtake whenever possible. The simulations calculated the critical value curve between the passenger's density and the phubber's proportion. If the calculated value was lower than the critical curve,it was a low-risk area without any intervention strategies. Otherwise,intervention strategies were required to avoid serious congestion.

为解决地铁等公共场所封闭性单向长通道人群移动中存在大量低头族而引发的人群拥堵问题,提出可计算干预临界值的干预模型。首先开展试验,分析封闭性单向长通道内低头族和正常行走人群行为特征;然后采用不同分布函数描述低头族和正常行走人群行为状态的方法,建立人群小尺度行为模型;最后以低头族比例和人群密度建立大尺度拥堵干预决策模型,并以北京某地铁单向长通道为例,验证计算乘客的密度值与低头族比例关系临界值。结果表明:低头族行为特征主要表现为慢速跟随,正常行走人员行为特征主要表现为有机会就提速超越;仿真计算得出乘客的密度值与低头族比例关系临界值,并绘制临界曲线,低于临界曲线的值域属低风险区,人群密度与低头族比例的值在此区域内时无需进行干预;高于临界曲线的值域为高风险区,可能产生严重的拥堵,需采取干预措施。

为解决地铁等公共场所封闭性单向长通道人群移动中存在大量低头族而引发的人群拥堵问题,提出可计算干预临界值的干预模型。首先开展试验,分析封闭性单向长通道内低头族和正常行走人群行为特征;然后采用不同分布函数描述低头族和正常行走人群行为状态的方法,建立人群小尺度行为模型;最后以低头族比例和人群密度建立大尺度拥堵干预决策模型,并以北京某地铁单向长通道为例,验证计算乘客的密度值与低头族比例关系临界值。结果表明:低头族行为特征主要表现为慢速跟随,正常行走人员行为特征主要表现为有机会就提速超越;仿真计算得出乘客的密度值与低头族比例关系临界值,并绘制临界曲线,低于临界曲线的值域属低风险区,人群密度与低头族比例的值在此区域内时无需进行干预;高于临界曲线的值域为高风险区,可能产生严重的拥堵,需采取干预措施。

To solve the crowd congestion problems caused by a large number of phubbers in enclosed one-way long passages in public spaces such as the subway,an intervention model was proposed to calculate the intervention critical value. Experiments were performed to analyze the behavioral characteristics of phubbers and normal pedestrians in enclosed one-way long corridors. Then,different distribution functions were used to propose a small-scale behavioral model. Furthermore,a large-scale congestion intervention decision-making model was proposed based on the proportion of phubbers and crowd density. Finally,the critical value curve between passenger density and the proportion of phubbers was validated against a one-way long passage in a Beijing subway station. The results indicated that behavioral characteristics of phubbers presented as slow following,while normal pedestrians tended to speed up and overtake whenever possible. The simulations calculated the critical value curve between the passenger's density and the phubber's proportion. If the calculated value was lower than the critical curve,it was a low-risk area without any intervention strategies. Otherwise,intervention strategies were required to avoid serious congestion.

