Recursive Least Squares algorithm is widely adopted in the field of micro-vibration adaptive control because of its simplicity and speed. Due to the particularity and complexity of the disturbance environment in the micro-vibration active control application,the robustness of the parameter adaptive algorithm used in the micro-vibration control needs to be considered. For the Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) active vibration control system,this paper presents a MIMO robust parameter adaptive algorithm based on an Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter. This robust parameter adaptive algorithm takes advantage of the dead zone and normalization. The deducing process and convergence analysis of the robust parameter adaptive algorithm are illustrated in detail. A 3-DOF real time micro-vibration control experimental platform has been constructed. Comparison are provided with sine disturbance,double sine disturbance and broadband disturbance. Experimental results confirm the feasibility and robust of the proposed algorithm.

递推最小二乘(Recursive Least Squares,RLS)算法因其简单、快速的特点,在微振动自适应控制领域被广泛应用。由于微振动主动控制系统中扰动环境的特殊性及复杂性,需要重点考虑微振动控制中所采用的参数自适应算法在参数估计过程中的鲁棒性。针对多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output,MIMO)微振动主动控制系统,基于无限冲激响应(Infinite Impulse Response,IIR)滤波器,提出一种结合死区和归一化的MIMO鲁棒参数自适应算法,并给出其详细的算法推导与收敛性分析。在此基础上,通过构建三自由度微振动主动振动控制实验系统,针对单频窄带扰动、双频窄带扰动展开了对比实验分析,相关的实验结果验证了所提出鲁棒参数自适应算法的可行性和鲁棒性。

递推最小二乘(Recursive Least Squares,RLS)算法因其简单、快速的特点,在微振动自适应控制领域被广泛应用。由于微振动主动控制系统中扰动环境的特殊性及复杂性,需要重点考虑微振动控制中所采用的参数自适应算法在参数估计过程中的鲁棒性。针对多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output,MIMO)微振动主动控制系统,基于无限冲激响应(Infinite Impulse Response,IIR)滤波器,提出一种结合死区和归一化的MIMO鲁棒参数自适应算法,并给出其详细的算法推导与收敛性分析。在此基础上,通过构建三自由度微振动主动振动控制实验系统,针对单频窄带扰动、双频窄带扰动展开了对比实验分析,相关的实验结果验证了所提出鲁棒参数自适应算法的可行性和鲁棒性。

Recursive Least Squares algorithm is widely adopted in the field of micro-vibration adaptive control because of its simplicity and speed. Due to the particularity and complexity of the disturbance environment in the micro-vibration active control application,the robustness of the parameter adaptive algorithm used in the micro-vibration control needs to be considered. For the Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) active vibration control system,this paper presents a MIMO robust parameter adaptive algorithm based on an Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter. This robust parameter adaptive algorithm takes advantage of the dead zone and normalization. The deducing process and convergence analysis of the robust parameter adaptive algorithm are illustrated in detail. A 3-DOF real time micro-vibration control experimental platform has been constructed. Comparison are provided with sine disturbance,double sine disturbance and broadband disturbance. Experimental results confirm the feasibility and robust of the proposed algorithm.

