In order to reveal the sloshing behavior of vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen storage tanks and improve their transportation stability,a numerical simulation model of vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen storage tank sloshing was established. The impact of liquid hydrogen fluid sloshing on the storage tank during braking and turning was studied. The effects of driving speed,longitudinal and lateral acceleration and filling rate on the sloshing behavior of liquid hydrogen in the storage tank were discussed,and a wave-proof plate was designed to suppress the sloshing of liquid hydrogen. The results show that the stable driving speed of the vehicle has little effect on the liquid hydrogen sloshing in the tank. The more urgent the vehicle brakes or turns,the more severe the liquid hydrogen sloshing in the tank,the more serious the impact on the tank,and the longer the time required for the liquid hydrogen to reach a stable state. The closer the filling rate is to 50%,the more severe the sloshing is. As the filling rate increases to 90%,the impact of liquid hydrogen on the storage tank is more significant. However,the higher filling rate reduces the liquid hydrogen movement space and makes the sloshing amplitude more gentle. The anti-wave plate in the tank can effectively separate the liquid hydrogen sloshing space,so that the maximum longitudinal impact force of the tank is reduced by 9.6% and 17.5%,and the maximum lateral impact force is reduced by 34.6%,which significantly reduces the impact on the tank and shortens the liquid hydrogen recovery time.

为揭示车载液氢储罐的晃动行为进而提高其运输平稳性,建立车载液氢储罐晃动数值仿真模型,研究制动和转弯过程中液氢流体晃动对储罐的冲击作用,探讨行驶速度、纵横向加速度、充装率对储罐液氢晃动行为的影响,并设计防波板以实现对液氢晃动的抑制。结果表明:车辆平稳行驶速度对储罐内液氢晃动影响较小;车辆刹车制动或转弯越急,导致储罐内液氢晃动越剧烈,罐体所受冲击越严重,液氢达到平稳所需时间也越长;充装率越接近50%,晃动程度越剧烈,随着充注率增加至90%,液氢对储罐的冲击愈显著,但较高的充装率减小液氢运动空间,使其晃动幅度更平缓;储罐内设置防波板可有效分隔液氢晃动空间,使得储罐纵向最大冲击力相对降低9.6%和17.5%,横向最大冲击力降低34.6%,显著降低其对罐体的冲击,缩短液氢恢复平稳时间。

为揭示车载液氢储罐的晃动行为进而提高其运输平稳性,建立车载液氢储罐晃动数值仿真模型,研究制动和转弯过程中液氢流体晃动对储罐的冲击作用,探讨行驶速度、纵横向加速度、充装率对储罐液氢晃动行为的影响,并设计防波板以实现对液氢晃动的抑制。结果表明:车辆平稳行驶速度对储罐内液氢晃动影响较小;车辆刹车制动或转弯越急,导致储罐内液氢晃动越剧烈,罐体所受冲击越严重,液氢达到平稳所需时间也越长;充装率越接近50%,晃动程度越剧烈,随着充注率增加至90%,液氢对储罐的冲击愈显著,但较高的充装率减小液氢运动空间,使其晃动幅度更平缓;储罐内设置防波板可有效分隔液氢晃动空间,使得储罐纵向最大冲击力相对降低9.6%和17.5%,横向最大冲击力降低34.6%,显著降低其对罐体的冲击,缩短液氢恢复平稳时间。

In order to reveal the sloshing behavior of vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen storage tanks and improve their transportation stability,a numerical simulation model of vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen storage tank sloshing was established. The impact of liquid hydrogen fluid sloshing on the storage tank during braking and turning was studied. The effects of driving speed,longitudinal and lateral acceleration and filling rate on the sloshing behavior of liquid hydrogen in the storage tank were discussed,and a wave-proof plate was designed to suppress the sloshing of liquid hydrogen. The results show that the stable driving speed of the vehicle has little effect on the liquid hydrogen sloshing in the tank. The more urgent the vehicle brakes or turns,the more severe the liquid hydrogen sloshing in the tank,the more serious the impact on the tank,and the longer the time required for the liquid hydrogen to reach a stable state. The closer the filling rate is to 50%,the more severe the sloshing is. As the filling rate increases to 90%,the impact of liquid hydrogen on the storage tank is more significant. However,the higher filling rate reduces the liquid hydrogen movement space and makes the sloshing amplitude more gentle. The anti-wave plate in the tank can effectively separate the liquid hydrogen sloshing space,so that the maximum longitudinal impact force of the tank is reduced by 9.6% and 17.5%,and the maximum lateral impact force is reduced by 34.6%,which significantly reduces the impact on the tank and shortens the liquid hydrogen recovery time.

