In order to study the seismic effectiveness of the most commonly used support method for fixing figurine cultural relics,the full-scale shaking table tests of the seismic system (two types of figurine replicas with typical size and vulnerable materials and fixed measures of supports) were carried out. The seismic responses of the cultural relic replicas and the interaction between the cultural relic replicas and supports under different working conditions were obtained. The influence of the key body shape parameters of figurines,the clamping position of metal supports,the support size,the installation gap between cultural relic replicas and fixed measures on the movement state of cultural relics was discussed. The seismic effectiveness of support measures was evaluated and reasonable suggestions were put forward. It provided the necessary basis for the optimal design of fixed method for this type of cultural relics with the principle of safety and minimum intervention. The results showed that all the floating figurine replicas were overturned,which had a great risk of damage. The rocking responses of figurine replicas were effectively reduced after independent supports were used for fixation. As the ratio of the center of gravity height to the base width of the figurine replicas increases,along with the increase in their mass,the obvious plastic deformation or even the root fracture occurred in the case of smaller supports,resulting in overturning and damage of figurine replicas. At the same time,with the increase of the size of the supports,the improvement of the fixation effect was limited. Based on the principle of minimum intervention for cultural relics,and considering the seismic safety and the art exhibition,the support size should be optimized. The rocking responses of figurine were controlled to some extent when its shoulder was fixed by the support,however,with the increase of the fixed position,the sliding response of the figurine was more obvious. The surface of the figurine was easily damaged because of the interaction between the support and the figurine. When the gap between the two was filled with silica gel cushion,the rocking and sliding responses of figurine replicas were reduced by nearly 40% and 50% respectively,the strain at the root of the support was reduced by nearly 40%,and the strain at the contact area between the figurine and the support was reduced by nearly 60%,which effectively improved the seismic effectiveness of support measures.