结构微振动在航天、精密制造等领域中会产生不可忽视的负面影响,尤其是当各种性能优异的轻质航天复合材料被大量地引入到航天工业中之后,会更加剧空间装置和构件的微振动扰动。空间望远镜、高分辨率相机等航天精密设备对工作环境有着极高的稳定性要求。因此,针对航天器的高精密载荷结构微振动主动控制的研究一直在持续1-2。目前针对结构微振动所采用的主动控制方法中,自适应控制方法是最为常用且有效的一类3
自适应控制方法的抑振效果与其所采用的参数自适应算法息息相关。目前常用方法可以分为基于信号处理领域的方法和基于现代控制理论的方法4-5,前者的典型算法是最小均方(Least Mean Square,LMS)算法,后者的典型算法是递推最小二乘(Recursive Least Squares,RLS)算法。基于自适应滤波器设计的参数自适应算法理论与应用研究,一直是近年来相关技术领域的研究热点。
LMS算法是在维纳滤波的基础上,采用最速下降法的思想发展而来的,因其算法结构简单、运算量小、鲁棒性较好,被广泛应用在各种场合。但同时,LMS算法本质上是一种高度非线性的算法,应用该算法进行瞬态分析十分困难,且其收敛速度相对较慢,对高斯过程过分依赖6-7
相比于LMS算法,RLS算法是一种基于最小二乘的快速参数自适应算法,具有更快的收敛速度,其收敛性能与输入信号的频谱无关,鲁棒性强,但其存在数值不稳定以及计算复杂度较高的问题8-9。随着数字处理器技术的发展,RLS算法的计算复杂度问题也逐步得到了解决,扩大了RLS算法及其各种改进型算法的应用范围。
针对RLS算法的不足,学者们也开展了相关研究。高鹰10基于最小二乘准则,设计实现了一种改进RLS参数自适应算法,规避了原有算法需要递推估计来更新自相关矩阵的逆,提升了收敛速度;Amiri等11提出一种量化输入RLS算法,提升了算法的跟踪性能;Mohammed等12提出一种改进RLS算法,有效提升算法收敛速度,并将其应用于噪声控制中,取得较好效果;Eksioglu等13提出一种凸正则化RLS算法,在稀疏系统中取得比常规RLS算法更好的抑振效果;Zhang等14基于最大相关熵准则提出一种鲁棒RLS参数自适应算法,在稀疏系统的识别中取得良好效果,并在冲击噪声下有较强鲁棒性。
而具体到结构振动主动控制应用中,当前应用于结构振动自适应控制领域的RLS参数自适应算法大都未能考虑到其本身的鲁棒性,尤其是面向多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output,MIMO)结构振动主动控制系统的RLS算法鲁棒性改进并未见到。
事实上,通常在参数自适应算法的实施过程中,一般都作了一些假设:假设参数自适应算法所调节的自适应滤波器的阶数能够完全描述真实系统;假设外界的扰动都是具有零均值的随机信号;假设对象参数都是常数;假设参数的值域都是不受限制的等等。在实际系统的辨识或者是自适应控制应用中的参数自适应过程,上述的假设并不一定全部满足。尤其在结构微振动主动控制中,由于所面临扰动环境的复杂性,需要考虑振动控制中所采用的参数自适应算法在参数估计过程中的鲁棒性,具体地讲,需要保证参数自适应算法在自适应过程中回归向量的有界性。
为了进一步改善MIMO结构振动自适应控制系统中参数自适应算法自身的鲁棒性能,继而提升相关自适应控制方法的抑振性能,本文首先给出了多输入多输出递推最小二乘(Multiple Input Multiple Output -Recursive Least Squares,MIMO-RLS)算法的详细推导过程及算法分析;在此基础上,基于死区和归一化手段,提出一种鲁棒改进的递推最小二乘算法,暂命名为多输入多输出死区归一化递推最小二乘(Multiple Input Multiple Output-Deadzone and Normalization Recursive Least Squares,MIMO- DNRLS)算法,并给出其收敛性分析。构建一套三自由度微振动主动控制原理性实验系统,基于该三自由度微振动主动控制实验系统,进行典型扰动下的实验验证,对比验证本文改进算法的抑振效果。

为了确保算法的稳定性,实际使用中会对MIMO-RLS算法中的经过渐进稳定预置滤波器滤波处理。通过对加权系数取值的多种选择组合,得到不同的自适应功能增益演化过程及误差指标的参数自适应调节最小化过程,具体取值方式如表1所示。

式(28)的等效反馈系统如图1所示。图1中,为式(28)所示系统的外源输入,因此,的有界性是保证的有界性的一个必要的条件。然而,即使当都是有界的,也不能够保证的有界性。因为,当序列并非为持续激励时,图1所示系统相当于一个积分器。此时,如果序列的均值不为零,系统参数将会发生偏移。因此,自适应算法需要保证下面两个条件成立:都是有界的;在非持续激励的情况下也是有界的。下面通过引入定理1进一步对上述分析作定量分析。

