To enhance the evacuation efficiency of deeply buried subway stations,a standard subway station was selected to establish an elevator-assisted evacuation model for deeply buried subway stations. The average evacuation time of passengers was selected as the primary evaluation metric. Variation characteristics in evacuation efficiency were calculated and analyzed under the combined influence of various factors,including buried depth of the subway,passenger flow intensity,the proportion of passengers opting for elevator evacuation,elevator operating parameters,the number of elevators,and acceptable queue size through simulation. The results indicate that the advantages of elevator-assisted evacuation are more pronounced when the subway depth exceeds 30 m. When passengers maintain their original evacuation paths,the evacuation time is inversely related to the proportion of passengers choosing to use the elevator during off-peak periods,but positively related during peak hours. Furthermore,when passengers alter their evacuation paths due to queue size,evacuation efficiency improves under different buried depth scenarios. In a subway with a burial depth of 90 m and an acceptable queue size of 30,the overall evacuation efficiency reaches its peak. When planning subway exits,reasonably increasing the number of elevators and their rated load,as well as operating speed,can effectively balance evacuation efficiency with cost control.

为提高深埋地铁疏散效率,基于典型标准地铁车站,构建深埋地铁电梯辅助疏散模型,选取平均疏散时间为评估指标,仿真计算分析地铁埋深、客流强度、乘客选择电梯疏散比例、电梯运行参数、电梯数量、可接受排队人数等多种因素耦合影响下疏散效率变化特征。结果表明:当地铁埋深大于30 m时,使用电梯辅助疏散具有较为明显的优势。当乘客不改变疏散路径时,乘客疏散时间与选择使用电梯的乘客比例在平峰期成反比,而在高峰期则成正比。当乘客因排队规模改变疏散路径时,不同地铁站埋深场景下疏散效率都有一定提高。在地铁埋深为90 m,可接受排队为30人时,可使整体疏散效率最高。规划地铁出口时,合理增加电梯数量和额定荷载、提升运行速度可达成疏散效率与成本控制的平衡。

为提高深埋地铁疏散效率,基于典型标准地铁车站,构建深埋地铁电梯辅助疏散模型,选取平均疏散时间为评估指标,仿真计算分析地铁埋深、客流强度、乘客选择电梯疏散比例、电梯运行参数、电梯数量、可接受排队人数等多种因素耦合影响下疏散效率变化特征。结果表明:当地铁埋深大于30 m时,使用电梯辅助疏散具有较为明显的优势。当乘客不改变疏散路径时,乘客疏散时间与选择使用电梯的乘客比例在平峰期成反比,而在高峰期则成正比。当乘客因排队规模改变疏散路径时,不同地铁站埋深场景下疏散效率都有一定提高。在地铁埋深为90 m,可接受排队为30人时,可使整体疏散效率最高。规划地铁出口时,合理增加电梯数量和额定荷载、提升运行速度可达成疏散效率与成本控制的平衡。

To enhance the evacuation efficiency of deeply buried subway stations,a standard subway station was selected to establish an elevator-assisted evacuation model for deeply buried subway stations. The average evacuation time of passengers was selected as the primary evaluation metric. Variation characteristics in evacuation efficiency were calculated and analyzed under the combined influence of various factors,including buried depth of the subway,passenger flow intensity,the proportion of passengers opting for elevator evacuation,elevator operating parameters,the number of elevators,and acceptable queue size through simulation. The results indicate that the advantages of elevator-assisted evacuation are more pronounced when the subway depth exceeds 30 m. When passengers maintain their original evacuation paths,the evacuation time is inversely related to the proportion of passengers choosing to use the elevator during off-peak periods,but positively related during peak hours. Furthermore,when passengers alter their evacuation paths due to queue size,evacuation efficiency improves under different buried depth scenarios. In a subway with a burial depth of 90 m and an acceptable queue size of 30,the overall evacuation efficiency reaches its peak. When planning subway exits,reasonably increasing the number of elevators and their rated load,as well as operating speed,can effectively balance evacuation efficiency with cost control.

