In order to assess the resilience of CPS in airport flight areas and provide a reference for rapid recovery in emergencies,a refined and real-time airport flight area CPS network model with flight area control network as the information network and flight area taxi path network as the physical network was proposed. For CPS network in airfield areas,the connectivity of the network was calculated by selecting the relative values of the largest connected subgraphs. The network's resilience was evaluated by combining robustness,performance loss,and comprehensive resilience indicators. CPS situation in airfield areas under different disturbance recovery strategies was compared to determine the optimal recovery strategy. Taking Xi'an Xianyang Airport flight area CPS as an example,the results show that betweenness perturbation causes the greatest damage to the control network,while degree value perturbation causes the greatest damage to the taxiing path network. Using betweenness recovery can enable faster recovery of CPS resilience in airfield areas,and CPS network of the flight area of the airport shows a higher level of resilience under random perturbation. The research results can simulate and predict relevant nodes and provide certain reference significance for ensuring the safety of flight area operations.

为评估机场飞行区信息物理系统(CPS)的韧性,并为紧急情况下的快速恢复提供参考,以飞行区管制网为信息网,飞行区滑行路径网为物理网,构建精细化、实时化的机场飞行区CPS网络模型;以西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS为例,针对机场飞行区CPS网络,选取最大连通子图相对值计算网络的连通性,并结合鲁棒性、性能损失和综合韧性指标评估网络韧性;对比不同扰动-恢复策略下的机场飞行区CPS情况,以确定出最佳恢复策略。结果表明:介数扰动对管制网破坏最大,度值扰动对滑行路径网破坏最大;采用介数恢复能够使机场飞行区CPS韧性得到较快恢复;在随机扰动下,机场飞行区CPS网络展现出较高的韧性水平。

为评估机场飞行区信息物理系统(CPS)的韧性,并为紧急情况下的快速恢复提供参考,以飞行区管制网为信息网,飞行区滑行路径网为物理网,构建精细化、实时化的机场飞行区CPS网络模型;以西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS为例,针对机场飞行区CPS网络,选取最大连通子图相对值计算网络的连通性,并结合鲁棒性、性能损失和综合韧性指标评估网络韧性;对比不同扰动-恢复策略下的机场飞行区CPS情况,以确定出最佳恢复策略。结果表明:介数扰动对管制网破坏最大,度值扰动对滑行路径网破坏最大;采用介数恢复能够使机场飞行区CPS韧性得到较快恢复;在随机扰动下,机场飞行区CPS网络展现出较高的韧性水平。

In order to assess the resilience of CPS in airport flight areas and provide a reference for rapid recovery in emergencies,a refined and real-time airport flight area CPS network model with flight area control network as the information network and flight area taxi path network as the physical network was proposed. For CPS network in airfield areas,the connectivity of the network was calculated by selecting the relative values of the largest connected subgraphs. The network's resilience was evaluated by combining robustness,performance loss,and comprehensive resilience indicators. CPS situation in airfield areas under different disturbance recovery strategies was compared to determine the optimal recovery strategy. Taking Xi'an Xianyang Airport flight area CPS as an example,the results show that betweenness perturbation causes the greatest damage to the control network,while degree value perturbation causes the greatest damage to the taxiing path network. Using betweenness recovery can enable faster recovery of CPS resilience in airfield areas,and CPS network of the flight area of the airport shows a higher level of resilience under random perturbation. The research results can simulate and predict relevant nodes and provide certain reference significance for ensuring the safety of flight area operations.

