In order to identify high-risk stations in urban rail transit systems and improve network resilience and operational safety,a performance function model was constructed to evaluate the network resilience by selecting network efficiency,average shortest path length and maximum connection sub-graph as indicators,and an evaluation method for critical stations was proposed,considering topological structure and passenger flow distribution equilibrium. Taking Nanjing Metro as an example,three cascading failure modes,descending critical degree,descending betweenness centrality and random sequence,are adopted. The characteristics of resilience degradation under different cascading failures are simulated respectively in the unweighted network and the weighted network. The results show that the critical stations are similar on weekdays and weekends. The resilience performance decreases most rapidly in the early stages of failures in descending order of critical stations. Compared with topology networks,the resilience index of passenger flow-weighted networks decreases faster in the early stages of cascading failures. Strengthening the control of critical stations when cascading failures do not spread widely can help reduce the loss of network resilience.

为确定城市轨道交通系统中的高风险节点,提升网络韧性和运营安全性,选取网络效率、平均最短路径长度和最大连通子图3个指标,构建评估网络韧性的性能函数模型,提出一种考虑拓扑结构和客流分布均衡性的运营关键站点评估方法,并以南京城市轨道交通系统为例,在无权和加权网络中,探究关键程度降序、介数中心性降序和随机顺序3种相继故障模式下差异性的韧性失效过程。结果表明:关键站点在工作日和周末差异较小;按照关键站点降序的相继故障前期,网络韧性性能下降最为迅速;与拓扑网络相比,客流加权网络在相继故障前期韧性指数下降更快。在网络相继故障未大面积扩散时重点强化关键站点的管控,有助于缩小网络韧性损失。

为确定城市轨道交通系统中的高风险节点,提升网络韧性和运营安全性,选取网络效率、平均最短路径长度和最大连通子图3个指标,构建评估网络韧性的性能函数模型,提出一种考虑拓扑结构和客流分布均衡性的运营关键站点评估方法,并以南京城市轨道交通系统为例,在无权和加权网络中,探究关键程度降序、介数中心性降序和随机顺序3种相继故障模式下差异性的韧性失效过程。结果表明:关键站点在工作日和周末差异较小;按照关键站点降序的相继故障前期,网络韧性性能下降最为迅速;与拓扑网络相比,客流加权网络在相继故障前期韧性指数下降更快。在网络相继故障未大面积扩散时重点强化关键站点的管控,有助于缩小网络韧性损失。

In order to identify high-risk stations in urban rail transit systems and improve network resilience and operational safety,a performance function model was constructed to evaluate the network resilience by selecting network efficiency,average shortest path length and maximum connection sub-graph as indicators,and an evaluation method for critical stations was proposed,considering topological structure and passenger flow distribution equilibrium. Taking Nanjing Metro as an example,three cascading failure modes,descending critical degree,descending betweenness centrality and random sequence,are adopted. The characteristics of resilience degradation under different cascading failures are simulated respectively in the unweighted network and the weighted network. The results show that the critical stations are similar on weekdays and weekends. The resilience performance decreases most rapidly in the early stages of failures in descending order of critical stations. Compared with topology networks,the resilience index of passenger flow-weighted networks decreases faster in the early stages of cascading failures. Strengthening the control of critical stations when cascading failures do not spread widely can help reduce the loss of network resilience.