随着地铁等城市地下空间开发进程的不断推进,长通道换乘设计越来越多,此类封闭性公共场所的特点是空间的封闭性导致人群移动受限、人群行为决策难度增大、人群聚集风险管理难度加大[1]。但在现实中尤其是在通勤晚高峰时段,地铁狭长的换乘通道内常出现许多低头族,低头族行为造成新的人群聚集风险。地铁换乘通道可分为单向、双向和多向,单向人群流动中低头族聚集行为是探索双向甚至多向人群流动现象的基础。在封闭性单向长通道中有效降低人群聚集风险科学的方法是根据通道内人群密度以及低头族比例两者间函数关系来决定何时实施干预,但在现实中两者数值是动态变化的。因此,降低人群聚集风险的关键是如何通过分析通道内人群行为,确定人群密度以及低头族比例关系临界值。
国内外学者关注到低头族行为的风险,乔婧等[2]指出,低头族可能出现低速、跟随和临时停留等行为,从而影响通道的通行效率;孙贵磊等[3]将同向异质人群的速度差异作为拥挤踩踏事故的影响因子;丁泓十等[4]发现,低头族导致常规的有序客流中容易出现不良超越行为;吴娇蓉[5]、KLAMROTH[6]、BELLOMO[7]等发现,常规的避让行为缺失导致超越行为被阻碍,在存在有上下台阶处低头族非正常的移动经常造成通道内长距离的人群拥堵;CHOW等[8]指出,过长的等待时间常常突破期望时间从而导致人群失序,严重者可产生激波导致拥挤事故[9],需要管理者现场采取客流监测预警和疏导干预的方法提醒换乘乘客快速通行,以降低人群拥堵[10]。人群行为建模是开展人群聚集风险分析的关键方法,根据以往研究,人群行为建模分为宏观建模、中观建模和微观建模[11]。微观建模中整个群体状态是通过行人个体位置和速度来传递实现的,一般用常微分方程组来表示[12];中观建模是基于动力学理论,行人的微观状态通过个体的位置和速度来刻画,行人的表征通过微观状态上的一个概率密度函数来描述,通过非线性积分微分方程来描述演化过程[13];宏观建模是由群体的速度场和密度场来描述群体状态,模型由偏微分方程构成[14]
目前关于低头族行为和干预决策模型的研究主要是宏观定性的,还缺少对低头族行为的多尺度定量研究。鉴于此,笔者将基于行人行为特征试验,从微观角度建立行人行为模型,从中观角度建立行人分类模型,从宏观角度建立干预决策模型,测量通道内人群密度和低头族比例临界阈值,以期为地铁管理人员提供定量化的决策依据。
封闭性单向长通道不同于开放性空间,人群移动由于受到封闭性空间的限制,很容易产生聚集性行为,整体表现为一种聚拢现象,每类个体又表现为不同行为特征。现场观察发现,通勤高峰时间段经常产生人群拥堵的主要原因是大量低头族注意力转移。对行人的视觉注意力转移定义如下:由于一些事件、活动、物体或人强迫或诱惑行人将视觉注意力从行走任务上转移,而造成行人安全完成步行任务所需的信息被完全或部分忽略的情况。在此基础上,长通道内密集人群包括视觉注意力未转移行人(nonvisual-Attention Shifting Pedestrian,non-VASP)和视觉注意力转移行人(Visual-Attention Shifting Pedestrian,VASP)2类。低头族应归入VASP,其移动速度明显降低,形成同向异质人群,而non-VASP由于受到周围VASP的影响也被动下降速度,并可能产生更多的超越行为。
为验证在封闭性单向长通道中VASP和non-VASP的行为特征,根据现实情景设计试验,设定4种情况的交互影响:non-VASP与non-VASP、non-VASP与VASP、VASP与non-VASP、VASP与VASP。为保证获取足够的原始速度数据,将30名被试分2组试验。试验场景设置在10m×2m的人工单向长通道内,每组由15名平均年龄为28岁被试组成,为便于后期通过剪辑视频图片分析,试验中VASP带白色帽子,non-VASP带红色帽子。2组试验中被试的VASP和non-VASP路径选择基本相同,故仅展示其中一组的试验采集图片,如图1所示。
图1可以看出,影响者无论是non-VASP还是VASP,决策者non-VASP均采取先跟随后超越的行进策略(图1a图1b);决策者VASP均采取跟随行为(图1c图1d)。这与低头族和普通行人的视觉感知范围不同有关系。如图1的感知范围所示,在运动过程中,non-VASP会同时调用观察外界关注点的中央视觉和周边区域的间接视觉,收取大量视觉感知信息,按照最低密度和达到目的地最短距离的原则进行决策,而VASP的中央视觉会被其他与行走无关的事物占据,主要使用间接视觉收集信息。较前者而言,VASP视觉感知力低,可提供给大脑的环境信息少,仅会沿直线向出口方向行进。
计算4组试验中决策者和影响者的速度,分析交互作用速度变化特种。每隔0.5s测量决策者和影响者的移动距离并计算平均速度,计算结果作为行人在该时刻下的瞬时速度。绘制从试验开始4s内(完成超越动作的时间)决策者和影响者的瞬时速度变化,结果如图2所示。由图2可知:①VASP的速度变化范围在0.6~1.0m/s,低于non-VASP的速度变化范围0.6~1.4m/s,两者的范围有着明显的差异。这表示视觉注意力的转移会对行人的速度决策产生降速影响。②当决策者速度低于影响者速度时,决策者速度增加或维持原速;当决策者速度高于影响者速度时,决策者降速;当决策者与影响者速度一致时,决策者维持原速或降速。决策者旋转至新的运动方向,若目标位置为空,则加速。这表明决策者在进行速度行为决策过程中具有不确定性。
综上,在封闭性单向通道内non-VASP行为特征表现为有机会就提速超越,VASP本身速度显著降低,影响后面行人形成流动障碍物,这与现实情景相吻合。根据试验可以得出,non-VASP在速度和方向同时存在变化,而VASP仅仅在速度大小存在变化。统计分析发现,这些特征服从一定的概率分布,如可测试同一个行人处于注意力集中和不集中2种状态下的自由速度,将两者速度相比得到自由行走速度比 γ,经计算30名被试的 γ服从于概率密度函数 f ( γ ) = 1 0.07 2 π e x p - ( γ - 0.63 ) 2 0.009   8 据此采用分布函数进行特征刻画。
基于上述试验和粒子动力学理论,封闭性空间移动人群的个体可视为一个活动粒子[15],其状态由时间t、位置X和速度V这3个变量确定,其中,X可由 X = ( x y )表示;速度用极坐标 V = ( v θ )表示, v为速度大小, θ为速度方向。整个封闭单向长通道内的人群个体分为non-VASP和VASP, i = 1,2,则每类个体的状态可表示为:

