In order to improve the safety cognition level of underground caverns construction workers,safety requirement and safety capability were introduced as mediating variables,and occupational burnout was used as a moderating variable to construct a moderated chain mediation model. A structured questionnaire was designed using 5 scales: risk perception,safety requirement,safety capability,occupational burnout and safety cognition. A questionnaire survey and data analysis were conducted on 312 underground caverns construction workers,and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software were used to test the mediating effect and moderating effect.The results show that risk perception directly and positively affects the safety cognition of underground cavern construction workers,while occupational burnout plays a negative moderating role between the two. Risk perception also affects the safety cognition of construction workers through the independent mediating effect of safety requirement and safety capability,as well as through the chain mediating effect of safety requirement and safety capability. Therefore,motivating and improving the risk perception,safety requirement and safety capability of construction workers,while reducing their occupational burnout,can effectively improve their safety cognition level.

为提高地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平,引入安全需求和安全能力作为中介变量,职业倦怠作为调节变量,构建一个有调节的链式中介模型。采用风险感知、安全需求、安全能力、职业倦怠以及安全认知5种量表设计结构化问卷,以312名地下洞室群施工人员为研究对象进行问卷调查和数据分析,并运用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 26.0软件进行中介效应和调节效应的检验。结果表明:风险感知直接正向影响地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知,职业倦怠在两者之间起负向调节作用;风险感知还会通过安全需求和安全能力的独立中介效应,以及安全需求和安全能力的链式中介效应影响施工人员的安全认知。因此,激励并提高施工人员的风险感知、安全需求和安全能力,同时降低其职业倦怠,可有效提升其安全认知水平。

为提高地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平,引入安全需求和安全能力作为中介变量,职业倦怠作为调节变量,构建一个有调节的链式中介模型。采用风险感知、安全需求、安全能力、职业倦怠以及安全认知5种量表设计结构化问卷,以312名地下洞室群施工人员为研究对象进行问卷调查和数据分析,并运用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 26.0软件进行中介效应和调节效应的检验。结果表明:风险感知直接正向影响地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知,职业倦怠在两者之间起负向调节作用;风险感知还会通过安全需求和安全能力的独立中介效应,以及安全需求和安全能力的链式中介效应影响施工人员的安全认知。因此,激励并提高施工人员的风险感知、安全需求和安全能力,同时降低其职业倦怠,可有效提升其安全认知水平。

In order to improve the safety cognition level of underground caverns construction workers,safety requirement and safety capability were introduced as mediating variables,and occupational burnout was used as a moderating variable to construct a moderated chain mediation model. A structured questionnaire was designed using 5 scales: risk perception,safety requirement,safety capability,occupational burnout and safety cognition. A questionnaire survey and data analysis were conducted on 312 underground caverns construction workers,and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software were used to test the mediating effect and moderating effect.The results show that risk perception directly and positively affects the safety cognition of underground cavern construction workers,while occupational burnout plays a negative moderating role between the two. Risk perception also affects the safety cognition of construction workers through the independent mediating effect of safety requirement and safety capability,as well as through the chain mediating effect of safety requirement and safety capability. Therefore,motivating and improving the risk perception,safety requirement and safety capability of construction workers,while reducing their occupational burnout,can effectively improve their safety cognition level.