为研究博物馆最常用的支架固定措施固定馆藏人物俑文物的抗震有效性,开展了两类典型体型易损、材质易损人物俑文物复制品-支架固定措施抗震系统足尺振动台试验研究。获得了人物俑在不同工况下的地震响应及人物俑与支架间的相互作用,探讨人物俑关键体型参数、金属支架卡固位置、支架尺寸、固定措施与人物俑间安装缝隙对该类文物运动状态的影响,评估了支架固定措施的抗震有效性并提出了合理建议,为兼顾安全性及最小干预原则的支架固定人物俑文物的优化设计提供必要依据。研究结果表明:浮放人物俑均发生倾覆,具有极大震损风险;采用支架固定后可有效降低人物俑的摇摆响应,随着人物俑复制品的质心高度与底座宽度比值增加以及其质量增大,较小尺寸支架发生明显塑性变形甚至根部断裂,导致人物俑倾覆并损坏;随着支架尺寸的增加,其对文物固定效果的提高作用有限,基于文物保护最小干预原则,综合考虑文物的抗震安全及艺术展示效果,优化支架尺寸;支架固定人物俑肩部时,人物俑摇摆响应得到一定控制,但随着支架固定位置的提高,人物俑滑移响应愈加明显;当支架与人物俑相互作用时,人物俑表面出现明显损伤,在两者缝隙填充硅胶垫,人物俑的摇摆响应和滑移响应分别降低近40%和50%,支架根部应变下降近40%,人物俑与支架接触处应变下降近60%,有效提高了支架固定措施的抗震有效性。

为研究博物馆最常用的支架固定措施固定馆藏人物俑文物的抗震有效性,开展了两类典型体型易损、材质易损人物俑文物复制品-支架固定措施抗震系统足尺振动台试验研究。获得了人物俑在不同工况下的地震响应及人物俑与支架间的相互作用,探讨人物俑关键体型参数、金属支架卡固位置、支架尺寸、固定措施与人物俑间安装缝隙对该类文物运动状态的影响,评估了支架固定措施的抗震有效性并提出了合理建议,为兼顾安全性及最小干预原则的支架固定人物俑文物的优化设计提供必要依据。研究结果表明:浮放人物俑均发生倾覆,具有极大震损风险;采用支架固定后可有效降低人物俑的摇摆响应,随着人物俑复制品的质心高度与底座宽度比值增加以及其质量增大,较小尺寸支架发生明显塑性变形甚至根部断裂,导致人物俑倾覆并损坏;随着支架尺寸的增加,其对文物固定效果的提高作用有限,基于文物保护最小干预原则,综合考虑文物的抗震安全及艺术展示效果,优化支架尺寸;支架固定人物俑肩部时,人物俑摇摆响应得到一定控制,但随着支架固定位置的提高,人物俑滑移响应愈加明显;当支架与人物俑相互作用时,人物俑表面出现明显损伤,在两者缝隙填充硅胶垫,人物俑的摇摆响应和滑移响应分别降低近40%和50%,支架根部应变下降近40%,人物俑与支架接触处应变下降近60%,有效提高了支架固定措施的抗震有效性。

In order to study the seismic effectiveness of the most commonly used support method for fixing figurine cultural relics,the full-scale shaking table tests of the seismic system (two types of figurine replicas with typical size and vulnerable materials and fixed measures of supports) were carried out. The seismic responses of the cultural relic replicas and the interaction between the cultural relic replicas and supports under different working conditions were obtained. The influence of the key body shape parameters of figurines,the clamping position of metal supports,the support size,the installation gap between cultural relic replicas and fixed measures on the movement state of cultural relics was discussed. The seismic effectiveness of support measures was evaluated and reasonable suggestions were put forward. It provided the