城市轨道交通在城市中发挥重要的运输功能,截至2023年底,我国(不含港澳台地区)共55个城市开通城市轨道交通线路306条,运营里程10 165.7km[1]。随着城市轨道交通网络化运营的不断扩展,复杂的网络结构和激增的客流增加了运营管理的难度,也促使故障影响扩散传播形成相继故障,即网络受到随机或蓄意攻击后节点或边的接连破坏,最终导致网络崩溃。研究相继故障下的网络韧性及高危节点分布,对管控运营风险、降低故障影响及保障运营可靠性意义重大。
现有研究主要涉及城市轨道交通网络韧性失效和修复过程,鞠艳妮等[2]构建节点重要度评价模型,量化节点失效后的韧性损失三角,探讨不同故障修复策略。马敏等[3]考虑客流损失率和网络效率损失率,构建韧性性能函数模型,采用自适应遗传算法求解最优恢复策略。构建韧性性能函数时,ZHANG Jiefei[4]、张雯婕[5]等以网络效率为指标,采用多目标遗传算法等求解最优修复时序。陈峰等[6]定义相继故障参数,并给出蓄意攻击下的站点风险排序。MA Fei等[7]基于负载能力模型,模拟城市轨道交通网络相继失效过程,探究不同限行政策下城市轨道交通系统脆弱性。熊志华[8]、LU Qingchang [9]等构建耦合映像格子模型,探讨不同初始状态及耦合系数下相继故障传播范围或系统脆弱性。LU Qingchang等[10]提出基于重要性阻抗的网络性能评估方法,研究故障下的网络韧性及关键车站。胡映月等[11]构建客流传播模型,结合度中心度及介数提出关键站点识别指标。现有研究还存在以下不足:①量化韧性性能时未全面考虑网络效率之外的其他结构指标;②对网络韧性失效过程的特征缺乏探讨;③忽视了加权网络相继故障下的韧性分析;④关键站点研究指标较单一,缺乏对网络拓扑结构与客流指标及韧性的综合评估。
因此,笔者选取网络效率、平均最短路径长度及最大连通子图3个指标,构建一种评估网络韧性性能的函数模型;并提出一种结合拓扑结构与客流特征的关键站点定量评价方法,以南京城市轨道交通为例,分析无权和加权网络在不同顺序站点相继故障下的韧性失效过程,以期确定高风险节点分布及探究网络韧性失效特征,提升运营安全性和网络韧性。
城市轨道交通网络韧性受网络静态结构和承载客流等多方面因素的影响。故障后,节点的连通状态将影响网络效率、最短路径、最大连通子图等结构指标,客流量大小则影响网络性能损失程度及韧性恢复速度。为量化韧性损失,BRUNEAU等[12]提出公式:

式中: Δ R为韧性损失量; F ( t )为网络韧性性能函数; t 0为初始时刻; t s t e分别为韧性变化开始及结束时刻。结合韧性指数[4]的定义,将该式转化为:

式中 t s t e F ( t ) d t F ( t 0 ) · ( t e - t s )即为韧性指数 R F ( t ),代表t时刻的网络韧性与初始状态下韧性相比的变化程度。该指标无量纲,可用于对比不同规模网络在相继故障下的韧性变化特征。
先从网络结构角度选取性能函数指标,后将其应用于客流加权网络中,将客流分布特征考虑在内。各指标的定义及计算过程如下:
1) 网络效率。网络效率E可由网络中任意 2节点间最短路径长度的倒数求得[5]:

式中: l i j为节点ij之间最短路径长度,当ij不连通时, 1 / l i j = 0;N为网络的节点数量。
2) 平均最短路径长度。网络的平均最短路径长度计算公式:

3) 最大连通子图。在节点相继故障过程中,失效节点在结构上与其他节点间的连边断开。保持连通的最大子图即最大连通子图,初始状态最大连通子图节点数为N
结合上述指标,构建网络韧性性能函数如下:

式中 α 1 α 2 α 3分别为指标系数,且α1+α2+α3=1,由熵权法[13]确定。
初始状态下,即 t 0时刻的网络韧性为 F ( t 0 )。则韧性指数为:

通过韧性指数对比分析无权与加权网络相继故障下的韧性变化。
假定故障发生后,站点的运输功能完全丧失且与相邻站的连边断开。采用随机失效和目标失效 2种相继故障模式来模拟运营中随机和一定顺序的节点相继故障,并分别计算2种模式下每个时间步的网络韧性性能及韧性指数。
采用关键程度和介数中心性降序2种相继故障顺序模拟目标失效模式。选取网络拓扑结构及客流指标评价站点关键程度,并将其与仅考虑结构特征的介数中心性降序对比,结合网络韧性变化特征探讨关键站点评估方法的有效性。
1) 拓扑结构评价。站点通过区间相互衔接并通过换乘站串联成网,乘客通过站点的连通和换乘功能可到达网络中的任何站点。因此分别选取连通和换乘指标反映网络的拓扑结构特征。
连通功能指标选择PageRank[14]值,该指标最初用于网页链接跳转,是一种根据网页间的连接关系计算重要度排名的算法。记某节点为u;指向u的节点集合为B(u);另一节点v属于集合B(u); N v是节点v发出的所有连接数量;R(u)及R(v)分别为节点uv的PageRank值;c为归一化因子,公式为:
R ( u ) = c v B ( u ) R ( v ) N v
换乘功能指标选择介数中心性(Betweenness Centrality,BC)反映网络中某节点在最短路径上担任中介桥梁的特性,公式为[15]:

