Aero-elastic model wind tunnel test is carried out for a 1/3 rise-span ratio capsule-shaped pneumatic membrane structure,the characteristics of the wind-induced aero-elastic response of the structure are studied and the wind-induced dynamic vibration coefficients for practical design reference are given. The research confirms that the averaged deformation of the structure shows a trend of windward depression,top uplift and outward bulge in the transverse direction. This deformation trend is increasingly obvious with the decrement of internal pressure and the increment of wind speed. The averaged deformation and vibration amplitude decrease when the wind direction ranges from 0° up to 45°,then to 90°,and the extreme value of structural mean total displacements tends to appear at the center points of windward surface and top surface. Under 0° and 45° wind directions,the sort of vibration amplitudes of different components is vertical component,along-wind component and cross-wind component in descending order. Moreover,the structural vibration is dominated by the first-order mode. Under 90° wind direction,the amplitude of the crosswind direction is greater than two other directions,and the wind-induced vibration is dominated by the superposition of the first and second order modes. The internal pressure of the structure decreases in different extents under all cases. The response-based wind-induced dynamic vibration coefficients considering the fluid-structure interaction effect are given.

针对1/3矢跨比胶囊形气膜结构进行了气弹模型风洞试验,研究了结构的风致气弹响应变化规律,并给出了可供设计参考的风振系数。研究发现:结构平均变形呈迎风面凹陷,顶部隆起,横风向向外凸出的趋势,且这种变形趋势随着内压减小和风速增大越来越明显。0°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于45°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于90°风向角时的平均变形和振幅,结构合位移均值的极值出现在迎风面与顶面中心点;0°和45°风向角下,顶点竖向振幅>顺风向振幅>横风向振幅,结构以1阶模态振动为主;90°风向角下,顶点横风向振幅大于其他两个方向,结构以1阶和2阶模态叠加振动为主。各工况下结构的内压均有不同程度的减小。最后给出了考虑流固耦合效应的响应风振系数。

针对1/3矢跨比胶囊形气膜结构进行了气弹模型风洞试验,研究了结构的风致气弹响应变化规律,并给出了可供设计参考的风振系数。研究发现:结构平均变形呈迎风面凹陷,顶部隆起,横风向向外凸出的趋势,且这种变形趋势随着内压减小和风速增大越来越明显。0°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于45°风向角时的平均变形和振幅大于90°风向角时的平均变形和振幅,结构合位移均值的极值出现在迎风面与顶面中心点;0°和45°风向角下,顶点竖向振幅>顺风向振幅>横风向振幅,结构以1阶模态振动为主;90°风向角下,顶点横风向振幅大于其他两个方向,结构以1阶和2阶模态叠加振动为主。各工况下结构的内压均有不同程度的减小。最后给出了考虑流固耦合效应的响应风振系数。

Aero-elastic model wind tunnel test is carried out for a 1/3 rise-span ratio capsule-shaped pneumatic membrane structure,the characteristics of the wind-induced aero-elastic response of the structure are studied and the wind-induced dynamic vibration coefficients for practical design reference are given. The research confirms that the averaged deformation of the structure shows a trend of windward depression,top uplift and outward bulge in the transverse direction. This deformation trend is increasingly obvious with the decrement of internal pressure and the increment of wind speed. The averaged deformation and vibration amplitude decrease when the wind direction ranges from 0° up to 45°,then to 90°,and the extreme value of structural mean total displacements tends to appear at the center points of windward surface and top surface. Under 0° and 45° wind directions,the sort of vibration amplitudes of different components is vertical component,along-wind component and cross-wind component in descending order. Moreover,the structural vibration is dominated by the first-order mode. Under 90° wind direction,the amplitude of the crosswind direction is greater than two other directions,and the wind-induced vibration is dominated by the superposition of the first and second order modes. The internal pressure of the structure decreases in different extents under all cases. The response-based wind-induced dynamic vibration coefficients considering the fluid-structure interaction effect are given.

