Data reliability is essential for accurate identification of coal mine disaster risks. To accurately evaluate the data reliability of coal mine disaster monitoring and early warning systems, relevant policies, regulations, standards and literatures including the One Regulation and Four Detailed Rules were systematically reviewed, and a reliability evaluation method for coal mine disaster monitoring systems was proposed by integrating big data and GIS spatial analysis technology. The method was verified via field practice in disaster prevention and control at a coal mine in Shanxi Province. Results indicate that extracting the characteristics of imprecision, heterogeneity and conflict from multi-source monitoring information is the core to accurately identify unreliable data, including over-limit values, equipment failures, missing information, positional errors and abnormal frequencies. A reliability evaluation index system covering 3 primary categories (legitimacy, compliance and rationality) and 437 subcategories is constructed, which can fully restore multi-source associated information of the monitoring system throughout its full life cycle. During normal production in February 2025 at the test mine, 56 753 pieces of unreliable information were identified by this method, with a 100% accuracy rate verified by manual inspection. Furthermore, this method can dynamically assess whether existing mine monitoring systems meet disaster early warning requirements during the data preprocessing stage, and timely prompt mine maintenance and system upgrading.

数据可靠性对精准判识煤矿灾害风险至关重要,为准确评价煤矿灾害监测预警系统的数据可靠性,通过梳理“一规程四细则”等相关政策法规、标准规范和文献资料,融合大数据和地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析技术,提出一套煤矿灾害监测系统可靠性评价方法,并在山西某煤矿开展灾害防治现场实践验证。结果表明:从灾害监测系统多源信息中提取不精确性、异类性与冲突性特征,是精准识别超限、失效、信息缺失、位置错误、频率异常等多类不可靠信息的核心关键。构建涵盖合法性、合规性、合理性3大类437小类的煤矿灾害监测系统可靠性评价指标体系,最大程度上还原煤矿灾害监测系统全寿命周期内的多源关联信息;试验矿井2025年2月正常生产期间,该方法共识别出不可靠信息56 753条,经人工核实评价准确率为100%。文中方法可在灾害预警数据预处理阶段,动态评价煤矿现有的多类型监测系统是否满足灾害预警的要求,及时提醒开展监测系统维护与升级工作。

煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价

数据可靠性对精准判识煤矿灾害风险至关重要,为准确评价煤矿灾害监测预警系统的数据可靠性,通过梳理“一规程四细则”等相关政策法规、标准规范和文献资料,融合大数据和地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析技术,提出一套煤矿灾害监测系统可靠性评价方法,并在山西某煤矿开展灾害防治现场实践验证。结果表明:从灾害监测系统多源信息中提取不精确性、异类性与冲突性特征,是精准识别超限、失效、信息缺失、位置错误、频率异常等多类不可靠信息的核心关键。构建涵盖合法性、合规性、合理性3大类437小类的煤矿灾害监测系统可靠性评价指标体系,最大程度上还原煤矿灾害监测系统全寿命周期内的多源关联信息;试验矿井2025年2月正常生产期间,该方法共识别出不可靠信息56 753条,经人工核实评价准确率为100%。文中方法可在灾害预警数据预处理阶段,动态评价煤矿现有的多类型监测系统是否满足灾害预警的要求,及时提醒开展监测系统维护与升级工作。

Data reliability is essential for accurate identification of coal mine disaster risks. To accurately evaluate the data reliability of coal mine disaster monitoring and early warning systems, relevant policies, regulations, standards and literatures including the One Regulation and Four Detailed Rules were systematically reviewed, and a reliability evaluation method for coal mine disaster monitoring systems was proposed by integrating big data and GIS spatial analysis technology. The method was verified via field practice in disaster prevention and control at a coal mine in Shanxi Province. Results indicate that extracting the characteristics of imprecision, heterogeneity and conflict from multi-source monitoring information is the core to accurately identify unreliable data, including over-limit values, equipment failures, missing information, positional errors and abnormal frequencies. A reliability evaluation index system covering 3 primary categories (legitimacy, compliance and rationality) and 437 subcategories is constructed, which can fully restore multi-source associated information of the monitoring system throughout its full life cycle. During normal production in February 2025 at the test mine, 56 753 pieces of unreliable information were identified by this method, with a 100% accuracy rate verified by manual inspection. Furthermore, this method can dynamically assess whether existing mine monitoring systems meet disaster early warning requirements during the data preprocessing stage, and timely prompt mine maintenance and system upgrading.

