To reduce building risks in landslide-prone areas and guide disaster mitigation measures,a comprehensive vulnerability analysis method was proposed based on Entropy Weight Method(EWM)-Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and trapezoidal-semi-trapezoidal membership functions. Using the Sifangbei landslide in Wanzhou District,Chongqing,as a case study. The landslide failure probability was calculated using the Morgenstern-Price and Monte Carlo methods. Field surveys of building attributes were used to analyze landslide hazards and validate the analysis method. The results indicate that the composite model using crack indicators provides reliable vulnerability analysis for buildings in the Sifangbei landslide zone. The proposed method is feasible. The landslide is most dangerous when the reservoir water level drops from 175 m to 145 m. Combined with a 50-year rainfall event,leading to over 7.5 million yuan in economic losses. Vulnerable buildings are mainly located in the middle and rear parts of the landslide and along its right boundary.

为降低滑坡区房屋风险,评估房屋安全状态,指导滑坡区房屋防灾减灾措施,结合滑坡区房屋墙体裂缝特征,提出基于熵权法(EWM)-层次分析法(AHP)和梯形-半梯形隶属度函数的滑坡区房屋综合易损性分析方法。以重庆市万州区四方碑滑坡为例,基于摩根斯坦-普拉斯法和蒙特卡罗法计算滑坡破坏概率,结合现场调查房屋承灾体属性,分析滑坡危险性,计算并验证滑坡区房屋综合易损性分析方法的可靠性,进而获得该滑坡区房屋经济风险。结果表明:采用裂缝指标的复合模型分析四方碑滑坡区房屋易损性的结果可靠,滑坡区房屋易损性综合分析方法可行;四方碑滑坡稳定性受库水位下降和降雨因素联合作用共同影响,进而导致滑坡区房屋风险造成影响,在175 m库水位下降至145 m库水位加50年一遇降雨工况下滑坡区房屋处于最危险状况,房屋经济损失总和将超750万元,风险较高的房屋主要分布在滑坡中后部及滑坡右边界。

为降低滑坡区房屋风险,评估房屋安全状态,指导滑坡区房屋防灾减灾措施,结合滑坡区房屋墙体裂缝特征,提出基于熵权法(EWM)-层次分析法(AHP)和梯形-半梯形隶属度函数的滑坡区房屋综合易损性分析方法。以重庆市万州区四方碑滑坡为例,基于摩根斯坦-普拉斯法和蒙特卡罗法计算滑坡破坏概率,结合现场调查房屋承灾体属性,分析滑坡危险性,计算并验证滑坡区房屋综合易损性分析方法的可靠性,进而获得该滑坡区房屋经济风险。结果表明:采用裂缝指标的复合模型分析四方碑滑坡区房屋易损性的结果可靠,滑坡区房屋易损性综合分析方法可行;四方碑滑坡稳定性受库水位下降和降雨因素联合作用共同影响,进而导致滑坡区房屋风险造成影响,在175 m库水位下降至145 m库水位加50年一遇降雨工况下滑坡区房屋处于最危险状况,房屋经济损失总和将超750万元,风险较高的房屋主要分布在滑坡中后部及滑坡右边界。

To reduce building risks in landslide-prone areas and guide disaster mitigation measures,a comprehensive vulnerability analysis method was proposed based on Entropy Weight Method(EWM)-Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and trapezoidal-semi-trapezoidal membership functions. Using the Sifangbei landslide in Wanzhou District,Chongqing,as a case study. The landslide failure probability was calculated using the Morgenstern-Price and Monte Carlo methods. Field surveys of building attributes were used to analyze landslide hazards and validate the analysis method. The results indicate that the composite model using crack indicators provides reliable vulnerability analysis for buildings in the Sifangbei landslide zone. The proposed method is feasible. The landslide is most dangerous when the reservoir water level drops from 175 m to 145 m. Combined with a 50-year rainfall event,leading to over 7.5 million yuan in economic losses. Vulnerable buildings are mainly located in the middle and rear parts of the landslide and along its right boundary.