necessary basis for the optimal design of fixed method for this type of cultural relics with the principle of safety and minimum intervention. The results showed that all the floating figurine replicas were overturned,which had a great risk of damage. The rocking responses of figurine replicas were effectively reduced after independent supports were used for fixation. As the ratio of the center of gravity height to the base width of the figurine replicas increases,along with the increase in their mass,the obvious plastic deformation or even the root fracture occurred in the case of smaller supports,resulting in overturning and damage of figurine replicas. At the same time,with the increase of the size of the supports,the improvement of the fixation effect was limited. Based on the principle of minimum intervention for cultural relics,and considering the seismic safety and the art exhibition,the support size should be optimized. The rocking responses of figurine were controlled to some extent when its shoulder was fixed by the support,however,with the increase of the fixed position,the sliding response of the figurine was more obvious. The surface of the figurine was easily damaged because of the interaction between the support and the figurine. When the gap between the two was filled with silica gel cushion,the rocking and sliding responses of figurine replicas were reduced by nearly 40% and 50% respectively,the strain at the root of the support was reduced by nearly 40%,and the strain at the contact area between the figurine and the support was reduced by nearly 60%,which effectively improved the seismic effectiveness of support measures.

历经千年历史的人物俑,是中国非常宝贵的文化遗产。当地震来临时,文物的主要运动状态包括摇摆、滑移、扭转等16。人物俑文物质心高度与底座宽度的比值较大,在地震作用下容易发生倾覆破坏,属于体型及材质易损文物。同时,博物馆中的人物俑文物展陈布置具有排列紧密的特点,若其中一个倾覆易导致成片损坏,从而造成非常严重的后果7。在中国近二十年的几次强烈地震作用下,相关区域博物馆中的许多文物都受到了极大的破坏811,如2008年汶川8.0级地震中部分博物馆秦俑受损严重7;2021年四川泸县6.0级地震中可移动文物与陈列台连接的金属卡件崩落等11,引起了研究人员的高度重视。国家文物事业发展“十三五”规划中提出“加大保护力度,文物保护装备研发”的迫切要求,《文物安全防控“十四五”专项规划》12中也明确要求建立健全的防灾体系,强化科技支撑。文献[13]中提出,基于馆藏文物安全需求,应采取措施进行隔震和消能减震,以降低文物地震响应。为满足上述需求,传统固定措施1417与减隔震手段1821应用于文物抗震保护,其中量大面广的传统固定措施(卡固件固定法、鱼线栓绑法、支架固定法等)由于其价格低廉、构造简单、安装方便,在博物馆布展中使用广泛。近年来,已有学者1517对卡固件固定法、鱼线栓绑法固定梅瓶类文物进行振动台试验研究,结果表明优化设计后的传统固定措施能有效降低文物地震响应。