近年来,地铁发展迅猛且大部分处于地下,由于环境封闭,一旦发生大客流、火灾、水淹等突发事件,易造成拥堵踩踏,甚至产生严重的人员伤亡和财产损失[1]。随着城市的不断扩张,地下空间资源愈发紧张,地铁埋深逐渐变大。重庆市的红土地站埋深已达到94 m,俄罗斯莫斯科的胜利公园站埋深也已达到97 m。乘客在地铁疏散中受多因素影响,如此长的上行疏散距离,乘客仅通过楼梯和扶梯垂向疏散方式,难以快速高效地从地铁站内疏散至出口。如何保障乘客在深埋地铁站快速疏散,是必须解决的重点问题,而电梯辅助疏散为提高深埋地铁疏散效率提供了可能途径。因此,研究不同埋深地铁站电梯辅助疏散效率具有重要的现实意义。
随着深埋地铁站数量的逐渐增多,深埋地铁的运营安全及应急疏散管理等问题受到许多学者关注。数值模拟被用来研究深埋岛式地铁站点内烟气横向流动和不同站层间的烟气纵向蔓延特征[2]。钟茂华等[3]通过人员疏散动力学模型对突发事件下深埋地铁车站的人员疏散展开了模拟研究;张欢[4]通过计算验证归纳了深埋地铁站在建筑设计时的设计要点。楼梯、扶梯是目前地铁站最直接、有效的垂向疏散方式。紧急情况下楼梯上行疏散中,人员性别、身体质量指数与人员运动疲劳存在明显相关性[5]。杨晓霞等[6]基于MassMotion仿真软件,通过数据训练和测试随机森林模型,预测了乘客沿楼梯上行疏散的时间。楼、扶梯很难满足深埋地铁乘客上行高效疏散的需求。美国纽约“9·11”事件,通过电梯疏散的成功案例让越来越多的研究人员开始考虑如何进行高效、安全使用电梯来达到疏散大量人员的目的[7]。电梯疏散系统因其高效、应用面广等特点,危急情况下能在人员安全疏散过程中发挥越来越大的作用[8]。医疗建筑疏散场景中,控制使用电梯人数比例在10%~20%范围内,可使得整体疏散时间达到最短[9]。在超高层疏散场景中,适当比例人员由电梯快速运送到地面,其余人员由楼梯疏散时,疏散过程可达到最优状态[10]。MOSSBERG等[11]通过虚拟现实模型开展了深埋地铁车站电梯辅助疏散试验研究,发现地铁车站疏散过程中乘客可接受电梯等待时间在一定程度上受到显示电梯到达预计等待时间计时器的影响;张海滨等[12]基于模拟仿真的方法研究了不同埋深地铁车站的疏散效率,提出深埋地下车站在紧急情况下可使用电梯进行辅助疏散的建议。这些研究主要集中在深埋地铁火灾烟气蔓延、楼梯、扶梯疏散特征以及人员上行疏散时间预测等,针对电梯辅助疏散的研究大部分基于超高层以及医疗建筑场景的下行疏散,对于深埋地铁电梯辅助疏散的研究相对较少。
鉴于此,笔者综合考虑地铁埋深、客流强度、电梯运行参数、电梯设置数量、乘客选择电梯疏散比例、电梯前室忍耐排队人数等多种影响因素,基于社会力模型建立深埋地铁仿真模型和电梯调度模型进行多场景仿真模拟计算,深入分析多因素影响下,深埋地铁站电梯辅助乘客疏散效率的变化特征,以期有利于应急疏散方案制定,防范长距离上行疏散风险,增强安全应急管理能力。
国内外主流的行人疏散仿真软件如AnyLogic、Legion等均具备场景构建、参数设置、疏散模拟等功能[13]。AnyLogic是基于Java语言的复杂系统仿真建模软件[14],该软件有较高的可靠性[15],因此,采用Anylogic软件进行深埋地铁疏散模型构建,具体建模流程如图1所示。
深埋车站的出入口需要更长的楼梯和自动扶梯来连接地面和车站。由于地铁站建设成本、空间限制等因素,虽然站内的楼梯与扶梯结构形式多样,但扶梯的设置形式对于乘客疏散时间变化特征影响不大,为方便快速建模,选择北京地铁14号线东风北桥站为标准地铁车站构建车站模型。该站为地下二层岛式站台设计,结构简单。建立深埋地铁车站模型时根据地铁出口坡度同比例增加埋深,延长楼梯与扶梯的长度,可实现与多段折叠式楼梯扶梯疏散场景类似的疏散效果。研究结果可应用于其他结构类似的车站。深埋地铁站物理模型二维平面如图2所示。模型站台层设置2个上行扶梯,1个下行扶梯和2个楼梯,未设置电梯。乘客在站台就近根据楼、扶梯选择概率模型进行垂向疏散选择[16],到达站厅通过出站闸机后,选择电梯疏散的乘客发现电梯前室排队等待人数超过其可接受人数时,他们将会就近向另外一个出口进行疏散。站厅层两侧各设置5个闸机。该站原有出口B、C1、C2和D,每个出口包括1个上行扶梯、1个下行扶梯和1个楼梯。在该站预留出口A处增加不同配置的电梯辅助乘客上行疏散。电梯配置方案包括电梯数量、电梯额定荷载和电梯额定运行速度。