我国煤层赋存条件复杂,煤矿瓦斯、水、火、顶板、冲击地压等灾害频发[1],严重制约着我国煤炭资源的安全高效开采。目前,国内绝大部分煤矿都已装备了不同类型的监测系统[2],在一定程度上有效避免了煤矿灾害事故的发生[3]。随着信息化、数字化程度不断提高,不仅煤矿灾害监测系统的传感器种类、数量剧增,而且系统的组成模块、功能单元日益复杂[4],煤矿灾害监测预警系统数据的可靠性直接影响了灾害预警的准确性,对煤矿灾害风险成功预警至关重要。
目前,针对复杂系统的可靠性分析方法主要包括可靠性框图法[5]、故障树分析法[6]、贝叶斯网络法[7-8]、马尔可夫法[9]等。Liu Tianyu等[10]提出了一种基于可靠性框图的系统可靠性评估和动态优化框架;夏敬停等[11]基于可靠性框图和最小路集分析法,计算并分析了系统可靠度、平均故障间隔时间等可靠性指标;Li Yanfeng等[12]提出了基于模糊概率和贝叶斯网络的多态系统可靠性分析方法,提高了贝叶斯网络对复杂系统的可靠性评估能力;陈长飞等[13]提出了消防系统可靠性的贝叶斯分析方法,对比分析了不同启泵方式下的系统可靠性;Pan Yue等[14]开发了基于改进 Dempster-Shafer (D-S)证据理论和模糊贝叶斯网络的复杂系统分析方法;Fan Xueping等[15]基于贝叶斯动态高斯模型,利用桥梁结构监测数据评估了桥梁系统的动力可靠性;Pourali等[16]基于贝叶斯可靠性分析方法,评估了优化后的传感器布设及监测数据的可靠性。张权等[17]提出了基于马尔可夫模型的系统可靠性分析方法;Falahati等[18]基于多态马尔可夫模型分析了智能电网监测对电网可靠性的影响。
综观现有研究,多类可靠性分析方法已在机械、电力、桥梁等常规复杂系统领域得到广泛应用,但针对煤矿井下灾害监测系统异构数据、复杂干扰环境、贴合煤矿行业监管要求的可靠性评价方法仍较为欠缺,难以直接适配。随着煤矿灾害防治的各类法规文件、标准规范及监测装备的不断完善,大数据[19]、人工智能[20]、地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)[21]等技术的发展,自动识别煤矿灾害监测系统数据中的不可靠性特征,成为当前建设煤矿灾害智能预警系统的重要一环。因此,笔者将针对煤矿灾害风险预警对监测系统数据可靠性评价需求,梳理“一规程四细则”(即《煤矿安全规程》和《煤矿防治水细则》、《防治煤矿冲击地压细则》、《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》、《煤矿防灭火细则》)等政策法规、标准规范和文献资料,构建煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价指标体系,依托大数据和GIS空间分析技术,研究灾害监测系统多源信息的不精确性、异类性以及冲突性特征的提取方法,开展系统数据的可靠性评价,保障监测数据的可靠采集、灾害风险的精准预警。
由于“一规程四细则”等各类法规文件、标准规范等规则来源的不同,各种型号监测系统参数、数据规律不同,动态分析煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性的方法也不相同。目前主要存在以下问题:
1) 评价规则来源多。煤矿灾害可靠性评价的规则来源于各类法规文件、标准规范以及相关文献资料,“一规程四细则”等法规文件对灾害监测设置了最低要求;国家、行业等多类型标准规范了灾害监测系统的性能要求;学术论文、发明专利等文献资料,针对具体场景下的灾害监测给出了先进经验。煤矿现场技术人员需要熟悉各类资料,才能完成煤矿各灾害监测系统数据的可靠性评价,即使经验丰富的技术人员也无法避免漏判的情况。
2) 评价所需数据量大。评价灾害监测系统的可靠性需要采集大量传感器位置、状态和监测结果等数据,煤矿灾害监测系统采集数据类型有10~20种,灾害严重矿井数据类型达30余种,各种型号传感器分布在矿井各个位置,测点数量甚至可达千余个。大部分传感器采样频率在分钟级、部分在秒级甚至毫秒级,分析传感器是否存在数据失真、失效需要比对历史数据和相邻测点、类似测点的数据变化规律,查找问题时常耗费大量人力。