然而,已有研究中缺少针对地震作用下体型及材质易损人物俑文物的抗震固定措施研究。当对人物俑文物采用鱼线进行栓绑固定时,人物俑在地震作用下仍会产生较大滑移与摇摆响应甚至倾覆,且其固定所需面积大,不符合博物馆中人物俑紧密陈列的摆放方式,如图1所示。同时,固定措施失效后文物复制品破损严重,如图2所示。因此,馆藏人物俑文物通常采用强度较高、占地面积较小的金属支架固定,如图3所示。然而,目前布展时针对不同类型、不同体型人物俑通常采用相同的支架形式与卡固方式,且支架尺寸较小,其在地震作用下易发生损坏,国内外针对支架固定人物俑文物抗震效果的研究较少,针对不同体型人物俑的匹配支架,且现有研究中缺乏关于支架与文物相互作用的研究。因此迫切需要针对不同类型人物俑采用不同形式支架进行固定时的抗震效果进行深入探究,为博物馆保护人物俑类地震易损文物提供科学有效的建议和优化措施。
为实现上述目标,本文综合考虑人物俑体型、高度、质量,支架尺寸,卡固位置,有/无硅胶垫、地震波类型、作用方向以及强度等影响因素,对支架固定典型人物俑地震易损文物复制品进行足尺振动台试验研究,获得人物俑复制品的地震响应、支架根部应变变化,以及支架与人物俑复制品接触处人物俑表面应变变化,探讨支架固定人物俑的抗震效果,对现有博物馆中人物俑固定方式进行抗震有效性判别,提出支架固定人物俑的优化方案,为馆藏人物俑文物的布展设计提供科学依据。
根据人物俑文物在博物馆中的陈列调研结果,综合考虑地震作用下馆藏文物材质易损和体型易损的特点,选取了两类典型体型的人物俑复制品,并针对不同人物俑高度,选取具有代表性的5个足尺人物俑复制品,如图4(a)所示,几何参数如表1~2所示。博物馆对上述5种人物俑文物多采用直径5 mm金属支架卡固腰部,支架根部通过螺纹连接于台面,本次试验中支架设计选用金属材质(弹性模量为200 GPa,屈服强度为400 MPa),如图4(b)所示。同时,为研究支架卡固腰部的抗震有效性、卡固其他部位(肩部)对人物俑文物动力响应的影响和不同直径支架对人物俑文物的固定效果等,支架高度与尺寸设计参数如表3所示。为与实际展陈固定方式保持一致,试验中鱼线沿支架环开口方向约束人物俑复制品,支架杆与环、底板通过螺纹连接,底板固定于振动台台面,如图5所示。
试验主要仪器设备包括水平地震模拟振动台、蓝牙数字倾角仪、朗斯加速度传感器、东方所COINV采集仪、东华应力应变动态采集仪、松下激光位移传感器、拉力计、亚克力陈列台座、龙门架、鱼线、热熔胶枪、120-3AA应变片等,测试仪器布置图如图5所示。
《馆藏文物防震规范》(WW/T 0069—2015)22中提出,为防止地震发生时文物的损坏、滑移、倾覆、摇晃或扭转,首先考虑合适的传统措施;针对珍贵文物需要采用试验分析法分析馆藏文物的地震作用效应。在性能目标要求中也提出在发生罕遇地震时文物不倾覆,仅发生有限滑移(不发生碰撞)并且不损坏,保护措施不应对文物造成额外损伤。因此本次试验测量内容主要包括文物复制品的转角、底部滑移、支架根部的应变和支架与复制品表面接触处的应变、施加地震波时振动台台面加速度以及人物俑复制品与台面的摩擦系数。
由于支架环开口具有方向性,试验过程中分别施加X向与Y向的单向地震波,考察不同方向的地震响应以及文物复制品与固定措施的相互作用。以采用支架固定的5号武士俑复制品肩部为例,X向与Y向说明及人物俑复制品与支架上应变片编号如图6所示,各测量仪器监测内容如表4所示。
在单向地震波作用下,由于人物俑复制品体型分布不均匀,XY向上均会发生滑移,因此用两个方向的合位移来反映人物俑的滑移。限于篇幅,采用地震波加载方向的文物复制品转角进行分析(主控转角)。在试验前采用拉力计对5种文物复制品与亚克力台面间的摩擦系数进行测定,每种接触关系测量6次并取平均值,最终摩擦系数取值如表5所示。
根据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)23的选波原则,综合文献[24]选择采用Newmark三联谱为目标谱的选波方法,从美国太平洋地震工程中心的强震记录数据库(PEER/NGA)中下载7个台站的双向水平记录,以No.1~No.7对其进行编号,如表6所示。试验时考虑到振动台双向位移限值,因此选择前3条地震波(No.1~No.3)作为本次试验所用地震波,对每条地震波进行调幅。为重点探究不同体型和尺寸人物俑文物复制品在地震作用下的动力响应以及不同参数支架的抗震固定效果,进一步降低博物馆建筑结构和展柜对人物俑文物运动状态的影响,参考某博物馆的首层地面沿墙区域放置的人物俑文物,振动台试验工况边界条件与此相似。
以某抗震设防烈度为8度地区的博物馆为原型,根据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)23的规定,多遇、设防及罕遇地震加速度峰值分别为0.07g,0.2g及0.4gg=9.8 m/s2)。为检验支架固定人物俑在强震作用下的有效性,增加抗震设防烈度为9度地区的罕遇地震加速度峰值0.62g作为8度地区的极罕遇地震加速度峰值。具体试验工况如表7所示。
在进行支架固定人物俑复制品试验前,先将5种人物俑复制品浮放于振动台台面,如图7所示。分别输入No.1~No.3地震波,探究浮放人物俑在地震波作用下的运动状态,结果如表8所示。以No.1地震波作用下浮放人物俑复制品为例,其摇摆响应时程曲线如图8所示。