在地铁出口A处设置电梯用于辅助乘客疏散,建立电梯调度模型。考虑文中重点研究深埋地铁电梯辅助下乘客长距离疏散效率,简化处理电梯运行逻辑,电梯只输送出站乘客。当只有1部电梯,乘客直接在电梯前室排队。当有多部电梯时,乘客均匀的选择电梯排队。电梯到达出口层后,靠近电梯门的乘客先出,轿厢靠里的乘客后出。模拟开始,电梯位于站厅层等待乘客呼叫。当有乘客选择乘坐电梯并按下呼叫按钮,电梯门打开。乘客在距离电梯门0.5 m处按照排队先后顺序依次进入电梯轿厢,模型实时判断进入乘客的数量是否达到电梯的额定荷载。如果达到,电梯关门运行至出口层;如果未达到,判断是否还有排队乘客,如果没有人排队等待,电梯关门运行至出口层,而如果有人排队则继续搭载乘客。当所有乘客均已进入电梯轿厢内,电梯关门运行至出口层。电梯到达出口层后,释放轿厢内全部乘客,关闭电梯门,前往站厅层疏散下一波乘客。整个过程中,电梯的停留时间取决于电梯前排队等待的人数,排队人数越多,乘客进、出电梯时间越长,停留时间也越长。电梯模型的运行流程如图3所示。
作出如下假设,便于后续仿真结果的分析与讨论:①地铁站上、下行线路列车同时到站;②高峰期每辆列车到站人数为常数;③除一定比例选择电梯疏散的乘客,其他乘客均匀地通过各个出口上行自动扶梯出站;④仿真模型中电梯匀速运行。
1) 地铁站参数。深埋地铁车站模型站台长120 m,宽13 m。全站楼梯宽度均2.4 m,扶梯宽度为1.2 m,自动扶梯运行速度0.65 m/s。地铁车站模型的站台与站厅层高差为5.1 m,站台与站厅间高差为10.2 m,基于国内外地铁埋深情况,在东风北桥站原有扶梯与楼梯坡度基础上,将地铁站台与站厅间的高差设置为10、30、50、70、90 m。
2) 客流参数。根据北京地铁实际高峰小时客流情况,设置列车车头时距分别为2、3、4、5、6和7 min,乘客每小时分别到达256、600、1 200、2 400、6 400和9600人。乘客疏散的初始速度与期望速度均服从均匀分布[17]。根据《中国成年人人体尺寸》(GB/T 10000—1988),设置乘客肩膀尺寸参数服从三角分布。考虑到乘客楼梯上行步行速度与水平步行速度有一定差异,因此,在水平步行速度的基础上乘以一个速度因子。同时,在疏散过程中,当乘客发现电梯前室可接受排队人数超过其预期时会改变疏散路径,选择离自己最近的出口进行疏散。因此,增加电梯前室可接受排队人数来反映乘客改变疏散路径的心理。此外,闸机服务时间服从均匀分布。疏散乘客的具体参数设置见表1
3) 电梯参数。《电梯技术条件》(GB/T 10058—2009)标准规定,客用电梯开关门时间不超过3.2 s,文中设置电梯开、关门时间均为2 s。电梯额定荷载人数分别设为15、20、25、30、35和40人。为保障电梯使用安全,《电梯制造与安装安全规范》(GB/T 7588.1—2020)规定,轿厢可容纳乘客人数与轿厢最小有效面积之间存在一定换算关系,因此,仿真模型中设置的电梯6种额定荷载对应轿厢尺寸分别为1 100 mm×2 300 mm、1 100 mm×2 900 mm、1 500 mm×2 500 mm、1 500 mm×2 900 mm、2 000 mm×2 500 mm、2 000 mm×2 800 mm。电梯额定运行速度分别设置为1、2、3、4、5、7、9、11 m/s。电梯数量分别设置为1、2、3和4部。乘客选择乘坐电梯的比例分别为0、10%、20%和30%。
考虑地铁埋深、客流强度、电梯额定荷载、运行速度、电梯数量、乘客选择电梯比例、电梯前室可接受排队人数等多因素影响,进一步分析这些因素耦合作用下深埋地铁乘客长距离上行疏散效率。为反映乘客在深埋地铁稳态时的疏散效率,选择平均疏散时间T为判定指标,计算方式为