我国云、贵、川、藏等西南地区水资源丰富,典型的高山峡谷地形为水电工程的建设提供了得天独厚的条件。地下洞室群是水电工程的关键组成部分,但其施工环境恶劣、施工工序繁琐且风险众多,并且地下洞室群处于相对封闭的空间,施工人员容易产生空间压迫感,这可能导致施工人员对风险和安全的认知出现偏差,从而引发不安全行为,甚至导致施工安全事故的发生[1]。因此,研究风险感知对安全认知的影响,提高施工人员的安全认知水平,进而降低安全事故率,对确保水电工程的安全和高效建设具有重要意义。
目前,国内外学者对认知过程开展了大量相关研究,现代经典认知模型普遍将认知过程划分为获得信息、理解信息、选择响应、采取行动4个阶段[2]。张孟春等[3]在经典认知模型基础上提出发现信息、理解信息、思考应对、选择应对和实施应对的认知过程模型;叶贵等[4]发现建筑工人对风险感知经验的过度依赖容易导致其产生不安全行为;DENG Shuwen等[5]使用多组分析研究常见个体因素下不安全行为的群体认知特征;江新等[6]从复杂系统视角出发,采用系统动力学仿真研究发现,安全认知随时间变化趋势与现实中的遗忘曲线相似;LIU Yang等[2]建立建筑工人安全认知的前因模型为安全认知偏差提供一个新的理论视角;马斯洛需求理论[7]中安全需求包括对生命安全的保障和心理安全的维护,对潜在风险的感知(如坍塌、爆炸、透水等)会影响其工作表现;牛衍亮等[8]发现,高海拔铁路隧道施工中安全风险管理能力对减少事故和提升安全表现具有关键作用,安全风险管理能力的强弱直接影响个体对风险的感知、反应和处理能力;仇国芳等[9]分析安全认知内外情境因素,建立安全认知偏差改善模型,提升建筑工人安全认知。安全认知失效是个体能力无法满足安全需求的结果,只是能力低或需求高并不会导致认知失效。可见:现有研究主要从不安全行为的角度采用计划行为理论、保护动机理论等探讨安全认知过程,忽视风险感知与安全认知之间的相互作用机制,并未考虑安全需求和安全能力2个重要因素,未能全面解释个体在安全认知过程中的复杂性。
鉴于此,笔者拟从风险感知视角出发,以地下洞室群施工人员为研究对象,引入安全需求和安全能力作为中介变量,职业倦怠作为调节变量,采用结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)验证和数据分析,探讨各变量之间的相互作用,揭示从风险感知到安全认知的作用机制,以提高地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平。
风险感知是指个体在地下洞室群施工环境中识别、评估和理解潜在危险或威胁的心理过程和能力[10]。它涉及对危险的直观感受、认知判断以及对可能后果的预测与反应。风险感知不仅受客观环境危险因素的影响,还受到个体的经验、知识、心理状态等多方面的影响[11]。安全认知是指个体对地下洞室群施工环境中潜在安全风险从识别到做出决策的过程,包括对安全规程、风险控制措施和应急处理方法的认识,在工作中采取预防措施和遵守安全规定的意识水平[12]。在由“人-物-环-管”所组成的动态变化的地下洞室群复杂系统中,当施工人员对风险有更清晰的理解和更强的感受时,施工人员更倾向于重视安全规程和防护措施,并积极采取预防性行为以降低事故发生的可能性。较高的风险感知能力有助于施工人员更准确地识别和评估工作环境中的潜在危险,从而增强其安全认知水平。据此,提出假设:
H1:风险感知正向影响施工人员安全认知。
安全需求是指个体在地下洞室群施工环境中对安全和保护的基本要求,涉及保障生命安全、确保工作环境无危险因素、提供必要的安全培训和设备,以及制定和实施有效的安全管理制度[7]等。满足安全需求不仅是实现个人和集体福祉的基础,也是提高工作效率和组织稳定性的关键。较高的风险感知能力使个体和组织能够更准确地识别和评估潜在的安全威胁,从而强化对安全需求的意识和重视程度。因此,增强风险感知能力不仅有助于预防安全事故的发生,还能够更全面和有效地满足安全需求,提升整体安全保障水平。满足安全需求同样可以提升施工人员对施工环境中安全风险的认知水平。据此,提出假设:
H2:安全需求在风险感知与施工人员安全认知之间起到中介作用。
安全能力是指个体在预防、识别、评估和应对地下洞室群施工环境中存在的安全风险所具备的综合素质和技能。包括对安全规程和标准的熟悉程度、应急处理和危机管理的能力、对潜在风险的感知与分析能力,以及实施有效防护措施的能力[14]。当施工人员具备较强的安全技能和知识时,便能够更准确地理解安全规程和防护措施的必要性,并在实际工作中加以应用[13]。因此,较高的安全能力使个体能够更有效地识别、评估和应对潜在的安全风险,从而提升其对安全风险的认知水平。据此,提出假设:
H3:安全能力在风险感知与施工人员安全认知之间起到中介作用。
施工人员更倾向于自己能处在安全环境中完成工作,有利于产生更多的工作积极性。当安全需求强烈时,个体会寻求适当的安全能力来应对潜在的安全威胁[15],在这个过程中,安全需求推动个体去获取和提升安全能力,提升其在面对复杂和变化的工作环境中做出安全决策的能力,进而显著促进安全认知水平的提高。结合上文论述可知:风险感知首先影响安全需求,继而通过安全需求影响安全能力,最终影响施工人员的安全认知。据此,提出假设:
H4:风险感知与施工人员安全认知的关系受到安全需求与安全能力的链式中介作用。
职业倦怠是一种个体在地下洞室群施工环境中精力殆尽的状态,具体表现为身体疲劳、情绪衰落和认知厌倦。在研究职业倦怠中,大部分学者认为,职业倦怠可概括为情绪耗竭、去人性化和个人成就感3个维度[16]。基于此理论,当个体经历职业倦怠时,可能导致注意力不集中、判断力下降,甚至会使个体对工作安全问题的认识变得迟钝或缺乏足够的关注,而影响对施工环境中潜在风险感知能力。此外,倦怠状态下的个体可能会缺乏足够的动机和精力去执行和遵守安全规程,或可能会对安全风险的评估和处理策略产生偏差,从而导致其安全认知水平下降[17]。据此,提出假设:
H5:职业倦怠负向调节风险感知与安全认知之间的关系,即个体职业倦怠水平高时,风险感知对安全认知的正向影响程度降低。
根据假设,构建假设路径,如图1所示,用于开展假设论证与验证性分析。
样本来自云贵川藏10余个大中型水利水电工程,正处于地下洞室群洞室开挖、支护、防水排水、衬砌和设施安装等阶段的施工人员。首先,开展预调查,小范围试用问卷,收集反馈,修改不清晰或容易误解的题目;然后,开展正式调查,通过“问卷星”平台,总计发放问卷350份,建立Excel表格筛选回收问卷数据,剔除无效数据后回收331份,除去回答问题态度不端正的问卷后得到有效问卷312份,有效问卷回收率为89.1%;最后,将整理有效问卷后收集得到的问卷数据导入SPSS 26.0软件,进行描述性统计分析。问卷调查样本信息统计资料见表1
文中包含风险感知、安全需求、安全能力、职业倦怠和安全认知5个变量。为满足各项变量数据信效度要求,在国内外已有的成熟量表基础上,结合地下洞室群施工特点修正研究问卷。量表均采用李克特五点计分法,对调查问题进行打分,1~5分依次代表“完全不符合、比较不符合、不太确定、比较符合、完全符合”。
由于地下洞室群施工环境存在诸多安全隐患,施工人员需要具备较高的风险感知能力来应对。因此,在李广利[10]改进的量表基础上,稍作调整,制定出适用于地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知量表。包括“我时常提醒白己注意作业环境中的风险”等8个测量题项。该量表的Cronbach's α系数等于0.921,根据验证性因子分析(Confirmatory Factor Analysis,CFA)结果显示,卡方自由度比值(χ2/df)=2.63,比较拟合指数(Comparative Fit Index,CFI)=0.93,近似误差均方根(Root Mean Square Error Approximation,RMSEA)=0.03,规范拟合指数(Normed Fit Index,NFI)=0.92,各指数均在合理范围之内,说明量表结构效度良好。
选用周德等[7]编制的安全需求量表,安全需求是马斯洛需求理论中的第2个需求,修订后量表包括“我希望我们领导重视我们的安全”“我希望我们都受过教育”等5个题项。该量表Cronbach's α系数等于0.886,根据验证性因子分析结果显示,χ2/df=2.26,CFI=0.95,RMSEA=0.04,NFI=0.94,各指数均在合理范围之内,说明量表结构效度良好。
选用HOFMANN[14]编制的安全能力量表,对于个体安全能力的量表,反复推敲和优化设问题项、设问语言,最终将题项保留为6个,如“我注重安全技能的学习”“我会不断提升工作生活所需的安全技能”等。该量表Cronbach's α系数等于0.852,根据验证性因子分析结果显示,χ2/df=2.15,CFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.05,NFI=0.93,各指数均在合理范围之内,说明量表结构效度良好。
选用李红霞等[19]编制的安全认知量表,共包含6个题项,如“我对工作中可能存在的突发事件很了解”“我对工作中存在的安全隐患很了解”等。该量表Cronbach's α系数等于0.837,根据验证性因子分析结果显示,χ2/df=2.36,CFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.03,NFI=0.95,各指数均在合理范围之内,说明量表结构效度良好。