结合表8图8可知,浮放人物俑文物复制品在强烈地震作用下均发生倾覆,具有极大的震损风险,且当人物俑的质心高度与底座宽度的比值和质量越大,人物俑越易倾覆。因此亟需针对该体型易损及材质易损人物俑文物的有效抗震固定措施进行深入研究。
3条地震波作用下文物复制品的动力响应规律相似,限于篇幅,以No.1和No.3地震波作用为例,5种人物俑复制品在地震波作用下的典型运动状态如图9所示。
结合图9可得:
(1) 对比图9(a)与(c)以及图9(n)与(o),在不同体型的人物俑复制品中,当人物俑复制品的质心高度与底座宽度的比值较小且自身质量较轻时,支架的保护效果较好,地震作用过程中人物俑复制品发生摇晃幅度小,在地震波作用结束后,人物俑复制品恢复至初始位置。
(2) 如图9(c)~(d)和9(g)~(j)所示,当地震波加速度峰值达到0.62g时,采用支架固定后,较大尺寸的高420 mm和高600 mm武士俑复制品均未发生倾覆,但沿支架支撑方向产生滑移和扭转,在地震波作用结束后,两种武士俑复制品均未能恢复至初始位置,具有较大的残余变形。对比图9(c)~(d)和9(i)~(j),当人物俑复制品重心位置较高时,支架固定在腰部时对人物俑复制品的摇摆限制较弱;当地震波加速峰值较高时,人物俑复制品更容易发生大幅度摇摆。
(3) 人物俑复制品体型越高、质量越大,对支架的尺寸要求越高。如图9(g)所示,5号人物俑复制品在地震波作用下发生较大摇摆时,支架出现明显的弯曲变形。由图9(h)~(i)可得,当地震波沿支架支撑方向作用时(Y方向),人物俑复制品未发生明显扭转;而当地震波沿垂直支架方向作用时(X方向),人物俑复制品更容易发生扭转,主要是因为在人物俑复制品的侧面无竖向支撑抵抗人物俑复制品产生的倾覆力矩。
(4) 图9(e),(f),(m)说明较小尺寸支架固定较大体积文物时,支架杆极易发生较大塑性变形甚至断裂,导致人物俑复制品发生倾覆,支架环在反复作用下发生不可恢复的塑性累积变形。
(5) 如图9(n)~(p)所示,唐三彩人物俑复制品质心高度/底面尺寸相对较小,在适合尺寸的支架固定下该类人物俑地震响应相对较小,但由于其表面凹凸不平未能与支架环完全贴合,因此在加速度峰值较大时,仍会有较大摇摆与滑移响应。
(6) 如图9(k)所示,由于金属支架与人物俑复制品相互作用,人物俑复制品表面发生严重损伤;图9(l)中人物俑复制品发生显著晃动,与台面多次碰撞,导致损坏。故需要进一步分析文物与固定措施之间的相互作用,提出优化建议,减小文物的局部损伤。
支架固定人物俑复制品代表性转角时程曲线如图10所示,不同人物俑复制品在地震波作用下的摇摆、滑移峰值对比如图11所示。不同地震波作用对采用同一种固定措施人物俑复制品抗震效果的影响如图12所示,其中5号武士俑在采用直径5 mm支架固定时,支架发生断裂,在采用直径8 mm和10 mm支架卡固肩部时,经历前两条地震波作用后,支架已经进入塑性变形阶段,并未继续加载第3条地震波。
结合图1112可得:
(1)支架支撑方向与地震波的作用方向是否一致对支架的抗震固定效果有一定影响:博物馆为满足布展需要将支架安装于人物俑文物背面,以3号武士俑复制品和4号唐三彩人物俑复制品为例,如图11(a)~(f)所示。当支架支撑方向与地震波作用方向一致时(Y方向),人物俑复制品的主要运动方向与地震波方向平行,支架抵抗人物俑复制品倾覆力矩效果最优;而当地震波作用方向与支架支撑方向相垂直时(X方向),人物俑复制品在主要运动方向上没有足够支撑,产生较大的摇摆与滑移。建议在支架固定人物俑时增加随型卡固件固定人物俑底部,进一步降低人物俑的地震响应。
(2)固定人物俑选用的支架尺寸和卡固位置会对人物俑复制品地震响应产生影响。以人物俑复制品在Y向地震波作用下采用3种不同尺寸支架固定时的峰值响应为例,如图11(g)~(p)所示。当人物俑的高度与质量较小时,如1号武士俑复制品与2号唐三彩人物俑复制品,选用5 mm支架就能够起到较好的固定作用,增大支架直径对其保护效果提升不明显。当人物俑高度与重量较大时,如3号、5号武士俑复制品和4号唐三彩人物俑复制品,直径5 mm的支架固定效果明显降低,出现较大的摇摆与滑移响应,3号武士俑复制品在采用5 mm支架保护时该人物俑复制品摇摆产生的转角超过6°,在增大支架直径至8 mm时,该武士俑复制品在加速度峰值0.62g时摇摆与滑移响应分别下降近50%与40%,而继续增加支架直径至10 mm时,固定效果提升有限。当加速度峰值达到0.62g时,人物俑复制品高度与质量增加,采用直径8 mm支架固定时支架进入塑性,耗散部分能量,直径10 mm支架仍处于弹性阶段,同时,支架环在反复作用下发生不可恢复变形,在大震中人物俑复制品更容易挣脱支架固定,导致试验中10 mm支架固定人物俑复制品的运动响应增大,如图11(i)~(l),(o)~(p)所示。5号武士俑复制品与4号唐三彩人物俑复制品的主要运动规律与3号俑相似,主要区别在于5号俑在加速度峰值达到0.62g时,直径5 mm支架发生断裂。
对比图11(i),(k)和11(j),(l)所示武士俑复制品的支架固定位置发生变化时的响应,固定人物俑复制品肩部对其上部摇摆响应限制效果明显,而下部的滑移增加;固定人物俑复制品腰部时,其上部摇摆响应较大,对滑移的限制效果增强。