近年来,气承式膜结构因其建设周期短、具有良好的防治雾霾功能等优点,在国内外得到广泛的应用。其常见形状包括:截球形、矩形平面投影长条形、胶囊形等。其中,胶囊形气膜通常由柱面两端接截球面构成,是气膜结构最常见的形状之一,主要用于大型体育馆(如图1所示)、购物中心、展览馆、仓库货栈等场所的建设。
这种结构的跨度常达到30~60 m,是典型的风敏感结构,在风荷载作用下易产生较大的变形和振动。因其在风荷载作用下的振动规律比较复杂,所以风振响应的确定十分困难。
目前关于胶囊形气膜结构风振响应规律及抗风设计方法方面的研究并不是很多。Kawamura等1通过刚性模型测压试验研究了3/4矢跨比胶囊形气膜结构的风压分布规律;在野外建造了一个高3 m,跨度4 m,长9 m的同矢跨比的胶囊形气膜结构,测量了膜结构表面4个测点在强风下的位移响应,发现该气膜结构以多模态叠加振动为主,结构的动态响应受脉动风荷载影响明显,结构振动行波速度比风速更快,结构有可能发生气弹失稳。Srivastava等2通过风洞试验,分别测量了矢跨比为1/2,1/3,1/4的柔性模型表面的脉动风压荷载,并与矢跨比为1/2的刚性模型测压试验结果对比,发现在特定风向角下,刚性模型与柔性模型表面风压系数差别较大;当内压与脉动风压之比越来越小时,结构越来越柔,直至失稳。Bown等3使用非线性动力时程分析方法,研究了雨水作用下胶囊形气膜的动态响应过程,评估了结构发生破坏的可能。
更多关于气承式膜结构的研究,集中在截球形和矩形平面投影长条形气膜结构方面。例如:一些国外学者4-5对截球形气膜进行气弹模型风洞试验,探求其不同风速、内压等条件下的气弹效应,发现在风速达到一定条件下气膜表面会发生凹陷,结构最终会发生失稳。文献[6-7]利用数字图像相关技术(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)、粒子图像技术测速(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)和CFD仿真模拟方法探究了不同雷诺数下湍流与气膜模型之间的相互作用,发现结构变形会随雷诺数的增加而明显变化,且随着雷诺数的增加,当旋涡形成的频率接近于气膜最低固有频率时会放大膜的振动。He等8模拟了截球形充气膜储气罐的风振响应,发现气膜结构在风作用下具有明显的气弹效应,当结构自振频率与旋涡脱落频率成比例时结构振幅增大并发生气弹失稳。申跃奎等9、Li等10模拟了矩形平面投影长条形气膜、拱形屋盖在振动状态下的风压分布规律,并与刚性模型对照,发现考虑流固耦合时风压有明显的放大效应。
这些研究表明:气膜结构柔性较大,风致流固耦合效应明显,抗风设计时需考虑流固耦合效应的影响。但是,目前关于气膜结构气弹响应研究的文献仍不是很多,关于胶囊形气膜结构气弹模型试验的研究更少。这是因为模型制作困难、风洞试验非接触测量手段缺乏。
近年来,非接触式位移、应变测量技术获得了很大的进步,在充气膜结构领域得到了广泛应用。例如:沈珊珊等11将摄影测量技术用于一个平面尺寸97 m×80 m的充气膜结构泄气过程中7个测点位移的测量。Zhao等12通过3D数字摄影测量技术实时测量了气枕式膜结构在不同内压条件下的动态几何形状。
同时,考虑到中国的《膜结构技术规程》13中尚未给出胶囊形气膜结构的风振系数。因此,本文拟针对胶囊形气膜结构进行气弹模型试验,通过DIC技术测量结构在不同风速和风向角下的全场动态位移应变信息,研究结构在风荷载作用下的振动规律,给出可供设计参考的响应风振系数。
试验在交通运输部天津水运工程科学研究所TKS-400风洞中进行,该风洞为直流风洞,试验段长×宽×高为15 m×4.4 m×2.5 m,模拟B类地貌风场。