式中:Ti为乘客 i的疏散时间,s;n为总乘客数。为减少仿真误差,保证结果准确性,分别对每个场景重复仿真5次取平均值。
由于地铁系统复杂,从整体角度验证模型的可靠性非常困难。基于仿真模拟计算获取深埋地铁车站模型中楼梯、自动扶梯与闸机在大客流条件下的通行效率,如图4所示,进而计算通过能力验证模型可靠性。设施通过能力对比见表2
表2可知:本文与实际调查得到的地铁站通过能力[18]最大相差8.9%、与地铁设计规范最大相差14.6%。相关数据表明:客流仿真模型具有较高的可靠性。
1) 参照场景。将未设置疏散电梯的场景作为参照场景。在参照场景中,地铁站内乘客平均疏散时间随埋深增加而增加。客流强度越大,平均疏散时间越长,如图5所示。
2) 地铁埋深与乘客选择比例的影响。设置电梯数量为1部,额定荷载为15人,额定运行速度是1 m/s,不考虑乘客改变疏散路径,研究列车车头时距为7 min,0、10%、20%和30%乘客选择电梯疏散的效率,如图6所示。平峰时期埋深小于30 m时,电梯辅助疏散与全部选择扶梯疏散,乘客的平均疏散时间差异不大。随着埋深逐渐增加,选择电梯辅助疏散的优势逐渐凸显,且乘客选择电梯疏散比例越高,疏散时间越短。
随着客流强度增大,未设置辅助电梯场景下乘客的平均疏散时间越长,疏散效率越低。针对不同地铁埋深,设置列车车头时距为2 min,研究大客流条件下4种乘客选择电梯比例下的疏散效率。在该场景下,电梯数量同样设置为1部,额定荷载为15人,额定运行速度是1 m/s。乘客的平均疏散时间如图7所示。
当10%乘客选择电梯疏散、车站埋深小于30 m时,平均疏散时间小于未设置电梯下乘客全部选择自动扶梯出站的场景。当埋深大于30 m时,乘客的疏散时间逐渐增加并大于没有乘客选择乘坐电梯的场景。因为少数乘客选择乘坐电梯并且埋深为10 m,在电梯前的排队时间较短,乘客能得到快速的疏散。而当埋深逐渐增加,由于电梯只有1部,且额定荷载与运行速度分别为15人和1m/s,对于90 m埋深的地铁站,不考虑电梯开关门以及乘客进出电梯时间,电梯往返需要3 min才能疏散15人,造成乘客排队等待时间增加,疏散效率有所降低。由于每小时只有960名乘客选择电梯,因此与乘客全部选择扶梯场景下的平均疏散时间相比差异不大。30%乘客选择电梯疏散的场景,随着埋深增加,平均疏散时间增加的速率比20%乘客选择电梯疏散高。因为乘客在疏散过程中不改变路径,随着地铁埋深增加,电梯额定荷载以及运行速度有一定限制,导致上下行时间不断增加,造成乘客花费大量的等待时间排队。此过程也可能会影响其他疏散路径上的乘客,导致平均疏散时间延长。
3) 地铁埋深与电梯额定荷载的影响。大客流条件下地铁站内易出现拥堵,疏散效率较低,因此,后面的研究重点关注列车车头时距为2 min,20%乘客选择电梯疏散的场景。为分析乘客疏散效率与地铁埋深和电梯额定荷载的关系,在不考虑乘客改变疏散路径的情况下,开展不同地铁埋深与电梯额定荷载场景下的模拟计算,仿真结果如图8所示。提高电梯额定荷载,可有效地降低平均疏散时间,提高疏散效率。增加电梯额定荷载,埋深越大,平均疏散时间减少越多。
埋深相同,乘客平均疏散时间随电梯额定荷载的增加不断降低,但当额定荷载增加至一定值时,平均疏散时间降低速率变缓。因为当电梯输送能力提升到一定值时,乘客是根据列车到达频率到电梯前等待,选择乘坐电梯的人数一定,此时电梯的输送能力已足够,出现电梯没有满载的情况,平均疏散时间降低速率变缓。
4) 地铁埋深与电梯额定运行速度的影响。电梯作为重要辅助疏散方式,除研究额定荷载与埋深之间的关系,额定运行速度也是电梯重要的运行参数。不考虑乘客改变疏散路径,不同埋深下改变电梯额定运行速度的仿真模拟计算结果如图9所示。埋深越大平均疏散时间减少效果越好。相同埋深下,电梯额定运行速度大于5 m/s时,平均疏散时间降低速率变缓。这同样是由于电梯在上行输送时会逐渐出现不满载的情况导致的。