依据试验和现场观察,在封闭空间中每一个朝目标行进的个体的状态改变是与周围邻居个体交互影响密不可分的[16]。把产生交互影响的个体定义为hk个体,h为影响者,其速度为 Vk为被影响者,其速度为 V *,交互影响后速度为 V *,则被影响者k初始状态定义为 f i ( t X V * ),被影响后状态定义为 f i ( t X V * ),两者之间的逻辑关系如图3所示。
图3中,R是感知半径,θ是感知角度,Ω是感知范围, η h k [ f ] ( X V * V )是交互影响率,其中, η [ f ] = α η 0 v - - v * η 0为一常数, α为可视程度有关的系数,取值范围为[0,1]。 A h k [ f ] ( V * V * V )是受影响后状态转移概率, A [ f ] ( V * V ) = A θ [ f ] ( θ * θ ) × A ν [ f ] ( v * v ) A为行人的转移概率; A θ为行人的速度方向转移概率; A v为行人的速度大小转移概率,存在 A h k [ f ] ( V * V * V ) d V = 1
f i ( t X V * ) f i ( t X V * )状态转移过程中,转移概率 A h k [ f ] ( V * V * V ) A θ A v确定是关键。由于 A θ A v的确定具有很强的场景依赖性,基于non-VASP与VASP这2类个体交互影响,推出 A θ A v的计算公式。
1) A θ的计算。non-VASP个体( i = 1)速度方向的确定主要受到目的地和周围密度梯度的影响。通常处于高密度中的non-VASP会向低密度区域 V s方向移动,低密度中non-VASP会维持向目的地 V t方向移动。non-VASP个体周围的密度大小决定了向 V s V t方向移动的权重比例,通过non-VASP个体周围的密度 ρ值计算,即 ρ和(1- ρ),则non-VASP个体的速度方向为:

考虑到行人会遇到墙等边界条件,需要修正速度方向。当 V 1 '指向目的地,不需要修正 θ ';当 V 1 '指向边界时,根据与边界的距离 d w进行修正,具体修正计算见下式:

而对于VASP类个体(i=2),根据试验和现场观察,注意力转移状态下主要是维持向目的地 V t的方向移动,因此,VASP的 V s 0,则其速度方向为:

行人在移动过程中遵循唯一确定策略原则,因此, p θ * θ ( t )=1,则由式(11)可得:

2) A v的计算。在作出改变速度方向的同时,行人还在根据自身改变速度的意愿、周围行人运动状态(如平均密度 ρ -和平均速度 v -)和环境状况(如坡度等)来改变自己的速度大小。因此,除周围行人的平均速度 v -外,再引入变速系数和坡度系数2个参数。其中,变速系数用来描述由于个体偏好而引起速度大小的改变,定义为α∈[0,1],数值越大表示越倾向于通过提高移动速度达到快速离开的目的;坡度系数用来定义环境对速度降幅的影响,记为 ε [ 0,1 ] ε = 0则表示通道内环境阻碍行人行走, ε=1则表示不产生影响。在这2种因素作用下,non-VASP(i=1)个体根据自身速度 v *与周围平均速度 v -采取如下速度调整。