以实际工程中应用最多的1/3矢跨比气膜结构为原型进行模型设计,假设原型结构长×跨度×高为60 m×30 m×10 m,膜材为PVDF,弹性模量为800 MPa,单位面积质量为1055 g/m2,无拉索。
长度缩尺比的确定主要考虑阻塞率不大于5%的要求,取λL=Lm/Lp=1∶50(LmLp分别表示模型和原型的特征长度,特征长度取跨度),对应的最大阻塞率(0°风向角)为1.87%,模型各部位的尺寸如图2所示。考虑0°,45°和90°三种风向角的变化。膜材选用PVC(聚氯乙烯)涂层的纤维织物膜材,膜材厚为0.14 mm,弹性模量为16 MPa,面积质量为180 g/m2
风速缩尺比λV=Vm/VpVmVp分别表示模型试验风速和原型实际风速)的取值参考文献[14]的结论,取为1∶1,此时可不用对模型内部封闭空间进行放大。原型内压一般为200~400 Pa,试验中内压取为100,150,200 Pa。其他缩尺比可通过长度缩尺比与风速缩尺比推导出,如表1所示。
可以看出,虽然选择的膜材已经是能找到的最轻的膜材,但长度缩尺比决定了膜的质量缩尺比仍然比理论要求偏大,事实上,文献[14-15]认为:膜结构气弹模型试验的质量比一般均难以满足,但膜结构振动引起的附加质量对响应的影响远大于膜材质量的影响,因此质量缩尺比的偏差可以被忽略。
Froude数、Reynolds数缩尺比与理论值之间也存在偏差,这两个缩尺比本身是矛盾的,无法同时满足。Froude数表示惯性力与重力之比,要满足就需要采用非常低的风速,由于模型质量轻,内外压差对结构响应产生的影响远大于重力,所以该相似比不满足引起的误差可以忽略16。Reynolds数代表惯性力与黏性力之比,模型缩尺到1/n,风速就需要增大n倍,试验中也很难满足。但试验时一般应保证模型和原型的Reynolds数在同一临界区内,本试验中主要考虑球形面迎风时Reynolds数处于同一临界区,模型和原型的Reynolds数分别为1.7×105~5.8×105和8.3×106~2.9×107。文献[17]认为:当Reynolds数>3×105之后,球形结构流体绕流形式基本固定。因此,模型和原型处于同一临界区,Reynolds数不满足造成的影响可以忽略。
模型制作过程包括找形分析、剪裁分析18、放样、剪裁、热合、充气、气密性检查等环节。气膜屋盖与一块平面膜材热合形成一个封闭整体,平面膜材通过自攻钉和环形钢板固定在风洞木质圆盘上,平面膜材下面设进气阀和出气阀,分别与充气泵和内压计相连,模型布置安装示意图和照片如图3所示。
试验工况如表2所示,主要考虑风向角、内压和风速变化。内压测量采用法国KIMO内压计CP212,量程为0~1000 Pa,精度为±1%。采用眼镜蛇风速仪对风速进行测量,采样频率为1024 Hz。风速仪安装在模型前方2.5 m,距离墙壁0.5 m位置处,以此位置的风速为试验的参考风速。
试验时,主要采集膜面的全场动态位移时程和应变时程。采集设备包括:比利时Matchid的 Stereo-3D全场位移、应变测量系统(双目系统)和Panasonic HL-C2系列激光位移计。
双目系统为非接触式光学测量设备,由两台高速摄像机及数据采集系统构成,相机镜头为日本康标达FA M2518-MPW2 25 mm焦距工业镜头,500万像素,采样时长为10 s,采样频率为60 Hz。每工况采集5个样本。测量原理为:基于DIC技术,将膜面变形前标定的图像作为参考图像,对比物体形变后的图像,获得膜面变形前后的位移与应变。试验前,需在膜面绘制黑色随机散斑,将相机及采集设备固定在风洞试验段玻璃窗外(如图4所示),利用标定板对散斑点初始位移及应变进行标定(如图5所示)。由于测量时只能采集两台相机公共交叉视野内散斑点的三维动态位移和应变,因此,需要通过改变双目相机的位置分多次测量获得结构的全场动态位移与应变。