车载储罐是液氢的最重要运输方式之一,储罐的安全可靠性对保障液氢安全输送至关重要。车辆运输过程中不可避免地遭遇各种路况和恶劣天气,如紧急刹车、紧急转弯等极易造成罐内液氢不同程度晃动,不仅影响运输效率,更对液氢安全提出了严峻挑战,一旦发生泄漏将引发安全事故[1]。因此,深入研究罐车运输过程中的液氢晃动现象,对确保液氢安全运输、预防潜在风险具有重要意义[2-4]
许多学者对车载液体储罐晃动行为开展了研究,如陈志伟[5]比较了有无防波板的非满载罐车内部液体对封头冲击力影响;刘雪梅[6]数值计算了无防波板罐车内部液体冲击问题,得出不同加速度、充装率和充装介质对液体冲击的影响;刘奎等[7-8]通过试验与数值模拟得出,防波板面积大于横截面40%时,增加防波板面积能显著改善罐体受力;万里平[9]研究了防波板数量对罐体受力影响,认为防波板数量增加对降低最大总冲击力效果不明显,但能使介质冲击更平缓;高炳军等[10]数值模拟罐车制动过程中不同横向防波板位置的防波效果;王鹤鹏[11]研究了载液罐车内横向防波板样式及安装数量对整车防波效果影响;D'ALESSANDRO等[12]提出一种评估流体晃动与车辆动力学之间相互作用方法,模拟了直线制动和变道操作对液位、挡板和油箱形状影响;YU Di等[13]基于非线性条件下等效摆力学模型研究了储罐液体晃动非线性运动;PANIGRAHY等[14]通过直流电机驱动凸轮带动振动台上方形储罐来回移动试验,观察有无挡板情况下罐壁压力变化;AMIR等[15-17]利用线性晃动理论预测瞬态横向晃动力和倾覆力矩,将晃动模型集成到半挂车的侧倾平面模型中研究车辆转弯侧倾稳定性,建立了流体晃动-车辆动态系统耦合分析模型,研究挡板设计对部分填充罐车定向动态性能影响。目前车载储罐液体晃动研究主要针对液化天然气等,而针对液氢研究很少,亟需揭示液氢晃动特性。
鉴于此,笔者拟建立车载液氢储罐晃动数值模型,研究刹车、转弯及转弯刹车工况下储罐内液氢晃动状态,分析行驶速度、加速度、充装率等对罐内液氢晃动的影响,通过设计纵横向防波板研究其对液氢晃动抑制作用,以期为储罐结构优化设计、安全运行等提供重要参考依据。
车载液氢罐车在运输过程中受到重力、驱动力、制动阻力等作用,极易发生储罐内液体晃动,造成罐壁冲击,甚至影响罐车行驶平衡,如发生紧急制动追尾、过弯侧翻等危险事故。建立车载液氢储罐模型,如图1所示。
1) 质量守恒方程。流场中,依据质量守恒定律,控制体内流体质量等于流入及流出质量之差,因此,流体流动质量守恒方程可表示为:

2) 动量守恒方程。给定流场系统的动量随时间变化率等于作用于流场上的外力总和,相应数学表达式被称为动量守恒方程(N-S方程):

3) 流体体积法。流体体积法体积函数方程为:

基于流体体积法加权思想罐内流体物性参数可表示为:

式中: ρ l ρ g分别为液体与气体密度,kg/m3; μ l μ g分别为液体与气体的动力黏度,Pa·s。
1) 运行速度。不同运行速度、相同刹车加速度下液氢晃动对储罐前封头受力影响如图2所示。流体分布与冲击力的变化趋势基本保持一致。0s时开始刹车减速,储罐受到-y方向加速度作用,惯性作用下液氢流体迅速涌向储罐前封头区域,导致前封头受到较大冲击力;0.9s时冲击力达到最大值3 000N,随后流体开始回流向后封头,前封头所受冲击力逐渐减小;2s后刹车停止,前封头所受冲击力随时间逐渐减小,同时罐内液氢流体晃动幅度也呈现出逐渐减小趋势。尽管运行速度不同,但相同刹车加速度下,流体晃动冲击变化差异并不显著,因此,车辆运行速度并不是影响流体晃动冲击的关键因素。
图1中选取储罐3个关键横向截面,3个截面上不同时刻液氢体积分布如图3所示。结合图2可知:刹车过程中大部分流体先充满前封头区域,随后第一次冲击后回流至后封头区域,接着前后往复晃荡运动,最终在摩擦力等内部作用力下运动逐渐趋于平稳。流体在纵向晃动过程中的分布整体上呈现出一定横向对称性,这是由于横向方向上不存在外力作用来改变流体运动方式和位置,因此,纵向加速度是改变流体前后运动状态的关键因素。
2) 刹车加速度。刹车加速度对液氢晃动过程及前封头受力影响如图4所示。不同刹车加速度对应封头冲击力最大值点从A—E呈现出近乎线性增加趋势,其数值范围从1 200N增加到5 000N。表明刹车越紧急,阻力越大,流体所受到冲击更为猛烈,导致前封头所受冲击力显著增大,说明罐车紧急刹车过程中潜在危险性显著增加。2s时制动加速度降为0,储罐内液氢流体开始进入自由晃动阶段。由于流体与储罐内壁之间存在摩擦及流体内部相互作用,该过程中前封头所受冲击力逐渐减小。因此,刹车阻力产生的加速度是引发储罐流体纵向晃动主要因素。
不同加速度下罐内流体体积分布如图5所示。0.8s时刻,加速度9m/s2对应的储罐前封头区域充填流体最多,此时从左往右该区域流体体积依次增大;1.4s时加速度越大,流体回流向后封头区域更多,且流体回流更早,因此,加速度影响流体运动快慢。1.8和2.4s,加速度为9m/s2时,流体回流过程中晃动幅度最大,更加混乱,刹车作用消失后3种情况下流体回归自由晃动,且晃动周期和晃动幅度更加接近。
图6为25%~90%充装程度下液氢晃动行为对封头冲击力变化。随着充装率从25%增加到75%,封头所受最大冲击力由1 506.4N逐渐增大至3 913.3N,且呈现非线性关系。然而从E—G点变化相对微小,表明减速过程中流体冲击力随着充装率增加而增大,但当充装程度接近90%时,增加幅度逐渐趋于平缓。
曲线L6最快达到冲击力最大值,随着充装率降低,达到峰值时间逐渐延长。1.5s时6条曲线取各自对应点并连接形成曲线LHI,对比可知:90%充装率下,冲击力曲线达到最大值后更快地趋于相对稳定状态,表现为小幅度波动;其他曲线此时仍处于冲击力减小过程中,表现出流体运动滞后性。
2s后流体进入自由晃动阶段,充装率较小流体晃动周期也较小,而充装率较大的流体晃动周期较长。比较点A1—A3可知:充装率小于50%区间内,随着充装率接近50%,同一时刻下晃动冲击力逐渐增大;比较点B1—B3可知:充装率大于50%区间内也呈现出相同趋势,即越接近50%充装率,晃动冲击幅度越大。
图7为不同充装率储罐的晃动状态及流体体积分布。当充装率小于50%时储罐流体晃动程度较为剧烈,而充装率大于50%时储罐流体晃动程度相对较小,尤其充装程度越大时,流体运动空间更小,晃动过程更加平缓。因此,结合经济性和流体受热蒸发膨胀,车载运输多选择90%充装,既保证运输经济效率,又可确保运输平稳性和安全性。
刹车制动引发的晃动冲击不仅会影响储罐使用寿命,剧烈的前后晃动甚至容易导致罐车行驶稳定性受损,从而加剧破损、泄漏、爆炸等潜在安全风险。为有效减轻流体对储罐冲击,设计椭圆形多孔防波板如图8所示。通过分隔流体,减小其运动空间,进而降低对前封头冲击力。