式中: B s t为节点st之间的所有最短路径的数量; B s t ( i )为最短路径中通过节点i的路径数量。
2) 客流均衡分析。选取基尼系数[16]评判各区间客流分布均衡性,该系数多用于衡量收入差距。洛伦兹曲线为实际收入的拟合曲线,基尼系数等于第一象限平分线与洛伦兹曲线间的面积除以第一象限平分线以下的面积,其值域为[0,1]。按照惯例基尼系数达到0.5以上即表示分布差距悬殊。
客流分布均衡性分析以区间数累计占比为横轴,区间客流量累计占比为纵轴。经过对区间客流排序分组,分别计算各组占比并绘制散点图,采用最小二乘法拟合洛伦兹曲线计算基尼系数,并计算各小组间的斜率,将斜率最大的小组判定为关键小组,组内区间涉及的车站纳入关键站点。
为计算车站关键程度,选取关键小组内各车站的进站客流量和换乘客流量之和作为客流指标。
选择熵权逼近理想解排序法[13](Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)评估关键小组内所有站点的关键程度Q并对其排序。过程简述为:
将结构指标与客流指标构成的原始矩阵标准化→熵权法计算各指标权重→计算正负理想解→计算各评价对象与理想解的欧氏距离→评价与理想解的贴近程度→确定关键程度Q的排序。
无权网络与加权网络均基于Space-L法进行空间建模。Space-L法反映各节点的连接关系,2节点若直接相邻,则二者间存在连边,记为1;若不直接相邻,则记为0。构建0~1邻接矩阵表,即形成无权的网络拓扑结构。
加权网络常采用城市轨道交通线路上行和下行断面客流之和[17]对无权网络加权,考虑到断面客流量越大,表明该断面两端的站点联系越紧密,将断面客流总和的倒数作为连边的权重(即相似权)。
在无权与加权网络中,分别实施随机失效和目标失效2种模式的相继故障,根据前述性能函数模型,计算站点依次失效后的韧性性能及韧性指数,对比无权与加权网络在随机顺序、关键程度降序、BC降序相继故障下的韧性下降过程。
为对比工作日与周末早高峰时段的客流分布差异,以南京2019年4月15日(周一)和4月20日(周六)为例,选取3个时间段(7:30,8:00]、(8:00,8:30]及(8:30,9:00],分别评价上下行方向的客流分布均衡性。提取上述时段内上下行断面客流数据,经排序分为7组,拟合洛伦兹曲线,计算各时段基尼系数,结果见表1
表1可知:周一客流分布最不均衡的时段为上行(7:30-8:00],而周六为上行(8:00-8:30]。计算组间斜率确定斜率最大的关键小组,可知周一与周六的关键小组均为各自最不均衡时段内的第7小组。
周一及周六车站关键程度排序和周一关键站点分布见表2图1。由表2可知:关键站点在周一与周六相似,排名前7位的站点一致,除柳洲东路站外均为换乘站。南京城市轨道交通1、2、3号线最为繁忙,这些线路在市中心的换乘站关键程度较高,如排名前6位车站。柳洲东路站是典型的大客流非换乘站,周边北外滩水城等社区密集的居民在早高峰上行进城方向有巨大的出行需求。关键程度排名第8—11位站点均位于3号线柳洲东路站和新庄站之间。这些站不仅进站客流量大且具有较高的结构关键程度。由图1可知:其余关键站点为1号线和3号线上的非换乘站,均位于人口密集、出行需求高的主城区。运营管理部门应加强管控关键站点,增加调度人员及疏散设施,设置列车越行线及增加备用列车储备,一旦发生严重故障应迅速疏散客流并加开备车,使网络韧性尽快恢复。
花神庙站的关键程度排名最末,因各项指标接近负理想解,导致其关键程度Q接近0。但一旦花神庙站发生故障,其影响仍然比其他非关键站更大,需尽快采取疏散乘客、调整列车运行等应急措施。