激光位移计通过支架固定在气膜正上方以测量模型上方中点(如图3(b)中的点P1)的竖向位移,采样频率为1024 Hz,用于模型功率谱分析。
通常认为,激光位移计的采样精度较高,因此,通过激光位移计测量气膜正上方中心点在11 m/s风速下的竖向位移时程,与双目系统的测量结果进行对比,如图6所示。可以看出,双目系统测得的竖向位移的均值和振动幅度与激光位移计较接近,从而印证了DIC技术测量的准确性。
通过双目系统可以得到膜面任意时刻任意测点任意方向的瞬时位移与应变。
图7为0°风向角、150 Pa内压、11 m/s风速下膜面的位移瞬时云图(uvw分别表示相机系统坐标系顺风向X、横风向Y、竖向Z位移)和最大主应变瞬时云图。从图7中可以看出:顺风向和竖向位移的最大值出现在迎风面中心点与顶部中心点附近,最大主应变的最大值出现在迎风面2/3矢高处附近。
将膜面每一测点任意时刻三个方向的位移通过下式处理,可以得到膜面每一测点每一时刻的合位移D
对合位移D求均值并绘制等值线图,可得合位移均值分布图。图8为150 Pa内压、11 m/s风速条件下,0°,45°,90°风向角合位移分布云图。可以看出:1)0°风向角时合位移均值最大,90°风向角时合位移值最小;2)0°风向角下,最大合位移出现在迎风面与顶面中心点附近;3)45°风向角下,最大合位移出现在迎风面1/2矢高处与顶面中心点附近;4)90°风向角下,最大合位移出现在迎风半球面1/2矢高处附近。
沿气膜长轴、短轴方向中央轴线分别等间距取61个和31个测点做气膜沿长/短轴方向的外轮廓图。将轮廓尺寸及响应通过参数a=300 mm,b=60 mm无量纲化处理,得到不同工况下结构在世界坐标系(顺风向x,横风向yz)平均变形轮廓图。图9为0°风向角时各工况下的平均变形轮廓图。可以看出:总体而言,结构平均变形呈迎风面凹陷,顶部隆起,横风向向外凸出的趋势,且这种变形趋势随着内压减小和风速增大越来越明显。90°,45°风向角时总体变形规律与0°风向角类似。
图10为不同风向角条件下长轴与短轴的平均变形轮廓图。可以看出:0°风向角时的平均变形>45°风向角时的平均变形>90°风向角时的平均变形。
图11为不同风向角条件下模型顶部中心点各向振幅(用位移均方根表示)随风速变化曲线。可以看出:1)整体而言,0°,45°风向角下,竖向振幅>顺风向振幅>横风向振幅;2)90°风向角下,横风向振幅明显大于其他两个方向,说明结构振动受尾流旋涡脱落影响明显,但数值远小于其他两个风向角。
试验中发现:随着风速的增大,各工况下气膜结构的内压均有不同程度的减小。图12为内压随风速变化曲线。可以看出:1)风速越大,内压减小越多,最多减少到原内压的60%;2)相同风向角下,初始内压越大,内压最终减小量就越大;3)相同初始内压条件下,90°风向角时的内压减小量最小,0°风向角时的内压减小量最大。内压减小与膜面变形有关。风荷载作用下,膜面受风吸力影响有向外膨胀的趋势,使气膜内部空间增大,造成内压减小,说明强风来临前,需要对气膜结构进行适当补压以维持结构刚度。
通过有限元软件对100 Pa内压的胶囊形气膜模型进行模态分析,得到模型前2阶模态如图13所示。可以看出,模型1阶模态是围绕胶囊形气膜短轴方向前后振动,2阶模态是膜面上下振动。
图14为各风速各工况下模型顶部激光位移计测点位移时程的功率谱密度。其中Sf)代表位移的功率谱密度(PSD)。从图14中能够看出:1)0°风向角下,结构主要以1阶模态振动为主,随着风速的增大,1阶模态的能量越来越大;2)90°风向角下,随着风速的增大,结构由1阶模态振动转为1阶模态和2阶模态叠加的振动。结合图10横风向振幅大于其他两个风向角的结论可知:90°风向角下,来流与结构长轴方向平行,在结构背风面球形区尾部会形成明显的卡门涡街,对结构响应特征有一定的影响。
