To achieve scientific prevention and control of avalanche disasters in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau, a dynamic deduction and assessment model for avalanche hazard chains was developed, focusing on a high-frequency avalanche site along National Highway G219. A foundational geospatial dataset was first constructed using high-resolution digital elevation models, multi-source remote sensing imagery, and field survey data to support numerical modeling. Building upon snowpack instability mechanisms and physical kinematic theory, a multi-factor-driven model was established to quantify key physical parameters of avalanche processes, including flow trajectories, dynamic characteristics, and deposit morphologies. The SEEP/W model was then employed to evaluate the internal seepage stability of avalanche-induced natural dams under different water-level gradients. Finally, the Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System (HEC-RAS) hydrodynamic model was used to simulate the post-breach flood propagation, calculating critical variables such as downstream water levels and flow velocities. Results reveal that the dynamic modeling method proposed in this study can quantitatively characterize the evolution of the hazard chain: avalanches in this region are characterized by dense snowpack, high flow velocities, and strong impact forces, with deposited material prone to obstructing adjacent rivers and forming temporary dammed lakes. These provisional dams exhibit poor structural stability and are highly susceptible to rapid breaching, generating destructive floods that pose severe inundation threats to downstream infrastructure and nearby settlements.

为科学防控藏东南高原雪崩灾害,以G219国道某雪崩高发点为研究对象,构建雪崩灾害链动力学推演评估模型。首先,基于高精度数字高程模型、多源遥感影像及实地勘测数据构建基础地理数据集;其次,结合雪崩失稳崩塌机理与物理运动学方法,建立多环境因素驱动的雪崩过程物理特征计算模型,提取运动路径、动力特征及堆积体形态等关键参数;然后,采取SEEP/W模型量化分析雪崩堰塞体在不同水位梯度下的内部渗流稳定性;最后,通过水文工程中心河流分析系统(HEC-RAS)模型模拟堰塞体溃决后的洪水演进过程,计算流域下游水位与流速等关键物理量。结果表明:文中所构建的动力学建模方法能够量化表征灾害链演化过程:藏东南地区雪崩灾害具有积雪密度大、流速快、冲击力强等特征,积雪堆积体易堵塞邻域河流形成堰塞湖;积雪堆积坝体稳定性差,短期内溃决风险高,洪水对下游基础设施和村落构成严重冲淹威胁。

为科学防控藏东南高原雪崩灾害,以G219国道某雪崩高发点为研究对象,构建雪崩灾害链动力学推演评估模型。首先,基于高精度数字高程模型、多源遥感影像及实地勘测数据构建基础地理数据集;其次,结合雪崩失稳崩塌机理与物理运动学方法,建立多环境因素驱动的雪崩过程物理特征计算模型,提取运动路径、动力特征及堆积体形态等关键参数;然后,采取SEEP/W模型量化分析雪崩堰塞体在不同水位梯度下的内部渗流稳定性;最后,通过水文工程中心河流分析系统(HEC-RAS)模型模拟堰塞体溃决后的洪水演进过程,计算流域下游水位与流速等关键物理量。结果表明:文中所构建的动力学建模方法能够量化表征灾害链演化过程:藏东南地区雪崩灾害具有积雪密度大、流速快、冲击力强等特征,积雪堆积体易堵塞邻域河流形成堰塞湖;积雪堆积坝体稳定性差,短期内溃决风险高,洪水对下游基础设施和村落构成严重冲淹威胁。

To achieve scientific prevention and control of avalanche disasters in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau, a dynamic deduction and assessment model for avalanche hazard chains was developed, focusing on a high-frequency avalanche site along National Highway G219. A foundational geospatial dataset was first constructed using high-resolution digital elevation models, multi-source remote sensing imagery, and field survey data to support numerical modeling. Building upon snowpack instability mechanisms and physical kinematic theory, a multi-factor-driven model was established to quantify key physical parameters of avalanche processes, including flow trajectories, dynamic characteristics, and deposit morphologies. The SEEP/W model was then employed to evaluate the internal seepage stability of avalanche-induced natural dams under different water-level gradients. Finally, the Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System (HEC-RAS) hydrodynamic model was used to simulate the post-breach flood propagation, calculating critical variables such as downstream water levels and flow velocities. Results reveal that the dynamic modeling method proposed in this study can quantitatively characterize the evolution of the hazard chain: avalanches in this region are characterized by dense snowpack, high flow velocities, and strong impact forces, with deposited material prone to obstructing adjacent rivers and forming temporary dammed lakes. These provisional dams exhibit poor structural stability and are highly susceptible to rapid breaching, generating destructive floods that pose severe inundation threats to downstream infrastructure and nearby settlements.