在一定强度滑坡灾害作用下,承灾体可能受到不同程度的损坏,不同于只针对滑坡本体稳定性状态描述的安全系数,滑坡灾害风险分析可更全面地表征灾害可能造成后果的可能性和严重程度[1]。近年来,滑坡灾害造成建筑物倒塌、变形、开裂等现象时有发生,威胁居民的人身财产安全。滑坡风险分析是指导滑坡减灾防灾的重要途径。
单体滑坡风险研究已从定性、半定性-半定量逐渐深入到定量化研究[2]。FELL等[3]指出,滑坡风险定量化分析的核心是滑坡危险性分析和承灾体易损性分析。滑坡灾害危险性分析多采用破坏概率表征,其中,蒙特卡罗法及摩根斯坦-普拉斯法被广泛应用,如肖莉丽等[4]采用渐进破坏力学模型和蒙特卡罗概率原理,计算了枣子树坪滑坡的破坏概率;MIAO Fasheng等[5]采用耿贝尔分布模型计算了不同重现期的5天累计雨量,并基于蒙特卡罗模型的渐进失效原理,计算了白水河滑坡的破坏概率;OUYANG Weihang等[6]基于摩根斯坦-普拉斯法结合高斯积分法,计算了非饱和土坡稳定性,提高了分析的准确性和效率。对比以上2种方法,摩根斯坦-普拉斯方法能够适应复杂的滑动面形状,提供更精确的稳定性分析,而蒙特卡罗方法则能够处理多种不确定性因素,为滑坡危险性评估的可靠性提供支持。这2种方法的结合使用,可提高滑坡危险性评估的准确性和可靠性,为制定防灾减灾措施提供科学依据。对于承灾体易损性分析方面,目前采用模型包括LI Zhihong[7]、UZIELLI[8]等提出的基于考虑滑坡作用强度和承灾体抗灾能力的分析方法[9]、层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)[10]、灰色系统理论关联度分析[11]等,研究多应用单一模型[12]或区域化差异较大的指标分析承灾体特征。但对于单体滑坡而言,滑坡区房屋多项指标取值趋近一致,无法体现各承灾体受损特征,导致各承灾体易损性结果精细化程度不高。因此,部分学者也探讨结合不同分析方法[13-14],选取直接表示承灾体变形特征的指标,以得到更精确、全面的易损性分析结果。此外,现阶段承灾体易损性研究多是集中在滑坡灾害失稳破坏后的阶段[15-16],而针对滑坡变形阶段的研究成果鲜有公开。
目前,我国西南山区大量滑坡仍处于间歇性变形阶段,滑坡变形作用造成其上居民房屋产生不同程度损坏的问题非常普遍,存在严重安全隐患。因此,针对滑坡区房屋风险精细化评估的现实需求,本文以重庆市万州区四方碑滑坡为研究对象,基于野外调查数据,开展滑坡危险性分析和房屋易损性评估,创新性提出基于墙体裂缝指标、熵权法(Entropy Weight Method,EWM)-AHP法和梯形-半梯形隶属度函数的易损性综合分析方法,旨在评估滑坡区房屋的风险,以期为滑坡减灾防灾提供理论依据和实践指导。
单体滑坡风险分析主要包括危险性分析与承灾体易损性分析[3],采用下式进行计算:

式中:R为风险;H为滑坡灾害危险性;V为承灾体易损性;E为承灾体价值。
根据前期滑坡历史变形情况、影响因素与野外调查数据,采用摩根斯坦-普拉斯法计算滑坡稳定性,并结合蒙特卡罗法分析不同影响因素工况下滑坡危险性;针对房屋承灾体,开展变形情况调查,结合现有房屋破坏标准,建立基于EWM-AHP法和梯形-半梯形隶属度函数的综合分析方法,实现基于房屋现状破坏特征的承灾体易损性快速分析和风险分析,总体技术路线如图1所示。