3) 评价时效性要求高。煤矿安全监控系统管理规范、数据采集规范等文件中规定了不同数据的采集时效,这也要求煤矿应该具备灾害监测系统数据可靠性实时评价的能力。可靠性评价的规则多、所需数据量大,煤矿技术人员难以在短时间内判断出监测预警系统中存在的问题。另一方面,由于分管责任问题,部分煤矿科室也不愿意暴露工作中存在的问题,煤矿企业需要投入人力对比分析,才能核实查处类似问题。此类数据可靠性不达标问题,也已成为煤矿安全监察监管部门执法核查的重点。
尽管现行法规、标准及规范性文件已对煤矿灾害监测数据提出明确要求,但现有可靠性判别规则较为零散,缺乏统一指标体系,难以实现监测数据可靠性评价;同时,灾害监测系统合理性评价高度依赖现场经验,评价场景界定、结果分析环节易受主观因素干扰,工程技术人员对井下复杂场景的识别能力存在差异,极易导致评价结论出现偏差。此外,单项可靠性判别规则往往需调用多类型数据,开展传感器测点位置比对、历史数据分析等工作,面对单批次上万条乃至10万条级的海量数据,亟需依托大数据与空间分析技术实现高效处理。基于此,本文构建一套兼具合法性、合规性、合理性的监测数据可靠性评价体系,用以判别数据可靠性。既能大幅缩减人工判别工作量,又能全程保障数据采集质量,为煤矿灾害预警提供支撑,进一步服务于煤矿安全高效开采与行业智能化监管工作。
国家出台的煤矿灾害防治规程规范、标准及相关研究成果,已对监测系统测点布设、设备参数、运维调校作出明确规定,并通过立法、监察、帮扶等举措推动落实,核心目的是保障监测数据真实、准确且质量达标。本文梳理“一规程四细则”等政策文件、标准规范及专家建议中,灾害监测系统可靠性相关不精确信息的描述,将测点安装、传感器参数、方案布置等要求结构化,围绕监测数据可靠性,从三方面构建保障数据真实性的核心规则:①合法性规则。煤矿各类型灾害监测系统必须按照《煤矿安全规程》及灾害防治细则等法规文件的要求安装布设,是风险防控的底层逻辑和技术标准化的必然选择。②合规性规则。依据国家及行业强制、推荐性标准,明确系统测点布设、采样间隔、运维调校等具体要求,规范现场作业流程,提升监测数据可信度。③合理性规则。涵盖传感器超量程、零值、失效、失真等异常数据的识别准则,以及依托现有研究成果评判监测方案合理性的方法。
按照数据可靠性评价逻辑,合法性聚焦政策底线要求,合规性关注标准执行规范,合理性针对数据与场景适配性。基于上述3个维度,在系统运行评价、监管执法及事故案例分析总结问题的基础上,以“规程/细则>国家标准>行业/地方团体标准”的效力层级为核心,拆解“一规程四细则”及相关政策文件,提取与监测系统可靠性相关条款,实现政策要求全覆盖。结合煤矿灾害监测系统最新的管理要求,构建煤矿灾害监测系统全生命周期数据可靠性评价指标体系,含合法性指标63类、合规性指标193类、合理性指标181类,共计437类(不同数据分类统计),部分指标见表1。该指标库可依据灾害类型、监测系统参数差异及政策变动动态更新,保证评价准确性。
基于煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价规则与指标,设计煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价逻辑,首先通过测点类型核查监测系统建设情况,识别“应接未接、应建未建”问题;其次分析解析数据频率是否满足标准规范要求;进而识别数据中超量程、失效等异常情况;解析测点位置数据,判断工作面、巷道等信息能否映射到煤矿井下真实位置;结合标准、规范、领域专家知识,判断测点布置的合法性和合理性;最后,分析测点历史数据的变化趋势,判断测点是否存在失效、失真等情况;最终完成数据可靠性分类分级评价并输出结果。
数据可靠性评价相关的监测结果、系统参数、煤矿生产等数据统一存放于煤矿灾害监测预警数据库中,包括结构化的监测数据和非结构化的台账、报告、矿图等数据。可靠性评价服务实时分析Kafka消息队列接入的灾害数据,动态评价当前灾害监测系统数据可靠性。评价流程共4部分,如图1所示,包括任务触发机制、数据可靠性分析服务、任务运行和结果入库。
任务触发机制:当创建一条可靠性分析任务时,把该分析任务写入任务缓存库,标注任务的具体要求、分析配置参数,按任务优先级和执行时间在任务执行队列中进行排序,通过定时任务启动分析流程。
数据可靠性分析服务:基于可靠性评价规则选取数据库中的待评价数据,利用Spark并行计算、自然语言处理(Natural Language Processing,NLP)和GIS空间分析技术集成分析服务引擎,建立所需的数据分析服务,服务间采用解耦设计,可独立部署运行,并能快速拆解复用。
