To address the problem of incomplete reflection of network structure characteristics and data distortion in static network models used in dynamic systems,an airport network structure analysis method based on a temporal complex network model was proposed by introducing time attributes. Network characteristic indicators such as nodal temporal degree,temporal centrality,temporal betweenness centrality,and temporal closeness centrality were analyzed. Then,the structural properties of CAN were investigated. Moreover,crucial airport nodes within the temporal network were identified and ranked,and the reasons for the heterogeneous node generation were analyzed. The results indicated that the temporal network structure of Chinese airports presented scale-free network characteristics. The average temporal distance values of CAN vary significantly with the maximum being 6.06 times the minimum. ZWWW (Urumqi Diwopu International Airport) and ZBHH (Hohhot Baita International Airport) represented relatively higher temporal betweenness centrality than other indicators,playing an important central role in the network. However,ZGSZ (Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport) had a higher temporal degree of centrality than other indicators.

为克服静态网络模型在分析动态系统时出现网络结构特性反映不全面和数据表达失真的问题,引入时间属性,提出一种基于时序复杂网络模型的中国机场网络(CAN)结构分析方法。通过分析节点时序度、时序度中心性、时序介数中心性和时序接近中心性等网络特征指标,探究中国机场时序网络的结构特征,筛选和排序网络中的重要机场节点,并分析异质节点产生的原因。结果表明: CAN结构呈现出无标度网络特性;CAN的平均时序距离值差距较大,最大值是最小值的6.06倍;乌鲁木齐地窝堡国际机场(ZWWW)、呼和浩特白塔国际机场(ZBHH)的时序介数中心性相对其他指标较高,其在网络中起到重要的中心作用,而深圳宝安国际机场(ZGSZ)相对其他指标具有较高的时序度中心性。

为克服静态网络模型在分析动态系统时出现网络结构特性反映不全面和数据表达失真的问题,引入时间属性,提出一种基于时序复杂网络模型的中国机场网络(CAN)结构分析方法。通过分析节点时序度、时序度中心性、时序介数中心性和时序接近中心性等网络特征指标,探究中国机场时序网络的结构特征,筛选和排序网络中的重要机场节点,并分析异质节点产生的原因。结果表明: CAN结构呈现出无标度网络特性;CAN的平均时序距离值差距较大,最大值是最小值的6.06倍;乌鲁木齐地窝堡国际机场(ZWWW)、呼和浩特白塔国际机场(ZBHH)的时序介数中心性相对其他指标较高,其在网络中起到重要的中心作用,而深圳宝安国际机场(ZGSZ)相对其他指标具有较高的时序度中心性。

To address the problem of incomplete reflection of network structure characteristics and data distortion in static network models used in dynamic systems,an airport network structure analysis method based on a temporal complex network model was proposed by introducing time attributes. Network characteristic indicators such as nodal temporal degree,temporal centrality,temporal betweenness centrality,and temporal closeness centrality were analyzed. Then,the structural properties of CAN were investigated. Moreover,crucial airport nodes within the temporal network were identified and ranked,and the reasons for the heterogeneous node generation were analyzed. The results indicated that the temporal network structure of Chinese airports presented scale-free network characteristics. The average temporal distance values of CAN vary significantly with the maximum being 6.06 times the minimum. ZWWW (Urumqi Diwopu International Airport) and ZBHH (Hohhot Baita International Airport) represented relatively higher temporal betweenness centrality than other indicators,playing an important central role in the network. However,ZGSZ (Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport) had a higher temporal degree of centrality than other indicators.