基于数值模拟计算滑坡危险性,其中,采用极限平衡法中的摩根斯坦-普拉斯法[17]计算滑坡稳定性系数,考虑土体参数的不确定性和变异性,应用蒙特卡罗法[18]模拟多个土体参数下滑坡失稳过程,计算滑坡破坏概率。由于滑坡受库水位、降雨及人类工程活动因素影响,需考虑不同工况联合作用,因此,参考《重庆市三峡库区滑坡涌浪灾害评价与风险评估技术要求》[19]推荐工况分析滑坡危险性。
砌体结构承重墙体裂缝是造成砌体房屋破坏的直接原因[20],针对慢速滑坡,选取墙体最大裂缝宽度、最大裂缝长度、裂缝总面积、裂缝总周长4项指标作为度量砌体房屋破坏程度分析指标,建立基于EWM-AHP法计算权重与采用梯形-半梯形隶属度函数计算各影响因素隶属函数的综合分析方法。
结合《危险房屋鉴定标准》[21]及滑坡区房屋实际调查情况,建立破坏等级划分准则(表1),房屋建筑无裂缝时,直接定义房屋易损性等级为极低易损性,有裂缝的房屋分为I—IV破坏等级,分别对应低易损性、中易损性、高易损性和极高易损性的破坏等级。
根据表1,虽可基于单一指标判定滑坡区房屋破坏等级,但对综合指标的信息分析不足,且针对变形区间边界点等级的判断不确定性大,因此,采用复合矩阵运算方法综合确定房屋破坏等级。
1) 单项评判各影响因素,建立滑坡区房屋破坏的影响因素集合U与破坏等级集合T,构建以上2个集合的模糊分析矩阵M,采用模糊数学理论确定各影响因素指标与破坏等级的关系[22],同时,考虑各影响因素对房屋的影响程度,建立合理的综合权重矩阵A,将野外调查数据归一化处理,并采用EWM[23]计算各影响因素客观权重值,再结合AHP法[24]确定各影响因素的主观权重值,得到权重矩阵A=θA1+(1-θ)A2,比例系数θ取0.4;A1为EWM确定的权重矩阵;A2为AHP法确定的权重矩阵。
通过矩阵M与矩阵A的复合运算,得到各影响因素对应4个破坏等级的综合隶属度矩阵B

式中xn为矩阵M各项加权计算后的对应值。
2) 结合各破坏等级下房屋的实际损失比例,按《建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分》[25]的国家标准确定不同破坏等级损失程度占比 l n(表2)。
3) 求得滑坡区房屋易损性V'为:

式中ln为破坏等级损失程度。
此外,通过对比明小娜等[26]提出的易损性矩阵分析法,验证文中易损性综合分析模型的可靠性。
四方碑滑坡位于重庆市万州区钟鼓楼街道吊龙村1组长江左岸处,距城区11km左右,处侵蚀性堆积河谷低山丘陵地貌,整体呈凹形。滑坡结构为平缓层状斜坡,处万州复向斜轴部[27]。滑坡前临长江,体长840m,宽430m,坡脚坡度约20°,平均厚度23m,滑坡总面积32.12×104 m2,体积830.76×104 m3(图2a图2c)。
滑坡自2008年6月出现较为明显变形[28],后缘拉裂缝发育,缝宽5~10cm,地面下沉1~7cm,部分房屋墙体开裂。三峡库区蓄水后,部分民房出现变形,随库水位变动及降雨而发生变化,屋内地面多处开裂。2009—2024年宏观变形不明显,库水位变化期间滑坡体上梯田局部地区出现小面积坍塌现象,但水塘等未出现渗漏现象(图2d图2e)。