为了验证本文所提MIMO-DNRLS算法在微振动主动控制中的抑振效果,本文基于文献[15]中的三自由度微振动主动隔振实验系统进行了相关的实验对比验证。实验系统如图3所示。其中,微振动实验结构采用压电堆叠为作动器,通过多个压电堆叠及柔性铰链的装配,实现在两两垂直的xyz 三个方向上的微振动扰动环境模拟及微振动主动抑制。其中,xy方向上的扰动及抑振最大位移为27 μm,z方向上的扰动及抑振最大位移为14 μm。在该实验结构中,由于其作动方向两两垂直,不同方向之间的作动耦合可以忽略。
由于功率放大器和压电堆叠作动能力的限制,该结构目前仅能实现最高40 Hz的振动激励与抑制。采用最高40 Hz的正弦扫频信号激励该实验结构,图4分别给出了xyz 三个方向的主通道频谱特性。采用电容位移传感器采集载物台的振动响应,同时,基于高性能计算机、D/A和A/D板卡、信号调理器和功率放大器等构建实验系统的测控系统。
实验中,分别采用幅值为3 V、频率为10 Hz的单频正弦信号和幅值为3 V的10 Hz正弦信号与幅值为3 V的25 Hz正弦信号叠加构成的双频窄带信号作为扰动激励。实验中,自适应滤波器采用目标机能够负载的最高滤波器阶数(16阶),选取可变遗忘因子。实验中,采样频率为200 Hz,从实验时间5 s之后开始施加抑振算法构成闭环控制。
通过实验,单频正弦扰动激励下MIMO-RLS算法和MIMO-DNRLS算法的抑振时域效果分别如图5图6所示,对应的功率谱密度图分别如图7图8所示。双频窄带扰动激励下MIMO-RLS算法和MIMO-DNRLS算法的抑振时域效果分别如图9图10所示,对应的功率谱密度图分别如图11图12所示。
基于本节微振动主动控制实验结果可得出以下结论:1)对于单频窄带扰动激励,MIMO-RLS算法与MIMO-DNRLS算法都可以快速取得较好的抑振效果,两者对于扰动的抑制效果可达-50 dB。相比而言,MIMO-DNRLS算法收敛速度更快,在不到0.5 s的时间内即可达到稳态,在功率谱图中针对目标频率取得接近-100 dB的抑振效果。2)对于双频窄带扰动激励,MIMO-RLS算法与MIMO-DNRLS算法的抑振效果差别较大。MIMO-DNRLS算法仍能够快速达到稳态,而MIMO-RLS算法的抑振效果差了很多。从功率谱密度图来看,MIMO-RLS算法在控制前后针对10 Hz频率的扰动仅有-6 dB左右的抑制效果,针对25 Hz频率的扰动几乎无抑制效果;而MIMO-DNRLS算法针对双频扰动仍能够取得接近-100 dB的抑制效果。
为了具体量化相关算法的抑振效果,方便进行对比,在本文中定义抑振效率如下式所示:
式中  为结构微振动主动控制算法施加前的开环微振动残差向量;为结构微振动主动控制算法施加后的闭环微振动残差向量;的单位为dB。为负值,意味着微振动得到抑制,反之则为微振动增强;越小,说明抑振效果越好。控制算法的具体抑振效率如表2所示。
本文以MIMO微振动主动控制系统为研究对象,基于IIR形式滤波器,给出了MIMO-RLS算法与MIMO-DNRLS算法的详细推导与收敛性分析。并通过所构建的三自由度微振动主动控制实验系统验证了所提出的MIMO-DNRLS控制算法在实时微振动控制系统中的可行性与有效性。通过两种典型扰动环境的对比实验,证明了死区和归一化的改进手段能够使得MIMO-RLS算法的收敛速度和抑振效果都得到显著提升,这对于基于RLS算法的自适应振动控制算法有着普遍意义。