任务运行:按照任务参数和相关配置,调用可靠性评价分析服务,查询对应的可靠性评价规则和指标,可靠性分析可分为以下3类:①合法性分析,为固定目标的一次对比分析,如高瓦斯矿井需要部署瓦斯监测系统、通风系统、瓦斯抽采系统等,仅叠加一次即出结果。②合规性分析,为多个或多次固定目标的可靠性评价分析,如长观孔、排水量等监测数据上传的及时性、完整性、上传数据单位是否正确等。③合理性分析,为不固定目标数据的分析,比如上传的数据值超过该类型测点数据合理区间极大值、超量程等,如水温大于100℃、支架阻力大于80MPa等。
结果入库:可靠性分析结果将以字段形式存入分析结果库,通过类别编号检索、获取并显示所有类别可靠性评价分析结果。
1) 数据字段缺失识别处理技术。依据数据规范界定必填字段与字段格式规则,通过字段完整性校验模板,自动筛查数据空值、时序完整性、数据依赖关系等问题,识别字段缺失或不合规项;针对不合规的数据,优先采用历史数据相似匹配补全,无相似数据时采用移动平均插值法填充,确保数据连续性。同时建立字段映射表,对“33106工作面、33106综采工作面”等异名同址信息标准化处理,提升监测系统数据兼容性与缺失处理的精准性。
2) 高效数据采集分析技术。为满足监测系统时效性要求,按照数据类别分发到不同的Kafka消息队列、通过Logstash获取Kafka中可靠性评价数据进行并行计算,对数据按照协议解析、组装等预处理操作,使用Dataparse对可靠性评价数据进行清洗、转换,并实时判断数据的合规、合理、合法性,最后将判断结果存入数据库中,以便对数据进行不同维度统计。
3) 空间分析技术。融合空间数据模型、统计分析与可视化方法,利用PostGIS存储点、线、面空间数据,开展缓冲区、距离等空间分析。如:根据矿方确定的积水线位置和防治水细则,综合煤层软硬和断层陷落柱分布等条件,由积水线平行外推,动态生成积水3线,划定探水线和警戒线范围;根据应力传感器同一监测组内相邻测点间距不应大于2m,相邻监测组测点间距不应大于30m,强冲击危险区,应力传感器相邻监测组测点间距不大于20m等指标要求,评价测点间距合规性,核查地质异常区、重点监测区专项监测落实情况;提炼矿井灾害地质条件,对比同类条件下的合理布设方案,判定测点布置合理性。
4) NLP技术。为实现监测系统数据可靠性规则的自动识别,采用领域词典+双向长短期记忆网络-条件随机场(Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory-Conditional Random Field,BiLSTM-CRF)模型+人工校验的三级NLP提取方案。整合“一规程四细则”中的专业术语,构建含测点类型、特殊位置等词条的领域词典;再通过BiLSTM-CRF模型标注监测对象、约束维度、适用场景等实体,对特殊位置等模糊表述绑定采煤工作面回风隅角、避难硐室等具体场景标签;最后结合人工校验语义歧义条款,确保规则提取的准确性,实现法规文本到结构化指标的精准转化。
以《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》第31条为例,用关键词传感器、安设位置等进行首轮定位,对保留条款按传感器类型-安装位置-性能参数-布设密度-维护要求进行拆解,将抽取结果映射为标准化JavaScript对象表示法(JavaScript Object Notation,JSON)格式入库,如图2所示。
基于空间分析的灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价模块主要包括合规性规则识别、空间数据实时处理和空间可靠性分析评价3个模块,系统界面如图3所示。
1) 合规性规则自动识别模块。主要包括:①文本预处理模块,通过正则表达式消除乱码和特殊符号干扰,基于语义连贯性分析识别合并跨行句子,确保文本结构的完整性。②信息抽取模块,模型定义了4类实体标签体系:PARAM、VALUE、TREND、LOCATION,设计触发词词典包含超过、达到、异常等35个核心词,识别实体间的约束关系,输出如<瓦斯浓度,超过,1.0%>的结构化表示。③规则生成模块,构建模块化的规则模板库,包含阈值校验、趋势分析等多种基础模板,其中阈值校验模板支持大于、小于等多种比较运算符,通过语义解析将抽取的实体值注入模板对应位置,自动完成单位转换并输出为JSON结构的标准化表达。