全球气候变暖正加速破坏高原地区的冰雪平衡[1-2],积雪消融加速、结构稳定性下降,雪崩灾害频率和强度日益增加。雪崩具有随机性高、突发性强、破坏力大等特点,每年直接造成约250人死亡[3],对区域生态系统与重大基础设施构成严重威胁[4-6]。西藏高原交通强国战略推进背景下,川藏、新藏、滇藏铁路及G318、G219公路等重大工程相继布局,交通网络完善与流量增长加剧了雪崩风险后果。尤为严峻的是,西藏高原每十年升温0.3~0.4℃(约为全球均值的2倍)[7],雪崩灾害防控形势日趋紧迫。2023年1月17日,林芝派墨公路多雄拉隧道出口雪崩造成28人遇难、10余公里道路损毁,投入救援人员超1 300人次、机械设备236台[8];2025年3月2日,墨脱县路段突发5处雪崩,约5 km道路被埋,45辆车、115人被困。因此,深入研究高原雪崩的孕灾机理与演化过程,对科学防控及灾害损失最小化具有重要意义。
藏东南地区是国家能源、生态和国土安全战略要地,频发的高原雪崩严重影响区域稳定发展。极端高寒气候与高陡地质岩土条件综合作用下,藏东南雪崩演化致灾过程复杂,防控难度大,易诱发滑坡、泥石流、洪水等次生灾害,形成破坏性更强、影响区域更广的灾害链[9-10]。2014年以来,雅鲁藏布江色东普流域发生9次河道堵塞事件,其中5次源于冰雪崩诱发泥石流;2018年10月17日,海拔约6 000 m冰川崩塌,巨大冰岩物质堵塞雅鲁藏布江,堰塞湖水位2天内迅速上涨并于10月19日自然溢坝,溃决洪峰流量达3.2×104 m3/s[11]。灾害链是指致灾因子间存在因果关联的多级灾害序列,具有多米诺骨牌效应[12-13],通常由初始事件触发次生过程,影响范围和危害程度沿链累积扩大[14-16]。典型非冰雪灾害链包括2008年汶川地震引发的地震-滑坡-堰塞湖及地震-滑坡-泥石流灾害链[17-18]、2023年,台风“塔利姆”引发的台风-暴雨-洪水灾害链[19],均造成重大人员伤亡与经济损失。冰雪灾害链演化特征更为复杂,数值模拟方法已部分揭示其动态演变过程。Mergili等[20]采用r.avaflow框架回溯分析了1962年和1970年秘鲁华斯卡兰山雪崩事件,初始冰崩-岩崩在峡谷中演变为高速泥石流并引发远距离灾难性洪水;Zhuang Yu等[21]采用三维滑坡动力分析模型(Dynamic Analysis of Landslides in Three Dimensions,DAN3D)和三维流体动力学数值模拟软件FLOW-3D复现了2000年西藏易贡特大型雪崩-堰塞湖-洪水灾害链,该雪崩体体积约1×108 m3,运动过程中裹挟冰岩物质演化为超10 km的高速碎屑流,最终形成体积达3×108 m3的堆积体。然而,现有研究多聚焦于超特大型、多相态雪崩事件及其灾害链单一灾种致灾过程[22-23],藏东南地区更为频发的中等规模、单相态冰雪雪崩灾害,尤其在深切峡谷-河流水域-交通廊道高度叠置的独特孕灾环境下,其诱发的雪崩-堰塞湖-洪水灾害链在建模推演与灾损量化方面尚待深入。
鉴于此,笔者拟以藏东南高原雪崩灾害高发区为研究对象,提出雪崩-堰塞湖-洪水灾害链动力学建模分析方法,采用高精度地形与实地调研数据构建基础地理信息数字场景,建立快速块体运动模拟(Rapid Mass Movement Simulation,RAMMS)、基于有限元法的土体渗流数值分析模型SEEP/W及水文工程中心河流分析系统(Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System,HEC-RAS)等多模型协同动力学建模框架,定量模拟雪崩灾害链各阶段链式演化地理过程,实现灾害链动态耦合分析与灾损量化评估,以期为藏东南高原雪崩灾害链防控决策提供科学支撑。
以藏东南高原G219国道察墨段(图1a)雪崩灾害频发点位为研究对象。该区域毗邻中印边境,平均海拔约4 380 m,平均坡度32.77°,雪崩路径区与堆积区紧邻G219国道和达勒珠曲隆河。雪崩一旦发生,将破坏交通基础设施导致战略通道中断,堵塞河流引发次生洪水,威胁下游村落居民生命财产安全。选取2024年4月25日该区域发生的雪崩灾害链为研究案例,边坡高陡高位积雪在山顶区域失稳崩塌,在超千米高差作用下沿雪崩槽高速冲击至山底,并在平缓地带形成扇形堆积区。部分积雪堆积体堵塞河流并冲击至河对岸国道,形成堰塞湖导致河流水位快速抬升,积雪坝体溃决后引发下游洪水。针对该区域典型中小型雪崩灾害链事件,建立技术路线,如图1b所示。基于数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model, DEM)、Sentinel-2遥感卫星影像及实地勘测数据构建精细化地理场景数据集;耦合雪崩失稳崩塌机理与物理运动学方法,采用RAMMS模型模拟多环境因子驱动下的雪崩动力过程,定量分析运动路径、速度场分布及堆积体形态特征;利用SEEP/W模型评估堰塞体在不同水位梯度下的稳定性;基于HEC-RAS水动力学模型模拟溃坝洪水演进过程,量化下游水位变化、流速及淹没范围等关键水文参数。
RAMMS模型在雪崩动力学模拟方面具有显著优势,可精确描述雪崩触发、运动及堆积阶段的动力学特征[24]。高精度数字高程模型是动力学建模与数值模拟的基础输入数据;在先进陆地观测卫星全球三维数字地表模型(Advanced Land Observing Satellite World 3D,ALOS World 3D ) 5 m空间分辨率DEM数据基础上,采用双线性插值方法[25]重采样,以提高地形数据的空间解析度,生成1 m分辨率的高精度DEM数据。雪崩释放源区域空间分布特征由雪崩源释放深度dr、崩塌区面积Ar、崩塌源体积V0等关键参数表征。其中,V0通过现场勘测堆积区积雪体积反算估计;Ar结合卫星与无人机遥感影像观测山顶高位积雪崩塌痕迹计算;dr由V0Ar反推,计算如下:

基于上述释放源参数,采用RAMMS雪崩动力学模型模拟藏东南高原雪崩运动过程。该模型基于Voellmy摩擦模型[26-27]构建,将雪崩视为非牛顿流体层流或紊流,摩擦阻力由库仑摩擦项和湍流摩擦项组成,计算如下:

式中:S为摩擦阻力,Pa;μ为摩擦因数;N为法向应力,Pa;μN为库仑摩擦项;ρ为雪崩流体密度,kg/m3;g为重力加速度,m/s2;v为雪崩流体速度,m/s;$\xi $为湍流摩擦因数,m/s2;ρgv2/$\xi $为湍流摩擦项。基于中国逐日25km雪密度产品[28-29]与现场实测数据,设定ρ为190 kg/m3;μ和$\xi $采用基于DEM的空间分布值,即根据海拔高度、坡度角及曲率等地形特征动态确定。法向应力N计算如下:

式中:h为雪崩流体厚度,m;$\varphi $为坡度角,(°)。雪崩流体经释放区、路径区下滑后于堆积区形成堆积体,易堵塞邻域河流形成堰塞体。堰塞体几何形态和物理特性直接影响其稳定性及溃决洪水灾害特征。基于RAMMS模拟结果得到堰塞体的地理覆盖范围与位置信息,通过堆积区厚度场积分计算体积如下:

式中:Vd为堰塞体体积,m3;h(x,y)为堰塞体在点(x,y)处厚度,m;Ad为堰塞体覆盖面积,m2。堰塞体表面坡度$\varphi $计算如下:

式中$\frac{\partial z}{\partial x}$$\frac{\partial z}{\partial y}$分别为沿x、y轴的高程变化率。坡度计算结果精准描述堰塞体几何形态,为动态稳定性分析提供关键参数。
SEEP/W模型是基于有限元法的渗流分析模型[30],用于积雪堰塞体阻塞河道水流动过程的稳定性分析。基于实地调研数据识别堆积体内部及其基底介质的水文地质特征,确定渗透系数kx,ky及相关水力学控制参数;结合堆积体物理组成与几何形态,构建反映材料分布与结构异质性的分区化二维剖面模型,取顺河流主轴向剖面为研究对象。
剖面模型采用非结构化三角形有限元单元划分,通过网格加密提升堰塞体上游入流、下游出流边界及层间材料过渡界面的离散能力。模型引入质量守恒方程在非稳态渗流条件下的二维控制微分方程[31]为:

式中:H为水头,m;kx、ky分别为x、y方向渗透系数,m/s;Q为单位体积的外部流量强度,s-1;θ为单位体积含水量;t为时间,s。
数值求解时,式(6)在SEEP/W模型中离散转化为矩阵形式[32]:

式中:C为储水矩阵,表示单位水头变化引起的含水量变化;hn为有限元节点水头向量;K为渗透系数矩阵;R为有限元节点外部流量输入向量。
开展非稳态(瞬态)渗流分析,模拟水位上升过程中堰塞体内部孔隙水压力分布和浸润线位置演变。将上游水位抬升划分为初期上升、中期上升、高位及漫顶4个阶段,各阶段在统一边界条件和初始条件下独立求解,确保动态水力过程连续性与阶段性特征的完整表征。阶段性模拟系统反映上游水位演变对堰塞体渗流场时空分布的影响,为溃决洪水推演提供基础数据。
采用HEC-RAS水动力模型[33]模拟堰塞湖溃决洪水演进过程。构建耦合式三维地形-水动力模型,实现RAMMS雪崩模拟结果与HEC-RAS的有效联动。
将RAMMS模拟所得雪崩堆积体DEM导入HEC-RAS,基于河流水文特性实地调研结果,设定堰塞体上游河流流量为Q0。结合地形坡度与河流流量,堰塞湖水域边界设定于距堰塞体上游L1处(如1.5 km),溃堤洪水淹没影响区边界设定于堰塞体下游L2处(如5 km)。基于雪崩堆积区DEM数据构建堰塞体几何形态模型,定义溃口位置与形态;设定溃口水位为${\zeta }_{0}$,当上游水位达到该阈值时触发溃决并释放洪水。
HEC-RAS采用二维水流模拟方法,基于浅水方程组数值求解[34-35]。浅水方程组由连续性方程和动量方程组成,连续性方程为:

式中:y为水深,m;u为水流速度,m/s;▽·为散度算子。动量方程为:

式中:zb为床面高程,m;Fm为床面摩擦阻力,m2/s2。通过求解上述方程,HEC-RAS有效模拟溃决洪水动力学传播过程,量化水流速度、深度及其变化[36],为雪崩诱发洪水灾害风险预警和防控提供科学依据。
RAMMS模拟间隔10 s雪崩流体厚度如图2所示,图2呈现了雪崩释放源积雪进入达勒珠曲隆河前不同时间点的空间分布特征。其中,T为雪崩运动时长,s。由图2可知:雪崩完整运动时长为99 s,过程可解构为3阶段:①初始阶段(时间T=0~20s)。雪崩体于海拔约4 500 m源区剪应力失稳,沿自西向东方向快速下滑。②地形耦合阶段(T=20~50s)。雪崩流受山谷地形约束,在海拔约3 380 m处运动向量产生约45°偏转。③流体沉积阶段(T=50~99s)。雪崩流在冲积扇地貌单元(坡度角约28°)受地形辐散效应影响,动能骤降。T=70s时,积雪体进入达勒珠曲隆河,形成总体积约1.45×105 m3的喇叭状沉积体,完全堵塞主河道,形成体积约8 550 m3的堰塞体,中心坐标为(96°12'32″E,29°24'32″N)。RAMMS模拟的堆积分布、滑动距离等参数与遥感影像目视解译结果存在偏差:一方面,源于模型建模误差;另一方面,堆积体积雪物理演化过程加剧了观测偏差。如溃决洪水短期内冲刷搬运堰塞体及冲积扇边缘积雪,且冲积扇区域保留有先前雪崩事件(4月25日前)残留未融积雪,导致模拟积雪边界与4月27日遥感影像观测边界存在差异。
RAMMS模拟雪崩过程的多变量空间分布如图3所示。垂向发育过程呈现显著地形响应特征,滑动距源头约1.5 km处沟谷收缩段受3侧山体夹持,产生地形阻塞效应,流体厚度达峰值29.52 m;运动至冲积扇过渡带时,因地形坡度急剧降低,堆积高度降至5.21 m。速度变化方面,积雪滑坡体初始阶段逐渐加速,在海拔3 486 m处记录到峰值68.25 m/s,归因于该处陡峭坡面重力加速度作用;进入冲积扇区域后,受地形展宽和摩擦阻力共同影响,速度逐步下降并于山脚处堆积。海拔3 480~3 550 m范围内观测到最大流动压力884.97 kPa,最大流动压力的空间分布与最大流动速度模拟结果高度一致,即侵蚀深度最大区域与高速区范围基本吻合。
实地调研显示,雪崩堆积区覆盖河道区域的河床及岸坡土壤类型为砂质壤土,具有良好的排水性和通透性。雪崩堆积形成的堰塞体表现出独特的渗流特性与稳定性特征,堰塞体内部孔隙水压力变化过程如图4所示。上游水位抬升过程中,砂质壤土层(透水性强)与雪崩堆积体(透水性弱)的孔隙水压力呈现显著差异,前者随水位上升增长较快,后者因密实结构限制增长较缓。垂直方向上孔隙水压力自上而下递增,主要由于重力作用下渗流路径集中于下部砂质壤土层。上述渗透性差异导致约95 %的河水通过底部河床砂质壤土层渗流,形成稳定地下径流通道。堰塞体整体呈扁平形态,坝高约2 m,顶宽约50 m,宽高比达25∶1。结合达勒珠曲隆河流低流量(Q0=10m3/s)特性,水流冲击力不足以破坏坝体结构,最终发生漫坝。
基于HEC-RAS水动力模型模拟洪水演进过程,上游河流流量Q0为10 m3/s,溃口水位${\zeta }_{0}$为3 051.6 m。堰塞湖溃决引发不同监测点水位抬升变化如图5所示,不同监测点洪水到达时间及最大淹没深度见表1。监测点M1水文响应敏感,洪水到达时间仅2 h15min,最大淹没深度12.47 m,与其毗邻河道主槽且地势低洼的地理特征紧密相关。M1—M2河段坡降较缓且河道两侧存在平缓漫滩,洪水扩散滞蓄导致监测点M2洪水到达时间显著滞后至28 h50min。监测点M5洪水到达时间最晚(41 h30min),最大淹没深度仍达11.37 m,受河道回水顶托与局部地形洼地共同作用,形成典型滞后型高水位淹没。
堰塞体溃坝后洪水最大深度与最大流速分布如图6所示,图中部分河段伪断流现象归因于河道宽度过窄与模拟精度限制。洪泛区最大淹没深度13.26 m,集中于堰塞体下游(雪崩冲积扇前沿)平坦地带,该处淹没深度较大是由于堰塞体下游1 km处峡谷收缩段地形的压缩效应导致上游水体显著壅高。G219国道M1—M5路段洪水深度超2.5 m区域占比约40%,已超过路基临界抗淹阈值,严重威胁道路结构稳定性。流速场空间分异特征显示:洪峰流速峰值3.87 m/s出现在堰塞体溃口处,受高差影响形成高速水流集中区;其余区域流速趋于平缓,基本维持在1.5 m/s以下,部分峡谷收缩段流速小幅增高至2.8 m/s。
1) 构建的动力学建模方法能量化表征雪崩-堰塞湖-洪水灾害链演化过程。中等规模雪崩堆积体虽体量有限,但在深切峡谷中易形成临时堰塞体堵塞河流,并在短时间内溃决引发洪水,呈现突发性强、演化速率快、影响范围广等特点。
2) 堰塞体稳定性受材料组成与基底介质特性共同控制,介质渗透性差异是失稳关键因素。砂质壤土基底层构成主要渗流通道(约95%渗流量),上覆积雪坝体虽不致瞬间冲毁,却极易在高水位条件下漫坝溃决。洪水演进模拟揭示洪峰水流对下游交通基础设施具有显著冲击风险,约40%区域水深超路基临界阈值,可能导致道路结构破坏与交通中断。
3) 当前研究存在3点局限:①未能充分考虑雪崩物质结构特征(如粒径分布与密度变异);②受遥感数据精度限制,未能实现超高分辨率模拟(如无人机航测);③缺乏雪崩灾害链关键参数间统计关系分析(如雪崩动能与堰塞体体积)。未来研究需融合物性非均质建模与超高精度动态模拟方法,构建关键参数量化关系模型,深化对雪崩灾害链演化机制与动力学过程的理解。