结合图1314可以看出:气弹模型的1阶模态频率为16.9 Hz,振型为沿膜面上下振动;2阶模态频率值为23.7 Hz,振型为沿气弹模型短轴方向前后振动。
对于气承式膜结构而言,结构响应与荷载之间呈非线性关系,需要通过定义响应风振系数与内力风振系数来评估结构的动力响应19。膜面任意一点i的位移风振系数βdi与应力风振系数βsi可表示为:
式中  σUwiUwi分别表示节点i的位移均方根与均值;σSwiSwi分别表示节点i的应力均方根与均值,本文中σSwiSwi通过点i的最大主应变的均方根与均值代替;g表示峰值因子,按《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB 50009—2012)20,取g=2.5。
通过引入分区风振系数β对计算过程进行简化,表达式如下:
式中  βi为测点i的风振系数;Ai为节点i分配到的所属面积;A为分区总面积。
分区方式如图15所示。图中,B表示跨度,L表示长度。在模型的半柱面部分分为3个区,两侧截球面部分分为8个区。
图16为0°风向角不同内压条件下模型顶部中心点P1与迎风面中心点P2(如图2所示)的合位移、最大主应力风振系数随风速的变化。可以看出:达到一定风速后,内压和风速变化对响应风振系数的影响不大,所以本文取11 m/s风速、150 Pa内压条件下的响应风振系数作为设计参考。
表3为胶囊形气膜结构分区风振系数表,结合图6~10可知:1)总体而言,在位移响应大的工况下,位移风振系数较小;位移响应小的工况下,位移风振系数较大。2)0°与45°风向角的合位移分区风振系数基本在1.2~1.6;90°风向角的合位移分区风振系数基本在1.3~1.8之间。3)各工况下,应力风振系数沿膜面分布都比较均匀且变化不大,数值在1.2~1.4之间。
以0°风向角时模型分区1、分区2、分区3三个分区的中心点为例,验证本文风振系数的合理性。如图17所示,三个分区的位移风振系数分别采用1.33,1.33和1.25,将风振系数乘以三个分区中心点位移时程的均值得到的等效位移,均包络了极值位移响应,说明本文风振系数是合理的。
本文针对1/3矢跨比胶囊形气膜结构开展了气弹模型风洞试验,研究了结构的风致气弹响应变化规律,并给出了可供设计参考的风振系数,主要结论如下:
(1) 总体而言,结构平均变形呈迎风面凹陷,顶部隆起,横风向向外凸出的趋势,且这种变形趋势随着内压减小和风速增大越来越明显。
(2) 0°风向角时平均变形最大,45°风向角时次之,90°风向角时最小。0°风向角下,合位移均值的最大值出现在迎风面与顶面中心点附近;45°风向角下,合位移均值的最大值出现在迎风面1/2矢高处与顶面中心点附近;90°风向角下,合位移均值的最大值出现在迎风半球面1/2矢高处附近。
(3) 0°,45°风向角下,顶点竖向振幅>顺风向振幅>横风向振幅;90°风向角下,横风向振幅明显大于其他两方向,说明结构振动受尾流旋涡脱落影响明显。
(4) 各工况下气膜结构的内压均有不同程度的减小,与膜面变形有关。风荷载作用下,膜面受风吸力影响有向外膨胀的趋势,使气膜内部空间增大,造成内压减小,说明强风来临时补压是很有必要的。
(5) 0°风向角下,结构以1阶模态振动为主,随着风速的增大,1阶模态的能量越来越大;90°风向角下,随着风速的增大,结构由1阶模态振动转为1阶模态和2阶模态叠加的振动。
(6) 位移响应大的工况下,位移风振系数较小,位移响应小的工况下,位移风振系数较大;0°与45°风向角的位移风振系数在1.2~1.6之间,90°风向角的位移风振系数在1.3~1.8之间;应力风振系数沿膜面分布均比较均匀且变化不大,在1.2~1.4之间。
后续我们将围绕气膜结构,进行流固耦合数值模拟,并结合非线性动力时程分析,对流固耦合效应及流固耦合机理进行深入研究。