根据图3b滑坡位移监测数据显示,随汛期来临,滑坡前缘位移不断增大,呈明显阶越状变形;当库水位下降时,滑坡前缘位移不增大,并逐渐朝后缘区域延伸。
综合分析可知:四方碑滑坡变形受库水位、降雨量二者联合作用发生变形。因此,考虑库水位下降与降雨联合影响及《重庆市三峡库区滑坡涌浪灾害评价与风险评估技术要求》[19],设置4个工况计算滑坡危险性,其中,库水位升降数据及降雨数据根据三峡库区库水位变化及万州区降雨数据统计确定。通过万州区降雨量统计及降雨重现期分析,结合四方碑滑坡勘察报告,50年一遇暴雨强度值为连续3天280mm;4种工况均设置30天库水位升降模拟时间,库水位下降速率设定为[[155,151.4)m连续3天1m/d,[151.4,145m]为1.2m/d,降雨添加时间为库水位变动[155,152]m区间,即第27—29这3天连续降雨。滑坡危险性分析工况见表3
四方碑滑坡选择1-1剖面为计算剖面(图3a图3c),并参考白宇等[29]的研究,确定岩土体黏聚力C及内摩擦角φ这2个参数为蒙特卡罗法计算滑坡破坏概率的随机变量,其余参数作为定值处理。此外,根据杨宇轩等[30]的研究,考虑滑带土残余强度空间差异性影响,将四方碑滑坡分为滑坡前缘、中部及后缘3个部分进行计算,结合现场调查、试验及滑坡勘察报告,所需主要参数见表4
通过中心极限分布概率分析[31],验证黏聚力C及内摩擦角φ满足正态分布定律,采用蒙特卡罗法,循环计算10 000次,得到滑坡稳定性系数分布函数,统计稳定性系数<1时的分布密度,求出其在所计算滑坡所有稳定性系数中的占比,即滑坡破坏概率。结合对四方碑滑坡区房屋建筑属性调查,分析不同工况下滑坡危险性。
选取模拟工况(表4),计算结果如图4表5所示。计算结果表明:在降雨条件相同的情况下,滑坡在静态水位条件下更稳定;在库水位变化条件相同的情况下,降雨对滑坡稳定性产生明显影响。滑坡稳定性随库水位下降而下降,受降雨影响更明显,属降雨型滑坡。在175m库水位下降至145m动态水位联合50年一遇降雨作用下滑坡稳定性系数最低,滑坡处于欠稳定状态。
根据对四方碑滑坡的现场调查可知:滑坡区共76处房屋,其中,29处房屋产生明显裂缝。运用易损性综合分析方法,计算该滑坡房屋易损性。
1) 样本房屋指标属性统计。统计四方碑上出现明显裂缝的29个房屋,统计结果见表6
2) 样本房屋单项分析指标。根据表1中所设房屋破坏等级分级标准,选择裂缝最大宽度、裂缝最大长度及裂缝总面积和裂缝总周长4个分析指标,其隶属度评判参数分别为: k 1=(2,9.5,22.5,35); k 2=(250,900,1 900,2 800); k 3=(2 500,9 000,37 500,65 000); k 4=(1 050,3 300,9 750,17 000)。根据梯形-半梯形隶属度函数计算各样本房屋破坏的模糊关系隶属度矩阵M
3) 样本房屋分析指标权重计算。根据表6中所统计各样本房屋裂缝指标数据,归一化样本房屋数据,计算各分析指标信息熵,得到信息熵权重矩阵A1=[0.31,0.26,0.23,0.21]。
运用AHP法进行样本砌体房屋评价指标权重计算,针对选取的裂缝最大宽度指标U1、裂缝最大长度U2、裂缝总面积U3及裂缝总周长U4共4个分析指标,建立相对重要度的判断矩阵,见表7