增设防波板前后的前封头及防波板所受冲击力如图9所示。其中,L1代表单个防波板所受冲击力,最大为428.1N;L2代表2个防波板所受冲击力,最大为703.8N。可见:增加防波板的数量能够有效地承受更多冲击力,显著减缓流体对储罐冲击。L3L4L5分别代表2个防波板时前封头所受冲击力、单个防波板时前封头所受冲击力及无防波板时前封头所受冲击力。L3的最大冲击力为2 383.3N,L4最大冲击力为2 610.2N,而L5最大冲击力则高达2 887.4N。计算可知:设置单个防波板时,前封头所受最大冲击力相对减少9.6%,设置2个防波板时相对减少17.5%。因此,防波板显著减小了前封头所受冲击力,特别是刹车后自由晃动过程中,增设防波板后冲击力波动明显较小,表明防波板使得运输过程更为平稳。
车载液氢储罐内部流体体积分布如图10所示。由图10可知:在加速度较大的紧急刹车情况下,增设防波板后流体晃动相较于无防波板更为剧烈,这是由于防波板的阻挡缓冲作用,使得部分流体与之发生碰撞。随后,流体通过孔与下方连通区域涌向前封头区域,有效防止大部分流体第一时间直接冲击该区域,避免储罐受到过大冲击。
在罐车转弯过程中,由于向心力作用导致储罐内液氢产生横向晃动。图11为持续2s内储罐流体横向晃动过程中体积分布及罐壁所受冲击力。流体对罐壁冲击力均在约0.9s时达到最大值,分别为490.7、931.1和1 325.6N。横向加速度越大,流体横向晃动幅度越显著,导致储罐罐壁所受冲击力也更为严重。A—G点展示了6个不同时刻流体体积分布,可知:液氢在横向往复晃动,其晃动幅度逐渐由强转弱并最终趋于平稳,同时流体对罐壁冲击力也随之逐渐减小。
转弯过程中罐车受横向激励作用,流体横向剧烈晃动可能改变罐车整体质心,容易导致发生侧翻风险。因此,设计纵向防波板分隔流体,减小其横向运动空间,减轻流体对罐壁冲击。罐壁与防波板受力曲线如图12所示。储罐内设置H型纵向防波板,罐壁和防波板所受最大冲击力分别为866.2和255.1N。与无纵向防波板对应的最大冲击力1325.6N相比,罐壁所受最大冲击力显著降低,减少34.6%,说明H型防波板能有效阻碍并减缓部分流体冲击,从而降低流体横向晃动对罐壁冲击力。
纵向防波板作用下流体体积分布如图13所示。防波板在减缓流体晃动方面作用显著,0.4s时流体对防波板冲击力达到最大,晃动程度最为剧烈,左半边区域流体在防波板阻隔下继续涌向右半边区域;随后流体1.2s时与右罐壁接触并达到最高位置,而后右边区域流体开始回流向左边,此过程中防波板再次发挥其减缓回流运动作用。最终在防波板和摩擦力共同作用下,流体横向晃动逐渐趋于平缓。
当罐车在转弯时同时刹车,储罐内流体晃动更加混乱,流体转弯刹车时管壁和封头所受冲击力变化曲线如图14所示。罐壁受冲击力0.7s时达到最大值530.9N,而前封头受力1.0s时达到最大值1 186.4N。主要是由于该工况下流体的复杂晃动模式,流体既纵向晃动,同时又横向晃动,流体运动之间相互影响。由于加速度大小和方向差异及纵横向晃动空间不同,前封头与罐壁受力变化呈现出不同变化特征。罐壁受力更快达到最大值,且在2.0s后相较于封头受力更为平稳。
图15为储罐流体在纵横向组合激励作用下的晃动变化分布。大部分流体涌向储罐一个角落区域,晃动方向近似在对角线上,失去了原有对称性分布,其运动特征较单纯刹车和转弯也更为复杂。
1) 相同刹车工况下,罐车行驶速度对储罐内液氢晃动冲击力影响较小,加速度是影响储罐内液氢晃动剧烈程度及储罐冲击力主要因素。此工况下,设置单个横向防波板,前封头所受最大冲击力相对减少9.6%;设置2个防波板时,相对减少17.5%;设置H型纵向防波板后,罐壁最大冲击力相对降低34.6%。因此,防波板能有效分隔液氢晃动空间,显著降低对储罐的冲击,减缓晃动程度,缩短晃动时间,提升罐车行驶的平稳性和安全性。
2) 液氢储罐的充装程度显著影响流体晃动状况。充装率增加至接近90%时最大冲击力值增大,但增加幅度逐渐平缓,液氢晃动相对更平稳;而低充装率时,流体运动空间增大,相互作用减弱,导致晃动幅度加大,尤其越接近50%充装率,晃动冲击幅度越大。因此,合理控制充装率及优化防波板设计对提升液氢储罐的安全性和稳定性至关重要。