2022年,中国(不含港澳台地区)民航客运吞吐量25 171.32万人次、货邮吞吐量607.61万t,国内运输机场数量达到254个[1]。中国航空业的快速发展对航空机场网络结构提出了更高要求,使用更加有效的方法分析这一动态网络结构,对预测和优化机场网络运行水平及提高机场网络运行效率和安全性有着重要意义。
时序网络模型将关于事件的时间信息从动态系统移动到网络模型中,即动态发生的底层结构,可更加准确地表征物理系统的特性[2]。时序网络从静态网络演变而来,与静态网络相比,时序网络同样具有时序路径、时序距离、时序度以及聚类系数等网络特征指标,用于分析动态系统的行为[3-4]。BARRAT等[5]通过对每条边赋予权重以区分节点之间发生连接的总次数,但仅考虑了节点间连接次数的重要性,忽略了节点连边的时间属性。KEMPE等[6]提出了一种时序网络模型,该模型中含有时间标记的连边,连边上的路径需要遵循时间先后顺序。KUMAR等[7]研究了信息在博客传播中的突发性演化事件,发现时序网络可表征动态网络的异质性,即事件在时间维度分布的不均匀特性。CASTEIGTS等[8]提出一种新的Time-Varying graphs框架来研究时序网络属性的演变。ROSVALL等[9]通过将动态系统研究的时间窗口切分成几个时序片段,但在各片段中依然将其抽象为静态网络分析。KIM等[10]提出时序图模型,将动态网络简化为定向流的静态网络,并讨论了时间中心性指标在现实世界中的含义。PAN等[11]将整个时序网络作为一个整体建模,以时序接近中心性、时序介数中心性为指标研究了时序网络的中心性,较好地保持了时序网络的特性。张雅宁等[12]构建了一个时空动态评估模型,分析了传染病背景下各因素对城市韧性的影响。受干扰前后的网络特征指标可有效地反映网络的抗毁性情况[13-14]。王秋玲等[15]通过评价高铁时序网络韧性来分析中国高铁系统的结构。郭九霞等[16]基于历史数据评价了中国机场网络(Chinese Airport Network,CAN)受全球公共卫生事件影响的抗毁性。目前,针对机场网络结构的研究大多将机场网络视为静态网络,而静态网络中节点的连通忽略了连通的持续时间、连通间隔时间、重复连通和连通的时间顺序,因此,高估了连接节点对的数量,低估了路径长度,并未考虑网络的时间属性[17]
机场网络其节点和连边的状态会随多种扰动因素影响而变化,如突发事件(极端天气情况、公共安全事件、恐怖袭击事件等),且航路航线的变更也会对网络的拓扑结构产生影响[18]。机场节点之间的连接依赖于机场间的直飞航班,航班的时间属性就显得尤为重要,然而,静态网络无法反映节点和连边随时间出现和消逝的过程。鉴于此,笔者拟提出一种多层时序网络模型(Multi-layer Temporal Network Model,MTNM),采用功率谱分析(Power Spectral Density,PSD)方法,为网络时间切片提供依据,并将切片后得到的子网络按时间排列,形成多层网络模型,在各层网络内部使用时序网络理论分析,以期真实反映动态系统的网络结构特性。
构建MTNM模型,需确定每层网络的时间切片长度,其值的选取目前仍无固定方法[19]。因此,通过PSD方法分析机场航班数据的时间特征,求解时间数据的固有周期,具体步骤如下:
步骤1:对于CAN,其时间属性来自于航班数据的时间参数(即航班的起飞时间,总飞行时间,降落时间)。预处理航班数据,将获取到的网络数据按 Δ t q ( q = 1,2 Q )(Q为正整数)的间隔切分(多次试验选取不同的 Δ t q值),对应第q次试验,网络被切为 H = T / Δ t q个片段,对应地将整个网络图G切分为片段图 G 1 G 2 G H
步骤2:求解平均聚类系数C(h)。将Ghh∈(0,H)抽象成静态网络,计算每个片段的平均聚类系数C(h),绘制平均聚类系数曲线图。
步骤3:傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)。将平均聚类系数C(h)进行快速FFT,得到F(k)。
步骤4:PSD。为消除节点数量影响,取 P ( k ) = 1 M | F ( k ) | 2M为整个时间序列的采样点数量,作为此片段的功率谱的估计值,分析每个 Δ t q对应的频率分布,取功率值最大的点对应的频率作为其固有周期。
整个数据周期性求解过程见下式:

1) 机场节点。N为网络中所包含的机场节点集,N=1,2,…,n

式中: t i j s为从节点i到节点j对应的第s次航班起飞时刻; σ i j s为从节点i到节点j对应的第s次航班的运行时间。
当节点ij之间有没有直飞航班时:

机场网络作为典型的时序网络,节点和连边随时间变化而变化,根据时序数据周期将网络按周期进行切片并分层表达,这样既保证了每层网络结构的完整性,也可根据数据规模灵活调整层数,提高模型的适用性。其实质是将时序网络中研究数据的总时间 U按其固有周期切分为相应层数,并将对应的时间属性增加到每层网络中,按照时间顺序排列,构建机场MTNM,各层之间由于航班运行情况不同,其节点间的动态边分布情况也各不相同,各层网络之间为时间流关系,如图1所示。
静态复杂网络研究通常只关注网络中的统计参数和拓扑变量,忽略了节点的位置、连边连通的持续时间,节点出现和消失的过程。从时间维度分析,复杂时序网络特征指标包含如下内容。
1) 时序度。在一定时间内,网络中t时刻与节点i直接相连的边数之和,用 k t i表示。时序网络是一种有向网络,和静态网络相同,将节点im层网络的时序度分为时序入度 k t I i m、时序出度 k t O i m和总时序度 k T i m,时序度大的节点表明在各时刻有更多机会与其他节点连接,其重要性也就越高。