选用李超平等[18]修订的马氏倦怠量表中文版本,是目前研究领域广泛使用的职业倦怠测量量表,共包括情绪衰竭、去人性化和个人成就感3个维度共计15个题项,如“工作让我感觉身心俱疲”“早起时想到要开始工作,我感到非常疲惫”“完成一天的工作后我感觉筋疲力竭”等。该量表Cronbach's α系数等于0.877,根据验证性因子分析结果显示,χ2/df=2.23,CFI=0.92,RMSEA=0.04,NFI=0.96,各指数均在合理范围之内,说明量表结构效度良好。
哈曼单因素检验是一种用于检测问卷或调查数据中是否存在共同方法偏差的统计工具,通过因子分析,检查大部分方差是否可以由单一因子解释。如果单一因子解释了大部分的方差,则说明可能存在共同方法偏差;通过观察第一个因子的方差贡献率,如果其方差贡献率超过40%,则可能存在共同方法偏差的问题。经检验,第一个因子方差贡献率为34.5%,因此,可认为不存在严重的共同方法偏差。
利用SPSS 26.0相关性分析4个变量,结果表明:风险感知、安全需求和安全能力间均两两呈显著正相关,均与地下洞室群施工人员安全认知呈显著正相关,相关性分析结果见表2
运用AMOS 26.0进行模型选择与假设检验,对比构建的假设模型、完全中介模型、部分中介模型Ⅰ、部分中介模型Ⅱ及部分中介模型Ⅲ,结果见表3。由表3可知:假设模型各个拟合适配指数最佳,χ2/df=2.015,拟合优度指数(Goodness of Fit Index,GFI)=0.963,RMSEA=0.042,NFI=0.936,标准化残差均方根(Standardized Root Mean Square Residual,SRMR)=0.039。
研究路径检验利用AMOS 26.0软件SEM分析理论模型,检验前4个假设。SEM模型整体拟合度指标基本符合要求,模型运行结果如图2所示。由图2可知:在链式中介效应模型中,风险感知对安全认知有显著正向影响(标准化路径系数β=0.66,显著性概率值p<0.001),支持假设H1。风险感知对安全需求有显著正向影响(β=0.40,p<0.001),安全需求对安全能力有显著正向影响(β=0.39,p<0.001),而安全能力对安全认知有显著正向影响(β=0.33,p<0.001),即风险感知通过影响安全需求提高工人安全能力,从而提高安全认知,支持假设H2、H3
运用SPSS 26.0软件Process宏程序插件Model 6检验中介效应,分析问卷调查收集到的数据,采用偏差校正百分位Bootstrap法完成检验。首先,计算各路径系数,包括自变量对中介变量的影响(路径a)和中介变量对因变量的影响(路径b),同时计算直接效应和总效应。然后,从原始样本N=312份中重复抽取数据(5 000次),每次抽样后计算中介效应a×b。最后,根据Bootstrap抽样结果,计算中介效应的置信区间,如果置信区间不包含0,则中介效应显著。中介效应检验结果见表4,共包括3条中介路径,由表4可知:安全需求和安全能力2个变量的中介效应显著。
1) 第1条中介路径支持假设H2,即风险感知通过安全需求影响安全认知。其中介效应的置信区间为[0.08,0.17],不包含0,表明安全需求的间接中介效应显著。
2) 第2条中介路径支持假设H3,即风险感知通过安全能力影响安全认知。其中介效应的置信区间为[0.09,0.18],不包含0,表明安全能力的间接中介效应显著。
3) 第3条中介路径支持假设H4,即风险感知通过安全需求和安全能力影响安全认知。其中介效应的置信区间为[0.04,0.14],不包含0,表明安全需求和安全能力的间接效应显著。
调节效应是指一个变量对2个变量之间关系的影响,即调节变量改变自变量与因变量关系的强度或方向。调节效应的检验可通过多种方法进行,最常用的是多重回归分析。运用SPSS 26.0中回归分析选项,输入风险感知、安全认知和职业倦怠,检查回归系数和显著性。经检验可知:风险感知与职业倦怠的乘积项对安全认知具有显著负向影响(β=-0.156,p<0.01),说明职业倦怠显著调节了风险感知对安全认知的影响,支持假设H5。职业倦怠的调节效应如图3所示。据此分析调节效应,直观展示不同调节水平下风险感知对安全认知的影响差异。当职业倦怠较高时,风险感知对安全认知的正向影响降低,即职业倦怠负向调节风险感知对安全认知的正向影响。