对于VASP(i=2)类个体,根据试验引入 γ系数,按照 v 2 = γ v 1计算不同情况下的速度,如在 v * < v -时,加速 v 2 a = γ v 1 a = γ [ v * + α ε v - - v * ],其他以此类推。
因此,各种情况下的速度转移概率密度 A v的计算公式见表1,其中, p i x表示第 i类人选择策略 x的概率。
干预策略的主要依据是整个通道内人群密度以及低头族比例来决定。相对于个体的位置和速度,这2个变量都是宏观量。根据个体类状态分布函数 f i ( t X V ),对于整个通道内人群密度可通过式(4)计算平均密度来获得,而对于注意力转移比例则需要通过计算注意力转移人数和总人数来获得。
具有 f i ( t X V )分布特性的 i类人群数量由下式计算:

有了 ρ - ( t X ) β i ( t ),管理者根据通道内总体人数和其中低头族比例决定是否采取干预措施。具体建议如下:如果 ρ - ( t X )较小,即使 β i ( t )比较大也无需采取干预;在 ρ - ( t X )非常大情况下,即使 β i ( t )比较小,局部少数行人的异常行为也会造成大范围人群拥堵,人群聚集风险增大。此时需要采取干预措施,督促通道内低头族恢复常态,尽快通过聚集区域,进而降低人群聚集风险。
以北京某地铁单向长通道为例,此换乘通道长约30m,宽约6m,中间被护栏隔离,形成3m宽单向通道,形状近乎L型,在距离尽头处有20度台阶10阶。该通道日均换乘客流近8万人,低头族导致整个通道人群严重拥堵,需不定时进行管理干预。由于产生拥堵的情况是动态变化的,全天值守浪费资源,精准识别高风险时段和高风险区域尤为必要,只需根据密度与低头族比例关系判断其是否超过风险临界来决定是否采取干预措施。
基于上述场景定义、小尺度行为模型和大尺度干预决策模型,采用Matlab软件建立数值计算模型,在仿真平台上构建6m×30m的二维离散网格系统,设置每个网格的大小为0.5m×0.25m,每个网格只能容纳一个行人。为满足其稳定性和收敛性要求,时间粒度取0.1s。仿真结果显示:当通道内人群密度为2.1人/m2,低头族比例为20%时,通道内不会形成拥堵,如图4a所示;而当通道内人群密度为2.5人/m2,低头族比例达到28%时,在通道尽头台阶处形成拥堵,形成蔓延之势,如图4b所示,说明人群密度与低头族比例间存在一个临界关系。
李小红[17]、PREDTECHENSKII[18]等研究认为,低头族行为在密度低于0.92人/m2的人群中影响不明显,因此,将密度区间定位在1~3人/m2。计算获得系列人群密度与低头族比例在发生5m拥堵情况下的关系值,这些值满足 β = 1.212   8 e x p ( - 0.596 ρ - )这样的函数关系, ρ -是通道内人群平均密度, β是低头族所占比例,其函数关系如图5所示。
图5可知:临界曲线以下部分是低风险区,人群密度与低头族比例的值在此区域内时无需进行干预;临界曲线以及曲线上部分为高风险区,尤其是曲线右上部区域风险越高,在此情况下出现的人群密度与低头族比例组合可能产生非常严重的拥堵,是必须采取干预措施的情况,否则可能因为超越行为产生严重的秩序混乱甚至人身伤害事件。因此,管理者根据通道内平均人群密度和低头族比例的监测情况,估测坐标值是否落在高风险区来决定是否指派人员采取现场干预措施,从而实现精细化管理。
1) 封闭性单向通道内2类人群行为特征差异显著,正常行走人员行为特征主要表现为有机会就提速超越,而低头族不仅本身速度显著降低,且影响周围行人。
2) 实例显示,人群密度与低头族比例间存在一个临界关系,由此形成的临界值可为疏导干预决策提供定量化依据。
3) 文中的场景类型相对比较简单,空间类型和人员流线分布等因素的考虑仍然存在不足之处,下一步将拓展模型应用场所类型,结合疏导干预的时间调度,并在单向行人流行为模型基础上开展双向或多向行人流模型构建研究,以更好地契合人群安全管理实际需求。