式中:Tm (m=1,2,…,z)为第m个观察周期(即第z层网络),z为正整数; T m - 1 T m k t I O i为在Tm内节点i的时序出度与时序入度之和。
2) 平均时序距离。在时序网络中,时序距离 τ i j指节点i到达节点j的时序路径所消耗时间。在 t 1时刻,若节点i到节点j的时序路径消耗时间为 σ t 1,则时序路径为 τ i j ( t 1 ) = σ t 1,若此路径为观测时间Tm内节点ij之间的唯一路径,则:

但在一个观测周期内从节点i到节点j的事件可能发生多次,则会出现多条时间路径,例如从北京到上海在一天中有多个航班,因此,选用整个观测期间的平均时间距离 τ i j ¯来表征时序路径,即从机场节点i到达机场节点j的平均时序距离为:

式中: t i j 1为第一个航班的起飞时刻; σ i j 1为该航班运行时间;T为航班周期。
3) 时序网络中心性指标。
①时序度中心性指一个节点的时序度越高时,其在时序网络中的影响力也就越大,时序度中心性越高。为了在网络规模变化的情况下准确衡量节点的重要性,需要标准化处理节点度中心性,使其不受网络规模的影响,故节点 i的时序度中心性为:

式中 N s为节点集合所包含的节点个数。
②时序介数中心性是评价节点“桥梁”作用的指标,通过计算网络中任意节点对的最短路径经过某节点的数量来定量衡量,节点时序介数中心性为:

式中: j i k j k i d i j k为在观察时段Tm中经过 k节点的最短路径数量; j i k j k i d i j为网络中所有节点对的最短路径总数。
③时序接近中心性指某一节点到其他节点的时序距离,节点时序接近中心性高则说明该节点到其他节点的时序距离小,则节点 i的时序接近中心性为:

式中 j i j N s τ ¯ i ji到所有其他节点的最短平均时序距离之和。
采集国内245个机场的客运航班时刻数据,采样时间为2021年10月1日—14日,构建时序复杂网络,共245个节点,76 727条连边。根据航班数据周期性试验结果,并考虑避免跨时间切片航班出现,将每层网络切片时间确定为,从第1天5 h—第2天5 h(24 h制)的连续24 h。通过使用Gephi软件可视化处理MTNM,其中,机场节点大小以时序度值排序,时序度值越大其节点越大颜色越深,机场间连线表示机场间的通航情况,如图2所示。
通过统计分析客运航班信息可知:国内客运航班运行时间大多为2~3 h,为保证数据周期内分析尽量少出现跨试验间隔情况,首先从每天0h开始采用2~3 h的间隔,对数据进行切片试验,计算每个时序片段的平均聚类系数,生成不同时间间隔对应的聚类系数序列,绘制聚类系数曲线图,随后运用功率谱分析得到功率谱图,通过识别功率值最大点,确定信号周期。
图3为按时间间隔分别为1、4、6和16h进行切片试验后得到的结果。当 Δ t=1h时,大功率值的点数和噪声点较多,周期性不明显,需要进一步增大间隔进行试验。当 Δ t=4h时,识别到功率值最大点对应周期为t=24.263h,此时干扰点较少。为防止该结果是试验切片后产生的偶发情况,需继续增加试验间隔,并进一步验证。当 Δ t=6h时,识别到功率值最大点所对应周期为t=23.566h,主信号突出明显,已达到试验目的。为验证当切片间隔超过6h时,试验结果是否均一样,选取结果 Δ t=16h继续试验,结果显示此时信号点过于稀疏,只能表现出少量的数据,没有较好的代表性。由此可得,航班数据的固有周期24h,符合航班运行的实际情况和人类的作息规律。
根据式(5)—式(7)计算中国机场多层时序网络特征指标中节点的时序入度/出度,可得出其概率分布。设 k   I i m为第m层网络节点i的时序入度值,P( k I i m)为第m层网络中节点时序入度值为 k的机场节点概率,其幂律分布函数为:

根据式(13)和式(14)可得各层网络的时序入度/出度幂律分布函数,见表1。其对应的时序网络节点时序出度与时序入度概率分布拟合情况如图4图5所示。
图4图5看出,幂律分布函数可对各连续时间周期内机场节点的时序出度、入度分布情况进行很好的拟合。因此,中国机场时序网络的时序度分布符合幂律分布规律,即大部分节点具有较小的度值,极少数节点具有较大度值,表明中国机场时序网络具有明显的无标度网络的特性。
根据式(9)计算各机场节点之间平均时序距离,其分布如图6所示。可以看出,中国机场时序网络的平均时序距离值差距较大,用机场四字代码表示时序距离较小的前5,即:广州白云机场(ZGGG)-海口美兰机场(ZJHK) 其平均时序距离值为178.246min,德宏芒市国际机场(ZPMS)-昆明长水机场(ZPPP)其平均时序距离值为184.375min,ZJHK-ZGGG其平均时序距离值为186.145min,ZPPP-ZPMS其平均时序距离值为186.927min,ZJHK-深圳宝安机场(ZGSZ)其平均时序距离值为198.385min,分析其对应的航班信息可知:ZGGG-ZJHK一天内有17趟航班,航班间的平均间隔时间为64.38min,每趟航班的运行时间为82.06min,ZPMS-ZPPP一天内有18趟航班,航班间的平均间隔时间为59.41min,ZJHK-ZGSZ一天内有17趟航班,航班间的平均间隔时间为63.13min,每趟航班的运行时间为81.17min,其共同特性为,机场节点之间的航班较多,且航班时间分布较均匀。
平均时序距离值较大的前3名为:北京大兴机场(ZBAD)-喀什徕宁机场(ZWSH)其平均时序距离值为1 080 min,南京禄口机场(ZSNJ)-伊宁机场(ZWYN)平均时序距离值为1 070min,泉州晋江国际机场(ZSQZ)-库尔勒梨城机场(ZWKL)平均时序距离值为1 055min。这3对节点一天内均只有1趟航班,且航班的运行时间分别为360、350、335 min。其特点均为一天内航班极少,且运行时间较长。整体来看平均时序距离的最大值是最小值的6.06倍,通过网络节点时序度值分布和连边的平均时序距离分析可以发现,网络的节点和边均具有异质性。
根据式(10)计算时序度中心性值,各机场的时序中心性值见表2
表2可知:时序入度中心性和时序出度中心性具有相同的排序且数值仅有微小差距,前10机场分别为ZGGG、ZSPD、ZBAA、ZGSZ、ZBAD、ZPPP、ZUCK、ZLXY、ZUTF、ZSSS。
根据式(11)和式(12)计算节点的时序介数中心性和时序接近中心性,其关系如图7图8所示。由图7图8可知:大部分节点的时序度中心性和时序接近度中心性与时序介数中心性的关系可以表征为正相关的特性,但也存在部分异质点,如ZWWW、ZBHH、ZGSZ,分析其原因如下:
1) ZWWW是国内8大区域枢纽航空港之一,而新疆区域面积广阔,自治区内各支线机场与国内其他省份之间开通的航线数量相对较小,因此,旅客若有跨省出行需求,需经ZWWW中转。ZBHH是内蒙古自治区的省会机场,是省内第一大航空枢纽机场,其他中小机场航线大多与ZBHH连接,经由ZBHH中转是最佳路线。而且2机场所处省份人口和经济发展水平相比东南沿海城市较低,航班量也较低,使得其出现时序度中心低而介数中心性很高的反常现象。
2) 对于ZGSZ,深圳经济发展快航班需求量大且与多城市都有直飞航班,所以时序度中心性大,但其位置在东南沿海,省内有广州机场等多座大型枢纽机场可与全国其他机场进行连通,选择经此节点转到其他机场节点并非最短路径,所以其时序度中心较高而介数中心性较低。
1) 中国机场时序网络结构呈现出和静态网络相似的无标度网络特性,少数节点拥有较高时序度值,大部分节点拥有较低的时序度值。
2) 中国机场时序网络的平均时序距离值差距较大,最大值是最小值的6.06倍,影响平均时序距离的因素包含机场节点之间的航班架次、航班时间分配均匀程度以及航班运行时间。
3) 通过分析机场节点的中心性发现,机场节点时序度中心性和时序接近度中心性越高,时序介数中心性越大。但也存在部分异质点如乌鲁木齐地窝堡国际机场、呼和浩特白塔国际机场、深圳宝安国际机场,异质点的存在主要是由于机场所处的特殊地理位置和经济发展情况所导致。