5) 电梯数量与电梯额定荷载的影响。地铁埋深越大,乘客需要疏散的时间越长,因此,重点考虑大客流条件下地铁埋深为90 m的场景。不考虑乘客改变路径时,通过模拟仿真发现,同时增加电梯的额定荷载和数量可有效缩短乘客的平均疏散时间,如图10所示。随着电梯额定荷载的增加,电梯数量越少,平均疏散时间降低速度越快。设置较少电梯数量与高额定荷载场景下的平均疏散时间和设置较多电梯数量与低额定荷载场景下的平均疏散时间相差不多。
6) 电梯数量与电梯额定运行速度的影响。地铁埋深90 m场景下,乘客不改变疏散路径时,电梯额定运行速度和数量对乘客平均疏散时间的影响如图11所示。当电梯额定运行速度增加到一定数值时,乘客的平均疏散时间降低速率变缓。电梯数量越多,电梯额定运行速度的增加越少,平均疏散时间降低速率越快。设置较少数量与较高运行速度电梯时的乘客平均疏散时间和设置较多数量与较低运行速度电梯场景下的乘客平均疏散时间相差不大。
7) 电梯数量、额定荷载与运行速度多因素影响下深埋地铁疏散效率如图12所示。乘客不改变疏散路径,额定荷载为40人,额定运行速度为11 m/s时,平均疏散时间降低至最小为514 s。从提高乘客疏散效率、节约资源、降低运营成本的角度考虑,针对不同的电梯数量,通过不同的参数设置提升深埋地铁大客流疏散效率。当然,根据工程建造难度及电梯造价,扩大电梯轿厢与提高电梯额定运行速度需综合考虑。
8) 地铁埋深与可接受排队人数的影响。当已知电梯数量、电梯额定荷载和运行速度时,电梯前室排队人数可从侧面较好地反映乘客所需排队等待时间。为进一步分析不同地铁埋深情况下乘客因排队时间过长而改变疏散路径后整体疏散时间的变化特征,考虑大客流条件下20%乘客选择电梯疏散的场景,设计5种地铁埋深开展模拟计算。在这些场景中可接受排队人数分别设置为5~300人共计15种情况,模拟计算结果如图13所示。在埋深为10 m,可接受排队人数为5人时,平均疏散时间最短,较参照场景减少29.8%。其余埋深场景,随着可接受排队人数增加,平均疏散时间呈先减后增的趋势,在可接受排队人数为15人时,乘客平均疏散时间达到最小。当可接受排队人数小于20人时,选择乘坐电梯乘客的平均疏散时间少于选择乘坐扶梯的乘客。
9) 电梯运行速度与可接受排队人数的影响。出口A处设置1部额定荷载为15人的电梯,研究大客流条件90 m地铁埋深场景下20%乘客选择电梯疏散时,电梯额定运行速度与可接受排队人数变化对乘客平均疏散时间的影响,结果如图14所示。当固定电梯额定运行速度时,乘客可接受排队人数增加导致平均疏散时间先降低后增加。随着电梯额定速度的增加,整体平均疏散时间取得最小值对应的可接受排队人数也会逐渐增大。进一步分析90 m埋深场景下电梯额定运行速度对搭乘电梯乘客的疏散时间影响,统计结果如图15所示。
选择电梯乘客的疏散时间随电梯额定运行速度增加而不断降低。由于未选择电梯乘客的平均疏散时间(图15中虚线所示)不随电梯额定运行速度与可接受排队人数变化,因此,所有乘客的平均疏散时间随着运行速度的增加而降低(图14)。需要指出的是,当可接受排队人数≤30时,所有选择电梯乘客的平均疏散时间均小于未选择电梯乘客的平均疏散时间。也就是说,存在一个排队规模的上限,超过这个上限后还乘坐电梯疏散就失去了疏散效率的优势。
1) 深埋地铁乘客疏散效率受多因素影响,地铁乘客疏散时间与地铁车站埋深和客流强度呈正比关系,但是,当允许使用电梯疏散且选择使用电梯疏散乘客不改变疏散路径时,乘客疏散时间与选择使用电梯的乘客比例在地铁平峰期呈反比关系,在高峰期呈正比关系。
2) 不同地铁埋深场景中,使用额定荷载大于30人、额定运行速度大于5 m/s的单个电梯辅助疏散对整体疏散效率提升作用不再显著。同时,合理提高电梯数量、额定荷载和额定运行速度,既能较大限度提高疏散效率,又能尽可能降低成本。
3) 当乘客根据可接受排队人数而改变疏散路径时,存在一个最佳可接受排队人数,使得平均疏散时间达到最低。也就是说,在地铁埋深一定时,可控制电梯前室内排队人数的上限提高疏散效率。