地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知对其安全认知有正向影响。由于地下有限空间、封闭的施工环境、长时间的工作以及较大的负荷,施工人员中尤其是施工班组工人容易感受到较大的工作压力。研究表明:高压力水平可能会导致工人注意力分散,难以集中在任务上,可能会使得个体更容易受到外部环境干扰的影响,从而影响对风险的安全认知过程[20]。开展定期的安全培训、模拟风险场景演练能提高其对潜在风险的敏感度,确保施工人员能够识别和理解不同情境下的各类风险因素。
地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知通过安全需求的独立中介作用来影响其安全认知。在具有高安全需求的现场安全员和专业技术人员中,自我调节能力和风险感知确实可能更强。因为具有高安全需求的个体通常更能有效地管理自己的情绪和行为,特别是在面对压力和挑战时,能够维持较高的注意力水平,能够迅速识别并评估风险,并采取适当的措施来降低风险,从而确保安全。优化操作流程和标准,针对特定岗位的安全需求,提供相应的技能培训,使其具备必要的专业知识和操作能力,据此可有效提升施工人员安全认知水平。
地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知通过安全能力的独立中介作用影响其安全认知。施工人员对潜在危险和风险的感知直接影响施工人员的安全行为和决策[15]。对于地下洞室群施工的高风险环境,当安全能力作为一个独立的中介变量时,可以解释风险感知如何影响安全认知。具体来说,风险感知通过提升对安全的重视和实施更多的安全措施,从而间接影响安全认知。现场安全员对风险的敏感性就显得至关重要,制定和完善安全规章制度,将安全责任明确分工,形成制度化、标准化的安全管理模式。通过外部学习,培养具备前沿安全技术和管理能力的现场安全员可有效提升安全能力。
地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知能够通过安全需求和安全能力的链式中介作用影响其安全认知。施工人员对潜在风险的识别和感知是影响其安全行为和态度的起点,较高的风险感知意味着施工人员更关注可能发生的危险和安全隐患。高风险感知会增加个体对安全的需求,施工人员在面对高风险环境时,会产生更强烈的安全需求,以确保自身的安全,这种安全需求驱动施工人员更加注重安全相关规范和标准[21]。而安全需求的增加促使施工人员提升自己的安全能力,包括获取更多的安全知识、接受相关培训、改进操作技能等,部门主管则能够制定更有效的措施预防和应对风险,安全能力的提高使得施工人员的安全认知水平得到提高。
研究证实,职业倦怠在风险感知与安全认知之间起负向调节作用。已有研究表明:当施工人员经历职业倦怠时,可能降低工作环境中的风险感知能力,这种倦怠状态容易导致施工人员产生不安全行为[16]。在高职业倦怠的情况下,即使施工人员对风险感知能力较高,也可能会降低施工人员将风险感知转化为有效安全认知的能力。职业倦怠对施工班组工人的影响是尤其显著的,在高压、高风险的工作环境中,职业倦怠会对工人的身心健康、安全行为、工作效率以及团队协作产生显著负面影响。这使得其在处理安全相关信息时效率降低,对安全认知的形成产生负面影响。
综上所述,地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知、安全需求、安全能力和职业倦怠共同作用于安全认知的各个过程。高风险感知促进安全需求,增强安全能力;职业倦怠则可能削弱风险感知对安全认知的正向影响,进而影响安全应对的选择和执行过程,如图4所示。
针对地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平的差异,制定不同类型人员的安全认知水平提升措施有助于保障地下洞室群施工安全:①地下洞室群施工班组工人和专业技术人员应积极参与安全培训教育活动,提升其在复杂环境中识别各类风险的能力,同时避免长时间高强度工作,合理安排工作时间,从而提高安全认知水平。②现场安全员和部门主管应合理安排工人安全需求与安全能力的任务,使能力大于需求,避免安全认知出现偏差,同时根据人员类别采取不同方式教授心理疏导、情绪调节方法,能够降低职业倦怠带来的工作消极、情绪低落等负面影响。
1) 风险感知与安全认知显著正相关,风险感知与安全需求显著正相关,风险感知与安全能力显著正相关,安全需求与安全认知显著正相关,安全能力与安全认知显著正相关,安全需求与安全能力显著正相关。同时,职业倦怠在风险感知与安全认知关系中起负向调节作用。地下洞室群施工人员的风险感知能够通过安全需求和安全能力的链式中介作用影响其安全认知。
2) 制定差异化培训教育提升风险感知、提升安全需求和提高安全能力等措施,有助于提高地下洞室群不同类型施工人员的安全认知水平。未来可进一步研究风险感知机制探索与智能化技术结合相应用,推动安全认知水平管理的精准化和高效化。