航空运输的快速发展提高了机场飞行区运行要求,面对跑道不安全事件[1]、突发自然灾害[2]、设备故障[3]等非常态事件,飞行区内管制网与航空器滑行路径网的信息流交互失调可能导致管制操作复杂、航空器滑行等待时间延长、航班延误甚至取消等现象。因此,分析机场飞行区管制网与滑行路径网2层耦合网络在不同干扰情况下的韧性,可为机场在面临紧急情况时的快速恢复提供帮助,对提升机场运行的整体安全和效率具有重要意义。
信息物理系统(Cyber-Physical Systems,CPS)能够实现具有耦合关系的系统间的交互,即能够感知并控制物体与物理环境的互动[4]。ZHANG Lichen等[5]多维度、多视图、多领域对航空网络物理系统建模,构建了一个多形式化系统;KRISHNA等[6]提出CPS框架,以理解航空网络层的信息和物理交互,从而为飞机、机场、空管等面临的挑战提供解决方案;王海军等[7]从信息物理融合角度出发,建立无人机智能通信框架,优化定位和通信问题;FRANK等[8]分析了CPS的信息流图,检测并解决了机场地面交通冲突;王兴隆等[9]依据空管信息网络和物理网络的耦合关系,为空中交通CPS节点的影响力排序。上述研究表明:信息物理层面相互耦合的系统符合CPS的结构特性,为机场飞行区CPS研究提供了基础。机场飞行区CPS的耦合虽然能够提高网络运行效率,但也使网络在受扰时更脆弱。为缓解这些不利影响,引入韧性概念研究网络从受损至恢复的全过程变化。韧性的概念源于生态学科[10],指系统受到外界扰动后能自适应并逐渐恢复的过程。IP等[11]量化评价了铁路网的脆弱性和韧性,识别网络中的关键道路线路;张雯婕等[12]通过构建网络韧性损失模型,提升了城市轨道交通的可靠性。吕彪等[13]构建全面评价扰动事件影响期内系统性能的韧性指标,描述了路网性能;马敏等[14]针对城市轨道交通网络韧性的不足,通过不同攻击方式和恢复方式对比了网络韧性修复效果的差异;王兴隆等[15-16]建立层次化的贝叶斯网络模型,评价空中交通运输系统的韧性,并提出子图结构韧性概念,以识别空中交通网络模体的特性。上述研究在建模时,未能充分考虑真实系统中的耦合关系和多层网络间的韧性评估。
鉴于此,笔者拟通过CPS理论拓扑抽象机场飞行区2层网络,构建CPS网络模型,并量化相关韧性指标,分析多层网络在不同扰动和恢复策略下的韧性变化,旨在评估机场飞行区CPS韧性,为机场飞行区在紧急情况下的快速恢复提供参考。
根据机场飞行区内航空器滑行路径和管制区域移交关系,建立机场飞行区CPS网络模型。
机场飞行区CPS信息网为管制网。在飞行区内,航空器的运行受塔台管制席、机坪管制席和地面管制席的控制。各管制区域负责指挥其管辖范围内的航空器,而航空器驾驶员则需向相应管制席位报告其位置和运行状态。管制网中,节点代表飞行区内各管制区域中的管制席位,连边代表相邻区域中存在航空器移交关系。
构建信息网时作出以下假设:①不考虑管制区域的高度,管制区域在二维平面坐标系中表示。②一般情况下,航空器在滑行过程中从机坪区域经滑行道区域至跑道区域,或者逆向从跑道区域经滑行道区域至机坪区域。因此,管制区域网络可被视为无向网络。
机场飞行区CPS物理网为航空器滑行路径网。以航空器起飞为例,航空器从机坪滑出,经滑行道滑至跑道入口处等待。此过程中,航空器离开机坪时有机坪管制和地面管制的席位移交,而在滑至跑道入口处时,也存在地面管制和塔台管制的席位移交。在地面滑行中,遇到交叉口处时,同样需要报告给相应的管制席位。滑行路径网的节点代表航空器在滑行过程中需向管制席位报告的点位以及管制席位移交发生的点位,连边代表节点之间的航空器滑行路线。
构建物理网时作出以下假设:①航空器在滑行过程中,拐弯处为弧形,在此处增设运行路径点。②只考虑飞行区内与航空器运行相关的区域,未启用区域和施工区域不纳入考虑。③一般情况下,若航空器能从1个运行路径点通过某路段滑行至另1个运行路径点,则认为航空器也可以沿相同路段从后者滑行至前者,即将网络视为无向网络。
机场飞行区CPS模型展现了管制网和滑行路径网的耦合关系如图1所示。这2个网通过信息传递相互影响,管制网中的席位负责监控和指挥航班滑行,而物理网中的航空器通过雷达、广播式自动相关监视系统(Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast,ADS-B)和通信频率将数据反馈至管制网。这种交互能够确保飞行区航空器的高效和顺畅运作。
构建网络模型时,集合G={VεCεPCP}表示机场飞行区CPS网络,其中,集合V={Vii={1,2,…,n}}为飞行区CPS网络中所有的节点;Vi为网络中节点;εCεPV×V为网络中边集,(ViVj)∈εC为CPS信息网中从节点Vi到节点Vj的有向连边;(ViVj)∈εP为CPS物理网中从节点Vi到节点Vj的有向连边。
C= C i j N × NG(Cij∈[0,+∞))的信息邻接矩阵,其中,Cij表示节点ViVj的连接关系:Cij=1表示节点Vi与节点Vj有连边,Cij=0表示节点Vi与节点Vj无连边。P= P i j N × NG(Pij∈[0,+∞))的物理邻接矩阵,其中,Pij表示节点ViVj的连接关系:Pij=1表示节点Vi与节点Vj有连边,Pij=0表示节点Vi与节点Vj无连边。
机场飞行区CPS韧性描述了网络整体系统在扰动事件后能够自适应并逐渐恢复至平稳状态的能力。扰动事件下的系统性能水平变化如图2所示,整个变化趋势分为3个阶段和5类状态。在预防准备阶段:t0<t<ta时段,系统处于初始稳定状态,未受非常态事件影响,系统功能保持在初始值;在ta<t<td时段,系统在ta时刻受到扰动,进入性能波动状态,此时系统尚未对非常态事件作出反应,系统功能值有所下降,但仍维持在一个稳定水平。在非常态事件持续影响阶段:td<t<tr时段,系统受非常态事件的影响处于衰弱状态,系统性能持续下降,并在tr时刻达到最低值,此时系统功能处于最差水平;tr<t<tns时段,由于系统的自适应能力,系统功能逐渐改善,并随时间推移而上升。在新稳定阶段,即t>tns时段,系统经过恢复后进入新的稳定状态,此时系统达到一个新的稳定水平,可能低于初始值,该过程主要体现了系统的可恢复性。
在评估飞行区CPS韧性时,通过最大连通子图相对值计算网络受扰前后的节点数,以衡量网络连通性,并结合鲁棒性、性能损失和综合韧性指标等评估系统对扰动的吸收能力。
1) 最大连通子图相对值。在机场飞行区CPS网络中,该指标可反映系统整体状态和性能,能通过最大连通部分的节点数与受到干扰之前网络总节点数的比值确定:

式中:N为初始状态下管制网以及航空器滑行路径网中的节点总数;N'为受到非常态事件干扰后,管制网和滑行路径网中最大连通部分所包含的节点数;M为最大连通子图相对值,取值为[0,1],越接近于1表明网络的连通度越好,越接近于0表明网络在受到破坏后的完整度越差。
2) 鲁棒性。衡量当机场飞行区CPS网络受到扰动时,仍能保持网络稳定和正常运行的能力,计算如下:

式中:LOP(t)为离散函数,表示性能损失(Loss of Performance,LOP)值随时间t的变化;R为在所有可能的扰动情况下,系统性能下降的最小值。
3) 破坏速率。由破坏阶段(Disruption Phase,DP)曲线的平均斜率确定,反映了机场飞行区CPS网络受扰后性能损失的快慢程度,计算如下:

式中:SDP为破坏速率; KDP为在衰弱状态(即td<t<tr)检测到的线段数量;i为此阶段的第i条线段;LOP(ti)为此阶段第i条线段上的LOP值。
4) 恢复速率。系统在恢复阶段(Recovery Phase,RP)的平均斜率反映了扰动消失后机场飞行区CPS网络恢复的快慢程度,计算如下:

式中:SRP为恢复速率;KRP为在恢复状态(即tr<t<tns)所检测到的线段数量。
5) LOP。LOP由机场飞行区CPS网络受扰前后LOP(t)曲线围成的面积来量化,计算如下:

6) 单位时间性能损失(Performance Loss Per Unit Time,TL)。当机场飞行区CPS网络遭受外界干扰而产生性能损失时,这种损失在扰动发生后的衰弱状态及恢复状态中都对系统造成持续影响,因而引入单位时间性能损失,以衡量系统在不同时间点的性能下降程度,计算如下:
在衰弱状态下:

式中TLDP和TLRP分别为在衰弱状态和恢复状态下的单位时间性能损失。
7) 整体恢复速率(Recovery Rate,RA)。该指标为机场飞行区CPS网络在扰动消失后恢复的快慢程度,计算如下:

8) 综合韧性指标(General Resilience Indicator,GR)。为机场飞行区CPS在衰弱状态至恢复状态的韧性评价值,计算如下:

机场飞行区系统在遭受非常态事件干扰时,其反应会因事件的破坏程度而异。轻微破坏可能仅导致部分席位和滑行节点失效,进而引发航班延误或延迟起飞,但飞行区仍可低效运行。严重破坏则导致航班无法正常起降,系统性能迅速下降,甚至可能需要关闭机场。通过随机及蓄意扰动2种形式模拟网络受到破坏时的反应。随着非常态事件导致的破坏逐渐消散,系统性能逐渐恢复,即机场容量逐渐恢复至正常水平。
恢复过程中,2层网络的节点和其对应连边逐渐恢复,机场飞行区CPS韧性评估流程如图3所示。
飞行区CPS网络节点失效与恢复的规则如下:
1) 采取随机扰动和蓄意扰动2种方式,其中蓄意扰动包括基于度值、介数和强度3种方式。随着扰动强度的减弱,采用随机恢复和蓄意恢复2种方法增强网络的韧性,蓄意恢复同样包括度值、介数和强度3种方式。
2) 当机场飞行区CPS网络受到扰动时,假设在时刻td有10%的节点失效,下一时刻td+(tr-td)/4又增加了10%的节点失效,以10%节点数递增,直至在时刻tr有50%的节点失效。扰动消散后,网络性能在时刻tr后开始恢复,恢复比例与扰动阶段的比例保持相同,当所有失效节点恢复至初始状态至100%时结束。
3) 机场飞行区CPS的韧性评估采用综合韧性值分析在4种扰动及4种恢复方式下最大连通子图相对值的变化趋势。
构建西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS模型,其中,CPS信息网包含40个管制席位点和12条边;CPS物理网包含95个移交点和报告点,294条边。2层网络系统相互耦合,构成一个高度综合且复杂的多维CPS系统。
图4为管制网(信息网)在随机、度值、介数和强度4种扰动及恢复情况下的最大连通子图相对值。整体趋势分析表明:由度值和介数扰动引起的网络性能下降幅度显著高于随机和强度扰动。这一趋势表明:在度值和介数扰动下,管制网络更易遭到破坏,节点流量受阻导致网络通信能力下降。
在扰动阶段,可以得到管制网的扰动在t=2时开始,并在t=12时下降到最低值,此时不同扰动方式的指标值为:随机扰动0.419 57,度值扰动0.072 46,介数扰动0.057 97,强度扰动0.318 84。且介数扰动下,最大连通子图相对值显示出领先下降趋势,并且最终达到最低值,表明下降幅度最大。综上所述,管制网在介数扰动下其破坏程度较为严重且在相同情况下具有较快的破坏速度,因此,应优先保护管制网中介数大的管制移交点。
图5为滑行路径网(物理网)在随机、度值、介数和强度4种扰动及恢复情况下的最大连通子图相对值。整体趋势分析表明:由度值和介数扰动导致的最低值远低于随机和强度扰动,表明这2种扰动对网络影响更大。虽然随机扰动和强度扰动引起的性能下降较为平缓,但在特定时刻也出现明显下降。
扰动从t=2开始,至t=12达到最低点,此时滑行路径受阻严重,南北跑道连通性差,航空器运行流量减少。不同扰动方式的指标值为:随机扰动0.405 43,度值扰动0.022 87,介数扰动0.068 37,强度扰动0.302 58。因此,度值扰动下最大连通子图相对值的下降速度最快,且下降值最小。综上,度值扰动对滑行路径网破坏严重且速度快,应优先保护度值大的滑行路径点以增强网络韧性。
西安咸阳机场飞行区CPS在4种扰动下的网络性能损失如图6所示。其中介数扰动对管制网破坏最大,损失为3.662 5;度值扰动对滑行路径网破坏最大,损失为4.597 2。
计算图4图5中2层网络的最大连通子图相对值,得出机场飞行区CPS管制网和滑行路径网的网络韧性评价值,结果如图7所示。管制网在受到介数扰动下,其综合韧性评价值最小,表明在介数扰动的扰动下,管制网韧性较差,易出现管制瘫痪。管制网在受到度值扰动时,其综合韧性评价值最小,表明在度值扰动的干扰下,滑行路径网的韧性数据较差,CPS网络中的节点易发生失效,导致航空器滑行受阻。恢复阶段,机场飞行区CPS网络在随机扰动后,在度值和介数的恢复下,其韧性值较大,表明其具有较好的恢复性;而4种扰动条件下,基于介数恢复的韧性评价值均优于其他3组,表明在扰动发生后采取介数恢复能加速网络恢复,从而有效保障飞行安全并提升网络性能。这一结果为航空领域网络管理与维护提供了有益参考,有助于提升飞行区CPS网络的稳定性和抗扰动能力。
综上所述,机场飞行区CPS网络应对管制区介数较大的区域实施重点保护,以确保导航和通信功能的稳定运行;应对滑行路径网中度值较大的滑行路径移交点实施重点保护,以确保相关路段的顺畅通行,并在受扰后迅速修复或移交至相邻移交点。这样使得网络在受到外界干扰时,会提前对相应区域及滑行路径发出预警,并根据破坏程度予以恰当的解决方案,从而减少因外界因素引起延误和经济损失等。在规划新机场时,通过合理的模拟预测,对可能出现损害的相关节点提前做好处理预案,以确保航空器运行安全。
1) 介数扰动对管制网络的破坏性最大,度值扰动对滑行路径网络的破坏性最大。
2) 随机扰动下的机场飞行区CPS网络韧性最大。在恢复过程中采用介数恢复策略,可以较好地提升网络韧性,加快网络恢复至稳定状态。
3) 下一步研究将引入更多指标和维度,深入探究机场飞行区CPS网络的韧性,并分析多个维度之间的相互耦合关系,如网络的可达性、运输量等方面。