(3)试验中按地震波编号顺序加载,图12(a)~(d)对比不同地震波相同峰值加速度时人物俑复制品的地震响应,No.1与No.2地震波作用下,人物俑复制品的摇摆角峰值较为相近。在加载至第3条地震波时,支架杆与支架环已经发生一定程度的塑性变形,由于累积损伤,限制人物俑摇摆的能力显著降低。图12(c)中当对5号俑复制品加载No.1与No.2地震波后,支架出现明显变形,因此未继续加载No.3地震波。
(4)结合试验结果,根据文物是否倾覆,支架是否发生不可恢复的残余变形为失效判据,获得有效固定不同体型人物俑复制品所需支架尺寸如表9所示。
由试验现象可得,支架未失效时人物俑复制品不会发生倾覆,但由于人物俑复制品表面不平滑,与支架之间存在不可避免的安装缝隙,使得人物俑复制品在摇摆过程中与支架相互作用,造成人物俑复制品局部损坏,如图9(k)所示。故为量化支架-人物俑相互作用系统的应变变化,以3号武士俑复制品固定肩部/腰部和4号唐三彩人物俑复制品固定腰部为例,监测人物俑复制品表面与支架接触处的应变以及支架根部的应变。同时在4号俑复制品与支架的安装缝隙间增加硅胶垫使支架与人物俑复制品表面更加贴合,对比增加硅胶垫与未增加硅胶垫时支架固定人物俑复制品的抗震效果,试验现象如图13所示。3号俑复制品在受Y向No.1地震波作用时,支架根部不同方向应变对比如图14所示。4号俑复制品代表性应变时程曲线如图15所示。在No.1地震波作用下人物俑复制品与支架相互作用以及人物俑复制品的地震响应峰值对比分别如图1617所示。
结合图13~17可得:
(1)以3号武士俑复制品为例,对比图14(a)~(b)和14(c)~(d),当地震波沿X方向反复作用于该武士俑复制品时,武士俑复制品发生摇摆时易带动支架发生绕支架竖杆转动,削弱支架侧面抵抗倾覆力矩的能力。当加速度峰值达到0.62g时,图14(b)~(d)中直径为5 mm的支架根部微应变最大达到3000,远超出支架的屈服应变,支架进入塑性变形阶段,支架根部发生不可恢复的残余变形,当继续加载时,支架对人物俑复制品的固定效果降低。
(2)以支架固定4号唐三彩人物俑复制品为例,在支架与人物俑复制品间增加硅胶垫后,当地震波作用时支架根部的应变呈下降趋势,应变最大可下降近40%,如图16(a)~(d)所示。同时,在两者接触处人物俑复制品表面竖向应变最大可下降60%,硅胶垫有效降低了人物俑复制品与支架的相互作用。
(3)根据图13中(c)~(f)所示,当支架固定4号唐三彩人物俑复制品时,在未增加硅胶垫时,由于与支架接触处人物俑表面不平滑易产生缝隙,在地震波加速度峰值较大时,人物俑复制品挣脱支架固定,产生较大扭转及滑移响应;在两者接触处增加硅胶垫后,人物俑复制品表面与支架更加贴合,人物俑复制品与支架未发生脱离,支架固定效果显著提升。同时,人物俑复制品的摇摆与滑移响应均降低,如图17(a)~(d)所示。以直径5 mm支架固定该人物俑复制品为例,采用硅胶垫后人物俑复制品的摇摆响应与滑移响应分别降低近40%(0.4g)与50%(0.62g)。对比图13(a)~(b),(e)~(f),在峰值加速度较大时,增加硅胶垫后直径5 mm支架对该人物俑复制品的抗震固定效果仍低于直径8 mm支架的抗震固定效果,故采用支架固定人物俑文物时,应优先选择尺寸、刚度合适的支架,再增加硅胶垫等构造措施填充安装缝隙,进一步降低人物俑地震响应及两者的相互作用。
本文以支架固定两类体型、五种高度的典型地震易损人物俑复制品为研究对象,通过振动台试验研究,探讨文物复制品在不同工况下的地震响应及文物复制品与支架间的相互作用,对支架固定人物俑类文物进行抗震有效性判别,为布展设计提供依据,主要结论如下:
(1)随着地震波峰值加速度增加,不同体型及尺寸的浮放人物俑复制品均发生倾覆,具有极大的震损风险;采用支架固定后可有效降低文物的摇摆响应。
(2)质量、质心高度、底面宽度、人物俑表面平滑度等是影响其运动状态和相互作用的关键参数。随着人物俑复制品的质心高度与底座宽度比值增加以及其质量增大,在地震波作用下较小尺寸支架发生明显塑性变形甚至根部断裂。增加支架尺寸能够提高对文物的抗震固定效果,但由于安装缝隙的存在,在大震作用下摇摆反应仍较剧烈,且震后无法恢复至初始位置。同时,随着尺寸的增加对文物固定效果的提高作用有限,基于文物保护中的最小干预原则,综合考虑文物的抗震安全及艺术展示效果,给出建议支架尺寸。
(3)当支架卡固人物俑位置发生变化时,卡固在人物俑肩部与卡固在腰部相比摇摆响应得到一定的控制,最大可下降近40%,但随着支架固定位置的提高,滑移响应增加。
(4)博物馆为满足布展需要将支架安装于人物俑类文物背面,当地震波作用方向沿人物俑侧面时,人物俑仍会产生较大地震响应,建议在支架固定人物俑时增加随型卡固件固定人物俑底部,进一步降低人物俑的地震响应。
(5)由于安装缝隙的存在,当支架与人物俑复制品相互作用时,人物俑表面出现明显损伤,在支架与人物俑安装缝隙增加硅胶垫等构造措施能有效提高支架固定效果,并降低人物俑与支架的相互作用,摇摆响应与滑移响应分别降低近40%与50%,人物俑表面应变与支架根部应变分别下降近60%与40%,有效防止人物俑局部损伤。