以周一关键站点为例,分别评估无权和加权网络在相继故障下的网络韧性,具体步骤包括:①按照关键程度降序排列,对20个关键站点实施目标失效;②按照介数中心性BC降序排列,选择前20个站点实施目标失效;③随机选取20个站点实施随机失效。该网络共包含159个站点,若20个站点失效则导致超过12%的车站无法正常工作,严重损害运输功能。假定失效过程中,网络性能由初始状态逐步下降最终趋近于0。为避免大型节假日对客流分布的影响,以2019年4月断面客流构建加权网络。对4月1日—30日期间各区间上下行断面客流求和并求日均值,以日均值的倒数作为连边权重构建客流加权网络。3种不同顺序的相继故障下,无权及加权网络的韧性性能函数下降的变化过程,如图2图3所示。
图2中,星形标记虚线代表随机顺序相继故障的情况,呈先缓后急又缓的下降趋势,从第9个站点失效开始,性能剩余仅为初始状态的大约5%;黑实线代表关键程度降序相继故障的情况,前4个站点失效使性能剧烈下降,而后下降速度逐渐放缓,从第6个站点失效开始,性能剩余仅约为初始状态的1%,该模式在相继故障前期韧性性能下降速度更快;加号标记虚线代表BC降序相继故障的情况,下降趋势与黑实线相似,从第10个站点失效开始,性能剩余不足初始状态的1%,该模式在相继故障后期韧性性能下降程度更大。前4个站点失效后,3种顺序下的性能下降程度分别为26.0%、91.2%和 78.2%。这表明按关键程度降序相继故障在前期对网络韧性性能的影响最为迅速且影响程度最大。
加权网络与无权网络的性能函数下降趋势基本一致。图3中,星形标记虚线呈先缓后急又缓趋势,从第6个站点失效开始,网络性能下降超过50%;黑实线呈先急后缓趋势,前4个站点失效后,网络性能剩余不足10%;加号标记虚线下降趋势也是先急后缓,从第10个站点失效开始,网络性能剩余不足4%。相继故障下韧性性能的变化特征在加权与无权网络中基本一致。
以每站失效为1个时间步,积分计算无权与加权网络韧性指数见表3。韧性指数的取值范围为[0,1],值越接近1表示网络韧性性能越接近未受影响的初始状态;韧性指数值越小,则表明网络韧性损失越大。
表3可知:3种不同顺序的相继故障中,随机顺序下的网络韧性指数最大,表明其网络韧性损失最少,即节点按随机顺序的相继故障对网络韧性的影响较小;关键程度降序下的韧性指数最小,表明该模式下的网络韧性性能的下降最大,韧性损失程度最高;BC降序下的网络韧性指数略大于关键程度降序下的网络韧性指数,表明结合拓扑结构与客流特征的关键站点相继故障比仅基于结构的站点相继故障对韧性的影响更大。
加权网络韧性指数变化与无权网络类似,加权网络在随机顺序故障下的韧性损失最少,而在关键程度降序相继故障下的韧性损失最多。
韧性指数表征网络某时刻韧性与初始状态下韧性相比的变化程度。在无权和加权网络多站失效后,网络韧性指数均大幅衰减,初始网络韧性性能极大丧失,网络断开成多个子图,严重妨碍正常运输功能。
1) 无权网络对于随机顺序的站点相继故障具有较强的鲁棒性,对于关键程度降序和BC降序的站点相继故障具有较大的脆弱性。加权网络的韧性性能函数与韧性指数变化特征与无权网络基本一致,也体现出了对随机相继故障的鲁棒性和对目标相继故障的脆弱性。
2) 关键站点主要分布在大客流换乘站及繁忙线路上靠近市中心的非换乘站,按照关键程度降序的相继故障在前期阶段使网络韧性迅速下降,前期下降速度最快。
3) 与基于拓扑结构的无权网络相比,融合了客流特征的加权网络在关键程度降序相继故障前期韧性指数下降更迅速,后续研究在探讨关键站点及网络韧性时需关注加权网络特征。