计算判断矩阵的最大特征值和其对应的特征向量,并检验判断矩阵的一致性,一致性检验结果显示,一致性比率CR=0.08<0.1,满足一致性检验的要求,得到基于AHP法得到的权重矩阵A2=[0.62,0.05,0.22,0.11]。
求得综合权重A=[0.49,0.13,0.22,0.15]。
4) 样本房屋易损性综合分析。将各样本房屋的模糊关系隶属度矩阵M与指标权重矩阵A进行复合运算,得到所有样本房屋的最终评判矩阵B,根据式(3),分别计算每个样本房屋的易损性值,并划分易损性等级,得到四方碑上房屋的易损性分布,如图5所示。
结果表明:在四方碑滑坡上,极低易损性和低易损性房屋数量约占房屋总数的64.47%,多数房屋属于无明显破坏或轻度破坏状态。此外,10.53%的房屋属于中度破坏,19.74%的房屋处于高易损性区域,5.26%的房屋为极高易损性,破坏较为严重,位于滑坡中后部区域房屋处墙体以及地面均出现较多裂缝,易损性较高。
通过对比现场调查结果发现,极高易损性区域房屋墙体裂缝发育(图5b图5d),损毁情况与分析结果一致,房屋易损性等级主要为极低易损性与低易损性。对比计算模型与易损性矩阵方法,易损性矩阵法结果(图5e)偏低,无法识别变形裂缝较为强烈的房屋,主要原因为:①同一区域内房屋属性相似性较强,识别出的易损性等级集中;②综合分析方法基于房屋的现状破坏情况进行指标选取,直接反映滑坡现状裂缝等破坏损毁情况,与房屋实际表现破坏现状相同,而易损性矩阵法是基于经验选取房屋可能受到损毁的影响因素指标进行分析。而实际情况下,房屋的易损性受其他不确定因素的影响,经验取值往往无法反映房屋的实际损毁现状。总体来说,2种方法都反映了房屋在滑坡灾害作用下破坏的程度,但综合分析方法对房屋易损性差异评价精度更高。
四方碑滑坡房屋以钢混结构、砖混结构为主,其经济价值标准为钢混结构3 000元/m2,砖混结构2 000元/m2
基于现场调查情况,采用式(1)分别分析4个工况下四方碑滑坡经济风险。各工况下经济风险分布如图6所示。由图6可知:在工况1、工况3的情况下,房屋整体处于低风险区,没有高或极高风险房屋的存在;但在工况2和工况4的情况下,房屋存在高风险或极高风险的情况,经济风险总和最大超过750万元,即在水位动态下降联合暴雨工况下,滑坡区房屋处于最危险工况状态。现场调查滑坡体上的房屋可知:位于滑坡中后缘处最危险工况下处于风险较高的房屋部分进行裂缝监测,其建筑及地面均出现裂缝,验证了对房屋承灾体的分析结果。
1) 基于房屋墙体裂缝最大宽度、裂缝最大长度、裂缝总面积和裂缝总周长4个分析指标,提出结合EWM-AHP法和梯形-半梯形隶属度函数的综合分析方法,有效分析了滑坡区房屋的易损性,分析结果与现场调查数据一致。
2) 相较于传统易损性矩阵法,基于房屋裂缝特征的分析方法较准确地反映了房屋损毁现状,有利于实现单体滑坡区房屋个体区域特性不明显的易损性快速分析。
3) 分析表明:四方碑滑坡区受库水位下降和强降雨的共同影响,在最危险工况下(库水位从175m下降至145m并伴随50年一遇暴雨),房屋可能面临的经济风险超过750万元。此结果可为四方碑滑坡区房屋风险管理和实施防灾减灾措施提供科学依据。
4) 文中重点分析房屋墙体裂缝特征对易损性的影响,但滑坡作用强度、滑坡动态变化等因素对房屋易损性的进一步影响仍需深入研究。此外,未来可以结合其他影响因素,进一步完善滑坡区房屋的易损性与风险评估模型。