2) 空间数据实时处理模块。实时接收来自多种数据源的空间数据,利用Logstash从Kafka实时获取最新数据,通过Dataparse解析处理JSON、逗号分隔值(Comma-Separated Values,CSV)文件、文本等格式数据,并将结构化解析结果存储到PostgreSQL和PostGIS数据库。选用Clickhouse存储和查询大规模监测数据,利用数据分层实现数据的高效利用,为上层应用提供高性能的数据服务。
3) 空间可靠性分析评价模块。数据可靠性分析服务引擎负责执行各种数据分析任务,对数据进行实时分析和评价,采用树状结构快速匹配可靠性评价规则,读取JSON配置文件获取触发条件、计算逻辑和评价指标等,根据计算逻辑获取该评价规则所需的表和字段名称,结合时间范围获取所需的数据集合,按照煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价工作流进行合法性、合规性和合理性评价,评价完成后计算出该煤矿的综合可靠性得分。
灾害数据可靠性评价系统于2024年9月—2025年2月在山西某高瓦斯矿井应用,从数据记录总数、合规性规则数、合理性规则数、合法性规则数以及规则分析时长等多维度评价灾害监测数据的可靠性。矿井部署了296个甲烷传感器、994个矿压传感器(支架阻力计、顶板离层仪、钻孔应力计等)、12个水文监测点;矿井灾害监测系统建设情况满足合规性要求。评价期间共记录2 983 991条数据,合法性、合规性、合理性分析最长分析时间分别为0.99、2.3、1.19s,灾害各类型数据解析入库时间均满足标准规范要求。
统计试验煤矿2025年2月份灾害监测数据可靠性评价结果(表2),试验矿井2月瓦斯的三级指标合规性规则数总计354项、顶板311项和水害363项,数据共上传363 490条记录,其中可靠性评价等级不满足的数据共有56 753条、占15.6%。
为验证可靠性评价结果的准确性,针对不同判定结果采用脚本核对和人工实地核实的组合核验方式,针对数据完整性、采集频率等指标结果通过专项校验脚本与规则库中必填字段清单进行批量比对,统计各测点在规定周期内的上传次数等进行自动化核对;针对测点合理性指标等相关结果,组织技术人员实地核实测点的安装位置和布设规范;经脚本核对和人工实地组合核验,系统评价和核验一致率为100%,监测数据的判别结果等级占比如图4所示。分析不满足可靠性指标要求的数据,必备测点不满足要求占全部数据的0.4%,数据采集频率不满足的占33.2%,数据完整性不满足的占0.2%,测点合理性指标不满足要求的占0.1%,数据合理性指标不满足要求的占46.4%,时间合理性指标不满足的数据占19.7%。
分析数据可靠性不满足要求的原因,数据合理性指标不满足和数据采集频率不满足的占比较高,主要是井下传感器信号干扰、传感器移位后未及时重新接入以及传感器校准与运维的时效性不足等原因导致。数据完整性不满足和必备测点不满足一般在数据采集系统部署初期占比较高,原因是系统数据接入初期,井下各类型传感器尚未完全接入系统,以及上传字段与可靠性评价系统预设要求未完全匹配,本次可靠性评价时数据接入状态稳定,二者占比较低。
1) 构建涵盖合法性、合规性、合理性3大维度437项指标的煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价指标体系,形成面向复杂监测系统的多源异构数据可靠性量化评价框架,为煤矿灾害数据可靠性评价提供了量化依据。
2) 基于大数据和GIS空间分析技术,建立煤矿灾害监测数据可靠性评价模型,解决了灾害监测系统数据多源可靠性信息的不精确性、差异性以及冲突性特征的识别难题,形成了监测数据可靠性自动评价的的完整技术方案。
3) 研发煤矿灾害监测系统数据可靠性评价软件,并在山西某煤矿进行工程验证,评价结果显示,未达标的监测数据共56 753条(占15.6%),经人工核实,评价准确率达100%。该方法可自动诊断煤矿灾害监测系统运行状态,为煤矿灾害监测系统的智能化运维提供技术支撑。
4) 本文重点探讨数据可靠性评价的合法性、合规性和时间、数据的合理性指标,对位置合理性仅开展部分明确要求的测点布设规则和位置合理性判据方法的初步探索,后续需针对监测系统测点布设合理性,尤其是复杂地质条件、灾害严重矿井的测点布设合理性开展深入研究。
